Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi guys, this is Teddy Mellencamp and I'm joined by
- 0:04Speaker 1: my friend Emily Simpson for our new spinoff show Popping Off,
- 0:09Speaker 1: where we are digging deep on this season of Vanner
- 0:12Speaker 1: Pump Rules. Hi guys, welcome to another episode of Popping
- 0:15Speaker 1: Off with myself, Teddy Mellencamp and and Emily Simpson. Thanks
- 0:19Speaker 1: for joining us. We are excited because we all I mean,
- 0:25Speaker 1: I'm I'm excited because I don't think I could fall
- 0:29Speaker 1: asleep for about two hours after I finished watching The Valley.
- 0:34Speaker 2: I just watched it this morning and then I had
- 0:36Speaker 2: to I had to get some food and a drink
- 0:38Speaker 2: and it was your life together. Yeah yeah, yeah, it
- 0:42Speaker 2: like wore me out. I needed some protein after watching.
- 0:44Speaker 1: That, Like, nothing makes you feel like you have your
- 0:47Speaker 1: life together like watching them on the Valley. I was like, Wow,
- 0:51Speaker 1: I'm really thriving.
- 0:52Speaker 2: I was like, my relationship with Shane is like ten
- 0:56Speaker 2: out of ten. After watching this.
- 0:59Speaker 1: I know it's like a super doozy. But before, I mean,
- 1:03Speaker 1: I guess this is we're staying on the Valley. But
- 1:05Speaker 1: before we get into the recaps, let's do some headlines. Okay,
- 1:10Speaker 1: this first one is everywhere we're seeing it everywhere. We
- 1:15Speaker 1: saw traces of this months ago when Jax was in
- 1:19Speaker 1: a picture with his publicist, Brittany Cartwright has unfollowed Jax
- 1:25Speaker 1: Taylor and their publicist Laurie on Instagram. This came from
- 1:30Speaker 1: Steph with dadats the Deep dud eats, dud deats. I
- 1:36Speaker 1: want to be clear in case you want to follow
- 1:38Speaker 1: Steph with du deats. A Reddit user posted, Jacks is
- 1:43Speaker 1: in my city and a friend of mine found out
- 1:46Speaker 1: at a bar he was at and went to to
- 1:48Speaker 1: get the tea. He said he is for sure single.
- 1:51Speaker 1: We knew this, but he wanted the whole bar to now.
- 1:54Speaker 1: He told someone, Yeah, I'm single now, trying not to
- 1:57Speaker 1: get hurt. I'm playing it safe. Then he did too,
- 2:01Speaker 1: f his publicist in the bathroom. He also apparently wanted
- 2:05Speaker 1: to have a chill night, then walked into the bar
- 2:09Speaker 1: and yelled, who's got a bag for me?
- 2:12Speaker 3: Okay?
- 2:12Speaker 1: If this is true, it isn't the first time JAXX
- 2:15Speaker 1: has been caught having sex in a bathroom. But I
- 2:19Speaker 1: may or may not have gone on to Lori's Facebook
- 2:22Speaker 1: to do a littel I mean for me to have
- 2:24Speaker 1: to go did Facebook?
- 2:27Speaker 3: Does she not have an Instagram.
- 2:28Speaker 1: It was smaller things for me to see.
- 2:30Speaker 2: So I was like, I need to get to where
- 2:32Speaker 2: the you need to go to where the middle aged
- 2:34Speaker 2: women go.
- 2:35Speaker 1: I need to go where my people like to be.
- 2:37Speaker 1: And that's that's Facebook. She's what I've seen as she's
- 2:43Speaker 1: married with twin boys. I don't know if that marriage
- 2:49Speaker 1: is no longer happening or if it was not happening prior.
- 2:53Speaker 1: But what I can say about this if you are
- 2:57Speaker 1: Jax Taylor's publicist and you have repped him all these
- 3:02Speaker 1: years and you want to bone him.
- 3:04Speaker 3: Yeah, what is wrong with you?
- 3:06Speaker 1: I have concerns for this professional. Like your job, and
- 3:12Speaker 1: especially as a publicist, your job is to organize the press,
- 3:18Speaker 1: and I can look good press, not big press. We're
- 3:21Speaker 1: in the press, now you and now in not a
- 3:24Speaker 1: shocking turn of events.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Well maybe she goes all out for her client. She's like, look, Jax,
- 3:29Speaker 2: you haven't been getting a lot of press lately. No
- 3:31Speaker 2: one's really interested in you anymore.
- 3:33Speaker 1: So how about this? Do you think this was all
- 3:36Speaker 1: a ploy to sell more hair loss products?
- 3:40Speaker 2: I don't know how that relates to her lost product,
- 3:42Speaker 2: but if someone told him that would work, I'm sure
- 3:45Speaker 2: he jump on it.
- 3:46Speaker 1: There's one photo in particular where like, say, this is
- 3:50Speaker 1: Jax right here, this is Jack's head, and this is
- 3:53Speaker 1: the publicist. And they thought that was a good idea
- 3:56Speaker 1: of a picture to post.
- 3:58Speaker 3: No, that was not a good idea. Yeah, that picture
- 4:01Speaker 3: is creepy.
- 4:03Speaker 2: And now it's even more cringe knowing that they're actually like,
- 4:06Speaker 2: I guess whatever they are?
- 4:08Speaker 3: What are they?
- 4:09Speaker 2: How do you define that?
- 4:10Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know. By the sound of it,
- 4:13Speaker 1: it seems like they're pretty open about where they are.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Brittany now has probably had to find herself a new publicist.
- 4:21Speaker 1: But the thing that also makes this all very ancestual
- 4:24Speaker 1: is that most of the vander Pump rules and the
- 4:30Speaker 1: Valley people all share these publicists. They all kind of
- 4:33Speaker 1: came up together, and Lori reps a lot of those people.
- 4:39Speaker 1: She also reps Luanne.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Oh well, she gets around, she gets around.
- 4:45Speaker 1: But I have a question, if you were then in
- 4:48Speaker 1: search of a publicist for you and Shane, pretend Shane
- 4:51Speaker 1: wanted one as well.
- 4:53Speaker 2: So you're gonna have to pretend really hard.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Would you want to hire someone that has already made
- 5:02Speaker 1: out publicly with their client. I trust her to do
- 5:06Speaker 1: what's right.
- 5:08Speaker 2: No, I mean she's banging her client so allegedly, So
- 5:14Speaker 2: I mean not that, like I would wouldn't trust Shane
- 5:16Speaker 2: at all. I could. I would trust Carmen Electra being
- 5:19Speaker 2: my publicist. That's how much I trust Shane. So I
- 5:23Speaker 2: mean me personally, I just wouldn't want someone I wouldn't
- 5:28Speaker 2: consider her a professional at that point, she's.
- 5:31Speaker 3: Two in the mix. She's not you know, she's not
- 5:33Speaker 3: doing well.
- 5:33Speaker 2: I mean she's going all out for her job, but
- 5:36Speaker 2: like in all the wrong ways.
- 5:38Speaker 1: And also I thought my Google images was like off
- 5:41Speaker 1: because when I also wanted to like google multiple photos
- 5:45Speaker 1: of Lorie so I could really get invested. There's like
- 5:50Speaker 1: a similarity between the two gaps between her and Brittany. Yes,
- 5:55Speaker 1: like there's a it's a like I was like, hold on,
- 5:57Speaker 1: like I had to research, and there's all these by
- 6:00Speaker 1: sides of the two girls. Like I'm like, none of
- 6:04Speaker 1: this is tracking none, None of this is tracking to me.
- 6:07Speaker 1: I feel like he's my guess, is he out to
- 6:10Speaker 1: try to make Brittany feel like shit because we've seen
- 6:12Speaker 1: all these other reports that she was the breadwinner and
- 6:15Speaker 1: he couldn't take it. I'm guessing from the weight Watchers money.
- 6:18Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 6:19Speaker 2: But so you're saying this was like a premeditated type
- 6:23Speaker 2: of thing to get back of her, like a revenge thing.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Well, I mean, in the history of when men cheat,
- 6:31Speaker 1: most of the time, it's because they're feeling inferior. And oh,
- 6:37Speaker 1: it wasn't whit WeightWatchers.
- 6:39Speaker 3: It was Jenny Craig.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Sorry, sorry, why Watchers I met Jenny Craig. I got
- 6:44Speaker 1: the wrong slogan, But I feel like he may be
- 6:50Speaker 1: doing that. I don't know. I just don't know why
- 6:53Speaker 1: you would do it in such a public way.
- 6:56Speaker 2: I don't know. But it's really hard to watch the
- 6:57Speaker 2: episodes and hear them talk about their relationship knowing what
- 7:01Speaker 2: we know now, Like do you like I want to
- 7:04Speaker 2: throw stuff at the screen, But also.
- 7:07Speaker 1: What a hypocrite like it? We're all hypocrites to some extent,
- 7:12Speaker 1: but like, you can't go that hard for somebody else
- 7:17Speaker 1: that has an affair when now we're watching you in
- 7:20Speaker 1: real time and it's playing out on vander Pump Rules
- 7:23Speaker 1: and on the Valley. This has been kind of a
- 7:25Speaker 1: brilliant crossover because they're.
- 7:26Speaker 2: Both really has I get confused about which scene came
- 7:29Speaker 2: from which show.
- 7:30Speaker 3: I'm like, wait, was that the Valley or was that Vanderbump?
- 7:32Speaker 1: I know because it's completely immersed now, which is yeah,
- 7:37Speaker 1: what was the word that Jax didn't know what? It was? Superfluous,
- 7:41Speaker 1: which is so superfluous I'm just gonna start using it
- 7:44Speaker 1: unnecessarily throughout.
- 7:45Speaker 3: He was like super fluous.
- 7:47Speaker 1: I was like, oh, Jacks, you might need to go
- 7:49Speaker 1: back to acting class. But yeah, it's definitely been a lot.
- 7:56Speaker 1: I feel my heart goes out to Brittany because I
- 7:59Speaker 1: do think we're is a nice human being.
- 8:03Speaker 3: I think so too.
- 8:04Speaker 2: I really like her, and you know what, she's been
- 8:06Speaker 2: his writer die from day one. She always is taking
- 8:09Speaker 2: up for him, and that's hard to find. Even when
- 8:11Speaker 2: he's wrong, she still, you know, tries to make excuses
- 8:14Speaker 2: for him.
- 8:14Speaker 3: She gets in there.
- 8:15Speaker 2: I've been watching Have you watched The Jackson Brittany Take Kentucky?
- 8:19Speaker 2: Like that's on Peacock right now. No, yes, there's like
- 8:23Speaker 2: six episodes. So I was watching that and he goes
- 8:25Speaker 2: home to Kentucky with her and she's like, I don't know.
- 8:28Speaker 2: She has this good, wholesome family from Kentucky and I
- 8:31Speaker 2: don't know, Brittany, I feel badly for you, so you know,
- 8:35Speaker 2: if you want to come on the podcast and talk
- 8:36Speaker 2: about how badly you feel.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Yeah, we're here for you and we've got your back.
- 8:42Speaker 1: I mean, how do you even get an interview with
- 8:44Speaker 1: Jax now? Because Laurie is the publicist that you reach.
- 8:47Speaker 3: Out to, so she's like, no comments, no comments.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Yeah, we're gonna have to wait a little bit to
- 8:52Speaker 1: do press. No shit, And are you going to be
- 8:55Speaker 1: in there? Are we gonna ask you questions too? Or
- 8:57Speaker 1: are you just gonna let us take your client on
- 8:59Speaker 1: your own and then you'll get them in the bathroom later?
