- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to jasonnew Land dot com. My name
- 0:08Speaker 1: is Jason new Land. This is Whisper Wednesday. Let me
- 0:19Speaker 1: boy to sleep, and Vinnie has just awoken at seven
- 0:27Speaker 1: in the morning on I think Wednesday, the second of
- 0:38Speaker 1: July two thousand and twenty five. I've just heard him.
- 0:49Speaker 1: I've heard his ears flap. However, he's not coming here yet.
- 1:00Speaker 1: I don't know. I just flushed the toilets. Maybe that
- 1:08Speaker 1: disrupted his sleep. Anyway, only listen when you can safety
- 1:16Speaker 1: close your eyes. It's quite warm already. It's supposed to
- 1:23Speaker 1: be well according to people that told me, there should
- 1:31Speaker 1: be some rain today, but it looks like it's going
- 1:39Speaker 1: to be. If it does rain, it's going to be
- 1:41Speaker 1: a warm, rainy day. So I'm off to see Uncle
- 1:50Speaker 1: Sausages again, a neighbor. Uncle Sausages, that's what Vin he
- 1:55Speaker 1: calls him. I saw him Monday, Tuesday, because I'm seeing
- 2:04Speaker 1: him today and I'll probably see him tomorrow and Friday
- 2:09Speaker 1: as well. I was hoping to try and just see
- 2:16Speaker 1: him on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, but kind of needs me
- 2:21Speaker 1: to visit a bit more often, so I'll continue to
- 2:25Speaker 1: do that with the hope, but that maybe he'll be
- 2:31Speaker 1: able to go home or come home, so he lives
- 2:35Speaker 1: opposite me. But I really don't know. I genuinely have
- 2:44Speaker 1: a zero idea if he'll be allowed to come home.
- 2:52Speaker 1: When I say aloud, of course he can do what
- 2:54Speaker 1: he wants. He's mobile, so he can physically leave if
- 2:59Speaker 1: he wanted to. But that possibly wouldn't be a good idea.
- 3:09Speaker 1: I don't know if you can hear that. Vinnie's just
- 3:12Speaker 1: climbed onto the sofa with me after after chasing a
- 3:20Speaker 1: fly for a little bit. Now Vinnie is going to
- 3:27Speaker 1: stay with a neighbor. So quarter to nine I'm going
- 3:32Speaker 1: to take him to a neighbor for him to stay
- 3:36Speaker 1: there for the day, well for a few hours, and
- 3:42Speaker 1: then I've got a taxi book to four between nine
- 3:47Speaker 1: and nine point fifteen to go to the hospital. And
- 3:55Speaker 1: Uncle's Sausages has got making weird noises. Uncle Sausages is
- 4:05Speaker 1: having scared. He's having a doctor come around to tell him,
- 4:11Speaker 1: hopefully some kind of treatment plan, because he's he's in
- 4:17Speaker 1: limbo at the moment. He's not really sure what's going on.
- 4:24Speaker 1: He's been in there since Friday last week or the
- 4:30Speaker 1: week before last, so Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Chuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,
- 4:39Speaker 1: and Wednesday. So this is the thirteenth day he's been there.
- 4:45Speaker 1: And other than giving him medication to reduce the ammonia
- 4:51Speaker 1: in his blood to stop him from being so yellow
- 4:57Speaker 1: or cerebral cerebellum or where they call it, it's I
- 5:04Speaker 1: don't think he's on any other medication. And he said
- 5:08Speaker 1: he stopped having that drink as well, so he's not
- 5:10Speaker 1: stopped having that medication constantly getting monitored, constant blood tests.
- 5:20Speaker 1: He's not He's not wired up to any kind of
- 5:24Speaker 1: machine or anything to check his vitals. So you know,
- 5:31Speaker 1: they do come around and do his blood pressure and
- 5:34Speaker 1: stuff like that. He was on a drip for a
- 5:39Speaker 1: short while before his full body scan because he was
- 5:47Speaker 1: kneel by mouth so and it's so hot. They had
- 5:50Speaker 1: to get liquid into his body. Hey, don't be parking, many,
- 5:58Speaker 1: don't be barking. It's too early. There's someone in the garden.
- 6:06Speaker 1: I hope that's not the builders. That's way too early
- 6:11Speaker 1: for them to be coming here and climbing on the roof.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Seven in the morning. Oh, yesterday I heard one of
- 6:21Speaker 1: the builders that basically the scaffolding outside by well outside
- 6:29Speaker 1: my windows, which leads to the roof. I didn't realize
- 6:37Speaker 1: until I got home yesterday afternoon. I can't open my windows.
- 6:47Speaker 1: The scaffoldings so close to my windows, I can't actually
- 6:51Speaker 1: open them. I can put them on a latch, you know,
- 6:57Speaker 1: so they're open kind of a crack. I can't open
- 7:00Speaker 1: them up to let any air in wrong time of
- 7:05Speaker 1: the year for that. Wow, So it's a bit of
- 7:11Speaker 1: a sweat box in there. In the bedroom, I can
- 7:15Speaker 1: open the top window, so I don't know how they
- 7:18Speaker 1: managed to do it, but the living room can't open
- 7:22Speaker 1: any of the windows. So I'm hoping that they'll be
- 7:29Speaker 1: finished fairly greatly because I don't know. Just I don't
- 7:39Speaker 1: want to be sitting in here not being able to
- 7:41Speaker 1: open the windows. I open the windows in the winter
- 7:45Speaker 1: all year round. My windows are open, and now I
- 7:49Speaker 1: can't open them. I think I might have talked enough
- 7:54Speaker 1: about not being able to open my windows. I'm not
- 7:58Speaker 1: really sure what else do I add? And bad bad?
- 8:07Speaker 1: So yeah, I think he's gonna stay with a neighbor
- 8:14Speaker 1: and then I'm I'll head up to the hospital. It
- 8:18Speaker 1: and taxis I got that booked. I couldn't get an
- 8:23Speaker 1: earlier taxi because this is the school run is, so
- 8:32Speaker 1: there's no no taxis between pretty much seven and nine.
- 8:38Speaker 1: And there was no reason I couldn't go there too
- 8:40Speaker 1: early because I'd been waiting around for hours and hours
- 8:46Speaker 1: and getting there at seven. It's a little bit too
- 8:50Speaker 1: early because they were all getting ready and the nurses
- 8:54Speaker 1: are going around and I'm kind of in the way
- 8:57Speaker 1: a little bit and having their breakfast, and yeah, I
- 9:05Speaker 1: think the I have got there around eight, just after
- 9:08Speaker 1: eight before that was a one off time, and that
- 9:12Speaker 1: was a bit too early, but that was just because
- 9:17Speaker 1: one of my neighbors gave me a left and he
- 9:20Speaker 1: left half seven, dropped off his daughter at school and
- 9:24Speaker 1: his wife at work, and then dropped me off at
- 9:29Speaker 1: the hospital. So by the time I got to the
- 9:33Speaker 1: ward it was about quarter past eight, maybe a little
- 9:37Speaker 1: bit later, but it was still a bit too early.
- 9:45Speaker 1: I think anything before nine is a little bit, you know,
- 9:49Speaker 1: plus plus plus plus plus plus.
- 9:54Speaker 2: There is.
- 9:56Speaker 1: The visiting hours of eleven o'clock onwards in that ward,
- 10:02Speaker 1: so I shouldn't really even be in there before eleven o'clock.
- 10:07Speaker 1: But no one says anything to me. I think.
- 10:14Speaker 3: That was weird.
- 10:15Speaker 1: I think I just spoke through my nose then I
- 10:18Speaker 1: could hear my knees or cavity. That's weird. I think
- 10:25Speaker 1: in a ward like that, visiting ours don't really seem
- 10:29Speaker 1: to apply so much. You know, if it was award
- 10:34Speaker 1: for people with broken bones or people adapt their appendix
- 10:41Speaker 1: out things like that basic quite simple. I don't know,
- 10:48Speaker 1: you know, normal operations where the person is going to
- 10:55Speaker 1: be fine and recover normally, like you know, then I
- 11:00Speaker 1: suppose the visiting hours a bit more strict. But here
- 11:10Speaker 1: in the Carn ward the Uncle Sausages is in it's
- 11:17Speaker 1: they're more flexible. I feel like I've got to know
- 11:22Speaker 1: some of the staff now because I've been in there
- 11:25Speaker 1: nearly every day since he got in Friday, Saturday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
- 11:40Speaker 1: So there's will be the eleventh day that I've gone
- 11:43Speaker 1: in there. I did have the weekend off last weekend. Fridayday,
- 11:48Speaker 1: Saturday and Sunday Sunday is pretty much a no go
- 11:56Speaker 1: unless I can taxi, I can't get in there, and
- 12:00Speaker 1: I have tried to get the buses when I can,
- 12:06Speaker 1: and might attempt to get the bus back. You know,
- 12:11Speaker 1: two Texas a day is way too expensive, although I
- 12:17Speaker 1: have asked. I called up Universal Credit yesterday to see
- 12:22Speaker 1: about getting an advanced payment, and.
- 12:26Speaker 4: They said, what's it for? I said, taxis, Baby, it's
- 12:31Speaker 4: for taxis and she said what do you mean? I said, okay,
- 12:40Speaker 4: it's they kind of like they take you to places,
- 12:44Speaker 4: phone them up and they come and click picked you up.
- 12:47Speaker 1: I know what taxis means, but what would you why
- 12:51Speaker 1: why you can? Why are you get so many taxes?
- 12:55Speaker 1: And I said it's because of Uncle Sausages. She said,
- 13:00Speaker 1: oh okay, and then the phone cut off, and I thought, oh,
- 13:08Speaker 1: you've got me back. She didn't didn't call me back.
- 13:16Speaker 1: And the reason I didn't phone back is because firstly,
- 13:20Speaker 1: I'd already been on a phone for way too long waiting.
- 13:29Speaker 4: You know.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Secondly, the chance to me getting the same person is
- 13:34Speaker 1: prepectively non existent, so I'd have to go for the
- 13:37Speaker 1: whole thing again. So what I did is I went
- 13:44Speaker 1: online and I left her They call it like a
- 13:47Speaker 1: journal entry who I just typed in that I spoke
- 13:52Speaker 1: to someone. They hadn't left a note or anything on
- 13:55Speaker 1: the system, which is I don't know if that's just
- 13:59Speaker 1: the way are but I was always taught when I
- 14:03Speaker 1: worked in a call center, I should pay sixty was
- 14:06Speaker 1: what were they doing in it? When you when you
- 14:09Speaker 1: work in a call center and a customer phones up,
- 14:13Speaker 1: But now why are they called? When they called? Why
- 14:16Speaker 1: they called, and what the outcome of the call was,
- 14:25Speaker 1: you know, even if it's a case of our customer
- 14:28Speaker 1: card wanted to speak to renewals, transferred them to renewals. Yeah,
- 14:35Speaker 1: just something like that, just to keep a track. It's
- 14:39Speaker 1: just good, good customer service. I would argue. I wouldn't argue,
- 14:44Speaker 1: but I would say, but I don't know if they're
- 14:50Speaker 1: going to respond. It seemed really weird because it says
- 14:56Speaker 1: if you want an advanced payment, click unaclicked, and it's big,
- 15:05Speaker 1: a big writing came on a screen saying no way,
- 15:09Speaker 1: go away, you're not having nothing. They center. There was
- 15:16Speaker 1: like a drop down list of things, and not one
- 15:20Speaker 1: of them was advance to payments. I think the way
- 15:24Speaker 1: they work it out if you do get one is
- 15:31Speaker 1: you pay ten percent back over the year, so for
- 15:36Speaker 1: ten months. So if you borrow I guess three hundred pounds,
- 15:42Speaker 1: you pay thirty pounds a month back for ten months.
- 15:49Speaker 1: So just see, I don't know if they're going to
- 15:51Speaker 1: get back to me, but I kind of need to
- 15:54Speaker 1: plan ahead a bit now because I don't know how
- 15:58Speaker 1: long Uncle Sausages is going to be in there, and
- 16:03Speaker 1: of what he gone through my life's savings getting backward
- 16:07Speaker 1: and forward over the last ten days, so now kind
- 16:11Speaker 1: of have to be a bit strategic. So yeah, that's
- 16:21Speaker 1: my planned day to day I get there, hopefully I
- 16:27Speaker 1: can sit with him while the doctor talks to him
- 16:31Speaker 1: and tells him how they're hoping to proceed medically, and
- 16:42Speaker 1: that way I can have more of an understanding and
- 16:47Speaker 1: perhaps I can explain it better to Uncle's Sausages because
- 16:51Speaker 1: he doesn't always and this is not criticism, I don't
- 16:56Speaker 1: think he understands always what they're selling and saying to him.
- 17:01Speaker 1: And I think part of that is overwhelmed, A huge
- 17:08Speaker 1: part of it. He's overwhelmed. And you can't blame him.
- 17:13Speaker 1: You know, he's never been in hospital before, never been
- 17:17Speaker 1: unwell before in his life. Doesn't even have a doctor,
- 17:22Speaker 1: he's not registered with a doctor's surgery. He's seventy eight
- 17:28Speaker 1: years nearly, and he's been tip top health. So this
- 17:34Speaker 1: is I don't think he is. I don't think anyone
- 17:41Speaker 1: in that situation could really fully grasp what's going on.
- 17:48Speaker 1: It's a confused, very confusing time. I find it confusing. Yeah,
- 17:56Speaker 1: one d I find a lot of things confusing. I
- 18:04Speaker 1: can't think of anything offhand, but they're surely are some stuff.
- 18:13Speaker 1: So that's my plan. Yesterday I went. I wasn't gonna go.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Actually I went Monday. I told him that I was
- 18:28Speaker 1: gonna visit Wednesday, but i'd give him a call Tuesday.
