- 0:40the way you made Bill Vegan. Welcome, Welcome, Welcome. I've been
- 0:48listening to the sport Shock Show. I am the swart Shock Wayne Candy,
- 0:51good morning. Tell you I'm going a little hard this morning so I can
- 0:55get the energy over to my team mates in the building. Command you,
- 0:59Gret, Big Big Kenny, the funny man himself, and the awfully bad
- 1:06producer. This guy is moving down, but he is my boy. He
- 1:10is family and unfortunately with family they are a lifetime journey. But he is
- 1:17my man. The bad producer is in the building. Super Bowl fifty eight
- 1:21set for Los vague Gus. All you Lamar Jackson fans, pull your face
- 1:26off the floor. Get it off the floor, Get it off the floor.
- 1:34You've seen the movie before. It's like leitha weapon. You know how
- 1:38you know how it's gonna be. Everybody's said, I'm watching the game,
- 1:44everybody emotional. This isn't even your team. It's ain't even your team.
- 1:49You sitting here with a Bronco jersey on. I no matter what was my
- 1:56man Mecklenburger. That's how I fought. He remember what was his first name?
- 2:01The deep Carl jersey on talking about you said for Lamar Jackson with hold
- 2:07on, Now, you don't cry for your second team. You cried for
- 2:12your first team. The second team. You just upset because you can have
- 2:16more than as I said, obsession. If you move to different cities,
- 2:20you can have a team and that's your team and love another team. But
- 2:23you don't cry for that team. But the Lamar Jackson fans I was sitting
- 2:29with yesterday watching the game. It was a pro raven. I said,
- 2:35the Ravens were gonna win, so I have to eat my crow. But
- 2:40I wasn't because I was a fan of Lamar Jackson. I actually don't like
- 2:44the Ravens. I just don't give it vice on emotion. Right once again,
- 2:51I don't really like the Ravens, but I'm not gonna go with your
- 2:54bad But I'm not gonna vote whether I think they're gonna win or lose based
- 3:00on because I'm a Stiller at heart and instill a country. That's the rivalry,
- 3:06whatever great rivalry your team have, or your college or you might have.
- 3:10That's what the stillers in the Ravens. It's a dark day. That's
- 3:15the speech on a Wednesday morning. It's Ravens week. Now break up.
- 3:23We don't do a lot of word mixing, ain't you know, because ray
- 3:27Dance is gonna give you all you need to want to hit somebody? Right?
- 3:31You ever had somebody do something well? I know because it might be
- 3:35statute of limitation because I know some of y'all out here, just the some
- 3:38of y'all don't hit your wives and kids and brothers and mothers just off of
- 3:43a tick one more time about right. Yeah, I'm saying it's four at
- 3:50nineteen, I mean, sold to nouse and you keep on with the floppl.
- 3:55I knew everybody could relate at some point. That's how the r Lewis
- 3:59danaid. When you're in a still in uniform, it just made you like
- 4:03the show. Do it one more time and somebody, I'm gonna have to
- 4:08cut it going here back. That's when you beat That's when you committed for
- 4:15me. Then I don't like that. It was just something about it.
- 4:20We've been doing one more time, but Lamar Jackson fans, pull your face
- 4:24off the floor. Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs marching to the super
- 4:30Bowl once again. If any teams out there want to take a page,
- 4:35as I keep telling you, the part of the Patrick Mahomes story that continues
- 4:40to get lost, it's the drafting of Patrick Mahomes and Patrick Mahomes not being
- 4:46the full time starter until his third year. If any of you want to
- 4:55because everybody want to groom their quarterback, but everybody want their quarterback to be
- 5:00day one and two of the three of the greatest that ever did it.
- 5:06It was deep in the year two or the beginning of year three that the
- 5:13legend started. And you just forgot the first two years because it seemed like
- 5:16it was It looked like Aaron Rodgers was always on the field, but he
- 5:21was not. He was was he year three or four? Year four?
- 5:26Okay, that's how far along he was in his career. Because everybody want
- 5:30to take a guy from college and run him out there and their first thing
- 5:33is, well c J. Stroud did it, because you know, that's
- 5:38all we need is one person and that becomes the normal. He did it,
- 5:43and I'm like, well, you know it's better. I always tell
- 5:46it. Try to get your team in a situation where you can draft a
- 5:48guy high and if you can get one season of him just sitting over there
- 5:54clipboarding, he's most likely gonna be a better quarterback. But Aaron Rogers Patrick
- 6:01Mahomes have shown to me that's a better way. It just seems. But
- 6:10Patrick Mahomes, this Kansas City Chief team headed to Vegas. Uh, we're
- 6:15gonna talk much and more about Super Bowl fifty eight, but especially the Lions
- 6:19fans. Until yesterday, everyone I had ever spoken to had nothing good to
- 6:28say about Detroit. Nothing. The people from Detroit didn't have nothing good.
- 6:38You meet them, man, where you're from? Man? I had to
- 6:39get out to d Yeah, you met those people, right. Only good
- 6:44thing Coney Island eight miles, but you got to get there for midnight.
- 6:51About midnight, I was saying, they got some great food and those once
- 6:59that game clicked on, those pro Lamar Jackson fans was trying to find great
- 7:06feeling and being Detroit Lions fans. Mind you, they didn't know really anybody
- 7:13on the Lions team. But for some reason somebody painted Detroit as the underdog
- 7:19even though they won like thirteen games this year. I don't know how that
- 7:23they're the underdog because they don't they don't show up at the fight often.
- 7:29Yep. But they lost one, I know, but that was just this
- 7:31this round of fights. The forty nineers won thirteen games, and they won
- 7:35twelve. Yeah, but they come from under they come from a pedigree litter,
- 7:42That's what I'm saying. The forty niners, they all of their grand
- 7:45champions. But so we're gonna talk about them and them letting the forty nine
- 7:49ers and brock Purty that team depot de bo did a great job and make
- 7:56sure nobody got to that left shoulder. He was doing everything possible to make
- 8:00sure nobody got over to that left shoulder. He was running left the hole.
- 8:03If you watch him everywhere every time he had the ball, he was
- 8:05going left so that his right shoulder was exposed. So great game plan by
- 8:13them, especially in that second half. So Super Bowl fifty eight, we're
- 8:18gonna talk about it. If you don't like talking about Super Bowl. I
- 8:20don't know what to tell you. For the next couple of segments, we're
- 8:24gonna try to make it entertainment, but we're gonna start off with history because
- 8:31very seldom most history you learn you read about it. Yes, you don't
- 8:39really get to witness it. We know most of our history from secondhand.
- 8:45You were not there wherever in time. It can happen in your lifetime,
- 8:50but you were not there, right, And you're saying we're witnessing in real
- 8:54time history. I witnessed in real time Friday night, Luca Duncan, the
- 9:03man, the myth, come into State Farm and serve very You go to
- 9:15waff house, right, but they typically don't have all the burners on depending
- 9:20on time day after the club, they all got to be on full,
- 9:24full hot. Well that's how Luca had it. He had it like the
- 9:28club it just let out. He had all the loose small omelet pans up
- 9:33already, all the he had all the hash brown rings on the degree already
- 9:39on the gridel yes, all all the waffle machines. This Friday night lights,
- 9:45all the games like now they find the runners. All everything was going,
- 9:50everything, all the coffee machines, you heard the oblives the blend of
- 9:54gold. He was serving up the Hawk seventy three points, which became fourth
- 9:58tied for fourth all time in the history of the NBA. Only three people
- 10:05ever scored more points than that in an NBA game. Two of them are
- 10:09walking legends, really in Wilt Chamberlain and Kobe Bryant. Will was first.
- 10:16David Thompson, the great David Thompson, who just was played before Internet.
- 10:22He would be a household name if the Internet was for real, the Internet
- 10:28had existed, he was a household name too. That's how great of a
- 10:31player he was. He just he played in that kind of the best college
- 10:35player in the A C. C L. That's a legit. Flex s
- 10:37though I was big. They had the Internet. Oh, they could have
- 10:41seen the workout was putting it in time in that seventies time nobody barely had
- 10:48TV. Remember they hadn't even half half NBA games was played the next day.
- 10:52It didn't even show live games. Yeah, they called his nickname with
- 10:56Skott Walker. He played the butter Real he was number two, and Cobe
- 11:00he was number three with eighty one. Luka Dunjeks scored seventy three. Now
- 11:05at seventy three, he's tied with about two four other games. Three of
- 11:11those games Wilk scored seventy three, So he's tied with two people for seventy
- 11:18three points. And Wilk just happened to score seventy three points like four or
- 11:24five of those different times in history. But that was what the internet.
- 11:28I think Color TV, well, well, Wilt was on nightly sixty minute
- 11:33news, so he was gonna make sure for other stuff that in instant coffee.
- 11:39That's how they have. But to seventy three and the seventy three he
- 11:41tied, Like I said, he's tied with David Thompson and someone else,
- 11:45yes at number four. But Luca Duncas what a performance he put on against
- 11:52the Hawks. We got a lot to talk about on the show. As
- 11:54I say, at Super Bowl fifty eight, Las Vegas, Rise up,
- 12:00up Detroit, putting them fur Colts back up the way. We'll be back
- 12:05more to Sports Jock Show Live, the Swetter God Up, put my first

- 15:15the Sports Jock Show's taking it to a completely different level this year where we
- 15:18highlight an accolade that has taken their game to the next level. Good,
- 15:31you've been counting me out. I'm counting my bullets. Some load on my
- 15:35clips. I'm writing their names, I'm making the lists. I'm checking it
- 15:37twice and I'm getting them hit. The rim has been down, the fake
- 15:39was just lit. The game is a ballance. I'm back on my The
- 15:43bitley is dirty, my sneakers is dirty. But that's how I like it.
