- 0:00Speaker 1: I was going on. Everybody, it's Romeo. We made it
- 0:02back from the weekend. We're gonna talk a little bit
- 0:03about what happened and a lot going on on Saturday.
- 0:06You had three or four three comedies. You had Yeah,
- 0:09George Lopez, you had Michael Blaxton, and you had Renee
- 0:12Vaka all in town. You also had the Ronda Rousey fight,
- 0:16which we're going to talk a little bit about, plus
- 0:18about dating, how much it costs, and of course, when's
- 0:21the last time you ran out of gas? Ran out
- 0:23of gas? You just weren't paying attention. Let's get going.
- 0:26Speaker 2: I'm talking about the cost of dating.
- 0:27Speaker 1: About these dudes, right, All you do is think you're
- 0:29a bunch of suckers because you took a woman out
- 0:32and you bought her a meal, bought some drinks, and
- 0:36then all of a sudden, what it doesn't work out
- 0:37the way you want it, so you think you got played,
- 0:40when the reality is you guys are chumps. Man. There's
- 0:43a cost to doing business, and dating is a cost.
- 0:47Dating is a cost already four two five, four seven, seven.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Good morning, Now what's going on?
- 0:52Speaker 3: You're wrong?
- 0:53Speaker 4: You're talking about that the meal.
- 0:55Speaker 1: I'm just talking about a regular I'm.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Not hold on, hold on, I'm.
- 0:59Speaker 1: Not even talking about him expensive deal. I'm talking about
- 1:02an average meal at an average place.
- 1:05Speaker 5: Yeah, they getting it wrong. And you know I'm with you, Rome,
- 1:08I'm with you.
- 1:09Speaker 6: These guys are just they're not playing it smart. You know.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Vicky Deer has that hardy be it.
- 1:15Speaker 3: I'll fit meal, you know what I mean? And we
- 1:18could go with your partners. Get that.
- 1:23Speaker 2: All right? Man?
- 1:24Speaker 1: Hello?
- 1:26Speaker 2: What's up?
- 1:27Speaker 7: Hey?
- 1:28Speaker 8: Ro man?
- 1:28Speaker 4: Come on, man, you gotta tick a woman out enjoying
- 1:31fifty first cent, enjoy your dinner, enjoying the company of
- 1:34a woman who kids have gonna spend some money.
- 1:36Speaker 6: Short a martini or what are some strength? Better enjoy it?
- 1:39Speaker 4: I say, hey, you know what's this is?
- 1:42Speaker 5: Nine gentleman. I'll see him again.
- 1:43Speaker 6: But they were like, oh no, I'm gonna think you're
- 1:45a Burger, said town though.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Do you drink beer?
- 1:48Speaker 2: Seltzer? I drink beer, my man? A real man? All right, brother?
- 1:52Speaker 1: Thanks, job already four two, five, four, seven to seven.
- 1:55Like I said, man, it's just a cost of doing business.
- 2:00If you want to date, it costs money, okay, Like
- 2:03anything else that you want to do. You want to
- 2:05play golf, it costs money. She has not taking advantage
- 2:08of you because the date didn't work out. Maybe if
- 2:11you didn't go in with that attitude, you would have
- 2:13had a better date. We're talking about these trumps in Bakersfield,
- 2:16and I started to feel bad because we're having a
- 2:18conversation about dating the other day, and I feel bad
- 2:21for you women because these idiots out here in Bakersfield
- 2:23think if they spend a little money on you to
- 2:25go out on a date and it doesn't turn out
- 2:28it's not a good date, that they were played and
- 2:30that you were taking advantage of them, and you're not.
- 2:34You're just the same way. You're going out on a
- 2:36date seeing if it's going to work out. You're not
- 2:38going out to take advantage of somebody. But these idiots
- 2:41in Bakersfield truly believe that. And now I think I
- 2:44figured out why it is because they're dating outside of
- 2:47their budget, and you should date within your budget already
- 2:51four two, five, four or seven to seven. Good morning,
- 2:53how it's going on? Great man? What's up.
- 2:59Speaker 3: To understand?
- 3:00Speaker 7: Female?
- 3:00Speaker 3: Man?
- 3:00Speaker 5: You know, because if you have to explained the female, you'll.
- 3:03Speaker 4: Know which funds to push.
- 3:05Speaker 3: And it doesn't matter if you're able to buy her
- 3:08that lobster or that's what makes me do on as
- 3:10mine as you know how to push the button.
- 3:12Speaker 6: Money doesn't matter.
- 3:14Speaker 3: You know, if you're worried about the money, that means
- 3:17that you don't know the female like you should never
- 3:19have a female.
- 3:20Speaker 2: All right, man, thanks for calling.
- 3:22Speaker 1: All right already four two, five, four or seven to seven? Hey, Rome,
- 3:26what if you're talking every day? I like her? Oh,
- 3:30I like her, and I pay her deposit on a
- 3:33rental and get her a fridge. Then she cuts me off. Yeah,
- 3:36that's being taken advantage of, dumbass, that would be being
- 3:42taken advantage of. But taking a woman out to a
- 3:45three hundred dollars meal on a first date or on
- 3:48a date and it not working out, Yeah, that's not being.
- 3:52Speaker 2: Taken advantage of.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Okay, all right, all right, I'm glad that you could
- 3:58text me the perfect example of being used. There's a
- 4:02cost of dating, Okay, dating is a cost and being
- 4:06taken advantage of. These dudes in Bakers feel think if
- 4:08they spend a little money on a woman when they
- 4:11take her out and it doesn't work out, the day
- 4:12doesn't go right, that they were taking advantage of that's
- 4:16just a dumb ass way to justify the fact that
- 4:20she didn't want you because you're an idiot, and the
- 4:23idea that you're all up in your feelings about a
- 4:25little bit of cash, it.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Makes you a moron.
- 4:28Speaker 1: I'm just gonna let you know straight up, alrighty four, two, five,
- 4:30four or seven and seven?
- 4:32Speaker 2: You old Rome. Real men drink hard mics.
- 4:34Speaker 1: No, real men drink beer, and real men understand that
- 4:39if a date doesn't work out, that the money still
- 4:42doesn't matter. Sim morning, how what's going on?
- 4:44Speaker 6: Man?
- 4:45Speaker 4: The problem is is men set their standards too high.
- 4:48They're going for ten when they.
- 4:49Speaker 5: Should be going for three because they're four. Think about it.
- 4:56Speaker 8: They take these girls where they know that they can't afford.
- 4:59I don't know, Katy, cause when they.
- 5:01Speaker 9: Should be taking them to twenty piece nuggets at McDonald Oh.
- 5:04Speaker 2: That's funny. That's a good one, baby.
- 5:07Speaker 1: You're right you up here, I don't know.
- 5:11Speaker 6: Hey, I'm you know what.
- 5:12Speaker 7: I grew up in the country, and I'm easy going.
- 5:15Speaker 8: If a guy is just straight up honest and says, hey,
- 5:17you know what, times are tough right now?
- 5:20Speaker 9: Okay, cool, you know what, Let's go put a twenty
- 5:22piece McNugget.
- 5:23Speaker 8: Let's those care some fries go buy a couple of
- 5:25drinks and go sit down and chill at.
- 5:27Speaker 4: Home on a first date.
- 5:30Speaker 8: On a first date, I don't care. Just be honest,
- 5:33all right, you ain't got the times are tough.
- 5:36Speaker 9: And you ain't got the money to go splurge out
- 5:37on some Expansey restaurant.
- 5:39Speaker 2: Well there you go, saved. All right?
- 5:42Speaker 1: Are you guys out there? If you're looking for a
- 5:44cheap broad go to farmers only dot com. You're all
- 5:48right E four two five four seven to seven. When
- 5:51it comes to dating, there's a cost to dating. Okay.
- 5:54Why do you men in Bakersfield feel like, if the
- 5:56date doesn't go well and you spend money on it,
- 5:59that she was just there to take advantage of you?
- 6:02And the reality is that's not true. You're just trying
- 6:06to justify the fact to yourself that you weren't a
- 6:10good enough date. It's your fault, all right, and you got,
- 6:15but you got. We are all up in our feelings now.
- 6:17We got to make ourselves feel better, you know, and
- 6:21and and rationalize why somebody didn't want you, so she
- 6:26must have just been out to get a free meal.
- 6:28Now you're just a d bag that she didn't want
- 6:30a date and she found it out on the first date, luckily,
- 6:34and to bring money into it actually proves my point
- 6:38already four two, five four or seven to seven eight Romeo.
- 6:41Some of these dudes is broke because they better because
- 6:45they betted on the raiders and can't afford to take
- 6:47a girl on a date, or they got burned selling
- 6:50the food stamps. I was once working with a dude
- 6:53that said he doesn't get hangovers with Seltzer. Of course
- 6:58you don't, all right, eight four two pot fours, seven
- 7:03and seven.
- 7:04Speaker 2: I drink beer, My girl drinks Henny. Well, there you go,
- 7:08all right.
- 7:10Speaker 1: But part of the reason all I'm gonna tell you,
- 7:12part of the other reason why you idiots are idiots,
- 7:15you dudes, is because you try to date outside your budget. Okay,
- 7:19everybody has a budget, and you got to find that budget.