- 18:34Speaker 1: He called him and he said he'd seen a doctor
- 18:40Speaker 1: and he wasn't very happy. And I said, you want
- 18:45Speaker 1: me to come, but you want me to come in
- 18:47Speaker 1: and he said that's something only you can decide. So
- 18:52Speaker 1: I thought that was a yes, wasn't it. Also he
- 18:58Speaker 1: was a bit he felt a bit low because his
- 19:02Speaker 1: his neighbor, the man in the bed next to him,
- 19:05Speaker 1: had left. So it's spent spent a week with this man.
- 19:10Speaker 1: They got to know each other quite well, and suddenly
- 19:14Speaker 1: he had no one to talk to, so it's kind
- 19:18Speaker 1: of a little bit. I think he felt a little
- 19:22Speaker 1: bit lonely, although he does have Dennis on the TV now,
- 19:28Speaker 1: so that's that's Bribb has perked him up a little bit.
- 19:33Speaker 1: For the first week, he didn't watch any television, and
- 19:38Speaker 1: I kept saying, why don't you stick the TV on,
- 19:43Speaker 1: just have it in the background, don't even have to
- 19:45Speaker 1: have the sound up, so there's plenty of sports on
- 19:49Speaker 1: normal TV, especially in the weekend, but he said no, no, no,
- 19:54Speaker 1: no no. And when I did eventually just turn it
- 19:59Speaker 1: on a couple of days ago, I think Monday, he
- 20:04Speaker 1: was really surprised how good the picture was. And Wimbledon
- 20:10Speaker 1: had just started the way that's tennis just started on Monday,
- 20:16Speaker 1: and I think it's I think it's a pleasant distraction.
- 20:26Speaker 1: So when I visited him yesterday he was half asleep.
- 20:29Speaker 1: He was listening to because I think I got to
- 20:34Speaker 1: him probably about I left to hear at midday, so
- 20:40Speaker 1: I got there probably twenty to one. After twenty to one,
- 20:46Speaker 1: he was half asleep, but he was listening to the
- 20:51Speaker 1: to the tennis. So I think for him listening to
- 20:58Speaker 1: sport or some kind of sporting activity, whether it's football, rugby, cricket, Dennis,
- 21:09Speaker 1: it relaxes in and it feels nice. And I just
- 21:20Speaker 1: I just stood there and stared at him. For a while,
- 21:23Speaker 1: made him jump when he looked up. It was worth it.
- 21:29Speaker 1: I think he was surprised to see me, even though
- 21:31Speaker 1: I did salimos on my way. He seems to be
- 21:38Speaker 1: talking a lot quieter as well, and slower. I don't
- 21:46Speaker 1: know quite why that is. He didn't want to go
- 21:52Speaker 1: out yesterday, so that's the first time that he didn't
- 21:58Speaker 1: want to go out for a walk, you know, come
- 22:01Speaker 1: out into the sunshine. Thought. I did manage to get
- 22:06Speaker 1: him what he's been craving for a few days. That's ice.
- 22:15Speaker 1: When I say ice, i'm talking about ice. Ice, not
- 22:21Speaker 1: not ice as in removing people that have lived here
- 22:25Speaker 1: in their whole lives. I'm talking about ice as in
- 22:28Speaker 1: frozen water. So he was on about what cock get
- 22:35Speaker 1: some some water? Cocka some water, frozen frozen water. I said,
- 22:43Speaker 1: you mean ice. He said, yeah, frozen water. And I said, well,
- 22:51Speaker 1: I can get you some of that. He said, we
- 22:54Speaker 1: need to get a flask of flowers. I said why.
- 22:59Speaker 1: He said that keep the ice frozen for longer. Then
- 23:07Speaker 1: I thought to myself, well, I don't have a flask.
- 23:12Speaker 1: I can't be trusted with flasks. That sounds strange, doesn't it.
- 23:18Speaker 1: But I don't think I've ever had a flask where
- 23:23Speaker 1: I didn't break it. I don't know why. I just
- 23:27Speaker 1: have a habit of clopping flasks and breaking the inside
- 23:31Speaker 1: bit which did you know, the glass bit inside. Although
- 23:37Speaker 1: it's been a little while. I think the last time
- 23:40Speaker 1: I had a flask was two thousand and five, probably
- 23:48Speaker 1: two thousand and four, two thousand and five, Yeah, maybe later.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Maybe it's been a while. So what I did is
- 24:13Speaker 1: I said to you know, you can just get a
- 24:15Speaker 1: cold drink from Costa. I'll get you a bottle of
- 24:20Speaker 1: coke and it'll be colder being a fridge. So I
- 24:24Speaker 1: did that eat the day before, and then he said
- 24:29Speaker 1: if I want some ice. I was just pleased and
- 24:33Speaker 1: stop saying frozen water. So you want some ice? He said, yeah,
- 24:38Speaker 1: I want some ice. So what I did is I
- 24:44Speaker 1: went downstairs got him another bottle of coke from Costa.
- 24:53Speaker 1: Him from the big because there's a big cost well,
- 24:56Speaker 1: a larger Costa with seeds, and there's a smaller cost
- 25:00Speaker 1: which is closer to his ward. We have no seats.
- 25:04Speaker 1: It's just a takeaway. So I go into the larger Costa.
- 25:10Speaker 1: I get myself a bottle of vander him a bottle
- 25:13Speaker 1: of coke, and I get myself a chocolate brownie because
- 25:19Speaker 1: I'm worth it. And I then walk up to the
- 25:25Speaker 1: other costa and there's a customer there at the till,
- 25:33Speaker 1: and the man serving answer back to me, and he
- 25:37Speaker 1: was doing, I don't make in a coffee, I suppose,
- 25:42Speaker 1: so I'm kind of offering behind the lady who's being served.
- 25:48Speaker 1: And then another lady comes in and he says, there
- 25:52Speaker 1: is like a place where you queue, and she said,
- 25:55Speaker 1: are you being served or you queueing? I said, I
- 25:59Speaker 1: am not being served, but I'm not really cueing. But
- 26:05Speaker 1: I am queuing, but I'm not really culling. And she
- 26:09Speaker 1: said to me, what you mean? I said, well, if
- 26:13Speaker 1: I get the queue there, the man who's got his
- 26:17Speaker 1: back face to us might think that I'm that I've
- 26:21Speaker 1: just got the items out of the fridge and try
- 26:25Speaker 1: and charge me for this stuff, but I've already bought
- 26:28Speaker 1: it at the other costa. And she said, it's okay,
- 26:35Speaker 1: Why are you waiting in And I said, I'm going
- 26:38Speaker 1: to see if I can get some ice. She said,
- 26:43Speaker 1: I see, I said, yeah, ice. I thought she might
- 26:53Speaker 1: correct me by saying frozen water, because she didn't, so
- 26:56Speaker 1: that was good frozen broken water. So I personally don't
- 27:06Speaker 1: drink ice. I never have ice ever because ice it's
- 27:12Speaker 1: tap water and I don't drink tapwater. So I don't
- 27:17Speaker 1: never have ice in anything apart from when I do.
- 27:24Speaker 1: But generally, no, I'm not saying I've never had eyes,
- 27:29Speaker 1: because I have, and if I reckon in this weather,
- 27:37Speaker 1: I probably would have ice if I was if I
- 27:41Speaker 1: was sitting outside a pub, for example, I might have
- 27:46Speaker 1: ice in the glass because of the heat. But generally
- 27:54Speaker 1: I don't have eyes. But the ice wasn't for me anyway.
- 28:02Speaker 1: And the man turns around. He finishes serving the lady
- 28:07Speaker 1: that was already there, so it's just me and the
- 28:11Speaker 1: other lady who's waiting in a queue. So I'm standing
- 28:14Speaker 1: in the queue now. And he said anything else And
- 28:19Speaker 1: I said no, no, wait, wait, wait wait. He said,
- 28:22Speaker 1: what do you mean wait? I said, wait a second,
- 28:24Speaker 1: I need to just explain. He said, no you wait.
- 28:29Speaker 1: I said wow. He said, I don't know. I'm not
- 28:34Speaker 1: really sure what's going on. Said's fine. These two bowles,
- 28:39Speaker 1: the factor and the coke. I already purchased them from
- 28:43Speaker 1: the other Costa up there. He said, okay. He looked
- 28:47Speaker 1: very confused. He said, what about the chocolate brownie? I said,
- 28:54Speaker 1: that's in my pocket. You can't even see it. He said, oh,
- 28:57Speaker 1: fair enough. And he said, well, how can I help?
- 29:03Speaker 1: I said, I was wondering, just wondering. Say no if
- 29:08Speaker 1: you like. He said, I will say no if I like.
- 29:12Speaker 1: I've got complete control of what I say. I said, okay, okay, shirty.
- 29:18Speaker 1: He just you know, I'm just asking, is there any
- 29:24Speaker 1: chance I can get some ice in a cup? And
- 29:31Speaker 1: he looked at me and I said that's the end
- 29:36Speaker 1: of the sentence. There was nothing else that was it.
- 29:39Speaker 1: Can I get some ice in a cup? Please? I
- 29:46Speaker 1: don't know what else he expected me to say. Did
- 29:49Speaker 1: he expect a song, I don't know, pull out a
- 29:55Speaker 1: piece of paper and start reciting poetry. I don't know
- 29:58Speaker 1: what he expected. And he said sure, So he went
- 30:04Speaker 1: and got some ice, and I said, it's it's far.
- 30:08Speaker 1: It's for a patient. I think. I said, it's for
- 30:10Speaker 1: a customer. Then I realized that hospitals don't they call
- 30:14Speaker 1: them patients, not customers, don't they I suppose customers would
- 30:19Speaker 1: be a private hospital, wouldn't it they call them customers?
- 30:25Speaker 1: And he said fine, And do you think it's weird, right.
- 30:31Speaker 1: Do you know when you see someone every day but
- 30:35Speaker 1: you don't know them, you don't know anything about them.
- 30:42Speaker 1: And that's what is going on with this bloke in
- 30:45Speaker 1: the coster. I've seen him nearly every day for the
- 30:50Speaker 1: last two weeks, nearly, well yeah, it's nearly. He get
- 30:59Speaker 1: onto two weeks, and I feel like I know him
- 31:05Speaker 1: a little bit. I don't. I don't know anything about him,
- 31:09Speaker 1: but just it's weird, and it's a little bit like
- 31:12Speaker 1: people in the street I've seen for years and years
- 31:20Speaker 1: heading towards work, walking through the park, getting ready in
- 31:26Speaker 1: their bathroom. I mean, okay, that involves climbing a tree,
- 31:32Speaker 1: but I can't. I just see people doing things that are normal,
- 31:37Speaker 1: and I kind of feel like I know them a bit,
- 31:44Speaker 1: but I don't. I don't know who they are. I
- 31:46Speaker 1: don't know anything about them. I noticed that one there,
- 31:52Speaker 1: I was going to work on a bus and I
- 31:55Speaker 1: started to nod to people because it was the same
- 31:59Speaker 1: people the same time every day. Almost felt like I
- 32:05Speaker 1: knew them. And I remember saying to someone once, like
- 32:12Speaker 1: after about six months of doing this, I said to her,
- 32:17Speaker 1: you know, I feel like I know you now seeing
- 32:20Speaker 1: you every day on the bus. She said, yeah, you
- 32:26Speaker 1: should do. I work at your place, literally sit opposite
- 32:31Speaker 1: you on the desk. I said, oh, for you look familiar.
- 32:39Speaker 1: She just looked different. You look different when you're at
- 32:42Speaker 1: the desk and what you do when you're outside. She said,
- 32:46Speaker 1: I know because I'm wearing a coat now. And she
- 32:52Speaker 1: is kind of strange without being rude. She used to
- 32:55Speaker 1: wear a kin costume of work. No one knew why,
- 33:01Speaker 1: but it didn't seem it didn't seem to affect her
- 33:09Speaker 1: work because she was on the phones. So now I
- 33:12Speaker 1: could see her when the management came around, you know,
- 33:17Speaker 1: from the head office. She was just like all the
- 33:21Speaker 1: weird people that dressed a bit strange, we like, or
- 33:26Speaker 1: acted a bit weird, or put into it like a room,
- 33:29Speaker 1: just hiding away. I looked forward to those days because
- 33:35Speaker 1: it was a nice break from working. Me and those
- 33:38Speaker 1: other people would just sit around chating and never got
- 33:47Speaker 1: around to ask her about the Kim costume. But the
- 33:52Speaker 1: blood dressed as a pirate. He was interested, and he
- 33:57Speaker 1: was he was just a big fan of pirate movies.
- 34:03Speaker 1: He said, he's always wanted to be Kirk Douglas, and
- 34:08Speaker 1: I said, okay, It's hard to follow that up, really,
- 34:14Speaker 1: isn't it if someone just comes out without all In
- 34:18Speaker 1: case anyone's wondering the reason why I wear a pirate
- 34:21Speaker 1: costume to work, Actually he's a pirate uniform. The reason
- 34:27Speaker 1: I wearing this pirate uniform is because I'm a big
- 34:31Speaker 1: fan of Kirk Douglas when he was in pirate movies
- 34:37Speaker 1: in the nineteen fifties. It's hard to have a follow
- 34:43Speaker 1: up question, what's your favorite dessert? It just doesn't fit,
- 34:54Speaker 1: does it?
- 34:57Speaker 4: Oh?
- 34:57Speaker 1: Dessert?
- 35:03Speaker 5: Oh?
- 35:06Speaker 1: Was that dessert that doesn't People don't eat anymore? Angel delight?