- 15:46You all on my I'm all in my bed. Wait back to this
- 15:48boy. Shock shot up this boy, shock Wayne Canny. Good morning to
- 15:50you on this beautiful chili Monday morning here in Atlanta, Georgia, the last
- 15:56Monday in January twenty twenty four or the bat producer in the building, Commanchi,
- 16:02Greg Big Kenny, jock of the day Taylor Swift. Taylor Swiff is
- 16:07a jock of today. No I said I sat around yesterday, but about
- 16:11twenty twenty two, people watching the game, and the Taylor Swift hate is
- 16:18real. Taylor has haters, and it's just funny to watch people dislike someone
- 16:29who actually is not doing anything but breathing, living, just breathing. She's
- 16:37not same mean words. She ain't pushing old people, and she ain't taking
- 16:45babies grapes off their plates and people do that. She is just getting in
- 16:51the limo, going to the game, cheering in the booth wherever they put
- 16:56her, and people really are They don't want CBS to flip over to at
- 17:03any point. I don't like him to flip over for every catch. I'm
- 17:08okay with the he catches a touchdown, and you show me him catching a
- 17:14two yard out. The producer, we didn't need to swing up there and
- 17:18Taylor for some people, as they were saying even she was trying to get
- 17:22CBS to stop cutting to her because she trying to smoke her weed, and
- 17:32people do that. People do that I can't y'all, I can't even get
- 17:34in. I got the white stuff on my nose, and you keep old
- 17:37flashing over here. Brittain Mahome says she got that new strand coming from It's
- 17:42called my home, my home, coming from my house. It's called my
- 17:48home. Literally, it's coming from my hold. Taylor, we got this.
- 17:52We got scientists and everything. A little lamp in the baby, said
- 17:56Jake from Steak parm made up cap on bringing it like a good neighbor.
- 18:02We keep on bringing it over. So they flash up every time every time
- 18:07I go to Texas. We got a hotel, right, and we got
- 18:10to hold our breath. White fans, Why y'all thought Jason Kelsey's shirt was
- 18:15off? You're taking shirt off of but like that stuff that's not making that
- 18:26this stuff to kick then thirty six years old, but like, don't make
- 18:30him take his shirt, He wrote, temperature as big as he is,
- 18:36alcohol probably don't work at all. He had somebody that my homes and was
- 18:41like, you know what, I'm gonna take my shirt, Gonna find the
- 18:45kid to pick up. That's what I'm gonna do, and not aware that
- 18:48his shirt is off though, yeah, yeah, he was, hey,
- 18:49man, wait, you sure that my shirt? He was some j on
- 18:52some j I Smith three days, no shirt? Where your shirt? He
- 18:56feels perfectly fine? And you listen when you know that. He was like
- 19:00and Patrick's dad was like, so get back in here. He was like,
- 19:03oh okay, you know Patrick, daddy. He was one of the
- 19:07originals. He was hanging out with will I'm saying he didn't introduced him to
- 19:12the scientist. Look, this guy knows the chief. He knows Willie.
- 19:15Now higher this guy pat. But it was speculation that you could see Taylor
- 19:22Swift, you're you're, you can become intrusive to where even in a famous
- 19:30person's world, like okay, guys, we get it. I am here,
- 19:34And as I said, it's different. He scores a touchdown to make
- 19:38some big miraculous play. Had a great game yesterday, really showing up in
- 19:42that Baltimore game. But for them too, for her to have gotten we're
- 19:48hold on here, y'all just gonna what was the TV called show like the
- 19:52Real World? Y'all just gonna real world me for five hours. Now.
- 19:57That's a very uncomfortable game because I don't know when can I blow my nose?
- 20:03Because I remember, I'm dealing in the world where everybody's gonna they think
- 20:07I'm unhuman, right, so I bite the hot dog and yeah, oh,
- 20:11I can't believe he believed Taylor Taylor Swift was chewing was that vegan free
- 20:18relish. But I don't think that that looked like the regular relives. I
- 20:23don't know. See, I told you she was. She was not down
- 20:26for the calls. That kind of scrutiny is how she lives. I wonder
- 20:32a lot of people talk about these. When they first got together, they
- 20:34said that it probably wouldn't last because of the levels of fame and how they
- 20:40came together. Do you think you talked about how you sat around with about
- 20:44twenty people yesterday and Taylor Swift feels hate you hear people talking about the fact
- 20:48that Kansas City's going to the super Bowl for the what is the fifth time
- 20:52in six years? It's I think it's four four times in six years?
- 20:56Okay. That to me, a true dynasty is when you start having that
- 21:00fan fatigue. And maybe that's what her and Travis Kelsey have in common,
- 21:04is that people are tired of seeing them just live because they're so successful,
- 21:08Like they understand that part of the life for each other and that maybe is
- 21:12where they get along. Well, you know Taylor, she's generous. Well,
- 21:17there's a marketing source out there that said that since she's been on the
- 21:21scene since September, generated three hundred and thirty one million total for like the
- 21:26Chiefs, the NFL, social media, different things, just her presence alone.
- 21:32So you know, how do they quantify that, How do they quantify
- 21:36that? And what they're looking at sales of Chiefs gear just like a spike
- 21:41in women viewership, and the thing about it, I want to know,
- 21:45like what you said, I want to know what some of these people because
- 21:48I've seen where it was reading someone said was telling people all if that was
- 21:52Beyonce, y'all would be happy that they would go into her all the time.
- 21:56But it's Taylor. And that's why I'm wondering where it's coming from.
- 21:59Why they're mad at Taylor, why they I mean really, because it's like
- 22:02the second time, the third time I've heard. And but wait now,
- 22:04I also want to say, because of all these politically correct people, if
- 22:10someone was giving Travis Kelcey credit for Taylor Swift's success, people would be angry.
- 22:15They would be saying that if they were to say that she's gotten what
- 22:18Travis Kelsey and now her bottom line has increased by one hundred million dollars,
- 22:22they'd be saying that's him trying to overshadow her. We just had this situation
- 22:27with Simone Bowles and her husband when he said he didn't know who she was,
- 22:32and people were angry that you're trying to diminish her accomplishment. So I
- 22:36think it's unfair that they would try and make Travis Kelsey's success all about his
- 22:40connection to Taylor's. Well, yeah, although your people wrong and your people
- 22:45would be wrong, and Jonathan Owens might not have known who Simone bows is.
- 22:51It's hard to figure out who Simone bows is if you're playing Call of
- 22:53Duty all day, right. I don't know why everybody takes their idea and
- 22:59their Uh, there's musical artists, like I was talking to people. The
- 23:03people of the football world might know the name Taylor Swift, but she is
- 23:07being introduced to a new audience, same thing as Travis kelcey. But why
- 23:11can't it just be kumba y'ah, I met you, you met me.
- 23:18There's famous relationships, right, Yeah, you're gonna like whoever this is whatever
- 23:26couple makes up. You're a big fan of the Sierra Russell Wilson thing because
- 23:32you like those people while you laughing, that's it, that's you. That's
- 23:37your go to. I know, I like the future. I like future
- 23:40in that it's the time. I like that point. I think you might
- 23:41have two people that might actually like each other like each other. We don't
- 23:45know that Taylor Swift is not Travis Kelsey's kid crush. I want a girl
- 23:53look just like her when he was growing up. Play her career would have
- 23:57started when he was in high school. Correct. How long she's been on
- 24:03the scene, Taylor swiped? How long has she been on the side?
- 24:07About fifteen years? Correct? So fifteen years ago Travis Kelsey was in college.
- 24:12Yea, so maybe he so he doesn't see that would have been Celeri
- 24:17Russell Wilson. Happens every day to man, we'll be back more than happened
- 24:22to Dwayne Wade. Oh all that fever came from the cheerleading move Yeah,
- 24:27bring it up. Yeah, we'll be back right after this. Yes,
- 24:32ask me how I'm doing. I'm blessed. Yes, in every movement.
- 24:37No read grass time on my face I'm like, yes, I'm blessed.
- 24:41Yes, I'm blessed, John Boy, Wayne Board of the Sports John Hill

- 27:32ers in thirteen days out in Vegas, Super Bowl fifty eight. Uh,
- 27:40what's the over and under of Taylor Swift coming out during the Usher? Set?
- 27:44Usher? If anybody knows Usher and is listening to me, just sending
- 27:48that telling you drop bad girl on there. Have Taylor walk out. She
- 27:56she ain't even got to rehearse you twirl around. She got on the eighty
- 27:59seven Kelsey and she walked back boom. And you know how I'm telling you
- 28:08how to market, Well, I'm saying that and right now somebody's getting ready
- 28:11to sue you for stilling the idea because you know Usher's people had that the
- 28:15minute they called him. He was, like I said last week though,
- 28:18but I'm saying they was already. Hey, ain't that boy dating that girl?
- 28:22They always go they been four times in the last six years. Surely
- 28:26they don't be in this ship. She go, Usha, you're gonna have
- 28:29to drop bad girl. She ain't No, she ain't got to sing right
- 28:34and she gonna come out around Do you want her to sing? No?
- 28:37No, no, because right or wrong? Half the half the stadium is
- 28:41gonna be chiefs fans. Yes, so they gonna yeah on the the other
- 28:45half like Taylor. It's imagined a moment because Taylor Taylor is known to do
- 28:52I mean do things like that, because you remember the time she was here
- 28:55in Atlanta and she started singing Livy Life and everybody. She didn't do the
- 28:57song with t I, but she brought him out. So this is something
- 29:00that could happen because she knows. There's a video of the performing performing Yeah
- 29:04in Atlanta. This was from twenty eleven, O see, but she performed
- 29:08with t I one time. So that's what I say. She's known to
- 29:11do some stuff. Usher said he will serenaate Taylor Swift if she well,
- 29:15what I'm saying they were, they were back there doing this a couple of
- 29:18lines. Anyway, come on, come on, man, come on man.