- 7:23And if you're gonna date a woman outside of that budget,
- 7:25you better work harder. And there's nothing wrong with her
- 7:29having a standard for herself. That's the other problem you
- 7:32dudes blame. If she don't want you or you can't
- 7:35afford her, you try to degrade her because she has
- 7:38a standard of living that she wants. There's a lot
- 7:43of these guys that crack me up. Well, they're my friends. Actually,
- 7:47I got a lot of these friends that got daughters.
- 7:50Live out in Rosedale, right, they got these fourteen, fifteen,
- 7:53sixteen year old daughters. And these cats make some good dough,
- 7:56they make some good cash. They're hardworking men. They got
- 7:58their own businesses things like that, so their daughters live high.
- 8:01I live high, you know. And I feel sorry for
- 8:06the low budget dude that tries to get one of
- 8:08my buddy's daughters because he's not gonna be able to
- 8:11ford her. And you guys need to learn that already.
- 8:14Four two five four or seven to seven. There's a
- 8:17cost of doing dating guys, and you idiots need to
- 8:20stop being all up in your feelings when a date
- 8:21doesn't work out and try to act like she was
- 8:24the problem and was taking advantage of me for a
- 8:26free meal. Because I'm gonna tell you right now, most
- 8:29of these women in Bakersfield don't need your little nineteen
- 8:32ninety nine or fifteen ninety nine meal, okay, And you
- 8:36always want to blame them because you're a bad date.
- 8:39Do you ever think about that already four two, five, four,
- 8:42seven to seven? All right? Eight four two?
- 8:46Speaker 2: Uh wait wait wait where are we at? Where we at? Uh?
- 8:50Speaker 1: Hey, roam?
- 8:50Speaker 2: What about that guy with the sirens?
- 8:51Speaker 1: I know?
- 8:52Speaker 2: What was that all about?
- 8:53Speaker 8: A room?
- 8:54Speaker 1: I've dropped three hundred on a chick just to find
- 8:56out I don't like her. Like you said, it's the
- 8:59cost of doing business. It is the cost of doing business.
- 9:03But you guys want to the problem is you guys
- 9:07can't accept the fact. What's the what's the what's the
- 9:12word I'm looking for? You guys, you're not real. You're
- 9:15not real men. You can't accept the fact that it
- 9:19didn't work out. It has to be their fault. But well,
- 9:22I know, I can't think of the word right now.
- 9:24But it's just this new generation of men who who
- 9:27don't know. You just you don't know, and you look
- 9:31pathetic when you cry about it. Already four two five,
- 9:34four or seven seven Rome. If you spend a lot
- 9:37on the first day, then it will always be expected
- 9:40even when you can't.
- 9:42Speaker 2: I didn't say spend a lot though.
- 9:43Speaker 1: That's you got to work within your budget with the
- 9:46woman you're going out with. When you go outside your
- 9:49budget to what I do to impressed for the first day.
- 9:52You're absolutely right, good morning. Now what's going on?
- 9:57Speaker 5: Man? Hey, bro, you ain't losing me? We could take
- 9:59shots all night. Hey, but you know what, you know
- 10:04what roam. But these fools, bro, you know, they'll cry.
- 10:07Speaker 6: About losing one hundred, one hundred and fifty bucks on
- 10:09the girl, but you know they don't cry about when they're.
- 10:12Speaker 5: Hanging out with their buddies and they keep minding that
- 10:14swell pack of beer, you know what I mean?
- 10:16Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 10:18Speaker 5: They're cool with that kind of friendship with their buddies,
- 10:21but they ain't cool to since they have a conversation
- 10:22with the lady. And yeah, it is like a man.
- 10:25Speaker 7: You know.
- 10:26Speaker 2: That's a really good point, Ruben. Yeah, you're really right.
- 10:30Speaker 1: How much money that's all you stuck?
- 10:31Speaker 6: Does that?
- 10:32Speaker 5: Cry about it? I want you to stop for a
- 10:33quick minute and think about how much you spent.
- 10:35Speaker 6: On your boys.
- 10:36Speaker 5: Yeah, and you don't even stress on it, but you'll
- 10:38stress on a girl.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a very good point, Ruben.
- 10:42Speaker 6: Yeah, that's why we call a lot of these fool
- 10:44sucker type bro. Right.
- 10:49Speaker 1: The cost of doing business. You guys got to think
- 10:51about that when it comes to dating or being in
- 10:53a relationship, right all right?
- 10:55Speaker 8: Hey?
- 10:55Speaker 1: Room?
- 10:56Speaker 3: Uh?
- 10:56Speaker 1: What what when the girl said she can go have
- 11:00dinner but she has to pay her sister forty bucks
- 11:02to babysitter. Babysitter kid if I could pay for it
- 11:06and she'll pay me back the next day, but then
- 11:09never ends up paying it or saying anything about it. Well,
- 11:15I do gotta tell you this. That's gotta go both ways, right,
- 11:18It's gotta go if you're going to That's the cost
- 11:23of her doing business as well. It's not just totally.
- 11:26I guess I shouldn't just say. I should say there's
- 11:29a cost of doing business to some extent for women.
- 11:32And maybe that's the cost of doing business when it comes.
- 11:37Speaker 2: To going out on a date.
- 11:38Speaker 1: She needs to pay the babysitter, not you already four
- 11:42two or seven to seven?
- 11:44Speaker 2: What have we got going here?
- 11:46Speaker 5: Hey?
- 11:47Speaker 1: Rome? What do you think about bowling on the first date?
- 11:50That's fine? I don't know why is bowling a bad
- 11:52idea on the first date? I don't think there's anything
- 11:54wrong with that. U s What did you send me here?
- 12:00How long are you supposed to do this? How many
- 12:02times more is the max? I don't know what you're
- 12:05talking about. Sorry, yo, Rome, I'm a single dude, but
- 12:09can't find any spots. So to find the single ladies
- 12:14on the weekends? What spots are you recommended? Let's see here,
- 12:20have you heard? That's a good question. Uh, let me
- 12:25look into that. Let me think about that for a second.
- 12:28And uh yeah, let me think about that for a second.
- 12:31The spots to go Huh, that's a good one. That's
- 12:34not a bad. Yeah, that's not bad. Let me think
- 12:38about that for a second already. Four two, five, four
- 12:40seven to seven. Uh, Yo, Rome, your boy Ruben is
- 12:45the perfect definition of a whip and a whip man.
- 12:49There ain't no bro code with him. He probably would
- 12:52snitch on his h on all his homies. Ah, you
- 12:57might be right about that. I don't know, hey, Romeo. Uh,
- 13:02dating these days is going to run you between sixty
- 13:04to one hundred bucks or more easily, But it also
- 13:08depends on where you go. Here's another question for you. Uh,
- 13:13here's another question for you. How do you feel about
- 13:15paying for dates with gift cards? Is that considered being cheap?
- 13:21I don't you know. I don't know about that. If
- 13:23it's a gift card to the restaurant. Probably not.
- 13:27Speaker 2: I mean.
- 13:29Speaker 1: No, I don't think so, because you got I mean,
- 13:32it's a gift card that you have, somebody paid for it, right,
- 13:35So it's it's money that's been paid for, or it's
- 13:39a Yeah, it's a card that's.
- 13:40Speaker 2: Been paid for, financial for, paid for. So I don't know.
- 13:44Speaker 1: I don't think you got to use them some point, right.
- 13:47I think women will think that's cheap. I don't know
- 13:50if it's necessarily cheap, but okay, I think women will
- 13:54think it's cheap though already four two five, four, seven
- 13:57to seven he roam. Some people don't even want to
- 13:59waste money on dates anymore. They just want to buy
- 14:01drinks and try to get lucky on the dating site.
- 14:05Some people just want to want hookups and don't even
- 14:07want to get to know to know you, I'm like, bye,
- 14:11you're not interested in a relationship. Well, I mean the
- 14:14society is kind of set up for that. I mean,
- 14:17that's kind of the world we live in today, where
- 14:19society is set up just for that purpose. So I
- 14:24understand it, you know, I get it. You'll roam. Average
- 14:28date in Bakersfield for a single guy early thirties about
- 14:31three to five hundred. Who in La, it's gonna be
- 14:35five to seven. Man, that's a ooh, that's a good one.
- 14:41That's a three to five hundred bucks in Bakersfield. That
- 14:47could be a long date. Three to five might be
- 14:49a little bit more, but it might be a little
- 14:50too much. Five is probably way too much for a
- 14:53date for, you know, just someone you're dating, especially a
- 14:57first date, second date. Three might be around. Three might
- 15:01be at the high end of it. I would guess.
- 15:04I'm just guessing. I'm trying to think here, all right,
- 15:07So the cost is but my only point is there's
- 15:10a cost to doing business. Okay, there's a cost to it,
- 15:14and I think that I think that's that as long
- 15:19as you understand that, you're going to uh, I think
- 15:24you're going to be better off understanding what's going on,
- 15:27you know, all right, live we're doing it live from
- 15:29the Just Wing at studios right now.
- 15:31Speaker 2: And what you send me here about the dating costs.