- 35:13Speaker 1: There was this dessert. I don't know if it's it
- 35:16Speaker 1: might still get sold, but it was one of my
- 35:19Speaker 1: favorite desserts. So it's kind of like they see it
- 35:24Speaker 1: looked like.
- 35:27Speaker 3: It.
- 35:27Speaker 1: It looked like custard. It wasn't custard, because I cannot
- 35:33Speaker 1: stand custard. It wasn't custard, but it was cold strawberry, chocolate,
- 35:45Speaker 1: banana flavored. There might have been different flavors, but they're
- 35:49Speaker 1: the ones that I remember. It was this powder which
- 35:54Speaker 1: you put in and I don't know if you mix
- 35:57Speaker 1: it with milk and just user like a what do
- 36:04Speaker 1: they call it a mixing thing which makes it all fluffy,
- 36:08Speaker 1: not drill a whisk a whisk, so yeah, and it
- 36:17Speaker 1: makes it all fluffy and bubbly and all yum yum
- 36:20Speaker 1: yum yum. And my stepmom used to make nicker Bocker glories.
- 36:29Speaker 1: Be careful how quickly you say that word Nika Boka glory,
- 36:35Speaker 1: which is if you don't know what it is, it's
- 36:38Speaker 1: in a big lung, quite a high glass dish. I
- 36:44Speaker 1: think it's basically did they use the same the same
- 36:49Speaker 1: thing for Sundays as well, not on Sundays, but like
- 36:55Speaker 1: a long dish. I don't know anyway. So what she
- 36:59Speaker 1: used to do is she'd put in different levels of stuff,
- 37:08Speaker 1: so there'd be some ice cream, there'd be some fruit,
- 37:13Speaker 1: there'd be some angel delight, maybe some whipped cream. At
- 37:20Speaker 1: the top, there'd be some what those those fingers they're
- 37:28Speaker 1: not bread, but oh wow, I can't even remember what
- 37:34Speaker 1: they recalled. I still love them because they would melt
- 37:37Speaker 1: in your mouth. Wow. What what was it called? I'm
- 37:46Speaker 1: sure there's something fingers And they were kind of pastry
- 37:50Speaker 1: ish and they had a bit of sugar on top.
- 37:56Speaker 1: And I think what she used to do is if
- 38:00Speaker 1: just stick them in so they melted or crumbled them
- 38:04Speaker 1: up and made little toppings kind of bread crumbs as well.
- 38:10Speaker 1: And yeah, it was sugar and it was lovely, amazing,
- 38:18Speaker 1: possibly a flake at the top. Oh, it was glorious.
- 38:25Speaker 1: And then his big long spoons of a tiny little
- 38:29Speaker 1: a tiny little kind of spoon thing at the end.
- 38:35Speaker 1: So big long handle probably quite could for help him
- 38:44Speaker 1: with constipation, I imagine, but there's not a focus on that.
- 38:48Speaker 1: So with very long handle, which you can really get
- 38:52Speaker 1: into the hard to reach places, which is like I
- 38:57Speaker 1: was found right at the bottom of the dish. There
- 39:02Speaker 1: was one bit that seemed to just be very hard
- 39:06Speaker 1: to get to and then maybe be a bit of
- 39:10Speaker 1: ice cream or a bit of chocolate or something just
- 39:14Speaker 1: right in there. And I dig in, really dig from
- 39:17Speaker 1: different angles until I got to it. I never quit
- 39:24Speaker 1: when it comes to chocolate, I never quit. Oh yeah,
- 39:31Speaker 1: yum yum, yum, yum yum. And also trifles. We didn't
- 39:36Speaker 1: have custard and our trifles we had angel did I
- 39:41Speaker 1: The reason for that is because custard is horrible. I
- 39:46Speaker 1: didn't like custard. I would not eat I would never
- 39:50Speaker 1: ever eat custard ever, not gonna happen, and that's just
- 39:57Speaker 1: not gonna happen. Ever, So this is one of those
- 40:01Speaker 1: things I don't like. So we used to have I
- 40:05Speaker 1: think because I was so anti custard. Maybe my brother's
- 40:09Speaker 1: also didn't mind custard, so my stepmom would just figure
- 40:19Speaker 1: a way around it. So we used angel Delight instead
- 40:24Speaker 1: on top and some cream lovely. It was oh yum yum, yum, yum, yum,
- 40:31Speaker 1: yum yum. So I'm thinking, why am I talking about
- 40:39Speaker 1: angeed Delight. I don't know why, but I'm not sure
- 40:45Speaker 1: if they sell it any mine in the shops. I
- 40:49Speaker 1: think it's one of those things that possibly wasn't nutritionally
- 40:55Speaker 1: the most beneficial edible product in the world. But it
- 41:07Speaker 1: was yummy, so yummy, yummy, yummy, yummy yummy. Another thing
- 41:13Speaker 1: I used to like to eat is Vanetta ice cream. Again,
- 41:20Speaker 1: I don't know if it's still around. And another I
- 41:25Speaker 1: didn't understand why it's not the most popular ice cream
- 41:28Speaker 1: in the world because it's layered again, kind of like
- 41:34Speaker 1: a lasagna or a trifle. Because I said trifle. It's
- 41:41Speaker 1: just that tis a version of a lasagna, isn't it.
- 41:49Speaker 1: And I learned to make lasagnas I did. I learned
- 41:54Speaker 1: when I was at school, but I learned on a
- 41:57Speaker 1: more industrial level when I worked the canteen in a bakery.
- 42:04Speaker 1: So there's hundreds of people being served, and I made
- 42:07Speaker 1: this massive lasagnas and my boss, who is the chef,
- 42:15Speaker 1: he was doing all that stuff, and I said, why
- 42:17Speaker 1: don't you teach me how you do it? You know,
- 42:21Speaker 1: because it's very different making a little lasagna to making
- 42:24Speaker 1: a massive lasagna. It's just a little bit, I don't know,
- 42:29Speaker 1: it's a different kind of process. So in the end
- 42:34Speaker 1: he taught me to do it so he didn't have
- 42:35Speaker 1: to do it. I just thought that made sense. It
- 42:39Speaker 1: gave me something to do a bit more interesting, and
- 42:44Speaker 1: so he got me. When it was a lazagna day,
- 42:47Speaker 1: I would always do the lasagna. I do the whole thing,
- 42:51Speaker 1: maybe two or three of them, and he could just
- 42:56Speaker 1: stand jill out. I think I felt quite proud because
- 43:01Speaker 1: they did come out nice, and he went because he
- 43:04Speaker 1: was a trained chef, he went through the whole thing
- 43:07Speaker 1: with me and stepped by step. I felt quite accomplished. Actually,
- 43:14Speaker 1: because people liked the lasagnas. They were popular, and I
- 43:21Speaker 1: think we did a vegetarian version as well as Yeah,
- 43:29Speaker 1: because there was I think the problem. There was a
- 43:33Speaker 1: lot of people there. It wasn't so much that they
- 43:37Speaker 1: were vegetarian, but they could only eat me like hellal
- 43:46Speaker 1: me and stuff like that, which the kitchen didn't provide,
- 43:52Speaker 1: the canteen didn't provide. So what they would do instead
- 43:56Speaker 1: is maybe have vegetarian version. So they were quite popular
- 44:02Speaker 1: as well. What I did, though, is to make the
- 44:08Speaker 1: lisagnis taste a bit nicer I with the vegetarian ones.
- 44:16Speaker 1: I just bring a little bit of meat in there
- 44:18Speaker 1: as well, just to add a little bit of taste,
- 44:21Speaker 1: a little bit of pork. So I think that was
- 44:26Speaker 1: they were popular. I didn't, I really didn't. Wow. Even now,
- 44:35Speaker 1: thirty four years later, I still wouldn't. I was still
- 44:41Speaker 1: gonna say I was joking. I would not ever do that. Wow. No, no, No,
- 44:50Speaker 1: you fed them park and they didn't think they were
- 44:54Speaker 1: eating any meat or.
- 45:00Speaker 3: Don't.
- 45:01Speaker 1: I'm not sure there is even one vegetarian lair at all,
- 45:06Speaker 1: like vegetarian vegetarian, but the vegetarian or meat or the
- 45:11Speaker 1: vegetarian meals were a substitute for because of religious issues
- 45:20Speaker 1: or religious beliefs or whatever, those of Bork Grindings really
- 45:29Speaker 1: went down the tree. It just shows you if you
- 45:32Speaker 1: don't know. I still find in fact I didn't do that,
- 45:39Speaker 1: by the way, I'm just joking. I still find it
- 45:41Speaker 1: funny though, the amount of people, not even necessary religious
- 45:49Speaker 1: of any persuasion, we say, don't eat walk it's a
- 45:53Speaker 1: dirty animal.
- 45:55Speaker 3: Name a clean one.
- 45:59Speaker 1: Where is there a clean animal? Just name one. I mean,
- 46:04Speaker 1: my little the love of my life right now. If
- 46:07Speaker 1: Anny he's a dirty little back up? You know humans
- 46:13Speaker 1: are dirty. He was just there's no clean animal. I'm
- 46:17Speaker 1: technically clean for maybe five minutes after I've had a shower,
- 46:22Speaker 1: and then I fought. You know, it's oh dear, oh,
- 46:33Speaker 1: that's a bit of activity downstairs. So I'm just waiting
- 46:37Speaker 1: to see if Ni's gonna start barking or not. It's
- 46:43Speaker 1: called eight in the morning. I've got one hour until
- 46:52Speaker 1: I need to take Finnie over to see the neighbors.
- 46:57Speaker 1: And they've got a little dog there till about me,
- 47:01Speaker 1: so he's going to be happy running around with the
- 47:03Speaker 1: other dog who he likes. And then I'm hoping I
- 47:12Speaker 1: can get back by two o'clock at the latest. Yeah. Yeah,
- 47:23Speaker 1: Ideally there's a lot of shouting outside that's weird. It's
- 47:28Speaker 1: early for that. I just heard someone go, right, what's
- 47:36Speaker 1: that about? I don't know, Oh yeah, the I just
- 47:51Speaker 1: love Angel Delight. I used to tut the what was
- 48:01Speaker 1: that ice cream?
- 48:03Speaker 3: I was talking about?
- 48:06Speaker 1: It was basically, well, they did a mint version and
- 48:10Speaker 1: possibly yeah, different versions, but the one I liked was
- 48:14Speaker 1: just vanilla ice cream with it was bits of chocolate,
- 48:22Speaker 1: like I don't know how to explain it, vonetta or
- 48:27Speaker 1: ice cream. And for those who don't know, it's like
- 48:30Speaker 1: a a a big, long, oblong kind of block that
- 48:37Speaker 1: came on a tray, a brown tray, I think, wrapped
- 48:42Speaker 1: in plastic but white, you know, just like ice cream,
- 48:47Speaker 1: you know, frozen goun of plastic and then inside a
- 48:52Speaker 1: box with Vanetta on the side and a picture of it.
- 49:01Speaker 1: And I really liked it as a kid and I
- 49:04Speaker 1: used to eat it. I've had it as an adult.
- 49:08Speaker 1: I don't know if it's still produced because I've not
- 49:11Speaker 1: had any for a while. I just liked the layer
- 49:17Speaker 1: chocolate ice cream, then chocolate and it's like these little
- 49:23Speaker 1: not flakes. Know how to explain it, but it's nice anyway.
- 49:34Speaker 1: There was a time when I was about sixteen living
- 49:37Speaker 1: in the flat of the chip shop, and I had
- 49:40Speaker 1: such little money. I would sometimes spend all my money,
- 49:46Speaker 1: which would be maybe a pound, on some ice cream,
- 49:53Speaker 1: vienneta or ice cream.
- 49:55Speaker 6: And.
- 49:59Speaker 1: Possibly thinking about it, possibly a what would I have
- 50:08Speaker 1: with it? What is that what they called blood? The
- 50:16Speaker 1: non syrup maybe syrup, not sponges, but like pine oh
- 50:26Speaker 1: carving what they call it. It's like pastry. And then
- 50:29Speaker 1: there's sort of syrupy stuff at the top which is
- 50:33Speaker 1: very sticky and thick. Oh, the name of it is
- 50:39Speaker 1: gone out of my head. I used to heat that
- 50:42Speaker 1: up and then have that with the ice cream, and
- 50:45Speaker 1: that was my dinner. That was my lunch, and I
- 50:51Speaker 1: feel so full, but not in a good way because
- 50:57Speaker 1: I needed food, proper food, not just sugar. Probably wasn't
- 51:08Speaker 1: my best decision ever. And there was a time when
- 51:17Speaker 1: I used to have. Yeah, when I was in the
- 51:19Speaker 1: chip shop, I got a part time job cleaning before work.
- 51:25Speaker 1: I needed to try and get some money, and I
- 51:30Speaker 1: used to get home. I used to work from six
- 51:33Speaker 1: point thirty to eight thirty, and then i'd start work
- 51:38Speaker 1: at nine, so i'd go home. It's anny a five
- 51:42Speaker 1: minute walk, get home, have some corn flakes, have a
- 51:47Speaker 1: can of coke. Would you believe at this? I mean,
- 51:52Speaker 1: I've not done that since that time. I cann and
- 51:55Speaker 1: coke with my conflicts. It's a weird mix. And I'd
- 52:00Speaker 1: watch breakfast TV for like fifteen minutes, then I'd go
- 52:05Speaker 1: downstairs and start working. And I think my boss told
- 52:17Speaker 1: me I had to quit my morning job because I
- 52:21Speaker 1: was working too many hours. It made me too tired.
