  [SPEAKER_04]: So I was watching on GameCast and then I got to listen to the last half of the fourth quarter on the radio and stuff like that.

  [SPEAKER_04]: So I was just following along on GameCast and like we're five minutes into the third quarter, whatever.

  [SPEAKER_04]: I, after week one, I said going into the season that we might not get as many sacks, but I think we're going to be a better overall defense than we were the last couple seasons.

  [SPEAKER_02]: So he was playing hurt ankle wrist, didn't matter 13 tackles, had the fun ball against Derek Henry like it's just, you don't even know who's playing defense half the time.

  [SPEAKER_06]: Second down defense, but then also we, a third and long week just kept blowing it in the first little bit.

  [SPEAKER_06]: You know, not the offense of defense settles in and they buckle down and they shut you down and it doesn't like you said it doesn't matter who's out there.

  [SPEAKER_04]: The defense looked lost and we've played zone more than we played man in that game and it was just like, what is going, what are these guys are all in over their heads and since that it's just been, it's total by

  [SPEAKER_04]: Even though we're not playing well on offense, just to have the belief, like, keep you to game, keep it close to the fourth quarter.

  [SPEAKER_04]: that great at least not for any kind of stretch like he plays in spurts a good um he's giving the defense a reason to want to keep it a game late going into the fourth quarter because for whatever reason that's when he figures out he remembers how to play football for three minutes anyway and we go score touchdown we win the game it's it's kind of incredible so

  [SPEAKER_04]: you don't get any of that unless the team is bought in till like what the coaching staff is putting out there and you also have to have for once it's it feels like the Browns have leaders on the field that was always my biggest gripe when Kevin was here people would get mad because Kevin wasn't like a hoot and holler kind of guy and I was like well if he's got to be that you're probably not going to be very good you need guys who are on the field

  [SPEAKER_02]: The Ravens came into this game as a top five offense in total yards per game, and last week with Tyler Huntley at quarterback, they put up almost 400 yards of offense against the Atlanta Falcons, and today we held them to 235.

  [SPEAKER_02]: I thought they're going to boat race us, but defense clamp down offense did nothing whatsoever until fourth quarter, but that's when we needed them to do something.

  [SPEAKER_06]: They're up 10 nothing and I'm like screwed this this and I know everybody was like that because I don't know the way my crowd was no one's going.

  [SPEAKER_06]: And the thing that drives me that not nuts the most about the quarterback play today is we had guys wheeling out.

  [SPEAKER_06]: The skilled position players, if they can get momentum when they catch the ball, it's good for them.

  [SPEAKER_02]: No, and when there is a completion, which today was rare, you know, is that the receiver's feet, they're dropping down, diving, falling to try to catch it, not hitting anybody in stride.

  [SPEAKER_02]: Understand, there's a time in place for those types of throws when you're trying to, you know, keep a guy from taking a bad hit or it's written, you know, the middle of a three man's own, whatever.
