loved ones can come across to you in spirit and let you know that they're

around. So there's lots of different ways that you can connect to your loved

ones and a lot of people don't know it, and so when they go

throughout their day or they do certain things, they don't know that their loved

ones actually trying to connect to them. So we're going to go over some

of the things so that way that you're more aware. Now, the first

thing is I want you to know that they are around you. And if

you letting them, letting you know that they're with you, because lots of

people are like, oh, they're too busy when they pass over. They've

got things to do. Both they're with you all the time. They don't

have a body, so they can be They're just a frequency, so they

can be with you. They can be with your other loved ones, their

other loved ones, They can be wherever they want to be. They still

have their free agency. The only thing that they can't do is they can't

mess with our They can't mess with our contracts. So if we have certain

things in our blueprints or our soul contracts that we want to do, they

can't mess with that. But they can guide and direct us and help us

and be with us. And they don't need permission. I've never had a

spirit say that they need to permission. And also to you can visit them

anytime and still move forward, still move forward. Lots of people say that

if you can't let go, you can't heal, which I don't believe is

entirely true either. Like I do believe that there can be forms of depression

that start when the loved one passes over, but I honestly believe that they

can still communicate with you. Just like they could on Earth when they would

come over a visit or they would be with you all the time. They

can still do those things, and they are eternal. We are all eternal,

So if they still want to be next to you or around you,

they can. They can be. They still have their things that they do

on the other side too. They have certain jobs that they do, or

they can help people. Lots of lots of spirits come through and say they

help other people. What is it called the trends did not transcend you know,

Oh my gosh. Transfer. That's not the word transition. That's the

word. They help people transition to the other side. But I just want

you to know that you are still part of their their life and it's not

any different. They still exist, and it's not even it's not any different

than being on Earth. Earth is just third dimensional or they're going to be

at a higher frequency. But they can still be around you whenever they want,

and you can tap into them whenever you want, and they still like

to be around us. We're part of their families. They're part of their

soul families. And I always ask this question, if you were to pass

tomorrow, would you just like go over to a place and just hang out

and never visit your friends and family on earth. No, So just know

that they're doing the same. They're coming through, and they're visiting you quite

often, quite a bit when you need them the most, and they know

when these times are. So here are some of the signs and symbols or

some of the things that you will see from your loved ones after they have

passed. Butterflies, dragonflies, any kind of insects, ladybugs, bees,

They can control or manipulate winged animals. Now they aren't the winged animals,

their spirit's not inside of those things, but they can manipulate them. So

lots of spirits come through with butterflies, especially children spirits. I've felt like

they come through with butterflies and butterflies, dragonflies. Dragonflies is a huge sign

for me. That's why I have a tattoo on my hand. And just

any kind of ladybugs. Ladybugs are huge too, And any kind of insect

that can fly they can bring through because they can let flies, even just

regular flies. I've had lots of people talk about how these big flies won't

stop bothering them after a loved one's past, So just know, and you

don't even know where they came from, so they can use these They can

use these insects to let you know that they're around. Now, does that

mean every time there's a fly on you that there's a spirit with you?

No, So just it just means that sometimes a spirit is trying to get

your attention, or someone's trying to get your attention. So if you have

a fly continually bug you all the time, then start to be more aware

of what else is going on and what other signs and symbols you can watch

for. Okay, now, music, Music is a huge one, especially

if they loved music while they were on earth, and especially if they love

to play it, if they loved to sing, if they loved any kind

of instrumental stuff. They'll use music all the time. So if you hear

the same song playing more than like one or two times a day, or

if you hear a song that was significant to them or a artist that was

significant to them multiple times a day or quite often, this means that they're

with you. Also too, if you're like in a grocery store and you

hear a specific song that they loved over the intercom, then you get in

the car and you hear the same song. This is them. They're trying

to let you know that they're with you. Now. Just because I want

to make this very clear too, just because you do get these symbols and

signs from spirits or your past loved one, doesn't mean they're trying to give

you a message. Doesn't mean you have to call a medium and be like,

what are they trying to tell me? It just means that they're with

you and they're guiding you, especially if you're going through a hard time.

It just means that they want to say hi, or they want to remind

you that they're with you. It just means that they love you. It's

their way of saying that they're love you because a lot of times they'll try

and get your attention and they can't get it, and so when they finally

realize that you know that this is them, then they'll continue to do so.

It's like they it's like the phone turns on or the phone is ringing.

So and also to just remember that they're not like trying to give you

this significant, big message. Most of the time, they're just letting you

know that they're with you and that they love you, okay. Animals.