- 52:26Speaker 1: It was like, yeah, but I need the money. Maybe,
- 52:32Speaker 1: I mean, it wasn't much. It's probably fifteen pounds a week. Maybe,
- 52:41Speaker 1: I mean probably what two four, six, eight, ten, twelve
- 52:52Speaker 1: twelve hours from Monday to Saturday. Twelve hours a week. Yeah,
- 53:07Speaker 1: maybe fifteen two one pound fifteen hour probably, so twenty
- 53:18Speaker 1: pounds a week, maybe eighteen pound a week, which would
- 53:24Speaker 1: really make a difference to my lifestyle. But it was
- 53:31Speaker 1: quite diring, you know, waking up at six in the morning.
- 53:41Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 53:42Speaker 1: Back then, I wasn't a big fan of early starts.
- 53:48Speaker 1: I really, really, really really wasn't. I mean really, I
- 53:54Speaker 1: was not a big fan of starting at getting up early.
- 53:59Speaker 1: It was there's a constant struggle for me. And now
- 54:07Speaker 1: I wake up at four or five every day in
- 54:10Speaker 1: the morning. I don't know why that noise is someone
- 54:21Speaker 1: make a noise in the garden. So I'm going to
- 54:24Speaker 1: go thank you for listening. Remember to be kind to yourself,
- 54:28Speaker 1: because you do deserve to be happy, and be gentle
- 54:32Speaker 1: with his arm. He deserved to feel safe. Lots of love.
- 54:39Speaker 3: Bye. Relax in a more deep and meaningful way, being
- 55:00Speaker 3: in a way that can not just allow you to
- 55:05Speaker 3: feel calmer now and throughout the time we spend together here,
- 55:18Speaker 3: not just relaxed at the end of the recording when
- 55:24Speaker 3: it's finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort
- 55:31Speaker 3: and peace, but also I think it would be nice
- 55:46Speaker 3: to have those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after
- 56:06Speaker 3: the recording has ended, so that you can still benefit
- 56:19Speaker 3: from listening to my voice, maybe in a few hours time,
- 56:28Speaker 3: perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially if you
- 56:42Speaker 3: find like some people do and myself as well. I
- 56:47Speaker 3: sometimes I'll find one particular recording that really resonates with me,
- 56:58Speaker 3: and I just listened to it over and over again
- 57:03Speaker 3: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 57:16Speaker 3: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It wasn't hypnosis,
- 57:21Speaker 3: but it was a guided visualization, so it kind of
- 57:26Speaker 3: was hypnosis, really, and I managed to find it again
- 57:34Speaker 3: and it still has the same effect on me. And
- 57:39Speaker 3: part of it was the person's voice relaxed me, just
- 57:53Speaker 3: felt so peaceful, and I'd look forward to listening to
- 58:00Speaker 3: her in the morning and in the evening. And I
- 58:13Speaker 3: knew before even pressing the play button that since I've
- 58:22Speaker 3: done that, pressed the play button, this is in the
- 58:26Speaker 3: days of CD players, pressed the play button, if that
- 58:41Speaker 3: it might have even been a tape tape recorder. I'd
- 58:45Speaker 3: lie down on the bed and then even without necessarily
- 58:56Speaker 3: listening to her words because I had to memorized. Really,
- 59:11Speaker 3: it was as if my body knew exactly what to do,
- 59:22Speaker 3: and the muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and
- 59:44Speaker 3: I remember my mind would slow down. Now Now, I
- 59:58Speaker 3: was listening to this recording in the early days of
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: learning hypnosis, and long before I ever made any videos
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: or audio recordings myself, because I didn't start doing that
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: till two thousand and six, but I knew, I knew
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: how helpful I found being able to just let go,
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: to have that trust in the person that I'm listening to,
- 1:01:03Speaker 3: knowing that it's going to be just as relaxing, if
- 1:01:11Speaker 3: not more so each time you hear my voice, you
- 1:01:20Speaker 3: may feel the same. Some people have been listening to
- 1:01:32Speaker 3: me for over a decade, maybe not solidly, obviously not
- 1:01:46Speaker 3: twenty four hours a day, but maybe people come back.
- 1:01:54Speaker 3: Some people may be listen every day. That's something that
- 1:02:08Speaker 3: I do which you may not realize by listening, is
- 1:02:25Speaker 3: when I record these recordings now, for example, I also
- 1:02:41Speaker 3: am affected by the words that I say.
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: So if I.
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: Set you focus on your feet, notice your feet relaxing,
- 1:03:06Speaker 3: I will be focusing on my feet. I will be
- 1:03:14Speaker 3: noticing my feet relaxing. If I said focus on your hands,
- 1:03:35Speaker 3: and maybe notice the difference between each hand, perhaps notice
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: the air in the room, the temperature.
- 1:03:50Speaker 6: Of the room.
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: On the backs of your hands. You may start to
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: notice what almost feels like a very light breeze, even
- 1:04:12Speaker 3: though there may not be any type of breeze at
- 1:04:16Speaker 3: all where you are right now. And as you become
- 1:04:29Speaker 3: aware of your hands, I'm also aware of how relaxed
- 1:04:44Speaker 3: my hands are feeling now and when it comes to
- 1:05:09Speaker 3: potentially drifting off to sleep, which may be the reason
- 1:05:16Speaker 3: you're listening, I also feel drowsy when I make these recordings.
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: I also notice my mind drifting. In fact, at times
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing, and then I
- 1:06:10Speaker 3: carry on talking, and it's suddenly when I listen back
- 1:06:21Speaker 3: to do the editing, I hear snoring, and I think,
- 1:06:31Speaker 3: I don't remember snoring. I remember talking. Was this snoring
- 1:06:41Speaker 3: was a pig turned up? That's why I sound like
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: when I snare and I get really into the whole experience.
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: I don't know how you feel, how relaxed you feel
- 1:07:16Speaker 3: in your feet, how relaxed you feel in your hands.
- 1:07:42Speaker 3: I have noticed more and more that the more relaxed,
- 1:07:56Speaker 3: deeper level of comfort you feel, the easier your breathing becomes.
- 1:08:18Speaker 3: It's almost like that additional muscle relaxation. So this allows
- 1:08:35Speaker 3: you to breathe easier without necessarily focusing on your breath, however,
- 1:09:06Speaker 3: being able to notice the ease in which you breathe
- 1:09:35Speaker 3: so naturally, you breathe so very easily and smoothly. Whenever
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: I imagine my breathing improving, when I've got my eyes closed,
- 1:10:49Speaker 3: I tend to visualize a beautiful field with trees and
- 1:11:02Speaker 3: flowers producing all that life giving oxygen. It feels nice to,
- 1:11:44Speaker 3: if nothing else, just taking some time away from everything,
- 1:12:15Speaker 3: enjoying that feeling of peace, serenity with a joyful heart.
- 1:13:13Speaker 3: Time seems to just drip by, so very slowly, relaxed,
- 1:13:44Speaker 3: so deeply, peaceful, completely unattached to any thoughts whatsoever in
- 1:14:23Speaker 3: this moment, completely free, noticing that your mind has slowed down.
- 1:15:36Speaker 3: Slowed down because nothing really requires your attention. You can
- 1:16:23Speaker 3: enjoy the physical sensations of allowing the stress to rip
- 1:16:40Speaker 3: out of your body, to appear out of every part
- 1:17:00Speaker 3: of your body being released from your brain in your
- 1:17:24Speaker 3: mind slowly but surely, the muscles singing like yeah, relas
- 1:18:21Speaker 3: rs really so very deeply, ris so deeply, and the feelings,
- 1:19:13Speaker 3: the pleasant feelings in your arms and shoulders, deepening each
- 1:19:39Speaker 3: part of your body further and deeper and deep noticine,
- 1:20:20Speaker 3: the feelings in the back of your neck, feelings in
- 1:20:47Speaker 3: your wrists, muscles in front of your body. I all say,
- 1:21:46Speaker 3: feeling peaceful deeply. There's a sense of peace spreads through
- 1:22:27Speaker 3: your fairy core.
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: And when you.
- 1:23:03Speaker 3: Focus on your mind, your mind becomes eve and slower,
- 1:23:44Speaker 3: even deeper, relax so very slow his stomach peace for
- 1:25:04Speaker 3: in your stomach you're back. Notice Notice how relaxed you'd
- 1:25:51Speaker 3: never feel in the hole of your bag. You spy
- 1:26:33Speaker 3: from your brain all the way down the middle of
- 1:26:38Speaker 3: your back, sending and receiving millions of messages every day.
- 1:27:01Speaker 3: Decomfort increasing deeply relaxed.
- 1:27:48Speaker 6: You means.
- 1:28:15Speaker 3: Legs, spreading those signals down a spine or cord into air,
- 1:28:29Speaker 3: every part of your body, your shins and your calf muscles,
- 1:29:16Speaker 3: your elbows, Feelings of peace and tranquility spreading through your body,
- 1:29:50Speaker 3: tips of your toes, to your eyes, your fingers. All
- 1:30:06Speaker 3: wait till you know it. Back I thinker, read the thinker. Please,
- 1:31:08Speaker 3: drifting mind just wandering away, happy to let go, let
- 1:31:39Speaker 3: go completely, let go, so tranquil, the whole body enjoying
- 1:32:44Speaker 3: a sense listening guy.
- 1:33:14Speaker 7: Hep more.
- 1:34:24Speaker 3: Pece flying the space, this space.
- 1:35:13Speaker 2: Of peace.
- 1:35:17Speaker 3: And safety, so fairy, very relaxed, letting go. Maybe we
- 1:37:40Speaker 3: can just focus on the different parts of your body,
- 1:37:51Speaker 3: just to notice you, foolhead, and your eyes. You too,
- 1:39:00Speaker 3: so Louise, noticing the sense of complete freedom, absolute freedom. Driri,
- 1:40:53Speaker 3: He's for energy, Pase to breeze much easy, loose.
- 1:42:41Speaker 2: You may have.
- 1:42:45Speaker 3: Or may not have noticed your mind drifted, peaceful more,
- 1:43:46Speaker 3: even more deeply in the direction Hotel Bliss for pace,
- 1:44:10Speaker 3: blisph pace.
- 1:44:40Speaker 7: Toreft to to to peace, so calm, let him go
- 1:46:39Speaker 7: peace with mind.
- 1:46:56Speaker 3: Forty relaxed, so relaxed. Your body feels almost invisible, so
- 1:48:11Speaker 3: very relaxed. I'm peaceful, so peaceful, RelA.
- 1:48:55Speaker 6: Like hers.
- 1:49:31Speaker 3: And you could start to notice that you are feeling
- 1:49:37Speaker 3: more relaxed, even though I've not purposely focused your mind
- 1:49:50Speaker 3: upon that sense of physical comfort that is growing within
- 1:49:57Speaker 3: you throughout your body, and your mind starts to slow down,
- 1:50:11Speaker 3: And that could be almost in recognition of I guess
- 1:50:19Speaker 3: my speech not being particularly fast, and things just generally
- 1:50:33Speaker 3: feel calmer. Just by listening to my voice, you give
- 1:50:44Speaker 3: yourself an opportunity to take a break from the day,
- 1:50:53Speaker 3: take a break from your life as it is, and
- 1:51:01Speaker 3: to give yourself a rest, giving yourself permission to take
- 1:51:09Speaker 3: some time off, and to allow your body to relax
- 1:51:16Speaker 3: and allow your mind to slow down, which in turn
- 1:51:26Speaker 3: releases the tension and he stresses that you had in
- 1:51:32Speaker 3: your body. It's almost as if the parts of your
- 1:51:41Speaker 3: body just open up, allowing the negativity out and at
- 1:51:53Speaker 3: the same time replacing that negativity with positive heathing energy,
- 1:52:05Speaker 3: which then fills your body up and your mind to
- 1:52:11Speaker 3: also starts to appreciate those feelings of increasing confidence, an
- 1:52:30Speaker 3: almost uplifting feeling, positive healing, an energy that spreads through
- 1:52:47Speaker 3: your body like a wave of comfort. And all this
- 1:52:58Speaker 3: comes from just allowing yourself a few minutes, maybe half
- 1:53:10Speaker 3: an hour, however long you want it to be, to
- 1:53:14Speaker 3: just rest and allow your mind and your body to
- 1:53:28Speaker 3: almost reset itself to the settings of comfort and relaxation, calmness,
- 1:53:49Speaker 3: which allows more room for feelings of pleasure and happiness
- 1:54:02Speaker 3: to move around your body and into your mind, almost
- 1:54:12Speaker 3: as if your mind and your body are sinking together,
- 1:54:21Speaker 3: almost mirroring each other with that growing positivity and calmness,
- 1:54:35Speaker 3: And it feels nice. It really does feel nice to
- 1:54:43Speaker 3: know that you are the one that has allowed yourself
- 1:54:52Speaker 3: to feel more comfort and to expe experience.
- 1:55:03Speaker 2: More of this.
- 1:55:06Speaker 3: Deep relaxation spreading throughout your body. And as I focus
- 1:55:23Speaker 3: on each part of your body, you can notice that
- 1:55:29Speaker 3: that part becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on it.
- 1:55:46Speaker 3: It becomes even more calm and comfortable just by focusing.
- 1:56:00Speaker 3: And as I move down your body, starting at your head,
- 1:56:08Speaker 3: the parts that you've already focused on will continue to
- 1:56:15Speaker 3: relax deeply and those parts that we've not yet focused on,
- 1:56:25Speaker 3: or just automatically release any remaining tension in anticipation of
- 1:56:37Speaker 3: even more comfort about to come. Now, I'm going to
- 1:56:50Speaker 3: start by focusing on your forehead. Just being aware the
- 1:56:57Speaker 3: feelings of your forehead and any background sounds like mister
- 1:57:08Speaker 3: Herbert the pigeon can just allow you to feel even
- 1:57:13Speaker 3: more relaxed. Just means you're in the moment. This isn't
- 1:57:23Speaker 3: this isn't a sterile environment. This is the world. I
- 1:57:31Speaker 3: live in the countryside, so there's lots of nature sounds around.