- 9:01Speaker 1: Like it's bananas. He does like the bathroom sex, he does,
- 9:05Speaker 1: do you?
- 9:07Speaker 3: I don't.
- 9:07Speaker 2: I don't think I've ever had sex in a bath
- 9:10Speaker 2: well yeah, okay, like a shower.
- 9:11Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 9:12Speaker 1: I mean I've had sex in one public bathroom with Edwin.
- 9:15Speaker 2: But not a public bathroom like my own bathroom, like
- 9:18Speaker 2: where I live in my home.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Now. I have had one at the in a public bathroom.
- 9:22Speaker 1: But you want to hear the creepy part. I don't know,
- 9:24Speaker 1: do I It was at the laundry on where the
- 9:27Speaker 1: party was. Oh but million years ago we were like
- 9:33Speaker 1: at an appropriate not that it's ever appropriate to have
- 9:35Speaker 1: public sex. But like we were at the age where
- 9:38Speaker 1: like you hear those types of things and you're like, okay,
- 9:41Speaker 1: but we had to remember these people are our age.
- 9:44Speaker 3: They are our age, well your age. I'm a little
- 9:46Speaker 3: I'm slightly older.
- 9:48Speaker 1: I mean everyone knows that.
- 9:49Speaker 3: I know. Thank you.
- 9:52Speaker 1: But we'll get into it more after. But let's get
- 9:56Speaker 1: into Joe going to Instagram Live to answer some questions
- 10:00Speaker 1: about Schwartz.
- 10:02Speaker 2: One fan ass did you ever suck off Schwartz, to
- 10:05Speaker 2: which her friend who was with her during the IG
- 10:08Speaker 2: live answered while they were in a relationship, and Joe continued, Yeah,
- 10:13Speaker 2: of course I did. He was really good at sex.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Another fan asked, do you think Schwartz is your other half?
- 10:18Speaker 2: And she said, yes, I do, but I think it's
- 10:20Speaker 2: going to take some time. Her friend added, yeah, you
- 10:23Speaker 2: have said that for a long time. Then Joe makes
- 10:26Speaker 2: weird Joe noises. You want to break that down?
- 10:30Speaker 1: Well, I think okay. Joe did not come off as
- 10:34Speaker 1: this demure, nervous individual that we've been seeing on television.
- 10:39Speaker 1: She came off confident and like, let's go. I am
- 10:44Speaker 1: ready to you know, be hilarious. And it really just
- 10:50Speaker 1: to me came off as obnoxious and kind of rude,
- 10:53Speaker 1: especially because Katie just had her back, Like, remember Katie
- 10:59Speaker 1: had her back? Yeah, well did she.
- 11:01Speaker 3: Have her backward?
- 11:02Speaker 4: Did?
- 11:02Speaker 3: She does not want to answer.
- 11:03Speaker 1: I will know, she said, like I was given crumbs,
- 11:06Speaker 1: so I understand where she's coming from, and blah blah blah.
- 11:09Speaker 1: But why do you need to bring up their sex
- 11:11Speaker 1: life because that actually has nothing to do with you
- 11:14Speaker 1: and him, like he's not even though I wish, I mean,
- 11:18Speaker 1: I watching them, I like them together, I like, I
- 11:21Speaker 1: can't help but like Katie and Schwartz dynamic from time
- 11:24Speaker 1: to time.
- 11:25Speaker 3: But you don't like Schwartz and Joe. No, you just
- 11:28Speaker 3: don't like Joe.
- 11:30Speaker 1: She was going hard with these statements, and I just
- 11:33Speaker 1: thought it was kind of mean. And she's already done
- 11:35Speaker 1: the like she posted the thing for Rachel about Rachel
- 11:41Speaker 1: being better dressed than Katie. Like I'm like, why are
- 11:43Speaker 1: you going for Katie? This is not kat It's Schwartz
- 11:46Speaker 1: that is deciding he doesn't want to be with you.
- 11:48Speaker 1: It's not Katie. Right, Clearly Katie doesn't want to hook
- 11:51Speaker 1: up with you. She wants to look up with someone.
- 11:53Speaker 2: She's clearly delusional, though, because she just she makes it
- 11:56Speaker 2: like it sounds like she just needs some time before
- 11:58Speaker 2: Schwartz comes around, like he's gonna come to her at
- 12:00Speaker 2: some point. Well not with all these Instagram lives. I mean,
- 12:05Speaker 2: Instagram lives are never a good idea.
- 12:07Speaker 1: This next one is The Valley's Michelle Lally, is seemingly
- 12:10Speaker 1: dating Aaron Nosler after Jesse split. During her Instagram Q
- 12:16Speaker 1: and A, Michelle confirmed she was in a new relationship,
- 12:18Speaker 1: writing She's with someone amazing, but she didn't want to
- 12:21Speaker 1: reveal his identity, saying I like our little privacy for
- 12:24Speaker 1: the moment. Michelle noted in a separate post that she
- 12:26Speaker 1: officially moved out of her house with Jesse. She also
- 12:29Speaker 1: offered an update on whether there was a chance they
- 12:31Speaker 1: could reconcile. No, my only goal is to be friends
- 12:35Speaker 1: one day, she replied, before addressing the joint real estate business. Yes,
- 12:39Speaker 1: we will continue working together with past clients. I think
- 12:42Speaker 1: that's key past clients, but moving forward, I will have
- 12:46Speaker 1: my own clients and vice versa versa. According to Michelle,
- 12:49Speaker 1: their daughter's adjusting while to the split, adding Isabella is incredible.
- 12:53Speaker 1: It's been a great transition for her. She liked the
- 12:55Speaker 1: idea of having two homes, two different beds and toys.
- 12:57Speaker 1: There's been a positive change. Shall also addressed rumors that
- 13:01Speaker 1: she cheated on Jesse. She slammed the insinuation that she
- 13:04Speaker 1: was unfaithful with the director, writing via her Instagram, absolutely not.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Part of my job as a real estate agent is
- 13:11Speaker 1: to network and build relationships. It had absolutely nothing to
- 13:15Speaker 1: do with dating anyone.
- 13:16Speaker 3: Well that's not what other people seem to think.
- 13:18Speaker 1: But I mean, on watch what happens, Like Janet said,
- 13:21Speaker 1: the director Michelle was hanging out with was just a client.
- 13:25Speaker 1: She was trying to sell his house. I don't know.
- 13:30Speaker 1: I mean, do we believe do we believe Janet and
- 13:32Speaker 1: do we believe Michelle? Like do we trust either of them?
- 13:36Speaker 2: I don't know, because Kristen seems that well, I mean,
- 13:38Speaker 2: we're going to get into the valley, But clearly she
- 13:41Speaker 2: made it as if it was a relationship like dating.
- 13:45Speaker 2: So those are two those are two completely different planets.
- 13:47Speaker 2: We're talking about are you hanging out with someone because
- 13:49Speaker 2: you're selling them a house? Or are you dating someone?
- 13:53Speaker 1: And it could she could have very well been selling
- 13:56Speaker 1: that guy a house, but doesn't mean she wasn't cheating
- 13:58Speaker 1: on Jesse with somebody else.
- 14:00Speaker 3: Clearly, it's that's actually a really good career to cheat, Like,
- 14:04Speaker 3: if you're gonna cheat like a real estate agent's a
- 14:06Speaker 3: great career to a real estate agent.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Or you own a bar or a nightclub with a
- 14:12Speaker 1: bathroom with yes, with a clean bathroom. Yes with the Entreon.
- 14:18Speaker 2: I like where she says that she was dating someone amazing,
- 14:23Speaker 2: but I feel like her threshold for amazing is very
- 14:25Speaker 2: low after being with Jesse, so like anyone on the
- 14:28Speaker 2: planet would be amazing at this point.
- 14:31Speaker 1: I mean, listen, I'd love to dog on Jesse, but
- 14:34Speaker 1: I have to say, after watching last night's episode, something
- 14:38Speaker 1: something ain't right with Michelle either, something ain't right. I
- 14:42Speaker 1: feel like it's one of those people that like seems
- 14:45Speaker 1: super calm, but now we've seen her blow up multiple
- 14:48Speaker 1: times in a way that I'm like, I'm frightened to
- 14:52Speaker 1: see what their fights with off camera look like.
- 14:55Speaker 2: Well, do you remember when we first started recapping it,
- 14:57Speaker 2: we talked about how she never even opened her mouth
- 14:59Speaker 2: like the for probably two episodes.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, Well, now I wish she would shut it.
- 15:06Speaker 2: Now I'm done.
- 15:07Speaker 1: She's like, I need everyone to listen to me.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Everyone sit down.
- 15:12Speaker 1: She's definitely I think was one of those girls that
- 15:15Speaker 1: always was super hot hat like people were always into her,
- 15:19Speaker 1: and she is like, I know, I'm gonna play quiet,
- 15:23Speaker 1: I'm gonna be this, but listen, this is howking goes down,
- 15:25Speaker 1: and you all better listen to me and get in line.
- 15:28Speaker 3: Or I don't know.
- 15:29Speaker 1: I just something something is askew. But in positive news?
- 15:35Speaker 1: Did you see this next one?
- 15:37Speaker 2: I did?
- 15:38Speaker 3: I did we get an invite? Not yet?
- 15:40Speaker 1: Should I should? I d M Katie and ask for one?
- 15:43Speaker 2: You should? Something about Her Sandwich Shop reveals opening dates.
- 15:49Speaker 3: It was a is that US Son or is that US?
- 15:54Speaker 3: I never know.
- 15:55Speaker 1: I think it's the US Sun because there's a.
- 15:57Speaker 2: US think Okay. It was last expected to open on
- 16:00Speaker 2: January fifteenth, twenty twenty four, after ongoing issues with the
- 16:03Speaker 2: City of West Hollywood and attempting to get permits. Something
- 16:07Speaker 2: about Her is finally getting ready to open. A source
- 16:09Speaker 2: exclusively revealed to The US Sun that the Sandwich Shop
- 16:13Speaker 2: will officially have a grand opening celebration on Wednesday, May
- 16:17Speaker 2: twenty second, twenty twenty four. Teddy is working on our invites.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Yeah, maybe I could offer to make the invites. I'm
- 16:26Speaker 1: sure Arianna is so excited for the idea of me coming.
- 16:29Speaker 2: Yes, I'm sure she can't wait.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Our mutual publicist has not mentioned a thing to me.
- 16:34Speaker 3: Oh wait, you have to say publicist is Arianna.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Yeah, one of us is really coming up, and it's
- 16:39Speaker 1: not me.
- 16:40Speaker 2: I was very lead. I was like, maybe you should
- 16:43Speaker 2: get someone else because she seems pretty busy with Arianna.
- 16:46Speaker 1: I don't think she has a lot of time for you. Well,
- 16:48Speaker 1: good news is our publicist is not having sex with
- 16:51Speaker 1: me or Ariana.
- 16:53Speaker 2: I can confirm, or Edwin or Edwin. Now, Okay, good.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Susan. If you're listening to this, I love you.