Animals are huge. They can manipulate animals a lot, and so bunnies,

horses, dogs, cats, They can if your cats if you have animals.

If you have dogs or cats and they act weird, are they looking

at the corners? This means they can feel your loved one's presence around.

Or if there's a strange stray cat that keeps coming up and coming up.

I have a lady, I had a client who had squirrels that her loved

one would come through with squirrels all the time. So just watch squirrels,

any kind of animal that is particular, it can be that constantly comes up

or you constantly see I know sometimes I'll see bunnies for signs for my guides

and owls, and this is I know that these are signs for my guides,

not my loved ones. But I do know that my dad uses moose.

But does he have to use a real moose every time? No,

he can use those stickers that are on the back of cards when I'm having

a bad day, or he can He's used you haul before. So just

know that they can come through with any types of animals. And if you

want to create a language with a loved one in spirit, or you want

to say, okay, I want you to use this, they will do

that. I have lots of lots of spirits come through as deer herds,

especially if if people live in the forest or around a lot of trees.

So just know that your loved ones can come through as any kind of animal

too, And it's actually kind of beautiful. It's kind of my favorite way.

Birds and feathers, huge, huge, huge ones, especially hawks and

eagles that fly above you, or when you're looking, you know, when

you're going to bed and you see a feather on your pillow, or you

wake up in the morning and there's a feather on the floor. Now you

can't go to the chicken coop and be like, oh, there's my loved

one and have heather's feathers be everywhere. They have to be a significant place

or they have to be not somewhere where there's a lot of feathers all over

the place, and you have to just kind of know when you see these

signs too. I want you to take note what exactly are you thinking at

the time, What is your thought process? Are you thinking about that loved

one or you think about something in your life that you have to do or

accomplish, because is this how they're letting you know that they're with you.

Just kind of think of what you're thinking of. So, if there is

a fly bugging you, bugging you, bug you, what are you thinking.

Did you talk about us that loved one a few days ago, or

is it just that there's a bug that continues there's a fly that continuely bugs

you. You kind of watch, kind of see what you're thinking at the

time, or if there's been, you know, conversation about this past loved

one. Just kind of be aware of what's going on around you. I

just suggest that because I know that they're around you all the time, and

I know that they love you, So I ninety percent of the time,

I'm just like, it's them, it's them, because I love it.

I just love it. Lights and electricity. They will play with a lot

of electronics, especially kitschen appliances like microwaves, ovens, ice machines. They

will flicker lights, and they will flicker lamps, and they will play with

your phones and TVs. They'll turn off TVs and especially if you're like watching

a certain movie or something that used to watch with the load one a lot.

This is just their way of getting you attention. Phones. They'll call

you on the phone sometimes I've had I've had clients who got a phone call

from their past loved one. It said that they were it was them calling

them, and they answer to no one was there. I've had people even

in some stories. I was just reading Dave Schrader's book and there was a

call from the ant that had passed away. There she had made a phone

call in the old days when there was no cell phones. So that's really

kind of a common thing too, because they can play with the frequency,

they can play with that phone line, they can do those things, and

so on your phone, they can bring up a video of them. They

can bring up a music a musical number that they liked. They can have

these things play on your phone. So just kind of watch that. The

next one is seeing someone that looks like them. So you're going down the

street or you're in a crowd and you see someone who looks exactly like them

and you have to take a double take. That can be them too.

Isn't that crazy? It's so crazy, But it totally can be them.

You can feel like you've seen, you have to take a double take because

you feel like you've that person or their mannerisms. Or when you meet somebody

and they remind you of that person, this can be them. They kind

of divinely guide you meeting that person on purpose or seeing that person. This

has happened to me with one of my aunts that's passed. I would keep

oh and Uncle, I would keep seeing this. I would keep seeing people

that look like him everywhere, and I'd be like, Oh, that's them

trying to get my attention because family is harder to get my attention because I'm

so busy with other spirits that are around. So people that look like them

or remind you of them or have their mannerisms, this can be them coming

through too, okay, And it can be almost anything too. Like one

time I was thinking about my dad or talking to my dad. I was

walking around the river and then someone walked past me and he kind of looked

like my dad and he had on his shirts. He had being a mechanical

shirt or something that said being him on it. And my dad's my maiden

name is Bingham. So that's just some They can come through in any type

of way, and those aren't coincidences. They're not coincidences. So many times

we think that they are numbers. Numbers is huge. Numbers is my dad

uses seven seven seven because of his birthday. And they can be Jersey numbers,

they can be birth dates, they can be any type of number that

is that acknowledges that person that they love. If you listen to my podcast,

you know that one of my clients that had passed comes through for his

birthday with two two six. He reminds me all the time that's how that's

how he validates all the time that it's him. So so just remember numbers.