- 1:57:44Speaker 3: So as you focus on your forehead, just notice how
- 1:57:49Speaker 3: it becomes even more relaxed as you focus only my
- 1:58:00Speaker 3: voice and that part of your body. Moving down to
- 1:58:10Speaker 3: your eyes, focusing on your eyes, noticing how your eyelids
- 1:58:23Speaker 3: feel so heavy yet so light at the same time,
- 1:58:33Speaker 3: and all the muscles around your eyes relaxing completely. Moving
- 1:58:44Speaker 3: your focus down to your mouth, your lips, your tongue,
- 1:58:52Speaker 3: your teeth, and your gums, the whole of your mouth relaxing, calm.
- 1:59:06Speaker 2: And loose.
- 1:59:11Speaker 3: As you focus now on your jaw, not just the
- 1:59:19Speaker 3: parts of your jaw near your mouth, your chin, but
- 1:59:24Speaker 3: all the way up the size of your face to
- 1:59:28Speaker 3: your ears, a hole of your jaw feeding more relaxed
- 1:59:46Speaker 3: and calm, focusing.
- 1:59:59Speaker 5: On your no.
- 2:00:02Speaker 3: The front of your neck and your throat relaxing and
- 2:00:10Speaker 3: loose and calm. The side of your neck, the right
- 2:00:20Speaker 3: and left side of.
- 2:00:22Speaker 2: Your neck.
- 2:00:25Speaker 3: Relax and loose and calm. And now the back of
- 2:00:41Speaker 3: your neck, focusing on the back of your neck, letting
- 2:00:54Speaker 3: go of any tension that may have been there before,
- 2:01:01Speaker 3: and enjoying that sense of increasing comfort and release that
- 2:01:15Speaker 3: you can experience in the back of your neck. Moving
- 2:01:26Speaker 3: down your back and moving either side of your spine
- 2:01:34Speaker 3: right from the top of your back all the way
- 2:01:38Speaker 3: down to the bottom of your back, down to your
- 2:01:51Speaker 3: lower back. And as you move up and down your spine,
- 2:02:04Speaker 3: you can feel the muscles either side of your spine
- 2:02:11Speaker 3: relaxing even more. And as those muscles relax, that sense
- 2:02:25Speaker 3: of comfort starts to spread outwards from your spine into
- 2:02:36Speaker 3: both sides of your back, the top of your back,
- 2:02:43Speaker 3: the middle and your lower back. And as you scan
- 2:02:51Speaker 3: gently and slowly up and down your back, there's the
- 2:02:59Speaker 3: muscles in the top of your back relax and become looser.
- 2:03:10Speaker 3: The muscles in the middle of your back also seem
- 2:03:16Speaker 3: to just almost divide from each other, separating and almost melting.
- 2:03:31Speaker 3: And in your lower back there seems to be an
- 2:03:37Speaker 3: extra special feeling of comfort. The spreads into your hips,
- 2:03:53Speaker 3: so down your lower back, get into your hips, into
- 2:04:01Speaker 3: the area where your cosis are, and into your buttocks
- 2:04:10Speaker 3: and all those muscles that spread when your lower back
- 2:04:19Speaker 3: into your hip area start to melt, start to really
- 2:04:33Speaker 3: let go, and don't even nowhere about to focus on
- 2:04:44Speaker 3: your shoulders. Your back and your spine will continue to
- 2:04:53Speaker 3: let go, continue to relax, yes, so.
- 2:05:06Speaker 2: Calmly.
- 2:05:11Speaker 3: And as you focus on your shoulders, you may notice
- 2:05:16Speaker 3: that they're already feeling really loose. They're already feeding, calm
- 2:05:47Speaker 3: and fearing. Those muscles then move from your neck into
- 2:05:59Speaker 3: your shoulders. Feel so soft and gentle, so smooth and calm,
- 2:06:36Speaker 3: and the feeding in your shoulders seems to spread deep
- 2:06:49Speaker 3: into your shoulders. That sense of relaxation not just traveling
- 2:06:59Speaker 3: deep bleed into your muscles, but also relaxing the bones
- 2:07:16Speaker 3: and move it all the way to underneath your arms,
- 2:07:22Speaker 3: relaxing a whole area between the tops of your shoulders
- 2:07:30Speaker 3: and underneath your arms, healing.
- 2:07:41Speaker 2: You feel so.
- 2:07:44Speaker 3: Relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders, which sends that deep
- 2:07:59Speaker 3: healing mhm message into your arms, and you may feel
- 2:08:19Speaker 3: almost as if your arms are not even there, because
- 2:08:24Speaker 3: they're so relaxed, so deeply relaxed, so.
- 2:08:45Speaker 2: So calm, so.
- 2:09:08Speaker 3: Loose, not feeling spreading all the way down your arms,
- 2:09:26Speaker 3: two elbows, including your elbows circumforts spreads or away into wrists,
- 2:09:58Speaker 3: your foura commons, and your wrists so heavy, yet at
- 2:10:14Speaker 3: the same time so light and gentle. Focusing now on
- 2:11:00Speaker 3: your hands, my hands, so peaceful in your hands, there's
- 2:11:54Speaker 3: a sense of real peace. It just seems to feel
- 2:12:20Speaker 3: so familiar when your hands relax deeply.
- 2:12:36Speaker 6: Mhm.
- 2:12:38Speaker 3: Ees your fingers, you think this.
- 2:13:33Speaker 2: Sad, this.
- 2:14:03Speaker 3: Your finger tips meving your attention to the front, to
- 2:14:37Speaker 3: your body, so comfortable, move man, your fortress, to legs,
- 2:16:26Speaker 3: love muscles in your thighs, your knees so relaxed, the
- 2:17:21Speaker 3: calf muscles and just shames Compasia four and the faathing
- 2:19:31Speaker 3: and your feet so peaceful, so calm, so peaceful, so calm,
- 2:20:28Speaker 3: so peaceful, so calm, so peace f re sin peace
- 2:20:59Speaker 3: fur so calm, allowing that deep relaxation to spread your chest,
- 2:21:19Speaker 3: in your stomach, so letting go of everything. So I'm
- 2:21:50Speaker 3: gonna start counting down now from twenty down to one.
- 2:22:02Speaker 3: You can imagine in a way, it's like just walking
- 2:22:05Speaker 3: down some steps and each step or twenty steps, and
- 2:22:11Speaker 3: each step represents a level of comfort. Each step represents
- 2:22:24Speaker 3: a deepening of that comfort, and the furvies you walk
- 2:22:37Speaker 3: down those steps a deeper and more relaxed you feel.
- 2:22:49Speaker 3: So starting with number twenty twenty, nineteen, eighteen, seventeen, sixteen
- 2:26:40Speaker 3: three four four see too well.
- 2:30:30Speaker 8: Faa F.
- 2:32:46Speaker 3: Nine eight seven h six five.
- 2:38:00Speaker 9: Four one.
- 2:43:29Speaker 2: And now.
- 2:43:34Speaker 3: As you focus on your eyes, We're gonna count down
- 2:43:47Speaker 3: from ten douts one, focusing just on your eyes, your eyelids,
- 2:44:03Speaker 3: the muscles around your eyes, your eye walls themselves, our
- 2:44:12Speaker 3: whole area that makes up your eye. And as we
- 2:44:29Speaker 3: count down from ten down to one, whilst focusing on
- 2:44:38Speaker 3: your eyes, you become twice is relaxed with each number
- 2:44:55Speaker 3: counting down, and you may find the all you want
- 2:45:07Speaker 3: to do is just drift off to sleep. And if
- 2:45:16Speaker 3: that's what you want, then just allow yourself to do that. Now,
- 2:45:32Speaker 3: focus in on your eyes. I'm going to begin counting
- 2:45:38Speaker 3: down from ten down to one.
- 2:45:46Speaker 2: Right now, ten.
- 2:46:22Speaker 3: Nine eight.
- 2:47:03Speaker 6: H h.
- 2:47:25Speaker 10: Seven five four three.
- 2:53:25Speaker 3: Two one. So counting down from ten to one ten
- 2:55:14Speaker 3: nine eight seven six five four three two one. And
- 2:55:43Speaker 3: maybe that was a bit too quick in order to relax.
- 2:55:48Speaker 3: Maybe it's a bit too fast for you to notice
- 2:55:52Speaker 3: the calming of your body, maybe even a little bit
- 2:56:01Speaker 3: of pressure.
- 2:56:01Speaker 2: There, Like you're counting down from ten to one.
- 2:56:05Speaker 3: What do you expect me to do? Man, expect me
- 2:56:08Speaker 3: to stick gold floppy just because you're counting down. We
- 2:56:18Speaker 3: could try it again, but this time I go this lower.
- 2:56:24Speaker 3: This time, as you focus on the whole of your
- 2:56:29Speaker 3: body before we focus on your legs. Just notice how
- 2:56:37Speaker 3: your body does start to feel more relaxed with every
- 2:56:52Speaker 3: number that I count down ten nine eight seven six
- 2:57:33Speaker 3: five four three two one. And just notice how how
- 2:58:42Speaker 3: you feel generally, how your body feels. It's not necessarily
- 2:58:52Speaker 3: even about ye counting down from ten to one. It's
- 2:59:03Speaker 3: that space that you have, that space between being active
- 2:59:22Speaker 3: physically or mentally to just sitting or lying down, just
- 2:59:32Speaker 3: being there, not doing anything, not saying anything, or needing
- 2:59:38Speaker 3: to think about anything. So it opens up a space,
- 2:59:45Speaker 3: you know, a bit of a space, a gap. And
- 2:59:54Speaker 3: the more I came down from ten to one, the
- 2:59:59Speaker 3: bigger that gap becomes. So there's that gap of calmness,
- 3:00:08Speaker 3: of comfort, relaxation. It's a nice feeling and it moves
- 3:00:25Speaker 3: those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally, moves them away.
- 3:00:42Speaker 3: Allows you.
- 3:00:45Speaker 1: To just.
- 3:00:49Speaker 3: Slow down, someone to count again from ten down to one,
- 3:00:56Speaker 3: and notice that gap widening, the gap. And as it widens,
- 3:01:06Speaker 3: it's almost like the stress and attention falls into the gap.
- 3:01:26Speaker 3: It gives you that distance, that space.
- 3:01:33Speaker 2: Now ten.
- 3:01:43Speaker 3: Nine, eight, seven, six, five four three.
- 3:03:09Speaker 2: Two one. How does your.
- 3:03:42Speaker 3: Body feel now? Can you notice there? Do you feel
- 3:04:01Speaker 3: in calmer? Do you feeling more relaxed? As we now
- 3:04:38Speaker 3: focus on your legs, just your legs, We're just gonna
- 3:04:59Speaker 3: start with focusing on your thighs. Of course, it's not
- 3:05:18Speaker 3: the most exciting thing to be doing because I'm sure
- 3:05:27Speaker 3: like most of your body is not a lot going
- 3:05:29Speaker 3: on right now. Just focusing on the whole of your thighs,
- 3:05:45Speaker 3: the tops of your thighs, the sides of your thighs,
- 3:05:51Speaker 3: the bottoms of your thighs. You're outer thighs and you're
- 3:05:55Speaker 3: inner thighs. Basically the whole of your thigh that leads
- 3:06:02Speaker 3: into your hip and it goes down to your knee joints. Now,
- 3:06:17Speaker 3: this is a big area, it's a very heavy area.
- 3:06:25Speaker 3: It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body
- 3:06:32Speaker 3: or in your thighs. But I don't think we perhaps
- 3:06:48Speaker 3: give enough attention to ad thighs. Perhaps we don't acknowledge
- 3:07:01Speaker 3: how important our thighs are to our lives, how much
- 3:07:23Speaker 3: they actually do for us all through our lives. And
- 3:07:37Speaker 3: it may seem to sound really weird, but I think
- 3:07:43Speaker 3: that all of our body parts, especially our thighs, need
- 3:07:50Speaker 3: some TLC, a bit of love shown, a bit of acknowledgement.
- 3:08:07Speaker 2: I thank you.
- 3:08:10Speaker 3: Gratitude for what our thighs do for us. And I
- 3:08:23Speaker 3: know this may sound a bit strange. Maybe you think,
- 3:08:29Speaker 3: why am I sure? How I should be out in
- 3:08:32Speaker 3: the garden hugging a tree or something. Well, it's hard
- 3:08:40Speaker 3: to set a microphone up on a tree. That's why
- 3:08:44Speaker 3: I'm doing this indoors. Otherwise I would be outside hugging
- 3:08:46Speaker 3: a tree. Now I can't see the television from the
- 3:08:50Speaker 3: tree if you move down to your knees, gaining such
- 3:09:01Speaker 3: an important part, and I think we don't necessarily I'll
- 3:09:10Speaker 3: speak for myself here. I don't necessarily appreciate all that
- 3:09:18Speaker 3: my needs do for me until I have a problem
- 3:09:23Speaker 3: with my knee. It's occasionally if I ever maybe i'll
- 3:09:28Speaker 3: pash it, or it's aching for some reason. It's then
- 3:09:35Speaker 3: that I realize how much it does. You know, the
- 3:09:40Speaker 3: benefit of being able to use my legs without any
- 3:09:48Speaker 3: kind of physical discomfort is a beautiful thing that's possibly
- 3:09:56Speaker 3: not appreciated until it's temporarily removed. You know that's comfort.