- 29:22The super Bowl a super Bowl, No, no, no, no
- 29:25super Bowls in Vegas, Vegas at Super Bowl. I mean we knew one
- 29:33of them got drug tests. It ain't like it's Travis Kelsey. Well I
- 29:36got to do a drug test after the game or something. They don't have
- 29:38test Usher's rider. Now you know, we gonna need that for every show
- 29:45now. But Taylor Swift, the Kansas City Chiefs, and now with the
- 29:51loss of Lamar Jackson and Baltimore, everybody became Lamar Jackson supporters and they just
- 30:00so cannot figure out what happened in that game. Lamar Jackson in the offense
- 30:07did not show up. That was as symbol is that their defense when you
- 30:12look at it, If you can have your defense go out and hold the
- 30:17Chiefs to seventeen or less, you got to really feel like it's on the
- 30:21offense at that point to win the game. It seems that there just was
- 30:29whatever the plan that Steve Spagnola had for the receivers for Baltimore, because you
- 30:34can't even really say there was a lot of drops or anything like that.
- 30:37And the Flowers did fumble the ball trying to get it in the end zone,
- 30:41So give him the credit. He was giving great effort to try to
- 30:44score. Sneed just made. And when I watch games, so funny that
- 30:51how people forget, you know, the defense of people get paid to keep
- 30:55you from score. He literally gets paid to make that kind of play,
- 31:00just like you, if you the score, gets paid to make that kind
- 31:03of play. Right, do you think it was? Uh? Do you
- 31:07think it was like like I think the Ravens averaged the most rushing plays per
- 31:14game and they ran it eleven times yesterday. Do you think they like abandoned
- 31:18the game plan too early or some some people were I was in a group
- 31:26ChIL They were saying that it's like the offense coordinators trying to prove a point
- 31:30about Lamar being a passer or something like that. But do you think it
- 31:36was something like that as far as they abandoned the game plan or just well,
- 31:41when you take on high powered offenses, you typically have two ways.
- 31:48Either you go to practice where you're going to take the air out of the
- 31:52ball, where we're gonna run the ball, run a conversion offense and try
- 32:00is win low scoring thirteen ten or something, or you go out thinking,
- 32:05we're gonna have to open up the offense a little more because you're playing against
- 32:08a team that can score, so we're gonna have to, you know,
- 32:13be a little more open about it. But each game for your for your
- 32:17friends in you'all chat room, that y'all get together and do all that.
- 32:22Too many times, you know, too many times y'all are taking last week
- 32:31and taking it to the future. That was last week's game. So whatever
- 32:38happened, that happened. Then now it's a new storyline, and yesterday's storyline
- 32:45just didn't click for whatever reasons that is, it didn't click. Chiefs had
- 32:51a better plan or idea of how to stop whatever you're gonna do, and
- 32:57Baltimore thought they could do it this way, and you went with their game
- 33:02plan. Their game plan was never what what has been their rush game?
- 33:07Lamar Jackson, he's been the leading when they when they run the ball.
- 33:13Most games, he was the leading rusher. Now, there was a couple
- 33:15of times he seemed a little bit hesitant, like he was trying to get
- 33:19the ball down the field more than just trying to run. That is true,
- 33:23but that's just how he felt about the game. I don't know that
- 33:28you can lay that defeat. Always have the offensive coordinator to to and what's
- 33:34what the blame thing? Just let me ask this question. It has to
- 33:40be somebody. It has to be like just one person. It can't be
- 33:46well, this happened and this, and you know, all these things like
- 33:50kind of added up that. That's how I normally look at it. But
- 33:53a lot like in that group chatter like Todd Munkin's calling the terrible game today.
- 33:59I was like, well, didn't or all the Kansas City since Kansas
- 34:04City Chiefs defense today, not last week or the next week in the super
- 34:09Bowl, but today decided Lamar Jackson is not gonna win today. Yes today,
- 34:15now from from three to six, yes today, if we are playing
- 34:21at nine, the Blues out well from three to six today three about three
- 34:23thirty after sixty nine. I think some people even realise the Chiefs had the
- 34:29number two ranked defense this year. Correct, they have. The defense has
- 34:34been because as I always talk about, everybody gets lost in quarterbacks names,
- 34:39so nobody else gets any credit for anything that happens on the field. The
- 34:45all you drive home is whatever the court is. One of the few things
- 34:52that is like a trigger to me how everything gets lost about what the quarterback
- 35:00To your point, the Chiefs, the Cheese had the number two defense,
- 35:05the Chiefs, they got over totally overlooked. So basically Lamar Jackson was facing
- 35:12what the number two defense in the NFL. And then and then late in
- 35:15the third quarter, but people surprised they stopped him. They did the number
- 35:21one two defense. They caught up with the Taylor Swifts, and and late
- 35:23in the third quarter, Travis Kelsey caught a ball I believe for a first
- 35:28down. They flashed Taylor Swift first, then they flashed back to him,
- 35:30and then they put up the statistic targeted eleven times, caught eleven times where
- 35:37you said that it's not like Baltimore dropped a lot of balls. He didn't
- 35:42drop any and when and there's a difference between one fishing in ninety eight and
- 35:47he broke Jerry Rice's record yesterday. But my thing, yes, he did
- 35:51most receptions in the uh Litts. My thing I know everybody was talking about
- 35:55Lamar. I thought Lamar played a good game. He could have played better.
- 36:00He didn't get out run like he should have, like he normally does.
- 36:02I want to ask about the discipline of mister Fowler. I mean of
- 36:07just the things that he had in that one series. I felt like that
- 36:12cost him with the taunting, that penalty, then the fumble and Flowers yeah,
- 36:17Flowers number four. Yeah, those things. Not being disciplined, Those
- 36:23things that hurts your team more than the drop balls to me, not being
- 36:30having yourself ready to play, knowing that you're out here in the battle,
- 36:32that if you make a great play such as you made, and you down
- 36:36here on the ten yard line and then you want to do something that you're
- 36:38gonna nullify your fifty four yard game to put you in a position and make
- 36:44it tougher. So nobody's really talking about that. That's what I don't understand.
- 36:47Where is that discipline at where Jim Harball has probably preached this over and
- 36:52over. We know the Ravens, they are disciplined team. We don't pick
- 36:55up those cheap type of files. But they had a couple of cheap plays
- 37:00on the offensive side that I felt like hurt them more than the play of
- 37:04Lamar. And like you said, they had a game plan. Everybody knew
- 37:08that each team was high power and we're gonna do our thing. So I
- 37:13just wish that it was more like, let's talk about the discipline of picking
- 37:17up penalties and putting his team in a bad situation if you're not being or
- 37:25we could just talk about how the Chiefs beat the Ravens and stop trying to
- 37:29dissect everything down to the micro cosm, because there's been plays that Ja Flowers,
- 37:35the rookie, showed a lot of poise and maturity beyond his years.
- 37:40What he was trying to do was score a touchdown and in that effort the
- 37:45ball got knocked out. I'm not not knocking them on that effort of that.
- 37:50You talk sportsman like that, that that really hurt the team and is
- 37:54this is this football? And I was gonna say this is my thing when
- 37:58there are a lot of times when people are and watching high energy, high
- 38:01emotion events and they're talking about why don't you keep your head unless you've ever
- 38:07been in a situation like that and then do something as phenomenal as as catch
- 38:12a fifty four yard or to get your team in position, and did somebody
- 38:16trying to stop you and you look at him and said, tell your mama.
- 38:20I said, hey, and now everybody's on some Uh it's it's sports.

- 42:07Candy. Super Bowl fifty eight is set. The forty nine Ers and the
- 42:14Chiefs are going to do battle again. They did battle about three four years
- 42:21ago where the Chiefs beat the forty nine Ers to win the Super Bowl.
- 42:25So it'd be a little revenge factor on the forty eight Niners. Mind,
- 42:30I'm not sure how many players on this current roster was on that roster the
- 42:36last time they faced in the Super Bowl, but they will battle again out
- 42:42in Loss, Vegas. The Lions taking an early lead on the forty nine
- 42:50ers yesterday, and as always when teams get leads, the crowd that is
- 42:58watching, especially if that that's the team that is winning, gets lost in
- 43:05that old saying the sauce. They quickly forget that most sports have limits time.
- 43:17Football is sixty minutes, not thirty minutes, And in thirty minutes the
- 43:24Lions was winning. By the sixty minute mark, they had lost to the
- 43:30forty nine ers. Brought Purty, who is still alive in the MVP race.
- 43:36Christian McCaffrey as well, came alive in that second half, along with
- 43:42the defense finally settling down and figuring out the Jerrett Golf offense that was running
- 43:49hot in that first half, especially getting the ball to Laporta and Aman raw
- 43:55Saint Brown forty nine Ers once again or back. As I had said from
- 44:02the beginning of the season, a healthy forty nine er team, I don't
- 44:07really see anyone beating them. If everybody's healthy and they show up to the
- 44:13game, I don't see a team in the league not even the chiefs that
- 44:17can beat them, but the fur coats and the gators and the waterbeds from
- 44:23Detroit. Because that's why they still got waterbeds. They'll be made. They
- 44:31got still, they got waterbanded Porio. Got down, get your water,
- 44:36got down to big days. Water banded Poria. We've got king size.
- 44:39We've got Yeah, y'all having too much fun with the Detroit. You can't.
- 44:43You can't have a full length mink and water so cold in the accessories.
- 44:50Go to Detroit. They got a whole brand new stuff. But thirty
- 44:53four thirty one, the forty nine ers winning this game? Guys, did
- 44:57you get a chance to watch? And if you did, what was your
- 45:00on this win? I watched the game, and like most people, I
- 45:07was surprised by halftime, thinking to myself that, based on what I've seen,
- 45:14this game is virtually a rap. All Detroit has to do now is
- 45:21not lose the game. They're winning at halftime. Usually you don't catch,
- 45:27can't see slipping like this. By halftime, all they got to do is
- 45:30not lose. A blinked couple of times, looked up and they lost.
- 45:36So But the thing I did notice was it seemed like Kansas City had decided
- 45:40that we're through. I'm sorry, they had decided I'm through playing around.
