- 0:00Speaker 1: Well, hey, rady, messy nor'easter kind of a day. We'll
- 0:03Speaker 1: get to the mayoral race in just a second. We've
- 0:06Speaker 1: got lots to talk about there. The Columbus Day parade
- 0:09Speaker 1: has been canceled, very unusual, but then it doesn't look
- 0:13Speaker 1: like it'll be rescheduled. Amazing day in the Middle East,
- 0:17Speaker 1: President Trump right now in Egypt, it's the Peace Summit.
- 0:20Speaker 1: But this morning he spoke in Israel in front of
- 0:23Speaker 1: the Knesset and made a powerful speech. It was an
- 0:26Speaker 1: incredible moment. Bb Net and Yahoo talked about their relationship.
- 0:33Speaker 1: He thanked everybody, Steve Whitcoff, Jared Kushner finally made himself
- 0:37Speaker 1: useful again, and Marco Rubio, Pete Hegsith all there. It
- 0:43Speaker 1: was powerful stuff. If you didn't see it, it was
- 0:46Speaker 1: early this morning, take a look at it. Watch the speech.
- 0:49Speaker 1: It was quite quite powerful. And now the summit is
- 0:53Speaker 1: taking place. The hostages have been released. The pictures are
- 0:56Speaker 1: starting to pour out of these hostages, these emaciated looking,
- 1:02Speaker 1: abused hostages, seven hundred and thirty eight days in captivity.
- 1:07Speaker 1: But the pictures are coming out of them, all being
- 1:10Speaker 1: reunited with their families. Powerful pictures. The remains of the
- 1:14Speaker 1: hostages that die, those will be released during the week.
- 1:18Speaker 1: But it's quite a day. Go easy on your Democrat friends.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Go easy on your liberal friends. This is a terrible
- 1:24Speaker 1: day for them. They don't like to see anything good
- 1:28Speaker 1: happen to President Trump or Israel, so this is a
- 1:32Speaker 1: double whammy for them. They're really upset today. Go easy
- 1:34Speaker 1: on them today. The MSNBC crowd, I'm looking at their faces.
- 1:39Speaker 1: They look so frustrated as they cover this, trying to
- 1:42Speaker 1: figure out how to explain why this is all bad.
- 1:45Speaker 1: They just don't seem to be able to do it. So, Hey,
- 1:47Speaker 1: the mayor all race, where does this stand now? Mom
- 1:51Speaker 1: Donnie has a lead. We don't have any real polls yet.
- 1:54Speaker 1: These are these college poles, these junk polls, but it's
- 1:58Speaker 1: clear that Mom Donnie has some of a lead. We
- 2:00Speaker 1: just don't know how much. Cuomo seems to be in
- 2:03Speaker 1: second place. Curtis gaining momentum. The debate is Thursday night.
- 2:10Speaker 1: This Thursday night is the first debate. There'll be another
- 2:14Speaker 1: one the following week, but that'll be on New York One,
- 2:17Speaker 1: which nobody sees. But this in moments from the debate
- 2:21Speaker 1: can go viral. That's the important thing. Cuomo is not
- 2:25Speaker 1: a good debater. He talks slow and he talks like this,
- 2:31Speaker 1: so he doesn't do well in debates. That's how I'm
- 2:34Speaker 1: Donnie got the nomination. In the two debates in the primary,
- 2:37Speaker 1: Ma'm Donnie just wiped the floor with Cuomo, so he's
- 2:41Speaker 1: not good in debates. This could be a very bad
- 2:43Speaker 1: night for Cuomo unless unless he figures out how to
- 2:47Speaker 1: become a good debater in the next few days. But
- 2:50Speaker 1: Donnie's a good debater. He's a fast, talking, slick, good debater.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Curtis is a professional debater for thirty five years, best
- 2:57Speaker 1: debater in the race, So Cuomo could look old and
- 3:02Speaker 1: tired compared to these two. It may be a bad
- 3:06Speaker 1: night for him. Now will it turn the race around?
