- 0:00Speaker 1: That was going on. Everybody, it's Romeo. We talked a
- 0:02Speaker 1: little bit about the Dodgers, because you know, our attorney,
- 0:04Speaker 1: Daniel Rodriguez has Dodger tickets. We gave some of those away.
- 0:07Speaker 1: We also got into going to college, whether it's good
- 0:09Speaker 1: for you or not. And we talked about competing with yourself.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Did you get better as you got older or not?
- 0:15Speaker 1: Let's find out why are we starting the day off?
- 0:18Speaker 1: What did you send me here? Already? Four two, five, four,
- 0:22Speaker 1: seven and seven. That's how you text, that's how you call. Hey, Romeo,
- 0:26Speaker 1: I wanted your opinion on my relationship. I've been seeing
- 0:29Speaker 1: this woman for over a year. We're talking about moving
- 0:31Speaker 1: in together, but she lives in the house that she
- 0:35Speaker 1: got in her divorce and I've never been married and
- 0:39Speaker 1: I live in an apartment.
- 0:40Speaker 2: She doesn't want to move in with me.
- 0:42Speaker 1: She wants me to move in with her, but I
- 0:45Speaker 1: feel weird moving into her house because she lived there
- 0:49Speaker 1: with her ex husband. What do you think I should do?
- 0:56Speaker 1: I think you should stand up right now and lap
- 1:00Speaker 1: yourself in the face. What in the hell is wrong
- 1:04Speaker 1: with you? Let me put this in a perspective for you. Okay,
- 1:11Speaker 1: you and this woman want to move in together. She
- 1:14Speaker 1: has a house, but you don't want to live there
- 1:17Speaker 1: because her ex husband lived there with her. But you
- 1:23Speaker 1: have no problem having sex with her. Her ex husband
- 1:27Speaker 1: had sex with her. You don't have a problem with that, though,
- 1:31Speaker 1: so you don't have a problem doing everything else that
- 1:35Speaker 1: her ex husband did with her. But you have a
- 1:38Speaker 1: problem moving into the house that she got in her divorce.
- 1:45Speaker 1: I'm not really sure what kind of idiot you are,
- 1:47Speaker 1: to be honest with you. That could be the dumbest
- 1:51Speaker 1: thing to think about. Already four two five, four or
- 1:57Speaker 1: seven to seven?
- 1:58Speaker 2: Does she have a car.
- 2:00Speaker 1: With her ex husband? Do you ride around in that?
- 2:04Speaker 1: I mean, what kind of dumb ass are you? I
- 2:06Speaker 1: can't even I can't even right now? All right, already
- 2:10Speaker 1: four two five, four, seven to seven? I wonder if
- 2:12Speaker 1: you've had sex in the bed that her and her
- 2:15Speaker 1: ex husband used to have sex in, in the ex
- 2:18Speaker 1: husband's house, or in the house that her and her
- 2:20Speaker 1: ex husband used to live in. Bet you're not having
- 2:22Speaker 1: a problem with that, right, but you just can't live there.
- 2:25Speaker 3: No.
- 2:26Speaker 1: What I think is you need to stop being so
- 2:28Speaker 1: damn insecure and idiotic and move in with the chick.
- 2:31Speaker 1: If you like her already four two, five, four, seven
- 2:34Speaker 1: to seven. This guy sent me a text message basically
- 2:36Speaker 1: he wanted my opinion on his relationship, saying that a
- 2:39Speaker 1: woman that he's been seeing for over a year, they're
- 2:41Speaker 1: talking about moving in together now. She lives in a
- 2:43Speaker 1: house that she got in her divorce. He lives in
- 2:45Speaker 1: an apartment. He says, he's kind of he feels weird
- 2:49Speaker 1: about moving into a house that she got in her divorce,
- 2:53Speaker 1: that her and her ex husband lived in. You don't
- 2:56Speaker 1: have a problem jumping in the sack with her after
- 2:58Speaker 1: her ex husband's been there.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Why would you care about the house morning? Not what's
- 3:01Speaker 2: going on?
- 3:03Speaker 4: Man? That got something demontell.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Romeo sounds like an idiot.
- 3:07Speaker 4: He got to be a young feeling entitled. If it
- 3:10Speaker 4: was the older guy like me, I would have had
- 3:12Speaker 4: a housewarming party and write it all my friends over.
- 3:17Speaker 5: Chat there in the front yard every day with the
- 3:19Speaker 5: cold one waving at the neighbor had a matt.
- 3:22Speaker 1: I said, welcome to raider Dames.
- 3:24Speaker 4: Welcome to day waiting at everybody get my robe in
- 3:28Speaker 4: the morning. My neighbors.
- 3:32Speaker 5: Man helping the neighbors do stuff everything.
- 3:37Speaker 4: Hey, he over there, I'm ready to Dave. That would
- 3:43Speaker 4: have been me.
- 3:45Speaker 2: I know, all right, I know, just move right in?
- 3:51Speaker 1: What an idiot? Already? Four two five, four seven to seven?
- 3:54Speaker 1: Rome what's wrong with this guy? Tell them just do it.
- 3:58Speaker 1: My ex wife, my wife's old man didn't have a
- 4:01Speaker 1: problem moving into my old house. Well, I mean, yeah,
- 4:05Speaker 1: it makes no sense, right, I mean, what kind of insecurities?
- 4:08Speaker 2: Art do you have? This guy who.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Texted me this has got to have some weird insecurities
- 4:13Speaker 1: that he's not successful enough to you know, he's looking
- 4:18Speaker 1: at himself and his success. Why doesn't he have a house?
- 4:23Speaker 1: Why are you still have an apartment? I mean you
- 4:25Speaker 1: got roommates. You gotta talk about that one day too.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Already four two five, four seven to seven. Yeah, bro,
- 4:32Speaker 1: just move in with her. If you really like her,
- 4:34Speaker 1: things are going well moving with her. Why are you tripping?
- 4:37Speaker 1: It's not like you're giving up your house to move
- 4:39Speaker 1: into her and her ex husband's house. You're giving up
- 4:42Speaker 1: an apartment. You go find one of those when she
- 4:44Speaker 1: kicks you out. All right, guy sent me this kind
- 4:46Speaker 1: of funny He says, Hey, Romeo, I wont your opinion
- 4:48Speaker 1: on my relationship. You know, I've been seeing this woman
- 4:51Speaker 1: for over a year, and we're talking about moving in together.
- 4:53Speaker 1: But she lives in the house that she got in
- 4:55Speaker 1: her divorce, and I've never been married and I live
- 4:57Speaker 1: in an apartment.
- 4:58Speaker 2: She doesn't want to move in with me.
- 4:59Speaker 1: She wants to move in with her, but I feel
- 5:02Speaker 1: weird moving into her house because she lived there with
- 5:05Speaker 1: her ex husband. Well, you just called it her house.
- 5:08Speaker 1: What do you think. I think you're an idiot, and
- 5:10Speaker 1: I think you need to stop being so insecure about
- 5:12Speaker 1: something you know already four two five, four seven to
- 5:16Speaker 1: seven Romeo, tell that guy to think about it this way.
- 5:21Speaker 1: That's not her and her ex husband's house. That's her house.
- 5:26Speaker 1: She got that house in the divorce, so it's her house.
- 5:29Speaker 1: He's moving in with her, not her and her ex husband. Yeah,
- 5:33Speaker 1: you can think about however you want, But the bottom
- 5:35Speaker 1: line is you weren't worried about, you know, getting in,
- 5:39Speaker 1: you know, having sex with her.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Her ex husband had sex with her, that didn't bother you.
- 5:43Speaker 1: You're probably having sex in her in the bed that
- 5:45Speaker 1: her and her ex husband had sex, and but yet
- 5:48Speaker 1: you're drawing the line at the house. I mean, that
- 5:53Speaker 1: makes no sense. Already four two five fours seven to seven.
- 5:57Speaker 1: I'm with you, Romeo. That's an upgrade. He just being
- 6:01Speaker 1: a dummy, he is, it is, Hey Romeo, I saw
- 6:06Speaker 1: I say they look for a new home together, because
- 6:09Speaker 1: how you said, his insecurities, the fact the husband lived there,
- 6:13Speaker 1: will always be in the back of his head when
- 6:15Speaker 1: there's no uh, when there's no pleasure, a new place,
- 6:19Speaker 1: a new start. Yeah, but he has no problems sleeping
- 6:23Speaker 1: with the chick that her ex husband lived in.
- 6:26Speaker 2: I mean, why you draw the line at the house.
- 6:30Speaker 1: That's just stupid. There's no logical explanation for it at all.
- 6:36Speaker 2: None.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Okay, she got a divorce, she got married, got a divorced.
- 6:39Speaker 2: Got the house.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Okay, now it's her house. I like what the last
- 6:44Speaker 1: lady said or guy said, whoever said, Now it's her house.
- 6:47Speaker 1: It's her house, alright, eight four, two, five, four or
- 6:51Speaker 1: seven to seven. I'm sure he stayed the night there
- 6:54Speaker 1: a few times, So give me a break. He might
- 6:57Speaker 1: just be a little insecure, you know what, because she
- 7:00Speaker 1: got a house and he don't. That might be intimidating
- 7:03Speaker 1: for him. Well, go get you a house. They already
- 7:06Speaker 1: four two, five, four or seven and seven. Guys sent
- 7:09Speaker 1: me this said, Hey, rome I want your opinion on
- 7:12Speaker 1: my relationship. I've been seeing this woman for over a year,
- 7:15Speaker 1: talking about moving in together. She lives in the house
- 7:17Speaker 1: that she got in her divorce. I've never been married
- 7:20Speaker 1: and I live in an apartment. She doesn't want to
- 7:22Speaker 1: move in. She doesn't want to move in with me.
- 7:25Speaker 1: She wants me to move in with her, but I
- 7:27Speaker 1: feel weird of moving into her house because she lived
- 7:29Speaker 1: there with her ex husband.