- 45:50We know what we're doing. We just came here expecting y'all to fall apart,
- 45:53but y'all came here prepared, So we just got to do what we've
- 45:58don They were prepared for only a half. Maybe maybe they started believing their
- 46:04own hype and about to go to the Super Bowl. Yeah, man,
- 46:07My thing is, I wanted to ask you as a player, and you
- 46:12know you up like that? Why not like? What up? The way?
- 46:17We're not up? It's just twenty four, it's twenty four to seven.
- 46:21You up twenty four to seven going in the first half, but you
- 46:22had opportunity to add more like kicking field goals. You have like three opportunities,
- 46:27but you've been using the field goal kicker all year. You've been,
- 46:30you know, doing this different things. How does that make you feel as
- 46:32a as a as a you know, knowing y'all have did these different things
- 46:37to continue to add the points. But then y'all get away from that strategy,
- 46:40start doing even other reckless things and it causes the comeback or the loss.
- 46:46Well, I saw a Lion's team that lost the way they won.
- 46:52I can say reckless, but that's how they won. Yeah, that's what
- 46:55I'm saying. But then, yeah, and then when I lose the way
- 47:00I was winning, you say that I'm reckless, But that's how I won
- 47:05all these games, taking the dice, blowing on them and throw them against
- 47:08the wall, and then everybody and I lose. I lost the way I
- 47:16won. That's true. That's how I summed up the game when I watched
- 47:22it. By the seat of our pants. Dave Campbell coached this season,
- 47:25and the team played in a manner, and you could tell that that was
- 47:31their philosophy. In those three or four moments, you could see that the
- 47:36offensive players did not move to leave the field. They knew they when it
- 47:43was they'll have a play. And then it's fourth and three. You didn't
- 47:45see the offense start jogging and the coach said, no, y'all stay out
- 47:49there. They all went back to the huddle like, yeah, this is
- 47:52what we do. And then when it don't work all of a sudden is
- 47:55what I can't believe that that's how they was winning. That's how they come
- 48:00twelve fourteen wherever they ended up winning this year, playing that way is just
- 48:05this day. And you could tell by that, you could tell the fans
- 48:08are just the average watcher. Because if you knew Dan campbellhen you've seen Detroit,
- 48:14you, like I said, you knew how they played. And this
- 48:15wasn't not suspect. But everybody's wanting to blame the coach after last night.
- 48:21Everybody, I'm not blaming the coach. I'm not blaming you're part of any
- 48:24group, any little mill. Yes, if you can find a racial angle
- 48:34in it, you will attach on. You will attach on to it.
- 48:37Yeah, if it was some kind of race angle, a race angle or
- 48:40trap angle, I can give you an angle on it, but I'm gonna
- 48:45leave it. But the Lions and they roll the dice and this time they
- 48:50came up short and it gave forty nine ers. I don't know that it
- 48:54gave him more life as much as it just gave them opportunity, right right,
- 49:00So, uh, Jared Goff didn't throw an interception at that one bad
- 49:07fumble right there right after that, that really was the like the moment things
- 49:13flipped more than anything else. When I can score touchdown and then you do
- 49:20something that I can score another touchdown in like a matter of one minute.
- 49:24Right, that's when you know you and Troy. Then that's when everything ship.
- 49:28Now we're tied up the moment thinking about how that's how the score got
- 49:30tied up. The ball hit the safety's face, masks how you scores,
- 49:37and then two plays later you fumble and we score again. Now we're back
- 49:40in the game. And now it's zero zero and we just playing football California.

- 53:58just want to get rid of but you ain't been pulling the trigger on this
- 54:01mission. So you know what. I'm gonna help you out, friend,
- 54:05and I want to feel these little papers out for you. But having filled
- 54:07out the forced papers, I'm saying that right in the did I write in
- 54:10the wrong words. It's got to have some specific languageis has some languages some
- 54:15specific informa petition, because the whole thing has to say like a petition for
- 54:22dissolvement or disillusion of marriage between the parties, and then they list your full
- 54:28government name, the list your whole name. So if you got war Lave
- 54:35lavel Hill, so you got Wars, you don't even want to go down
- 54:38to the courthouse giving them folks your middle name, because you know they gonna
- 54:42run all of that through the system and then it's got to be notarized and
- 54:45certified. So does any of the command you how does this happen? It
- 54:50says that he like, like they got the documents. They they got Yeah,
- 54:55they got the documents and he signed them. It was like like,
- 55:00I didn't say file him, but we got the document, so he has
- 55:04signed them, and didn't told him how much it would cost him an alimony
- 55:07and child support, and he was like, you know what the cheap of
- 55:10the keeper what it was? He got the document set up and he was
- 55:15just gonna flash him in a face and like he's acting like bad producer.
- 55:21He has no clue. Well, documents. His team was gonna come in,
- 55:24you know, they's gonna come whatever her name is, come to sit
- 55:28down and let's talk. And apparently the team jumped the gun and filed the
- 55:32motion at the courthouse and paid a little thirty dollars instead of just holding off
- 55:37of getting the paperwork put together. Is what I'm thinking. He was just
- 55:40wanting to use the scare tact well his lawyer. It showed that his lawyer,
- 55:45Gary Celetti, had filed for a divorce last Monday. Gary fire for
- 55:52from in Broward County right that day. This was a divorce and now Tyreek
- 56:00has fired him. But maybe he need to say it. Maybe he had
- 56:04thought about it and and just Gary had set the papers. Let me ask
- 56:08question. Maybe Gary keeps one on file. Let me say this is a
- 56:16table where I would say virtually people at this table have had business dealings with
- 56:23attorneys. Correct, yes, fact, how many attorneys that you've ever had
- 56:28that you hired just went off and did what they thought was best. They
- 56:31didn't even consult with you know what I think, I think you need a
- 56:35divorce the paper. How many attorneys have ever done that? You know what
- 56:43bro on your behalf? I went down there and said, we want to
- 56:47cut them payments in half. I know, Well, is that the same
- 56:50as one telling you, hey, this is the best deal you're going to
- 56:52be able to get. Listen, let me you told me to start the
- 56:58paperwork. So would you telling me to start the paperwork? That means you
- 57:01also want me to file the paperwork after it's completed. No, I said,
- 57:07start, that's just like telling the folks I didn't say the last.
- 57:10That's like me saying I'm a plead not guilty, and then I see the
- 57:14evidence and now we need to take the deal. You see what I'm saying.
- 57:16We still discuss it before anything is done. So the fact that your
- 57:22lawyer jumped the gun, he might just be falling on the sword of this.
- 57:25And that's what I'm saying. Once you go in discovery and you find
- 57:28out, oh yeah, I was with Kenny and he gonna tell so well,
- 57:31Tyreek Hill wants all of you to know that he has fired that lawyer.
- 57:36So you bought him the forced papers at eleven for him and his wife
- 57:39are happily married. So you filed the papers. So you say, you
- 57:44file the papers at eleven forty three. But but you know that Tyreek has
- 57:49been having a lot of ma We'll be back with more Than's Force Shock Show

- 58:49about something exciting, life insurance. Three quarters of Americans believe that coverage represents
- 58:53a critical piece of financial security, yet only forty nine percent actually have life
- 58:59insurance. When I was twenty five, me and my wife were just getting
- 59:01started with our family and thought, we live forever life insurance. What's the
- 59:05last thing on my mind? What about you? Will you be leaving benefits
- 59:08or bills? When I was forty, with a kid in college and bills
- 59:12piling up, I was worried how my family will survive without me. That's
- 59:14what I'm in an appointment with the insurance informant. Information gives you power,
- 59:17and life insurance gives your family security no matter what stage of life you're in.
- 59:22Now that I'm older, I don't worry about whether I leave my family
- 59:24with bills or benefits. The answer is easy, whether you're twenty five or
- 59:28fifty, whether you earn a little or a lot, all you need is
- 59:31the insurance informant to help you build a foundation of security, because without you,

- 1:00:51Deezer, or iHeart Radio and catch the entire show once again. Command
- 1:00:59you, Greg and the old team, the bat producer, Big Kenny,
- 1:01:01the funny Man, himself. Super Bowl fifty eight is set for Las Vegas,
- 1:01:07so we have two weeks basically to wait for Rock Purty, Deebo,
- 1:01:13Samuel Brian I, Yuke. Which one of the Bosa boys is it?
- 1:01:21Yeah, got it. It's like nine of them, like Jackson, Nick
- 1:01:30Bosa, George Kittle and everyone else out there. Trent Williams, the big
- 1:01:35left tackle, will be taking on a usual folk a team that now the
- 1:01:44guys have a whole room dedicated in their house just to Super Bowl. Most
- 1:01:47of us just have a trophy room. They gotta have two. They gotta
- 1:01:50have just a trophy room and a super Bowl room. That's how many times
- 1:01:52they've gone. Andy Reid, Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelcey and that game back
- 1:02:00in the Super Bowl. Fourth time in six years they've won twice. They
- 1:02:06are trying to do something that very few teams have done, and especially for
- 1:02:12someone as young as Patrick. He's doing all this and he'll be thirty this
- 1:02:16year, so he's putting on a lot of work. And as we talked
- 1:02:21about year three four, by the time he ever was a full time starter,
- 1:02:25I don't even think he went in the game year one to do anything
- 1:02:30he did oh, in year one he started the last game where they had
- 1:02:35their playoff spot locked up. Okay, but he was actually that was he
- 1:02:38started his second year. That was his second year when we became started in
- 1:02:42the MVP and all that. That was just year two. Okay, yeah,
- 1:02:45except by Alex Smith. Right, Alex Smith went on to Washington.
- 1:02:50And that was a good job. As I said, that was a perfect
- 1:02:52situation too. How the Kansas City Chiefs worked. They kept Alex Smith,
- 1:02:55who was playing good at that point. He had came over from the forty
- 1:02:59nine. They knew they had a little something more in a younger Patrick Mahomes
- 1:03:06a style that you really can't because a lot of people running wild at my
- 1:03:12party yesterday. Quoting Cam Newton talking about Cam Newton called this guy a game
- 1:03:19manager, and I said, so what is a game manager? And you
- 1:03:22know, when you ask people questions that they don't know what they're talking about,
- 1:03:27you get a whole lot of silence or babbel no, just so.
