North Carolina’s Boating Infrastructure Grant Program is rolling out big cash for marina upgrades—up to $300K locally or $1.5M nationally—for docks, piers, restrooms, and pump-out stations serving boats 26 feet and up. Managed now by the Division of Coastal Management, funds come from federal sport fishing taxes. Public, private, non-profit, or university marina owners in coastal counties can apply.