- 3:10:07Speaker 3: But as you focus on your knees, regardless of how
- 3:10:12Speaker 3: your knees feel, you can have that sense of gratitude
- 3:10:21Speaker 3: and love to your knees for all that they do
- 3:10:24Speaker 3: for you. And you can still have that attention on
- 3:10:37Speaker 3: your thighs and maybe notice how your thighs feel. Maybe
- 3:10:43Speaker 3: you've noticed that they are relaxing more deeply as you
- 3:11:01Speaker 3: focus now on the bottoms of your legs, your shins
- 3:11:07Speaker 3: and your calf muscles, the bones between your knees and
- 3:11:14Speaker 3: your feet incorporate, and of course, your ankles so important.
- 3:11:27Speaker 3: You know, anyone that's had even like the slightest sprain
- 3:11:32Speaker 3: of an ankle knows how how much we take our
- 3:11:39Speaker 3: ankles for granted. And it's kind of strange in a
- 3:11:47Speaker 3: way when you think that, you know, logically, our wrists
- 3:11:53Speaker 3: are a lot thinner than the rest of our arms,
- 3:11:57Speaker 3: which is okay, it doesn't can't see any problem with
- 3:12:01Speaker 3: that because we're just picking stuff up. But our ankles
- 3:12:08Speaker 3: so much thinner than the rest of our legs, and
- 3:12:18Speaker 3: from a physics perspective or logical even it doesn't really
- 3:12:23Speaker 3: make sense that all this weight would ultimately be resting
- 3:12:31Speaker 3: on your ankles then leading to your feet, that thin area,
- 3:12:42Speaker 3: thin bone. Yeah, it does so much great work. Supports us,
- 3:12:52Speaker 3: supports our body for a lifetime, helps us to balance,
- 3:13:04Speaker 3: It helps you to get around and be mobile. And
- 3:13:17Speaker 3: there's the calf muscles. Of course, when I was younger,
- 3:13:25Speaker 3: I couldn't see the point in calf muscles. Didn't seem
- 3:13:29Speaker 3: to do anything. Okay, if I walked around on tiptoes,
- 3:13:34Speaker 3: then my calf muscles get some work. But of course
- 3:13:38Speaker 3: that's not true. The calf muscles are being used whenever
- 3:13:43Speaker 3: we use our legs and your shins there to protect
- 3:13:56Speaker 3: your lower legs, shaped in a way almost as a
- 3:14:05Speaker 3: protector for the bone, leading of course to your ankles
- 3:14:21Speaker 3: and your feet. But we're not going to focus on
- 3:14:28Speaker 3: your feet. We're just going to focus on the legs.
- 3:14:32Speaker 3: I realize that now that I've mentioned your feet, it
- 3:14:36Speaker 3: probably focuses on them anyway, So maybe I should focus
- 3:14:41Speaker 3: on your feet a little bit. You can have them
- 3:14:47Speaker 3: in your awareness the same as you have your thighs
- 3:14:53Speaker 3: in your awareness. Even though we haven't been focusing on
- 3:14:58Speaker 3: your thighs for a few minutes, let me focusing on
- 3:15:02Speaker 3: your ankles. There's still that sensation of comfort in your thighs,
- 3:15:25Speaker 3: and there's that movement of energy because the thighs hold
- 3:15:34Speaker 3: lots of different sensations. Of course, there's the muscles, the
- 3:15:40Speaker 3: big straw muscles that we have in our thighs. But
- 3:15:52Speaker 3: the skin on the outside of the thighs, as in
- 3:15:58Speaker 3: the outside of all of our body, can be very sensitive,
- 3:16:08Speaker 3: sensitive to the touch, sensitive to temperature, and inside your
- 3:16:21Speaker 3: thighs the bones, there's the muscle, there's the blood, vessels,
- 3:16:29Speaker 3: the arch trees, all this stuff that's inside your thighs.
- 3:16:39Speaker 3: And I guess sometimes it'd be nice if you could
- 3:16:42Speaker 3: actually put your fingers inside your thighs and message. So
- 3:16:50Speaker 3: you can message on the outside, of course, but to
- 3:16:54Speaker 3: be able to get deep into the muscles and to
- 3:16:57Speaker 3: be able to just message inside your thighs, message in
- 3:17:02Speaker 3: the bones of your leg message in or the veins,
- 3:17:11Speaker 3: and just gently healing your thighs, and you could move
- 3:17:21Speaker 3: down message and inside your knees, just message in those bones,
- 3:17:30Speaker 3: but with healing fingertips, spreading that healing energy deep into
- 3:17:37Speaker 3: the joints of your knees. Of course, there's the back
- 3:17:47Speaker 3: of your your knee, you know, the inside crease where
- 3:17:52Speaker 3: your knee is. It's a very sensitive area, very feels
- 3:17:59Speaker 3: very nice when you stroke it. That might be because
- 3:18:04Speaker 3: it's an area that's not really touched very often. It's
- 3:18:09Speaker 3: almost like a hidden part, that crease in your legs.
- 3:18:16Speaker 3: It's almost it's like a part that has a sensitivity
- 3:18:23Speaker 3: which is a little bit different. Of course, it's protected
- 3:18:34Speaker 3: by your legs. So you can imagine putting your fingers
- 3:18:45Speaker 3: into that crease in your legs, fold in between your legs.
- 3:18:56Speaker 3: You can just message with your fingertips, your fingertips going inside,
- 3:19:03Speaker 3: massage in the muscle tissue. You can of course field
- 3:19:12Speaker 3: the the bones of your knees, healing through your fingertips,
- 3:19:26Speaker 3: and then as you go down to your calf muscles.
- 3:19:31Speaker 3: And that's a part i'd like to be able to
- 3:19:34Speaker 3: really put my fingertips deep inside my calf muscles, massage
- 3:19:41Speaker 3: in every single tissue of that muscle, healing every part,
- 3:19:56Speaker 3: and then doing the same for my shins, massage in
- 3:20:03Speaker 3: gently stroking the bones, gently stroking them, healing in a
- 3:20:10Speaker 3: loving way, because they deserve to be treated as the
- 3:20:18Speaker 3: precious bones that they are. Because our legs are so
- 3:20:22Speaker 3: precious as in all the other parts of our body,
- 3:20:28Speaker 3: and more precious of any jure on the planet. When
- 3:20:42Speaker 3: you start to think about your legs in this way,
- 3:20:54Speaker 3: it can change your perspective. It might sound a bit
- 3:21:04Speaker 3: a bit silly to start with the idea of having
- 3:21:09Speaker 3: love for your legs, showing appreciation for your thighs, wanting
- 3:21:19Speaker 3: to be able to put your hands in your thighs,
- 3:21:25Speaker 3: massage the muscles and the bones, and to get your
- 3:21:32Speaker 3: fingers deep in there, releasing all tension, just to show
- 3:21:42Speaker 3: how much you care about your legs, how much you
- 3:21:50Speaker 3: care for what your legs do.
- 3:21:53Speaker 2: For you.
- 3:21:55Speaker 3: Regularly, your knees, your car your ankles, the strength of
- 3:22:07Speaker 3: your ankles, considering how thin they are compared to the
- 3:22:15Speaker 3: rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah, they're so strong,
- 3:22:24Speaker 3: so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Your ankles are truly a
- 3:22:39Speaker 3: gift because of what they do for you, supporting all
- 3:22:50Speaker 3: that weight, regardless of how what weight you are, even
- 3:22:57Speaker 3: if you only ate stone, still a lot of weight
- 3:23:02Speaker 3: for these little ankles. Now I'm a lot heavier than
- 3:23:09Speaker 3: eight snow double down, Yet my ankles support my body
- 3:23:20Speaker 3: all the time. Orthough they do give off a sigh
- 3:23:26Speaker 3: of relief when I sit down, as I've got my
- 3:23:32Speaker 3: whole legs do my feet feet also go, my toes clap.
- 3:23:42Speaker 3: I'm so happy. Your legs really are amazing. And I
- 3:24:11Speaker 3: know that about talking about your legs is probably possibly
- 3:24:18Speaker 3: among the most most boring things you've ever heard anyone say.
- 3:24:24Speaker 3: Possibly you're boring or not. Everything I said is true.
- 3:24:34Speaker 3: Your legs are amazing. Your legs deserve not just respect,
- 3:24:54Speaker 3: They deserve to relax.
- 3:24:58Speaker 2: Deeply.
- 3:25:05Speaker 3: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 3:25:11Speaker 3: to just let go completely. Your legs really can relax.
- 3:25:47Speaker 3: And because the legs are so such a most you know,
- 3:25:52Speaker 3: very important part of your body. When you relax your legs,
- 3:25:58Speaker 3: the rest of your body or so naturally follows in
- 3:26:05Speaker 3: that journey of comfort. I can feel it in my hips.
- 3:26:21Speaker 3: My hips feel really loose, and also my.
- 3:26:27Speaker 2: Light back as well. My lower back really.
- 3:26:32Speaker 3: Feels it feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting in
- 3:26:37Speaker 3: a chair and there's no stretching as far as I'm
- 3:26:43Speaker 3: aware that I'm doing. It's almost as if the muscles
- 3:26:47Speaker 3: are just relaxed so much that there is a natural
- 3:26:51Speaker 3: stretch as the tension has reduced a lot. And I'm
- 3:27:15Speaker 3: now going to count down from ten down to one,
- 3:27:23Speaker 3: and you can continue to fill wonderfully relaxed ten nine
- 3:27:40Speaker 3: eight seven six five.
- 3:27:57Speaker 6: Four three two.
- 3:28:09Speaker 3: Why relaxed?
- 3:28:24Speaker 2: So I'm just going to count down.
- 3:28:27Speaker 3: From five down to one, And as a countdown, if
- 3:28:32Speaker 3: you just focus on the numbers, just the numbers counting down,
- 3:28:40Speaker 3: and notice how you feel in this moment as you
- 3:28:49Speaker 3: hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those numbers counting
- 3:28:57Speaker 3: down represent you feeling calmer, not just in your body,
- 3:29:07Speaker 3: but also relaxing your mind. I just notice how you feel.
- 3:29:16Speaker 3: There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say, there's nothing
- 3:29:22Speaker 3: to think about, starting with number five.
- 3:29:38Speaker 2: Four.
- 3:29:48Speaker 3: Three two one. And as you notice the gradual letting
- 3:30:24Speaker 3: go the tension in your body, you may also begin
- 3:30:34Speaker 3: to notice and be aware of how your mind is
- 3:30:41Speaker 3: starting to slow down. This is just a natural thing
- 3:30:49Speaker 3: that happens. It's not really a special procedure. It's just
- 3:30:57Speaker 3: natural because as you're by relaxes, your mind also starts
- 3:31:03Speaker 3: to relax, and the more your mind relaxes, the more
- 3:31:08Speaker 3: your body relaxes. It's just a continuous circle of relaxation.
- 3:31:19Speaker 3: And there's that calmness that comes from relative quietness. You know,
- 3:31:28Speaker 3: even even if there's background sounds, either your side.
- 3:31:33Speaker 2: Or mine.
- 3:31:35Speaker 3: Is still going to be quite calm. You know, you
- 3:31:41Speaker 3: haven't got the television on, there's no music in the
- 3:31:46Speaker 3: background unless you're listening to the recording with music. Of course,
- 3:31:54Speaker 3: you're very likely not going to be sitting in a
- 3:31:56Speaker 3: room with other people. Of course it might be, but
- 3:32:00Speaker 3: generally it's more ideal if you can do this on
- 3:32:04Speaker 3: your own, so no distractions, and when you stop thinking
- 3:32:15Speaker 3: about stuff, relaxation automatically rises. A sense of comfort starts
- 3:32:32Speaker 3: to grow, and without trying to build it up into
- 3:32:41Speaker 3: something fantastical or something magical, this is just a natural process,
- 3:32:56Speaker 3: something that's easy to accomplish. In fact, it's almost you know,
- 3:33:07Speaker 3: the sense of relaxing completely happens really when you put
- 3:33:14Speaker 3: no effort into it. It's not something that you can
- 3:33:18Speaker 3: really force. It's something that happens naturally. And part of
- 3:33:30Speaker 3: the process of this recording and others is simply two
- 3:33:41Speaker 3: allow you to take advantage of this space. This time,
- 3:33:55Speaker 3: it's just.
- 3:34:00Speaker 2: It go.
- 3:34:03Speaker 3: To just be here, to be in tune with how
- 3:34:11Speaker 3: you feel, yet with the intention of wanting to relax
- 3:34:25Speaker 3: deeply and maybe even to fall asleep, depending on what
- 3:34:36Speaker 3: it is that you wish for yourself in this moment.
- 3:34:49Speaker 3: As we know, relaxing is the majority of the process
- 3:34:59Speaker 3: of falling as sleep. The actual falling asleep part is
- 3:35:04Speaker 3: a tiny bit at the end. The deeper relaxed you become,
- 3:35:16Speaker 3: the easier you find yourself drifting. But you can also
- 3:35:34Speaker 3: if you choose stay focused on my voice and really
- 3:35:44Speaker 3: enjoy the process of gradually relaxing each muscle in your
- 3:36:14Speaker 3: body effortlessly and just observing the sensation of letting go completely.
- 3:36:54Speaker 3: This time, I'm going to count from six down to one,
- 3:37:03Speaker 3: and you can notice your mind calming down more with
- 3:37:13Speaker 3: each number.
- 3:37:16Speaker 2: That you hear me.
- 3:37:17Speaker 3: Say, naturally, feeling calm and slow and be peaceful sex five, four, three, one,
- 3:40:26Speaker 3: being aware of how your mind to slowed.
- 3:40:35Speaker 2: Right down.
- 3:40:39Speaker 3: Sinking deeply into relaxation. And as you focus on your mind,
- 3:41:03Speaker 3: you may notice that there are some thoughts still there,
- 3:41:15Speaker 3: maybe some stubborn thoughts that for some reason perhaps need
- 3:41:25Speaker 3: your attention.