- 7:30Speaker 2: What do you think I should do? I think you'd
- 7:32Speaker 2: be like her.
- 7:33Speaker 1: I think if it's working, I think you should move
- 7:34Speaker 1: in with her is what I think you should do already?
- 7:37Speaker 1: Four two, five, four or seven seven?
- 7:40Speaker 2: Hey rome Hey, Romeo, tell that guy not to do it.
- 7:45Speaker 1: If he wants to move in with that woman, he
- 7:47Speaker 1: needs to do like the last person said, and they
- 7:49Speaker 1: need to get a home together because the ex husband,
- 7:54Speaker 1: I guarantee you still believes that's his home as well.
- 7:59Speaker 2: And you never know what he might.
- 8:01Speaker 1: Do if he finds out that another man has moved
- 8:05Speaker 1: into his home. You know, no, Come on, what kind
- 8:12Speaker 1: of psycho X do you think? Does she well, that's
- 8:14Speaker 1: not well? Does she have a psycho X? Is her
- 8:16Speaker 1: ex husband psycho? There's some psycho dudes out there, So
- 8:19Speaker 1: maybe you're right, but come on, man, you got dudes
- 8:22Speaker 1: are holding the grudge?
- 8:25Speaker 2: You guys out there.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Some guy texted and said that his wife some dude
- 8:29Speaker 1: moved into his ex his his ex wife's house. They
- 8:32Speaker 1: had it when she got in the divorce. You still
- 8:35Speaker 1: think that's your home? Well, what do you dodes think
- 8:39Speaker 1: when you lose your house in a divorce? Do you
- 8:41Speaker 1: still think it's still yours? Do you still you're holding
- 8:44Speaker 1: the grudge? Come on now already four two five, four
- 8:48Speaker 1: seven to seven. This text message's kind of funny. He says, Hey, Roam,
- 8:51Speaker 1: I wonder your opinion on our relationship. I've been seeing
- 8:53Speaker 1: this woman for over a year. We're talking about moving
- 8:56Speaker 1: in together, but she lives in the house that she
- 8:57Speaker 1: got in her divorce. And I've been I've never been married,
- 9:01Speaker 1: and I live in an apartment. She doesn't want to
- 9:03Speaker 1: move in with me, wants me to move in with her,
- 9:05Speaker 1: but I feel we're moving into her house because she
- 9:08Speaker 1: lived there with her ex husband.
- 9:09Speaker 2: What do you think?
- 9:11Speaker 1: I think you're an idiot? Already four two, five, four
- 9:14Speaker 1: seven and seven? Now what's going on?
- 9:16Speaker 6: Tell if I loves a house to a divorce, which
- 9:19Speaker 6: I've already did.
- 9:20Speaker 1: It's okay, hold on, you lost your house to a divorce.
- 9:25Speaker 3: My house.
- 9:26Speaker 6: I lost it in a divorce. I had made a
- 9:29Speaker 6: mistake of putting my spouse down as another person. I
- 9:35Speaker 6: forgot what they called it. I think it was like
- 9:36Speaker 6: a weird name, honestly, like a housekeeper some some weird
- 9:40Speaker 6: stuff like that.
- 9:41Speaker 4: I don't remember it.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Okay, long time, okay.
- 9:43Speaker 6: And we were getting a divorce and it was becoming
- 9:47Speaker 6: to be too toxic for like the kids. So I
- 9:52Speaker 6: went ahead and I read to the house. I had
- 9:55Speaker 6: signed the paperwork and everything. And I know it's gonna
- 9:58Speaker 6: sound crazy, but I left him with everything. We're talking furniture,
- 10:02Speaker 6: my clothes, everything was left there. I walked away. I
- 10:05Speaker 6: got my own place, slept on the floor for three years.
- 10:09Speaker 6: No furniture got back up, and hey, I'm back up.
- 10:12Speaker 1: That's not crazy at all. What I want to say
- 10:14Speaker 1: is what could a punk ass dude let a woman
- 10:17Speaker 1: leave her home with their kids and he stayed.
- 10:21Speaker 6: Well, that's why we're not together. We were married, yeah,
- 10:25Speaker 6: and we only lasted actually officially married for two months,
- 10:30Speaker 6: and we were together for a while. But even then,
- 10:34Speaker 6: you know, like I said, he thought he was on
- 10:37Speaker 6: top of everything because he won the house, and you know,
- 10:40Speaker 6: he sold everything. He basically gut in the whole house
- 10:43Speaker 6: and everything that was in there. We're talking refrigerator, Kyle.
- 10:46Speaker 6: What happened? Whatever you can sell, he sold it was
- 10:48Speaker 6: from you out and the bank tried to come after
- 10:52Speaker 6: me for that. But then that was during the time
- 10:55Speaker 6: when all the mortgage went belly up. Yeah, so it
- 11:00Speaker 6: got erased because that main had a big issue. And
- 11:03Speaker 6: I even got the money back, and I did tell
- 11:05Speaker 6: him about the fifteen thousand dollars check that I received afterwards.
- 11:08Speaker 6: You just told him now, so you know, in the
- 11:12Speaker 6: long run, yes, I might have lost the house, but
- 11:15Speaker 6: I wasn't going to hold a grudge because I said
- 11:18Speaker 6: to myself, I'm young enough to rebuild a kit.
- 11:21Speaker 2: You're a good woman.
- 11:21Speaker 1: You're a good woman.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Thanks for calling. I appreciate that.
- 11:23Speaker 5: You're welcome.
- 11:24Speaker 6: You have a good day.
- 11:24Speaker 2: Thank you too, Bye bye.
- 11:26Speaker 1: I mean, what kind of punk ass dude, I'm gonna
- 11:29Speaker 1: tell you right now, I don't care what go wrong.
- 11:31Speaker 1: You gotta be a punk ass dude to say to
- 11:34Speaker 1: stay in the house and have your your soon to
- 11:36Speaker 1: be ex wife and kids, go find somewhere to live.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Already four two five four seven to seven yo Rome
- 11:42Speaker 1: ex wife got the house, dude moved in. He pays
- 11:46Speaker 1: for it, so technically it's now his house. Uh oh,
- 11:52Speaker 1: this is the dude he said that happened, that happened
- 11:54Speaker 1: with him. Let's see this is uh yeah, this is
- 12:00Speaker 1: this guy. This happened to him. His ex got the
- 12:03Speaker 1: house and her new man moved in. He pays for it,
- 12:06Speaker 1: so technically it's his house. But that's what I'm saying.
- 12:08Speaker 1: You're gonna hold a grudge. I mean, dude, if you
- 12:10Speaker 1: lose a house and a divorce as a man. And
- 12:13Speaker 1: I know a lot of you guys are not gonna
- 12:15Speaker 1: like it when I say this, but it's because you're
- 12:17Speaker 1: a bunch of pathetic you know.
- 12:19Speaker 2: I don't care what happens. I don't care she cheats
- 12:21Speaker 2: on you. Be a man.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Walk out that walk out that uh that that front
- 12:26Speaker 1: door with your bags and start over, your man. You
- 12:29Speaker 1: should be able to start over. Don't sit there and
- 12:31Speaker 1: cry whine hold a grudge. I don't care what she
- 12:34Speaker 1: does to you. Walk out, okay, and start over, because
- 12:39Speaker 1: that's what men are supposed to do. Already, four, two, five,
- 12:43Speaker 1: four seven seven, Hey, room, she should uh, he should
- 12:48Speaker 1: leave that chick for one who has an apartment that's
- 12:51Speaker 1: willing to let her apartment go to move in? Is well,
- 12:58Speaker 1: what if you mean what if he leaves the chick
- 13:00Speaker 1: for the house, gets a girl with an apartment and
- 13:02Speaker 1: she has a better apartment than him, then what does
- 13:04Speaker 1: he do? So when you started off, this guy's crazy, right,
- 13:08Speaker 1: he says. Apparently he's been dating this woman over a year.
- 13:12Speaker 1: They're talking about moving in together. Apparently she lives in
- 13:14Speaker 1: the house that she got her divorce. He lives in
- 13:18Speaker 1: an apartment. He feels weird moving in with her because, well,
- 13:23Speaker 1: her ex.
- 13:23Speaker 2: Husband lived there with her. I just I don't know
- 13:25Speaker 2: more than it's going.
- 13:26Speaker 4: On, Romeo. If it's one thing that Raider Dave has
- 13:30Speaker 4: done is watched a lot of episodes of Divorced parts.
- 13:32Speaker 4: So I'm gonna say, you're tripping. She came in with nothing,
- 13:37Speaker 4: she's leaving with nothing.
- 13:40Speaker 2: Wait, what do you mean she got the house? What
- 13:41Speaker 2: you talking about?
- 13:43Speaker 4: Exactly? I mean? But but yeah, the last call, I
- 13:46Speaker 4: act like she helped him feel something.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, married to him for
- 13:50Speaker 1: two months.
- 13:51Speaker 2: Yeah, I got you Yeah, you're trying to.
- 13:54Speaker 4: Help her out. So yeah, I got a disagree on
- 13:57Speaker 4: that one.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Okay, I'm different.
- 13:59Speaker 4: If you've all jumping together, then she may be entitled
- 14:02Speaker 4: and the man can walk away.
- 14:05Speaker 1: It's right later already four two five, four seven seven,
- 14:11Speaker 1: Hey roam, But is fully paid off or she still
- 14:14Speaker 1: has to pay for it to keep her house?