- 17:03Speaker 3: She's not listening to you.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Sorry, she's got.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Bigger fish to fry. The next one is Ali Luber
- 17:14Speaker 1: debuted the music video for her song Girls Girl on
- 17:17Speaker 1: April twelfth. This is in a Variety article This is
- 17:20Speaker 1: big Time. Ali talked about the music video, saying, we
- 17:23Speaker 1: filmed the music video in one day, and Joshua's Tree
- 17:25Speaker 1: and Sheena came after. We filmed the reunion the day before,
- 17:28Speaker 1: which was like the longest day ever for them, not
- 17:31Speaker 1: for me. I wasn't in all of the reunion. I
- 17:34Speaker 1: was like, she and I totally understand. You don't have
- 17:36Speaker 1: to come. She's like, of course I'm coming. She always
- 17:38Speaker 1: shows up. She is a girl's girl, no matter what
- 17:40Speaker 1: people say about her, at least from my experience, she
- 17:43Speaker 1: has always been there for me and has been a
- 17:45Speaker 1: true friend from the beginning. She has always been nothing
- 17:47Speaker 1: but nice to me as well and me as well.
- 17:50Speaker 1: And I actually I watched that little clip of her
- 17:53Speaker 1: in the what was the Lopez that sitcom? Oh, yeah,
- 17:57Speaker 1: Lopez versus Lopez.
- 17:59Speaker 2: Yeah, that looks so look fun. I was like, good
- 18:01Speaker 2: for you. I said, that's better good dancing with the stars.
- 18:04Speaker 1: I mean, I don't think it pays the same, no.
- 18:08Speaker 2: But like dancing with the stars, you could just like
- 18:10Speaker 2: you could put all that effort in. Then you just
- 18:12Speaker 2: get voted off the first week.
- 18:13Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 18:13Speaker 1: I thought that not if you're good, good people tend
- 18:16Speaker 1: to stay.
- 18:17Speaker 2: I would stay. If they put me on, I would say,
- 18:20Speaker 2: I would be so damn good.
- 18:22Speaker 1: I want to say, I'm going to need you to
- 18:23Speaker 1: get up and do a little dance right now, and
- 18:25Speaker 1: then I'll do right now, maybe later, but after some espresso, Martinez,
- 18:29Speaker 1: I need two to three, okay. Then Mariana was at
- 18:34Speaker 1: the La Times Festival of Books, probably with Susan and
- 18:39Speaker 1: Reddit user Lucky Duckling eighty nine eighty nine recapped it.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Arianna said that vander Pump Rules and reality TV in
- 18:44Speaker 1: general always give all sides to a situation. She was
- 18:48Speaker 1: prepared for redemption arc because it's the nature of storytelling,
- 18:52Speaker 1: but she thinks stand Ofal isn't contributing to his own redemption.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Ariana thought this season went differently with the girls during filming.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Watching it back, she's I thought we were like the
- 19:01Speaker 1: Spice Girls, but no. She also joked about perceived as
- 19:05Speaker 1: the villain on the show right now, seemingly not mad
- 19:08Speaker 1: about it, or maybe she was just prepared for it.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Ariana talked about the timing of season eleven so quickly
- 19:13Speaker 1: after season ten reunion. We saw her at her messiest
- 19:17Speaker 1: this season because she was in fight or flight mode.
- 19:20Speaker 1: She freezes when dealing with trauma, so she's been hiding
- 19:23Speaker 1: out in her room with all her boxes and belongings
- 19:25Speaker 1: because she's hunkering down and freezing up after everything happened.
- 19:29Speaker 2: I don't really feel like she froze up. I mean,
- 19:32Speaker 2: she seemed pretty angry to me in a lot of
- 19:34Speaker 2: the episodes. She didn't seem angry this episode though, No,
- 19:38Speaker 2: not this one. I thought I felt like she was
- 19:40Speaker 2: calm and just kind of taking everything in stride this episode.
- 19:43Speaker 1: But I think she really likes the boyfriend and he
- 19:45Speaker 1: seems to be kind of calming. And also even when
- 19:50Speaker 1: she was talking about her mess that she lives in
- 19:52Speaker 1: and she was like, I might need your help organizing,
- 19:54Speaker 1: he's like, I'm gonna need more than a day for that. Like, yeah,
- 19:57Speaker 1: I appreciated their banter. I'm excited to see more of
- 19:59Speaker 1: him them and their their relationship.
- 20:03Speaker 2: Yeah, it hasn't It hasn't been very much. I mean,
- 20:06Speaker 2: just some FaceTime calls everyone once in a while.
- 20:08Speaker 1: But I think we will. I'm guessing we're going to
- 20:11Speaker 1: see a softer side to her because she's I think
- 20:15Speaker 1: it looks like she's like let her guard down with him.
- 20:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 20:18Speaker 2: Okay, So when she makes the reference to the Spice
- 20:20Speaker 2: Girls and she's saying she just thought they got along
- 20:22Speaker 2: all season, and now when she watches it back, she
- 20:24Speaker 2: sees people saying things that she didn't think they thought
- 20:28Speaker 2: that way. Is that the way you interpreted?
- 20:29Speaker 1: Yeah, the way I looked at it was like I
- 20:31Speaker 1: thought we were this team and we were all working
- 20:34Speaker 1: together and we all but clearly I was wrong and
- 20:37Speaker 1: in the confessionals people took me to you know, went
- 20:41Speaker 1: for me. But I do think she's come back around.
- 20:43Speaker 1: She didn't. I liked her a lot. This episode, I'm
- 20:48Speaker 1: disliking Sandoval mores. So we continue mission accomplished, Ariana. You
- 20:56Speaker 1: succeeded in the end.
- 20:58Speaker 3: Again, how many episodes are left?
- 21:01Speaker 1: Though? One episode thirteen? Did I make up that there's eighteen?
- 21:07Speaker 1: I don't know, right, I'm not one hundred percent sure,
- 21:10Speaker 1: So I guess we have to keep going.
- 21:11Speaker 2: So we'll just estimate that maybe that Santaval has like
- 21:14Speaker 2: five episodes to get a shit together and be likable.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Well, considering he's been doing press since the season aired
- 21:22Speaker 1: and has not been doing so, I'm not thinking that
- 21:26Speaker 1: is going to happen.
- 21:27Speaker 3: Who's his publicist? It's not Susan, is it.
- 21:30Speaker 1: It's not Sue. It's definitely not Susan. Definitely not, definitely
- 21:34Speaker 1: not Sue. Okay, so let's take a little break. We'll
- 21:38Speaker 1: come back and we will recap episode thirteen. Okay, So
- 21:51Speaker 1: we are back, and it starts with Jacks. Jacks Hi
- 21:56Speaker 1: Jack shows up at James and Alley's house. Jackson James
- 21:59Speaker 1: have come a long way. They used to hate each
- 22:01Speaker 1: other and now they're hosting brunch at Sir together. Jack's
- 22:05Speaker 1: is pissed because Katie is telling everyone he cheated on Brittany.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Pretty much, Katie seems to be right about the majority
- 22:12Speaker 1: of it.
- 22:13Speaker 2: I know she really is. I'm like, she kind of
- 22:15Speaker 2: just hits the nail on the head, you know, she
- 22:17Speaker 2: doesn't like she doesn't you know, she just gets right
- 22:20Speaker 2: in there and just says it.
- 22:21Speaker 1: And I trust her, regardless of if sometimes it's like
- 22:26Speaker 1: hard for me to read her. I do trust her
- 22:28Speaker 1: when she says something. I don't think she's full of shit.
- 22:30Speaker 2: No, I don't either, because I think she thinks about
- 22:32Speaker 2: what she's going to say. I think I think she's analytical.
- 22:35Speaker 2: She thinks about it, and then she she says things
- 22:37Speaker 2: with conviction.
- 22:39Speaker 1: Yeah, because we could feel that even in our interview
- 22:41Speaker 1: with her, there's a pause. It's almost awkward, but there's
- 22:45Speaker 1: a pause right before, almost almost like we had to
- 22:49Speaker 1: recap how awkward we were at times. But it's because
- 22:55Speaker 1: I think she is deciding what she wants to say.
- 22:58Speaker 1: She doesn't want to say things she regrets right, and
- 23:01Speaker 1: I don't feel like I don't know. I don't think
- 23:04Speaker 1: she would have inserted herself if it wasn't true. Agreed,
- 23:09Speaker 1: But then Ali asking Jax if he's actually best friends
- 23:12Speaker 1: with Katie, Like, Alie, I love you, but we know
- 23:17Speaker 1: you've watched the show. We know you're not learning this
- 23:21Speaker 1: ship for the first time.
- 23:22Speaker 3: Yeah, that playing dumb doesn't work with us.
- 23:25Speaker 2: Are you guys friends?
- 23:27Speaker 1: Do you know have you heard of this gun? It's
- 23:30Speaker 1: Katie Maloney?
- 23:31Speaker 2: Have you got her before?
- 23:34Speaker 1: What's your history? Do you know anyone named Stass? Because
- 23:38Speaker 1: that was another Jack's rant about Katie and why Katie's
- 23:42Speaker 1: so upset at, you know, at Brittany, because Brittany and
- 23:48Speaker 1: Jacks didn't go to Stasi's wedding. I'm like all of this,
- 23:51Speaker 1: it's just I don't think they were upset that they
- 23:54Speaker 1: didn't go to the wedding. They were upset that they
- 23:56Speaker 1: didn't say they weren't going until the very last minute,
- 23:58Speaker 1: and with.
- 23:59Speaker 2: Weddings like, that's a big deal.
- 24:01Speaker 1: I knew I couldn't go, so I immediately RSVP'd I
- 24:05Speaker 1: can't go, right, Like, That's that's how you do things,
- 24:09Speaker 1: especially when you're friends.
- 24:10Speaker 2: Exactly. That's how you do it.
- 24:12Speaker 1: That's how you do it. That's why people send invites
- 24:15Speaker 1: formal ones. Then Brittany visits Sheena at her house. Brittany
- 24:20Speaker 1: and Jacks were apparently trying for a second baby. Shena
- 24:23Speaker 1: and Brock are having some issues lately.
- 24:25Speaker 2: Wait are they having sex? Are they not having sex?
- 24:27Speaker 2: Because if they're trying for a second baby, then they're
- 24:29Speaker 2: having sex.
- 24:30Speaker 1: No, I think they're talking about trying to sex.
- 24:35Speaker 2: That is a lot of steps to get to a
- 24:37Speaker 2: second child, Like step one, talk about second child, Step
- 24:42Speaker 2: two talk about trying.
- 24:43Speaker 3: For a second child.
- 24:45Speaker 1: Step three have sex. Yeah, it's hard because at this
- 24:52Speaker 1: point you feel like Brittany might be fibbing because we're
- 24:58Speaker 1: on the same timeline in the vow, so we know
- 25:01Speaker 1: she's not having sex.
- 25:03Speaker 3: That's what I'm Yeah, that's what I'm like.
- 25:05Speaker 2: It's like she's lying talking about how they're trying for
- 25:08Speaker 2: a second baby, but we see her on the valley
- 25:10Speaker 2: talking about how they haven't had sex for six weeks,
- 25:12Speaker 2: which is probably longer than six weeks. I think six
- 25:15Speaker 2: weeks down sounds like the standard answer when you haven't
- 25:17Speaker 2: had sex for like a year.
- 25:18Speaker 3: Oh, it's not about six weeks.
- 25:20Speaker 1: But no, we do know that this is the same
- 25:22Speaker 1: timeframe because Schwartz has blonde hair in both episodes. That's right,
- 25:29Speaker 1: so we are able to match it by schwartz hair mistake.