- 1:03:32And then well Cam said, okay, I heard you say, Cam said,
- 1:03:38but what is a game manager? Tell you what Cam said? But
- 1:03:45Cam didn't tell what the game manager was. He just said he just said,
- 1:03:51and so now you've reiterated that. Now I've asked you to explain to
- 1:03:53me because Cam didn't say it. You tell me what a game manager is,
- 1:03:59and you give me that, You give me dead air that just like
- 1:04:05they are sitting there and it's like I got like four or five other former
- 1:04:13NFL players. We're all sitting there, and we all turned to the three
- 1:04:15or four people waiting on the answer because it's just so funny. And I
- 1:04:20guess that's what really made Mills. Well, yeah, there was like four
- 1:04:26or five former ballplayers. And then you know they're, well, yeah,
- 1:04:30we're all. Everybody's interested that playball wants to know what you think you know
- 1:04:38about football now and if it went the same silence. They don't have an
- 1:04:42explanation of even knowing what a game manager is in a game. They don't
- 1:04:46know. They don't even know what is the difference between a game manager and
- 1:04:50what what is Cam saying? And now what's the opposite? I want to
- 1:04:55ask that was his opposite? They didn't know that part. So you can't
- 1:05:00explain to me what a game manager is. And all you know is Cam
- 1:05:04said it bad producer, don't know what the game manager is. He's just
- 1:05:09being regurgitating too on now sports, y'all know, when when you and those
- 1:05:16like you former ballplayers interact with people like the bad producer, is there a
- 1:05:23level we don't let them talk? I'm because I wanted to ask, is
- 1:05:29there a level of grace that you offer because we know that you don't know
- 1:05:32what you're talking about? You an elementary school knowledge type person in an advanced
- 1:05:41graduate class of discuss this all My usual eight ten friends that come over that
- 1:05:48might watch the game with me at least knew that whatever they have to interject
- 1:05:56about what they're seeing. With the rest of these guys here, they just
- 1:06:00kept to their self. So it was very little of that back and forth.
- 1:06:08Because if we wouldn't if it was if you were EMMITTT. Smith and
- 1:06:15you were rock party and we were sitting here talking football, we wouldn't let
- 1:06:21We would turn the bat producers Mike off. Whatever he's thinking about football,
- 1:06:28we don't have any interest about. We're giving creed to the position. So
- 1:06:35mister Roddy White was here, so when something happens down the field, I'm
- 1:06:42looking for his perspective even over mine, or if you know, the linebacker,
- 1:06:47the safety, we're looking for the real perspective, not the whole the
- 1:06:54day people, right, they think they should have. We're sitting here trying
- 1:07:00to you know, this this full puzzle. So as I said, to
- 1:07:04start this off, none of the people that play, everybody that played,
- 1:07:10looked around to see what is a game manager? And we got no answer.
- 1:07:16Listen, Kenny disclaimer. He knows when they when they. I respect
- 1:07:20that because when we're watching the games, I'm listening. Just like he said,
- 1:07:25I'm one of the few that sits back and just listen. No,
- 1:07:28come on, I don't know I was gonna ask like now you would know.
- 1:07:30As he typically remembers twenty percent of the time he's ever been on air,
- 1:07:35he lies. That's the truth that come on now, you know,
- 1:07:43I don't never say nothing. He exaggerates, and he puts eighty percent of
- 1:07:47everything else off on day. He even fashions his questions. That really was
- 1:07:54his question as a there's a platform that they was online that was asking is
- 1:08:01that's really his question? Right? You think Serena would wear a sea through
- 1:08:09don't all right? We're ride out with no. It's the truth though,
- 1:08:12you know, so nobody had and what a game manager? They just knew
- 1:08:15Cam Newton said it right. But but but but when he says it,
- 1:08:20that's kind of like that means anything either. Well, I told him that
- 1:08:26brought pretty. I guess we'll be sending Cam a bouquet of flowers. He
- 1:08:30can't till he wins, because the game manager is headed to the super Bowl.
- 1:08:34And what do you mean he can't until he wins at all? I'm
- 1:08:36saying, I mean he's going to the super Bowl. I wouldn't sit if
- 1:08:41I was, I wouldn't until I win it all. Because what you meant,
- 1:08:46what you mean looking? You're looking crazy? No, no, no
- 1:08:49cold. He was. He was saying Brock party was a game manager,
- 1:08:53like game managers don't succeed, and now this man he's in the super Bowl.
- 1:08:57He didn't beat everybody. He was saying that he was everybody. He
- 1:09:00was saying that the fact that he's got some good players, he got superstars
- 1:09:04around him, and all he has to do is coming man, it's the
- 1:09:06game. He's not a lamar. From what I heard, he was saying
- 1:09:11it in a way of trying to put Brock Purdy down. That's what I'm
- 1:09:14saying that he was trying to put him down. Like he couldn't succeed.
- 1:09:17He wasn't an elite quarterback because he was just a game manager. Because and
- 1:09:21at this point, by Brock Purdy going to the super Bowl again, he
- 1:09:26has done just as much as Cam has done even if he lost, because
- 1:09:30that's all Cam did, go to super Bowl. He went to the super
- 1:09:32Bowl and he lost it. So he has reached at least the same level
- 1:09:38as far as winning. Now, if he wins it, he surpasses him.
- 1:09:42But if he loses it, he would have done. And that's what
- 1:09:45I'm saying for you to be on some he can't. I can say I'm
- 1:09:49in the super Bowl, I'm the Divisional champion. I went to the super
- 1:09:56Bowl. And that's what I'm saying. Now. If people were to try
- 1:09:59and tell Cam new that he was not an elite quarterback because all he did
- 1:10:01was go to the super Bowl, he'd have some other colorful words for his
- 1:10:04podcast and you'd be defending those words. So you can't believe part of the
- 1:10:10story and not all of a story. There you go with that silence.
- 1:10:15Game the game manager, the game manager. I even asked him to name
- 1:10:24me some game changers, and they didn't have any other than imagining that Lamar
- 1:10:30Jackson was one other than that. They didn't even know clip Cam Newton named
- 1:10:33some that that he would that he called game Yeah, he named he named
- 1:10:36the game change. He hold on, let me write those. I was
- 1:10:40going to say paper right here. I know he named himself, of course.
- 1:10:46Uh he said, Aaron Rodgers, Letrick Mahomes, Lamar Jackson, Josh
- 1:10:51Allen. I think that's that's all. So he took the he took the
- 1:11:05spotlight to put himself with the league. And Aaron Rodgers and Josh Allen and
- 1:11:15Lamar and Lamar and and the other four are still playing correct, Yes,
- 1:11:23yes, and and he had played and he hadn't played in yes since two
- 1:11:29seasons. You kind of so you're not you can't really be one of the
- 1:11:33quin this last season. So you can't be a great quarterback. You could
- 1:11:39be a great former quarterback. These are great current quarterback. Yeah, I
- 1:11:44guess those These are his game changers. I don't know how he ended up
- 1:11:47on this list because he's not even in the league, not even in the
- 1:11:51league. He was saying, you what what he done, what he did
- 1:11:56in the league was considered a game changer. He was that shouldn't be quantified
- 1:12:00on this list though. But I'm saying he was a game change, but
- 1:12:03that shouldn't be quantified on this list. Okay, we'll be back Motor Sports
- 1:12:09Jock Show right after this. Don't go a Wayne more of the Sports John
- 1:12:30Show with Wayne Dandydia's coming up next. Have you noticed bad behavior has become
- 1:12:38normalized at interscholastic athletic events. Some fan seemed angry, they lacks civility toward
- 1:12:44one another. Some even get aggressive and unruly. Time out. What is
- 1:12:50going on? This has to stop. Let's not forget school sports aren't just
- 1:12:56about winning, and they're definitely not an excuse to take your friends out on
- 1:13:00the official or the opponent. They're about teaching lessons like perseverance, respect and
- 1:13:06empathy so students can learn and grow as people, not just as players.
- 1:13:12We all have a role to play in setting a good example for our students
- 1:13:15and teaching them these important values. So fans, it's time to step up
- 1:13:19your game and behave positively at interscholastic athletic events in Georgia. This message presented

- 1:14:46Goat, Go Go show. It's shiverday. We're gonna pause like it's shiver.
- 1:14:53They were gonna sit potage like it's shiverday. And you know we don't
- 1:14:57give up, not a full of boll My mind got what you need to
- 1:15:01give me the Phillip Bowls and six same to make it look so come get
- 1:15:06me up, getting up walking back to the shops. Just Watchackwayne Gee a
- 1:15:13couple of birthdays coming off the weekend. Uh. And today I wrote up
- 1:15:17real quickly, Uh, the five. I just wrote down five quarterbacks because
- 1:15:21Cam Newton gave me five game changers, right, yes, Cam zero super
- 1:15:28Bowl, Josh Allen zero Super bowls, Lamar Jackson zero Super Bowls. Aaron
- 1:15:34Rodgers won Super Bowl, Patrick Mahomes two Super Bowl. So out of his
- 1:15:40five game changing quarterbacks, there was three super Bowls won. Now, I
- 1:15:45just quickly wrote down guys that I knew were game managers. Trey Aikman won
- 1:15:54three Super Bowls as a game manager, trace trace, Ben Roethlisberger won two
- 1:16:00two, d L Manning one two dose. Nick Foles won one, right,
- 1:16:11Joe Flacco one one? Yes? So of those five, that's how
- 1:16:15many super Bowls less three, that's nine super Bowls by the five game managers
- 1:16:24compared to three super Bowls by the five game changers. So more than you
- 1:16:30see see, you do the math, you know of how it works.