- 14:16Speaker 2: Wow, that is a good question. That's a very good question.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Is the house outright hers because she got in the
- 14:22Speaker 1: divorce or does she still have to make payments? Because
- 14:25Speaker 1: people don't realize that sometimes that when you get divorced
- 14:28Speaker 1: and you keep the house, and if it's not paid off,
- 14:31Speaker 1: you keep the payment too. You don't just get the
- 14:34Speaker 1: you know, unless you know, unless the husband has to
- 14:38Speaker 1: pay off the house. But yeah, that's not I don't
- 14:43Speaker 1: believe that's how that works. And you could over value
- 14:46Speaker 1: a house. I saw, this was funny. I saw a
- 14:48Speaker 1: poor girl. She she married a friend of mine, and
- 14:54Speaker 1: my friend is a little a little shisty. Right, they
- 14:59Speaker 1: got the she ended up keeping the house, getting the
- 15:02Speaker 1: house valued at whatever. I think it was valued over
- 15:05Speaker 1: a million dollars or something like that. Right, So in
- 15:08Speaker 1: the divorce settlement she got a million plus dollars in
- 15:12Speaker 1: her divorce from this guy, but a million of it
- 15:15Speaker 1: was the value of the house, and the house still
- 15:19Speaker 1: they still owed some money on the house, so I believe,
- 15:24Speaker 1: if I correct, I believe she ended up staying there
- 15:26Speaker 1: for a few months, but ended up selling the house
- 15:29Speaker 1: because she couldn't afford it. So some of these guys
- 15:33Speaker 1: are pretty tricky. So you're right, is the house fully
- 15:35Speaker 1: paid for or not? I don't know. Yeah, I don't know.
- 15:40Speaker 1: That's a good question, But I mean, does it really matter?
- 15:44Speaker 1: Is it really that big of a deal moving into
- 15:47Speaker 1: moving in with some woman who got a house in
- 15:49Speaker 1: a divorce?
- 15:49Speaker 2: I mean, you live in an apartment.
- 15:51Speaker 1: I mean worst case scenarios, things don't work out and
- 15:54Speaker 1: you know, to you go back to an apartment or
- 15:57Speaker 1: I don't know, your ego might be a litt your
- 15:59Speaker 1: feelings might be a little too much involved in this
- 16:01Speaker 1: one hot any foe boy one the rhythm in the valley,
- 16:03Speaker 1: it's Romeo.
- 16:04Speaker 2: I'm what's going on?
- 16:05Speaker 4: Now that I understand the conversation a little bit more,
- 16:08Speaker 4: I'd like to say that the apartment guy is tripping
- 16:11Speaker 4: big time. You know, he has nothing to feel bad about.
- 16:15Speaker 4: He's upgrading that.
- 16:16Speaker 5: In fact, come in half a conversation and have an
- 16:23Speaker 5: opinion on half a nonsense and then go, wait a second,
- 16:26Speaker 5: I wouldn't even know.
- 16:27Speaker 1: What he was talking about.
- 16:28Speaker 4: Well, well, because i'm working. You know, I'm working. Sometimes
- 16:31Speaker 4: I'm listening to you in the corner. But right now
- 16:33Speaker 4: I got you got my full attention, and he's tripping.
- 16:35Speaker 4: He's upgraded. If anything's been that man, and thank you

- 19:16Speaker 1: the Dodgers. You got a Dodger room in your house.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Who's repping the Dodgers? Just in their everyday life, and
- 19:24Speaker 1: then we'll go through those photos. I'll choose a winner.

- 19:53Speaker 1: were at the games, but the ones who rep.
- 19:55Speaker 2: Them every day.
- 19:55Speaker 1: What you've got going on right now, which means I'm
- 19:58Speaker 1: probably gonna see some guys with some hats on, maybe
- 20:03Speaker 1: some tattoos. I don't know what kind of Dodger tattoo
- 20:05Speaker 1: you'd have. Let me see here. Let's see what we
- 20:07Speaker 1: got here, all right, who's this? That's awesome? My guys
- 20:13Speaker 1: wearing a red shirt with Dodger blue on. That's pretty good.
- 20:17Speaker 1: That's pretty good what you got going on here? My man?
- 20:20Speaker 2: Uh yeah, all you guys got your Dodger hats on.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Come on, you're gonna have to come a little more
- 20:25Speaker 1: correct than that, right than a Dodger hat. Oh wait,
- 20:28Speaker 1: he's got My man, here's got the Dodger hat and
- 20:32Speaker 1: he's got the Dodger bob ahead on the dash. So
- 20:37Speaker 1: there you go. Well that's pretty good right there. I mean,
- 20:39Speaker 1: that's better than just a hat. Right, come on, who's
- 20:42Speaker 1: repping the Dodgers right now? Already? Four two five, four
- 20:45Speaker 1: seven to seven? A blue hat?
- 20:48Speaker 7: Is that?
- 20:48Speaker 8: All?
- 20:49Speaker 1: Is that? All it takes? Is that how committed you are?
- 20:51Speaker 1: Raider fans were all black every day because of the
- 20:58Speaker 1: because of because of their fans. Oh shoot, my guy
- 21:08Speaker 1: headed to work. He's got his that's pretty awesome. He's
- 21:12Speaker 1: got his vest on. Oh that's kind of cool. He's
- 21:16Speaker 1: got his vest on with his Dodger skull. It's a
- 21:19Speaker 1: you know, a skull ahead of a skull with his
- 21:22Speaker 1: Dodger hat on.
- 21:23Speaker 2: It looks kind of like airbrush or whatever.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Not airbrush, but yeah, it's a photo that he has
- 21:28Speaker 1: on his safety vest. And his safety vest is blue
- 21:31Speaker 1: and us so yeah, Oh that's a good one. That's
- 21:36Speaker 1: a good one already. Four to two, four or seven
- 21:38Speaker 1: to seven. I had it made for every day for
- 21:41Speaker 1: the haters. That's on my way to work Rome every day.
- 21:45Speaker 1: That's yeah, that's representing, that's going above and beyond. So
- 21:50Speaker 1: let me see here, what do you guys who's repping
- 21:52Speaker 1: the Dodgers right now? So far? My boy, it's actually Rader,
- 21:57Speaker 1: Rob is repping pretty solid right now. Work wouldn't let
- 22:01Speaker 1: me wear the hat, so I had to do this. Oh,
- 22:04Speaker 1: they wouldn't let you wear a hat, Dodger hat. So
- 22:06Speaker 1: you made this little safety vest.
- 22:07Speaker 2: That's that. That's a good one, all right.
- 22:10Speaker 1: What do we got going on?
- 22:11Speaker 2: A room room?
- 22:13Speaker 1: I don't want the tickets, but don't mind the music.
- 22:16Speaker 1: But my house every day the big flag at the end,
- 22:20Speaker 1: eight by twelve flag. Oh man, he is rocking a
- 22:26Speaker 1: huge flag. That's crazy, all righty four two five, four
- 22:30Speaker 1: or seven to seven. Oh damn, she got the jersey
- 22:35Speaker 1: and that hat on heading off the work.
- 22:38Speaker 2: That's a good one.
- 22:39Speaker 1: That is a good one too, all righty for two five, four,
- 22:42Speaker 1: seven to seven?
- 22:43Speaker 2: Like I said, we got.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Dodger that's creating. My guy, he sent me a photo
- 22:54Speaker 1: of his work hat, hard hat. He just drew LA
- 22:57Speaker 1: on it, and he actually did a pretty decent job
- 22:59Speaker 1: drawn on and honestly already four to seven and seven.
- 23:04Speaker 1: Like I said, we got the Dodgers. I got a
- 23:05Speaker 1: pair of tickets for you on my way to work.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Can't dirty my white jersey. Oh he's got he's rocking
- 23:12Speaker 1: his hat and his and his LA shirt. It looks
- 23:16Speaker 1: like okay, okay, Like I said, we got tickets.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Dannie Rodriguez, he's our guy.
- 23:21Speaker 1: He's got teas and passes or season tickets to the Dodgers.
- 23:24Speaker 1: He likes to give him away when he can't make it,
- 23:25Speaker 1: So we do it a lot, uh two tickets. I
- 23:28Speaker 1: got them for you. You gotta go to tomorrow night's game, though,
- 23:30Speaker 1: you gotta go to the game seven ten Giants and Dodgers.
- 23:32Speaker 4: What's up, Radier?
- 23:35Speaker 3: Rock?
- 23:35Speaker 1: That is your jacket? You know, that's your your vest?
- 23:38Speaker 1: Your work vest? What is it?
- 23:40Speaker 4: Yeah? My work vest, safety vest. I got it on
- 23:43Speaker 4: right now.
- 23:44Speaker 1: How come? How come they wouldn't let you wear a
- 23:47Speaker 1: dodg your hat?
- 23:49Speaker 4: You know what? They want us to wear our reliable.
- 23:51Speaker 1: Energy oh company hats.
- 23:53Speaker 4: Okay, well that's fair company hat. So that way we
- 23:56Speaker 4: don't go into customer's house representing any type of team
- 24:00Speaker 4: on our hats because they don't just want to see
- 24:01Speaker 4: my vest. They just quit with me. They said, I
- 24:03Speaker 4: can't wait with you.
- 24:04Speaker 1: That's pretty badass. I'm gonna I'm gonna give you the tickets.
- 24:07Speaker 7: Rob.
- 24:07Speaker 1: That's pretty good. That's good. The skull with the cap on,
- 24:11Speaker 1: it's pretty solid.
- 24:13Speaker 4: Yeah, I had it. I designed it myself and then
- 24:15Speaker 4: I just sent it in and they printed it for himself.
- 24:17Speaker 1: Was like, oh hell yeah, and uh so you can
- 24:21Speaker 1: you go to the game tomorrow night?
- 24:23Speaker 4: Yeah that's an l a right, yeah, yeah.
- 24:25Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, all right, Rob, We I'm gonna give
- 24:29Speaker 1: you the tickets, all right, Hold on a second, all right,
- 24:31Speaker 1: so you guys gonna have to wait for the next time.
- 24:33Speaker 2: Don't worry. Daniel's so busy.
- 24:34Speaker 1: He always has extra tickets to the Dodgers. So we'll
- 24:37Speaker 1: get you guys hooked up next time. Uh we come around.
- 24:40Speaker 2: What else?
- 24:40Speaker 7: Did you know?
- 24:41Speaker 1: Somebody sent me a video of flags? You guys got flags?