- 15:34Speaker 1: The ones that blame the woman on the first date,
- 15:37those are the raider fans, well, raider fans, I mean, yeah, okay,
- 15:43all right, already four two, four, seven to seven eight Romeo,
- 15:47I went out with this girl one time. And she
- 15:50wanted me to pay forty dollars to her sister to
- 15:54babysitter child so I could go out with her. I
- 15:57ended up not going out with her. Do you think
- 15:59I should have paid the money? Is that what you're
- 16:01talking about the cost of doing business? No, that's not
- 16:05what I'm talking about. I'm talking about what it costs
- 16:08to go on the date, okay, or what a cost
- 16:11eventually when you marry somebody, or what it costs to
- 16:14be in a relationship with somebody, living with somebody. The
- 16:17things that are just a cost that you need to occur,
- 16:21because well, that's the cost of doing business when it
- 16:24comes to being in a relationship, whatever stage that relationship is.
- 16:27But you also have to look at it also from
- 16:33the female standpoint. She has a cost of doing business too,
- 16:37and part of that cost might be being able to
- 16:41go on that date. You shouldn't accrue the cost of
- 16:44her being able to go on that date. I'll pay
- 16:46for her babysitter, No, not at all, or pay for
- 16:51her friends. You know, some people will go We'll bring
- 16:54their friends with them or something, because you know, it's
- 16:56a first date and they're a little nervous, or you
- 16:58shouldn't pay for their friend. But yeah, no, I I no, No,
- 17:03you shouldn't have to pay for the babysitter. Absolutely not.
- 17:06Are some women to want you to pay for their
- 17:08hair or whatever when it's.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Only a first date.
- 17:10Speaker 1: Now, if it's your wife, or maybe you're living girlfriend,
- 17:13or maybe you're just your girlfriend and you want to
- 17:16do something specific and she can't afford the dress or
- 17:19the hair or the whatever, you know, then yeah, that's
- 17:22probably a cost you need to occur.
- 17:23Speaker 2: But no, you shouldn't.
- 17:25Speaker 1: She still has to do something to be able to
- 17:28go on that date. You shouldn't have to pay for
- 17:31all of it. So no, already four two four or
- 17:33seven to seven. It is that time of year once again.
- 17:38The current County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is having a
- 17:41twenty six annual Latin Food festivala Manodle man Noodle, Slowly
- 17:47cook cof. Jay is my guy.
- 17:49Speaker 2: He's been running this thing forever. What's going on?
- 17:52Speaker 1: Jay?
- 17:53Speaker 7: Not much to keep it together here? Twenty six years now?
- 17:58Speaker 1: What do you mean keep it together? Look you look
- 18:00better today than twenty six years ago.
- 18:03Speaker 2: You know what, You're not aging at all.
- 18:06Speaker 1: You look amazing.

- 23:15in a babysitting area. Just to let everybody know that,
- 23:19don't the kids off and go out there and hang out.
- 23:22But yeah, we have our arts and craft of painting,

- 24:53you're going to block everyone. Oh yes, sure, and the

- 25:18The good thing is also Romeo. I think while I've

- 26:39Speaker 1: Yep. All right, Jay, thanks for stopping by. I'm sure
- 26:42we'll see you more times as this gets closer and closer,
- 26:45you guys go check it out. It's happening in Sunday,
- 26:47May twenty four. It's a twenty sixth Annual Latin Food
- 26:50Festival Noodle for Solei Cookoff. So that that MVP that
- 26:54fight that came on Netflix with Rounder Rossi and Nate
- 26:57Diaz and I don't know who else was a Naganu
- 27:02and there was a I don't know five fights. You
- 27:05gotta is it Jake Paul or Logan Paul? Which one
- 27:09is the one that's involved in promoting these fights? I
- 27:14don't know which one it is, but you gotta give
- 27:16the dude credit. I mean, he's taken what started out
- 27:22to be a bunch of idiots on YouTube fighting each
- 27:26other and he's almost got it into like a real
- 27:30uh almost got it as into a real fight league.
- 27:34You gotta admit that the more and more he does this,
- 27:39the better fighters he gets. He gets more legitimate fighters
- 27:43now to fight each other, although I don't know if
- 27:45any of them are in their prime or not. I
- 27:48don't know a lot about uh MMA fighting, but I
- 27:52will tell you this, the fights were much better. Well,
- 27:54they were better than what then just a bunch of YouTubers,
- 27:58you know, fighting each other. They actually had legitimate fighters
- 28:02fighting each other. Now the I think the fight card was. Now,
- 28:09remember I'm not I don't know a lot about MMA,
- 28:11so you guys can correct me if or when I'm
- 28:13wrong about this.
- 28:15Speaker 2: But what I saw.
- 28:18Speaker 1: Was better fighters from progressively, He's getting better fighters into
- 28:24this MVP promotions that he's doing. And even though they
- 28:29were way lopsided, I mean, the fights were just so lopsided,
- 28:32kind of a Don Don kingish type fight card where
- 28:38they all ended in the first round I think, except
- 28:40the night Dias when I think that went two rounds,
- 28:43but even that was stopped. But at least they're better fighters.
- 28:46At least he's got fighters. Now. The Ronda Ralsey that
- 28:51that was a joke. That was just an absolute joke.
- 28:54The stupidity of people that want to see a washed
- 28:57up fighters fight each other.
- 28:58Speaker 2: Like I think.
- 29:01Speaker 1: I think Floyd Mayweather and Pakia are gonna fight here again.
- 29:05I believe I think they're gonna fight. No, I mean,
- 29:08you guys, don't want to relive the good old days.
- 29:11I get it, but that's gonna be an embarrassment, just
- 29:13like the Rounder Rossie thing was an embarrassment of a fight.
- 29:17I can't believe so many people were hyped up about it.
- 29:19But at least he's getting better as a promoter, putting
- 29:24on better fights. I'm not saying they're a quality like UFC.
- 29:28What I'm saying is he's getting better progressively, his fighters
- 29:32are getting better. I'm not so sure he might have
- 29:35a legitimate fight league pretty soon. I'm not so sure.
- 29:38I mean a lot of these seems like he's paying
- 29:40these MMA fighters more, and I'm not sure that he
- 29:44might give UFC a run for their money in the future.
- 29:48Speaker 2: I mean, I'm not sure. He seems to be doing
- 29:51a better job.
- 29:52Speaker 1: Although everything is just getting better, it was still kind
- 29:55of a joke. What he put on was still kind
- 29:58of a joke. Based on the quality of fighters versus
- 30:01each other, one was very Most of the ones who
- 30:05won were very dominant. They weren't close fights. The Round
- 30:08of Rossie thing, Oh my god, what a joke that was.
- 30:12My boy, Ruben had to text me, my girl did
- 30:14it again? Your girl is an embarrassment. Okay, she was
- 30:19not when she fought real fighters. She got her ass
- 30:22kicked and she fought a bunch of you know, yeah,
- 30:27yeah whatever, that's it. But that was a joke. I
- 30:29can't believe they did that. But hey, we all watched it,
- 30:33so they won? Are they fourteen?
- 30:34Speaker 8: Five?
- 30:35Speaker 2: Four or seven?
- 30:36Speaker 1: Seven?
- 30:37Speaker 2: Yo?
- 30:38Speaker 6: Rome?
- 30:38Speaker 1: I thought that was a great fight. I thought that
- 30:41was a great fight. ROSSI came out and did what
- 30:43she did. She was way better than the other girl,
- 30:46who was the other girl's name? The other girl. The
- 30:49other girl was like, isn't wasn't a Coronto? Isn't she
- 30:53like a legend? But apparently she hasn't fought in seventeen years?
- 30:57Is that what? At fourteen years? Seventeen years she hasn't fought,
- 31:00and she gonna go in the ring with somebody who
- 31:02hasn't fought in ten years. I mean, come on, how
- 31:05could you say.
- 31:06Speaker 2: That was a great fight?
- 31:07Speaker 1: Give me a break, all right? I mean it was better.
- 31:10I just think they're getting better. Okay, what is it, Jake,
- 31:14Paul or Logan? I don't know anybody know what Paul
- 31:17brother is putting these fights on. Whatever it is, whichever
- 31:21their fights are getting better. Whatever he's promoting is getting better.
- 31:27In a few years, he may have a legitimate fight league,
- 31:32MMA fight league that competes with the UFC. I mean,
- 31:37you can't discount it. You gotta remember the first one
- 31:40he put on, it was YouTubers fighting that never had
- 31:44with no fighting experience. Now he's putting real fighters in
- 31:47the ring. Though they may be mismatched, he's still the
- 31:51product's getting better. Although I'm gonna tell you right now,
- 31:54I don't care what you think. That Rousey what was
- 31:58her name again, I can't even remember her name, was
- 32:02not a legitimate fight. That was a joke, okay, alrny
- 32:04four two.
- 32:05Speaker 2: Five four seven to seven year rome.
- 32:08Speaker 1: I watched that Rowsey fight. I didn't think it was
- 32:10that bad. It was just two old fighters fighting each other.