- 1:16:34Doesn't sound like the game changing stuff is all is too excited. Yeah right,
- 1:16:40but you would imagine not all. It's made up to be my Birthday's
- 1:16:44bad producers if I had to pick a side, sounds like you want a
- 1:16:50game. Yeah, they seem like they get more Super Bowls in they pocket.
- 1:16:56Jake Cole thirty nine years old, Ricky Rose, Rick Ross is forty
- 1:17:00eight, Elijah Woods Is forty three. Modern Families Aerial Winter is twenty six.
- 1:17:09Alan Alder for all you MASH fans back in the day, Grandmama,
- 1:17:14Grandpa Mage. One of my mama watches every day they were in Korea,
- 1:17:18right, yes, its Korea. Well everybody thinks it's Vietnam career and she
- 1:17:24watches it and laughs out loud. Alan Ald, who start on that is
- 1:17:29eighty eight years of age. Andre Iglo Dollar the Big four zero, Greg
- 1:17:35Popovich, the head coach of the Spur seventy five young player Emany Baits he's
- 1:17:43twenty. He'sn't been in some trouble, right with some trouble or some transfer
- 1:17:47stuff. He was what happened with him that was that was Mikey Williams.
- 1:17:51Okay, Mikey WILLI trouble and Moani Baits is currently on the calvs G League
- 1:17:58team. Okay, but he's been in some kind of something here lately.
- 1:18:00If you can google while it's something that happened with him. He Money Baits,
- 1:18:06I can't remember. I read a story, but he's twenty years old.
- 1:18:10The young man don't take Calpepper, who I guess on this list would
- 1:18:14be a game manager who's a great quarterback in his time with the Vikings,
- 1:18:19and one of those guys that you just don't ever see. You haven't really
- 1:18:24seen since he left the nfl' low key. But for you to know Randy
- 1:18:29Moss, you would have to know Dunte Calpepper, because that's who was throwing
- 1:18:31the ball in those early years to him. He's forty seven. Who else
- 1:18:38do we have here? Is Williams. The Hall of Famer is fifty six.
- 1:18:42The great Buffalo be o receiver Andre Reid is sixty. Magnum p I.
- 1:18:49Most of you know him now from that Blue Bloods, but he was
- 1:18:54always magnum p I when I see in Tom Selleck is seventy nine years old,
- 1:18:59and I always remember Tom because being a teenager, and I think I
- 1:19:03was watching sixty minutes back in those days, because you know, in the
- 1:19:09eighties, TV was limited, especially if you didn't have In my household,
- 1:19:13we didn't have cable, so you watch network TV until your shows came on.
- 1:19:16You watched all the game shows and sixty minutes. And I remember watching
- 1:19:19Tom selling. He said it was hard for him to break into Hollywood because
- 1:19:24of his height. With the way the TV cameras at that time, him
- 1:19:29being I think he's six four sixty five, they really wouldn't cash you in
- 1:19:33rolls because they had to do too much work to make sure you fit in
- 1:19:39the frame. You know, now we got all these space age cameras,
- 1:19:42so it makes it easy. But he was saying it was very hard for
- 1:19:45him to break in. But he's seventy nine years old. Adam Lambert is
- 1:19:48forty two. Charlie Wilson is seventy one. For the fourth time is Charlie
- 1:19:54Wilson and just four times said he was seventy one when I was fifty.
- 1:20:05Uh. And the great Oprah Winfrey, who is seventy years old, she's
- 1:20:17grievance, mister big Kenny. She is seventy years old. I've submitted my
- 1:20:23appeal today. I found a story with money Baits. Well recently he was
- 1:20:29suspended for entering the stands during the game. But he did in a league
- 1:20:33game, league game. Okay, but he was in twenty twenty two charged
- 1:20:39with carrying a concealed weapon and uh he played guilty to a misdemeanor. Wait
- 1:20:45now, consist him. No, No, was the money Bait? Are
- 1:20:49we boring? You? Bad producer? Because you know they can see you
- 1:20:53just looking out the window like he's looking at great I was, you're looking
- 1:20:56at the window. I actually see the angle eyes. That beautiful scene though
- 1:21:00it just captures just people are looking. We can cut your camera off.
- 1:21:06It's been gloomy and he's just sunshine. Just Mickey Williams or he money Baits
- 1:21:12who was allegedly had pulled a gun on the friends that showed up. That
- 1:21:16was Mikey Williams. Mikey Williams Okay, okay, okay, Mikey that he
- 1:21:19was having a little groove at his house and they showed up uninvited, uninvited,
- 1:21:24And that's why I was confused. I thought that the money Baits was
- 1:21:29the young man who got upset that they just showed up to his house and
- 1:21:32and I was defending Mickey William because we've all done that. People just show
- 1:21:36up at your house with especially get the patch down what you're doing here.
- 1:21:42They hadn't even got out the car. I'm saying, which we finish,
- 1:21:45get a chance to get a jump on him. You catch them in the
- 1:21:46car, let him know that you ain't playing, and you know it can
- 1:21:49happen before the windows come when they drive off, your shoot at him.
- 1:21:55It depends on the part of the day that a felon or they shot it
- 1:22:00as they drove off. No, but they still they still they had to
- 1:22:02hang out the wonder. I don't want to answer any more questions. I'm
- 1:22:08just saying, Duck show right after this will don't you a woman? I
- 1:22:14don't know how you did with all the pressure to look impressed up then go

- 1:25:00I'm right by what right to the spy shock Shute the spoy shock Wayne Againtie
- 1:25:06a Lions fan Alex Chepska. I'm probably mispronouncing his name, but he a
- 1:25:16week before the season he went and got a Super Bowl Champs twenty twenty four
- 1:25:20Lions tattoo on his bicep tricep area on his arm. What will he do
- 1:25:30with it? Now? I was looking up the story to see what his
- 1:25:33plans are as big as pronounce. It's not some small where you could just
- 1:25:41put a flower over it for you to pull it up. It says super
- 1:25:45Bowl at the top. It has a Lombardi Trophy with a lion on it
- 1:25:49Champs twenty twenty four on his left arm. I guess you could get real
- 1:25:56creative and make a flower, right, What would you do with that?
- 1:26:00How these speller's name Alex c h E. P E s Ka. He
- 1:26:10said he just knew that this was the year, and he did do this
- 1:26:14like a week before the season started, so it wasn't after they won ten
- 1:26:16twelve games. Command She greg he's letting you know he wasn't a bandwagon he
- 1:26:23committed, Well, this is not a Thanksgiving tattoos. Well, he's not
- 1:26:29in the dummy club by itself, because there's been several in the past.
- 1:26:32It's done it. It's been Cleveland Indian fans, Cowboy fans, there was
- 1:26:38there was a Bills fan this year, did it? Or did it?
- 1:26:41Also? Yeah? There's okay, So what did they say they were gonna
- 1:26:44do to the or did they just leave him like the Bills fan one that
- 1:26:47I saw wasn't as elaborate, like it didn't have the trophy and the logo
- 1:26:51and all that. It just said Bill super Bowl Champions twenty twenty four.
- 1:26:57So but this guy has lion looking at this tattoo what he'll probably do.
- 1:27:04Technically, he's a year ahead, so if they win it next year,
- 1:27:08it still counts because it's the twenty twenty four season. This is the twenty
- 1:27:12twenty three season, so technically he's not wrong yet and looking at it to
- 1:27:18answer your questions specifically, and that's how you and that's how he's gonna peddled
- 1:27:23it off. Yeah, I say you asked what he's going to do.
- 1:27:27Now, he's going to one. Live with regret. That's the first thing
- 1:27:33is live with a lot of regret. And to explain this all year,
- 1:27:38Well, see when he first started, I wasn't no bandwagon fan. Well,
- 1:27:41I guess he lives in Detroit, so it were a lot of long
- 1:27:43sleeve shirts. Right. We won't get exposed though, but you know,
- 1:27:48you know when you take your shirt off, when you get in the shower,
- 1:27:51you realize that I had some disposable income and some time on my head
- 1:27:57I mean he used them both in the wrong. He just joined the list
- 1:28:00of other fifteen other idiotic fans as they have them, that have got premature
- 1:28:04tattoos. Yes bad, You've driven that point home that other people have done
- 1:28:09it. We're trying to figure out what he do to the tattoo. I'm
- 1:28:12trying to figure out what out what I'm trying to figure out what they've done
- 1:28:15with the tattoo. The other fans, they could do the way he has
- 1:28:16it, like spaced out, like if they don't win it next year,
- 1:28:19he could get the four moved and chande it to five, or just and
- 1:28:24just change the number if they ever do it and hope it don't go into
- 1:28:28the thirties, or he changed two numbers. Or he could just punch himself
- 1:28:31in the fact and think to myself, I need to be more mature in
- 1:28:38my going forward. But at least he was committed. This wasn't a million
- 1:28:41season tattoo. This was before the season started. I've seen I've seen,
- 1:28:47well, the only player that I knew that did something like this, Jason
- 1:28:51Terry put a trophy on h got a championship trophy tattoo when he was with
- 1:28:58the Mavericks and they actually did win it that year, and then he tried
- 1:29:02to like add a Celtics thing when he played for the Celtics that didn't work,
- 1:29:05or it's a little soon for it worked. It worked that one time.
- 1:29:10It's a little sooner for a Falcon. I mean Hawk fans with the
- 1:29:13Mavericks, wait a couple of the next show. You can bring them back.
- 1:29:16Right now. I still see the seventy three going through now under the
- 1:29:20under the Detroit Jason was one of our, you know, the jet was
- 1:29:25one of ours. To he go out there and win one. And what
- 1:29:28he can do now is under the the tattoo of the Lions going to the
- 1:29:32Super Bowl, get the emoji of the fingers like this close, or tattoo
- 1:29:40the words on right, or tattoo the words almost see this is you're not
- 1:29:45under You know. What's funny to me is how everybody they like Detroit Detroit,
- 1:29:49but they are a championship city when it comes to hockey. Now the
- 1:29:53Red Wings they win, so it's not like this is the first time.