- 24:44Speaker 1: And uh what did you send me? Here? All right?
- 24:48Speaker 2: A four two pop.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Full or seven seven A room? I wanted your opinion
- 24:53Speaker 1: on something my wife and I are having a problem
- 24:56Speaker 1: with our daughter now. Our daughter has always wanted to
- 24:59Speaker 1: go to college. She's graduating at the end of the month,
- 25:03Speaker 1: and she's decided she doesn't want to go to college now.
- 25:07Speaker 1: She wants to just start her life. She doesn't really
- 25:10Speaker 1: know what she wants to do. Now. My wife is
- 25:13Speaker 1: very upset about it. She really is. She really wanted
- 25:18Speaker 1: her to go to college and make something of her house,
- 25:21Speaker 1: of her house of herself. I myself am a business
- 25:26Speaker 1: owner and have done pretty well to take care of
- 25:29Speaker 1: this family. So I think she can make it no
- 25:32Speaker 1: matter what. My wife and I disagree. Rome what do
- 25:36Speaker 1: you think. I think that you don't need college to
- 25:42Speaker 1: be a success, and I think college can help you
- 25:46Speaker 1: become a success. I think it just depends on who
- 25:49Speaker 1: the individual is. And but you said she doesn't know
- 25:56Speaker 1: what she wants to do. I think that's what you said. Yeah,
- 26:00Speaker 1: you made that in the tech. Let me go through
- 26:02Speaker 1: the message again that she's not sure what she wants
- 26:04Speaker 1: to do. She just knows she doesn't want to go
- 26:06Speaker 1: to college. Then I would say that your wife needs
- 26:12Speaker 1: to get on board because the problem is if she
- 26:16Speaker 1: doesn't want to go to college and I'm assuming she's
- 26:20Speaker 1: what eighteen years old, she doesn't want to go to college.
- 26:23Speaker 1: She's not going to succeed there. If she doesn't want
- 26:25Speaker 1: to go, it doesn't matter. People will, people will go
- 26:27Speaker 1: to college. There were people that I have friends that
- 26:29Speaker 1: went to college never just wasted their life, wasted, not
- 26:32Speaker 1: their lives, but wasted their time in college trying and
- 26:35Speaker 1: it was never going to be for them, you know.
- 26:37Speaker 2: And I have friends that peoples now.
- 26:39Speaker 1: Own very successful businesses that are doing good, doing great. Actually,
- 26:45Speaker 1: they used to force college on you. So no, I
- 26:51Speaker 1: think if you're I mean, if you've succeeded, why is
- 26:53Speaker 1: your wife acting like that? If you've succeeded as a
- 26:57Speaker 1: business owner to provide for a family, why is your
- 27:01Speaker 1: wife worried about your daughter? Why is your wife so adamant?
- 27:05Speaker 1: I bet your wife went to college.
- 27:07Speaker 7: Huh.
- 27:07Speaker 1: That's why college people usually first force college on their kids.
- 27:12Speaker 1: So no, I think she'll be fine. I mean, if
- 27:14Speaker 1: you've made it, then I mean she'll she'll figure out
- 27:17Speaker 1: something that she wants to do.
- 27:18Speaker 2: I mean, give her a little bit of time.
- 27:21Speaker 1: I'm not one of those people that think she need
- 27:23Speaker 1: to force an eighteen year old into something immediately.
- 27:26Speaker 2: You know, they might need a.
- 27:27Speaker 1: Little time just to come out, you know, after high school,
- 27:30Speaker 1: to realize what the real world is like. You know,
- 27:34Speaker 1: she should get a job, whatever that job may be,
- 27:36Speaker 1: if she doesn't already have one.
- 27:37Speaker 2: But no, your wife's wrong.
- 27:40Speaker 1: Your wife needs to change her opinion or she's just
- 27:42Speaker 1: gonna drive a wedge between her and her daughter's relationship.
- 27:48Speaker 1: College isn't for everybody, and there's nothing wrong with that
- 27:52Speaker 1: already four two five, four or seven to seven. Although
- 27:55Speaker 1: I do believe this, I will say this, I do
- 27:57Speaker 1: think you should go to college for a little while
- 27:59Speaker 1: if you don't know what you want to do, just
- 28:01Speaker 1: to see you know. Ah, what do you say here? Hey, Roam,
- 28:04Speaker 1: how can you tell tell that guy that his daughter
- 28:08Speaker 1: doesn't need to go to college easily? It's just it's
- 28:11Speaker 1: not for everybody. There are so many options. I have
- 28:14Speaker 1: so many friends that didn't go to college and are
- 28:17Speaker 1: so far much more. I have two college degrees, and
- 28:20Speaker 1: they and these guys are so much more successful. Guys
- 28:23Speaker 1: and girls are so much more successful in me. They
- 28:25Speaker 1: run their own businesses, they make more money, they have
- 28:29Speaker 1: wonderful lives and nothing to do with college.
- 28:32Speaker 2: But then again, I have.
- 28:34Speaker 1: Some friends that are thriving who went to college, So
- 28:39Speaker 1: I mean it works both ways. You just have to
- 28:40Speaker 1: figure out what your kid wants and not force something
- 28:44Speaker 1: on them.
- 28:44Speaker 2: The problem is, you guys all think.
- 28:46Speaker 1: College is the way, well, college graduates all think college
- 28:49Speaker 1: is the only way to succeed, and it's not. You
- 28:53Speaker 1: have to figure out what your kid wants to do
- 28:56Speaker 1: and how they're going to succeed, and sometimes it's college,
- 29:01Speaker 1: sometimes it's not. So that's how I can sit here
- 29:03Speaker 1: and say not college isn't for everybody, you know, It's
- 29:08Speaker 1: just I have friends that went to college. I have
- 29:10Speaker 1: friends are who are girls that went to college just
- 29:13Speaker 1: to meet a guy, and now they're married with children
- 29:15Speaker 1: and they're stay at home wives with college and their
- 29:17Speaker 1: husbands are college graduates. I mean, it just everybody has
- 29:21Speaker 1: to figure out how you're gonna how you're gonna provide,
- 29:23Speaker 1: provide and succeed in whatever matter, whether you do it
- 29:26Speaker 1: from college or whether you do it from a trade school,
- 29:28Speaker 1: or whether you just work your way up in the
- 29:30Speaker 1: oil fields. It doesn't matter however you get there, just
- 29:33Speaker 1: as long as you get there. So that's how I
- 29:35Speaker 1: can say that already four two five four or seven
- 29:39Speaker 1: to seven.
- 29:40Speaker 2: I got a text messes from a guy.
- 29:41Speaker 1: I guess his daughter. She's graduating here pretty soon, and uh,
- 29:46Speaker 1: she decides she doesn't want to go to college. Now,
- 29:47Speaker 1: I guess the mom is upset. His wife is upset
- 29:49Speaker 1: about it. I'm gonna guess she's a college graduate and
- 29:52Speaker 1: that's why they she's so disturbed she doesn't go to college.
- 29:58Speaker 1: He just he said he'll owns a business and he's
- 30:01Speaker 1: done very well in his business, and so he's okay
- 30:04Speaker 1: with his daughter deciding not to go to college, which
- 30:07Speaker 1: is fine. You can't send somebody to do something they
- 30:11Speaker 1: don't want to do. They really makes it hard for
- 30:13Speaker 1: them to succeed. And I know there's a lot of
- 30:17Speaker 1: you college graduates out there that are going to Romeo.
- 30:21Speaker 1: You can't be telling people not to go to college.
- 30:23Speaker 2: You can't say yes, I can. I'm a college graduate,
- 30:27Speaker 2: you know. And my degree has nothing to do or
- 30:30Speaker 2: my two degrees.
- 30:31Speaker 1: One of them kind of has to do with what
- 30:32Speaker 1: I do, the other one has nothing to do with
- 30:34Speaker 1: what I've done for a living for the past thirty years,
- 30:37Speaker 1: absolutely nothing.
- 30:40Speaker 2: I have friends that aren't college graduates.
- 30:42Speaker 1: Nobody, And when I've graduated a school. That's all they
- 30:47Speaker 1: pushed you. Go to college, go to college, go to college,
- 30:49Speaker 1: and never showed you a different path to be successful.
- 30:53Speaker 1: And somebody has to show these kids a different path.
- 30:57Speaker 1: I mean, first of all, you're all not going to
- 30:59Speaker 1: be an influencers. That's the first thing you got to
- 31:01Speaker 1: get out of their heads. You're all not going to
- 31:03Speaker 1: be famous on TikTok. You're all not going to be
- 31:05Speaker 1: famous on YouTube and make a gazillion dollars. Okay.
- 31:08Speaker 2: People still have to work.
- 31:10Speaker 1: People still have to find a trade or something a
- 31:13Speaker 1: career that makes you successful. Okay. But they're out there.
- 31:21Speaker 1: So that's how I can sit here and say, ah, Rom,
- 31:24Speaker 1: you're telling every given every No, I'm not, I'm not.
- 31:26Speaker 1: I'm giving you the best advice. In fact, you know
- 31:29Speaker 1: what I should do. I should be a high school
- 31:33Speaker 1: counselor because I could look at these kids and see
- 31:36Speaker 1: what they're interested in and make sure they head down
- 31:39Speaker 1: a path for success and financial stability instead of trying
- 31:43Speaker 1: to push something on them then they don't want to do.
- 31:48Speaker 1: It's just ridiculous. Hey, Rome, if the kid don't want
- 31:52Speaker 1: to go to college and is not working after high school,
- 31:54Speaker 1: when do you, as a parent stop paying for their things?
- 32:00Speaker 1: I well, never, I don't know. I'm gonna tell you this.
- 32:05Speaker 1: This is and that we're gonna have a different opinion
- 32:07Speaker 1: on paying for kids financially. If you can afford it,
- 32:14Speaker 1: I would help. I would help kids financially. Okay, assuming
- 32:18Speaker 1: you can afford it. Here's the thing about paying about
- 32:22Speaker 1: out of high school. Nobody said she wasn't gonna get
- 32:26Speaker 1: a job. I mean, you got to get a job, right,
- 32:30Speaker 1: But I think you should give kids a little a
- 32:32Speaker 1: little break.
