- 0:15Speaker 1: of a Supreme Court decision? We'll see. I'll walk through

- 0:21Speaker 1: bad news coming up. here on the program today. Also,
- 0:25Speaker 1: we talked earlier this week about a very deadly Joe
- 0:28Speaker 1: Biden-led scandal that killed lots of American citizens. We're finding
- 0:33Speaker 1: out more about this now, including the reaction from some
- 0:35Speaker 1: Democrats who are saying they want criminal investigations in to
- 0:39Speaker 1: the Biden administration. We'll discuss what's happening there and so
- 0:43Speaker 1: much more all ahead on this Friday edition of Vince

- 1:34Speaker 1: great relaxation thing. And it's actually such a joy to
- 1:37Speaker 1: have a sauna in the house.
- 1:38Speaker 2: What a joy.
- 1:39Speaker 1: I've noticed a huge difference in how I relax and
- 1:41Speaker 1: how I rejuvenate and how I feel afterward. Allison, she's
- 1:44Speaker 1: got the red light face mask. She wears it. Every day,
- 1:48Speaker 1: she loves it, and she finds that it works really
- 1:50Speaker 1: well because, first of all, red light therapy.
- 1:52Speaker 3: Hello.
- 1:52Speaker 1: If you look this stuff up, it works. It improves
- 1:55Speaker 1: her skin's texture. It reduces inflammation. She has seen fantastic results.
- 1:59Speaker 1: It's like having a mini spa treatment right inside our home.

- 2:46Speaker 1: but you're not yet subscribed, subscribe. It'd be worth your while,
- 2:49Speaker 1: I think. Let me start today with the fact that
- 2:52Speaker 1: Democrats are now asking questions not about Joe Biden's brain,
- 2:56Speaker 1: but the wisdom of allowing him to kill American citizens
- 2:59Speaker 1: en masse. Interesting. Now, I will straight up tell you
- 3:03Speaker 1: right now that they're not using the word Biden, but
- 3:08Speaker 1: it is all about Biden, or at least the people
- 3:10Speaker 1: who were pulling the levers inside of his administration. We
- 3:13Speaker 1: go to the Democrat governor of New Mexico. Do we
- 3:16Speaker 1: have anybody from New Mexico in the chat today? We
- 3:19Speaker 1: have this woman, Michelle Lujan Grisham, who's just released a
- 3:22Speaker 1: statement this week saying that she wants a criminal investigation
- 3:27Speaker 1: of into is yes, the Biden administration's decision to poison
- 3:33Speaker 1: American citizens with fentanyl. Here's what she says. Governor Michelle
- 3:37Speaker 1: Lujan Grisham today issuing the following statement, quote, I'm appalled
- 3:41Speaker 1: by reporting this week by the Associated Press and Albuquerque
- 3:45Speaker 1: Journal that revealed federal authorities made a deliberate, federal authorities,
- 3:49Speaker 1: that's Biden, made a deliberate decision to let hundreds of
- 3:53Speaker 1: thousands of fentanyl pills Let me say that again. The
- 3:56Speaker 1: DEA watched as 74,000 fentanyl pills were delivered to a
- 3:58Speaker 1: mobile home park in Albuquerque, and they did nothing. And
- 4:01Speaker 1: that's just one transaction. Shockingly, the federal government stood by
- 4:21Speaker 1: while monitoring shipments, tallying exact pillow counts and watching as
- 4:25Speaker 1: these deadly drugs hit the streets. Look, there's this audience
- 4:29Speaker 1: is going to know this story a lot better than than, well,
- 4:32Speaker 1: I would say most people, because we had Tristan Levitt
- 4:35Speaker 1: on earlier this week from Empower Oversight. He represents whistleblowers,
- 4:41Speaker 1: including the whistleblower who brought this story to the public.
- 4:44Speaker 1: And the revelations are absolutely staggering. If you haven't seen
- 4:48Speaker 1: the Tristan Leavitt interview, just go back a couple of
- 4:50Speaker 1: days here. We've got it. I know Tristan also shared
- 4:52Speaker 1: it to his ex account. And in it, he and
- 4:55Speaker 1: I talked about the fact that millions of these fentanyl
- 4:58Speaker 1: pills are were observed by the Biden administration coming into
- 5:01Speaker 1: the country, and they did nothing to stop them. They
- 5:04Speaker 1: let them go under this ridiculous notion that somehow this
- 5:08Speaker 1: would improve the quality of law enforcement. No, catch the
- 5:12Speaker 1: guys before they kill American citizens. You don't have any
- 5:15Speaker 1: room to play around with this.
- 5:16Speaker 5: This is insane.
- 5:18Speaker 1: And this is why we're calling it fentanyl and furious.
- 5:20Speaker 1: It's just like Operation Fast and Furious, except far more deadly.
- 5:24Speaker 1: In that case, the deadly implements, the guns, were being
- 5:27Speaker 1: tracked by the Obama administration as they were going to
- 5:30Speaker 1: the cartels in Mexico. One of those guns came back
- 5:33Speaker 1: and a cartel member killed a border patrol agent by
- 5:37Speaker 1: the name of Brian Terry. That led to an epic
- 5:40Speaker 1: scandal during the Obama administration. Eric Holder would eventually be
- 5:45Speaker 1: held in contempt of Congress related to all of that.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Of course, he never faced criminal consequences because he was
- 5:50Speaker 1: the attorney general and didn't inflict criminal consequences on himself.
- 5:54Speaker 1: because he's above the law. But this story is huge.
- 5:59Speaker 1: And now you've got the Democrat governor of New Mexico saying,
- 6:03Speaker 1: we need a criminal investigation into the people who were
- 6:05Speaker 1: killing American citizens. She's right about that. There are no
- 6:09Speaker 1: words to describe how reckless and dangerous these decisions were,
- 6:12Speaker 1: she says. Make no mistake, the DEA knew that people
- 6:15Speaker 1: would die if these pills made it into the New
- 6:17Speaker 1: Mexico communities. And the agency let it happen anyway. The result,
- 6:22Speaker 1: hundreds of New Mexican parents burying their kids, hundreds of
- 6:27Speaker 1: New Mexican kids growing up without stable parents, all while
- 6:32Speaker 1: the federal government stood by. If the justification for letting
- 6:37Speaker 1: these pills flood our communities was that it would somehow
- 6:39Speaker 1: make New Mexico safer, the results say otherwise. New Mexico
- 6:44Speaker 1: now leads the nation in the increase in overdose deaths
- 6:47Speaker 1: for the second straight year, despite deaths dropping nationwide. She
- 6:53Speaker 1: says she's been trying to get in touch with a
- 6:55Speaker 1: whole bunch of people here. You see, pay attention to
- 6:58Speaker 1: the dates here. Because only one references a Trump official,
- 7:02Speaker 1: that's Attorney General Pam Bondi. She says in 2022, she
- 7:06Speaker 1: sought information from Chris Wray during the Biden administration, imploring
- 7:11Speaker 1: the FBI to assign no less than 50 additional agents
- 7:14Speaker 1: to New Mexico to stem escalating drug trafficking and violent crime.
- 7:17Speaker 1: September of 2022, she reaches out to the Attorney General
- 7:21Speaker 1: Merrick Garland, requesting support. August of 2023, she writes again
- 7:27Speaker 1: to Garland, renewing her request. September of 2023, she writes
- 7:33Speaker 1: to Garland again, reiterating her request. She's ignored. She said
- 7:40Speaker 1: she finally was able to reach out to Pam Bondi
- 7:41Speaker 1: in September of 2025. She merely mentions that she once
- 7:47Speaker 1: again requested additional agents and resources. Well, I'll tell you what,
- 7:51Speaker 1: During the Trump era, the fentanyl deaths have been going down.
- 7:54Speaker 1: During the Trump presidency, the overdose deaths have been going down.
- 7:57Speaker 1: There's a good story to be told, a better story,
- 7:59Speaker 1: let's put it that way, a better story to be
- 8:01Speaker 1: told about that situation now in the country. Continues to
- 8:04Speaker 1: be a crisis. The Trump administration is working very hard
- 8:08Speaker 1: on it. But keep this one in mind. You've got
- 8:12Speaker 1: a Democrat governor. Let's see if this grows beyond the
- 8:16Speaker 1: Democrat governor of New Mexico, because it should. It should.
- 8:20Speaker 1: This is one of the biggest scandals of our lifetimes.
- 8:23Speaker 1: And put that in the pile of a lot of
- 8:25Speaker 1: big scandals, from the COVID betrayals, the jab stuff, the
- 8:30Speaker 1: shutdowns related to that, to the rigging of our elections,
- 8:33Speaker 1: the hiding of really important information, the Trump-Russia conspiracy hoax,
- 8:37Speaker 1: the assassination attempts on President Trump. There are a lot
- 8:42Speaker 1: of big scandals to deal with. But this one, this
- 8:45Speaker 1: one's right up there. When you've got overdose deaths killing
- 8:48Speaker 1: over 100,000 Americans a year, yeah, you can you can
- 8:51Speaker 1: be damn sure this one's up there. So there you go.