Now, numbers can also be from your guides, especially angel numbers like

sequences, number sequences like three through three, four four, four five fi

five. We do a lot of those numbers on Carrie Kinnects. But specific

numbers for this person, like Jersey numbers, the when they passed, what

time they passed, or what day they passed, or birthdays. We can

see all the time. You can see the numbers on receipts or on license

plates or any kind of any kind of that kind of thing. So usually

numbers week sequences are your guides, but other types of numbers are can be

spirits, spirits your past loved ones that are on the other side. And

numbers are their favorite because they can actually kind of communicate with numbers. It's

not like you're just seeing a feather. They can actually like two two two

means you're going in a right direction, three three three means that they're with

you, seven seven seven means that they're cheering you on. Eight eight eight

means that there's going to be abundance, and nine nine nine means there's new

stuff coming. So those are kind of guided numbers. But they can also

be from your past loved ones. So when you see the numbers, just

kind of see was I thinking about my past loved one? Or was is

this one from the guide and numbers that like seven seven to seven, it's

a number of sequence, but it's my dad and I know it's my dad's.

So rainbows, rainbows are a big one. They like to ring through

rainbows because they can manipulate those, and rainbows are full of hope and love,

and so they will use rainbows. Speaking of rainbows, and I'm gonna

go back to animals too, they can use any animals. They can use

turtles. They can also use whales. I've had a client just recently came

through that there was they used whales significantly, and dolphins things like that.

So not just land animals. They can be the sea too. Lots of

lots of spirits use turtles with oceans too, to me because they because sea

animals are so symbolic of spirit. Anyways, Okay, the next one are

pennies and dimes, any kind of coins. Lots of people say pennies from

heaven. Now, my grandmother does use pennies for me. My grandmother that

recently passed, she does use pennies a lot for me, and lots of

people. Lots of spirits will use dimes because they're easy to manipulate, they're

easy to move around, and they're easy to divinely guide you to find them.

So if you're like, if you had a dream about one of your

loved ones and you wake up and there's a dime on the floor, more

than likely they're validating that that was them. Okay, So pennies and dimes,

and sometimes it can be quarters like I have. Sometimes my dad will

show me three quarters because he's with a couple of his brothers and he'll let

me know that they're all three. They're all three there. Moving objects.

So they can move objects, so like if you lose something of theirs,

or they can move their pictures. They can have shelves fall off the wall,

pictures fall down. They can do and they're not trying to scare you.

They're just using their energy to try and manipulate those objects, so you

know, so they can get your attention. So moving objects a lot things

that you can't find. If you lose things, they can like all of

a sudden show up or all of a sudden appear, and so they will

move objects quite a bit. They like to play a lot with this,

like with your glasses or keys or things like that. They like to do

that, so any type of jewelry. They like to move objects around to

get your attention. Just sensing a presence, sensing their presence, getting goosebumps.

This is a lot. You can tell that they're around a lot by

this stuff too. You just kind of know or feel it. And a

lot of times this is followed by the pennies or the feathers or the animals

to just validate that you really actually felt that, because sometimes when we feel

it, we think we're crazy. Or we think that it's just dust or

we're making it up, and so sometimes they'd like to validate that it really

was them. Okay, oh gifts. This is my favorite. So recently

quite a bit, I've had lots of spirits come through and say I just

sent you flowers and the receiver. This has happened twice, and the receiver

would be like, I got flowers, but not from them, but they

came out of the blue. And spirit can tell. Spirit can like whisper

into somebody's ear to send you flowers. It can work through other humans or

people on earth to let you know they're around, so they can whisper,

send so many flowers, do something nice for this person, and that person

will be like, oh, I'm going to do this and it'll be from

them. Another time I think I was. I said, they're going to

give you flowers on your birthday, so I'm like, watch for flowers to

grow in your yard or watch for flowers, and he actually I think received

free flowers from somebody, like from a It was crazy how it works,

but they can do this. They can divinely guide and so sometimes my dad,

they can give gifts through other people, or they can say you're going

to see this certain thing and I want you to buy it for yourself.

So they can bring through gifts. They really can. So this is kind

of more if you start to recognize it and believe it, because a lot

of times you can write that off as just being coincidence. You can hear

their voice or this is like their videos can come up on your phone,

or you can be in teak about time half away, can have a sleep

and you can hear them call your name, or you think you can hear

them, or you can hear them playing music, or you can hear them.