- 25:32Speaker 2: That is some very good detective work. Brock is at
- 25:37Speaker 2: coffee with his friend. Brock thinks the tension between him
- 25:40Speaker 2: and Sena comes from the fact that Sina doesn't trust
- 25:42Speaker 2: anyone to watch Summer Moon. Brock struggles with the fact
- 25:45Speaker 2: that he isn't the breadwinner Shena is. He wants a
- 25:47Speaker 2: career that will better himself and his life. You know,
- 25:51Speaker 2: I actually appreciate how much he opens up about things
- 25:53Speaker 2: during the scene because I don't think that men typically
- 25:56Speaker 2: like to talk about.
- 25:57Speaker 3: Things like that.
- 25:57Speaker 2: They don't.
- 25:58Speaker 3: I mean, Shaye, I.
- 26:00Speaker 1: I was gonna say when Shane when it became a
- 26:02Speaker 1: storyline that Shane hadn't passed the bar, Yeah, I assume
- 26:06Speaker 1: Shane wasn't in the best mental headspace.
- 26:09Speaker 2: No, and he didn't want to talk about it either.
- 26:11Speaker 2: It was that was a real struggle for me the
- 26:13Speaker 2: first two seasons of the show was being in a
- 26:16Speaker 2: position where producers are saying, this is your life. You
- 26:18Speaker 2: have to be open. You have to talk about it,
- 26:19Speaker 2: and my husband saying I don't want to talk about it.
- 26:22Speaker 3: I have to have boundaries. You need to respect my boundaries.
- 26:25Speaker 1: Well yeah, and then it adds more attention because you're
- 26:27Speaker 1: not respecting the boundaries because you're trying to do your job,
- 26:30Speaker 1: but you also love your husband.
- 26:31Speaker 2: And yeah, yeah, So, I mean, I appreciate him opening
- 26:37Speaker 2: up about something that's real and talking about how I'm
- 26:40Speaker 2: sure he feels inadequate that she's the breadwinner. I'm sure
- 26:43Speaker 2: he wants to be able to support his family.
- 26:45Speaker 1: A lot of this was about financial stuff because Brittany
- 26:49Speaker 1: then shares that she went through a similar problem and
- 26:52Speaker 1: she was making more money than him, and that manly
- 26:55Speaker 1: men like to be breadwinners, so she was making more
- 26:59Speaker 1: money than he and it caused tension. I want to
- 27:02Speaker 1: be very clear, if I get to the point where
- 27:05Speaker 1: I can be making more money than Edwin, he would
- 27:07Speaker 1: be around.
- 27:09Speaker 2: Yeah. I was gonna say, I think Shane's a manly
- 27:12Speaker 2: man like I do find him to be like manly.
- 27:14Speaker 2: But Shane, if I no matter how much money I make,
- 27:17Speaker 2: He's never gonna like have a problem with that.
- 27:20Speaker 1: Yeah, I no.
- 27:21Speaker 2: Like He sets up the podcast for me, He's like, here, here,
- 27:24Speaker 2: here's your mic, everything's ready, Like he is very.
- 27:27Speaker 3: Supportive of me making as much money as possible.
- 27:30Speaker 1: I think if any human being, male or female, is
- 27:34Speaker 1: confident and feeling good about themselves and like they're able
- 27:38Speaker 1: to put themselves in a situation where they are working
- 27:42Speaker 1: hard towards a goala and they are being paid for it,
- 27:45Speaker 1: their significant others should be proud exactly.
- 27:48Speaker 2: And then you know what if he picks up the
- 27:50Speaker 2: slack or that if he's taking care of the child
- 27:53Speaker 2: while she's filming and she's doing all her whatever her
- 27:56Speaker 2: things are that she has going on, then that's how
- 27:59Speaker 2: she has the time to be able to do that
- 28:01Speaker 2: because he's with a daughter.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Right But he's he's contributing for sure, because if it
- 28:07Speaker 1: was role reversal, there wouldn't be as much discussion about it.
- 28:10Speaker 1: But I do know that as a mother, when I
- 28:14Speaker 1: just had my first two little ones and I wasn't
- 28:18Speaker 1: I didn't have a job where I was being paid money,
- 28:21Speaker 1: I felt a similar way to the way Brock's feeling.
- 28:25Speaker 2: So you always feel like you have to bring an
- 28:27Speaker 2: income in order to contribute.
- 28:29Speaker 1: No, I always felt like I needed to bring in
- 28:32Speaker 1: money so that I had my own self worth. You know.
- 28:36Speaker 2: I like that. I agree with that too, because for me,
- 28:38Speaker 2: it's a balance of power. Yeah, and it's not that
- 28:43Speaker 2: it's not that Shane ever held it over my head
- 28:44Speaker 2: or anything like that, Like he clearly has more money
- 28:48Speaker 2: than I do. But I mean he.
- 28:51Speaker 3: Because they have who he is.
- 28:53Speaker 1: Yeah, like we see it.
- 28:55Speaker 3: Yeah, you know what I'm saying.
- 28:56Speaker 2: But but for me, it's never like Shane's ever been
- 28:59Speaker 2: like you have to contribute this much, you have to work,
- 29:01Speaker 2: you have to do these things. He's never said that
- 29:03Speaker 2: or made me feel that way. But I agree with you.
- 29:05Speaker 2: I feel that way because for me, it's like a
- 29:07Speaker 2: balance of power. I feel like I'm contributing. I feel
- 29:11Speaker 2: like I don't have to ask his permission to do things.
- 29:13Speaker 2: I just buy whatever I want. If I want a
- 29:15Speaker 2: new car, I go buy a new car. I don't
- 29:17Speaker 2: ask him permission. And I like that feeling like that.
- 29:23Speaker 1: I like that feeling of being empowered to do whatever
- 29:25Speaker 1: it is that I want to do, whether it's for
- 29:28Speaker 1: our kids, for myself, a friend, a business venture. I
- 29:32Speaker 1: don't want my husband to be in charge of what
- 29:36Speaker 1: my moves will be, whether he wanted to be in
- 29:38Speaker 1: charge or not. I put that pressure on myself, so
- 29:42Speaker 1: I appreciate. I mean, Edwin's not every month like Teddy,
- 29:46Speaker 1: where's the money you made? Like that doesn't happen. We're
- 29:49Speaker 1: separate accounts. But like I need to feel like I
- 29:52Speaker 1: can do that, so I see where both of them
- 29:54Speaker 1: are struggling. Also, to have sheen aside for a second,
- 29:58Speaker 1: She's probably like, well, if you're going to do something,
- 30:00Speaker 1: get up and do it right.
- 30:03Speaker 2: I don't just sit around and talk about how you're
- 30:04Speaker 2: not contributing.
- 30:06Speaker 1: Yeah, like for years into this thing, Like what are
- 30:08Speaker 1: you gonna do?
- 30:08Speaker 3: Like, what's the plan?
- 30:10Speaker 1: Like I need a plan. I'm willing to find a
- 30:12Speaker 1: babysitter and pay the because remember she's gonna have to
- 30:14Speaker 1: pay the babysitter. I'm willing to pay the babysitter if
- 30:18Speaker 1: you come to me with a concrete plan and this
- 30:20Speaker 1: is what you want. But I haven't heard him say
- 30:23Speaker 1: what he actually wants to do. He doesn't actually seem
- 30:26Speaker 1: like he knows what he wants to do.
- 30:27Speaker 3: He's hoping for a full time role.
- 30:30Speaker 1: Yeah, Like I don't know. And I also think she
- 30:35Speaker 1: maybe wants to make sure that he is the father
- 30:38Speaker 1: she wants him to be and not turn into the
- 30:41Speaker 1: father that he is to the other kids.
- 30:44Speaker 2: Yeah, so she keeps him right here because also.
- 30:46Speaker 1: The jealousy conversation, like even about the law law thing.
- 30:50Speaker 2: Yeah, I see, I didn't picture her being insecure about
- 30:54Speaker 2: her relationships. So that was new for me about how
- 30:57Speaker 2: she hasn't true some thoughts about Brock leaving her for
- 30:59Speaker 2: an nanny. Well, first of all, don't hire a hot nanny.
- 31:02Speaker 1: Yeah, that's one one on one.
- 31:05Speaker 2: Yeah. And then even listening to rumors about Brock and
- 31:08Speaker 2: laha lah like she's got her she's got it all
- 31:10Speaker 2: in her head and she's got some anxiety about that.
- 31:12Speaker 1: And I don't know, I think it might be the
- 31:14Speaker 1: shows she's on. Yeah maybe, I mean that could be it,
- 31:18Speaker 1: but I do I hope they figure it out because
- 31:22Speaker 1: the date was a little rough because you know, all
- 31:25Speaker 1: she wanted to do was blog, remember the whole thing,
- 31:28Speaker 1: Like when the Sparklers came out, She's like, he's just
- 31:31Speaker 1: looking on my phone, right, and then what about did
- 31:37Speaker 1: you think?
- 31:37Speaker 2: Oh wait, let me ask you a question about that.
- 31:39Speaker 2: Because when Shane and I go out, he doesn't like
- 31:41Speaker 2: me to have my phone. And I remember when we
- 31:43Speaker 2: were in Vegas. Edwin didn't want you to have your phone.
- 31:46Speaker 2: Do you remember, m hmm, because you were.
- 31:48Speaker 3: Like you were like Sina you had the phone. You
- 31:50Speaker 3: were like all out and he was.
- 31:52Speaker 2: Like, put the phone away, Teddy.
- 31:53Speaker 1: Yeah, he depends on the circumstance here. I'm not trying
- 31:58Speaker 1: to I feel bad, ed I love you, but if
- 32:00Speaker 1: it's something Edwin would want to remember, he wants the
- 32:04Speaker 1: phone out. So like his birthday the other day, he
- 32:08Speaker 1: was like okay, yeah, phone blah blah blah. But then
- 32:10Speaker 1: the second, like the kids were done doing their stuff,
- 32:13Speaker 1: He's like, okay, now no phones. Yeah, and that I
- 32:16Speaker 1: mean that I get. I do, and as somebody who
- 32:18Speaker 1: doesn't have a lot of like pictures or videos of
- 32:21Speaker 1: their childhood, I love to get videos of those things,
- 32:27Speaker 1: like regardless if it was for Instagram or not. Like
- 32:30Speaker 1: I make books, I like to save everything because I
- 32:33Speaker 1: want my kids to have these memories and I don't
- 32:36Speaker 1: have a good memory in general, so it helps me
- 32:39Speaker 1: to see it.
- 32:40Speaker 3: But let me ask you a question.
- 32:42Speaker 2: Does he reciprocate and take videos and photos of you
- 32:44Speaker 2: with kids, because that's where I wish Shane, Like I
- 32:47Speaker 2: always have my phone, I take videos and photos of
- 32:50Speaker 2: the kids everything they're doing. They're practices, birthdays, everything, But
- 32:53Speaker 2: I'm not in any of them.
- 32:55Speaker 1: Yeah me neither.
- 32:56Speaker 2: And I wish Shane would just pick up the damn
- 32:58Speaker 2: phone every once in a while and make video and
- 33:00Speaker 2: photos of me with my own children.
- 33:01Speaker 3: I have none. I don't have that.
- 33:03Speaker 1: I'm sure you've seen the TikTok where the mom's like,
- 33:05Speaker 1: I'm gonna just video myself and pretend it was my
- 33:09Speaker 1: husband and it's like her packing the lunches, and.