- 8:54Speaker 1: Update on that, a quick update on that. But we
- 8:56Speaker 1: also have some other big updates on the sovereignty of
- 8:58Speaker 1: our country. The Supreme Court released a series of really
- 9:02Speaker 1: important decisions yesterday that I found very encouraging. I found
- 9:07Speaker 1: encouraging because they adhered to the Constitution and the rule
- 9:10Speaker 1: of law. I always like decisions that do that. And
- 9:13Speaker 1: I want to start with the one that we just
- 9:15Speaker 1: got out of Hawaii. Now, curious, anybody in Hawaii right
- 9:19Speaker 1: now in the chat, I'd be a little shocked. Hawaii,
- 9:22Speaker 1: I think, is six hours, six hours difference. And everyone's,
- 9:26Speaker 1: I think, in their beds at the moment. But in Hawaii,
- 9:31Speaker 1: you know, the Second Amendment does apply to the state
- 9:33Speaker 1: of Hawaii, right? You guys know this chat. This chat
- 9:36Speaker 1: knows this. The Second Amendment applies to Hawaii. Yeah, because
- 9:39Speaker 1: it's a part of the United States of America. Well,
- 9:43Speaker 1: The Supreme Court over the last decade or so has
- 9:45Speaker 1: been releasing a number of really important, really the last
- 9:49Speaker 1: two decades, has been releasing a number of really important
- 9:52Speaker 1: decisions that have sided with the Second Amendment. And they've
- 9:56Speaker 1: made it all the more possible for people to have
- 9:58Speaker 1: their Second Amendment rights protected. Here's the problem. Democrats hate
- 10:02Speaker 1: the Second Amendment. They hate an armed populace. They think
- 10:05Speaker 1: the only people who should be armed is the government
- 10:08Speaker 1: so that the government can inflict upon you whatever tyranny
- 10:11Speaker 1: the left devises for your life. Meanwhile, normal people would
- 10:15Speaker 1: like to protect their families and would like to be
- 10:18Speaker 1: able to be armed in order to do that. As
- 10:21Speaker 1: you know, when seconds count, the police are minutes away.
- 10:25Speaker 1: So being able to protect your family is an essential thing.
- 10:28Speaker 1: And being able to carry a gun on you is
- 10:30Speaker 1: also a great American right. In fact, the United States
- 10:35Speaker 1: Supreme Court has routinely protected the rights of concealed carry Americans,
- 10:41Speaker 1: Americans who are carrying guns. in a concealed fashion. Is
- 10:46Speaker 1: it protected enough? Is that right, protected enough? No, nowhere
- 10:49Speaker 1: near enough. We need nationwide reciprocity. We need those gun
- 10:52Speaker 1: rights protected. This idiocy about gun-free zones is really just
- 10:56Speaker 1: like shooting zones for criminals. But in their effort, in
- 11:01Speaker 1: the left's effort to try and upend the Supreme Court
- 11:03Speaker 1: and the protections of the Second Amendment, in Hawaii, they
- 11:06Speaker 1: had devised a law that said you are not allowed
- 11:09Speaker 1: to conceal carry onto any private property that is accessible
- 11:15Speaker 1: to the public unless you get affirmative consent from the
- 11:20Speaker 1: property owner. You see, let me break down that example
- 11:25Speaker 1: a little bit more explicitly for you so you can
- 11:27Speaker 1: understand what I'm talking about. In other words, if you
- 11:30Speaker 1: are carrying a gun in a concealed way and you
- 11:33Speaker 1: go to a gas station to fill up your tank
- 11:35Speaker 1: in Hawaii, under Hawaii law up until yesterday, under Hawaii law,
- 11:41Speaker 1: It would be illegal for you to continue to conceal
- 11:44Speaker 1: carry onto the private property of the gas station unless
- 11:47Speaker 1: you sought and secured affirmative consent from the owner of
- 11:51Speaker 1: the gas station. That turns the Second Amendment directly on
- 11:56Speaker 1: its head. It deprives American citizens of their gun rights
- 12:01Speaker 1: at scale in the beautiful state of Hawaii.
- 12:05Speaker 3: And.
- 12:06Speaker 1: So the court yesterday, they come up with a decision
- 12:09Speaker 1: really clear, six to three, saying that Hawaii's law banning
- 12:14Speaker 1: licensed concealed carry permit holders from carrying guns onto private
- 12:18Speaker 1: property open to the public is unconstitutional. Now, the justice
- 12:22Speaker 1: is right in this opinion yesterday. It's entirely possible for
- 12:27Speaker 1: a property owner to forbid guns on their private property.
- 12:31Speaker 1: So like you, if you're on your home and you
- 12:33Speaker 1: decide that you don't want someone coming in with a gun,
- 12:37Speaker 1: you can forbid them from doing that. That's your right
- 12:39Speaker 1: as a property owner. That also is the right of
- 12:43Speaker 1: a gas station owner who owns the property. They could say, hey,
- 12:46Speaker 1: no guns on my property. They're allowed to do that.
- 12:48Speaker 1: But this inversion where you're not allowed to carry a
- 12:51Speaker 1: gun onto this private property if it's accessible to the public,
- 12:54Speaker 1: unless you seek affirmative consent from the owner in the
- 12:56Speaker 1: first place, Yeah, that's not going to fly. The Supreme
- 12:59Speaker 1: Court struck that down yesterday in an important win for
- 13:01Speaker 1: the Second Amendment. So that battle continues. The battle to
- 13:05Speaker 1: protect the Second Amendment continues. But meaningful victory yesterday as
- 13:09Speaker 1: yet another attempt by the left at what you might
- 13:12Speaker 1: refer to as malicious compliance. Oh, yeah, we're protecting the
- 13:15Speaker 1: Second Amendment as they crap all over it. Yeah, that's
- 13:18Speaker 1: not going to fly. So the Supreme's striking that down yesterday.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Appreciative of that. We also have some big Supreme Court
- 13:25Speaker 1: decisions when it comes to our border. And those are
- 13:27Speaker 1: the screaming headlines from the day. Although I think the
- 13:30Speaker 1: Second Amendment case is really important too. Let's talk about
- 13:33Speaker 1: the border cases, shall we? This is how we do it.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Let's see. We got the Supreme Court yesterday ruling that
- 13:42Speaker 1: President Trump, yes, can turn away so-called asylum seekers who
- 13:48Speaker 1: arrive at our border. At our border, just because you
- 13:53Speaker 1: arrived south of the U.S. border, you're standing in Mexico,
- 13:58Speaker 1: and you start yelling, sanctuary, sanctuary, I claim asylum, or
- 14:02Speaker 1: whatever the incantation you think you need to use in
- 14:05Speaker 1: order to get into the United States is, just because
- 14:07Speaker 1: you utter the words does not mean you are entitled
- 14:10Speaker 1: to come into our country and stay here forever. In fact,
- 14:13Speaker 1: the United States could just turn you away, and you
- 14:16Speaker 1: are not entitled to stay. That is U.S.
- 14:19Speaker 3: Law.
- 14:20Speaker 1: And that is, of course, what the United States Supreme
- 14:23Speaker 1: Court ruled yesterday in another 6-3 decision. There's a difference
- 14:30Speaker 1: between arriving at our country and arriving in our country.
- 14:35Speaker 1: And the difference in those prepositions, well, it makes all
- 14:39Speaker 1: the difference in the world. Listen to Justice Alito. This
- 14:42Speaker 1: is back in March, as he was pointing out, that
- 14:45Speaker 1: the left keeps trying to smuggle the people into the
- 14:50Speaker 1: country by claiming that arriving at the border somehow entitles
- 14:53Speaker 1: you to stay here forever. Watch this.
- 14:55Speaker 6: I believe that both you and Justice Sotomayor and Justice
- 15:01Speaker 6: Jackson on several occasions have used the phrase arriving at.
- 15:06Speaker 6: I think you said you arrived at your house, but
- 15:09Speaker 6: that's not the term. that is in the statute, do
- 15:12Speaker 6: you think there is no difference between arriving at a
- 15:16Speaker 6: location and arriving in the location? Does a person arrive
- 15:21Speaker 6: in the house when the person is not in the
- 15:23Speaker 6: house and is knocking at the door asking to be admitted.
- 15:26Speaker 1: To the house? Great question. No, those are two different things.
- 15:33Speaker 1: If somebody arrives at your house, They're not yet in
- 15:36Speaker 1: your house. And then they get invited in your house.
- 15:39Speaker 1: That's a separate step. And here's the Supreme Court saying
- 15:43Speaker 1: President Trump has every right to say, no, thanks. We're
- 15:47Speaker 1: having dinner and sending you away. The president can do that. Also,
- 15:54Speaker 1: to be really clear about this asylum stuff, you understand
- 15:57Speaker 1: how ridiculous it is that we have people from all
- 15:59Speaker 1: over the planet who are claiming asylum in the United States?
- 16:03Speaker 1: You know, under international asylum principles and laws that you
- 16:08Speaker 1: are supposed to claim, seek asylum status rather, in the
- 16:14Speaker 1: first safe third country you arrive at. Like once you
- 16:18Speaker 1: get out of the place where you say you're being persecuted,
- 16:22Speaker 1: attempt to claim asylum at the first place you arrive at.
- 16:25Speaker 1: That's not the United States. How many Chinese nationals have
- 16:30Speaker 1: flown into South America and then transited the Darien Gap
- 16:34Speaker 1: and come all the way up into the United States,
- 16:36Speaker 1: tens of thousands by some counts over the course of
- 16:39Speaker 1: the Biden administration of illegal alien Chinese nationals pouring into
- 16:44Speaker 1: our country in this way. Not just Chinese nationals, how
- 16:47Speaker 1: many people from countries everywhere on planet earth, from Asia,
- 16:51Speaker 1: from Africa, from Europe, from South America, just all pouring
- 16:56Speaker 1: through our borders. under the Biden administration, many of whom
- 17:00Speaker 1: claimed some ridiculous, quote, credible fear, and then never show
- 17:04Speaker 1: up for their asylum hearings because they know at that
- 17:07Speaker 1: point they're home free. They can just stay in the
- 17:08Speaker 1: United States forever. So the president has been shutting down
- 17:12Speaker 1: these routes whereby foreigners invade our country. This has been
- 17:17Speaker 1: one of them. And the Supreme Court said yesterday, you
- 17:19Speaker 1: have every right to do that. In fact, you have
- 17:21Speaker 1: an obligation to do that under the law. So the president,
- 17:25Speaker 1: it can do that. That's, that's great. Another one for you.