- 32:32Speaker 2: I mean, high school's rough.
- 32:34Speaker 1: High schools for for Here's the thing that nobody understands.
- 32:41Speaker 1: And this is what you what you moms and dads
- 32:44Speaker 1: don't get is you apply your life and your trials
- 32:49Speaker 1: and your and your tribulations to your kids. So you
- 32:52Speaker 1: can sit there and go, you know what, high school
- 32:55Speaker 1: is easy. When you're ten years out of high school
- 32:57Speaker 1: or twenty years out of high school and you know,
- 33:00Speaker 1: got your career and you've done, high school is meaningless.
- 33:03Speaker 2: Okay, you're like, oh, high school.
- 33:04Speaker 1: So irrelevant, But try telling a sixteen year old girl
- 33:09Speaker 1: high schools arrelevant when you're trying to manage and manipulate
- 33:13Speaker 1: or get through high school or a sixteen year old
- 33:15Speaker 1: boy or fourteen year old, twelve year old. I don't
- 33:18Speaker 1: know how old freshmen are, but my point is their
- 33:21Speaker 1: experiences in high school is real.
- 33:24Speaker 2: Now.
- 33:25Speaker 1: Just because your way past high school and you've overcome
- 33:28Speaker 1: your experiences and made it through doesn't mean what they're
- 33:31Speaker 1: going through today isn't real. You can't discount that. You
- 33:36Speaker 1: can't tell your kids, hey, high school doesn't mean anything.
- 33:40Speaker 1: You'll see well, and they will see, but they're not
- 33:44Speaker 1: going to see while they're going through it every day.
- 33:47Speaker 1: So you need to give them a break. So back
- 33:51Speaker 1: to your question, whence you should stop paying, Probably two
- 33:53Speaker 1: years or a year, give them at least twelve months
- 33:58Speaker 1: out of high school to figure it out, to regroup,
- 34:02Speaker 1: to see what the real world's like now that they're
- 34:04Speaker 1: not caught an accessible of high school. I mean, the
- 34:09Speaker 1: hardest thing you've ever gone through is the hardest thing
- 34:11Speaker 1: you've ever gone through, And just because you've lived longer
- 34:17Speaker 1: to go through harder things doesn't mean what they're going
- 34:19Speaker 1: through isn't difficult. Assuming that it is, okay, I would
- 34:25Speaker 1: say give them a year to figure it out if
- 34:27Speaker 1: they don't want to go to college, or maybe they'll
- 34:29Speaker 1: decide to go to college. I would say, if some
- 34:31Speaker 1: kid comes out of high school and they just and
- 34:33Speaker 1: they need a break, I would say a year.
- 34:36Speaker 3: Big room to see how glue man?
- 34:38Speaker 7: What up?
- 34:38Speaker 1: Lou?
- 34:39Speaker 3: Hey, I one hundred percent agree with everything you're saying
- 34:42Speaker 3: right now. Man, I think there's some people that just
- 34:47Speaker 3: don't either want to go to college or college is
- 34:51Speaker 3: not for them, you know. Yeah, but I do think
- 34:55Speaker 3: they need to get a job.
- 34:57Speaker 2: Well yeah, and everybody's got to get a job.
- 34:58Speaker 1: That's not what we're talking We're not talking about just
- 35:00Speaker 1: being a burden to society. We're just talking about finding
- 35:04Speaker 1: a different path to success, however you get there. It's
- 35:06Speaker 1: not College is not the only way to succeed.
- 35:10Speaker 3: Yeah, I agree, man. I didn't go to college, and
- 35:12Speaker 3: I'm perfectly fine.
- 35:13Speaker 1: You know, you're doing great, lou.
- 35:17Speaker 3: I could use that as an example.
- 35:19Speaker 8: Cool man, I'm gonna use you as an example when
- 35:23Speaker 8: everybody says that, okay, all right, already pour to you
- 35:29Speaker 8: bout for seven seven who didn't go to college.
- 35:32Speaker 1: You let us. He let his old lady go to college.
- 35:34Speaker 1: He supports him. Uh hey, rom Another point you got
- 35:37Speaker 1: to make is a degree or is the degree or
- 35:40Speaker 1: career your child is seeking worth the debt you guys
- 35:42Speaker 1: are about to take on that. I don't know about that. Yeah,
- 35:45Speaker 1: you're right, big boy, Big boy's right about that. But
- 35:48Speaker 1: big Boy's got plenty of money. He's uh, he's paying
- 35:50Speaker 1: for all his kids debts, so they're good, all right.
- 35:54Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 35:54Speaker 1: The point is, there's just other options. There's other ways.
- 35:57Speaker 1: You know, you got to find what your way is
- 35:59Speaker 1: to make it.
- 36:00Speaker 2: Egam On to Rome. Why doesn't that fool just give
- 36:02Speaker 2: her a job?
- 36:04Speaker 1: If he runs a successful business, one day someone has
- 36:06Speaker 1: to take over the family business or not. I mean
- 36:09Speaker 1: maybe not.
- 36:12Speaker 2: I think that, uh, maybe the daughter doesn't.
- 36:15Speaker 1: Want to take over the business or whatever his business is.
- 36:18Speaker 1: You just never know.
- 36:19Speaker 2: I mean, you gotta, you just but you can't force.
- 36:22Speaker 1: Your kids to do something because you did it. You know,
- 36:26Speaker 1: they have to want to. I know a guy, if
- 36:31Speaker 1: buddy of mine's kid went four years of college, graduated,
- 36:34Speaker 1: got a great degree, could be making some real good money.
- 36:37Speaker 2: It just wasn't for him. Once he got out of school.
- 36:39Speaker 1: He spent a little time bumping around, and now he
- 36:42Speaker 1: joined the military and he's doing he's really flourishing. He
- 36:45Speaker 1: loves it so different strokes. I mean, you know what
- 36:48Speaker 1: I'm saying, You gotta figure it out? Le'd you send
- 36:53Speaker 1: here already? Four to two, four or seven A seven?
- 36:55Speaker 8: Rome?
- 36:56Speaker 1: Yes, parents should help at most for one to two years.
- 36:59Speaker 1: Give the kids young adults two years to find themselves,
- 37:02Speaker 1: save up money, and yes, figure it out.
- 37:04Speaker 2: I agree with you.
- 37:05Speaker 1: At the same time, when the second year comes, have
- 37:08Speaker 1: them pay some rent so they can learn good habits
- 37:10Speaker 1: and because nothing is free.
- 37:12Speaker 2: I mean that's fair.
- 37:13Speaker 1: But yeah, I mean, if your kids are coming out
- 37:15Speaker 1: of high school and they just really don't know, I
- 37:17Speaker 1: mean you should still support them, help them figure it
- 37:20Speaker 1: out for at least a year. I'll give you two years.
- 37:23Speaker 2: I'm okay with you with that.
- 37:25Speaker 1: What are we talking about?
- 37:26Speaker 2: Hey, Rome, it's hard to take Seahawk Lou seriously?
- 37:29Speaker 1: Huh Yeah, I mean he is an idiot, so it's
- 37:32Speaker 1: hard to take dummies dummies seriously. But he seems to
- 37:35Speaker 1: be living his best life. However he figures it out.
- 37:37Speaker 1: You know, he seems to be doing alright, so whatever
- 37:39Speaker 1: he's doing is working. You can't argue too much, right
- 37:42Speaker 1: already four two, four or seven seven?
- 37:45Speaker 2: Hey, you have a cheese fan.
- 37:46Speaker 1: I didn't go to college, but I did, only fans
- 37:48Speaker 1: turned out to be all right, you're an idiot. Look, man,
- 37:55Speaker 1: you gotta take it. You gotta take it at least
- 37:58Speaker 1: a little bit seriously. Man, what we're talking about. All
- 38:02Speaker 1: I'm saying, though, there's different ways to succeed. Okay, you
- 38:04Speaker 1: don't need to go to college. So if this girl
- 38:07Speaker 1: decided she doesn't want to go to college, the mom
- 38:09Speaker 1: is probably a college graduate, so she's probably pissed that
- 38:12Speaker 1: she's not following in her footsteps. Dad's a business owner,
- 38:15Speaker 1: he said, he runs a successful business, raised a family
- 38:19Speaker 1: off it. I mean, how you gonna how are you
- 38:21Speaker 1: gonna be mad either way with what whatever this girl
- 38:26Speaker 1: decides to do. Okay, she'll figure it out. It just
- 38:32Speaker 1: it's it really is. He just got to be supportive, man,
- 38:38Speaker 1: support your kids so that they can be successful. However
- 38:41Speaker 1: they get there, all right, just however they get there
- 38:45Speaker 1: already four two five, four or seven seven?
- 38:52Speaker 2: Oh I just forgot what else I was gonna say
- 38:54Speaker 2: about that, But yeah.
- 38:55Speaker 1: All right, just so you know, for the guy, just
- 38:59Speaker 1: to reiterate, if she doesn't want to go to college,
- 39:01Speaker 1: she's not going to succeed in college. She'ld just help her. Maybe, yeah,
- 39:05Speaker 1: maybe the guy's right. Give her a job with you,
- 39:07Speaker 1: just to have her do some stuff around your business,
- 39:10Speaker 1: to take up the time until she figures out what
- 39:12Speaker 1: she really wants to do. You know, already pour two, five, four,
- 39:17Speaker 1: seven and seven. And the good thing about deciding out
- 39:20Speaker 1: of high school is you know you're young. You got
- 39:23Speaker 1: plenty of time to figure it out. You know, she
- 39:26Speaker 1: might take a year off and then decides she wants
- 39:29Speaker 1: to go to college.
- 39:30Speaker 2: There's nothing wrong with that.