- 33:13Speaker 3: Right, that would be me.
- 33:15Speaker 1: Yeah no, I.
- 33:16Speaker 2: Don't, thanks, honey, No, not now.
- 33:20Speaker 3: I don't look good.
- 33:21Speaker 1: Don't do it. Hold on, let me put all my makeup.
- 33:24Speaker 1: Yeah no, that's not happening. I don't ever feel like
- 33:27Speaker 1: I'm being filmed when I don't want to be.
- 33:29Speaker 2: Yeah, me neither.
- 33:39Speaker 1: Katie and Shorts go on a lunch date, not a date.
- 33:41Speaker 1: They go to lunch together. I loved it, every part
- 33:45Speaker 1: of it.
- 33:45Speaker 2: They went to Mels, they had a milkshake, They.
- 33:48Speaker 1: Had a milkshake. Shorts posed for a picture with Joe
- 33:52Speaker 1: for their salon Instagram. Katie asks about it, He's like, oh, yeah,
- 33:56Speaker 1: I wanted to promote there and I was like that
- 33:58Speaker 1: hair is not the way to promote it. Then they
- 34:02Speaker 1: compare dates with Tory and they text her at the
- 34:07Speaker 1: same time to see who she responds to. First, that's
- 34:10Speaker 1: some shit I would do.
- 34:11Speaker 3: I do stuff like that, Like I was like.
- 34:15Speaker 1: I would do that. And then Schwartz thinks that this
- 34:19Speaker 1: whole thing with Tory is his and Katie's love language,
- 34:23Speaker 1: which it has brought them closer. You see why they
- 34:26Speaker 1: felt even though do I think they should get back together?
- 34:29Speaker 1: Clearly no, but you know, I kind of feel like
- 34:32Speaker 1: they should. I don't know. I feel like he still
- 34:34Speaker 1: has some growing up to do. I mean, some of
- 34:37Speaker 1: the bad stuff that he did in the past, Like
- 34:39Speaker 1: it's hard for me to get over. Yeah, but I
- 34:43Speaker 1: do think it's letting her. She's able to let her
- 34:46Speaker 1: guard down with him, and we're able to see why
- 34:48Speaker 1: they fell in love in the first place.
- 34:50Speaker 2: Right. Well, it's nice to see them as friends. They
- 34:52Speaker 2: have a good they have like a fun, quirky friend relationship.
- 34:55Speaker 1: Yeah. Then Schortz gets a tattoo of his dogs and
- 35:00Speaker 1: bring Sandoval with him. Would you get a tattoo of
- 35:04Speaker 1: your dogs? I know you love dogs, but would you
- 35:06Speaker 1: get a tattoo too?
- 35:07Speaker 3: Well, I wouldn't get it.
- 35:08Speaker 1: If you want to tell me you have a tattoo
- 35:09Speaker 1: of your dogs.
- 35:10Speaker 3: No, no, I don't.
- 35:12Speaker 2: I don't.
- 35:13Speaker 1: I mean you're thinking about it.
- 35:15Speaker 2: No, I used to have a tattoo, but I got
- 35:17Speaker 2: it removed.
- 35:19Speaker 1: My gosh. And then Kyle Chan is getting a lot
- 35:25Speaker 1: of screen time this year his collaboration with the Gold
- 35:29Speaker 1: Whiskey Bar. They're talking about that they're gonna have Sena
- 35:33Speaker 1: come perform.
- 35:35Speaker 2: Two songs, two songs, songs.
- 35:39Speaker 1: I have a feeling it's gonna be good as Gold
- 35:40Speaker 1: and as Apple's.
- 35:42Speaker 2: Yeah, two songs.
- 35:43Speaker 1: Because her song I enjoy, I enjoy.
- 35:46Speaker 3: I haven't listened to alli song. You like her song?
- 35:49Speaker 1: Oh yeah, the video is not as much, but I
- 35:52Speaker 1: really did like this. The song like has a good hook.
- 35:54Speaker 3: Okay, well, I'm gonna have to listen to it now.
- 35:57Speaker 1: Then Sando All met with the Realders to talk about it.
- 36:00Speaker 1: Next steps with the house. I mean, what do you
- 36:03Speaker 1: think the white listing would say, like a hoarder's paradise,
- 36:07Speaker 1: takeout containers, lego portrait optional, bring your own stage.
- 36:14Speaker 2: Yeah, that's exactly what it would say, hoarders Paradise. I
- 36:17Speaker 2: like that.
- 36:18Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel like that is not a lot of room.
- 36:20Speaker 3: To maneuver around, but you know, looks nice from the outside.
- 36:24Speaker 1: Yeah, you'll figure out, you'll have some perfect for the
- 36:28Speaker 1: organized person. And then we get into Sir with Jackson
- 36:35Speaker 1: James for the brunch event. How do you think the
- 36:37Speaker 1: scene with Lisa went?
- 36:39Speaker 2: Okay? First of all, are you gonna tell me that
- 36:41Speaker 2: Lisa had no idea that Jacks was hosting this brunch
- 36:44Speaker 2: as well? Like, is she really going to come in
- 36:46Speaker 2: and act like she's surprised about something so that she
- 36:48Speaker 2: can have a beef with Jack's Like I didn't like
- 36:50Speaker 2: that part, Like you're gonna tell me you really don't
- 36:53Speaker 2: know what's going on and you're just completely surprised by it.
- 36:56Speaker 1: Yeah, you're because you're also one of the producers on
- 36:59Speaker 1: the show. And it wasn't like it was just he
- 37:02Speaker 1: showed up at a party. I'm sure he was compensated
- 37:05Speaker 1: to be.
- 37:05Speaker 2: There, right, and his name's like on the flyers or whatever.
- 37:09Speaker 3: And I'm like, I mean, I don't know, I don't.
- 37:11Speaker 2: Like that part because to me, that's too like I
- 37:14Speaker 2: get it, I know how these shows work, but for me,
- 37:17Speaker 2: that part was just too much acting.
- 37:19Speaker 3: Like you of course you knew he.
- 37:20Speaker 1: Was, Yeah, but I also didn't really know what Jacks
- 37:24Speaker 1: was contributing to this DJ he.
- 37:27Speaker 2: Showed up late?
- 37:28Speaker 3: Did he show up late?
- 37:30Speaker 2: Like everyone's there having brunch and then he walks in
- 37:32Speaker 2: and he just like says hi to everybody and then
- 37:34Speaker 2: sits down.
- 37:35Speaker 1: Yeah, and then put headphones on for a second with
- 37:38Speaker 1: James and then it's done. Yeah. I feel like and
- 37:43Speaker 1: there are times where Jacks can be funny, but I
- 37:45Speaker 1: do feel like he's the guy from high school that
- 37:47Speaker 1: at forty still talks about when he was homecoming king,
- 37:50Speaker 1: and like he's just still.
- 37:53Speaker 2: One football play.
- 37:55Speaker 1: Yeah, like that, remember that time I caught it in
- 37:58Speaker 1: the insode? So cool. Then the entire group, including jax
- 38:06Speaker 1: goes to James and Ali's house. After Sir Ali confided
- 38:09Speaker 1: and Katie about james reluxe and reluctance to let anyone
- 38:13Speaker 1: watch Hippie besides his brother, James starts to cry. He
- 38:17Speaker 1: calls Hippy his fur baby and ask everyone with kids
- 38:20Speaker 1: how long it took them to find a good nanny.
- 38:22Speaker 1: He compares the two. Jaxon is excited to get job
- 38:26Speaker 1: with friends Brenny's home. Then Schwortz tells Ariana that he
- 38:31Speaker 1: and Sandoval talked about living together. Ariana took this quite well.
- 38:35Speaker 2: I agree. I was totally shocked by this. I thought
- 38:38Speaker 2: she was just gonna lose her mind, but she didn't.
- 38:41Speaker 1: I she she's coming back around, Yeah, coming back back around.
- 38:46Speaker 1: Then Brock and Sheena get into a big fight about
- 38:48Speaker 1: Sheena wanting to leave early. Uh. Then Sheena and Sandoval
- 38:52Speaker 1: get into an even bigger fight because he brings up
- 38:54Speaker 1: the instance when she was the other woman. She was
- 38:59Speaker 1: twenty one years old, and they were not on a
- 39:01Speaker 1: television show together, and she did not know. Regardless if
- 39:06Speaker 1: she knew or she didn't know, this is a very
- 39:08Speaker 1: different situation. I don't think you can compare the two
- 39:11Speaker 1: and Sandoval, even if you think you can compare the two, stop.
- 39:16Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly. I don't understand.
- 39:17Speaker 2: It's like every time I feel like he takes a
- 39:19Speaker 2: step forward with Shena, who's probably besides Lala, like the
- 39:22Speaker 2: next person that he could probably have a relationship with,
- 39:25Speaker 2: maybe he sabotages it every time, right when he starts
- 39:29Speaker 2: to build like a little bit of camaraderie back and
- 39:32Speaker 2: then he's like bam, and he just sucks it up.
- 39:35Speaker 1: I wish Sheena would have responded back like this show
- 39:38Speaker 1: exists because of that, and you wouldn't have even been
- 39:41Speaker 1: on the show if I didn't do that, because you
- 39:44Speaker 1: realize that Brandy and Sheena correlation through Beverly Hills is
- 39:49Speaker 1: what started van upon rules.
- 39:51Speaker 2: Ah, so well he should write her a thank you
- 39:54Speaker 2: note then.
- 39:55Speaker 1: Yeah, thank you, and you did it that her past
- 39:58Speaker 1: and listen. I can only find one video or picture
- 40:03Speaker 1: of Sena with Eddie Cibrian and she was twenty one
- 40:05Speaker 1: years old, like in Lake have a Suit. This is
- 40:07Speaker 1: a very different circumstance.
- 40:10Speaker 2: Is that? Who was I didn't even know?
- 40:12Speaker 1: Yeah, so Eddie, so please Emily. Then it's coming up
- 40:18Speaker 1: the trip to San Francisco, where Sandoval will meet Ariana's
- 40:21Speaker 1: new boyfriend for the first time and starts suggests a
- 40:25Speaker 1: one night stand with Katie. I don't think it's happening.
- 40:27Speaker 1: I don't think they're going to have it.
- 40:29Speaker 2: No, I don't think she's interested. Maybe it's the hair.
- 40:31Speaker 2: I think he should die his hair back brown before
- 40:33Speaker 2: he suggests it to her.
- 40:35Speaker 1: I think he should almost go like salt and pepper,
- 40:38Speaker 1: because I do agree. I think it was James that
- 40:40Speaker 1: said the different color Brown's isn't always working. Like just
- 40:43Speaker 1: go natural, like go die it back brown and then
- 40:45Speaker 1: let it grow out and cut it. Maybe have a
- 40:48Speaker 1: stot a cut that you could style properly.
- 40:51Speaker 3: Also, yeah, because he has a lot of hair, he
- 40:53Speaker 3: has a lot to work with.
- 40:54Speaker 2: They could he could have good hair.
- 40:56Speaker 1: He's not going to be able to get that Jack's endorsement.
- 40:59Speaker 2: No, you know, like we should go with like the
- 41:01Speaker 2: Jesse look like the salt and pepper like things. Yeah,
- 41:04Speaker 2: like that.