- 1:29:57It's been a while for them though, but they the city has been waiting
- 1:30:01a long time. It ain't been that long for the red Wings. I
- 1:30:05mean, the Red Wings has been before the Pistons. But what I'm saying
- 1:30:09is that everybody's so like, oh, this is Detroit's time. They they
- 1:30:12never wanted, like they have won there in Detroit baseball football, Well,
- 1:30:15I think I think they're it's a thing of being on that short two or
- 1:30:20three teams that's never even been to the Super Bowl where it looms so hard
- 1:30:27for right because they always they don't even have the they don't even have the
- 1:30:30fever of the Falcons, where the Falcons have been to two Super Bowls in
- 1:30:34the last Detroit Resident loyal listener Chef has said he was with the Lions when
- 1:30:41they were oh and sixteen, and he says he'll be there when they win
- 1:30:45the Super Bowl. Now. I don't know how long he'll have to wait
- 1:30:48for them, but I'm sure this season in itself was a breath of fresh
- 1:30:55air because he's been there since oh and sixteen. A couple more years and
- 1:30:58Chef will have heart attack when they tell him that they wont put him in
- 1:31:04the ground for the line you got the nuts? Chell The Money Game LSU
- 1:31:15doing a doc series on Amazon Prime speaking on all the n I L Money
- 1:31:21that is coming their way. Uh, it's just so crazy how with this
- 1:31:28n I L everything has gotten focused and it show just shows you really how
- 1:31:31money is you once you start putting money in anything, that's all the conversation
- 1:31:38becomes about. Uh. In this series down in LSU by oh uh,
- 1:31:45it's going to be on Prime video. It slates LSU a docu series called
- 1:31:49The Money Game. It's about the impact of N I L on college sports.
- 1:31:55Uh, Shaquille O'Neill. You know, it is probably the most famous
- 1:32:00LSU Tiger. Somebody bigger than the Shaq as far as name recognition, Shaq
- 1:32:08University, that's what he said to be Pete Merrivitch because the arena is named
- 1:32:13after him. Well, that probably would be to the LSU fateful right,
- 1:32:16But I'm talking about the public, it'd be Shack. It would be Shaq
- 1:32:21Shaq, Shaquille O'Neill. You got Angel Reese down there, you got the
- 1:32:27Olivia don is her last name, Olivia down there as well. It's so
- 1:32:31funny that those are the names that get thrown around and LSU has such a
- 1:32:36big football program. Jaydeon Daniels just won the Heisman Trophy, So I guess
- 1:32:44we have to wait and see what this series is all about. I know
- 1:32:46they one of the few schools that was mentioning, whereas most of the people
- 1:32:53we just mentioned, especially Don and Angel Reese, basically stopped going to class.
- 1:32:59I wanted to we heard nobody. You never heard anybody from Alabama or
- 1:33:05any of those schools said he wasn't going to class. These young ladies were
- 1:33:09saying, they don't even go the class anymore. They're too famous and recently
- 1:33:14in the past, that's why you was cramping up in the game the other
- 1:33:16night. Well, I'm saying, but in the past few years, we've
- 1:33:19heard coaches complain. Some of them have even left coaching because they say there's
- 1:33:25a new generation of athlete. This athlete doesn't have the same focus, doesn't
- 1:33:28have the same We've seen kids push back on their parents once they reach a
- 1:33:34certain level of success. What would make coaches think that that wouldn't be the
- 1:33:39same dynamic When you bring some kid in that you've never had authority over before,
- 1:33:44and now you give him seven hundred thousand dollars for this semester and tell
- 1:33:47him he don't have to go to class, and then you ask him to
- 1:33:50run an extra lap and he telling you that you run the lap, and
- 1:33:56now you complained that the kid ain't got no respect. Where did you expect
- 1:34:00tend to get all of this stuff from, Well, he would imagine the
- 1:34:03people, because most of the coaches I know have an issue is with the
- 1:34:06parent. Okay, it's just too much parent oversight, even after the because
- 1:34:15the parent is me and the bad producer made an agreement, whatever that agreement
- 1:34:21is. And then soon as a week later he heard at another school somebody
- 1:34:29made something big. Then the parent want to redo right just like that.
- 1:34:34And that's not how business work. You don't just get to re up because
- 1:34:40somebody went to another team and got more. And from what the coaches are
- 1:34:44telling me, that's how it's becoming. It's becoming that, you know,
- 1:34:47because these deals are not necessarily always signed in blood. As soon as I
- 1:34:53say one thing, yeah, I said, I get the car boom and
- 1:34:57you heard that b Jon Robinson getting the Ferrari. Now you called me in
- 1:35:00the middle of the night, Hey, I changed my mind. I want
- 1:35:03a Ferrari. The Porsche won't do. The Porsche won't do so uh,
- 1:35:10And it's just becoming really where it has to start being managed. That's what
- 1:35:13I said, like a semi pro business, you're gonna have to take that
- 1:35:18college education thing out. If it's just gonna be if we're gonna be started
- 1:35:23making docu series about how the money it called the money Game, then what
- 1:35:29does this have to do with college? And it's and it's interesting that that
- 1:35:31the Shack is doing this, and you remember probably one of the biggest movies
- 1:35:34was I can't think of to remember, the movie Blue Chips. Yeah,
- 1:35:39and it's basically this documentary is the real life version of this is what I'm
- 1:35:43imagining from seeing the trailers and different things. So we're gonna see how this
- 1:35:47really goes out. And then Batton Roads and and I think down there it
- 1:35:53is just the thing that makes it's probably more interesting is that v angel Reeses
- 1:35:57and the Olivia done. They have a lot of examples that someone outside of
- 1:36:02football male and male batsketball pulling a lot of money. They ain't going to
- 1:36:11class though, yeah they said it, which is not a thing I find
- 1:36:15out college college because they're doing photo shoots. Well, yeah, but they
- 1:36:20take classes online though they ain't going to class. They missing teams, ain't
- 1:36:25going up. They got a coach Brown. I'm gonna have to be thirty
- 1:36:27minutes late for practice because I gotta shoot because I'm they missing a lot.
- 1:36:30But we'll be back more to Sports Jock Show after with the big old Sans
- 1:36:35right around town and the big old range. I knew when not rack big

- 1:39:46this one shot shop, this one shock Wayne Candy, Good morning to you
- 1:39:53once again. I did an interview yesterday before the games came on on and
- 1:40:00ATA calls Script News' sc r i PP news. They wanted to talk about
- 1:40:09minority coaches with the hiring of Raheem Moors. Here in Atlanta and right now,
- 1:40:16that would put the NFL at about nine minority coaches. And I told
- 1:40:21them my thing, and I've said here on the show plenty of times,
- 1:40:26I don't look at the head coach spot to see if the minority growth is
- 1:40:33happening, and I advise them not to look. I see the minority growth
- 1:40:42happening because I see minority growth in all jobs around. I see the player
- 1:40:51relations people are black. I see that the medical team that runs out to
- 1:40:59get the player off off the field thirty years ago, that's not how it
- 1:41:02was in these jobs. I see that half of the assistant coaches are minorities.
- 1:41:11I see that about every fourteen there's a black gem or hispanic. That's
- 1:41:17what. Don't just get lost. Because I can hire a minority head coach
- 1:41:25doesn't mean that the organization is being diversified. That just means that that one
- 1:41:32job is being so And that's what I really stand on. I just see
- 1:41:40so many jobs that I know where and a lot of it. And as
- 1:41:43I said, I don't I can't say that it's just all based on like
- 1:41:46a bad producer's mindset where it was race as much as it is applications I
- 1:41:56think the sports world is really flooded with people really want these jobs now,
- 1:42:01they want to be part of it, they want to live in that life.
- 1:42:05It's not just a sports is not just a monetary thing. So it's
- 1:42:10a full life. It's a full journey that I think people are skipping out
- 1:42:15on jobs where they could go and make even more money to be able to
- 1:42:21hang in the sports world and live that sports like there's a life that goes
- 1:42:28along with it. And I think I'm almost three sixty five where it's something
- 1:42:34by the time you finish this, then we're gonna need to get our combined
- 1:42:40stuff going. By the time we finish that, we're gonna need to go
- 1:42:43get the draft board going. By the time we get that next thing,
- 1:42:45you know, we're back in the medicamp. Like. It's become a year
- 1:42:48round thing and people want to take that full journey and people leave industries to
- 1:42:56go into and get in it. And if you look at it, sports
- 1:42:59has a connection to many other industries. It's a great way to get your
- 1:43:01foot in the door anywhere, to prove that you have managerial skills that you
- 1:43:06can handle high powered like you say, round the clock situations it's a great
- 1:43:12resume builder. Yeah, so I just feel like I see the growth.
- 1:43:16I know, I see the growth from when I got drafted, which is,
- 1:43:20you know, thirty years actually this April would have been when I got
- 1:43:27drafted in ninety four and then that thirty years. I see how so many
- 1:43:31other jobs have been infused with minorities, not just the head coaching job,
- 1:43:39and I know even the bappodoo. So when he goes over there, if
- 1:43:42you went over there to the media relations, maybe one out of ten teams
- 1:43:47might have somebody minority. Now they all have. It's just more and more
- 1:43:51people. The equipment man, the training staff, the doctors themselves are more
- 1:43:58diverse. So it was good conversation to have in as a whole, just
- 1:44:04to point that out for me. Don't just look at whether the head coaches.
- 1:44:08I know, it's it's like a beacon, but it can be misleading
- 1:44:15if that's all that's changed, you know, you know last night Steve Wilkes
- 1:44:20is the decordinator for the forty nine ers, Like that's big deals, Man's
- 1:44:28I don't know that Baltimore has other than John Harbaugh. Do they have a
- 1:44:31white assistant coach? Like everybody I keep seeing. You know, it's just
- 1:44:35very diverse. Vince McMahon back in trouble again, has stepped down from the
- 1:44:43McMahon WWE empire. But just like in his wrestling world, some things can
- 1:44:50just be made to seem that way. I mean his voice and his weight
- 1:44:55in his company that hit him, his wife, his kids, father.