- 32:14The hype was a little the hype was over hyped,
- 32:17but still people want to see what they want to see. Yeah,
- 32:22I mean it sounded good on paper. It sounded good
- 32:25and promotional standpoint, But when's the last time either one
- 32:29of them fought? First of all, Second of all, there
- 32:31was a huge gap between the last time Corono fought
- 32:35and the last time Rowsey fought. You know, so it
- 32:38was going to be a joke of a fight the
- 32:40whole time. Anybody thought that. If anybody thought it was
- 32:43going to be good, you know nothing about you know Mma,
- 32:47you know less than me about Mma. If you thought
- 32:49that was going to be a good fight. I mean, honestly,
- 32:55the best fight of the whole night was Nate Diaz
- 32:57and whoever he fought, and Nate got his ass whoop, and.
- 33:01Speaker 2: It was a bloody mess.
- 33:03Speaker 1: But I don't know. I wonder how many people watched it.
- 33:07Speaker 2: Uh, I don't know.
- 33:11Speaker 1: How many people you think actually watched the Netflix fight,
- 33:14the Rousey and Krono fight. How many people you think
- 33:16actually watched that card? I don't know. I don't know
- 33:19how Netflix works. I don't know how they can tell
- 33:23I don't know how that works. But Netflix, now that's
- 33:26the other thing you need to think about. Netflix is
- 33:27taken over. I just saw. I saw during the fight
- 33:31that they're gonna have the Netflix is gonna have the
- 33:35home run Derby this year.
- 33:39Speaker 2: Netflix is just taken over.
- 33:42Speaker 1: I mean, Netflix might be the only thing that we
- 33:45all need here pretty soon. I mean, it's it's taken over.
- 33:49I can't believe they got the MLB home run Derby.
- 33:52I mean, wow, that's that's a big deal because that's
- 33:57one of the most popular sporting events out there. That's
- 34:00pretty big with Netflix is killing it man.
- 34:04Speaker 3: All right, yeah, hey, what's going on?
- 34:07Speaker 6: Romeo?
- 34:08Speaker 1: What I mean?
- 34:09Speaker 4: Do you ever have a celebrity hangover? Of what celebrity hangover?
- 34:15So this this week has been like a star.
- 34:17Speaker 3: Started weekend for Raider Dave.
- 34:20Speaker 4: Okay, I went out to that Renee Vodka comedy show.
- 34:23Hilarious that so many people coming.
- 34:25Speaker 6: Up to me, Rader, Can we get a picture?
- 34:27Speaker 7: Can we.
- 34:29Speaker 4: At the Dignity House arena?
- 34:32Speaker 1: Okay?
- 34:32Speaker 4: And it was funny because George Lopez was in town
- 34:36as well. Okay, And I think more people went to
- 34:40Renee than George because George's manager went over there and
- 34:43told us, Hey, you know, the only reason George didn't
- 34:45sell out is because you're here. And Renee was telling him, Yeah,
- 34:50you know, I looked up to this guy, grew up
- 34:51with this comedy. Now I'm stealing his ticket. It was
- 34:54so funny.
- 34:55Speaker 1: Are you really happen?
- 34:57Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 34:57Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, there was not a lot of people at
- 34:59the fuck but are you.
- 35:02Speaker 1: Wait, hold on, are you telling me the truth? That
- 35:03really happened?
- 35:05Speaker 4: No, it did it did?
- 35:06Speaker 5: I was?
- 35:06Speaker 6: I was there?
- 35:07Speaker 1: Okay, yeah.
- 35:09Speaker 4: George's manager went over there and kind of compliment and
- 35:11say it, hey, the only reason we didn't sell out
- 35:13is because you're here tonight.
- 35:15Speaker 6: Oh it was hilarious.
- 35:16Speaker 2: Okay, Okay.
- 35:18Speaker 4: Sunday we had the Aztec Image or Teothaniel Lower at
- 35:21the car show. Tack Raider Dave opened up for Little
- 35:25Rob and the funniest thing I just want to tell
- 35:27you that it was a star starded week and this
- 35:30hot chick jumps on stage and ties to approached me
- 35:32and she says, you're mine. I'm with my wife or
- 35:36my daughter, okay. And I looked at my wife and
- 35:39my wife would send me and I was like, no,
- 35:41I'm not. She's like, yes, you are. She grabs my
- 35:43hand and I tell her, you know, hold on.
- 35:46Speaker 6: Go get security too.
- 35:47Speaker 4: Big security guards draged off the stage.
- 35:50Speaker 1: Okay.
- 35:52Speaker 6: It was a hot one.
- 35:54Speaker 1: Congratulation, you're a superstar.
- 35:57Speaker 6: It was everybody was out there, are.
- 36:02Speaker 1: Good. I'm glad to hear that. Congratulations.
- 36:04Speaker 4: Okay, thank you so much. Tuned in that, tuned in
- 36:07that work. Hey, everybody ro was on the polls.
- 36:10Speaker 1: Hello, oh god, he's an idiot. I guess all Raider
- 36:14day All Raider Dave Needa was see how glue to
- 36:16be with him? They would have been unstoppable. What are
- 36:20you talking about here, hey, Roam. Speaking of comedians, remember
- 36:23when we used to play that game Whoever made You Laugh?
- 36:25When a prize from the station?
- 36:27Speaker 2: Oh yeah, it made me laugh.
- 36:29Speaker 1: That was a great game, by the way, you know what,
- 36:31I saw that on It's funny that you say that
- 36:34only because I saw that on TikTok or so. I
- 36:37saw that on some social media site over the weekend.
- 36:41Speaker 2: That was the video can You Make Me Laugh?
- 36:43Speaker 1: And I thought, wow, we were doing that a long
- 36:45time ago. But you know, nothing new on social media.
- 36:48They're just taking somebody else's stuff and acting like they
- 36:51knew how to, acting like it happened. Wasn't There was
- 36:54even a show called make Me Laugh? I think, so
- 36:56I didn't even it wasn't even new to me. I
- 36:58took it from something else though. Yeah, it was funny
- 37:02how that happens that? That was pretty funny. Though, Hey,
- 37:05we can do that again sometime. But you guys are
- 37:07not funny. You know. It's tough. That's a tough contest
- 37:10for me because you guys are just not funny? All right?
- 37:14You know, Rome, I'd rather listen to Sea Auglu and
- 37:18then to purchase tickets to George Lopez.
- 37:20Speaker 2: What's wrong with George Lopez?
- 37:21Speaker 1: I I've known George Lopez for uh well, I've dealt
- 37:26with him for a few decades now.
- 37:28Speaker 2: Was he not funny? Who went to the concert? Somebody
- 37:30sent me? Maybe it was Raider Rob who went to
- 37:33see George Lopez?
- 37:36Speaker 1: And uh? How was the show? What was wrong with
- 37:40George Lopez? Was it not a good show? Does anybody know?
- 37:42I mean, why would you uh, why would you not
- 37:45want to see George? I'm just I'm just curious. I mean,
- 37:48there's a lot going on this weekend, though I do
- 37:50understand that they had I think Michael Bloxton was at
- 37:53the Well, you had Renee Vodka, you had George Lopez.
- 37:57That was a good night for comedy, a little bit
- 37:59for everybody in Bakersfield.
- 38:03Speaker 2: I'm not totally sure. What's wrong with George Lopez?
- 38:05Speaker 1: All right? What are we going on here?
- 38:08Speaker 7: Oh?
- 38:09Speaker 1: Over the weekend? Yeah, there was three comics in town,
- 38:11all pretty legitimate comics, I think, Although I don't remember
- 38:14Rene Vodka, I know he you know, Randy was giving
- 38:16away tickets to him. I just don't remember ever seeing him.
- 38:19I don't remember who he is. Romeo Michael Blason was
- 38:23so freaking funny. I couldn't stop laughing in the whole
- 38:26the whole show. It was so weird seeing this show. Y'all,
- 38:30y'all gotta go. His show was funny. Oh, his show
- 38:34was funny. What's what's the auto correct? Sorry for the
- 38:38auto correct? His show was funny. Okay, Yeah, I mean
- 38:41it sounds like it was. I mean, he's a funny dude.
- 38:45He's a funny dude.
- 38:46Speaker 2: But where was he at the well?
- 38:48Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know. It was not going on. Everybody
- 38:51has their own who they want to see. I just
- 38:53can't remember. I can't remember Rene Vodka. I don't remember
- 38:58who he is. I us have met him before and
- 39:02I must have seen the show, but I just can't
- 39:03remember who he was. But anyway, all right, Yeah, George
- 39:07Lopez was here. Where name was here? Michael Blackson was here?
- 39:10Was It was a good time to go out on
- 39:13Saturday night. There was a lot going on, a lot
- 39:16going on already, four two, five, four seven, seven, Hey,
- 39:21rom how we feeling about Drake's album Iceman whenever whenever
- 39:26a rapper went after him, and he has more streams
- 39:29than Kendrick's album and his.
- 39:33Speaker 2: And his, and has.
- 39:35Speaker 1: His intro streamed more than Not Like Us alone, and
- 39:41dropped two more albums the same day.
- 39:44Speaker 2: What are you?