- 41:05Speaker 1: Yeah. But then last night and watch What Happens Live,
- 41:08Speaker 1: Ali read Andy's birth chart and he said, and she said,
- 41:11Speaker 1: Gemini's son means he's a storyteller. His Leo Moon says
- 41:15Speaker 1: that he has energy and drive and libra rising, which
- 41:17Speaker 1: means everybody loves him. He also has Mercury in his
- 41:21Speaker 1: tenth house, which is the smartest planet. Andy asked if
- 41:24Speaker 1: he's going to find love, and she says that he
- 41:26Speaker 1: has Saturn in his seventh house, which is the planet
- 41:29Speaker 1: of relationships and marriage. Mozzle, Andy, Mozzle.
- 41:34Speaker 2: Right, Andy, let's see that's exciting, very exciting.
- 41:38Speaker 1: All Right, Let's take a little break and we'll come
- 41:40Speaker 1: back to talk about the valley. All right, we are
- 41:50Speaker 1: back to talk about episode six of the Valley, but
- 41:54Speaker 1: before we start that, let's discuss Janet addressing Kristen revealing
- 41:58Speaker 1: the information that she supposedly everybody about Michelle, saying she
- 42:02Speaker 1: was the start of some of the information, but the
- 42:04Speaker 1: word racist never came out of her mouth, So she'll
- 42:07Speaker 1: take accountability for what she said, but not Kristen's words.
- 42:10Speaker 1: I thought she perfectly prepared that statement.
- 42:13Speaker 3: Oh yeah, she knew.
- 42:14Speaker 1: She knew she was watched her as.
- 42:15Speaker 2: I didn't watch it, but dis based upon what you said,
- 42:18Speaker 2: she knew she was going to get asked that, and
- 42:20Speaker 2: that was she said it.
- 42:21Speaker 1: Well, yeah, she said it well because she's like, yeah,
- 42:24Speaker 1: did I stir the pod a little bit? Yes, I
- 42:25Speaker 1: will take accountability for that. But did she mince my
- 42:28Speaker 1: words and change them? Yes? So I think both could
- 42:33Speaker 1: be true.
- 42:34Speaker 2: Well, here's probably what happened. She said republican, and then
- 42:37Speaker 2: someone had to take it a step further and add
- 42:40Speaker 2: racist in there. That that could have happened, and that's
- 42:44Speaker 2: probably what happened.
- 42:46Speaker 1: I think they were shit talking. I think they were
- 42:48Speaker 1: openly shit talking. And then when shit talking happens in
- 42:52Speaker 1: alcohol and blah blah blah, and they just keep like avoiding,
- 42:58Speaker 1: avoiding and then adding more, you know.
- 43:01Speaker 2: Which makes it worse because they're not actually saying what
- 43:04Speaker 2: was said because they don't want to actually say what
- 43:05Speaker 2: was said, so you're right, So they go around it
- 43:07Speaker 2: and try to add things to make it sound like
- 43:09Speaker 2: what it was, but it wasn't really it. So now
- 43:11Speaker 2: this is a big mess. So that's a big old mess.
- 43:14Speaker 1: But so are Kristin Luke discussing practicing to getting pregnant more.
- 43:19Speaker 1: They love to talk about sex, they do.
- 43:21Speaker 2: They talk about sex all the time, and I just
- 43:23Speaker 2: get a visual every single time, and I don't need
- 43:27Speaker 2: that right now.
- 43:28Speaker 3: Just we can move on from that.
- 43:30Speaker 1: Luke does need his fish is to what is it? Pond?
- 43:35Speaker 1: He wants a fish and pond. I'm like, Luke, the
- 43:38Speaker 1: biggest fish that you've caught is Kristin because you are
- 43:42Speaker 1: loving the camera time, loving it. I'm curious because we
- 43:46Speaker 1: are gonna have Kristin on what she says about Luke
- 43:50Speaker 1: Colorado feeling about being on television because it doesn't seem
- 43:53Speaker 1: like he's a.
- 43:54Speaker 3: He's not a mister private person.
- 43:56Speaker 1: No. I think he's enjoying it. I think he's he's like,
- 43:59Speaker 1: you know what, I'm madly considering California for the first time.
- 44:02Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll just get me a fish and pond right
- 44:04Speaker 2: here in the valley. Yeah.
- 44:05Speaker 1: Here, I'll just make one here, just you know what,
- 44:08Speaker 1: get a kiddie pool. I'll throw some fish in there
- 44:10Speaker 1: and I'll catch it every day. To feel nad he do.
- 44:14Speaker 1: Then Jax meets Jasmine at a bar. Jasmine lets Jax
- 44:18Speaker 1: in on how Brittany is feeling. She gives him. Really,
- 44:22Speaker 1: I think Jasmine is the voice of reason. Yeah, for
- 44:26Speaker 1: the most part. She gives good advice on Brittany, which,
- 44:30Speaker 1: of course we know he's not going to take.
- 44:32Speaker 3: But why does that?
- 44:32Speaker 2: Okay, but Jack's already had this conversation with Brittany. It's
- 44:36Speaker 2: it's sad that someone else has to come in and
- 44:38Speaker 2: remind him that he needs to be nice to his
- 44:42Speaker 2: wife and compliment her and have sex with her. Like
- 44:45Speaker 2: he has to have a third party come in and
- 44:47Speaker 2: tell him this.
- 44:48Speaker 1: I really wish, because this is the problem. I'm watching
- 44:51Speaker 1: Summer House now too for the first time, and Lindsey
- 44:55Speaker 1: is talking about her sex life with Carl and or
- 44:59Speaker 1: her lack of sex life with Carl as the show's airing,
- 45:02Speaker 1: and they have a conversation that does end up happening,
- 45:05Speaker 1: which is in some relationships when you don't have sex
- 45:10Speaker 1: for a long time and then you try to have
- 45:11Speaker 1: sex and then one person can't finish or the other
- 45:14Speaker 1: person can't get hard, like it just becomes a mental
- 45:18Speaker 1: warfare between the couple because you can't get back to
- 45:22Speaker 1: that place. I wish those were the conversations they were having, Like, listen, you,
- 45:28Speaker 1: it's not that you're too busy, like we know you're
- 45:31Speaker 1: not fully running. Jax's like, let's be clear, this isn't
- 45:34Speaker 1: a Schwartz and Sandy situation.
- 45:36Speaker 2: It's just not you're saying. The conversation is way too superficial.
- 45:38Speaker 2: It's just we don't have sex. But they're not actually
- 45:41Speaker 2: talking about what the root of the problem is. Why
- 45:43Speaker 2: not are you not attracted to her? Are you attracted
- 45:46Speaker 2: to her but you're not feeling confident with yourself? Does
- 45:49Speaker 2: it have to do with you? What is the root
- 45:51Speaker 2: of the problem.
- 45:52Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean I think part of the problem. And
- 45:54Speaker 1: I hate to even say this, but when Jack saw
- 45:57Speaker 1: that girl at the bar at the bar and said
- 46:03Speaker 1: I want my wife to be wearing something like that,
- 46:05Speaker 1: I felt like that was a dig like this is
- 46:09Speaker 1: what I'm attracted to.
- 46:10Speaker 2: Well, you know, the constant like scenes of him checking
- 46:15Speaker 2: out other women. You know, there was another one I
- 46:18Speaker 2: can't was it on the valley or was a fan
- 46:20Speaker 2: or pump, I don't know where there was another woman
- 46:23Speaker 2: that was like hot and he was like, I can't look,
- 46:25Speaker 2: I can't look. You know. He had to make like
- 46:26Speaker 2: a thing out of it. Yeah, you know what I'm
- 46:28Speaker 2: talking about.
- 46:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I I well, like that would.
- 46:31Speaker 2: Hurt my feelings if Shane made references to like having
- 46:35Speaker 2: to look away at another woman because.
- 46:36Speaker 1: Oh, yeah, like I can't I can't look at her
- 46:38Speaker 1: because she doesn't have a bra. Yeah, it's he's saying
- 46:41Speaker 1: I'm tempted.
- 46:43Speaker 2: Right exactly.
- 46:43Speaker 3: That's my point I was trying to get to.
- 46:45Speaker 2: That is that if he has to say things out
- 46:48Speaker 2: loud that other women are hot, but he has to
- 46:50Speaker 2: look away because he doesn't want to look at him,
- 46:51Speaker 2: because he doesn't want to be tempted.
- 46:52Speaker 3: Like, that's a serious problem.
- 46:54Speaker 1: Yeah, if you're tempted to want to have sex with
- 46:56Speaker 1: other people but you're not tempted to have sex with
- 46:59Speaker 1: your wife you have a child with, this is a problem.
- 47:01Speaker 1: And that's actually what you should be talking about, like
- 47:04Speaker 1: is your labite? Are you older and you're just not
- 47:06Speaker 1: wanting to have sex anymore, or you're wanting to have sex,
- 47:08Speaker 1: just not want to have sex with your wife. That's
- 47:10Speaker 1: what they need to say, not all this other bullshit.
- 47:13Speaker 1: But I think also Jax is on vander Pump saying
- 47:16Speaker 1: Brittany is letting him go out and get up, yet
- 47:19Speaker 1: on the Valley he's calling Britney out for her going out,
- 47:22Speaker 1: Like it just there's so much false information. Yeah, it's
- 47:28Speaker 1: it's hard to keep.
- 47:29Speaker 2: Track, it is. It's a lot of Jacks. I can't
- 47:32Speaker 2: even keep track of, like if you said it on
- 47:34Speaker 2: the Valley, if you said it on vander Pump, because
- 47:36Speaker 2: there's just so much Jax right now, I can't I
- 47:39Speaker 2: can't keep it concise.
- 47:41Speaker 1: Oh but what about Jack's trying to pull the wool
- 47:44Speaker 1: over our eyes by sharing the information with Jasmine and
- 47:47Speaker 1: then saying like, you know, I don't want to I
- 47:49Speaker 1: don't want this to get out there.
- 47:50Speaker 3: Yeah, don't tell anybody.
- 47:54Speaker 1: I'm just gonna tell you in the twenty four production
- 47:56Speaker 1: team and the camera and like it, Jacks, this is
- 48:01Speaker 1: saying your first radio we know just what you're doing,
- 48:03Speaker 1: but lvp's better at it. But yeah, then we get
- 48:08Speaker 1: to Jason and Jesse come to Danny and Nias to
- 48:10Speaker 1: help break down and build some furniture. No, listen, splurge
- 48:14Speaker 1: for task Rabbit, because the thought that Jesse could build
- 48:19Speaker 1: anything right right, nor did he want to.
- 48:23Speaker 2: Jason looks like he could be handy, possibly, but Jesse, Like,
- 48:28Speaker 2: why anyone thought Jesse could put anything together is beyond me.
- 48:31Speaker 2: The only thing he could put together is like his
- 48:33Speaker 2: hair and his outfit.
- 48:35Speaker 1: And he can pop a champagne bottle, he can pop
- 48:37Speaker 1: a ruin art bottle. I saw him. I saw him.
- 48:39Speaker 3: Gudd.
- 48:39Speaker 2: He's not going to ruin his manicure doing manual labor.
- 48:44Speaker 1: No, absolutely not going to happen. But watch what happens live.
- 48:47Speaker 1: Did vote Nia and Danny their favorite couple at eighty
- 48:50Speaker 1: two percent overall vote. This is not shocking to me.
- 48:54Speaker 1: I think they actually are a couple that are talking
- 48:56Speaker 1: about the real things. Even when they were at dinner
- 49:00Speaker 1: and you can see that Danny's starting to get a
- 49:02Speaker 1: little tipsy and he goes to like raise his hand
- 49:04Speaker 1: Nia to.