- 3:09Speaker 1: I don't know. But if Curtis lands some real serious blows,
- 3:14Speaker 1: if he really hits Mamdanni with some knockout punches, that
- 3:19Speaker 1: could turn the race around. Now, it's Channel four, that's
- 3:23Speaker 1: better than New York one, but not everybody watches the
- 3:25Speaker 1: TV debates. So the most important thing is that get
- 3:29Speaker 1: a lot of social media, a lot of YouTube, a
- 3:32Speaker 1: lot of that, and then something has to go viral.
- 3:34Speaker 1: From there, there has to be some moments where Mamdanni
- 3:38Speaker 1: is exposed. If that's the case, that could turn the
- 3:41Speaker 1: race around. One very unique thing about New York City.
- 3:44Speaker 1: You don't see this really anywhere else but in a
- 3:46Speaker 1: New York City mayoral race. And I don't know why
- 3:49Speaker 1: the whole race can change in the last two three weeks.
- 3:52Speaker 1: We've seen it happen another time. It's happened many times
- 3:55Speaker 1: a New York City mayoral race. Somebody could have a
- 3:57Speaker 1: commanding lead, be in the lead the whole time. I mean,
- 4:00Speaker 1: then the last two or three weeks, the whole thing
- 4:02Speaker 1: turns around. We've seen that in New York City. Could
- 4:05Speaker 1: happen this time. So Thursday night could be the deciding
- 4:09Speaker 1: night of the debate. This Thursday night, Channel four. I
- 4:12Speaker 1: think it's seven o'clock that's the debate. So that's the key.
- 4:18Speaker 1: As I mentioned, there was a big gallat dinner Saturday
- 4:20Speaker 1: Columbus Club that it's the dinner for the Columbus Day parade.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Million VIPs, a big ballroom, thousand people there, tuxedos and
- 4:32Speaker 1: in fact, take a look at my Instagram you see
- 4:33Speaker 1: some pictures of me and Curtis there. But it's a
- 4:37Speaker 1: fun night. It's a great night celebrating, and Curtis was
- 4:40Speaker 1: mobbed everywhere he went in the room and people just
- 4:43Speaker 1: wanted to take pictures of curse. Clomo. Seem mad, he
- 4:46Speaker 1: seemed gloam, he seemed angry. He's glaring and glaring at me,
- 4:50Speaker 1: glaring at people, and then some in the media he
- 4:53Speaker 1: actually started a fight with I don't know why he
- 4:55Speaker 1: thought that was the place to do it. Other people intervene.
- 4:58Speaker 1: He said, hey, this is not the place, or this
- 5:01Speaker 1: trying to argue with it, So I don't know. He
- 5:03Speaker 1: just looked very upset. He did not look like a
- 5:05Speaker 1: happy guy. So Mam Donnie has been doing interviews, but
- 5:10Speaker 1: he's been very careful to go into this word salad,
- 5:13Speaker 1: not the Kamala Harris drunken word salad, but more of
- 5:17Speaker 1: a slick, polished word salad. But in other words, it
- 5:20Speaker 1: was Mam Donnie trying to duck questions, trying to avoid
- 5:24Speaker 1: the answers. So this is leading up to the debate,
- 5:27Speaker 1: and that could be the problem in the debate where
- 5:29Speaker 1: it kind of becomes obvious that this guy's an empty suit.
- 5:32Speaker 1: He's a good salesman, he's a fast talker. You know Cuomo,
- 5:36Speaker 1: and he talks slow like this. It's not but Mam,
- 5:39Speaker 1: Donnie can talk a mile a minute. When you talk
- 5:41Speaker 1: this fast, it sounds like you're very smart. You know,
- 5:43Speaker 1: you can talk faster than people can think. They think
- 5:45Speaker 1: that you know a lot of stuff. It just takes
- 5:48Speaker 1: a little practice. But I don't believe in that method.
- 5:54Speaker 1: These younger techie guys, you know, like who was that
- 5:58Speaker 1: guy last time around? He ran in the mirror race.
- 6:02Speaker 1: I can't remember his name, Yang, Andrew Yang. That was
- 6:05Speaker 1: the guy Andrew Yang. And to a certain extent vivek Ramaswami.