- 39:45Speaker 1: How are we feeling about Drake's album? I barely heard
- 39:51Drake's album when Netflix. Somebody walked out to it, somebody
- 39:58on the on the fight Saturday. Oh, that was the
- 40:01other thing you had, the rousy fight. You had that
- 40:02going on also on Saturday night, So how would you
- 40:04get everything in?
- 40:06Speaker 2: I barely heard.
- 40:07Speaker 1: It, so I don't. I'm not feeling any way about it.
- 40:11I am not a huge Drake fan, but that's not
- 40:17for any reason then. I just it's not because I
- 40:20think it's bad music. It's just not my cup of
- 40:22tea when it comes to rap, and it never really
- 40:25has been, just like Kendrick Lamar's not my cup of tea.
- 40:27Speaker 2: I'm not saying they're.
- 40:29Speaker 1: Bad or by any means, I wouldn't say that, but
- 40:33they're just not what I like. I don't. I don't.
- 40:35I don't like either.
- 40:36Speaker 2: I don't care for either one of them.
- 40:37Speaker 1: So I actually couldn't even tell you what Drake's Have
- 40:41we played it?
- 40:43Speaker 2: Have we dropped?
- 40:44Speaker 1: Have we played the new Drake yet? Let me see
- 40:48if I have it? Hold on, I gotta look it
- 40:51up now, I gotta find out. Let me see one
- 40:59of the things that we don't there's stray No, that's
- 41:05let's see Tyler. Do I have Drake's new songs?
- 41:09Speaker 6: Here?
- 41:09Speaker 2: Hold on?
- 41:09Speaker 1: Let me see hold on a second, let me chuck
- 41:18mm hmm. What's it called ice? What's it called Drake's
- 41:23new album? Iceman? Is there a song called Iceman?
- 41:32Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 41:32Speaker 1: I actually couldn't tell you if about Drake. I just
- 41:35I haven't seen. I have not.
- 41:42Speaker 2: Huh No, I don't know. I couldn't tell you.
- 41:45Speaker 1: I'm not a huge so I couldn't.
- 41:47Speaker 2: Tell you what's what? So I don't know. How do
- 41:50you guys feel about it already? Four?
- 41:51Speaker 1: Two, five, four or seven to seven? What'd you send
- 41:54me here?
- 41:56Speaker 6: Oh m?
- 41:57Speaker 1: Somebody sent me a uh.
- 42:01Speaker 2: Renee Vodka video just so I could check it out. Okay, Yeah, I've.
- 42:08Speaker 1: Never seen Yeah, I can tell you I've never seen
- 42:10Renee Vaka. Apparently I don't know who he is.
- 42:15Speaker 6: How you guys been great? How I've been alright, Hey,
- 42:19my daughter.
- 42:20Speaker 3: Was listening to the great album and she was just
- 42:22cutting to the boat and that's okay.
- 42:25Speaker 2: How old your daughter?
- 42:26Speaker 7: Uh?
- 42:27Speaker 5: Fourteen?
- 42:28Speaker 3: Oh?
- 42:29Speaker 2: Okay, what'd you say?
- 42:31Speaker 6: Hey? Sole? Oh National Mirrors?
- 42:34Speaker 5: I didn't want to tell your grandma?
- 42:36Speaker 8: All right, hi video, Hi?
- 42:38Speaker 6: Who are you? So?
- 42:43Speaker 8: All the three albums suck?
- 42:44Speaker 9: There's only like two good songs on there. I was
- 42:51so disappointed.
- 42:53Speaker 1: Okay, well, I appreciate your calling, letting us know giving
- 42:56us your review.
- 42:57Speaker 2: All right, all right, alright, run the later. Well there
- 43:03you go.
- 43:04Speaker 1: There's your review from a fourteen year old. Already four two, five, more,
- 43:07seven and seven? Would you send me here? Let's see, Hey, Roame,
- 43:14have a great Monday. Hey room, you're giving away tickets

- 43:22maybe I'm supposed to be giving those out Let me
- 43:24Uh let me check real quick, uh mud Manudo Ampasoli cookof.
- 43:29You know what I didn't realize, by the way, and
- 43:31we'll get back. I didn't realize, oh I am giving
- 43:33away tickets. I'm supposed to be giving away a four pack.
- 43:36Um yeah, I'll get to that in a minute. I
- 43:39didn't realize how many people still love Baby Bash. I
- 43:44did not realize that I still crazy already four two, five, four,
- 43:49seven to seven. Hey, rom what's the name of that
- 43:53song or artist name that you guys playing on the
- 43:56radio that mentions Bakersfield something about Plans and Stein Rode.
- 44:00Speaker 2: I have no idea.
- 44:02Speaker 1: I don't know a room play Drake's new songs called
- 44:07too Hard for the radio.
- 44:10Speaker 2: I don't you know if I got that?
- 44:12Speaker 1: Are you sure I got that song?
- 44:14Speaker 2: Let me see you real quick? Stay?
- 44:18Speaker 1: Carlos's daughter said they suck. Yeah, I don't have that
- 44:21song in here, so I don't know. I don't know
- 44:25what to think about about Drake. I don't I haven't listened,
- 44:29and I won't listen. I mean, I may listen when
- 44:31it comes on, but I'm just I'm not a I
- 44:34was never a huge Drake fan, even though I know
- 44:37a lot of you are. So I just have to
- 44:42take your opinion because I haven't listened to it. I
- 44:44like Brunel Mars, I like that what he's doing, but
- 44:48I don't know.
- 44:49Speaker 2: Would you send me here.
- 44:53Speaker 1: A room? Have you been keeping up with the Knicks?
- 44:55Speaker 7: Uh?
- 44:56Speaker 2: No, I don't care about the Knicks.
- 44:57Speaker 1: I tried.
- 44:58Speaker 2: I'm sorry, guys. I tried watch basketball, and.
- 45:01Speaker 1: I really do. I really used to enjoy it, but
- 45:04it is so horrible to watch now.
- 45:06Speaker 2: It is just it's not good.
- 45:08Speaker 1: I mean, I know you guys are fans of your teams,
- 45:10and I know you like you know, but it's just horrible,
- 45:14horrible to watch. Oh, I got something funny to tell you,
- 45:16by the way, that happened to me yesterday, as it
- 45:20pertains the sports.
- 45:21Speaker 2: But no, I have not been watching that basketball. I
- 45:24keep trying, but I just can't.
- 45:25Speaker 8: I just can't.
- 45:27Speaker 1: A good morning, rome The New Drake music is horrible.
- 45:30Three albums but only a couple of good songs. He
- 45:32can't let go of taking the rap battle loss to Kendrick.
- 45:36Now he is just taking shots at NBA players. Kendrick again,
- 45:40Doctor Dre. It's actually sad. He was once good.
- 45:43Speaker 2: Now he's a sad little man.
- 45:46Speaker 1: Okay, already four two four seven seven Morton, what's going on?
- 45:51Speaker 4: Romeo renee Vaka. He's more of a new comedian, more
- 45:56of like a TikTok Instagram sensation.
- 46:01Speaker 2: Well, a lot of those.
- 46:02Speaker 1: A lot of those guys though that are Instagram and
- 46:04TikTok sensations, are not funny. They got a little thirty
- 46:07second clip that people think. People see him think they're funny,
- 46:11and then when they actually go see him, they don't
- 46:14have a full hour, they don't have you know enough,
- 46:16he's an exception.
- 46:17Speaker 3: There's that.
- 46:17Speaker 4: I wouldn't make an exception with him because I thought
- 46:19the same thing. And there was zero video and zero
- 46:22video and taking picture. They were throwing people out, escorting
- 46:25people out for videoing, and she was hilarious though, and
- 46:29I think, do you know him?
- 46:31Speaker 2: Is he your boy or something?
- 46:32Speaker 4: Yeah, well I've met him, and you know, I do
- 46:34a lot of music and stuff.
- 46:36Speaker 2: So I was, you're you're not being biased right now
- 46:39about it, because you.
- 46:40Speaker 6: Know, no, I used enough George Lopas.
- 46:43Speaker 4: But he's just getting old and nobody wants to laugh
- 46:45at denture jokes and arthritis jokes.
- 46:48Speaker 1: Old people don't.
- 46:50Speaker 2: Old people might, but.
- 46:50Speaker 4: They're not going out. They don't want to go out.
- 46:52Speaker 6: They can't get out of their house.
- 46:54Speaker 4: And I think when when George got political and he
- 46:57started getting to you know, serious people want to go
- 46:59out and have a good time. I'm not go out
- 47:01and you know, make him think about stuff like that,
- 47:03so fair enough.
- 47:05Speaker 1: I don't know I don't right, I don't remember.
- 47:08Speaker 4: You're right about Baby Bash.
- 47:09Speaker 1: He still has a big following.
- 47:10Speaker 4: Raider Dave was invited out to that and it's pronounced maneuval,
- 47:14not minudo.
- 47:15Speaker 2: Okay, So I mean you guys should listen to Raider Dave.
- 47:19Speaker 1: He's the biggest star in Bakersfield. So I would take
- 47:22I would listen to what Rader Dave says already four
- 47:24two pot four or seven to seven.
- 47:26Speaker 2: So stop texting me Drake songs. I don't care. Okay.