- 17:29Speaker 1: You ready for another big Supreme Court case? So I've
- 17:31Speaker 1: gone over two. Here's the third from yesterday. Yesterday, the
- 17:35Speaker 1: Supreme Court sided with the president of the United States.
- 17:37Speaker 1: And yes, he can end temporary protective status for Haitians
- 17:44Speaker 1: and for Syrians. It's at his discretion whether or not
- 17:47Speaker 1: that status continues to be extended. And because it's temporary,
- 17:52Speaker 1: it means at some point you've got to go. And yesterday,
- 17:55Speaker 1: the Supreme Court agreed with President Trump You've got this power. Therefore,
- 18:00Speaker 1: they have to go. More on that in just a moment.
- 18:04Speaker 1: And also the screeching the left is doing over the
- 18:07Speaker 1: fact that foreigners who are supposed to be here on
- 18:09Speaker 1: a temporary basis don't get to stay here forever. They're
- 18:13Speaker 1: going crazy because they're the left. It's typical stuff. All right,
- 18:17Speaker 1: more ahead on this edition of Vince. I want to
- 18:18Speaker 1: thank one of our fine sponsors today. That's Shopify. You know,
- 18:22Speaker 1: starting something new is not just hard. It can be terrifying. Terrifying.
- 18:27Speaker 1: And even before we started this program, I did wonder,
- 18:29Speaker 1: I was like, is this going to work? Am I
- 18:31Speaker 1: going to be able to do this format? But taking
- 18:34Speaker 1: that leap, man, it changed everything. And having tools that
- 18:37Speaker 1: simplify the process to take leaps, it makes it so
- 18:39Speaker 1: much easier. Trusting yourself is the first big step forward.
- 18:43Speaker 1: And this is where Shopify comes in. Shopify powers millions
- 18:46Speaker 1: of businesses worldwide and about 10% of U.S. e-commerce, from
- 18:49Speaker 1: global brands to first-time founders. You can build a beautiful
- 18:53Speaker 1: storefront with ready-to-use templates that match your style, no coding needed.

- 19:31Speaker 3: All right.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Let's see here. Yeah, so the Supreme Court yesterday said, yes,
- 19:34Speaker 1: the president can end temporary protective status. That's well within
- 19:38Speaker 1: his powers. And no, just because you're upset about it
- 19:41Speaker 1: doesn't mean you get to litigate and stay inside the
- 19:43Speaker 1: country forever. You've got to go. So let me give
- 19:46Speaker 1: you some context, ladies and gentlemen. Who here, anybody in
- 19:50Speaker 1: the chat know what year Haiti, Haitians, were granted temporary
- 19:56Speaker 1: protective status right here in the United States? When was
- 19:59Speaker 1: this designation done? Does anybody in the chat know? It's
- 20:02Speaker 1: okay if you don't. I had to look it up
- 20:03Speaker 1: to verify myself. What year did this? I'll give you
- 20:09Speaker 1: a hint. It revolved around a devastating natural disaster. A
- 20:14Speaker 1: devastating natural disaster. Now, it's not quite so far back
- 20:19Speaker 1: as the 1990s. There we go. Corey nailed it.
- 20:20Speaker 3: Corey 1215.
- 20:20Speaker 1: It was 2010. It was 2010 that this took place.
- 20:22Speaker 1: There was an earthquake in Haiti on January 12th of 2010.
- 20:35Speaker 1: On January 21st, before the end of the month of
- 20:38Speaker 1: that year, now 16 and a half years ago, the
- 20:44Speaker 1: United States government created temporary protective status for Haitians who
- 20:48Speaker 1: were fleeing the devastation. 16 years ago. 16 years. So
- 20:54Speaker 1: if you can stay in the United States for 16
- 20:56Speaker 1: years and then just keep on going, at what point
- 20:58Speaker 1: do we say it's not temporary anymore? Kind of seems permanent,
- 21:01Speaker 1: doesn't it? If you're going to stay here for decades, Similarly,
- 21:05Speaker 1: in Syria, that designation was conferred in 2012. That would
- 21:10Speaker 1: have been 14 years ago. That designation was not for
- 21:14Speaker 1: an earthquake. It was for the Syrian civil war. And
- 21:17Speaker 1: since then, Bashar al-Assad is gone. Assad has been dethroned.
- 21:22Speaker 1: He's unseated. And so the Assad government, which was involved
- 21:26Speaker 1: in the Syrian civil war, is now gone. So the
- 21:30Speaker 1: point is, go back to Syria. You were here on
- 21:33Speaker 1: a temporary basis. Now you can go back. And this
- 21:36Speaker 1: temporary protective status thing, understand what this says about the
- 21:40Speaker 1: United States. It first of all conveys the most obvious thing,
- 21:43Speaker 1: which is we are a very generous country. We are
- 21:46Speaker 1: very generous. In fact, we will open our doors to
- 21:49Speaker 1: taking people on a temporary basis until their country can
- 21:53Speaker 1: get back on their feet and then send them back
- 21:54Speaker 1: on their way. Go on back, get back to your home.
- 21:58Speaker 1: That's a very generous thing for us to do. But
- 22:00Speaker 1: at one point, does our generosity, become utterly suicidal. Because
- 22:06Speaker 1: it seems to me that the cruel thing to do
- 22:10Speaker 1: is to take advantage of our generosity and then to
- 22:12Speaker 1: abuse us, despite how good we've been to places like
- 22:15Speaker 1: Haiti and Syria, or at least the people of Haiti
- 22:18Speaker 1: and the people of Syria. That seems like the cruel thing.
- 22:21Speaker 1: So when the Supreme Court comes out with this decision yesterday,
- 22:24Speaker 1: it's on the side of the rule of law, it's
- 22:25Speaker 1: on the side of decency. It's like, hey, look, you
- 22:28Speaker 1: had a good run, but now's the time to go home.
- 22:30Speaker 1: That's all wonderful. This is something that Democrats are raging about.
- 22:36Speaker 1: They are furious about this. Yesterday, Chuck Schumer was calling
- 22:40Speaker 1: it very cruel that these Haitians and Syrians have to
- 22:43Speaker 1: go back to their home countries now. Seth Moulton, whoever
- 22:47Speaker 1: the hell that is, was whining that President Trump, he
- 22:52Speaker 1: said it was President Trump. It wasn't President Trump. It
- 22:54Speaker 1: was the Supreme Court. He said, Donald Trump's Supreme Court
- 22:58Speaker 1: has ended legal protections for tens of thousands of Haitians
- 23:00Speaker 1: and Syrian migrants. Rather than protect the hardworking families that
- 23:04Speaker 1: contribute to our communities, Trump's justices are sending them back
- 23:08Speaker 1: to the same places they fled. Democrats need to, you
- 23:11Speaker 1: see this? Democrats need to reform the court to preserve
- 23:16Speaker 1: our rights and protect TPS families. So here's a Democrat
- 23:23Speaker 1: congressman speaking on behalf of all the other Democrats who
- 23:27Speaker 1: are saying the same nonsense in the last 24 hours.
- 23:31Speaker 1: saying that the real people that they're there in Congress
- 23:33Speaker 1: to protect are foreign nationals who have overstayed both their
- 23:39Speaker 1: welcome and our generosity, who have gotten every benefit imaginable
- 23:43Speaker 1: from the people of the United States and should go home.
- 23:46Speaker 1: That guy is fighting harder for the foreigner, for the abuser,
- 23:51Speaker 1: for the person who wants to just stay here forever.
- 23:55Speaker 1: than he is for any American citizen. Can you imagine
- 23:58Speaker 1: if these Democrats fought half as hard for Americans as
- 24:00Speaker 1: they fight for these people? What a great country this
- 24:04Speaker 1: would be. If we could get these guys in Congress
- 24:07Speaker 1: to fight half as hard as they do for foreign nationals,
- 24:11Speaker 1: it's wild. And watch as he dresses up. The language
- 24:15Speaker 1: here is like, hey, you have a moral obligation to
- 24:18Speaker 1: sell out your own country. You have a moral obligation
- 24:21Speaker 1: to be taken advantage of.
- 24:22Speaker 3: No, I don't.
- 24:23Speaker 1: To hell with you. I have a moral obligation to
- 24:26Speaker 1: tell the truth. That's the moral obligation I have. I
- 24:28Speaker 1: have a moral obligation to my family. I have a
- 24:31Speaker 1: moral obligation to my God, and I have a moral
- 24:34Speaker 1: obligation to my country. And in the interest of all
- 24:37Speaker 1: of those things, I'd like the rule of law back, please.
- 24:40Speaker 1: I'd like order back. I'd like America to be for
- 24:45Speaker 1: Americans on our terms, not people who violate our laws
- 24:50Speaker 1: or take advantage of our generosity. So Seth Moulton says that,
- 24:53Speaker 1: but that key, that one I just highlighted for you,
- 24:57Speaker 1: Democrats need to reform the court, he says. This is
- 25:01Speaker 1: the game plan. Notice how he starts the post. He
- 25:05Speaker 1: says it's Donald Trump's Supreme Court. And then he says
- 25:08Speaker 1: Democrats need to reform it. In other words, Democrats need
- 25:11Speaker 1: to package so that their policy preferences are just absolutely
- 25:17Speaker 1: rammed down the throat of the American people. It's not
- 25:19Speaker 1: about the Constitution. It's not about the rule of law.
- 25:22Speaker 1: They're not interested in people who are going to look
- 25:24Speaker 1: at the text of the Constitution and the law and
- 25:27Speaker 1: render wise judgments on that basis. They're looking for people
- 25:29Speaker 1: to invent left-wing laws directly from the bench. That's what
- 25:35Speaker 1: they want. And also, it's to be, again, clear, this
- 25:40Speaker 1: is an obvious warning sign to Republicans in the Senate.