- 6:08Speaker 1: They're like young tech, sort of wealthy, and when they
- 6:13Speaker 1: talk they talk about the minute and they explain things
- 6:14Speaker 1: to you like this. They talk really fast, and they're
- 6:16Speaker 1: talking so fast you think, well, this guy was don't
- 6:18Speaker 1: all this stuff look on fast? He talks so it works. Hey,
- 6:24Speaker 1: you know, Eric Adams has this woman wrote a book.
- 6:29Speaker 1: I guess she's a reporter. So she wrote a book
- 6:31Speaker 1: supposedly about their sex, like that she had some sort
- 6:34Speaker 1: of affair with him, although it doesn't look like she
- 6:36Speaker 1: really did. Looks like she really exaggerated, but reporters are
- 6:40Speaker 1: all over it and Adam's not happy about it. I
- 6:44Speaker 1: think he's just kind of annoyed that he hasked to
- 6:46Speaker 1: even respond to this. Hey, Adams in real life quite
- 6:50Speaker 1: the charming guy. He's a good looking guy in real life.
- 6:52Speaker 1: I've been out with him. I've watched him. He can
- 6:55Speaker 1: flirt pretty good with women. He knows how to do it.
- 6:57Speaker 1: But from what I could see, not much really goes on.
- 6:59Speaker 1: But he didn't like the reporter asking about this.
- 7:02Speaker 2: Some of you that have been covering me, so, you know,
- 7:05Speaker 2: you guys, could you guys, could part let me do this?
- 7:07Speaker 1: You could depart, You could depart.
- 7:10Speaker 2: Some of you have been recovering me for three and
- 7:13Speaker 2: a half years. You're some of you are so sick
- 7:16Speaker 2: and dark, and you're the leader of that. You're one
- 7:18Speaker 2: of the most dark writers that I've ever seen in
- 7:22Speaker 2: this city. And your personal sick vendetta and the sickness
- 7:27Speaker 2: of how you think of over sexualizing a black man
- 7:31Speaker 2: that in the book it stated that there was a
- 7:32Speaker 2: sexual action in Borough Hall that was never in the book.
- 7:35Speaker 2: But that's typical of the sickness and the darkness of
- 7:39Speaker 2: your sick mind.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Well, you see, he's becoming Trump. Of course you gotta
- 7:44Speaker 1: do it like Trump, a little more humor. You gotta
- 7:46Speaker 1: like laugh at the guy and point to this guy here,
- 7:49Speaker 1: this is the worst. You're the worst. This guy is
- 7:51Speaker 1: what a uh? He's not happy about this book.
- 7:54Speaker 2: There was a book that came out that Jasmine Ray
- 7:57Speaker 2: wrote and in the Daily News today it was stated
- 8:03Speaker 2: that there was a sexual action that happened in Borough
- 8:06Speaker 2: Hall should be put in that book, and it wasn't.
- 8:10Speaker 2: You're a dog sick person, man. You know that you're
- 8:12Speaker 2: a dog sick person. Your name was on a your
- 8:14Speaker 2: name was on your name was on a Bydeline. And
- 8:17Speaker 2: there's some of you, some of you that have been
- 8:19Speaker 2: covering me. You know what you guys? Could you guys,
- 8:23Speaker 2: could part let me do this dupart to DuPont.
- 8:26Speaker 1: Now, this is shocking, not the allegation that anybody saw
- 8:31Speaker 1: the Daily News. Did you know you could still see
- 8:33Speaker 1: the New York Daily News. There actually is such a thing,
- 8:36Speaker 1: believing or not as a New York Daily News. It
- 8:39Speaker 1: apparently it basically went out of business, but they want
- 8:42Speaker 1: to tell them. They don't want to tell the people
- 8:44Speaker 1: who work there, so they're still putting it out. I
- 8:45Speaker 1: don't know who the hell sees it. They print up
- 8:47Speaker 1: like three copies a day. The New York Daily News
- 8:50Speaker 1: has a staff of like three interns that put out
- 8:53Speaker 1: this paper. I don't know anybody sees it. I don't
- 8:55Speaker 1: know where you could find it. I guess they must
- 8:58Speaker 1: have a website, but I think you'd have to pay
- 8:59Speaker 1: to go on the website, and nobody in their right
- 9:01Speaker 1: mind would do that. But if you wanted to get
- 9:04Speaker 1: the New York Daily News, I don't know how could
- 9:06Speaker 1: you do that. I don't even know where you get
- 9:09Speaker 1: a physical newspaper anymore. They still print them. But you know,
- 9:14Speaker 1: like take this neighborhood here, where'd you get those? Bruce
- 9:17Speaker 1: in the control room? Okay? That is that Jim Kerr studio. Okay,
- 9:24Speaker 1: Jim Kerr. Jim Kerr. We love him. He's a very
- 9:27Speaker 1: old school guy, traditional old school guy. He still gets
- 9:31Speaker 1: physical newspapers delivered. Oh you know who else? Yeah? And
- 9:35Speaker 1: then do you know that they still print news Day?