- 47:29Speaker 1: If you want to listen to Drake songs, listen to
- 47:31the radio. Okay, they'll play them. I'm I don't care
- 47:34about Drake. Okay, it's not I don't, I don't. I
- 47:37just it's your well. If Drake's irrelevant to me, Okay,
- 47:40if you guys like him, go get all three albums
- 47:43and enjoy him.
- 47:44Speaker 2: If you listen to the radio, he'll be on the radio.
- 47:46Speaker 1: Okay.
- 47:46Speaker 2: I'm just I stop sending me Drake songs.
- 47:49Speaker 1: You're not gonna convince me to be a Drake fan
- 47:52until something pops up. And I'm a Drake fan, but
- 47:55I've never cared for him, just like I've never cared
- 47:58for Kendrick Lamar. But I'm not.
- 48:01Speaker 2: That's not saying that you can't love them.
- 48:02Speaker 1: That's not saying that they can't have a huge fan
- 48:05base and be widely successful. It just means I don't
- 48:08care for them. I don't care for house music either,
- 48:10by the way, so has nothing to do with what
- 48:13you think. I'm not saying that it sucks. I'm just
- 48:15saying I don't care for them. So stop sending me
- 48:17Drake songs and stop sending me Renee vodka. I get it.
- 48:22I get what he does. Okay, all right, I don't
- 48:27know what you guys are trying to do. I understand
- 48:29sending it to me once for me to check it out,
- 48:33but to send it to me multiple times. Now, Yeah,
- 48:37it's all good. It's all good. I don't need anymore.
- 48:39I don't need to know any more about it. I'm solid, okay,
- 48:42all right? He fours pop for seven seven. Now, let
- 48:44me tell you what happened over the weekend.
- 48:46Speaker 2: This was great. So and a friend of mine is
- 48:50a big deal down south.
- 48:53Speaker 1: He's rich guy, manages you know, a bunch of a
- 48:57bunch of celebrities and and comedians. Well, had he invited
- 49:03us to go to the Dodger game, and the Dodgers
- 49:06were playing the Angels.
- 49:07Speaker 2: Well, he's an Angel fan, so he's got a box.
- 49:09Speaker 1: And we go down there and when we get there
- 49:14to the whatever the what's it called box, I don't
- 49:19know whatever it's called. You know what I'm talking about,
- 49:21the big skybox or whatever. When we get there, he
- 49:27has a bunch of jerseys for everybody. So not only
- 49:30did he he invite us, all that was box, he
- 49:32had jerseys for everybody to wear, brand new Angels jerseys.
- 49:36So we all put an Angel's jersey on. One of
- 49:37my buddies is a hardcore Dodger fan. He actually had
- 49:41his Dodger jersey on and he took it off. He
- 49:45didn't he took it off when he first got there.
- 49:48He took it off and put the Angels jersey on,
- 49:51and everybody was, oh my god, you put But do
- 49:55you ever think about the fact when somebody invites you somewhere,
- 49:58especially that night, all expenses paid, and they're a huge
- 50:03fan of something, and they've been your friend for twenty
- 50:06years probably longer than that, that maybe you should be
- 50:10a little bit more loyal to them than an organization
- 50:14that doesn't even know you and could care less about you,
- 50:17especially when your friend is buying you everything for the day.
- 50:22Speaker 2: Do you think that's unreasonable?
- 50:26Speaker 1: It amazes me how stupid you people are when it
- 50:29comes to your loyalty to a team that doesn't care
- 50:32about you and has done nothing for you. All righty
- 50:35fourteen five four seven to seven, yo, Romeo. That just
- 50:40shows what kind of fake fair Weather Vandwagon fan you are.
- 50:44If you'll wear a jersey from another team because somebody
- 50:48asks you to, you got to stay loyal to your team. No,
- 50:52you're just a loser. I'm sorry, you're just a loser.
- 50:56There's nothing You idiots who find who live by carriers
- 51:00through a sports team and think that makes you a
- 51:02real loyal man or whatever. It just makes you a
- 51:07loyal loser. Those teams don't care nothing about you. I
- 51:11have friends, If I have a friend, and this is
- 51:13what happened. We've had this This guy's been our friend
- 51:15for over twenty years, and he invites you. He invites
- 51:19us to go to the game to watch his team
- 51:21play in a skybox where he's paying for all the
- 51:24food and drinks and everything, and he bought all the
- 51:27jerseys for us. What kind of pathetic friend. Are you
- 51:32to sit there and puff your chest out and go, oh,
- 51:34I'd never wear that jersey. I'm a Dodger fan.
- 51:37Speaker 2: I'd never do that.
- 51:38Speaker 1: Yeah, it just makes you. Makes you an idiot, is
- 51:41what it makes you. And you want to talk about loyalty,
- 51:44What about loyalty to your friend who's been your friend.
- 51:48That's how pathetic you people are. That's alright though, what's
- 51:52going on?
- 51:54Speaker 9: So that reminds me My best friend was getting married
- 51:59and all the babes were complaining about their dresses, and
- 52:03I told him, like, dude, I wear trash bag.
- 52:08Speaker 1: Don't cuss, don't cuss, don't cus.
- 52:10Speaker 9: Well, I know I'd wear trash bag and tigtails if
- 52:15that's what she wanted for her days.
- 52:19Speaker 2: I agree with you. They're just they have no loyalty
- 52:24and they think that they none at all. They'd rather have,
- 52:28especially these dudes, they'd rather have loyalty to.
- 52:30Speaker 1: Some pathetic sports team that does nothing for them to
- 52:33make themselves feel like a man, instead of to a friend. Yeah,
- 52:36that's kind of stupid.
- 52:37Speaker 5: I'm with you.
- 52:38Speaker 9: It does reminds me of it.
- 52:41Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm glad you called them all right?
- 52:42Speaker 4: Thanks calling have a good day.
- 52:45Speaker 1: Already four two seven to seven. Hey, Romeo, folks and
- 52:49beggers will need to send you clips of me. I know,
- 52:53I know when it's my time to hit these major stages,
- 52:55I'll be ready because of the work I put in
- 52:57comedian Bobby or T Junior.
- 52:59Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that that's kind of funny, right, four two
- 53:02four seven seven?
- 53:03Speaker 1: What you sent me here, rome This is what happens
- 53:06when people have low educational level and possibly no real
- 53:09male figure in their life. Oh what happens? I'm not
- 53:12sure what you're talking about. What are you referring to?
- 53:17You're gonna have to be a little more specific.
- 53:20Speaker 4: Man, Romeo, for a minute down here describing an escort service?
- 53:24About what about your buddy having you guys wear the
- 53:28clothes he brought and you know, showing loyalty to him.
- 53:32I don't know if that's friendship or employers.
- 53:35Speaker 7: Wow.
- 53:36Speaker 1: Sometimes sometimes you just need to not call. Sometimes you
- 53:39just need to keep your mouth shut because you sound
- 53:41so you're on point.
- 53:42Speaker 2: Sometimes you sound like an idiot.
- 53:44Speaker 1: Yeah exactly, I mean yeah, I just oh yeah, Oh
- 53:54that's what you were meant. The low education because of
- 53:56a guy. Uh, No, loyalties, that's what you meant I
- 54:00I figured it out now there's so much stuff going
- 54:02on right now, I can't, but yeah, why wouldn't you
- 54:05if you have a good friend, you know, who will
- 54:08give you the shirt off his back and help you,
- 54:11and you're going to be more loyal to a sports
- 54:13team who's done absolutely nothing for you and could care
- 54:18less about you unless you're paying money. I don't. I
- 54:20will never understand this idea of loyalty to a sports team.
- 54:25I don't know what that makes you, especially when it
- 54:27when it when it comes before your wife, your family,
- 54:32your friends, your whatever, wife, family friends. What kind of insecure.
- 54:41Speaker 2: Moron do you have to be to put a sports
- 54:46team over any of what?
- 54:50Speaker 1: I over your wife, over your family, over your friends,
- 54:55especially if you have really legitimate that's but that's kind
- 54:57of the problem friends. I can understand the wife and
- 54:59the family. I mean sorry, I can understand the friends
- 55:03because maybe you guys don't know what real friendship is.
- 55:08Speaker 9: You know.
- 55:10Speaker 1: This guy that hooked us up today, I've known this
- 55:13guy twenty years, haven't seen him in ten talk to
- 55:17him every once in a while, but I haven't seen
- 55:19him in a decade.
- 55:21Speaker 2: Met him twenty two years ago. Twenty three years ago.
- 55:24Speaker 1: Stayed in contact, but just anytime I ask him for
- 55:29anything or he asked me for something, just like nothing.
- 55:34Speaker 2: I mean, you guys just don't know what friendship is.
- 55:36That's the problem, you guys. See, Friendship is.
- 55:41Speaker 1: Real. Friendship is seeing each other. You know, when seeing
- 55:47each other every day or talking to each other every day,
- 55:50something that is superficial, you know that makes you real,
- 55:55but still no loyalty to each other.
- 55:57Speaker 2: There's a lot of that Makersville. I've seen a lot
- 55:59of that. So it took.
- 56:02Speaker 1: Even It took me a while to find real good
- 56:05people in biggers. And they are real good people in biggers,
- 56:07so there's a lot of them. The problem is you
- 56:10clowns too busy over here. I mean, oh gosh, I
- 56:14just know so many of you idiots that would pick
- 56:18your sports team over your wife, your family, or your friends.