- 3:41:32Speaker 2: That's what you can do is.
- 3:41:39Speaker 3: Send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts with love.
- 3:41:54Speaker 3: M all petals from a flower, just sprinkle it over them.
- 3:41:59Speaker 3: Pet was filled with love towards those thoughts, to let
- 3:42:06Speaker 3: those thoughts know that you're not abandon in them.
- 3:42:13Speaker 2: You just need them.
- 3:42:15Speaker 3: You require them to just calm down, slow down, quiet down.
- 3:42:31Speaker 2: For now.
- 3:42:39Speaker 3: So as you focus on those remaining thoughts, as we
- 3:42:44Speaker 3: count down this time from seven down to one. With
- 3:42:50Speaker 3: each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness,
- 3:43:05Speaker 3: gratitude over those thoughts, which will allow them to just
- 3:43:19Speaker 3: melt away and relax deeply. With every number, those thoughts
- 3:43:34Speaker 3: will become more and more relaxed, starting with number seven, six, five, four,
- 3:45:08Speaker 3: three one.
- 3:46:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 3:46:17Speaker 3: And as you now notice how relaxed you're feeling in
- 3:46:34Speaker 3: your body, we're going to focus on your hands, because
- 3:46:56Speaker 3: the more relaxed your hands are, the more relaxed your
- 3:47:02Speaker 3: body and mind are.
- 3:47:19Speaker 5: And there's.
- 3:47:21Speaker 3: You focus on your hands and your fingers. There's nothing
- 3:47:32Speaker 3: needed to be done. There's no clenching of fists or
- 3:47:38Speaker 3: dancing the fingers or anything like that. It's just noticing
- 3:47:50Speaker 3: and focusing on your hands, noticing how they feel.
- 3:48:17Speaker 2: Because the more.
- 3:48:21Speaker 3: Relaxed your hands feel, the calmer your mind feels, and
- 3:48:31Speaker 3: the more comfort you feel throughout your body.
- 3:48:45Speaker 6: And you.
- 3:48:49Speaker 3: May have already noticed you mind is starting to dress
- 3:49:34Speaker 3: like sense just on your hands and fingers, allowing them
- 3:49:49Speaker 3: to experience a real deepening of that real vexation in
- 3:50:02Speaker 3: your hands and fingers, more and more relaxed. With each
- 3:50:21Speaker 3: number from eight.
- 3:50:32Speaker 2: Down to one, you can.
- 3:50:38Speaker 3: Almost feel that healing and relaxing energy spreading into your
- 3:50:50Speaker 3: hands and fingers, becoming.
- 3:51:00Speaker 6: E more.
- 3:51:04Speaker 3: Relaxing with each number you hear, going down eight down
- 3:51:22Speaker 3: to one, drifting, drifting again starting with number eight, seven.
- 3:52:57Speaker 2: Six, f.
- 3:53:57Speaker 3: Four three, just being here now, nothing to think about,
- 3:55:46Speaker 3: nothing to do, nothing to say, and everything just feels calm.
- 3:56:02Speaker 3: And this is your natural state of being. This is
- 3:56:10Speaker 3: how you just normally feel when you take away all
- 3:56:17Speaker 3: that other stuff that we add, you know, things like
- 3:56:24Speaker 3: stress and worrying and overthinking, anxiety, tension, just generally thinking
- 3:56:40Speaker 3: about stuff, and you take that away, which is what
- 3:56:46Speaker 3: we do. What we do now, you're left with a
- 3:56:58Speaker 3: real sense of peacefulness which comes to you very quickly,
- 3:57:11Speaker 3: because ultimately it's just a feeling, a feeling of comfort.
- 3:57:26Speaker 3: It's almost as if you've gone inside yourself and you've
- 3:57:29Speaker 3: found a special place where everything is peaceful, a place
- 3:57:44Speaker 3: where you can feel relaxed and your natural sense of comfort,
- 3:57:55Speaker 3: a place where you can be you, where you can
- 3:58:03Speaker 3: accept yourself for who you are, the place where you're
- 3:58:10Speaker 3: not trying to please anybody else ever, the place where
- 3:58:20Speaker 3: you can actually not just love yourself, but in some
- 3:58:30Speaker 3: ways more importantly, you can like yourself appreciate who you are.
- 3:58:48Speaker 3: That sense of gratitude is in the air all around you.
- 3:59:03Speaker 3: That's also a place where you can actually feel the
- 3:59:11Speaker 3: healing energy soaking into your body. Healing energy soaking into
- 3:59:26Speaker 3: your body, and that healing energy spreads through your veins,
- 3:59:40Speaker 3: traveling to each and every single part of your body,
- 3:59:53Speaker 3: and you start to realize that actually that healing energy,
- 4:00:00Speaker 3: it's not just entered into your brain, it's become part
- 4:00:07Speaker 3: of your brain, and that spinal fluid is now mixed
- 4:00:18Speaker 3: with healing energy, not just allowing you to feel so
- 4:00:29Speaker 3: much more relaxed and healthy in this moment. But also
- 4:00:44Speaker 3: you start to realize that actually, what's happening now with
- 4:00:52Speaker 3: that healing, relaxing energy spreading through your body, it's actually
- 4:01:02Speaker 3: changing your life. It's actually changing the way you're going
- 4:01:12Speaker 3: to feel not just now, but tomorrow and the next day.
- 4:01:21Speaker 3: As your health improves, not just your physical health, but
- 4:01:29Speaker 3: your mental health. Things that used to bother you in
- 4:01:36Speaker 3: the past, for some reason, no longer have the effect
- 4:01:44Speaker 3: that they used to because something has changed deep within you.
- 4:01:58Speaker 3: Maybe things that used to cause you to feel anger
- 4:02:08Speaker 3: no longer have that power to control you the way
- 4:02:19Speaker 3: they seem to be able to before. As you realize
- 4:02:28Speaker 3: that you're the one who decides what affects you, you're
- 4:02:41Speaker 3: the one who decides to feel relaxed and calm when
- 4:02:51Speaker 3: you choose to enjoy noticing these natural developments of healing
- 4:03:09Speaker 3: continuing to grow and improve your life day by day,
- 4:03:23Speaker 3: including of course, your ability to relax so much easier
- 4:03:37Speaker 3: and sleeping. It's the most natural thing in the world
- 4:03:48Speaker 3: to you, because falling asleep is something that you've done
- 4:03:59Speaker 3: so many times.
- 4:04:02Speaker 5: In your life, and you know that you were born
- 4:04:09Speaker 5: as we all were, with.
- 4:04:11Speaker 3: The ability to fall asleep naturally. We were born with
- 4:04:23Speaker 3: that ability to just drift off into a deep, healing sleep.
- 4:04:41Speaker 3: Even when we're kids, sometimes will fall asleep and we
- 4:04:46Speaker 3: don't even want to try and tell you stay awake.
- 4:04:52Speaker 3: Maybe it's a birthday in the morning, or it's Christmas
- 4:04:55Speaker 3: or holiday or something we look forward to. We don't
- 4:04:59Speaker 3: want to go to sleep. But the more you want
- 4:05:04Speaker 3: to stay awake, the more we just start to drift.
- 4:05:13Speaker 3: And the more you fight drifting, the more you try
- 4:05:17Speaker 3: to stop yourself and drift in a safe the deeper
- 4:05:22Speaker 3: and stronger that drifting becomes. Because we're born not just
- 4:05:34Speaker 3: with the need to relax deeply and to naturally fall asleep,
- 4:05:44Speaker 3: but it's our birthright, it's part of our DNA, and
- 4:05:58Speaker 3: sometimes as we get old during life, perhaps at times
- 4:06:04Speaker 3: we have forgotten that relaxing completely. It's not only a
- 4:06:17Speaker 3: wonderfully pleasant experience, it's also really easy. It's very very
- 4:06:42Speaker 3: easy to let go.
- 4:06:46Speaker 2: Because that's all it is.
- 4:06:48Speaker 3: It's just deciding to let go. And when you press
- 4:07:03Speaker 3: the play button on my recordings, you have given permission.
- 4:07:13Speaker 2: For my voice.
- 4:07:16Speaker 3: To relax you. When you press that play button, you
- 4:07:23Speaker 3: have given me permission for my words to effect you
- 4:07:34Speaker 3: in a positive, only a positive way, opening up your
- 4:07:51Speaker 3: mind two useful and healing suggestions that can have such
- 4:08:14Speaker 3: an amazing effect on how you feel right now, as
- 4:08:26Speaker 3: well as those changes that continue long after the recording ends,
- 4:08:39Speaker 3: those changes within you that continue to flourish and grow,
- 4:08:52Speaker 3: transforming your life in positive, beautiful way, allowing you to
- 4:09:07Speaker 3: move forward in your life in the direction that you
- 4:09:14Speaker 3: choose for yourself. And this feeling, this feeling that you
- 4:09:32Speaker 3: can experience of safety, comfort, calmness, This feels so nice.
- 4:09:56Speaker 3: It's such a healthy place to be, and that positivity
- 4:10:10Speaker 3: grows within you each and every day. Moving forward, you're
- 4:10:29Speaker 3: how to find that you're more relaxed physically and in
- 4:10:40Speaker 3: your mind is more relaxed. And it's not that you're
- 4:10:49Speaker 3: thinking slower, it's just that your mind will be less
- 4:10:56Speaker 3: clogged up with unnecessary negativity because from now on, your
- 4:11:07Speaker 3: mind rejects negativity. From now on, you're going to start
- 4:11:17Speaker 3: noticing when negativity arises and you can just say stop, stop,
- 4:11:37Speaker 3: and that negativity will turn around and leave you alone.
- 4:11:51Speaker 3: Stop and that negativity.
- 4:12:00Speaker 2: Would disappear.
- 4:12:09Speaker 3: And as you notice that you feel way more relaxed
- 4:12:17Speaker 3: than you probably expected. You can now congratulate yourself because
- 4:12:33Speaker 3: you're the person that has done this. You are the
- 4:12:39Speaker 3: one that has opened your mind up to the simple
- 4:12:45Speaker 3: facts that you can feel more relaxed in your body
- 4:12:53Speaker 3: and in your mind. You've opened your mind up to
- 4:13:05Speaker 3: the birthright of being able to just fall asleep easily
- 4:13:13Speaker 3: when you choose. And that's a nice feeling.
- 4:13:26Speaker 2: Don't you think.
- 4:13:30Speaker 3: It feels nice? Doesn't it? To feel calm full, that
- 4:13:39Speaker 3: healing energy spreading through your body in your mind, to
- 4:13:50Speaker 3: spend time a special place where negativity can no longer enter.
- 4:14:08Speaker 3: Negativity is banned. It's bad, it's not allowed. Entrigue doesn't
- 4:14:18Speaker 3: it doesn't. This doesn't deserve to be here. It doesn't
- 4:14:21Speaker 3: belong here. Negativity has no place in your life, which
- 4:14:40Speaker 3: makes room for more comfort, more healing, more relaxation, more peace.
- 4:15:12Speaker 2: It feels nice, doesn't it?
- 4:15:15Speaker 3: Just to let go with everything. I'm gonna count down
- 4:15:39Speaker 3: now from twenty down to one. You can continue to relax.
- 4:15:50Speaker 3: If you choose, you can drift to sleep with every
- 4:16:02Speaker 3: number he may say, you can fill twice as relaxed,
- 4:16:16Speaker 3: or if you choose, you can fill twice as sleeping.
- 4:16:27Speaker 3: Now twenty nineteen eighteen seven, eighteen, sixteen, fifteen, fourteen thirteen
- 4:17:42Speaker 3: to weelve eleven, ten, nine, eight seven, six, five.
- 4:18:48Speaker 1: Four.
- 4:19:22Speaker 3: This is your time to just take a break, your
- 4:19:32Speaker 3: time to relax, to allow your mind to slow down,
- 4:19:51Speaker 3: to give yourself a permission.
- 4:19:58Speaker 5: To take a break.
- 4:20:04Speaker 3: From everything. And you're the only person that can make
- 4:20:14Speaker 3: that decision.
- 4:20:17Speaker 11: You're the only.
- 4:20:18Speaker 2: Person that can actually tell your mind.
- 4:20:25Speaker 3: To just relax, to just.
- 4:20:38Speaker 5: Take some time.
- 4:20:41Speaker 3: Off so that you can focus on your body, getting
- 4:20:54Speaker 3: in touch with how you feel physically. And in the
- 4:21:08Speaker 3: process of this body scan, where you focus on different
- 4:21:16Speaker 3: parts of your body, those parts that you focus on
- 4:21:27Speaker 3: and observe, even though you're not purposely requesting for those
- 4:21:39Speaker 3: parts of your body to relax, it's kind of expected.
- 4:21:46Speaker 3: You expect when you listen to my voice to feel
- 4:21:52Speaker 3: more relaxed naturally, because when you're listening to me, your
- 4:22:06Speaker 3: attention is focused on my words, and as my words
- 4:22:19Speaker 3: guide you to focus on those parts of your body,
- 4:22:33Speaker 3: your focus increases, which actually calms your mind. And when
- 4:22:55Speaker 3: your mind calms down, your body relaxes. And when your body.
- 4:23:19Speaker 12: Calms down, your mind.
- 4:23:28Speaker 3: Relaxes. And even though you have not really started to
- 4:23:43Speaker 3: focus on your body, you can already feel that healing
- 4:23:56Speaker 3: energy spreading through your body, pushing out stress and tension,
- 4:24:14Speaker 3: heathing all the parts of your body, bleeding, your skin,
- 4:24:23Speaker 3: your bones, your blood, all of your organs inside your body,
- 4:24:31Speaker 3: all of the muscles, all of the fat, all everything,
- 4:24:40Speaker 3: every hair on your body is filled with that healing energy.