- 25:44Speaker 1: What are you doing with the filibuster, dude? Get rid
- 25:48Speaker 1: of it. All of these Democrats are going to get
- 25:50Speaker 1: rid of it the second they can because they want
- 25:53Speaker 1: to pack the Supreme Court in order to make permanent
- 25:55Speaker 1: their disgraceful policy preferences, which involves selling out the American people.
- 26:00Speaker 1: Are you not seeing the writing on the wall? Are
- 26:02Speaker 1: you not seeing the writing on social media? Are you
- 26:05Speaker 1: really that dense that you don't perceive what's about to
- 26:08Speaker 1: happen next? Crazy to me. Absolutely crazy. So, You know,
- 26:18Speaker 1: I got one more Democrat spazzing out for you, and
- 26:19Speaker 1: then we'll get to Stephen Miller. It'll be Miller time.
- 26:21Speaker 1: I can't wait for the Stephen Miller stuff. But first,
- 26:24Speaker 1: one more Democrat spazzing out. This is a woman who's
- 26:28Speaker 1: on a network called Ms.
- 26:29Speaker 3: Now.
- 26:29Speaker 1: You guys know about Ms.
- 26:30Speaker 7: Now?
- 26:31Speaker 2: Ms.
- 26:32Speaker 4: Now.
- 26:33Speaker 1: This Ms. Now, kind of like a lesbian cable network
- 26:36Speaker 1: or something. They've got a woman on there with resting
- 26:39Speaker 1: Democrat face by the name of Nicole Wallace. And she
- 26:43Speaker 1: was really upset yesterday. that all of these Haitians and
- 26:47Speaker 1: Syrians would have to leave the United States of America. Now,
- 26:50Speaker 1: if I had to venture a guess, Nicole Wallace doesn't
- 26:55Speaker 1: live anywhere near where the Haitians and the Syrians are.
- 26:59Speaker 1: In fact, she would probably be the first to, you know,
- 27:03Speaker 1: make sure that the Haitians and Syrians can't live in
- 27:05Speaker 1: her community, wherever that is. But here she is yesterday
- 27:09Speaker 1: whining about the Supreme Court decision and saying that a
- 27:13Speaker 1: poem on the Statue of Liberty says that you're supposed
- 27:15Speaker 1: to betray your country.
- 27:16Speaker 3: Listen to this.
- 27:17Speaker 5: Trump's Supreme Court making a mockery of the words emblazoned
- 27:20Speaker 5: on the Statue of Liberty. Quote, give me your tired,
- 27:24Speaker 5: your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free is
- 27:28Speaker 5: where we start today.
- 27:29Speaker 3: Uh.
- 27:34Speaker 1: A poem on the Statue of Liberty. That poem was
- 27:38Speaker 1: written by a woman called Emma Lazarus. The New Colossus
- 27:42Speaker 1: is the name of the poem. It was affixed to
- 27:44Speaker 1: the Statue of Liberty many decades after the statue was
- 27:49Speaker 1: put up and dedicated. And that little tiny line inside
- 27:54Speaker 1: of the poem has been used by the left as
- 27:57Speaker 1: some sort of declaration of what America's laws are supposed
- 28:00Speaker 1: to be, that your borders are supposed to be wide
- 28:02Speaker 1: open and that America is not supposed to be for Americans.
- 28:04Speaker 1: That's the position that the left routinely takes as a
- 28:07Speaker 1: justification for betraying our sovereignty. Now, notice she doesn't use
- 28:11Speaker 1: another phrase to refer to immigrants in that poem, which
- 28:16Speaker 1: is wretched refuse. So if we're going to go ahead
- 28:20Speaker 1: and use the poem as some sort of gospel of
- 28:23Speaker 1: truth about immigration, is Nicole Wallace saying that immigrants are
- 28:27Speaker 1: wretched refuse? Has she read the poem? It's all so stupid. Anyway,
- 28:37Speaker 1: the point is, the poem is not US law. The
- 28:40Speaker 1: poem is not US law. And the left will, once again,
- 28:44Speaker 1: routinely use it as a means to pretend it is,
- 28:47Speaker 1: just in case you're wondering what that was about. All right,
- 28:50Speaker 1: in a moment, I've got a palate cleanser for you.
- 28:51Speaker 1: The great Stephen Miller reacting to this big decision yesterday.
- 28:55Speaker 1: There's nothing like Miller time. We're going to get to
- 28:56Speaker 1: that in just a moment. But first, I want to
- 28:59Speaker 1: tell you something. It's funny how sleep changes as you
- 29:01Speaker 1: get older. When you're young, let's say you're early 20s.
- 29:04Speaker 1: That's young. You can stay up too late, get four
- 29:06Speaker 1: or five hours of sleep, grab a coffee, somehow still
- 29:09Speaker 1: function the next day. But somewhere in your 30s, that sleep,
- 29:12Speaker 1: it stops being optional. And you feel it when it's off.
- 29:15Speaker 1: You get the brain fog, the shorter patience, the sluggish workouts.
- 29:19Speaker 1: You're annoyed at your coworkers. You're needlessly cursing at Josh. Well,
- 29:23Speaker 1: I'll tell you what. For me, falling asleep was never
- 29:26Speaker 1: the issue. It was the staying asleep that became the issue.
- 29:29Speaker 1: And this is why I started using Beam's Dream Powder.
- 29:32Speaker 1: It gives you a real restorative sleep. Dream is made
- 29:34Speaker 1: up of a powerful blend of all natural ingredients. Reishi, magnesium, L-theanine, apigenin. melatonin.

- 29:44Speaker 1: people all across the country wake up and feel their best.

- 30:12Speaker 1: VINSHOW today. Also want to thank Native Path Collagen. Just
- 30:17Speaker 1: been a joy. It's been so helpful to me. I
- 30:20Speaker 1: think you'll get something out of it too, you know,
- 30:21Speaker 1: because as we all get older, we talk about getting
- 30:24Speaker 1: older and the effects of that. It's the little things
- 30:26Speaker 1: you start to really notice, the waking up stiff or
- 30:28Speaker 1: your skin doesn't bounce back the same way. It turns
- 30:31Speaker 1: out there's a reason for that. And this is why
- 30:34Speaker 1: I love Native Path Collagen. Collagen helps support everything from joints, bones, skin,
- 30:39Speaker 1: and hair. And after you turn 30, your body starts
- 30:43Speaker 1: to make less collagen every year. You know about this?
- 30:45Speaker 1: And by age 60, people lose about half of it.
- 30:49Speaker 1: But Native Path Collagen helps replenish that protein and helps
- 30:52Speaker 1: you support the parts of your body that help you
- 30:53Speaker 1: stay active, vital, and more like yourself. And another thing
- 30:57Speaker 1: I love about NativePath, if you don't feel that difference
- 31:00Speaker 1: like I have in your health, you get your money back.
- 31:04Speaker 1: There's no questions asked, so give it a try. Plus,

- 31:26Speaker 3: All right.
- 31:27Speaker 1: You getting ready for Miller time? You ready for Miller time?
- 31:31Speaker 1: Let's do it. So Stephen Miller reacting yesterday to all
- 31:36Speaker 1: of this news. I've got, let's see. I want to
- 31:39Speaker 1: make sure I got the right clips here, Josh. I've got,
- 31:41Speaker 1: you've got two Stephen Miller clips in here for me.
- 31:43Speaker 1: I know I've got a third one. Let me see.
- 31:47Speaker 1: Stephen Miller.
- 31:48Speaker 2: Here he is.
- 31:49Speaker 1: All right, Miller time. When it comes to deportations, let's
- 31:52Speaker 1: go with this one. This is a cut three on
- 31:54Speaker 1: whether President Trump can deport Haitians. Watch this. Does the
- 31:58Speaker 1: administration consider Haiti a safe country? For Haitians?
- 32:02Speaker 3: Absolutely.
- 32:05Speaker 1: For Haitians?
- 32:06Speaker 2: Yes.
- 32:06Speaker 1: I mean, yes, Haitians live in Haiti.
- 32:08Speaker 8: It's not our position that Haitians should leave Haiti.
- 32:11Speaker 1: I mean, it would be crazy for us to say
- 32:13Speaker 1: that Haitians couldn't live in Haiti.
- 32:14Speaker 8: It's their country.
- 32:15Speaker 1: Of course Haitians should live in Haiti.
- 32:17Speaker 8: There's no viable asylum facility or use a technical term here,
- 32:20Speaker 8: cat claim, or withholding claim, for any Haitian seeking relief
- 32:25Speaker 8: from going back to Haiti, to their homeland. The fact
- 32:28Speaker 8: that there might be pockets of Haiti with this higher crime.
- 32:31Speaker 3: Rates, guess what?
- 32:32Speaker 8: There's pockets of Chicago with crime rates just as high, right?
- 32:36Speaker 8: There's pockets of cities like St. Louis with crime just
- 32:40Speaker 8: as high. Pockets of Los Angeles with crime just as high.
- 32:43Speaker 8: It has never been the case that having communities that
- 32:46Speaker 8: have high crime rates is a basis for asylum. Never
- 32:49Speaker 8: has been, never will be.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Thank you all. That's true. High crime rates is not
- 32:54Speaker 1: a basis for asylum. That bears repeating. High crime rates,
- 32:58Speaker 1: not a basis for asylum. Not in any way under
- 33:01Speaker 1: the statutes. a basis for asylum in the United States.
- 33:05Speaker 1: So what an interesting Q & A. I love that.
- 33:08Speaker 1: The guy's like, do you think Haiti's safe? And Stephen
- 33:11Speaker 1: Miller goes, for Haitians? Yeah, that's why we're sending him back.
- 33:15Speaker 1: That's why we're sending him back. And the truth is,
- 33:17Speaker 1: the safety question is fundamentally not actually the asylum situation.