- 39:31Speaker 1: I mean, when you're young, you can make the mistakes
- 39:34Speaker 1: because you got time to figure it out. Okay, already
- 39:37Speaker 1: pour two, five, four ards seven to seven. Hey, Romeo,
- 39:40Speaker 1: you need to be careful. You got these kids listening
- 39:42Speaker 1: to you, and they're gonna take your advice and not
- 39:45Speaker 1: go to college and not be successful. No, I don't
- 39:50Speaker 1: need to be I know exactly what I'm talking about.
- 39:53Speaker 2: I'm smarter than you. Okay.
- 39:55Speaker 1: If your kid doesn't want to go to college and
- 39:57Speaker 1: you force them to go to college, they're just gonna fail.
- 40:00Speaker 1: What if they want if they're interested in something, maybe
- 40:02Speaker 1: they're good with their hands, maybe they're good doing something,
- 40:04Speaker 1: why don't you help them focus on that to be successful.
- 40:07Speaker 1: College is not the only way to win. So now,
- 40:12Speaker 1: don't tell me I need to be careful. I know
- 40:14Speaker 1: exactly what I'm doing, and I'm right already four two, five,
- 40:17Speaker 1: four or seven to seven. Hey, Romeo, I have a
- 40:20Speaker 1: friend in school debt for twenty g's and today she
- 40:25Speaker 1: has a job that has nothing to do with her
- 40:27Speaker 1: degree and has an amazing job, family and huge home.
- 40:31Speaker 1: Her son now has a successful business. He wasn't successful
- 40:34Speaker 1: in high school, so didn't choose college, but still did
- 40:38Speaker 1: something good with his life.
- 40:40Speaker 2: Well, he's probably successful because his parents are successful.
- 40:42Speaker 1: Successful people usually raise successful people. How you get there
- 40:47Speaker 1: is you know, they just all do it differently. It's
- 40:50Speaker 1: good for the kids that do college, but it's also
- 40:53Speaker 1: okay to choose a different path, and we as parents
- 40:56Speaker 1: should support that. You should support that. You have to
- 40:59Speaker 1: support that, because.
- 41:00Speaker 2: What's the ultimate goal.
- 41:03Speaker 1: The ultimate goal being a parent should be to make
- 41:06Speaker 1: sure by the time you die that your kids are
- 41:10Speaker 1: self sufficient, self sufficient, able to take care of themselves
- 41:17Speaker 1: and productive parts of society. Right, Hey, whoever brought whoever
- 41:23Speaker 1: brought OnlyFans up? Can they explain the point of that?
- 41:28Speaker 1: Don't all these dudes that pay that paper that know,
- 41:34Speaker 1: there's all kinds of free porn out. I don't know.
- 41:37Speaker 1: I don't care about only fans. I don't even know
- 41:39Speaker 1: how to get on only fans. Hey go over a
- 41:41Speaker 1: good morning, Romeo. Who needs college? I just turned my
- 41:45Speaker 1: walk in closet into a music studio so my son
- 41:48Speaker 1: can take us out of the hood. Well, there you go.
- 41:51Speaker 2: Hopefully it works out for you. I mean, that's what
- 41:53Speaker 2: I'm saying there.
- 41:55Speaker 1: There are many ways. There are many paths to success.
- 42:00Speaker 1: For some people, it's college. For some people, it's a
- 42:02Speaker 1: trade school. For some people, it's just to hit the
- 42:04Speaker 1: workforce and work your way up. For some people, it's
- 42:07Speaker 1: I don't know, start your own business. For some people,
- 42:09Speaker 1: there's a lot. For some people it's just get married.
- 42:12Speaker 1: I mean, there's a lot of different ways to success.
- 42:15Speaker 1: Everybody has a different path. The problem is you guys
- 42:18Speaker 1: are always trying to push your kids down the path
- 42:21Speaker 1: that you want them to go down, because you're not
- 42:23Speaker 1: listening to your kids and you're not really helping them.
- 42:27Speaker 1: This whole thing started because a guy texted me and
- 42:30Speaker 1: he said his daughter decided he didn't want to go
- 42:32Speaker 1: to college. The wife's pissed at or it's causing problems.
- 42:35Speaker 2: He said. He he didn't go to college.
- 42:36Speaker 1: He started a business which he's has been very successful
- 42:39Speaker 1: for him and his family. So I don't know. Not
- 42:43Speaker 1: everybody needs college, man, Hey Roan, we need more people.
- 42:46Speaker 2: And that this come from me.
- 42:47Speaker 1: I'm a college graduate. I have two college degrees, so
- 42:49Speaker 1: I am a college graduate, but I do a silly
- 42:54Speaker 1: radio show. Right.
- 42:56Speaker 2: We need more people entering the trades.
- 42:59Speaker 1: Not everybody's capable of doing college and being successful exactly.
- 43:05Speaker 1: College is not for everybody. There is something for everybody.
- 43:10Speaker 1: I think you just got to find what that is.
- 43:13Speaker 1: And nobody listens. Everybody's aye, you gotta go to college
- 43:16Speaker 1: out of high school? You got I mean, I don't
- 43:17Speaker 1: know if they still push that. Do they still push
- 43:19Speaker 1: college out of high school? I don't know if they do.
- 43:21Speaker 1: They did when I was in high school that that
- 43:24Speaker 1: was the you know, that was what everybody should do.
- 43:28Speaker 1: That's how you were gonna win. When that's not real.
- 43:32Speaker 1: But now, I mean, you guys are fighting a whole
- 43:34Speaker 1: nother struggle with YouTube and TikTok. Everybody swears they're going
- 43:37Speaker 1: to be a podcast, or everybody swears they're entertaining, right,
- 43:41Speaker 1: everybody thinks that all they need to do is get
- 43:42Speaker 1: online and they're gonna be Now you're not. You guys
- 43:44Speaker 1: are not entertaining. Okay, I know some of you are,
- 43:47Speaker 1: some of you aren't. Well, some of you are. Almost
- 43:50Speaker 1: all of you aren't. So that's all you got to
- 43:53Speaker 1: probably fight that battle too with your kids. Right the
- 43:55Speaker 1: twitch is everybody's gonna be what's his name? What's the
- 43:58Speaker 1: guy who's real successful with twitch? And I can't think
- 44:01Speaker 1: of his name right now. I can pick Truski. Is
- 44:03Speaker 1: that who it is? I can't remember who it is.
- 44:07Speaker 1: But yeah, you gotta find the one. You gotta find
- 44:11Speaker 1: what works for the person and how they can succeed.
- 44:15Speaker 1: I mean, that's really what you gotta do already four two, five,
- 44:18Speaker 1: four or seven to seven. Hey, Romeo, I want to
- 44:21Speaker 1: tell you what happened to me. When I was sixteen
- 44:24Speaker 1: years old, I got pregnant. My mom was so upset
- 44:28Speaker 1: she was ready to kick me out of the house
- 44:30Speaker 1: and make me go live with the guy that knocked
- 44:32Speaker 1: me up. My dad said, nope, we're gonna help her.
- 44:37Speaker 1: My dad said, nope, where You're going to help her
- 44:40Speaker 1: and make sure that she has a good life. So
- 44:44Speaker 1: my dad and my mom ended up helping me with
- 44:46Speaker 1: the baby. When I graduated high school, I ended up
- 44:50Speaker 1: going into hair and now I'm very successful. I own
- 44:54Speaker 1: a hair salon here in Bakersfield. Would you mind throwing now,
- 44:58Speaker 1: I'm not going to give you a shot out. I
- 45:00Speaker 1: should give your parents a shot out for handling the situation.
- 45:03Speaker 1: I mean that's exactly what they should have done, is
- 45:07Speaker 1: to support you, and now look at you. Give you
- 45:11Speaker 1: a shot out. I'll give your parents a shot out. Hey, Rome,
- 45:15Speaker 1: I don't have a college degree. I got my class A.
- 45:18Speaker 1: I'm an own operator making good money. Yeah. I know
- 45:20Speaker 1: a couple of dudes, by the way, just to be
- 45:22Speaker 1: honest with you, I know a couple of cats that
- 45:25Speaker 1: own their own trucking businesses and are just doing so
- 45:29Speaker 1: well that their wives don't work. They just they have
- 45:31Speaker 1: great lives. I mean that's what they plan to do.
- 45:34Speaker 1: So it just depends on what it is that you
- 45:38Speaker 1: want to do, what it is that you are good
- 45:41Speaker 1: at and that you can be successful at. Okay, that's
- 45:44Speaker 1: really what it comes down to. And stop pushing your
- 45:47Speaker 1: kids to do stuff that they don't want to do.
- 45:49Speaker 1: Help them find what they enjoy and they can make
- 45:53Speaker 1: money off of. That's what you got to figure out. Yesterday,
- 45:57Speaker 1: yesterday some friends of mine actually went to college with
- 46:00Speaker 1: We're driving through Bakersfield. They were going from up north
- 46:05Speaker 1: down south. They're doing a little vacation in San Diego,
- 46:08Speaker 1: and so they stopped by for lunch. We got together
- 46:11Speaker 1: for lunch. We were, you know, talking, you you get
- 46:13Speaker 1: together with old friends. I mean we talk a lot.
- 46:16Speaker 1: It's not like I don't ever talk to them. That's why,
- 46:18Speaker 1: you know.
- 46:19Speaker 2: So we stopped why we're talking for lunch.
- 46:22Speaker 1: And it was funny because now, when we were in college,
- 46:26Speaker 1: she was a volleyball player. She played for the volleyball team.
- 46:29Speaker 1: He was a soccer player. He played for the soccer team.
- 46:33Speaker 1: So they were both you know, athletes, they're both in
- 46:36Speaker 1: amazing shape. Well, you know, they got married, she had
- 46:39Speaker 1: a couple of kids, and they're in their forties mid forties.
- 46:43Speaker 1: And the reason I say this is because when we
- 46:45Speaker 1: were talking, one of the conversations that came up was,
- 46:48Speaker 1: you know, how everybody was in college.