- 49:04Speaker 4: See such your wife thing, she put your hand down,
- 49:07Speaker 4: step out it stop it. No time for that like
- 49:10Speaker 4: this is not this isn't your time to step in, buddy,
- 49:13Speaker 4: like she they act like husband and wife they actually are.
- 49:17Speaker 2: And actually I think they actually have a very good
- 49:19Speaker 2: relationship which I actually like each other. It's nice, yes,
- 49:23Speaker 2: which is nice because everyone else is such a hot mess.
- 49:26Speaker 3: It's nice to have.
- 49:27Speaker 2: The one you know, relatable, normal, seem to get along,
- 49:31Speaker 2: love each other, mutual respect relationship.
- 49:34Speaker 1: Who do you think would build set up a nursery better?
- 49:39Speaker 1: Jesse and Danny and Jason or Sand of all James
- 49:49Speaker 1: and Shorts.
- 49:51Speaker 2: I'm going to give it to Sand of all James
- 49:53Speaker 2: and Shorts. I feel like I feel like Shane and
- 49:56Speaker 2: Edwin or Shane could put that together, like no problem.
- 50:00Speaker 1: He's there's absolutely no way I think could do it.
- 50:02Speaker 2: Now I done.
- 50:03Speaker 1: Can't even change about Shane.
- 50:04Speaker 2: Shane's so handy. He hangs chandeliers and hangs huge TVs
- 50:08Speaker 2: and wires it through the wall and all kinds of stuff.
- 50:11Speaker 1: So I know who I need to call next time
- 50:13Speaker 1: I need something done. It ain't Jesse, It's Shane.
- 50:15Speaker 3: It's Shane.
- 50:18Speaker 1: Then they drive Jackson Brittany drive to see progress of
- 50:22Speaker 1: Jackx's in a golf cart.
- 50:24Speaker 3: I like the golf cart.
- 50:25Speaker 1: I like the golf cart. I do want to know,
- 50:27Speaker 1: like do you have to have legal street parking? Because
- 50:30Speaker 1: they parked in the red.
- 50:32Speaker 2: Oh I thought you meant is the golf cart street legal?
- 50:36Speaker 2: Like did they add all that like turn.
- 50:38Speaker 1: Out and everything was in the red?
- 50:41Speaker 3: Well you know how that works. Production gets out there
- 50:43Speaker 3: and puts the cone there and.
- 50:45Speaker 1: Fine, But I was like, don't don't act like my
- 50:47Speaker 1: eyes can't see. But Brittany feels like her ideas aren't
- 50:53Speaker 1: being heard, that she's not involved at all. And then
- 50:57Speaker 1: when afterwards, like you can tell his business partners are
- 51:01Speaker 1: being really nice to her.
- 51:02Speaker 2: They are trying to like write like.
- 51:05Speaker 1: Do you want to see the stain flowers?
- 51:08Speaker 3: We love ideas.
- 51:11Speaker 1: But then they sit down and Jackson Brittany keep trying
- 51:14Speaker 1: to talk about the relationship, and Jackson's just so stressed so.
- 51:20Speaker 2: He doesn't know, but he just doesn't want to have
- 51:22Speaker 2: the conversation with her, Like it's it's clear to me
- 51:25Speaker 2: that he doesn't want her involved in this bar. He
- 51:29Speaker 2: doesn't want her ideas. He doesn't want her there because.
- 51:32Speaker 1: He wants to bone other people in it. And it's
- 51:34Speaker 1: gonna be hard with his wife there.
- 51:37Speaker 3: He needs to keep her far away from the bathroom.
- 51:39Speaker 1: Like he's like, I don't need you being on a
- 51:41Speaker 1: group text exchange. What happens if my text sex pictures
- 51:44Speaker 1: on it? Like I can't have you there ruining my game.
- 51:47Speaker 1: And I've been telling you that I'm having libido issues.
- 51:53Speaker 1: But he didn't. He even though he's very stressed, he
- 51:55Speaker 1: did have the time to plug his hair loss care product.
- 51:58Speaker 1: I liked the edit totally just bagged on this whole event,
- 52:02Speaker 1: Like they broke the fourth wall. They made sure we
- 52:06Speaker 1: all knew it was for TV. It wasn't like a
- 52:08Speaker 1: a gin Alians product placement. It was like, no, we're
- 52:12Speaker 1: really going to talk about it. They showed a bald
- 52:15Speaker 1: spot that was like right, and then they had like
- 52:18Speaker 1: the arrow with an arrow pointing to it. And then
- 52:24Speaker 1: I think Jesse did make me laugh when he goes,
- 52:27Speaker 1: I think it's a calk. I was like, I have
- 52:32Speaker 1: a calk too. Can I get one of those endorsement deals? Schwartz,
- 52:38Speaker 1: is there, Brittany's meat, Mamma is there, mamma, mamma, my
- 52:44Speaker 1: Mamma's landing. Brittany is so sweet and Jackson is just
- 52:48Speaker 1: such a douche lord. I know, I know, poor Brittany,
- 52:53Speaker 1: but he's an entertaining douche lord that he is. That
- 52:56Speaker 1: actually at by the end of this episode, you even
- 52:58Speaker 1: forget that Jacks is a douche lord because other people
- 53:01Speaker 1: take over. Then Janet asked Jasmine about her lunch with Jack's.
- 53:06Speaker 1: Jasmine doesn't want to repeat what Jack said. Jasmine thinks
- 53:09Speaker 1: they're both messy. Jax and Jesse flirt with the Burning
- 53:13Speaker 1: Man pop up vendor, who's having a Mermaid show? How many?
- 53:23Speaker 2: How many times has she been the Burning Man? I
- 53:26Speaker 2: mean she left, she left Burning Man.
- 53:30Speaker 1: She thinks she's still at.
- 53:32Speaker 2: Burning She's like, ed, we're going to have a Mermaid show.
- 53:36Speaker 1: She's like, I didn't her, but you can. This is
- 53:40Speaker 1: where the shift starts to happen, when Michelle walks over
- 53:45Speaker 1: and catches Jesse outside talking to BMV Burning Man, Burning
- 53:50Speaker 1: Man Vendor.
- 53:51Speaker 2: It's the Burning Man, Mermaid, Burning Man, Mermaid Vendor.
- 53:55Speaker 1: Yes, you can see like darkness in her eyes, Like
- 54:00Speaker 1: she doesn't even like say a word.
- 54:02Speaker 2: She's like, I know, she's like when you feel like
- 54:05Speaker 2: cold chills on the back of your neck and like
- 54:07Speaker 2: you get like goosebumps and the hair on the back
- 54:08Speaker 2: of your next hands up, she's that's her.
- 54:11Speaker 1: Yeah, like I'd be fucking no. I mean, Jesse didn't
- 54:14Speaker 1: talk at the beginning of dinner because he was frightened.
- 54:17Speaker 1: He was ready to be like Lorena Bobbitt, like at
- 54:20Speaker 1: the dinner table, he knew it was coming. And I
- 54:22Speaker 1: think that's what they weren't actually saying, is like they
- 54:26Speaker 1: were in a fight at that moment, but they were
- 54:29Speaker 1: trying to pull it together and then it became then
- 54:31Speaker 1: Jesse had to just make everything worse.
- 54:33Speaker 2: Well, no, what did he say? He said, like two
- 54:35Speaker 2: hours earlier he had a conversation about something.
- 54:37Speaker 3: What was that.
- 54:40Speaker 1: Well, I feel like the beginning of the dinner was
- 54:42Speaker 1: edited a little weirdly because the timing just wasn't making sense,
- 54:46Speaker 1: and I was noticing the cups were filled up different lights,
- 54:49Speaker 1: like it just I don't know. There was so much tension, right.
- 54:53Speaker 2: And that is why. But he made some comment about
- 54:56Speaker 2: like an hour before, two hours before something happened that.
- 55:00Speaker 1: My guess, you know, we've all been at these dinners
- 55:04Speaker 1: where you've been sitting around, dicking around, talking about shit.
- 55:07Speaker 1: They're never going to show, like what's your favorite television show,
- 55:11Speaker 1: Who's your biggest celebrity crush? No one cares, right, And
- 55:17Speaker 1: Jesse is now getting tipsy and he's like, is somebody
- 55:20Speaker 1: going to say anything worth listening to? Right?
- 55:23Speaker 2: Because I want to go home?
- 55:24Speaker 1: Yeah, Like I'm over it, And I think that's what's happening.
- 55:27Speaker 1: He's carrying around that he knows that Michelle does not
- 55:29Speaker 1: want to be with him, and that's the situation. But
- 55:34Speaker 1: this leads me to my biggest question that I have
- 55:36Speaker 1: for you, Emily.
- 55:36Speaker 5: Yeah, why would you go on to a reality television
- 55:41Speaker 5: show knowing that your significant that your marriage is not
- 55:46Speaker 5: going to make it?
- 55:49Speaker 1: You know?
- 55:49Speaker 2: I asked myself the same question. But I feel like
- 55:51Speaker 2: when someone like Jesse is a true narcissist, that for
- 55:57Speaker 2: them it's just a way to look right and to
- 56:01Speaker 2: look like like they're winning or I don't know, Like,
- 56:05Speaker 2: I don't think they have a problem putting themselves out
- 56:07Speaker 2: there because they don't see anything wrong with themselves.
- 56:10Speaker 1: U think neither of them do.
- 56:13Speaker 2: No, No, I think both of them is so stuck
- 56:16Speaker 2: in their head about how they're right that they don't
- 56:19Speaker 2: mind airing it because they're not embarrassed by it at all.
- 56:23Speaker 1: And I I mean I guess I can understand that
- 56:27Speaker 1: maybe a little bit if they didn't also have a child.
- 56:30Speaker 1: But they're going into it knowing it's one thing we
- 56:34Speaker 1: have watched.
- 56:34Speaker 2: Just the same guy that like tried to get his
- 56:36Speaker 2: kid to ride a bike and was like, ride the bike,
- 56:38Speaker 2: get on the bike.
- 56:40Speaker 1: And your life said to your kid, Like, I'm like, Cruce,
- 56:44Speaker 1: get in the elevator. I know you're scared of elevators.
- 56:46Speaker 1: You can give me a hug, but get in the elevator.
- 56:48Speaker 3: Yeah, but would you do that when they're filming?
- 56:50Speaker 1: Probably not.
- 56:51Speaker 3: I would, That's what I'm saying.
- 56:52Speaker 1: But then the people would be like, why is Teddy
- 56:54Speaker 1: being so weird and awkward? And it's because I'm not
- 56:56Speaker 1: actually being my transparent self. But like that was moments
- 57:00Speaker 1: and it's happened as a parent, So like.
- 57:03Speaker 3: I feel here's the thing.
- 57:04Speaker 2: I feel like so many couples go on reality shows
- 57:08Speaker 2: when they know their relationship is in the toilet.
- 57:11Speaker 3: And I don't know if it's because a reality.
- 57:13Speaker 2: Show gives them, like maybe the one one feels like
- 57:15Speaker 2: it gives them a platform. Like clearly Michelle has a platform.
- 57:18Speaker 2: Now she's out there and she's moved on and dates
- 57:21Speaker 2: some hot guy.
- 57:22Speaker 3: That's amazing.