- 33:22Speaker 1: Just because you have a high crime rate somewhere in
- 33:24Speaker 1: the country does not justify asylum here in the United States.
- 33:28Speaker 1: So good, always good to see Stephen Miller out there.
- 33:31Speaker 1: I think He should take over. Don't you think he
- 33:33Speaker 1: should take over for one of these Caroline Leavitt maternity
- 33:36Speaker 1: leave press conferences? Wouldn't that be great? They had Marco
- 33:41Speaker 1: Rubio's done a wonderful job.
- 33:42Speaker 3: J.D.
- 33:43Speaker 1: Vance has done a wonderful job. A bunch of these
- 33:45Speaker 1: guys have shown up to answer some questions. I know Dr.
- 33:47Speaker 1: Oz did it at one point. Stephen Miller to do
- 33:51Speaker 1: the press briefing. Can we get an amen in the
- 33:54Speaker 1: chat on Stephen Miller doing the press briefing? I would
- 33:57Speaker 1: love to see that. I think that'd be phenomenal. I
- 34:01Speaker 1: think that'd be super great. Anyway, we'll see. And even
- 34:05Speaker 1: when Caroline's back at the lectern, I still think that
- 34:09Speaker 1: Stephen Miller should fill in every so often. That'd be good. Yeah,
- 34:12Speaker 1: we got some amens. All right, all right. The chat's
- 34:14Speaker 1: on board. Yeah, good. All right, well, we'll let the
- 34:16Speaker 1: White House know. Time for Stephen Miller to do the
- 34:18Speaker 1: press briefing. It'd be great. Let me see here. I've
- 34:22Speaker 1: also got more for you from Stephen Miller, but first
- 34:25Speaker 1: I want to dwell on.
- 34:28Speaker 3: The wins.
- 34:28Speaker 1: Here's the wins here. So the Supreme Court gave us
- 34:31Speaker 1: a couple of great decisions yesterday, in particular when it
- 34:34Speaker 1: came to protecting America's sovereignty and cleaning up our immigration system,
- 34:38Speaker 1: which the left has been abusing. But I don't know
- 34:42Speaker 1: about you, Chad, but it's making me a little nervous
- 34:45Speaker 1: that we're getting all these good decisions and we still
- 34:48Speaker 1: haven't received the big enchilada yet. You know what I'm
- 34:50Speaker 1: talking about? Birthright citizenship. The birthright citizenship case still sits
- 34:57Speaker 1: before the Supreme Court. Next week, we're expected, on Monday,
- 35:01Speaker 1: we'll begin to get some of the remaining opinions, and
- 35:03Speaker 1: we're expected to have the rest of these opinions over
- 35:05Speaker 1: the course of this next week. And that birthright citizenship case,
- 35:10Speaker 1: oh boy. If this doesn't go the right way, it's
- 35:15Speaker 1: going to be some real chaos. It's going to be
- 35:18Speaker 1: some real chaos. So you've got, the court is considering
- 35:25Speaker 1: right now whether or not somebody who just blitzes into
- 35:30Speaker 1: our country and has a baby suddenly has an American
- 35:32Speaker 1: citizen on their hands? That's the question before the court
- 35:36Speaker 1: right now. Now, any decent American, anybody with two eyes,
- 35:41Speaker 1: two ears, and two brain cells to rub together knows
- 35:44Speaker 1: that you should not be entitled to American citizenship by
- 35:47Speaker 1: putting a toe on American soil and having a baby here.
- 35:51Speaker 3: Like what?
- 35:52Speaker 1: We had years of Chinese birth tourism going on where
- 35:57Speaker 1: You had wealthy Chinese nationals flying into the country to
- 36:00Speaker 1: have babies to make them American citizens and then bringing
- 36:03Speaker 1: their babies back to China as newly minted American citizens.
- 36:09Speaker 1: What is that system? That doesn't make any sense whatsoever.
- 36:13Speaker 1: And I guarantee you there's no way the founders ever
- 36:17Speaker 1: intended for citizenship to be conferred on people under circumstances
- 36:21Speaker 1: like that. If you're an illegal alien to our country,
- 36:24Speaker 1: if you break our country's laws and then have a
- 36:26Speaker 1: baby within a day or something of your arrival, or
- 36:29Speaker 1: it doesn't matter what timeframe, that doesn't entitle you to
- 36:32Speaker 1: an American citizen child by extension tethering you to the
- 36:36Speaker 1: United States, which is why we use the phrase anchor baby.
- 36:40Speaker 1: In fact, a lot of the welfare, American taxpayer money
- 36:44Speaker 1: that's taken by illegal aliens is taken by way of
- 36:48Speaker 1: their unearned American citizenship children. That's just the truth. Now,
- 36:53Speaker 1: has this system been broken for a while? Yes, it has.
- 36:57Speaker 1: But the length of time that it's been broken should
- 36:59Speaker 1: not be a justification for allowing this abuse to continue.
- 37:04Speaker 1: The court's already said, all of the oral arguments on
- 37:06Speaker 1: the subject have already indicated, by the way, nobody's going
- 37:09Speaker 1: to have their citizenship revoked, even if it was gotten
- 37:11Speaker 1: in this ill-gotten way. It's about every person going forward.
- 37:16Speaker 1: That's what this is about. So if the court rules
- 37:20Speaker 1: on the side of decency, on the side of the
- 37:22Speaker 1: American people next week, that it's going to affect every
- 37:27Speaker 1: case going forward, that no, an illegal immigrant can't come
- 37:29Speaker 1: to the United States and then boom, have an American
- 37:31Speaker 1: citizen child. In fact, the claims about birthright citizenship emanate
- 37:37Speaker 1: out of the 14th Amendment, a mangled reading of the
- 37:40Speaker 1: 14th Amendment. And we should be really clear about what
- 37:44Speaker 1: the 14th Amendment is about and why it was set
- 37:46Speaker 1: up in the first place. It was set up to
- 37:48Speaker 1: address freed slaves. former slaves and their children. It was
- 37:54Speaker 1: meant to establish once and for all that anybody who
- 37:58Speaker 1: was ever in a condition of slavery in the United
- 38:01Speaker 1: States or their children, these are American citizens. They are
- 38:05Speaker 1: a part of the American story. They have every right
- 38:10Speaker 1: to dictate the future of this country on the basis
- 38:12Speaker 1: of that citizenship. They enjoy the blessings of American citizenship.
- 38:17Speaker 1: That's what the 14th Amendment is about. In fact, the 13th, 14th,
- 38:21Speaker 1: and 15th Amendments are all dedicated to welcoming former slaves
- 38:28Speaker 1: into the full fabric of the United States of America. Now,
- 38:31Speaker 1: what would ensue after all of those amendments, of course,
- 38:33Speaker 1: were many attempts by Democrats to continue to prevent Black
- 38:36Speaker 1: Americans from having their voting franchise, from being able to
- 38:40Speaker 1: participate in the United States of America. No doubt, that
- 38:43Speaker 1: history continues to exist. But this is the point of
- 38:45Speaker 1: the 14th Amendment. It was meant to get us to
- 38:49Speaker 1: that more perfect union. It wasn't meant to be to
- 38:54Speaker 1: make us imperfect, to break us, to introduce chaos. And
- 38:58Speaker 1: yet that is precisely what the left has used the
- 39:00Speaker 1: 14th Amendment to do. It's amazing. It's amazing. So this
- 39:08Speaker 1: needs to end. And I'm worried that, and I'm not alone.
- 39:12Speaker 1: I know there's a bunch of people who are worried
- 39:13Speaker 1: about it, that the court is releasing all of these
- 39:16Speaker 1: opinions right now to essentially soften us up for the
- 39:19Speaker 1: death blow. That, yeah, we're going to keep this crappy
- 39:22Speaker 1: system set up where people can just steal American citizenship.
- 39:26Speaker 2: What?
- 39:27Speaker 1: That's insane to me. And I hope it doesn't come
- 39:29Speaker 1: to pass, but I'm nervous it's about to. And on
- 39:35Speaker 1: this front, let me share something with you. Here's a
- 39:38Speaker 1: Mike Davis post on the subject, the great Mike Davis,
- 39:40Speaker 1: Article 3 Project. We love Mike. And here's what he says.
- 39:43Speaker 1: The Supreme Court just issued two good 6-3 decisions on immigration,
- 39:47Speaker 1: TPS and asylum. Don't let the timing fool anyone. Soon
- 39:51Speaker 1: the court will likely issue an egregiously wrong ruling. The
- 39:54Speaker 1: court will pretend that Chinese birth tourists, trend de Aragua terrorists,
- 39:57Speaker 1: Islamist invaders, and other illegals get automatic birthright citizenship. We
- 40:02Speaker 1: the people, the sovereign citizens of America, never agreed to this.
- 40:06Speaker 1: Not at our founding, not after the Civil War, not
- 40:09Speaker 1: in any subsequent Congress.
- 40:11Speaker 2: Never.
- 40:13Speaker 1: This will serve as the most serious violation of our
- 40:15Speaker 1: most crucial sovereign power, controlling who comes and who goes
- 40:20Speaker 1: and who becomes one of us. We the people never
- 40:25Speaker 1: agreed to this judicially sanctioned invasion and replacement. He's right
- 40:33Speaker 1: about that. He's right. You know, there's also all sorts
- 40:38Speaker 1: of evidence to be really clear about that the 14th
- 40:42Speaker 1: Amendment didn't just give blanket citizenship to any person who
- 40:46Speaker 1: was born inside of the territorial borders of the United States.
- 40:50Speaker 1: It's not true in the case of foreign diplomats. It's
- 40:53Speaker 1: well accepted that foreign diplomats are not entitled to American
- 40:57Speaker 1: citizen children just by giving birth here in the United States.