- 9:38Speaker 1: Remember Newsday from years ago? You know who else? The
- 9:41Speaker 1: guy on New York One, Pat Kiernan, who should be
- 9:44Speaker 1: arrested for fraud. This guy does a feature every morning.
- 9:48Speaker 1: This is what he's famous for. It's a feature called
- 9:50Speaker 1: in the papers, and he holds up the newspapers. Now,
- 9:53Speaker 1: listen to this. This is what he does for a
- 9:55Speaker 1: feature on the Morning Show. He goes over what's in
- 9:58Speaker 1: the newspapers? Do you know any show in the world
- 10:02Speaker 1: that doesn't do that. He makes this like it's a
- 10:04Speaker 1: special thing. Now we're going to talk about what's in
- 10:07Speaker 1: the papers. Hey, if you listen to Scott Shannon for
- 10:10Speaker 1: thirty years ago, that's what he did. What's in the papers?
- 10:13Speaker 1: If you listen to me thirties, what's in the papers?
- 10:17Speaker 1: I just did it. Now, I just the first hour
- 10:19Speaker 1: I talked about what was in the newspapers. Everybody does it,
- 10:21Speaker 1: but he holds it up and makes a whole thing
- 10:25Speaker 1: about it. So I guess that's the only thing they
- 10:28Speaker 1: still print. There's still a print edition of the Daily News,
- 10:32Speaker 1: and the New York Post is just for Pat Kiernan
- 10:35Speaker 1: and Jim Kurr, just for these two guys. They're printing.
- 10:37Speaker 1: That's all they print is two copies and no, actually
- 10:40Speaker 1: I looked into this. Now, the Daily News nobody sees.
- 10:43Speaker 1: The Daily News has long forgotten about. But the New
- 10:46Speaker 1: York Post is the biggest payer. The New York Post
- 10:50Speaker 1: print edition has about eighty five thousand circulation the New
- 10:54Speaker 1: York Post print edition, but the website has about three
- 10:59Speaker 1: point eight million every day. So and I don't know
- 11:02Speaker 1: why you'd read that print edition. Go to the website.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Though articles are much longer. There are many more pictures.
- 11:08Speaker 1: There's twenty times more articles, more details. Alsoe you got amember.
- 11:13Speaker 1: When you're reading a print edition of a newspaper, it's
- 11:15Speaker 1: like thirty five hours old. It's not like the old
- 11:17Speaker 1: days where they had printing proflictions going day and night.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Here's the three star edition, the four star edition, the Bulldog.
- 11:23Speaker 1: They just print one edition way out in New Jersey
- 11:26Speaker 1: and then it's old news. Go to the website. It's
- 11:30Speaker 1: much better there, much much better, and a lot cheaper.
- 11:34Speaker 1: You know, well, I don't want to pay for a
- 11:36Speaker 1: subscription on the website. It's much cheaper than buying the
- 11:38Speaker 1: print edition every day. So hey, the other thing about
- 11:43Speaker 1: mont Donnie, just get back to the marrow race. Should
- 11:47Speaker 1: he not get beaten in the debate, should things look bad,
- 11:50Speaker 1: looks like he's going to win, There's a very good
- 11:53Speaker 1: chance he will never serve as mayor. The investigations are
- 11:56Speaker 1: continuing into mom Donnie. They're happening in Washington. There's a
- 12:00Speaker 1: bunch of groups digging into his money. The problem is
- 12:04Speaker 1: foreign money coming into his campaign. If that's proven that
- 12:08Speaker 1: he took foreign money and he knew about it, and
- 12:11Speaker 1: that could be the end of him. They can disqualify him.