- 56:22Speaker 2: And that's embarrassing.
- 56:25Speaker 1: You have to be one insecure loser to put any
- 56:31sports team over your real life. Hey, rom, I know,
- 56:37if he was a Raider fan and he paid for
- 56:38everything and bought you a Raiders jersey, you will still
- 56:42wear the jersey, but you will still tell him that
- 56:44the Raiders suck while wearing the jersey. Absolutely. I've actually
- 56:49done that before. A friend of mine was buying a
- 56:52car up in Delano, a Delano Chevy, and I was.
- 56:57They called me and said, hey, Leno, Chevy said that
- 57:02they'd give me more money off if you took a
- 57:04picture in a Raider jersey. They said, you wouldn't do it.
- 57:07And my buddy called me and I asked him. I said, yeah,
- 57:09but I don't care. That'll get you if that'll get you,
- 57:13uh your if that'll get you a better deal on
- 57:17your car.
- 57:19Speaker 2: You're my friend, what do I care? Look it up right?
- 57:23Speaker 1: Yeah, so now, yeah, you're absolutely right. I'd put on
- 57:26the Raider jersey and still tell you you suck rome
- 57:30alty four two four seven to seven.
- 57:33Speaker 2: Uh, let's see.
- 57:37Speaker 1: Here, what have we got. So what you're saying Rome
- 57:42Romeo to wear the jersey every day or just that day?
- 57:45Oh just that day. We just we just wore the
- 57:47jersey for the day. We just went to the went
- 57:49to the you know, vip box or whatever he had
- 57:52whatever it was. I don't skybox. He bought us jerseys
- 57:55where for the day, then put it away till the
- 58:00next time. He invites me to a to a to
- 58:02a game and I'll go with him and where the jersey.
- 58:04Speaker 2: It's it's not that, it's not that serious.
- 58:07Speaker 1: You guys are just such. You live curiously through these
- 58:09sports teams to make you feel like you've accomplished something,
- 58:12and you didn't.
- 58:13Speaker 2: They accomplished it, You didn't. You did nothing.
- 58:18Speaker 5: Man.
- 58:19Speaker 6: The foods are dumb wrong, that's I'll tell you. They're
- 58:21all caught up in their own little heart. How bad
- 58:23they are chasing these guys. They got to stay loyal
- 58:26to them, not to a good friend.
- 58:28Speaker 2: Yeah, not to anything to their family.
- 58:32Speaker 6: Hey, my my rich raider friend called me, big boy.
- 58:36Speaker 7: You know what I mean?
- 58:36Speaker 6: They said, Hey, I'm want to take you that family out. Yeah,
- 58:38and he buy us all jerseys, big boy.
- 58:41Speaker 5: I'm splorting me exactly.
- 58:44Speaker 6: Give your heads up. I worth three actions.
- 58:47Speaker 1: I'll take a two actions if you If.
- 58:49Speaker 6: You're like I ain't even tripping. If my boy got
- 58:53love for me that he's gonna spend all that and
- 58:56catered to me. Come mom, man, are you seriously you
- 59:00done some more stuff that makes you look stupid? Or
- 59:02like calling the radio like greater d you know what
- 59:05I mean? So these people got issues brow up in
- 59:08their head I'm with you.
- 59:09Speaker 3: They really do.
- 59:10Speaker 1: They really do.
- 59:12Speaker 6: That's why these fools know so much more about their
- 59:14their team than they even know about their old lady.
- 59:17Rom That's how pathetic these fools are.
- 59:20Speaker 2: All I appreciate.
- 59:22Speaker 1: I mean, that's what it is.
- 59:23Speaker 3: You guys.
- 59:24Speaker 2: You guys want God. It amazes me how many of
- 59:28these men.
- 59:28Speaker 1: Out here are far more loyal to their sports team
- 59:31than they are to their family.
- 59:33Speaker 2: That's embarrassing. Man, throw me outside thy four point one.
- 59:38Speaker 6: Hey, what's up, Romeo? How's it going on?
- 59:39Speaker 2: It's going sad.
- 59:41Speaker 6: I broke up for a little b wondering if you
- 59:42if you're giving away the tickets you give yet?
- 59:46Speaker 2: Not yet, I'll give you some way in a few minutes.
- 59:48Oh right, car, Yeah, how what's going on?
- 59:52Speaker 5: Hey?
- 59:52Speaker 2: What's up?
- 59:54Speaker 8: I'm a I'm a born and raised cowboy, ins AUTR fan.
- 59:57Speaker 3: I'm a female. I'm probably one of.
- 59:59Speaker 8: The rare ones out there that are very die hard
- 1:00:01with their team. The other day, I went over to
- 1:00:04visit one of my friends and he serves me a
- 1:00:07shot in a forty nine er shot glass and I
- 1:00:12told him, like he know, because like we known each
- 1:00:14other forever, And I was like, what are you doing.
- 1:00:15I go, you're serving me? And I go, you have
- 1:00:17another shot glass? He goes no, So I started talking
- 1:00:19top about your shot glass. He go, hey, I just
- 1:00:21I'll let you know my son made that for me.
- 1:00:23He made me feel so bad. And I was like,
- 1:00:26I'm sorry.
- 1:00:28Speaker 6: I go, but you like, next time, can you serve me?
- 1:00:30Speaker 8: And something else? And it's been in the night and
- 1:00:32I think he like he's turning me because then he
- 1:00:35gave me out of all his blankets. Like I was like,
- 1:00:37you don't have another biket. He gives me a forty
- 1:00:38nin er biket.
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: I'm like, no, boy, I can't do this.
- 1:00:43Speaker 8: I can't do this.
- 1:00:45Speaker 2: You're so sad as a person, You're just sad.
- 1:00:49Speaker 3: So it's all right.
- 1:00:51Speaker 5: I'm just I'm a loyal woman.
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: To my team, but not to your friend.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: Huh loves you?
- 1:00:57Speaker 6: Oh well, yeah, you.
- 1:00:58Speaker 8: Know we've been at Oriental. Why not continue.
- 1:01:03Speaker 6: Next time I go over.
- 1:01:04Speaker 8: I'm a fan my Dodger gear so really pissed him
- 1:01:07off because he's a Giants fan.
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: Okay, all's right about that.
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: I mean, there's a thing to be in.
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: There is a thing to be.
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: To have a running thing going on.
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: But at some point when a friend asked you something
- 1:01:25you should uh, if you really care about them when
- 1:01:28it's important, you know what I'm saying.
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: All right, a boors or seven to seven?
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: What do you got here? Hey Romeo? Even if even
- 1:01:38if I was not a fan, I will put the
- 1:01:40jersey on, even though I'm a Dodger fan, But for
- 1:01:43that day, I'd be a fan of whatever jersey he
- 1:01:46give me.
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: It's just one day.
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: I'd be happy just to go and to spend the
- 1:01:49time with my friends. Yeah, exactly, that's what That's the
- 1:01:52whole point, hey, rome does Oh you were saying, does
- 1:01:56Rader rob work? Tell him to get to work?
- 1:01:58Speaker 9: Oh?
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: No, Raider Rob works? What are you talking about? And
- 1:02:00then oh, I met does Raider Dave work? He's at
- 1:02:04work and called into the station like three times already
- 1:02:07this morning, and he's thinking he's a celebrity. Rady Dame
- 1:02:13is a huge celebrity man. He's probably the biggest celebrity
- 1:02:15in Bakersfield. To be honest with you, Oh, we've all
- 1:02:18run out of gas at some point in our life.
- 1:02:20Either we don't pay attention, we think we have enough.
- 1:02:22Maybe we just can't afford it when it happens right
- 1:02:25thirty four, two five four or seven to seven?
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: What happened when you ran out of gas?
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: Coomeboard? You know what's going on?
- 1:02:31Speaker 3: What's going on?
- 1:02:32Speaker 7: Man?
- 1:02:33Speaker 3: I remember one time I was telling one of my
- 1:02:35buddy's trucks, right, and his needle for his gas cage
- 1:02:39doesn't work like that. He never told me about that.
- 1:02:42So I was moving and on the way back home,
- 1:02:46I was on the ninety ninth Freeway, and but the
- 1:02:48truck all of a sudden, you get smitted that it
- 1:02:50was running out again. Dude, I had no phone on me,
- 1:02:55I had nothing on me. I had to push it
- 1:02:57for like almost a mile myself on the ninety ninth freeway.
- 1:03:02Speaker 6: Just had to get off.
- 1:03:03Speaker 3: On the off, we'll get some gas.
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: You pushed it to the gas station.
- 1:03:08Speaker 6: Yes, I was pissed that day.
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: That's funny.
- 1:03:13Speaker 3: And then I thought I thought that at tires shot,
- 1:03:15you know, thinking that they would help me out. And
- 1:03:17he goes, I asked him, he can help me out,
- 1:03:19just push it, you know, just right into the gas station.
- 1:03:21He goes, I'm the only one here. Some guy comes
- 1:03:25out from the back, like two guys come out from
- 1:03:27the back, and they started working I like, really, you're
- 1:03:29the only one here, you know.
