  Speaker 1: I'm watching people talk about themselves and their careers and

  Speaker 1: I hear people say, you know, always dreamed of being here.

  Speaker 1: You know, I can understand when a person says that

  Speaker 1: I've always dreamed that of something like this would happen

  Speaker 2: But I want you to think about that for a second.

  Speaker 1: that car, all the times by myself when I felt

  Speaker 1: like I wasn't gonna make it. But somehow I'm standing

  Speaker 1: somewhere and somebody passing out on the ward to me

  Speaker 1: or somebody calling my name, that's that.

  Speaker 1: always dreamed. Did you really think in those moments right

  Speaker 1: so many times, man, young people just don't understand what

  Speaker 1: all it takes. And I know, and if you're a

  Speaker 1: full grown adult, if you're faulty, you really understanding where

  Speaker 1: I'm coming from, because you know, uh, it's listen to me,

  Speaker 1: young people or anybody that don't understand this, that you

  Speaker 1: got to do some things that you don't want to
• 3:29
  Speaker 1: do in order to do what you want to do.

  Speaker 1: You have to understand this principle of success or else

  Speaker 1: you are not going to become successful. I got what

  Speaker 1: you want to do, I got your ultimate goal, is this, that,

  Speaker 1: and the other. I got all of that. But in

  Speaker 1: the meantime, though, there are some necessary steps that you

  Speaker 1: have to take in order to become successful. And you

  Speaker 1: cannot skip these steps. You can't jump over these steps

  Speaker 1: just because you won't be rich Friday.

  Speaker 1: But if you want this, whatever you're talking about, whether

  Speaker 1: it's money or success or fame or climbing the corporate

  Speaker 1: letter or this is the position or you all, that's

  Speaker 2: Please hold on to your dreams. Dreams come true. But

  Speaker 2: in the meantime, let me remind you of something that

  Speaker 2: you gotta do some things you don't want to do

  Speaker 1: Let's say you want to be rich and famous. Let's

  Speaker 1: just say that's it for you. Now, it's a lot

  Speaker 1: of other ways of being successful. Please don't think that's

  Speaker 1: the only one. But I'm just saying, let's just say, yo,

  Speaker 1: it is rich and famous. And let's say some miraculous