- 41:01Speaker 1: Those children are citizens of the countries that that diplomat
- 41:03Speaker 1: comes from. So, well, wait a second. The 14th Amendment
- 41:08Speaker 1: doesn't apply to that kid?
- 41:09Speaker 3: Why?
- 41:10Speaker 1: What happened to equal protection? Equal protection, the equal protection
- 41:14Speaker 1: clause is found in the 14th Amendment too. Oh, it
- 41:17Speaker 1: doesn't apply to foreigners. That's interesting. In fact, Supreme Court
- 41:24Speaker 1: Justice Clarence Thomas yesterday wrote a very interesting concurring opinion
- 41:31Speaker 1: in the case involving temporary protective status. So I just
- 41:35Speaker 1: told you about that case where President Trump can get
- 41:37Speaker 1: rid of all these Haitians, all these Syrians, time to
- 41:40Speaker 1: go home. You've stayed long enough. Yesterday, Justice Clarence Thomas
- 41:45Speaker 1: wrote a concurring opinion for that opinion, meaning he shares
- 41:51Speaker 1: the opinion of the majority, but he's got one extra
- 41:53Speaker 1: thing he'd like to say. Sean Davis took a screen
- 41:55Speaker 1: grab of it. We love Sean. And here's what Justice
- 41:59Speaker 1: Thomas wrote. Quote, I join the opinion of the court
- 42:02Speaker 1: in full. I write separately to address two more fundamental
- 42:06Speaker 1: problems with the Mayotte respondents' suit. First, their equal protection claim,
- 42:12Speaker 1: while meritless under the court's precedence, was also beyond the
- 42:15Speaker 1: district court's jurisdiction. Second, and this is the most important part,
- 42:20Speaker 1: even assuming jurisdiction, the equal protection claim fails for the
- 42:24Speaker 1: additional reason that aliens have no equal protection rights against
- 42:31Speaker 1: the federal government. You got that? Aliens have no equal
- 42:36Speaker 1: protection rights against the federal government. In other words, aliens
- 42:41Speaker 1: don't have some sort of equal claim to U.S. citizenship
- 42:46Speaker 1: just because their babies are born here. That doesn't make
- 42:49Speaker 1: any sense. No, absolutely not. And you have Justice Thomas.
- 42:55Speaker 1: This is not the same opinion, obviously. They haven't released
- 42:57Speaker 1: the birthright citizenship opinion. But he's making it really clear
- 43:01Speaker 1: in his concurring opinion, no, foreigners don't get the equal
- 43:05Speaker 1: protection rights of Americans. That's insane. Why would the Constitution
- 43:09Speaker 1: ever say that? Let me give you an example in
- 43:12Speaker 1: a different context. You know that under current federal law,
- 43:15Speaker 1: although it's very poorly enforced, obviously, under current federal law,
- 43:20Speaker 1: it is illegal for illegal aliens to receive almost every
- 43:25Speaker 1: single category of welfare. They're not entitled. They're not even
- 43:29Speaker 1: allowed to collect welfare. Now, as I pointed out a
- 43:33Speaker 1: few minutes ago, oftentimes illegals will smuggle welfare through their
- 43:37Speaker 1: unearned American citizen children. That often happens. And there's all
- 43:40Speaker 1: sorts of other ways that illegals tap into taxpayer resources
- 43:44Speaker 1: and exploit our system. But on this core point, which
- 43:48Speaker 1: is like, hey, can you get food stamps? Are you
- 43:50Speaker 1: entitled to welfare of any kind? No, it's illegal under
- 43:55Speaker 1: federal law. Now, if the Equal Protection Clause applied to
- 43:59Speaker 1: illegal aliens, that wouldn't stand. It'd be like, no, actually,
- 44:03Speaker 1: they're entitled to welfare too. Equal protection. That's insanity. This
- 44:07Speaker 1: is all insanity. And the idea that it's even... possible
- 44:11Speaker 1: that the court could side with the illegal aliens having
- 44:13Speaker 1: American citizen children is nut job stuff. It's completely both
- 44:18Speaker 1: ahistoric and totally rejects the law and the Constitution, and
- 44:22Speaker 1: yet we may see that decision from the court. Because
- 44:25Speaker 1: not only do we have three left-wing lunatics on the court,
- 44:28Speaker 1: we also have some judges with some very weak knees
- 44:31Speaker 1: who collapse under the slightest bit of pressure from the
- 44:34Speaker 1: New York Times and these other establishment hacks. So be
- 44:39Speaker 1: on guard for that and continue to pray for the
- 44:41Speaker 1: right outcome. This thing's not out yet.
- 44:43Speaker 4: Who knows?
- 44:43Speaker 1: Maybe you and I will be celebrating a proper decision
- 44:46Speaker 1: next week. We'll see. But as always, pray for your country. Now,
- 44:51Speaker 1: if this doesn't go our way one way or another,
- 44:53Speaker 1: we've got to fix this. We've got to fix this problem.
- 44:56Speaker 1: In fact, here's Stephen Miller unloading on this notion of
- 44:59Speaker 1: birthright citizenship for illegal aliens. Watch this, cut two. What
- 45:03Speaker 1: is your sense of where the court will go on
- 45:05Speaker 1: birthright citizenship?
- 45:07Speaker 7: Well, look, I don't know where they're going to go.
- 45:09Speaker 7: I'm not going to forecast it. Here's what I can say.
- 45:13Speaker 7: Anybody who has read even 30 seconds of American history
- 45:18Speaker 7: understands the Reconstruction Amendments after the Civil War were to
- 45:24Speaker 7: ensure that the children of slaves would be franchised in
- 45:29Speaker 7: the United States.
- 45:30Speaker 1: The author of the.
- 45:32Speaker 7: 14th Amendment was clear in saying it did not apply
- 45:35Speaker 7: to aliens. There should be a 9-0 ruling in a
- 45:40Speaker 7: functioning democracy. The idea that you can have a country
- 45:43Speaker 7: where you just set foot on U.S. soil and any
- 45:46Speaker 7: child you have gets to be an American citizen and
- 45:49Speaker 7: vote in our elections, collect our welfare, sit in our juries,
- 45:52Speaker 7: sit in judgment... of our fellow men and women is
- 45:56Speaker 7: such an outrage to the idea of having a country,
- 45:59Speaker 7: it defies the scriptures. I don't know what they're gonna do,
- 46:01Speaker 7: but here's what I can say. If this country doesn't,
- 46:05Speaker 7: one way or another, end birthright citizenship, this country doesn't
- 46:08Speaker 7: have a future. Citizenship has to be sacred and precious.
- 46:13Speaker 7: And as we stand here on the 250th anniversary of
- 46:17Speaker 7: America's founding, the idea that we wouldn't have in this
- 46:21Speaker 7: country respect And sanctity for citizenship for the voting franchise
- 46:27Speaker 7: is such an insult to generations of Americans who spilled
- 46:31Speaker 7: their blood for our freedom in battlefields here and all
- 46:34Speaker 7: across the earth, Will.
- 46:36Speaker 1: Yeah, he's totally right. One way or another, the only
- 46:39Speaker 1: way we're going to preserve this country is if we
- 46:41Speaker 1: restore order. That's it. That's it. So what do we do? Well,
- 46:46Speaker 1: I'll tell you what. If the court rules against American
- 46:51Speaker 1: citizens next week, There is absolutely no question that we
- 46:56Speaker 1: have to amend the United States Constitution. And I know,
- 46:59Speaker 1: I know that's a heavy lift. You might already be
- 47:01Speaker 1: thinking like, Vince, is that even possible? We can barely
- 47:03Speaker 1: get these guys to do a speaking filibuster.
- 47:05Speaker 3: I know, I know.
- 47:08Speaker 1: But what other recourse do we have? We have to
- 47:11Speaker 1: make it crystal clear what the 14th Amendment actually means.
- 47:17Speaker 1: A clarifying amendment to the Constitution. I can't believe we
- 47:20Speaker 1: have to clarify it. The people who drafted the 14th
- 47:23Speaker 1: Amendment were clear. Stephen Miller was just very clear. But
- 47:29Speaker 1: if you need us to say it more loudly and
- 47:31Speaker 1: more clearly, we will. America is for Americans. It's not
- 47:34Speaker 1: for people who invade it. It's an amazing thing. It's amazing.
- 47:40Speaker 1: But be on guard for this because we've got a
- 47:43Speaker 1: big story coming in the next week, one way or
- 47:45Speaker 1: the other. Let me get to some other news, though.
- 47:48Speaker 1: There's some other important things going on. I told you
- 47:50Speaker 1: this week and actually over the course of the last
- 47:52Speaker 1: two weeks, there's a lot of people that are attempting
- 47:54Speaker 1: to sow division between the vice president of the United
- 47:57Speaker 1: States and the secretary of state for some reason. I
- 48:00Speaker 1: think this has to revolve around 2028 preferences. People might
- 48:03Speaker 1: either like Marco Rubio better or J.D. Vance better, whatever
- 48:07Speaker 1: it is. And the funny thing is, like, you hear
- 48:09Speaker 1: from these guys, and they're constantly conveying that they're on
- 48:11Speaker 1: the same page on what's going on with Iran.
- 48:15Speaker 3: Constantly.
- 48:15Speaker 1: They're even telling everyone, they're both telling everybody, hey, read
- 48:18Speaker 1: the Memorandum of Understanding. Like, all this, like, nonsense that's
- 48:22Speaker 1: being spread around it. Read first. More reading, less talking.
- 48:27Speaker 1: It's always good life advice. Do a little bit more
- 48:29Speaker 1: research first. But here's Marco Rubio being asked questions repeatedly.
- 48:34Speaker 1: yesterday about, why is J.D. Vance more prominent than you
- 48:37Speaker 1: are in the Iran negotiations? And Rubio responds to this
- 48:40Speaker 1: woman that she's being a moron, basically. He's a little nicer.