Lots of animals come through with you being able to hear them, and

so you can this is a clear audience that they use, and they can

make it so you can kind of hear them. You're on a different frequency.

Lots of times your ear ringing can let you know that they're around two,

So watch for different kind of hearing things. Also too, they can

touch you. So lots of people have felt their loved ones hands on their

shoulders or in their hair, or their hair will blow at night when they're

sleeping, or they can feel them next to them while they're sleeping. They

can actually feel them. They think that they're crazy, but they can feel

their hands, so this is their hands on their shoulders or on their leg

and this is actually kind of cool too. So lots of times when you

connect or when you're meditating, you can maybe feel somebody's hands on your shoulders.

This is them too. Smells and fragrances, so lots of times I

will smell cigarette smoke for my dad. Lots of people will smell perfumes for

their grandmothers or their moms, different kinds of maybe lavender, lilacs are huge

too. You can smell different things. And now I'm gonna tell you,

honestly, this is the craziest thing. And people are gonna laugh. I

don't know if they're gonna laugh or kind of get offended. But when I

was before, I kind of when I was LDS and I went through the

temple and we were doing some work for my dad a long time ago.

I actually smelled cigarette smoke in the temple. And you can't smell Cigarett smoke

in the temple because because you're not supposed to smoke, so I knew he

was there. It was the craziest place to smell cigarette smoke and I knew

he was doing on purpose to have fun with me, because the temple is

like supposed to be super sacred. But I smelled cigarette smokes because I knew

he was there. Now here's the thing. Just because I was there doing

work for him, he was there to honor me because he knew. Even

if it's I'm not gonna go into this big debate on whether it was true

or not, because honestly, all my dad cared about is that I was

honoring him in some way, and so he was there to show me that

he loved me and show me that he cares. Okay, So if I

were to be in the forest, and which I have been in the forest

and at Coffee Pop campground where I love, where I can still smell I

can smell, He'll have me smell cigarette smoke there too. So just know

that it's just because anything that you do to honor them or to let you

know, let them know you love them, they will show up for you.

They will be there the next one. Dreams, they will use dreams

and they will come in dreams. But just know that this takes the a

lot of energy. And if you haven't had a dream of your loved one,

it's okay. It's most likely because you're not clairvoyant and you mostly don't

dream, or you don't have visions. You are more clear audient, or

you're more clere sentient, or you can feel or hear them, or you

just kind of know that they're around. But they do come in dreams,

and a lot of times people get frustrated because when they come in dreams,

sometimes they don't say anything, and it's because they probably just passed over or

and they talk in signs and symbols. So if you do have a dream

of your loved one and they're standing there, they're not saying anything, don't

be offended. It's because they can't. They're talking and signs and symbols,

see what's around them, see what colors they're wearing, because those signs and

symbols can be meaningful or tell you what they want to say in signs and

sables symbols. And I would get a dream book and kind of see what

some of those symbols mean. Partial appearances, so yes, they can appear

to you. This is very rare and it takes some lots of energy,

but they can appear and in photos. I know people are like some people

are so skeptical with the photos. But I know when you take a photo

and there's like orbs, like green orbs or red orbs or these are because

there's I know a lot of people like it's just the lighting, it's just

this, just like it's just the fly. But I get. I just

know that a lot of those pictures and those orbs are actually your loved ones

with you and guiding you. I was in a on a trip in Sedona

one time with a friend. In every picture we took categreen orb in it,

and I know it was her grandfather that was there all the time,

letting her know that he was there with her. So so just remember your

loved ones do come through for you. They are there. They just can't.

They're at a different frequency that we are. It's not like Hollywood.

They don't just show up and start talking to you. I wish it was

that easy, but this is how they get your attention. And once you

start to acknowledge that they're there, and you see these signs and symbols and

you see these things that are happening, and you kind of acknowledge and you

say, Okay, I know that's you. Then it starts to get more

and more and more and more, and it's so awesome and it's going to

be kind of like a game. So don't think that they're on the other

side too busy for you. Don't think that they don't have time, and

don't think that they're just over there starting a new life and you're not in

it. That's not true. You're still very much a part of them.

They still very much love you, and they're still with you all the time

and as much as they can be now. When they went on earth,

they weren't with you all the time, right, So again, in spirit,

they're not going to be with you one hundred percent all the time.

But if you're thinking about them and you need them and you want them to

visit, and you are connected to them in some way, then most of

the time they're going to be with you about ninety percent of the time.
