- 0:16Speaker 3: to be gone. And so you say, I know what
- 0:19Speaker 3: I'll do. I'll send them to Radio from Hell. Maybe
- 0:22Speaker 3: if they read it on the air, it'll go for
- 0:24Speaker 3: my life and I'll be happy again. So send your
- 0:27Speaker 3: things that must go to Radio from Hell at X
- 0:29Speaker 3: ninety six dot com and simply put must go in
- 0:32Speaker 3: the subject line. GENA, you want to start today?
- 0:34Speaker 2: Sure, let's see this is from Jesse. My must go
- 0:39Speaker 2: is something I'm sure Gene is familiar with thanks to
- 0:41Speaker 2: Riley Girl and Oakley Pup.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Golden glitter must go. Golden glitter doesn't seem.
- 0:46Speaker 2: No matter how much I groom my dog Joey, vacuum
- 0:49Speaker 2: or use a lint roller, anything I wear comes with
- 0:51Speaker 2: a light coating of golden retriever fur. I love my
- 0:54Speaker 2: dog completely, He's sweet, smart, comes up with stuff I've
- 0:57Speaker 2: never seen another dog do. But the hugging shed has
- 1:00Speaker 2: to go. Yeah, it's bad. Golden retrievers are particularly bad.
- 1:04Speaker 2: But you know, Jesse, I wear black every day. I've
- 1:07Speaker 2: just I lean into it.
- 1:09Speaker 4: I just you know, you were black every day except
- 1:11Speaker 4: when you're on vacation, and they dress very nicely on
- 1:15Speaker 4: and I wish you'd, you know, step.
- 1:17Speaker 3: Up your game, step to step up your but look
- 1:20Speaker 3: as you're on camera, you.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Know, well, no, you're fine, You're just fine. I'm just fine.
- 1:25Speaker 1: I would like it if you graced us with your
- 1:29Speaker 1: really wonderful outfits.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Gene. Frankly, I don't care. That's interesting because I don't
- 1:33Speaker 3: look at you.
- 1:34Speaker 2: You can't see me usually, let's see hello, use my
- 1:39Speaker 2: name at your leisure. Recipe websites which have buttons that
- 1:43Speaker 2: say jump to recipe that instead of jumping to the recipe,
- 1:47Speaker 2: jump to an ad just above the recipe also recipes
- 1:51Speaker 2: with inexact amounts of ingredients. I just looked at a
- 1:54Speaker 2: recipe that called for one package of this? Okay, well,
- 1:58Speaker 2: how much is that? I have a shaker of that?
- 2:00Speaker 2: How much should I use? Tell me exactly how much?
- 2:04Speaker 2: Give me a measurement. And finally this, please don't use
- 2:08Speaker 2: my name. What must go is having to live in
- 2:10Speaker 2: my ex's house because of financial issues.
- 2:13Speaker 1: That will be all cool, so I'll go next.
- 2:16Speaker 3: I got a couple of my own look folks, pedestrians, pedestrians. Yes,
- 2:20Speaker 3: you have these crosswalks downtown and they've very they've made
- 2:24Speaker 3: them safe. They've tried to make them safe by putting
- 2:27Speaker 3: caution lights on them. And all you have to do
- 2:30Speaker 3: is press a button to activate those lights before using
- 2:33Speaker 3: the crosswalk.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Use them. Push the damn button.
- 2:37Speaker 3: And I just hate particularly on Second South, just above
- 2:41Speaker 3: Mainz or State Street, there are people walking through that
- 2:44Speaker 3: thing all the time. Lights aren't flashing, they're just And
- 2:48Speaker 3: then the other thing of mine that must go is
- 2:50Speaker 3: when you open a bottle of pills and you know,
- 2:52Speaker 3: you take the top off, and then there's the foil
- 2:55Speaker 3: that you have to poke through, and then there's a
- 2:57Speaker 3: piece of cotton stuck down in there, and you can't
- 3:01Speaker 3: use your trying to get it out with your finger,
- 3:03Speaker 3: and you can't finally have some tweezers or something to
- 3:06Speaker 3: get that piece of cotton out of there. Let's see
- 3:08Speaker 3: this one says, please use my name. It's Braiden, the phlebottomist.
- 3:12Speaker 3: People texting and driving are they must go? You are
- 3:16Speaker 3: driving people with bad hygiene. Wash your butt, oh, Bradon,
- 3:20Speaker 3: I just like to know what are you doing that
- 3:22Speaker 3: you can smell that out, and then not being able
- 3:25Speaker 3: to afford car repairs. I need my car to work,
- 3:27Speaker 3: and finally my car braking. Please just just stay together
- 3:31Speaker 3: until you're paid off. Let's see this one says hello, lords,
- 3:35Speaker 3: please feel free to use my name. A few things
- 3:37Speaker 3: that must go is USU spending a ton of money
- 3:41Speaker 3: for an office remodel for the former president, but then
- 3:44Speaker 3: cutting a bunch of programs, including the entire theater department
- 3:47Speaker 3: at USU Eastern. I have a special place in my
- 3:50Speaker 3: heart for the theater department. My son met his wife there,
- 3:53Speaker 3: my wife worked there, and one of my closest friends
- 3:56Speaker 3: works there. This must go. Also, the tangerine tyrant and
- 4:01Speaker 3: his cronies must go. Thanks for letting me listen, Robert.