- 48:44Speaker 1: And says, he's the vice president of the United States.
- 48:47Speaker 1: He's the second most powerful person in our government. What
- 48:50Speaker 1: are you talking about? Watch this.
- 48:52Speaker 2: As the country's top diplomat, do you not want more
- 48:55Speaker 2: of a direct role in these talks, which have been,
- 48:58Speaker 2: until now, really led by the Vice President? I think
- 49:03Speaker 2: that's just a silly analysis. The Vice President is the
- 49:05Speaker 2: second-ranking person in our government. It just shows you how
- 49:08Speaker 2: seriously we take that endeavor. And we have a team
- 49:10Speaker 2: of people that do work. I mean, I'm here today
- 49:12Speaker 2: because they were overseas last week. We all have a
- 49:14Speaker 2: role to play in this regard. So, I mean, I'm here.
- 49:16Speaker 2: I've been here for three days. This is a key
- 49:18Speaker 2: component of that.
- 49:19Speaker 4: So.
- 49:20Speaker 2: But I think that's a really silly question. The Vice
- 49:22Speaker 2: President of the United States, other than the President, is
- 49:24Speaker 2: the second most powerful person in our government. The fact
- 49:26Speaker 2: that he's directly involved in this tells you the importance
- 49:29Speaker 2: that our administration has given to this topic. So I
- 49:31Speaker 2: think it's a very positive thing that he's involved in it.
- 49:34Speaker 1: Yeah, isn't it funny? So what he's really saying is
- 49:37Speaker 1: it's a sign of President Trump's commitment to this process.
- 49:40Speaker 1: That's what he's saying. That he sent his senior most
- 49:45Speaker 1: lieutenant to handle it. Like, what are you talking about?
- 49:49Speaker 1: That I would be mad that J.D. Vance is on this?
- 49:52Speaker 1: I'm not mad. This is great. In fact, one of
- 49:55Speaker 1: the reporters said, asked yesterday more explicitly, tell me about
- 49:59Speaker 1: your divide with J.D.
- 50:00Speaker 3: Vance.
- 50:01Speaker 1: Okay, here we go. Watch this. Cut six.
- 50:05Speaker 6: How wide is the divide between you and the Vice President?
- 50:08Speaker 2: On what issue? On any issue, but Iran in particular.
- 50:12Speaker 2: Everyone here is aligned behind the President of the United States,
- 50:14Speaker 2: every single one of us. The President of the United
- 50:17Speaker 2: States makes the foreign policy of our country. In our job,
- 50:19Speaker 2: we obviously give advice, we give counsel, we give opinions,
- 50:22Speaker 2: but when the President of the United States is the
- 50:24Speaker 2: one who is elected by the people of our country
- 50:26Speaker 2: to conduct our foreign policy, the President makes these decisions,
- 50:29Speaker 2: and all of us on his team, every single one
- 50:31Speaker 2: of us works in lockstep very closely with one another
- 50:34Speaker 2: to execute on the President's foreign policy. Everything we do
- 50:37Speaker 2: is because the President's made a decision that it's going
- 50:39Speaker 2: to be done. And one of the things I'm very
- 50:41Speaker 2: proud of, I can't speak for every element of our
- 50:43Speaker 2: government because I'm not involved in other aspects of our government,
- 50:45Speaker 2: but one of the things that I'm the proudest of
- 50:47Speaker 2: is that when it comes to foreign policy and national security,
- 50:50Speaker 2: we have no drama, we have no games. We have
- 50:53Speaker 2: a group of people that work very well together and
- 50:55Speaker 2: closely to execute on the President's directives, which is why
- 50:59Speaker 2: I think we've had good outcomes and good achievements. And
- 51:01Speaker 2: we're going to continue to have good outcomes and good achievements.
- 51:03Speaker 2: Everyone has an important role to play and everyone is
- 51:05Speaker 2: playing that role and doing it in a collaborative process.
- 51:08Speaker 2: And I think that serves the president well and I
- 51:10Speaker 2: think that serves the country well.
- 51:14Speaker 1: We have no drama. We have no games. That's interesting
- 51:18Speaker 1: because the media wants to create drama and they love
- 51:21Speaker 1: playing games. That's what that was. Tell me about your division.
- 51:27Speaker 1: We don't have division. We've got a team. We've got
- 51:31Speaker 1: no drama. We've got no games. We're working on the
- 51:33Speaker 1: president's vision. Wow, what an improvement over the first administration,
- 51:38Speaker 1: by the way. Remember all the people who were inside
- 51:40Speaker 1: and were like constantly trying to subvert the president, working
- 51:42Speaker 1: against him, undermining him, trying to rein him in. Oh,
- 51:46Speaker 1: you can't do this. You can't do that. Wait, hold
- 51:49Speaker 1: on a second. Who got elected? Who's the guy who
- 51:52Speaker 1: got elected to this gig? That's President Trump. Who do
- 51:55Speaker 1: you work for? That's President Trump. Whose agenda are you fulfilling?
- 51:59Speaker 1: That's President Trump. And most importantly, the Trump voter. That's
- 52:03Speaker 1: the agenda you're fulfilling. So if you're opposed to it, leave.
- 52:10Speaker 1: But if you're on board, thank you. Thanks for being
- 52:12Speaker 1: in the fight. Good answers from Rubio yesterday. I just love,
- 52:16Speaker 1: just like, you know, don't fall for the garbage. There's
- 52:18Speaker 1: like people out there. Oh, Rubio is keeping his head down.
- 52:20Speaker 1: He's really embarrassed by all this.
- 52:22Speaker 3: Really?
- 52:22Speaker 1: Because he keeps answering all these questions. He keeps telling
- 52:24Speaker 1: you suckers to actually read the MOU. And that he's
- 52:27Speaker 1: happy to be a part of this great team. So,
- 52:30Speaker 1: you know, who am I going to believe? The people
- 52:32Speaker 1: who are making up crap or the guys who are
- 52:34Speaker 1: actually in the thick of it? I know the answer
- 52:37Speaker 1: to that question. You guys want a quick Save America
- 52:41Speaker 1: Act update? I've done a lot of Save America Acts
- 52:44Speaker 1: this week. I thought, you know, maybe we could shrink
- 52:46Speaker 1: Save America just a little bit today. Although it is
- 52:49Speaker 1: so important. In order for us to do Save America, though,
- 52:51Speaker 1: we got to do, we got to gavel into it.
- 52:54Speaker 1: A little Save America Act update. You want some hot
- 52:56Speaker 1: rage on the Save America Act?
- 52:58Speaker 3: Good.
- 52:59Speaker 1: Me too. Here we go. Byron Donalds is my spirit
- 53:03Speaker 1: animal this week. Here's Byron Donalds going absolutely ham yesterday.
- 53:07Speaker 1: Cut 10. Watch this.
- 53:09Speaker 3: Byron Donalds. Man, the Senate sucks. I'm just going to
- 53:17Speaker 3: come out and say it. They suck. True. This is
- 53:19Speaker 3: not hard. 80% of the American people want the Save
- 53:23Speaker 3: America Act to pass, not 80% of Republicans, 80% of
- 53:27Speaker 3: the American people. And the only organization that refused to
- 53:31Speaker 3: act is the United States Senate. Everybody else is saying
- 53:35Speaker 3: this is common sense. We should do common sense things.
- 53:38Speaker 3: Let's make sure only Americans are voting in our elections.
- 53:42Speaker 3: Makes sense, right? Let's protect the franchise of the American people.
- 53:46Speaker 3: Let's make sure that people who are sent to Washington
- 53:49Speaker 3: are being voted on by Americans. Who the American people
- 53:53Speaker 3: choose is up to them, but we have a responsibility
- 53:55Speaker 3: to secure that franchise and to secure that process for
- 54:00Speaker 3: the American people. And what is happening in the U.S.
- 54:03Speaker 3: Senate is laziness, and quite frankly, it's disgusting. What? The
- 54:09Speaker 3: Senate Democrats don't want to have voter ID in America.
- 54:13Speaker 4: Why?
- 54:14Speaker 3: Because they want to maintain their power. Senate Republicans don't
- 54:18Speaker 3: want to do the right thing and actually have a
- 54:21Speaker 3: true filibuster on the floor and debate the matter on
- 54:25Speaker 3: the floor because it would take them away from their
- 54:27Speaker 3: precious meetings that they have to conduct.
- 54:30Speaker 4: I'm sorry.
- 54:31Speaker 3: They have a responsibility to open up the Senate floor
- 54:34Speaker 3: and debate this issue in front of the American people.
- 54:36Speaker 1: I agree with Chairman Harris. Thank you.
- 54:38Speaker 3: One thousand percent.
- 54:40Speaker 1: So Byron Donald's totally right about that. The what we
- 54:42Speaker 1: really are dealing with is the affliction of laziness going
- 54:46Speaker 1: on in the United States Senate. They just don't want
- 54:48Speaker 1: to do it. That really honestly, this is like, you know,
- 54:52Speaker 1: Occam's razor. It's like the most obvious explanation for why
- 54:56Speaker 1: a lot of these Republicans are just not doing it.
- 54:58Speaker 1: They're too lazy. They're too lazy. You know, the reality is,
- 55:03Speaker 1: I don't know if this will come as a shock
- 55:05Speaker 1: to you. A lot of these guys just enjoy being
- 55:07Speaker 1: called senator. That's it. They just like, you know, patting
- 55:12Speaker 1: each other on the back. I'm a senator. They're perfectly content,
- 55:15Speaker 1: a lot of them, being in the minority. In fact,
- 55:17Speaker 1: the less they have to do, the better. The less
- 55:19Speaker 1: that you can even get them to do, the better.
