- 0:55Speaker 3: a pace of life update. You know, I still missed
- 0:58Speaker 3: the Bronx in New York City. But the is mak
- 1:01Speaker 3: We have to stop legal immigration. A million and a
- 1:04Speaker 3: half Third World is in every single year, one hundred
- 1:07Speaker 3: million total over fifty sixty years and people are scratching
- 1:10Speaker 3: their heads. White is a third world country.
- 1:12Speaker 4: We have a.
- 1:13Speaker 3: Colony in China. The top communist lead iss your question.
- 1:17Speaker 1: It's like eleven in the morning. What are you so
- 1:18Speaker 1: upset about? Calm down, it's a Paul summer day. Go
- 1:23Speaker 1: ahead and enjoy yourself. Do you understand these people? As
- 1:27Speaker 1: soon as they wake up, we have to stop. I
- 1:31Speaker 1: don't think he's from Providence. I don't think. So let's
- 1:35Speaker 1: go to Randall in Maryland. Randall, how you doing?
- 1:39Speaker 6: OHI Mark, Mark. In the old days, you were a
- 1:42Speaker 6: celebrity because you were somebody special. Now you're something special
- 1:47Speaker 6: because you're a celebrity.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Well, it's a lot of buttering up. I mean it's
- 1:52Speaker 1: very flattering. I don't know what all this buttering up
- 1:54Speaker 1: is about. But I hear a butt coming. What's the butt?
- 1:58Speaker 6: Well, no, I'm talking about it.
- 2:00Speaker 1: There's a butt coming.
- 2:04Speaker 6: Nothing. Be nice, Megan Horr. You don't have to worry
- 2:08Speaker 6: about them. Their celebrities. That's their stock in trade. That's
- 2:12Speaker 6: just like your mayor and my governor.
- 2:14Speaker 1: I know Megan and Harry are two of the most
- 2:16Speaker 1: useless idiots, the two of the most annoying people on earth.
- 2:20Speaker 4: But I agree, Yeah.
- 2:21Speaker 6: I agree, But why are they you know, why are
- 2:23Speaker 6: they so important?
- 2:25Speaker 1: Anyway? Thanks for what is he talking about? Who said
- 2:27Speaker 1: they were important? We like to make fun of them.
- 2:30Speaker 1: They're just nice to make fun of. Obviously they're not important,
- 2:32Speaker 1: Otherwise they'd get a job. Let's go to Ralph in Manhattan. Ralph,
- 2:36Speaker 1: how you doing, Mark?
- 2:38Speaker 5: You made? You made a song? Sorry, don't.
- 2:40Speaker 1: We don't like people with deeper voices than me.
- 2:44Speaker 5: I try to. I try to do soprano.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Oh did you used to be on the radio or something?
- 2:48Speaker 1: You sound great. You have a big radio voice.
- 2:51Speaker 5: Oh, I appreciate that. Yeah, I do a little radio.
- 2:53Speaker 5: But there's the I appreciate that. The you know, seventeen
- 2:58Speaker 5: percent you're talking. I think about a huge, huge number.
- 3:02Speaker 5: Every time I walk down the street Manhattan, ninth Avenue,
- 3:05Speaker 5: wherever I am, I can't get away from the pot.
- 3:08Speaker 5: There's nowhere that they won't smoke. They smoke constantly, constantly, constantly.
- 3:13Speaker 5: But I would say I make one plean Mark.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Let me just say I think the seventeen percent is
- 3:18Speaker 1: a national figure. In Manhattan, it might be seventy five percent.
- 3:22Speaker 1: But if you're walking around Garden City, Long Island, it's
- 3:25Speaker 1: probably zero percent.
- 3:27Speaker 5: So it's you got you got it, you got it.
- 3:29Speaker 5: The one the one plea that I would say, just
- 3:31Speaker 5: if you're going to smoke your pots, just smoked in
- 3:33Speaker 5: the privacy of your own home, just to do it.
- 3:35Speaker 5: Don't put it on me. I'm trying. I'm out there
- 3:37Speaker 5: trying to exercise at six o'clock. At six o'clock in
- 3:39Speaker 5: the morning, Mark, it's fascinating. There's smoke when we have breakfast,
- 3:43Speaker 5: they're smoking pot. It's ridiculous.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Yeah, uh no, it's a good point.
- 3:48Speaker 5: You know.
- 3:49Speaker 1: I got allergies. I can't smell. I really can't smell
- 3:52Speaker 1: anything when I go out there. So I'm fine. I'm
- 3:53Speaker 1: walking down the street and enjoying myself. Whoever went with God,
- 3:56Speaker 1: Oh my god, the smell. It's like this allergy is
- 3:58Speaker 1: the best thing you're gonna have, you know anything in
- 4:00Speaker 1: New York. Let's go to Richard and Bayshore. Richard, how
- 4:03Speaker 1: you doing, I'm doing well.
- 4:05Speaker 5: Good morning.
- 4:06Speaker 3: I heard this morning that Larry MENTI and Curtis said
- 4:09Speaker 3: pulled the head of a sit in the morning in
- 4:11Speaker 3: the ratings.
- 4:12Speaker 5: So I don't know that.
- 4:14Speaker 1: I don't know if that's true. They're pretty even. It's
- 4:17Speaker 1: always very cool.