- 46:50Speaker 2: And she says, I look great after a couple of kids.
- 46:54Speaker 2: And she goes she starts.
- 46:55Speaker 1: Talking about bragging about how in her forties, how amazing,
- 46:59Speaker 1: she looked, and she does, she looks amazing, she looks great. Well,
- 47:03Speaker 1: she looks great for her forties. And I said, you
- 47:08Speaker 1: think you and I asked him this. He didn't answer it,
- 47:10Speaker 1: by the way. I said, you think you are better
- 47:14Speaker 1: today than when you were a college volleyball player. And
- 47:19Speaker 1: she goes, well, yeah, I look great. I'm like and
- 47:22Speaker 1: but she kept preferencing. After a couple of kids, I'm
- 47:26Speaker 1: in my mid forties, she kept giving, you.
- 47:29Speaker 2: Know, preferencing. She looks great, and she does.
- 47:32Speaker 1: There's nothing wrong with that, but the cont to have
- 47:35Speaker 1: the conversation of no, you don't you look good. Yes
- 47:39Speaker 1: for everything that you've just said, but you do not
- 47:42Speaker 1: look better than when you were a college athlete, okay,
- 47:47Speaker 1: And we were laughing about it. I go, she goes, yes,
- 47:50Speaker 1: but I'm so much smarter in this, and then I go, yeah, mentally, mentally,
- 47:54Speaker 1: you are probably better today than you were in your twenties.
- 47:58Speaker 1: Absolutely you were not. I mean, she's still attractive, she still,
- 48:03Speaker 1: you know, looks great. But when you have to sit
- 48:07Speaker 1: there and go, when you have to quantify something, I
- 48:11Speaker 1: look great for fifty, I look great for forty. Well, okay,
- 48:14Speaker 1: but do you ever think about it competing with yourself?
- 48:18Speaker 1: And this is how I brought it up to her.
- 48:20Speaker 1: I said, let me ask you this question. If you
- 48:23Speaker 1: were competing against your twenty five year old self for
- 48:26Speaker 1: your husband, who do you think would win? Even? She said,
- 48:32Speaker 1: her twenty year old self, Because it's.
- 48:34Speaker 2: True, right, have you gotten better with age.
- 48:39Speaker 1: Already? Four? Two, five, four or seven to seven? You
- 48:41Speaker 1: guys ever thought about that? You guys always you know,
- 48:44Speaker 1: people always talk about well, if I knew this back then,
- 48:46Speaker 1: I would have been unstoppable. You know, I look great
- 48:50Speaker 1: for this today and everybody people like to, you know,
- 48:56Speaker 1: boost them, pump themselves up, which is fine, But do
- 49:02Speaker 1: you ever think about competing with your younger self? Who
- 49:06Speaker 1: do you think would win? If you had to compete
- 49:08Speaker 1: with your younger self, you ten years ago, you twenty
- 49:10Speaker 1: years ago?
- 49:12Speaker 2: Who would win that competition? In whatever capacity?
- 49:16Speaker 1: Right?
- 49:17Speaker 9: Oh, good morning Romeo?
- 49:19Speaker 1: Hey, what's up?
- 49:22Speaker 9: So I am gonna be forty six this year? Like
- 49:26Speaker 9: that you said, the lady said that she looks good.
- 49:29Speaker 3: I have never looked so.
- 49:30Speaker 9: Good in my life like I look good. Like when
- 49:32Speaker 9: I was younger, I don't think I would have been attractive.
- 49:36Speaker 7: But now I am very extracted because I get hit.
- 49:38Speaker 9: On all the time.
- 49:38Speaker 4: But I can tell you.
- 49:39Speaker 9: Right now, my younger me would whoop my ass. Now
- 49:48Speaker 9: win it by walking up a flight of stairs. I
- 49:51Speaker 9: have to getting out of bed. It takes me good
- 49:54Speaker 9: five to ten minutes before I get out of bed,
- 49:56Speaker 9: Like somebody is just okay, it's good looking body, but
- 50:01Speaker 9: the body in the inside is body my age.
- 50:04Speaker 1: Wait, so you say, but you said you look better
- 50:08Speaker 1: today than you did when you were younger.
- 50:11Speaker 9: Yes, okay, but yeah, I guess I don't know how,
- 50:15Speaker 9: like how it is like I don't know how that happened.
- 50:18Speaker 7: But yeah, it's weird.
- 50:21Speaker 1: Okay, Okay, I appreciate it. Thanks you calling. I mean,
- 50:28Speaker 1: it's it's it's hard for me to believe that.
- 50:31Speaker 2: But unless you were I mean, yeah, I get it.
- 50:33Speaker 2: I'm talking about Yeah.
- 50:36Speaker 1: Okay already four two, five, four, seven to seven? The
- 50:39Speaker 1: point is, did you get better with age? Did you
- 50:42Speaker 1: get better with age? All right?
- 50:45Speaker 2: What do you got here?
- 50:45Speaker 1: Eight? Four, two, five, four, seven and seven eight Romeo,
- 50:48Speaker 1: it's funny you brought this up.
- 50:49Speaker 2: I'm going through this right now.
- 50:53Speaker 1: I have two daughters in college who are very good
- 50:58Speaker 1: looking and very attractive. They are spitting images of their mother. Now,
- 51:03Speaker 1: my wife is trying to keep up with them. She
- 51:05Speaker 1: stays in great shape, but she just can't do it.
- 51:10Speaker 1: So I'm watching it play out. She oh, my wife,
- 51:15Speaker 1: she my wife is actually competing with herself, which is
- 51:20Speaker 1: our two daughters right now. It is so funny to
- 51:24Speaker 1: watch because she tries to dress, she tries to dress younger,
- 51:28Speaker 1: she tries to act like she can do everything they
- 51:30Speaker 1: can do, and it just doesn't work. Rome It's kind
- 51:33Speaker 1: of funny, well, funny and sad. I mean, that's probably
- 51:38Speaker 1: the better question, right, all of these women out here,
- 51:41Speaker 1: these Rosedale moms that were pretty pretty good looking, pretty
- 51:46Speaker 1: pretty hot in their day and probably have these daughters
- 51:50Speaker 1: that are that are good looking and hot today, and
- 51:54Speaker 1: you guys are try to keep up with your daughters, right,
- 51:57Speaker 1: that's probably a better better conversation stationed a half. So
- 52:03Speaker 1: that's pretty funny already. Four twobopo or seven to seven,
- 52:07Speaker 1: Hey roam, what happened to your boy and the girl
- 52:10Speaker 1: at the bar with the Laker jersey? Oh yeah, the
- 52:12Speaker 1: other night when the Laker what was that Monday night?
- 52:14Speaker 1: I can't remember one day that was nothing happened yet
- 52:17Speaker 1: they uh, they hung out. They hung out for the
- 52:20Speaker 1: rest of the game, and then they got together. I
- 52:24Speaker 1: think they got together the next night. I actually think
- 52:28Speaker 1: they're getting together now to watch the playoffs. I think
- 52:31Speaker 1: now they're just I mean getting together to watch playoffs,
- 52:34Speaker 1: all right, So yeah, I guess it's moving forward or whatever.
- 52:39Speaker 1: I mean. I don't know. I don't know exactly what's
- 52:41Speaker 1: happening yet, but they're they're seeing each other again.
- 52:44Speaker 7: I know that. Dat well MEO, aren't we changing the
- 52:47Speaker 7: subjects like really quick?
- 52:49Speaker 4: For something?
- 52:49Speaker 7: Last week? Said a guy called that she ain't sit
- 52:53Speaker 7: well was whole time, and I talked to you about that.
- 52:57Speaker 2: Wait, okay, what do you what happened?
- 52:59Speaker 1: Go ahead, Yeah, what you done?
- 53:01Speaker 3: No?
- 53:01Speaker 7: I guess I guess the guy I called in and
- 53:03Speaker 7: said something about like, oh, his wife doesn't want to
- 53:07Speaker 7: take care of the kids whatever she gets works because
- 53:10Speaker 7: like she's too tired, and that like didn't sit well
- 53:13Speaker 7: with me, because us as parents, as mothers, we know
- 53:17Speaker 7: breaks at least, I don't you know what I mean? So, brother,
- 53:21Speaker 7: if you go to work and you you saw to
- 53:24Speaker 7: tend to your kids, that's the same set well with because.
- 53:29Speaker 6: I get it.
- 53:31Speaker 2: What you say, Okay, yeah, that just.
- 53:35Speaker 7: That, just that just irritated me. So I mean, I
- 53:39Speaker 7: worked sixteen hour shifts and I still come home and
- 53:42Speaker 7: tend to to my kids, you know what I mean.
- 53:44Speaker 7: So there is no such thing as as media as
- 53:46Speaker 7: a break or get a break. So yeah, I just
- 53:49Speaker 7: wanted to change on and just just share my opinion
- 53:52Speaker 7: on that absolutely.
- 53:55Speaker 1: Okay, All right now I meant, don't let him bother
- 54:03Speaker 1: you all lead what's going on?
- 54:06Speaker 4: Well, I gotta agree with that last caller. Okay, Radder
- 54:10Speaker 4: Dave is getting better with time, better with time.
- 54:13Speaker 2: Hold on, Radder Dave.
- 54:15Speaker 1: Someone said, no room, tell that lady to just call
- 54:17Speaker 1: to send him before and after pick.
- 54:19Speaker 2: Oh, I don't need to see him before that.
- 54:20Speaker 4: I'll send them before and after picks. But let me
- 54:22Speaker 4: explain rad to Dave. He said, a fat, little ugly guy.
