Welcome to Soul Elevation: Guiding Your Ascension to New Heights. I'm your host Kara Goodwin, and today we're gonna be talking about how everything is energy, and how that energetic nature of reality is creating your life, and how can you use that information to change your life. We're gonna get into a little bit around cymatics as well, and cymatics is how you can see sound, and that really helps us, if you're more of a visual person, to be able to apply what I'm gonna be talking about. Even if you hear this topic and you're like, "Yeah, of course everything's energy. I've been hearing about this forever," sometimes when we
• 1:00
think about a topic that we haven't thought about for a while, we can bring a freshness and we can use that to revitalize ourselves. And so I just encourage you that if this feels very foundational, stay with it because it will be activating if you really let yourself be open to it and, and really feel into what I'm gonna talk about today. I know that it can really amp up your power, your personal power, your manifestation power, and, um, it is just very helpful for us no matter how much we may already be understanding the world from an energetic perspective. If that's just a philosophical or conceptual experience or
• 2:00
understanding, then taking it further into an experiential level like we're gonna do today will help. I want to check really quickly. Okay, good, I can share my screen. So there's a video that I wanna show, a short video. So everything is energy, and you are living in a physical reality. I know that things feel very physical, especially if you're just starting to wake up to a spiritual perspective, but everything is energy. Your thoughts are energy, your emotions are energy, your... the spiritual aspect of you is energy. But also all of the things that you perceive as physical are energy, really they are. So your body is made up of atoms, which are made up of electrons, protons, neutrons. Same as the computer that I'm looking at, the camera I'm looking at, the
• 3:00
artwork that you see behind me, my dog who's in the room with us, with me. The house I'm in, um, everything, the grass, the trees, the air, everything is atoms that have molecules. And those electrons, protons, and neutrons, they are vibrating. They're constantly vibrating, and they're actually... The electrons are blipping in and out of, um... Like, if you were to observe an electron, it's, it's constantly blipping in and out. So it- that begs the question of, is it multidimensional? Like, is it in this, is it in this dimension for a fraction of a second, and it's in another dimension in a fraction of a second, and then it comes back? We're constantly exchanging. So you have all of these electrons, protons, neutrons within you, but you don't hold them.
• 4:00
They're not, like, permanently yours. They are always interacting with everything. And those electrons, protons, and neutrons that you are, they have been other things. You know, you are not necessarily original from that perspective. You weren't... There aren't, like, brand-new protons, electrons, and neutrons that you're, are made up of you. You are made up of basically recycled subatomic particles. But that's really cool, because they have been other things. That means that you are made up of everything, and this is a spiritual, uh, concept that gets shared from spiritual matter, matter... Excuse me, spiritual masters across lineages, across traditions, that talk about how we are made up of everything. And if you've ever had a mystical experience, you've probably experienced that, that you're connected with everything. Nothing is really separate. Well, at
• 5:00
that subatomic level, the electrons, neutrons, and protons, there is space even at the atomic level. So we think of the atom as being this really, like, the smallest unit of matter that we have, but it is filled with space, and that space is energy. That is where your thoughts permeate everything. And so your thoughts are able to permeate the atomic structure of anything and everything. And like I talked about in my last live, which I'll try to remember to link that in the show notes- You're constantly communicating through your vibration, through your,
• 6:00
your frequency. I'm gonna use frequency and vibration interchangeably here. Frequency is the, uh, measurement of your vibration. So frequencies are measured in hertz, and it is like a value that's put to the actual rate of vibration that's happening. But for our purposes, we're just gonna use those interchangeably. But like I talked about last time, the frequency that you're at dictates the experience that you're having. The way that you are vibrating is what is drawing to you your experience. So I talked about that last time as the way that I experienced that in that mystical experience was as light. So there was a little version of me, like a tiny human version, and then there was this massive creator being that was like a sphere. It was light,
• 7:00
and it reminded me of like a planet, like a celestial body. And those two things were communicating by light. So the little human aspect, the tiny light, was ... It would brighten, it would dim, it would ... And that was communication for what the creator being would send. It was instantaneous. There was no judgment. It was neutral, but it was like, oh, if, if that light is really bright, then the experience that i- that comes in is bright. You can think of that as high vibrational. If I'm at a high vibration, I'm calling forth to receive a high vibration. It just works as matching. Your frequency that you send out is gonna match what you bring in. That is really important, so pay attention to that. The frequency you are broadcasting, whether you mean to broadcast
• 8:00
it or not, is going to bring to you the experience that you have. You're gonna get a matching experience to what you're broadcasting. So if you are broadcasting negativity, judgment, shame, fear, guilt, what you are drawing back in your experience, what you're gonna experience, quote unquote, outside of you is going to match that. So let's talk about fear. You know, if you're coming through life with a very fearful vibration, which is very low, it's not harmonic, it is not, um, nice and beautiful and symmetrical and, um, it's chaotic and it is low That is what you're calling forth into your life. You will receive experiences that match that. And again, it's not about
• 9:00
shame. It's not about you shouldn't do that. You can live your life however you want, but that is, these are the laws of the universe. That is h- what is gonna happen. And this is where I wanna get into cymatics that I talked about, um, in the introduction, because cymatics is a way that we can actually see this happen in real time. Cymatics is how we can see vibrational frequency. So sound is where we hear vibrational frequency, but that sound that we hear, there are ways to make that manifest visually. For example, putting sand on a metal plate and then attaching that to a speaker or using, like, a mallet to, um, rub onto the metal plate, and then it causes the sand to jump around
• 10:00
and take shape, take form. So let me show this in action. Uh Can I... Window. Let's see if you can see this. I really hope you can see this. This is from a YouTube channel called Mauto Blog, M-A-U-T-O B-L-O-G. Now, you can also just do a YouTube search on Cymatics, C-Y-M-A-T-I-C, and see your own versions. But I believe this is sand on a metal plate, and hopefully you can hear that there's a pitch The sand is responding on this metal plate
• 11:00
And this pitch is gonna keep increasing. So this is a lower pitch You can see it continues to change its shape changing its frequency. It's getting higher in frequency, and notice that the patterns are becoming more complex Notice the symmetry See the complexity Look like infinity signs almost
• 12:00
Okay, so that's pretty cool. Let me stop sharing again. Hopefully you could see that okay. Um, so cymatics is they're showing you when you have these specific frequencies, they have a visual representation, a
• 13:00
pattern, a geometry, and it gets more complex the higher the vibration and frequency. More complex from a geometric standpoint. Now, I think of that as information. So there is more complexity, there's more, um, there's more information. There's m- there are more lines in there, there are more curves, there are more, uh, more shapes and symbols that are in there that are packed into the same space. And to me, that is more information, that is higher intelligence. It is more complete. It is just, you know, and i- if you think about, um, like when we're at a lower vibration, when we're angry, for example, we can only... usually we're only seeing things from one side, right?