- 12:13Speaker 1: They can take him out of the race. Now there's
- 12:15Speaker 1: a minor group that goes through the campaign finance records
- 12:21Speaker 1: and they have found foreign money in his campaign, illegal
- 12:24Speaker 1: foreign donations. They've already found thirteen thousand in illegal foreign donations.
- 12:30Speaker 1: They've reported to the campaign finance board. Mamdannie's campaign has
- 12:34Speaker 1: to return that money. They say they will return it.
- 12:38Speaker 1: So far, they've only give him back five thousand. One
- 12:41Speaker 1: of them was a contribution from his mother. Oh actually
- 12:46Speaker 1: wait the mother in law. I guess mother in law.
- 12:49Speaker 1: So city campaign finance board, which is pretty sleazy. They
- 12:53Speaker 1: said they're in the process of auditing all the campaign.
- 12:56Speaker 1: But there are real news organizations and real investigators looking
- 13:03Speaker 1: into if there was big money coming in dark money
- 13:06Speaker 1: into super packs ending up in his campaign. If they
- 13:09Speaker 1: find that he's out of the race. They may not
- 13:11Speaker 1: find it before election day and he could get elected.
- 13:14Speaker 1: But if they find it between election day and the
- 13:19Speaker 1: end of the year, they can't take him out. They
- 13:21Speaker 1: can remove him. You might end up with Jimani Williams,
- 13:24Speaker 1: the public advocate, but we'll see. Hey. Most important thing
- 13:28Speaker 1: too in November to remember is you got to get
- 13:31Speaker 1: rid of Alvin Bragg, this awful district attorney who lets
- 13:34Speaker 1: all the criminals out. He's up for reelection. Make sure
- 13:37Speaker 1: you vote for the Republican Maud Maren if you're Democrat.
- 13:41Speaker 1: She was a Democrat for years. She's not a real
- 13:43Speaker 1: Republican Republican, but she's tough on crime and she'll put
- 13:47Speaker 1: people in jail. So in November, this is an important thing.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Get rid of Alvin Bragg. Put in Maud Maren as DA.
- 13:54Speaker 1: That will make a big difference in crime. Diane Keaton, Hey,
- 13:59Speaker 1: I'm getting of Instagram followers today all of a sudden,
- 14:02Speaker 1: dozens and dozens and dozens and dozens. Turns out it's
- 14:05Speaker 1: from the picture I put up of Diane Keaton and
- 14:09Speaker 1: Woody Allen. It was the last time they had dinner together.
- 14:11Speaker 1: I was at the next table, got a picture of them.
- 14:13Speaker 1: But it's on my Instagram and it's gone viral like crazy.
- 14:17Speaker 1: So it's uptelic almost a million views. But take a
- 14:21Speaker 1: look at it up on my Instagram. Just go to
- 14:23Speaker 1: Mark Simone NYC at Instagram Mark Simone NYC at Instagram.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Diane Keaton, Andy Hall. Of course the Godfather and don't
- 14:32Speaker 1: forget the Godfather too.
- 14:33Speaker 3: I didn't want your son, Michael. I wouldn't bring another
- 14:37Speaker 3: one of your sons into this world. It wasn't abortion, Michael,
- 14:45Speaker 3: it was a son, a son, and I had to
- 14:47Speaker 3: kill because this must all end.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Well. She was a great actress, she was an Oscar
- 14:54Speaker 1: winner and AFI Award.
- 14:58Speaker 3: I just want to cry, that's all I want to do.
- 15:00Speaker 3: It's just been too much, too great for me. And
- 15:03Speaker 3: then I have a speech, and who cares what I
- 15:05Speaker 3: have to say. I mean, it's all been said. I
- 15:08Speaker 3: just feel horrible about the fact that I have to
- 15:10Speaker 3: do this. I have no interest in it whatsoever.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Yeah, quite a unique character, Diane Keaton. Hey, well take
- 15:16Speaker 1: some calls. Next. Eight hundred three to two one zero
- 15:20Speaker 1: seven ten is the number eight hundred three two one
- 15:23Speaker 1: zero seven ten.