- 54:25Speaker 4: When he was young, he never could get a girl
- 54:27Speaker 4: at all. Okay, and now the tables have turned. All
- 54:30Speaker 4: the fine chicks got four or five kids around welfare,
- 54:34Speaker 4: all the guys that were athletic or a'll crack kids,
- 54:38Speaker 4: And here rayder Dave is responsible. You know, I couldn't
- 54:42Speaker 4: do push ups back then. Now I'm doing Berkeleys every day,
- 54:46Speaker 4: so the tables have turned. I could never get a
- 54:48Speaker 4: date back in junior high high school. All the girls
- 54:50Speaker 4: just wanted to be my friend. Now they're all trying
- 54:52Speaker 4: to slide to my DM.
- 54:54Speaker 1: Now you're better, huh way better.
- 54:56Speaker 4: I'm aging like wine.
- 54:58Speaker 2: All right, ridder Dave, thanks for going.
- 55:00Speaker 1: There you go, I mean there you go. All right,
- 55:03Speaker 1: Raider Dave's better today than he was back in the days.
- 55:05Speaker 1: Getting better as you get older, I think you get okay, yeah,
- 55:11Speaker 1: do you get better with time? You're talking about competing
- 55:13Speaker 1: with yourself? Eight four two five four seven seven A Romeo,
- 55:18Speaker 1: let me break it down for you.
- 55:19Speaker 2: Hold on a second, good morning.
- 55:21Speaker 1: Now, what's going on?
- 55:23Speaker 4: What's up?
- 55:23Speaker 7: Romeo?
- 55:24Speaker 9: Rob?
- 55:24Speaker 1: Here?
- 55:24Speaker 7: What up? Rob?
- 55:26Speaker 4: What's up?
- 55:26Speaker 1: Hey?
- 55:27Speaker 3: Raider Dave is right.
- 55:28Speaker 7: We do timeline and I could say my grilling, my grilling.
- 55:32Speaker 4: When I first started, it was okay. Now I'm tak
- 55:35Speaker 4: dog going to grill and io a lot of people.
- 55:41Speaker 1: All right, all right, all right, hey, Ron, the table
- 55:47Speaker 1: left turned. I used to turn him out and that
- 55:51Speaker 1: on that table at Laredo. Oh, Raider Dave, this is
- 55:55Speaker 1: nasty Nate, Yeah.
- 55:56Speaker 2: Nasty nay.
- 55:57Speaker 1: One day we're gonna have that nasty day to explain
- 55:59Speaker 1: this reallylationship with Raider Dave when they were in Laredo
- 56:03Speaker 1: already four two pop four or seven and seven. So
- 56:05Speaker 1: let me read this to you because this guy, I
- 56:07Speaker 1: think breaks it down pretty good, says Romeo.
- 56:09Speaker 2: Let me break it down for you.
- 56:12Speaker 1: When it comes to men, we cannot compete with ourselves
- 56:17Speaker 1: with our we cannot compete with our younger selves physically
- 56:21Speaker 1: because when we're younger, we're stronger, we're faster. But mentally
- 56:26Speaker 1: we become smarter, we become assuming you become smarter, we
- 56:31Speaker 1: become more financially stable, which is more appealing to women. Now, women,
- 56:39Speaker 1: on the other hand, are the opposite. They can become smarter,
- 56:42Speaker 1: they can become richer, but it still comes down to
- 56:45Speaker 1: how they look. So when it comes to women competing
- 56:49Speaker 1: with their younger selves, from a looks standpoint, there's no competition.
- 56:59Speaker 1: Let me see if I can understand what he said.
- 57:01Speaker 1: So men, Yeah, I guess he's right. I guess that
- 57:03Speaker 1: makes sense. Huh. Men cannot compete with their younger selves physically,
- 57:08Speaker 1: but mentally and financially they would beat their younger selves. Right, Yeah,
- 57:14Speaker 1: young broke, you get out you could be a young
- 57:17Speaker 1: a young meathead with no money and dumb is dirt.
- 57:21Speaker 1: You run into a tor the twenty year old or
- 57:25Speaker 1: the thirty year old, the twenty plus year old version
- 57:29Speaker 1: of you, who's got a job, a lot smarter. Yeah,
- 57:33Speaker 1: competing for that girl, he'd probably get her over. Yeah,
- 57:36Speaker 1: maybe you're right, maybe that, Maybe you're right. Hey, Rome,
- 57:41Speaker 1: greater Dave sounds like a dumb ass. Girls aren't looking
- 57:44Speaker 1: for for a sucked up dude. They don't want to
- 57:47Speaker 1: pay on They don't want to pay on eating good.
- 57:51Speaker 1: They don't want to pay on eating good. They're looking
- 57:53Speaker 1: for a husky guye that pays like the wait.
- 57:57Speaker 2: Okay, hey, roam that lady and.
- 58:00Speaker 1: Raider to day got the Benjamin button. The young me
- 58:05Speaker 1: in high school looked better, but was shorter and weaker.
- 58:09Speaker 1: I weighed sixty pounds less and jump higher, short and skinny.
- 58:13Speaker 1: Now twenty years later, I'm taller, faster, and stronger, solid
- 58:17Speaker 1: two hundred pounds of muscle. Can't jump as high, but
- 58:20Speaker 1: I will bully the younger me. I know more than
- 58:24Speaker 1: I did back then, pulling more women now because of
- 58:27Speaker 1: my muscle.
- 58:28Speaker 2: Okay, well, I mean.
- 58:31Speaker 1: That's the pointer are you better today than you were
- 58:33Speaker 1: back then. I mean, that's a legitimate question. All right,
- 58:38Speaker 1: what do you got here? Yo?
- 58:39Speaker 7: Rome?
- 58:40Speaker 2: Grown men strength.
- 58:41Speaker 1: I can definitely beat my twenty twenty three year twenty
- 58:45Speaker 1: three year old selfs But okay, I mean maybe maybe,
- 58:51Speaker 1: maybe maybe. I'm not gonna argue with you. I don't
- 58:53Speaker 1: know what you were like at twenty three or what
- 58:55Speaker 1: you like now, but all right, that's fair already four
- 58:58Speaker 1: two five four seven in the seven eight ROWM.
- 59:01Speaker 2: Can I ask you a quick question?
- 59:04Speaker 1: I know it's not on topic, but about about eight
- 59:08Speaker 1: months ago, my wife's sister lost her husband. Last night
- 59:15Speaker 1: I had to meet the new guy that she's dating,
- 59:18Speaker 1: and we're having a conversation, and my wife said that
- 59:21Speaker 1: if anything ever happens to her, I better not start over. Okay, okay,
- 59:33Speaker 1: I don't know, I don't do.
- 59:35Speaker 2: What do you want me to?
- 59:35Speaker 1: What do you want me to tell you? I have
- 59:37Speaker 1: a I will tell you a funny story about that though.
- 59:39Speaker 1: I have a buddy. Him and his wife been together
- 59:41Speaker 1: since high school, and he always tells me if anything
- 59:44Speaker 1: happens to him, that I'm not supposed to like the
- 59:46Speaker 1: new guy she goes out with. And because he you know,
- 59:50Speaker 1: And I keep telling him if he's cool, I'm gonna
- 59:52Speaker 1: hang out with him, especially if he's got a boat.
- 59:55Speaker 2: So I can't help you. Broh, you're gonna be dead.
- 59:58Speaker 1: And so I don't know how.
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: What do you want me to tell you?
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: Man, she's gonna if you could start over, if your wife,
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: if your wife goes first, there's no problem. She's gonna
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: be gone anyways. It won't matter, okay, right, What a
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: weird conversation to have already?
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: Four two pove four seven seven.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: Hey, Romeo, did you just say, like eight months ago,
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: that that lady lost her husband and she already moved on? Yeah?
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: I did say that. That's what they told me.
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: What's uh?
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: What's the problem?
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: How long? Oh? Here, hold on? Don't you think that's
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: a little soon? Rome after losing the love of your life? Uh,
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: she probably should have waited a little longer. I don't
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: know why. Why should she have waited a little longer
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: than eight months? I don't I don't know how long
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: should you wait? I don't know already four two? Well,
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: I do know.
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: I have an opinion, but mine's gonna be a little.
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: And that is this, if you break up with somebody,
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: whether it be a breakup or divorce or whatever the
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: case may be.
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: Then I think you.
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: Should give it a little time to cool off, get
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: over your emotions, figure it out, because there's a chance
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: you may get back together. Okay, there's a chance that
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: there may be a way to fix the relationship and
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: end up together. I'm not saying it's gonna happen. I'm
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: just saying it's a possibility. When you lose a partner,
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: then I don't there's absolutely no chance for you to
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: get back together, Okay, And so I don't judge people
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: as harshly or judge them at all. Basically, actually don't
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: judge anybody on when they decide to when they decide
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: that they're ready to move on to a new relationship.
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: But there's no possible ability of you getting back together.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: You're not disrespecting that person by moving on. You're just
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: not I mean, you would hope that the person you're
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: with right now, and my buddy is not that person
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: when he always tells me if he goes before his wife,
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: he does not want her to see anybody ever again.
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: But you should. You would hope that the person you
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: are with right now loves and cares for you enough
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: that if something God forbid ever happened to you, that
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: you wouldn't move on and be happy. They didn't want
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: you just to sit at be lonely the rest of
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: your life. I mean, who wants that for somebody that
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: they care about? And so I don't think there is
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: a time limit if you lose somebody. I don't think
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: there's a time limit. Whenever you feel like you are
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: ready to move on is absolutely fine, because there's absolutely
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: no there's not a possibility to getting back together already
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: four two, five, four or seven seven? Hey, what up
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: with all these ghetto people just thinking about fighting their
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: younger selves? Reminds me of that Chris Rock stand up
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: where he's like, oh, you went to college, but can
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: you kick my ass? Though the conversation started off a
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: female thinking she looks better than she did back in
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: the back in the day, shaking my head, yeah, I mean,
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: what do you expect though? Guys are stupid? I mean,
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: especially in Bakersfields, most of these neanderthal meatheads are just
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: they're stupid.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: Do you expect the morning?
- 1:03:23Speaker 3: Every morning?
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: Morning?
- 1:03:24Speaker 7: Four one