- 57:24Speaker 1: Why I'm worried? I mean, and then are we going
- 57:26Speaker 1: to see Jesse and Michelle and the new hot guy
- 57:29Speaker 1: and whoever Jesse's gonna date is this? Are they all
- 57:31Speaker 1: going to be on? Because I really don't need any
- 57:34Speaker 1: of them to go.
- 57:35Speaker 3: Yeah, I guess.
- 57:36Speaker 1: So Michelle calls him out for being quiet, Kristin says
- 57:39Speaker 1: Jesse is disrespectful and disgusting, and his own wife calls
- 57:42Speaker 1: him a douchebag. Luke says Kristin calls him that too,
- 57:46Speaker 1: like talking about himself.
- 57:48Speaker 2: I was like, wait, it's what happened to Luke, But
- 57:50Speaker 2: I don't understand. He's always he's always so defensive of Kristin.
- 57:55Speaker 3: Everything she does he defends.
- 57:56Speaker 2: So then when he kind of turned on her and
- 57:57Speaker 2: was like, well, you call me that too, I was like,
- 57:59Speaker 2: is he confused about who he's talking to?
- 58:02Speaker 1: And also everybody calls everyone a douchebag? There are worse
- 58:05Speaker 1: things to be called. I called you a douchebag behind
- 58:08Speaker 1: your back so many times, just kidding.
- 58:10Speaker 3: I call it to you to your face.
- 58:11Speaker 1: Yeah, like douche lord. I remember, douche lord.
- 58:16Speaker 2: To do well, you would be a douche lordis a
- 58:20Speaker 2: douche queen, You're a douche duchess.
- 58:26Speaker 1: But either way, the fight between Luke and Kristin is
- 58:28Speaker 1: confusing to me. But then we hear on Mike off
- 58:32Speaker 1: camera a producer trying to calm Kristin down regarding Jesse.
- 58:36Speaker 1: Kristen is upset because Jesse is a psycho, but she
- 58:39Speaker 1: doesn't want to out anything in their marriage. So clearly
- 58:42Speaker 1: this is why the dinner editing is so weird, because
- 58:45Speaker 1: they are telling Kristin it's time for this to come out.
- 58:48Speaker 1: Jack's has already laid it down for you to handle it,
- 58:50Speaker 1: and she's not wanting to do it because she's already
- 58:53Speaker 1: said other things that have gotten her in.
- 58:54Speaker 3: Trouble with them, and she's like, I'm not doing that again.
- 58:58Speaker 1: Side take me up, the coach, put the pregnant lady.
- 59:03Speaker 2: Make me do it, and like how they all stop
- 59:07Speaker 2: her in the hallway though you know she was trying
- 59:09Speaker 2: to leave and they're all just like.
- 59:11Speaker 1: Oh, she's done. Like she's like, get me out of here.
- 59:16Speaker 1: And then Jesse says to christ Kristen on Mike, if
- 59:20Speaker 1: you bring out any skeletons, I already don't know about
- 59:22Speaker 1: my wife, I will bury you. But then why did
- 59:27Speaker 1: they have to suck up the line and say that
- 59:30Speaker 1: Jesse said that he was gonna leave. That was a
- 59:33Speaker 1: real gup. Who said that? That really Kristen said it?
- 59:38Speaker 1: She said it wrong.
- 59:39Speaker 3: She messes everything up.
- 59:40Speaker 2: She has to stop being the messenger because she doesn't
- 59:44Speaker 2: get it right.
- 59:45Speaker 1: Well, she miss delivered it. I know that she knew that.
- 59:48Speaker 1: I think she knew. We'll ask her. I think she
- 59:50Speaker 1: knew the accurate information. But I think at the end
- 59:53Speaker 1: of the night may possibly be like the two of us,
- 59:56Speaker 1: after we've had three espresso martini's, we may misdeliver and information.
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: Yeah, but that was a big missdelivery because there was
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: a huge difference between my wife will most likely leave
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: me within the next two within the next two months,
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: and I'm going to leave my wife in two months.
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: Like yeah, I mean you saw the difference in Michelle's face.
- 1:00:14Speaker 3: I was like yeah, I.
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: Was like, you're dead man, You're a dead man walking.
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: But then this is where it really starts to get
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: Instead of comical, it now is getting sad because then
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: they start getting physical.
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: Yeah, that Jesse, who was he trying to go after.
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: Luke Luke because I think when he was like.
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: Jumping through all everybody and everybody going back.
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: Push through Brittany, I'm like, don't get don't get Brittany
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: her me maws in town or like weave the poor
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: gal out of it, but it really. Luke then says
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: to Jesse, your problem is with your wife. Jesse goes
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: into a rage pushes Oh yeah. First he pushes Zach
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: barreling into everybody, including pushing Brittany.
- 1:00:58Speaker 3: Out of the way.
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: And then now because Zach was like into the wall,
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: and then did you see Craig from production there?
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: I saw Craig.
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: I was like, oh, Craig, I haven't.
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: Seen you, Hello, Craig.
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: Craig's like, Hella, Craig, what are you gonna do about it?
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: Craig really coming on mixed for this. Get over there, Greg,
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: get out of the shop, buddy. No, Craig's in there.
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: He's trying to stop. And Luke's like, I wasn't gonna
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: hit him. I wasn't gonna I was backing up the
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: whole time. I'm like, yeah, real nice backed up so
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: then he could take out freaking Brittany, right, So.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: I like, I like Jesse when he afterwards, after he
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: jumped through everybody and knocked everybody down, like his hair
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: is all disheveled and his shirt's untocked and everything.
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: What a disaster.
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: Then then Michelle gets involved and starts yelling at Kristin
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: to shut the up. Kristin says she's done protecting Michelle.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: Kristen says Michelle doesn't know what Jesse is saying behind
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: her back. Michelle asked what. It continues, on and on
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: and on. Michelle screams for everybody to get back into
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: the room. She is gonna talk. I'm like, you already
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: use that line.
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: Yeah, And why would you want everybody to see when
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: stuff like that happens. You can't then organize everyone, get
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: everyone to sit down, and get everyone to listen, like
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: it's the party's over.
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: The party is over. We've now pushed people down, We've
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: like Zach.
- 1:02:23Speaker 3: Disheveled, his shirt's hanging out.
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: This is not go This is not a time to
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: reconvene and reasonably talk about what happened.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: And Michelle, I hate to be the bearer of bad news.
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: You're not in a reasonable position yourself either right now.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: So you were the lad if there was anyone in
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: this moment that could have had a conversation in a
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: in a proper fashion, it would have been Jasmine, the
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: voice of reason. But I didn't see her anywhere in
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: this portion. I was like, where's Jasmine? She needs to
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: get everyone together, right.
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: Let me ask you a question. Though this bothers me
- 1:03:06Speaker 2: as just someone on TV as well. But when people
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: say I know things about you or I know things
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: about I'm not going to say it, Like when Kristen
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: keeps saying I know these things. I've been protecting your
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: You know, I'm protecting you and protecting you. I hate
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: it when people do that because to me, then it
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: just leaves it up open for interpretation, and the interpretation
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: could be worse than what the actual information is. So
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: I don't really feel like you're doing a service to anyone.
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: You're just making it worse.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: But I have a question. We can talk about this
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: because this is past. It already aired on an Orange
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: County There was somebody doing that. Were you doing that
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: with Shannon last year?
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: No, I say stuff to people's face.
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: Who there was somebody that was saying things in confessionals.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: Oh it was Heather, But that is different saying things
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: in your confessionals is different than telling a cast member,
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: which Heather did not do got it and her confessionals,
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: So there there is a difference. But when you're threatening
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: it on camera right to the person, but not actually
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: saying it. I was like, also, Kristin, if you're gonna
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: let things out right now, maybe you should let Michelle
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: know that her nip has been out half the time.
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: Did you notice they had the little well yeah, yeah,
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: free the nipple. I think it's a thousand dollars every
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: time you have to every time you have to use
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: the nipple, blur because because they have to use it
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: on me sometimes because I got on Yeah. Then and
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: then I think Heather told me She's like, Emily, don't
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: you know every time your nipple comes out's a thousand
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: dollars they have to blur it out.
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: I now, I'm now I have to check out my
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: nipples because that never happened to me.
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: It always happens to me.
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: Mine are like wonky.
- 1:04:45Speaker 3: They're all over the place.
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: They're always like what's They're always like, what's going on
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: out there?
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: So I think of you. But then Kristin and Luke leave,
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: Kristin drops her bomb that Michelle had a boyfriend for
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: a year. She says that she didn't sign up for
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: this again and she'd rather be on Van of Pump Rules.
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: I'm like, no, Kristin, at this point, you want to
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: be right where you are because this show's better.
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: Then on watch What Happens Live, seventy six percent of
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: the audience we're on Kristin and Luke's side in this
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: hallway fight. Ninety three percent believe Kristin that Michelle had
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: a boyfriend. What do you believe, Emily.
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: No, I think she did. I mean, look at their
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: relationship between Jesse and Michelle, and you know, I think
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: we like to place a lot of blame on Jesse
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: and say that he's.
- 1:05:33Speaker 3: A douche lord.
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: But you know, maybe it's Michelle that's been the problem
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: and he's just trying to deal with it, and he
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: looks like a douche, like maybe he knows about this
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: affair or he suspects it and he's trying to deal
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: with her, and she's like a sniper. She's all like
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: calm and cool, but really she's just like.
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: Yeah, she's probably getting at him twenty I mean, who knows.
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: I think they're both I think it's a very toxic relationship.
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: I think it's good that they're not together. But do
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: I think they both haven't contributed to this mess? No,
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: I think they're both very much. So. I mean, I
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: don't know how Kristin could have even come up with
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: Michelle having a boyfriend for a year if that.
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: Didn't happen exactly, so I think so. I mean, I
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: think she probably met someone famous, got all engulfed into
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: that life of fame and was very excited about it.
- 1:06:24Speaker 3: And she's a real estate agent, so you can use.
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: That as like, oh, I'm showing them a house every
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: day of the week, I'm showing him my house.
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: But I I don't know, it just was. It was
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: very very messy, and I am excited to talk to
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: Kristin about it. And I kind of want to see
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: what I need to like meet Michelle. I need to
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: like feel her energy energy.
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: Yeah, because but see here's the thing about Michelle, though,
- 1:06:52Speaker 2: you would have to meet her more than one time
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: to actually feel her energy.
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: Did you feel my energy the first time I met you?
- 1:06:59Speaker 3: Yeah, you're a ding dong and that was like apparent.
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: But so so it's perfect, perfect, No, but I feel
- 1:07:11Speaker 2: like with someone like Michelle, you couldn't just meet her
- 1:07:13Speaker 2: once and actually know what she was about. I feel
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: like it would take several meetings.
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: I feel like she might be the person that's not
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: super friendly the first time you meet exactly.
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: I feel like she would be cold and guarded the
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: first time. So I don't know if you would really know.
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: Well, let's have her on. Let's see.
- 1:07:29Speaker 3: Well, let's do it.
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: Hold on, let's let's see who she We'll pull the
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: shorts and Katie. Let's see who she likes more, Teddy
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: or Emily? Who does she Who is she gonna vibe with?
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: Do you think, oh, oh, who are we asking each other? Yeah?
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: We're asking each other. You know.
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: I was like, is there a pole somewhere that people?
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: I'm very fancy now this is like, watch what happens.
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: I was waiting for a pole to like come up
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: at the bottom.
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: Like, oh my gosh. Well, thanks you guys for too
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: and again we are loving recapping these shows and appreciate
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: you listening.