- 4:05Speaker 3: And then this one finally, fore to use my name,
- 4:09Speaker 3: I'm Mark. What must go is the idea that radio
- 4:11Speaker 3: from Hell in X ninety six won't work out side
- 4:14Speaker 3: of the state of Utah. I'm from Las Vegas, but
- 4:16Speaker 3: I've lived in Salt Lake City for forty years. I
- 4:18Speaker 3: have fond memories of the rock station I listened to
- 4:21Speaker 3: in Vegas as a teenager. I spent a weekend in
- 4:23Speaker 3: Vegas and tuned into the station, and what I found
- 4:26Speaker 3: was an inane mornings zoo type morning show. It was
- 4:29Speaker 3: painful to listen to. I didn't listen for long. The
- 4:33Speaker 3: music programming wasn't better. I can't decide if it wants
- 4:36Speaker 3: to be a classic rock, hard rock, or alternative station,
- 4:38Speaker 3: so it just plays all of it. I like all
- 4:40Speaker 3: those genres, but for different reasons and at different times,
- 4:43Speaker 3: I think Metallica and The Killers don't belong back to
- 4:45Speaker 3: back on the same station. Thank the universe for X
- 4:48Speaker 3: ninety six, the app and Bluetooth capability. Thanks for letting
- 4:52Speaker 3: me listen.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Mark, Oh, thank you Mark Kerry. This one from the
- 4:56Speaker 1: foot of Mount Doom.
- 4:58Speaker 4: When you're lying down on the bench working out lifting
- 5:02Speaker 4: something heavy, like say doing bench presses or something, you
- 5:05Speaker 4: breathe out and you watch that thing of spit shoot
- 5:08Speaker 4: up out of your mouth and then it comes right
- 5:11Speaker 4: back down out of your face and you can't move
- 5:13Speaker 4: because you've got yeah.
- 5:14Speaker 1: You got the weights.
- 5:16Speaker 3: I call that a benefit.
- 5:19Speaker 4: Let's see Candace says things that us go squirting face
- 5:23Speaker 4: washed directly in my eye because of the clog in
- 5:26Speaker 4: the nozzle.
- 5:26Speaker 1: I hate the clog.
- 5:28Speaker 4: Well, my eye is red and irritated and also getting
- 5:32Speaker 4: sad and eating my feelings in popcorn and then having
- 5:35Speaker 4: an upset stomach all night. Oh, friendships ending without knowing why.
- 5:38Speaker 1: I just want to know what I did was so wrong?
- 5:41Speaker 1: Oh Candace, you know, let's see this one.
- 5:45Speaker 4: Things that must go my management that does not know
- 5:48Speaker 4: how to give constructive criticism and makes employees cry. It
- 5:53Speaker 4: is traumatizing and must go. Secondly, hr being able to
- 5:56Speaker 4: do nothing and no one to go to, sick of
- 5:59Speaker 4: feel helpless and fearful at work. This has happened more
- 6:02Speaker 4: than once with multiple employers, all right. This one from
- 6:06Speaker 4: Doctor Mike. Bags that hold food, chips, cereal, et cetera
- 6:09Speaker 4: that don't have enough structural integrity that they rip down
- 6:13Speaker 4: the side, requiring you that you now need to put
- 6:16Speaker 4: the contents in another container to maintain the freshness of
- 6:19Speaker 4: the remaining And.
- 6:20Speaker 2: They should always have the resealable top like a ziplocker
- 6:23Speaker 2: from Doctor Mike.
- 6:24Speaker 4: And this one from Tony My things that must go
- 6:27Speaker 4: the glambot being absent at the met gala.
- 6:31Speaker 1: How much glitz did we miss from all.
- 6:32Speaker 4: The celebrity having someone throw pillows and a mattress topper
- 6:36Speaker 4: on top of me while while I was dumpster diving
- 6:39Speaker 4: for a leather jacket, mini fridge, blender and a six
- 6:42Speaker 4: pack of beer.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Oh, I don't know, I don't know. It's Tony.
- 6:47Speaker 4: Also Gina not watching four seasons. She's been too busy
- 6:51Speaker 4: at work to enjoy that show. She deserves a binge
- 6:53Speaker 4: and a fresh peanut butter cup.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Too busy at work, Too
- 7:00Speaker 4: Busy at work, thinks that must go on the radio
- 7:08Speaker 4: of Hell Show.
