- 0:58Speaker 2: Let's start off with Tesla. Off with Tesla.
- 1:01Speaker 3: So, Tesla announced stock split today, which was interesting because
- 1:07Speaker 3: they just split their stock fifteen months ago five to one.
- 1:10Speaker 3: I believe it was a five to one stock split. Yeah,
- 1:13Speaker 3: and since then, Tesla stock has doubled. Now it's at
- 1:18Speaker 3: close to eleven hundred dollars right now. It was up
- 1:21Speaker 3: eighty four dollars today on news of the stock split happened. Potential, yeah, potentially,
- 1:28Speaker 3: but it looks like it's going to happen. Amazon Google
- 1:32Speaker 3: just announced their stock split one. So first let's start
- 1:37Speaker 3: off with this because this was the talk of the
- 1:38Speaker 3: stock market today and my brother Wall Street Trappers shot
- 1:41Speaker 3: the trap. He called me today on the FaceTime and
- 1:44Speaker 3: he was like, you know, I know y'all got market Monday,
- 1:46Speaker 3: and I know it's gonna be a big show, so
- 1:48Speaker 3: I just want to make sure y'all talk about, you know,
- 1:51Speaker 3: the dividend. He made a post like when they said,
- 1:53Speaker 3: like the dividends is not actual dividends, like how you
- 1:55Speaker 3: look at how you think about like a regular stock
- 1:56Speaker 3: dividen It's gonna be dividends in the form of just
- 1:59Speaker 3: more more shares. So he wanted me to say that
- 2:03Speaker 3: to the public.
- 2:04Speaker 2: Appreciate your trap.
- 2:05Speaker 3: Facetimed met and thought that that was something that you know,
- 2:08Speaker 3: people needed to know. So, yeah, how do you feel
- 2:11Speaker 3: about this test?
- 2:11Speaker 2: Tesla stocksplit?
- 2:13Speaker 4: I mean, just so if the initial speculation of it,
- 2:15Speaker 4: obviously we saw the stock go up so anybody that's
- 2:17Speaker 4: been investing in Tesla, you know, like we have, it's
- 2:20Speaker 4: just like, all right, great, just be interested to see
- 2:23Speaker 4: what the ratio is going to be. I know the
- 2:24Speaker 4: last one is five to one. We've seen Google obviously
- 2:26Speaker 4: do twenty to one. We see Amazon do something similar,
- 2:28Speaker 4: So I'm interested to see what the rate will with
- 2:30Speaker 4: the rape ratio is going to be. Also, they have
- 2:33Speaker 4: to get the approvals, right, so that's why we said
- 2:35Speaker 4: it is proposed, but that approval won't come to the fall,
- 2:38Speaker 4: and so we have a few months before we can
- 2:41Speaker 4: even decide on whether you know, it's a lot of
- 2:43Speaker 4: people like should I get in before the splitter? First
- 2:45Speaker 4: we got to get the votes, and that we won't
- 2:46Speaker 4: know that into the fall. So, I mean, Tesla is
- 2:49Speaker 4: already one of those those stocks that we said we're
- 2:51Speaker 4: long term in, and that's that's not going to change.
- 2:54Speaker 4: Obviously if it does split, better entry points for people
- 2:57Speaker 4: who haven't gotten in, but for us who are already invested.
- 3:00Speaker 2: All right, let's have this thing short term roup and
- 3:02Speaker 2: see how long. Cango Ian, what's your thoughts on Tesla?
- 3:06Speaker 5: Hopefully they'll do a ten and one split, so the
- 3:09Speaker 5: stock double of course, it's been picking Red Panda stock
- 3:13Speaker 5: Club forever, so for those of you who have held Onto,
- 3:16Speaker 5: a great job. But I think they need to do
- 3:17Speaker 5: a ten to one, very strategic move by Elon because
- 3:20Speaker 5: then I think he can start to push And I
- 3:22Speaker 5: told stock Club this earlier. If you do a ten
- 3:25Speaker 5: to one split, now you can make the argument that
- 3:27Speaker 5: you should be in the Dow and that the value
- 3:30Speaker 5: of Tesla for the American stock market and the American
- 3:33Speaker 5: economy is central to our growth. It's more valuable than
- 3:36Speaker 5: Ford and GM. Now they can push into the Dow thirty.