- 1:45:00Uh, they are and have been an entertainment powerhouse. Uh, any man
- 1:45:06that can create an industry that pushes that kind of revenue off of fake violence,
- 1:45:14Titan entertainment, you and you know it. They let you know it's
- 1:45:20all make believe. It's no man, Dusty Rolls hitting with that no,
- 1:45:25no, no, Now, back then we were the roy Road War.
- 1:45:29Isn't hitting with that chaff for real? Now? Back then we were doing
- 1:45:31everything we could to make you believe that. But now we've come flat out

- 1:45:39Jimmy Jimmy Superfly Snow he jumped through the table. That's what you mean.
- 1:45:44They kind of rigged the table to where like it's gonna break No man,
- 1:45:49they had a cake on already sitting on the table and it was a breakaway
- 1:45:53cake too. Yeah, Kenny, when did they say it wasn't they got
- 1:45:59a folly in the back so when they hit the mat, he makes the
- 1:46:02sound bigger than what it is. Boh, y'all just hating, man,
- 1:46:06y'all just hating. They had they had it on sixty minutes and the down
- 1:46:12and they were like, Nah, it's for entertainment, but don't try this
- 1:46:15at home. They've been they've been said that it's for entertainment. To what
- 1:46:20he remember when the backyard wrestling craze first hit and people were being injured and
- 1:46:26they were trying to lay those injuries at the feet of professional wrestling. Professional
- 1:46:30Wrestling came out and said, Hey, I don't know why these people would
- 1:46:32take bob wire, wrap it around a baseball bat and jump on the roof
- 1:46:35and hit somebody in the head with it. We don't do that stuff for
- 1:46:40real. It somebody entertainment or stunt man or don't try These are professional athletes
- 1:46:47who were trained to do these things. Don't try this at home. Don't
- 1:46:53go home and put your little brother in the figure for because you could hurt
- 1:46:56him. Don't break his leg and trying to put somebody in to sleep.

- 1:49:59hot. I was on the last moment Cops of Rats talking about my boy.
- 1:50:03You ain't the bad Wait about this? What shock shower up? This?
- 1:50:06What shock? Wayne kN d I beg Kenny real quick. You had
- 1:50:11some story about a climbing league that you was watching and didn't know that they
- 1:50:18have like a national climbing league. Yeah, I didn't like mountain climbing.
- 1:50:25H Yeah. Mountain climbing is rock wall climbing is a sanctioned event, and
- 1:50:32they have a sanctioning body USA Climbing and they had come up with some requirements
- 1:50:39to and those requirements included testosterone limits for transgender athletes who were male competing as
- 1:50:47female. And then the group transgender climbers belong pushed back and it took them
- 1:50:55two years to come up with these rules, and they suspended them because group
- 1:51:00of guys who do compete as women said naw, we don't want to go
- 1:51:04through all that and so, and they're saying, unlike a lot of other
- 1:51:08sports, climbing, which is predicated on power and height, you're at an
- 1:51:15extra disadvantage if you're amazed. If I don't regulate it to some degree,
- 1:51:19you do have a they're acknowledging that there's an advantage. Bad producer, I
- 1:51:25know you were your Falcons. They hired Raheem Morris to be the head coach.
- 1:51:31Uh. Jim Harball went to the Chargers Bill Belichick seemed like he was
- 1:51:38not going to be offered enough power uh to come in to be the coach,
- 1:51:41and they went back to someone that had already been here. If you
- 1:51:45can't have who you want, you get who you know, Raheem Morris becoming
- 1:51:48the head coach, the former decordinator of the Rams. Now, yeah,
- 1:51:53great, hire Raheem is he knows both sides of the ball. Like I
- 1:51:57said, he's been here before. Hey, a lot of us was wanting
- 1:52:00either Hardball or Belichick just because of the things of the attributes that they bring
- 1:52:05along, but also there's other things that could come along with the circus,
- 1:52:10a lot of other different things. Going in and talking to a lot of
- 1:52:14people that Falcons fans, they felt like Belichick just was going to come in
- 1:52:17and just try to break Don Shuler's record. We want somebody, Let's get
- 1:52:21somebody that's gonna be here. Let's grow this thing. So I'm finding with
- 1:52:26Raheem, I'm happy. That's that's a silly Outlook. Well, I'm happy
- 1:52:30with Raheem, and then I'm gonna give up a great coach because he might
- 1:52:35be on the precipice of breaking somebody's record. I don't want him here status
- 1:52:45enter the history books. Yeah that that doesn't even now, because he would
- 1:52:48enter the history books as the coach of this team. As I stated about
- 1:52:56that's fine, said I was with the Belichick. I was all in.
- 1:53:00But we went with who we're going with, and I'm happy and we got
- 1:53:02Raheem, and the city's happy. We're we're hell. I don't know that
- 1:53:05the city's happening everywhere else. I didn't get that feeling. I didn't everybody.
- 1:53:12Everywhere I went, people had this kind of because you got back with
- 1:53:17your ex, he should have been No, seriously, you got back with
- 1:53:21your but he should have been high before silver spoon. Arthur Smith was silver
- 1:53:27spoon Arthor Smith. What makes him silver spoon because his dad is the founder
- 1:53:31of FedEx. What they got to do with him coaching? Austhor Smith ran
- 1:53:36a great offense up and that's what Tennis put the Tennessee on the map,
- 1:53:41that offense he was running. But Dereck Henry, he's the only one I've
- 1:53:44heard him. They were in the AFC Championship game. You're not a Falcon
- 1:53:47fan, so I'm saying, but as the most privileged kid at the table,
- 1:53:51you have the nerve to call somebody silver spoon man by I'm saying now,
- 1:54:00I'm saying that we've all shared our growing up experiences. Yeah, I
- 1:54:03don't know what what I don't know what this man coming from a father who
- 1:54:08had to wear with all the start fed X has anything to do with the
- 1:54:12fact that he was an awesome offensive coordinator and then he became a credible head
- 1:54:16coach. Here in Atlanta, we got Raheem. He should have been hired
- 1:54:19four years ago. We're happy with why what he had, what had he
- 1:54:23done? He was he was a proven head coach before we won. He
- 1:54:28won five of the last five, well, four out of the last five
- 1:54:30games when he took over for Dan Quinn. The players respect him, and
- 1:54:34we're gonna get our chance now with Raheem. I'm happy he's here. Mm
- 1:54:39hmm. Yeah. I've always told you since I've been on the air with
- 1:54:44you, the best reporters are the ones who stay in the middle of neutral
- 1:54:48and I have a bias. I'm being and calling somebody that's very offensive to
- 1:54:53call that man super spoon, as though he hadn't worked for what he put
- 1:54:58out there. It's just didn't it name we've given him as Atlanta fans because
- 1:55:01of how he has heard. I've never heard that. And then you would
- 1:55:05be mad if they start calling Raheem kool Aid Great kool Aid or something,
- 1:55:12and then it's like, oh, but you want to call this man who
- 1:55:15literally he might not have been a good head coach here, but his coordinating
- 1:55:19skills at Tennessee was unquestionable. Out of I mean, were they not Arthur's?
- 1:55:24So did I missed them? That's how rateful them in that offense was
- 1:55:28moving. See aj Brown and all them guys are catching all them balls?
- 1:55:30Is that not what was going on down there? Well, there was rumor
- 1:55:33that we were looking at coach We was looking at coach Rapril, But there
- 1:55:38was a rumor that he wanted to bring coach Smith back as his offensive coordinator.
- 1:55:42They wasn't Why wouldn't he. Belichick does it all the time. Guys
- 1:55:47go somewhere, he bring them back to be his coordinators. But I think
- 1:55:50author that would have been the best move they could have made. The only
- 1:55:55problem I thought Arthur Smith had was he was trying to wear two hats.
- 1:56:00Had this on the air a couple of times when he was on the sideline,
- 1:56:02did I quick mansion, might have to have you go in. I
- 1:56:04was saying, he looked like he was doing too much individually. Somebody coposition
- 1:56:11what to do. Have made head coaches seem like they forget they the head
- 1:56:15coach and get lost in just being the coordinator. I think that was the
- 1:56:19problem with the head coach of the LA Chargers. He was forgetting No,
- 1:56:25you're the head coach of everything. You can't just be over here lost in
- 1:56:28your sheet and that's what Arthur Smith. I thought it would have been a
- 1:56:30great move. Make able to head coach. Make Arthur Smith, who already
- 1:56:34knows these guys the coordinator. Now you could just focus on that. You
- 1:56:38ain't got to worry about whether we should go forward on fourth and two.
- 1:56:41That man couldn't been the coordinator in that locker room. He's being the head
- 1:56:44coach. Why not? Okay, they made Jason Kidd the head coach of
- 1:56:50the team. He was just the point guard though on so why why can't
- 1:56:55you be the offensive coordinator? I'm not saying, but he just was the
- 1:56:58head coach. And now know that we won't we needed to go. We're
- 1:57:02fine. I'm happy with Raheem Morris as our coach. I'm happy we're gonna
- 1:57:08have It's gonna be a great What really happened? So I can go as
- 1:57:11we go to break commands. I can set you up for this right.
- 1:57:15He's telling you that no matter what happens here with Raheem as the head coach,
- 1:57:20it won't be Raheem's fault because we protect our own. And now we
- 1:57:28know the truth is he will throw your in the ocean. It's time to
- 1:57:35wrap things up on the Sports June Show with Wayne Candy. When you designs

- 1:59:10Orleans Saints player Will Smith, Ohio State Buckeyes. As I always told Will,
- 1:59:17one of only two guys I ever knew they played football out of Queens,
- 1:59:21New York. I didn't even know they even had football teams until I
- 1:59:26met two Ton raise and Will Smith finally convicted of murder. Facing up the