- 4:18Speaker 5: You did you getting the extra hour have anything.
- 4:20Speaker 4: To do with that?
- 4:21Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, no, no no. You know what
- 4:23Speaker 1: it is. Everybody's lying about their ratings everywhere. I mean,
- 4:26Speaker 1: I've heard guys give out fake numbers or seven point
- 4:29Speaker 1: four to one point four. It's absolutely not true. There's
- 4:32Speaker 1: no such number. So if one side's going to make
- 4:35Speaker 1: up numbers, the other side makes up numbers. You'll notice
- 4:39Speaker 1: I never say a word because I don't have to
- 4:40Speaker 1: make up numbers. But both listen. There's a couple of
- 4:44Speaker 1: morning shows. They're both great, they both do very very well,
- 4:48Speaker 1: and it's a nice business. It's a fun radio business.
- 4:52Speaker 1: It's a big community. No reason to fight with everybody. Oh,
- 4:55Speaker 1: let's go to Chris Bethpage. Chris, how you doing?
- 5:00Speaker 2: Hey, Mark, I think you should personally hire me at
- 5:03Speaker 2: screen calls because that first guy from Providence was Steve
- 5:06Speaker 2: from Manhattan. I know that guy anyways to gobue counting.
- 5:09Speaker 5: Gun, Yeah right.
- 5:10Speaker 1: You know what's funny. They always try to lie and
- 5:13Speaker 1: they say I'm calling you from Idaho. But when the
- 5:15Speaker 1: guy calls, how you with that accident? Then like you're
- 5:20Speaker 1: not going to say, I.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Know I know, hey, the reason though I did Paul Mark,
- 5:25Speaker 2: was because I want to agree with what you guys
- 5:28Speaker 2: were saying before about Mendami. You don't think he's you know,
- 5:32Speaker 2: he's going to be relatively harmless. But Bruce Blateman, I
- 5:35Speaker 2: would be out there twenty four to seven. You got
- 5:38Speaker 2: a campaign against Mendami. That's the key, that's the key
- 5:41Speaker 2: to him getting elected.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Yeah, well he does, he does do it. He does
- 5:44Speaker 1: do that. Yep, Yeah, he is campaigning twenty four to seven.
- 5:48Speaker 1: He is always, always, always bashing Hokeele and tying her
- 5:51Speaker 1: to mom Donnie, and it's a good thing to do.
- 5:54Speaker 1: You're right. Let's go to Vincent and Brooklyn. Vincent, how
- 5:57Speaker 1: you doing?
- 5:57Speaker 7: Good morning, Mark, Mark, Meghan and just become another British
- 6:03Speaker 7: couple receiving welfare, royalty welfare. Mark Mandami and the City
- 6:09Speaker 7: Council are coming up with all these cookie ideas like
- 6:14Speaker 7: paid sick leave for your dog. Just call up your
- 6:17Speaker 7: nearest doggy daycare sat there and they'll send somebody over
- 6:21Speaker 7: to take care of your dog. You gotta pay for it,
- 6:24Speaker 7: which the City council communists don't like. Mark Mandami's talking
- 6:29Speaker 7: about all these projects like the doggy day for care
- 6:33Speaker 7: like taking twenty years to fix the Bikui. Well since
- 6:37Speaker 7: Friday and yesterday morning, my house where I personally live,
- 6:42Speaker 7: my basement got flooded out twice already. And you saw
- 6:46Speaker 7: what happened in Queens and Parkslope and on other areas,
- 6:50Speaker 7: especially in beffed steibersid Mark the catch basins in this city.
- 6:55Speaker 7: Every spring us to the City Works department and we
- 7:00Speaker 7: go around with a David and crane open up all
- 7:03Speaker 7: the sewers and catch basins and clean them out. So
- 7:06Speaker 7: the faster the water the rainfalls in the street, the
- 7:10Speaker 7: faster it goes into this catch basin, the faster it
- 7:13Speaker 7: goes into the main sewer and not into people's house.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Yeah, we only get a few seconds. Is that the problem?
- 7:18Speaker 1: They stopped cleaning that thing out exactly.
- 7:20Speaker 4: The last time they cleaned a sewer in front of
- 7:23Speaker 4: my house was when they were looking for a murder
- 7:25Speaker 4: row weapon. About eighteen years ago. They cleaned the sew
- 7:29Speaker 4: on the corner somebody got murdered on my block.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Uh gee, Uh, we won't ask where you were at
- 7:35Speaker 1: that time.
- 7:37Speaker 4: Yeah, we won't.
- 7:38Speaker 1: But anyway, but Vincent, that's a very good point. Because
- 7:42Speaker 1: we all had this with all our lives. We didn't
- 7:44Speaker 1: see all this flooding all of a sudden we're seeing. Yeah,
- 7:46Speaker 1: very good point.
- 7:47Speaker 4: Cleaning the catch basines.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Very good point, Vincent, great call, Thanks for Colin. Hey,
- 7:52Speaker 1: we'll take a break for the news, get caught up
- 7:53Speaker 1: on everything, and then Rob Shooter will be with us.
- 7:55Speaker 1: He's the best Royals expert there is, so well, he'll
- 7:59Speaker 1: give us the real story and we'll get to that
- 8:01Speaker 1: next on seven ten w O R.