- 3:40Speaker 5: I think it would be a great move for them
- 3:43Speaker 5: to do. So I'm hoping for ten to one split.
- 3:46Speaker 2: Well they get the votes. It's a little bit of.
- 3:47Speaker 5: Gesturing and posturing on Elon's part, but he's campaigning well
- 3:52Speaker 5: and I think it will happen in the next year
- 3:53Speaker 5: or so.
- 3:54Speaker 4: Yeah, the ten to one puts them in a one
- 3:56Speaker 4: hundred and thirty something dollars range. And so again, when
- 3:59Speaker 4: Josh Brown gave us that gem, and like like most
- 4:02Speaker 4: stocks that are in the doubt, they actually trade himtween
- 4:04Speaker 4: that range and so obviously turn to one out would
- 4:06Speaker 4: get them there.
- 4:07Speaker 2: So interesting insight right there.
- 4:09Speaker 3: Yeah, that's one of the reasons why stock split is
- 4:12Speaker 3: because you know, obviously it makes it more appealing for
- 4:15Speaker 3: retail investors. But also we talked about indexes, and you
- 4:19Speaker 3: know that helps as far as the institutionals buying, institutions
- 4:22Speaker 3: buying them, you know, pensions, hedge funds, different things in
- 4:27Speaker 3: that nature. It just gives it more exposure on that
- 4:29Speaker 3: once once you get added to that index. So definitely,
- 4:31Speaker 3: you know a ten to one, a ten to one
- 4:34Speaker 3: split would be very appealing. I think the retail investors
- 4:37Speaker 3: that would that would price it a little more than
- 4:38Speaker 3: one hundred dollars the ship. So you know, anybody that
- 4:43Speaker 3: one hundred dollars for Tesla stock, if you looked at
- 4:46Speaker 3: what has done over the last couple of years, you
- 4:47Speaker 3: would think that that would be something that's appealing. Another
- 4:50Speaker 3: thing I forgot another thing that Trap wanted me to
- 4:51Speaker 3: mention is that I think he said that they have Germany.
- 4:54Speaker 3: They have a plant in Germany and they're gonna produce
- 4:57Speaker 3: a million cars in Germany.
- 4:59Speaker 2: So yeah, he want to me to talk about that.
- 5:01Speaker 2: Even in the day of the news.
- 5:02Speaker 4: Today, they still put a hulk on their factory in
- 5:05Speaker 4: Shangka for four days over COVID. But the inverse of
- 5:08Speaker 4: that is if right, so we see Amazon doing a twenty.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Earners what's up?

- 8:01Speaker 1: all You need one.
- 8:02Speaker 4: Split which will bring them down. They could potentially be
- 8:04Speaker 4: added to the Dow. You have Google which could potentially
- 8:07Speaker 4: be added or not Google tested that potentially be added.
- 8:10Speaker 4: When they get added, they're going to be two companies
- 8:12Speaker 4: that have to be removed. And so if people are
- 8:14Speaker 4: looking as a hag le trying to find us a
- 8:16Speaker 4: place to put, we should be looking at the companies
- 8:18Speaker 4: in the Dow that aren't performing at the best right
- 8:20Speaker 4: now right because if those two are coming, we know
- 8:22Speaker 4: two got to leave.
- 8:24Speaker 5: Do that homework right now, so everyone and please put
- 8:27Speaker 5: the two companies that probably will get replaced. If Tesla
- 8:31Speaker 5: and Amazon going, it's always a game of who is
- 8:35Speaker 5: the better player in that space, and can you get
- 8:38Speaker 5: disrupted and moved out for a better company.
- 8:43Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 8:43Speaker 4: Yeah, So I mean those whoever, I mean, there's the
- 8:45Speaker 4: companies now probably know who they are right like, they're
- 8:47Speaker 4: watching like them they do this ten to one. We
- 8:50Speaker 4: know well on our way out, and so that's that's
- 8:52Speaker 4: the interesting side of it as well.
- 8:53Speaker 3: Yeah, and it's a way to kind of fight against
- 8:57Speaker 3: a major stock drop. Also because it's like a thousand
- 9:00Speaker 3: is kind of lofty. It might not be worth that.