- 55:23Speaker 1: As long as I'm a senator, it's fine. And then
- 55:25Speaker 1: they can enrich their friends and vote on corrupt backroom
- 55:29Speaker 1: deals and not have to spend too much time really
- 55:31Speaker 1: thinking about the purpose of our country and their role
- 55:34Speaker 1: in trying to hold it together. Because if they did
- 55:38Speaker 1: care about that, we wouldn't be $ 37, $ 38, $ 39 trillion
- 55:42Speaker 1: in debt right now. If they did care about that,
- 55:46Speaker 1: then this wouldn't be an issue. We wouldn't have to
- 55:48Speaker 1: worry about pleading, begging, cajoling them in order to establish
- 55:53Speaker 1: election integrity. If they did care about that, they wouldn't
- 55:57Speaker 1: be on recess right now. And yet the Senate is.
- 56:00Speaker 1: They're on recess. They work two and a half days
- 56:02Speaker 1: a week. Is it anyone else in this chat have
- 56:06Speaker 1: a two and a half day work week? I don't
- 56:08Speaker 1: have a two and a half day work week. I
- 56:10Speaker 1: don't know what that's like. In the Senate, they've got
- 56:13Speaker 1: a two and a half day work week. And then
- 56:15Speaker 1: they give these long lectures insofar as they ever stand
- 56:18Speaker 1: in front of a microphone doing anything about how they're
- 56:20Speaker 1: working so hard for the American people. Two and a
- 56:23Speaker 1: half day work week. What are you talking about? I
- 56:28Speaker 1: work harder than the senators, you think, Josh? I'm trying.
- 56:33Speaker 1: He said I'm putting the work in. I'm trying. I'm trying.
- 56:36Speaker 1: I feel like I've got a better grasp of how
- 56:38Speaker 1: the freaking Senate works than a lot of these senators.
- 56:41Speaker 1: A lot of these guys seem to be caught off
- 56:42Speaker 1: guard by the fact that they're even allowed to stand
- 56:44Speaker 1: up and make a case in order to get something passed. Wait,
- 56:47Speaker 1: we can do that? Oh, that sounds awful. Then get
- 56:51Speaker 1: out of the job. Let's get somebody who can stand
- 56:54Speaker 1: on their own two feet and talk. That's all we
- 56:57Speaker 1: need you to do. Stand on two feet and talk
- 57:00Speaker 1: and then vote and restore integrity to America's elections. You know,
- 57:05Speaker 1: John Cornyn was this week before they went on recess,
- 57:09Speaker 1: he took a screen grab of his talking points about
- 57:11Speaker 1: why he can't do anything for you. He actually has
- 57:14Speaker 1: talking points. Somebody on his staff wrote talking points about
- 57:18Speaker 1: why he's not able to do his job. It was
- 57:22Speaker 1: the Save Act Talking Filibuster Issues. This is the talking
- 57:26Speaker 1: points they wrote for him. And it's a series of
- 57:29Speaker 1: excuses for why we can't use the talking filibuster to
- 57:32Speaker 1: get this passed. Now, of course, you can use the
- 57:33Speaker 1: talking filibuster to get it passed, but let's very quickly
- 57:36Speaker 1: go through it. He says the two-speech rule, meaning that
- 57:40Speaker 1: Democrats will get two chances for speeches during a filibuster,
- 57:45Speaker 1: applies to every debatable action in the Senate, including procedure, amendments,
- 57:48Speaker 1: and underlying bill.
- 57:50Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 57:51Speaker 1: This happens all the time. This happens when you're doing
- 57:56Speaker 1: the budget, when you're doing the reconciliation, the voterama. This
- 58:00Speaker 1: happens all year long. So like what? It wouldn't be
- 58:06Speaker 1: new for the SAVE Act, SAVE America Act. It's the
- 58:10Speaker 1: same thing that happens all the time. There's constantly attempts
- 58:13Speaker 1: by Democrats to extend debate and disrupt things. That's going
- 58:16Speaker 1: to happen no matter what you do. So you may
- 58:18Speaker 1: as well be pursuing something worthwhile. He goes on, he says,
- 58:23Speaker 1: Democrats can force unlimited tough votes on any subject that
- 58:26Speaker 1: divide us any time on any issue for months and months. Again,
- 58:32Speaker 1: this happens all the time. And Republicans can get enough votes,
- 58:37Speaker 1: if you can actually get your asses together and do
- 58:39Speaker 1: something for once, to table all of the nonsense. He says,
- 58:45Speaker 1: Republicans must maintain quorum at all times, including nights and weekends,
- 58:48Speaker 1: or Democrats can seize control over the floor.
- 58:50Speaker 3: Sure.
- 58:50Speaker 7: Sure.
- 58:52Speaker 1: But as Rachel Bovard points out, and by the way,
- 58:55Speaker 1: I'm cribbing a lot from Rachel Bovard here as I
- 58:57Speaker 1: assess this because she wrote an amazing ex-post on this subject.
- 59:00Speaker 1: You should go to my ex-account or just go right
- 59:03Speaker 1: to Rachel's ex-account and find it. It's amazing. It's a
- 59:05Speaker 1: great takedown of John Cornyn's lies here and excuses. But
- 59:10Speaker 1: she writes about this and she says, you know, a
- 59:12Speaker 1: quorum is only maintained through senators registering their presence via
- 59:16Speaker 1: a live quorum. It works like a vote. They come in,
- 59:19Speaker 1: they raise their hands, and then they leave. So yeah,
- 59:22Speaker 1: they need to be near the floor. They don't have
- 59:24Speaker 1: to be on the floor. They don't have to be.
- 59:28Speaker 1: And once a quorum is present, Democrats need to speak
- 59:31Speaker 1: the whole time or else a vote happens. So if
- 59:35Speaker 1: Democrats aren't speaking, what happens, chat?
- 59:38Speaker 2: A vote.
- 59:39Speaker 1: A vote. On the bill. On the legislation. This is achievable.
- 59:46Speaker 1: Here's another one. John Cornyn. These are all self-defeating talking points.
- 59:49Speaker 1: He says, it becomes impossible for members in cycle to
- 59:52Speaker 1: go to their states. We can't go out of session
- 59:54Speaker 1: or control the timing of key or hard votes.
- 59:56Speaker 2: Okay.
- 59:57Speaker 3: Okay.
- 59:58Speaker 1: So you can't go campaign in a fraudulent election? What if,
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: here's a brilliant idea, what if you just busted your
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: tail a little bit and delivered for the voters and
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: made them enthusiastic to send you back to Washington in
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: the first place, and we had credible elections? Could you
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: imagine what kind of tailwinds you would get from that
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: kind of effort? Here's another one. Democrats can drag the
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: process out so late in the year, the SAVE Act
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: cannot be implemented before the election.
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: Don't fall for this straw man. This is nonsense. It's irrelevant. Fundamentally,
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: you and I would love to have the Save America
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: Act before the midterms, obviously. But even if we don't
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: get it before the midterms, shouldn't we have it as
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: quickly as humanly possible?
- 1:00:47Speaker 3: We should.
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: The midterms are huge. But if the question is, do
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: we get the Save America Act after the midterms or never?
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: I'll take it after the midterms. I just want credible
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: elections going forward. That's what I want in this country.
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: So this is a nonsensical excuse. Wow, we won't be
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: able to do it in time. Do it at all.
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: Mail ballot restrictions. Trump wants mail ballot restrictions. We don't
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: have the votes for that, even at 50.
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: First of all, you should debate it. You should try.
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: But if you can't add that to the House legislation, fine.
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: Then give us the House legislation that says photo ID
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: is required to vote, that you have to prove you're
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: an American citizen when you register, and that non-citizens will
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: be removed from the voting rolls, and that elections officials
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: who violate our laws will be held accountable for it.
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: That's what the Save America Act currently says. So if
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: we don't get the mail-in ballot provisions that President Trump wants,
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: would that be something we should obviously pursue? Yeah, absolutely.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: But if you don't have the votes, you don't have
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: the votes. You have the votes for everything else, though.
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: So why don't you try? And he said at the
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: end of the process, we may not even have the
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: votes for the bill because of amendments, change views, process fouls,
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: et cetera. You have to freaking try, dude. You have
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: to try. The Civil Rights Act was passed in this way.
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: In the 1960s, the Civil Rights Act did not have
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: enough support in order to reach a supermajority. And so
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: a filibuster began. They only had 40 votes for the
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: Civil Rights Act originally. By the end of the filibuster,
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: they secured cloture with 67 supporters. It was two months
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: of a talking filibuster. And then at the end, The
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: Civil Rights Act gets passed and you can thank Republicans
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: for that. It was a filibuster. People needed to be
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: convinced to support it. In the end, they were. That's
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: because they had the debate. These guys are arguing about
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: whether or not and how they can end the debate.
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: We're just asking you to freaking start it. That's it.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: Let's start with step one, baby steps. Start the debate.
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: And then eventually pass this thing because the future of
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: our country depends on it. Man, oh, man, we're going
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: to stay focused on this. Thank you. Barb says, thank you, Vince,
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: for all you do to save America. I am just
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: standing here shoulder to shoulder with you, Barb. That's it.
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: I just I think that is if we can show
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: up every day and stay focused on the things that
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: matter and then have a little bit of fun in
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: the process and appreciate this great country and the legacy
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: that we have and the blessings that God has given us.
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: I think if we can do all of those things,
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: then we can keep moving in the right direction, even
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: in the face of this kind of insanity. I hope
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: you have a great American weekend. I should tell you,
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: for those of you who don't know, I will be
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: filling in for the incredible Dan Bongino on Monday, which means...

- 1:04:37Speaker 4: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 1:04:46Speaker 4: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 1:04:49Speaker 4: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue. That is it.
- 1:04:54Speaker 4: This is not a football game. If you vote, we
- 1:04:57Speaker 4: will win. It is not complicated.