- 4:24:54Speaker 3: And when your brain rules with that healing energy, the
- 4:25:10Speaker 3: feeling of comfort and relaxation.
- 4:25:17Speaker 2: Increases deeply, increases.
- 4:25:34Speaker 3: In a way to.
- 4:25:38Speaker 2: Your mind.
- 4:25:42Speaker 3: Starts to feel perhaps bit drowsing because it's not needed,
- 4:25:59Speaker 3: and may start to drift if that's what's needed. So
- 4:26:19Speaker 3: if you're listening to this and what you need is
- 4:26:24Speaker 3: deep relaxation.
- 4:26:26Speaker 11: That's what you get. If what you need is.
- 4:26:32Speaker 3: To fall asleep naturally and easily as your mind drifts,
- 4:26:42Speaker 3: that's also for what happened, because by listen that play
- 4:26:55Speaker 3: button on the podcast and listening to me to give
- 4:27:01Speaker 3: permission for your body in your mind, in fact, you
- 4:27:14Speaker 3: give the command to your body in your mind to
- 4:27:19Speaker 3: relax deeply and to drift off to sleep if that's
- 4:27:32Speaker 3: what you want need.
- 4:27:45Speaker 2: And as I focus.
- 4:27:48Speaker 3: On the different parts of your body, you may start
- 4:27:58Speaker 3: to just driven, and then you come back again and
- 4:28:06Speaker 3: do you hear me talking and I'm focusing on a
- 4:28:10Speaker 3: different parts of your body, and you may find yourself drifting.
- 4:28:25Speaker 3: You don't realize you're drifting until you stop drifting. If
- 4:28:33Speaker 3: you're alert again to my voice focusing what a different
- 4:28:40Speaker 3: parts of your body starts to relax in deeper because
- 4:28:50Speaker 3: that drifting, it's basically you already in the sleep side.
- 4:29:04Speaker 3: And the more you drift, the longer you drift, the
- 4:29:10Speaker 3: longer you dreat. Eventually, that drifting continues into sleep, and
- 4:29:25Speaker 3: that's the last you remember until you wake up.
- 4:29:34Speaker 11: In your own time when.
- 4:29:37Speaker 3: You experience the r amount.
- 4:29:39Speaker 11: Of sleep, because when you do, and if you do all.
- 4:29:49Speaker 3: Asleep, it's extremely pleasant, so relaxing, so deep sleep feels
- 4:30:18Speaker 3: so nice to relax into the one body in mind
- 4:30:31Speaker 3: as you feel that heating energy is spreading through it.
- 4:30:38Speaker 3: Relaxing is so deep and relaxing is so so deeply.
- 4:31:00Speaker 3: We start to focus on your eyes, leave it down
- 4:31:16Speaker 3: to your jewel, down to make the shoulders.
- 4:31:43Speaker 6: Ah hand.
- 4:31:59Speaker 13: Pheus, yes, yes, by.
- 4:32:38Speaker 11: You you make.
- 4:32:55Speaker 3: You fat and the being.
- 4:33:27Speaker 13: Being breathing.
- 4:33:31Speaker 3: Growing inside your body.
- 4:33:37Speaker 14: Than you are.
- 4:33:40Speaker 3: Now, let's focus again, are parts of your body focusing
- 4:33:54Speaker 3: this time on your forehead. Now on your mouth, lips,
- 4:34:07Speaker 3: the tongue, all of your mouth. Focus then on your fingers.
- 4:34:32Speaker 11: Maybe you need it then you think it's a little goods.
- 4:34:37Speaker 3: You can focus on each one individually, both hands.
- 4:34:52Speaker 2: And even though should focus on both.
- 4:34:55Speaker 3: Of your hands now.
- 4:34:58Speaker 11: It almost seems to melt into one.
- 4:35:06Speaker 3: Maybe your right hand start to you know, lived hand and.
- 4:35:14Speaker 11: Who mast is it.
- 4:35:18Speaker 3: Just mixed together? Now, focusing on your knees, just magicing.
- 4:35:34Speaker 11: How your knees fill.
- 4:35:52Speaker 3: Now, focusing helpers, focusing on birdays, will words, just absurving, feasing,
- 4:36:13Speaker 3: holling about almers, nosen, observing.
- 4:36:44Speaker 6: What do you think.
- 4:36:55Speaker 3: Feeling that energy? The fact you think.
- 4:37:32Speaker 1: So?
- 4:37:35Speaker 11: You think course these cool sensations, don't think ye the tide?
- 4:39:04Speaker 11: What do you think?
- 4:39:13Speaker 3: Being aware?
- 4:39:15Speaker 11: Now?
- 4:39:18Speaker 4: You too.
- 4:39:21Speaker 11: Feel right now what you say?
- 4:40:08Speaker 12: Hi, you sire, body feels nicin you.
- 4:40:31Speaker 3: Mind feels.
- 4:40:39Speaker 6: Now.
- 4:40:57Speaker 3: Let him go, Let's hi go, let'sh go like everything,
- 4:41:31Speaker 3: let's h go, lets go, let'sh go theverything I'm going
- 4:42:13Speaker 3: to start now.
- 4:42:15Speaker 2: And i'd likely just first of all, just to see yourself.
- 4:42:20Speaker 5: Lying down.
- 4:42:22Speaker 3: On that message table, lying on the front. Your head
- 4:42:28Speaker 3: is supported, your arms are supported, and you feel comfortable.
- 4:42:37Speaker 3: And breathing. It's really easy.
- 4:42:41Speaker 5: And you feel.
- 4:42:45Speaker 2: You feel confident in how you look as well.
- 4:42:48Speaker 5: So there's none of that.
- 4:42:50Speaker 3: Issue of body problems or shyness because I'm a professional
- 4:42:58Speaker 3: and is a therapy session, so none of that stuff
- 4:43:05Speaker 3: matters whatsoever. This is about you. This is about how
- 4:43:15Speaker 3: you feel.
- 4:43:17Speaker 5: How you can.
- 4:43:21Speaker 3: Enjoy that sense of comfort and relaxation that comes from
- 4:43:28Speaker 3: letting go and allow him my hands, my fingers to
- 4:43:34Speaker 3: relax you by a massagy your body. I want to
- 4:43:45Speaker 3: starts off just by placing my hands on the back
- 4:43:50Speaker 3: of your head, just generally, just you can feel what
- 4:43:55Speaker 3: my hands feel like really on you, so you can
- 4:44:04Speaker 3: maybe feel the warmth of my hands on the back
- 4:44:06Speaker 3: of your head. And with my hands to the side
- 4:44:12Speaker 3: of your hand, not pressing, but just holding there very gently,
- 4:44:19Speaker 3: maybe over your ears, and a little bit on your face,
- 4:44:24Speaker 3: just so you can feel my hands.
- 4:44:28Speaker 2: So you can become accustomed.
- 4:44:32Speaker 11: To them.
- 4:44:41Speaker 3: And now put my hands in the back of your
- 4:44:43Speaker 3: head again and gently let them slide down onto the
- 4:44:50Speaker 3: back of your neck. You can feel my hands gently
- 4:45:08Speaker 3: stroke in the back of your neck. And to start with,
- 4:45:14Speaker 3: just so you can get used to the feeling with
- 4:45:19Speaker 3: my hands. On your skin, get accustomed to realize that
- 4:45:27Speaker 3: you're safe, it's all good, it's all fine. You really
- 4:45:37Speaker 3: start gently messaging the muscles.
- 4:45:41Speaker 11: In the back of your neck.
- 4:45:49Speaker 3: With both hands.
- 4:45:56Speaker 2: And this is a very trusting.
- 4:46:00Speaker 3: Situation really, because our necks is so fragile and to
- 4:46:06Speaker 3: have someone have their hands around your neck in that
- 4:46:10Speaker 3: way can sometimes be problematic for people, which is why
- 4:46:15Speaker 3: massages are quite good, because it allows you to relax
- 4:46:21Speaker 3: and to in touch with trust, to feel peaceful and calm.
- 4:46:44Speaker 3: There's a massage the sides.
- 4:46:46Speaker 2: Of your neck, gently moving from the bottom of your neck.
- 4:46:56Speaker 11: To be sort of near where.
- 4:46:57Speaker 3: Your shoulders start against all the way up.
- 4:47:03Speaker 5: To your jaw.
- 4:47:05Speaker 11: It is kind of.
- 4:47:06Speaker 3: Area that side of your neck.
- 4:47:11Speaker 5: Of course, there's a lot longer than the front of
- 4:47:14Speaker 5: your neck, and the.
- 4:47:28Speaker 3: Message in the back of your neck, especially that area
- 4:47:35Speaker 3: where perhaps we hold tension, and there's that area's message.
- 4:47:44Speaker 3: You can actually feel a sense of release in the
- 4:47:49Speaker 3: back of your neck and maybe you can breathe it
- 4:47:57Speaker 3: out as well. Notice how it feels. They're just how
- 4:48:02Speaker 3: you feel. Then moving down to that area between your
- 4:48:16Speaker 3: neck and your shoulders, that musty area, starting to message
- 4:48:26Speaker 3: that area on both sides, and this would be the
- 4:48:30Speaker 3: area that a lot of people would message if they
- 4:48:33Speaker 3: were going to give you, like a shoulder message.
- 4:48:38Speaker 11: Even that's not.
- 4:48:39Speaker 3: Technically the shoulders, but it's all the muscles that lead
- 4:48:43Speaker 3: to the shoulders.
- 4:48:45Speaker 1: From the neck.
- 4:48:48Speaker 3: And again make a whole attention and stress. And when messaged,
- 4:48:55Speaker 3: sometimes a nice deep message is useful. And you decide
- 4:49:02Speaker 3: how deep that message is.
- 4:49:16Speaker 2: And just allow.
- 4:49:19Speaker 13: My knuckles just to dig.
- 4:49:21Speaker 3: In to get to those muscles, and too, really relaxed
- 4:49:33Speaker 3: all the time, being firm yet gentle, did you and
- 4:49:50Speaker 3: just stretching down the area two actual shoulders, moving the
- 4:50:00Speaker 3: muscles of your shoulders and maybe initially just pulling up
- 4:50:11Speaker 3: the shoulders a little bit off the table just to
- 4:50:15Speaker 3: give you a little bit of a stretch.
- 4:50:18Speaker 2: The reaching me.
- 4:50:26Speaker 3: At the muscles at the front of your shoulders besides
- 4:50:30Speaker 3: the back.
- 4:50:38Speaker 2: Again, this is the part that you can really.
- 4:50:42Speaker 13: Take quite a bit of.
- 4:50:43Speaker 3: Pressure, quite a bit of.
- 4:50:49Speaker 11: Needing if if you wish to release the tension. And
- 4:50:59Speaker 11: when you get into.
- 4:51:00Speaker 2: Those muscles and.
- 4:51:04Speaker 3: Your fingers in there, you feel really, really nice. Sometimes
- 4:51:11Speaker 3: it's just been stroked gently, I've been massaged quite strongly.
- 4:51:22Speaker 3: It can all be beneficial to the realization put the
- 4:51:31Speaker 3: muscles in your shoulders. Now you've moved down your arms.
- 4:51:51Speaker 2: You give one arm at a time, starting with your
- 4:51:55Speaker 2: right arm.
- 4:52:02Speaker 11: What I'll do is I just lift your arm up.
- 4:52:07Speaker 3: Just hold it to society.
- 4:52:11Speaker 11: And when I took you attack.
- 4:52:15Speaker 3: And I just message the tops of your arms all
- 4:52:30Speaker 3: the way down to your forearms. It's your wrists.
- 4:52:47Speaker 11: Can't be messaging.
- 4:52:54Speaker 3: The parts.
- 4:52:57Speaker 2: The softer part, which is deep.
- 4:53:00Speaker 4: I'm the part of the army.
- 4:53:05Speaker 3: Leads to the crease in your ruby inside.
- 4:53:10Speaker 11: Much more sensitive skin. Sometimes just having that straight you're
- 4:53:27Speaker 11: really nice, playing a bullet and relaxing.
- 4:53:41Speaker 3: Now leaving down to.
- 4:53:44Speaker 14: Your right hand, just holding my hand, the birth of
- 4:53:56Speaker 14: my hand, just pressing gently on the back of your hand,
- 4:54:09Speaker 14: stretcher of bingess.
- 4:54:12Speaker 11: Very slightly.
- 4:54:17Speaker 3: At the same tile.
- 4:54:20Speaker 11: Bress him down and messaging each thing down and then
- 4:54:32Speaker 11: starting into message the car your hand. Just turning that
- 4:54:44Speaker 11: hand gently, stretching gently.
- 4:54:53Speaker 6: That you have in your hand to God.
- 4:54:57Speaker 3: Be a motion.
- 4:55:00Speaker 11: It's sometimes it is a stranger, so you don't know
- 4:55:07Speaker 11: very well. I can less much person the focus maybe
- 4:55:15Speaker 11: because it's intimate.
- 4:55:24Speaker 3: The advice if you say.
- 4:55:36Speaker 11: That's at the.
- 4:55:37Speaker 10: Right or back down where it was.
- 4:55:45Speaker 4: I did the same as the left.
- 4:55:51Speaker 11: That we sid to your muscles.
- 4:56:00Speaker 13: You gets.
- 4:56:08Speaker 11: Steeping inside of the.
- 4:56:16Speaker 3: Us pos and.
- 4:56:18Speaker 4: Most the right side left.
- 4:56:38Speaker 5: Step Two things
- 4:56:41Speaker 4: Fact, that's not you