- 9:02Speaker 3: It could easily drop to you know, five hundred, that's
- 9:04Speaker 3: fifty percent drop, but tend of one starts goes to
- 9:07Speaker 3: one hundred dollars. Psychologically, that's that's way more reasonable than
- 9:11Speaker 3: one thousand dollars. I will say this, Tesla is not
- 9:14Speaker 3: Amazon or Google. Just keep that in mind. I do
- 9:17Speaker 3: believe in Tesla. I think that they're a very important
- 9:19Speaker 3: company than one of the most important companies in the world.
- 9:21Speaker 3: But there's a big difference between Tesla and Amazon and Google.
- 9:24Speaker 2: There's a big difference.
- 9:25Speaker 3: So just don't don't think that they're all the same
- 9:28Speaker 3: because they have they have you know, high stock prices
- 9:32Speaker 3: right now and they might potentially split. Be careful with
- 9:37Speaker 3: Tesla because it's still a very volatile stock and.
- 9:42Speaker 2: It's not. It's not Google and it's not I.
- 9:45Speaker 4: Don't know how ye different can make it very simple
- 9:47Speaker 4: like they're not those two.
- 9:48Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 9:50Speaker 5: Yeah, I want to tell you guys, for those of
- 9:51Speaker 5: you that are still holding Tesla through your target, I
- 9:55Speaker 5: did update. Thirteen forty seven is the area that you, guys,
- 10:00Speaker 5: if you're the in it now can look. If you're
- 10:01Speaker 5: on a trade top can look to get out. I'll
- 10:03Speaker 5: put the price in the stock club early as well
- 10:07Speaker 5: with everyone. Thirteen forty seven twenty eight is the area
- 10:09Speaker 5: where you can look to it if you have a
- 10:11Speaker 5: trade there.
- 10:14Speaker 2: All right, Keith, let's let's get into this conversation to
- 10:17Speaker 2: what we're talking about.
- 10:18Speaker 6: Fellas I'm hearing they bit Tesla talk. Man, Listen, I
- 10:23Speaker 6: could just say this, I like the way my portfolio
- 10:25Speaker 6: looking today. Yeah, I can't say that about every other day,
- 10:28Speaker 6: You understand me, But I can't say. You know, first
- 10:32Speaker 6: of all, thanks for having me on Man's legendary Platfue
- 10:35Speaker 6: legends and.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Welcome to the Welcome to the hip Factory.
- 10:38Speaker 6: Yeah yeah, what I wanted to talk about, man number one.
- 10:42Speaker 6: I know y'all covered a little bit about you know,
- 10:45Speaker 6: the BA y C boys understand me. But I think
- 10:49Speaker 6: it's important because they're creating a case study for being
- 10:53Speaker 6: leaders in the space. You know, and anytime you have
- 10:55Speaker 6: leaders in the space, they influence everything that comes after them.
- 10:58Speaker 2: You understand me. And you know what we did last year.
- 11:01Speaker 6: We had a lot of predictions on this show, a
- 11:03Speaker 6: lot of education, and I was just about to say
- 11:06Speaker 6: one hundred and nineteen percent of everything that we said
- 11:08Speaker 6: came true.
- 11:09Speaker 2: Understand me.
- 11:10Speaker 5: I'm just scooted a little bit closer to the mike
- 11:13Speaker 5: to people saying the things. They set up your.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Voices a little low.
- 11:15Speaker 6: Yeah, So you know, now we at this place where
- 11:20Speaker 6: you know, this board at y'all club, it was six
- 11:23Speaker 6: people that came together. Before they came together, they didn't
- 11:25Speaker 6: even have a million dollars.
- 11:26Speaker 2: You understand me.
- 11:26Speaker 6: From what I hear.
- 11:27Speaker 2: You understand me.
- 11:28Speaker 6: There wasn't on the radar, They wasn't influencers, they didn't
- 11:31Speaker 6: have large platforms. What they did was take advantage of
- 11:33Speaker 6: a space that they know was coming. They took advantage
- 11:35Speaker 6: of the hype around it, the influence everything that was happening,
- 11:39Speaker 6: and they decided to execute One of my chief sayings
- 11:42Speaker 6: is interact with opportunity. Don't react to success right now.
- 11:46Speaker 6: We are reacting to the success right and because of
- 11:50Speaker 6: their success now they did became they get to become
- 11:53Speaker 6: leaders of the movement.
- 11:56Speaker 3: My graduates from my school being forced.