• 14:00
We're only seeing it from the way that we've been triggered, and it can be really hard when we are angry to see things from more angles, and to c- to be able to hold more information and more perspective. When we're in a state of calmness, when we're in a state of happiness, when we are in a, uh, a higher vibrational frequency, we can hold more perspectives. We can hold more information. We can allow more things to be true. Um, we get out of that duality. We get out of the right and wrong, and black and white. So, like, let's say we have something that happened to us and it triggered us, and for a long time, we could only see things from our perspective. We knew we were right, and anytime we thought about that, we had one way of looking at it, and usually it didn't... and it didn't make us feel good. We felt injured. We felt traumatized. As we
• 15:00
heal- And we be able to come into some compassion, some bigger understanding about what happened. It becomes more complex because, yes, it's true how we felt and how we were impacted. That's... It's not to say that that wasn't accurate. If we, if something terrible was done to us, we have a right to feel that way, to feel angry, to feel upset. That's totally natural. But as we get more perspective, we can see that other things are also true. So we may be able to see that the perpetrator, for example, we may be able to understand more complexity related to them. We may understand how they were hurt before that caused them to do what they did to us, not that it excuses it. But we have
• 16:00
a better understanding and maybe more understanding that it wasn't even actually about us. It was really about the torment that they were going through, and it somehow they thought it would make them feel better to push that off onto us. Um, we may be able to understand how our continuing, uh, reaction to what happened to us is affecting other people. So if we're really latched onto it and it is controlling our experience and always making us feel angry or hurt or upset and we can't really get past that, that is probably affecting our relationships now, where maybe there are people who we have relationships with now who weren't even around when that happened to us, but we're so caught up in that, that it's damaging our interactions
• 17:00
with other people. Those are just some expe- examples of how when we're just caught in one low vibrational perspective, how we can only see it from that side. But as we heal and as we be able, we, um, are able to have a, a bigger perspective and as we raise our vibration, there's more information that we become aware of. It brings in complexity, and we can see things from more pers- from additional perspectives, and it changes how we feel about it, and it's not so black and white anymore. So that's just one example of how that works. But, but what I really wanna drive home is the truth of your vibrational frequency and how that is drawing to you your experience That
• 18:00
is absolutely true. Just like that metal plate with the sand on it, and as the pitch, the frequency got higher and higher and higher, that sand manifested different shapes. They kept changing. That is your... That is a symbol of your reality continuing to shift based on you. You are the vibration that is shifting the plate of your reality. Be very aware of that. And if you feel that you want to raise your vibra- vra- raise your vibrational frequency, that is completely within the realm of possibility for you. There are ways that you can do that, including meditation Using sound, deliberately using sound, and being very discerning about that. I've talked about this too recently with sound. So
• 19:00
finding, um, an artist that you trust, that you listen to, that creates high vibrational creations. Like one that I love is Michelle Qureshi, Q-U-R-E-S-H-I. Um, but there are all kinds of things out there. Listening to Baroque classical music, going out in nature, spending time with people who uplift you. Smiling. Smiling. When you lift the corners of your mouth and your face takes that shape, it changes your brain. So even if you just do it just to experience that and you're not even feeling it, if you don't feel like smiling, but you do it anyway, you will start a cascade of chemical reactions within your body that will lift your spirits and lift your vibration. So there are all kinds of different ways to raise your vibration. Those are just quick hits. But you are
• 20:00
totally in control of your vibration at the end of the day, and that is very empowering, and it's also your responsibility. Because once you start to realize that, you can no longer be blaming your circumstances, um, on anybody else, because we all have to work with what we have. So in this regard, I also want to share how excited I am that I have this mindful pregnancy collection that I've just launched late last week, and it is in partnership with Michelle Qureshi. And so if you or somebody that you love are pregnant, this is a beautiful collection of, um, meditations, but you don't have to have meditation experience to, to use these. They're backed by specific solfeggio tones of 432 hertz, which is a very intentional, deliberate sound that
• 21:00
is infused into all of these creations. There are affirmations that are part of this. So it's a very nurturing, uh, beautiful, supportive- material for somebody who is pregnant. And they are carrying life within them, so the more that they can be in that high vibration, the more that affects the vibration of that developing life within them. So I'm really, really honored for this to be, to be, uh, in this creation, and I hope that you will explore it, share it, and utilize it es- if you're pregnant. If you're not pregnant, then if you know somebody who is, please pass it on to them or give it to them as a gift. That would be a really, really thoughtful gift to let somebody know how much you love them and support them. So thank you so much for being with me here today. Such a joy and an honor.