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: Yeah, that's because.
- 1:03:31Speaker 7: You're a man.
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: Bro.
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: I saw these two little girls they ran out of gas.
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: Uh.
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: This was a few months ago on Alan Road.
- 1:03:41Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: I pulled up and.
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: By the time I pulled over because I was gonna
- 1:03:45help him push it because it was just a little
- 1:03:46girl pushing She couldn't have been more than fifty pounds
- 1:03:49pushing this car. By the time I pulled over and
- 1:03:51got out of my car, there were six guys helping
- 1:03:54this girl push these car to the gas station.
- 1:03:56Speaker 3: Man.
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: That's what you, yeah, bro, for being a man. All right, Hey,
- 1:04:06it happens, man, we run out of gas.
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: And I remember one time me and my husband were
- 1:04:10going to a concert and I took so long to
- 1:04:12get ready. We were running late, and we just jumped
- 1:04:15in the car. We started driving there, and right before
- 1:04:18we were going to get on the freeway, my car
- 1:04:20slows down and stopped. I'm like, oh my god, what happened.
- 1:04:23My boyfriend looked at me and said, my boyfriend or
- 1:04:27husband lood at me. It's been a boyfriend at the
- 1:04:28time looked at me and said, you never ever have
- 1:04:31effing gas. I totally forgot my light was already on
- 1:04:34and we were right about to get on the freeway.
- 1:04:37So people have to help us push the car out
- 1:04:39of the way. Out there to help my boyfriend push. Oh,
- 1:04:42help your boyfriend push the car out of the way.
- 1:04:45So did you make it to the concert or what happened? Yo?
- 1:04:49Speaker 6: Rom?
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: I know my car, I know I can.
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: Still get about forty miles when it reaches empty. Sometimes
- 1:04:55my car says f you and runs out of gas.
- 1:05:02My guy said, man, it happens you run out of gas.
- 1:05:04You're not paying attention. I mean, nowadays these cars tell
- 1:05:08you how many miles you have, so it should be
- 1:05:10a little bit easier to not run out of gas.
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: But still happens. Already four two, seven to seven, it's
- 1:05:17running out of gas. What happened to you?
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: Come on to help?
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: What's up talking about runn out of gas?
- 1:05:22Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: What happened?
- 1:05:22Speaker 7: Brother?
- 1:05:24Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:05:24Speaker 5: Run out of gas on my tell my way to work.
- 1:05:27Speaker 4: And my wife told me to go ahead and cook gas,
- 1:05:30and I ignored her.
- 1:05:31Speaker 3: I just could drive me. Hey, I just didn't want
- 1:05:34to be late, so I figured I'll make it. I
- 1:05:37know my truck, I'll.
- 1:05:38Speaker 7: Make it work.
- 1:05:39Speaker 4: I run out I run out of gas and I
- 1:05:41got I got to work late.
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: Yeah, I had to call my wife.
- 1:05:46Speaker 5: And that was the worst thing ever, because she's a
- 1:05:48I called your stupid.
- 1:05:49Speaker 6: Ass to cook gas?
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: Why why did you call her?
- 1:05:53Speaker 6: I had nobody else to come help me?
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: Bro, don't call nobody.
- 1:05:56Speaker 6: Then I go in the side of the road.
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: Broy'all would have stood there till somebody helped me. I
- 1:06:03would have never called my wife.
- 1:06:06Speaker 6: It was the worst thing, Romeo.
- 1:06:08Speaker 4: People people know they run out of gas and they're
- 1:06:10still cranking that thing that you know. You didn't run
- 1:06:12out of gas.
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: Any Why didn't you call your work? You should have
- 1:06:18called you work and had them help you.
- 1:06:20Speaker 6: They ain't gotta help me.
- 1:06:21Speaker 3: Didn't even like me.
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: They called me, Oh damn, brom talking about running out
- 1:06:28of gas. What happened to you already? Four two five,
- 1:06:30four seven to seven?
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: What are you off?
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: It's going on?
- 1:06:33Speaker 7: Hey?
- 1:06:33Speaker 6: What's up?
- 1:06:33Speaker 7: Wrong? What up?
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: Reb?
- 1:06:35Speaker 7: Hey?
- 1:06:35Speaker 6: You know while I'm back, You know, I do a
- 1:06:37lot to work over here by the five out here
- 1:06:38by bud Willow. Okay, and uh there was a guy
- 1:06:41and he could see him throwing his arms up and
- 1:06:43he was I mean, doodle, you can tell he's mad,
- 1:06:45and I have passed and made a utur came back
- 1:06:47and he said, oh, I don't know about your Your wife,
- 1:06:50he says, but this was a dumb beat, you know.
- 1:06:52And he's like the wise you know we're going out
- 1:06:54and she knows we're going out of tone and she
- 1:06:56was at the gas station and gotten herself from stuff.
- 1:06:58He said, well she wrought took and now we're streving.
- 1:07:03He's an old man, you know, I mean, he did
- 1:07:05he was, but he was good roman. I say, you
- 1:07:07know what, man, I got gas right here. I said,
- 1:07:09I got cop gallons right here. He'll get you there.
- 1:07:12And then uh so he gets the gas and goes
- 1:07:14in ports it in room. I feel bad, dude.
- 1:07:17Speaker 5: This guy had an easeel car and he put to.
- 1:07:19Speaker 7: Gallons a regular gash.
- 1:07:21Speaker 2: My god, I didn't know.
- 1:07:23Speaker 6: I just offered it to him, you know what I mean.
- 1:07:25He should have known better, you know what I mean.
- 1:07:26I didn't go up there and put it in there
- 1:07:27for him. I just said, hey, you know, here's due gallons.
- 1:07:29And why I found bad dude? He was like, he
- 1:07:34drove off and then I see him at the other
- 1:07:36corner and he said the car was like making noises
- 1:07:39and I told him, I said, well, it was regular gas.
- 1:07:41I said, well, he goes, oh man, I know my
- 1:07:44carkid beat.
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: Oh no, and that's when he gets bad.
- 1:07:49Speaker 6: Rom I tried helping him everything I could, but at
- 1:07:51the end of the day, he had at her.
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: Boy, that's what he gets for letting his chick get
- 1:07:56handled the gas. He never let a girl handle the gas.
- 1:07:58She's never gonna get it done right.
- 1:08:00Speaker 6: And that's what I got to think. I'm like, you guys,
- 1:08:01both ended up at the gas and you sit in
- 1:08:04the car and put on your phone.
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: I know, all right, you gotta make sure you have gas.
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: As a man, I'm gonna tell you right now, all
- 1:08:15of you men, your responsibility in the house, in the
- 1:08:19relationship is to make sure your car has gas. Don't
- 1:08:23ever put that responsibility on your lady. Okay, because she
- 1:08:28never got gas. What made you think she's gonna have
- 1:08:30gas in your car? That's why you don't let her
- 1:08:32borrow it. And that's why you are the one responsible
- 1:08:37and accountable for the gas. Weren't it out of gas?
- 1:08:39What happened when you ran out of gas? Good morning?
- 1:08:41How what's going on?
- 1:08:42Speaker 5: Well, I'm about to run out of gas right now.
- 1:08:49Speaker 6: So I knew how had no gas last night?
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: I knew better, and I was like.
- 1:08:54Speaker 6: Oh, I just grabbed some in the morning, left the house,
- 1:08:57drop my kids off the summer school.
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: But not my damning card.
- 1:09:04Speaker 8: He's just riding on the prayer.
- 1:09:05Speaker 5: I ain't even saying nothing.
- 1:09:07Speaker 9: I'm like, I'm not gonna say that that.
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: I don't want to.
- 1:09:09Speaker 6: Worry to kids.
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: So are they with the kids with you right now?
- 1:09:13Speaker 7: Or what?
- 1:09:14Speaker 9: Yees?
- 1:09:15Speaker 7: All?
- 1:09:15Speaker 2: Well, good luck and good luck. I hope you make it.
- 1:09:19Speaker 7: That.
- 1:09:19Speaker 6: Maybe I have to catch out for somebody or gail somebody,
- 1:09:22but they mess with me.
- 1:09:23Speaker 8: I got my sleeper loan.
- 1:09:24Speaker 5: I probably look like a whole practice.
- 1:09:28Speaker 8: Not want to look like you want to have me ca.
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: So that's funny. Good luck. Let me know what happens,
- 1:09:35all right? You ever run out of gas? What happened
- 1:09:39in four, two, five, four or seven? That's seven? Gordon.
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: Hell's going up Rome.
- 1:09:43Speaker 8: I can't even run out against.
- 1:09:45Speaker 7: If I do, I never hear anything.
- 1:09:49Speaker 3: He'll be man, I'm.
- 1:09:50Speaker 6: Get that every time we get my gloves.
- 1:09:52Speaker 4: I'm much good guy to get there.
- 1:09:55Speaker 5: I can't go it out against.
- 1:09:56Speaker 8: But I'm gonna lie but I'm gonna stuck up against or.
- 1:09:59Speaker 3: Something like that, and I'm going home.
- 1:10:03Speaker 4: I'll get it in the morning, and I still won't
