Speaker 1: Tonight we're going to discuss another excerpt from the book
0:04
Spider by Barry Levine. Yesterday we discussed an excerpt of
0:11
the book that talked about some of the gossiping going
0:15
on within the jail in regards to Jeffrey Epstein and
0:21
his conversations with Bill Mercy and another inmate. Well, today
0:26
we're going to check out another excerpt of this book
0:29
about Jeffrey Epstein's final days and how he was whining
0:33
about bullying. Sounds about right. A guy like that, a
0:38
real bully. The second you stand up to them, the
0:41
second you punch them in the nose, they look for
0:44
easier targets. And it's ironic that the king of the
0:49
bullies would be crying about being bullied. This article is
0:55
from The Daily Beast. The author of the article is
0:59
Barry Levine. On the afternoon of July sixth, twenty nineteen,
1:05
a force of NYPD officers and FBI agents were appropriately
1:10
enough in a holding pattern at Teeterborough Airport in New Jersey.
1:15
Now we know that's where Epstein was arrested. He was
1:17
coming back from France and they nailed him at Teterborough. Now,
1:24
why wasn't there a bunch of cameras there set up
1:26
ready to go. Why wasn't it as publicized as some
1:30
of the more political type arrests that we've had lately.
1:36
It makes you wonder, doesn't it. The high that Saturday
1:41
was a sweltering eighty eight degrees. Sweltering eighty eight degrees.
1:45
I live in Las Vegas. We're going on like one
1:47
hundred and seventy five days without rain. I got your
1:50
sweltering right here. One hundred and fifteen damned degrees. That's sweltering.
1:55
Skies were overcast, and the humidity made the tarmac feel
1:58
even hotter. The federal agents and New York City detectives
2:02
were wearing suits and ties. Others perspired in their navy
2:06
blue windbreakers known as ray jackets, stamped with the yellow
2:09
letters FBI. That's the worst possible thing you can imagine
2:14
waiting for you or kicking in your door. Dudes wearing
2:17
them blue jackets with those three letters on it. Yeah,
2:20
I'll pass on all of that. As the airport's ground
2:24
crew looked on the small army of law enforcement, close
2:28
to fifty in all, assembled near a hangar one, an
2:31
area adjacent to a US Customs and Border Protection Office.
2:35
They were awaiting the arrival of Jeffrey Epstein. You know,
2:41
it's great in all that he got arrested when he did,
2:43
but still I can't get the taste out of my
2:46
mouth of all of the decades, of all of the
2:48
years that this man was able to operate and nobody
2:53
stepped up to do a thing, and then when they
2:56
do arrest them, there's no fanfare. We don't have a
3:00
porter embedded, we don't have pictures, we don't have none
3:02
of that stuff. The arrest team had been poised for
3:06
this moment ever since word came down earlier that Epstein
3:11
had boarded his golf Stream G five point fifty tail
3:14
number N two one two je and Paris. Four days earlier.
3:19
United States Southern District Magistrate Judge Barbara Moses had signed
3:23
a sealed arrest warrant for Epstein. So while Epstein was
3:29
in Paris doing whatever the hell he was doing with Shuliac,
3:32
the prosecutors decided that now was the time. So they
3:36
had this sealed indictment, and when Epstein was returning home
3:41
to America, they decided to spring their trap. The operation
3:47
at Teeterborough would be would be a statement of a
3:51
carefully calibrated confidential effort that Jeffrey Berman, the US attorney
3:56
in the district, and his team of prosecutors, had begun
3:59
some six months earlier. So before he got arrested, there
4:03
was six months of legwork done, all sorts of investigative work,
4:09
I'm sure, interviews and gathering of information obviously, and then
4:14
once they had their ducks in a row, they got
4:17
the sealed indictment, and the second he came back to America,
4:21
it was time to arrest his bitch ass. The problem, however,
4:26
was that Epstein wasn't in the country. He was in France.
4:30
Law enforcement tracked the movements of his private jet. See
4:33
that's another thing. That's a little golden nugget here, right.
4:38
I stated earlier that they were doing the same thing
4:40
with Gilan Maxwell. There was no way that Gilaane Maxwell
4:44
was going to get out of this country using conventional means,
4:47
and that is why she was in New Hampshire so
4:49
close to Canada. The Montreal connection. We've discussed all of that,
4:54
and it is obvious that gle Maxwell would have bounced
5:01
if she could have. They knew their best chance for
5:06
a clean apprehension would be right after he touched down
5:09
in the United States. Trying to arrest someone like Epstein
5:12
in one of his palatial homes presented challenges and dangers
5:16
that the FBI and NYPD were keen to avoid. What
5:20
he has armed guards, He has guys with machine guns
5:23
hanging out in machine gun nests in front of his house.
5:26
That wasn't going to occur. You know, I get it
5:29
why you want to pick him up at the airport,
5:31
but there should have been at the same time that
5:33
he was picked up, every one of his properties should
5:36
have been raided, and we know that zoro Ranch wasn't.
5:39
So the second he got picked up, what did his
5:41
associates do with any documentation at zoro Ranch. I'm guessing
5:45
they destroyed it. So that's just a big slap in
5:48
the face to the survivors, everyone who was abused in
5:51
New Mexico and justice itself. I've been pretty clear about
5:57
how I feel about the New Mexico Erny general and
6:01
how they have went after this case. I think it's
6:06
appalling that there's no concurrent state investigation going on, and
6:10
I also think that it is unimaginable that Zoro Ranch
6:16
has still not been raided. Epstein had taken off from
6:20
Paris four other times that year. His last flight in
6:23
April took him from the French capital to Robot, Morocco
6:27
for a nine hour visit. What's he doing in Morocco
6:30
for nine hours? What the hell's going on in Robot
6:33
that he's there for nine flip an hour's Flights to
6:37
and from Teterborough were routine for him, like taking a
6:40
car service. He expected to be back in his mansion
6:43
within an hour or so of the N two to
6:45
one two jees crossing into American airspace over Main the
6:50
arrest team waited. I would have loved to see Jeffrey
6:53
Epstein's face when they nailed him coming off that plane.
6:56
And I also wonder if he was tipped off while
6:58
he was in the air. You would think that if
7:01
he was, he might have had the pilot skirt and
7:05
head back to where he was going. But I really
7:07
don't know how all of that would work, right, would
7:09
the government scramble F sixteen's at that point? I have
7:12
no idea, But I would have loved to see this
7:15
guy's face when he got off that airplane. And there
7:17
was an army of federal agents and NYPD officers waiting
7:21
to greet them. That would have been joyful. The police
7:25
officers and federal agents who made up the arrest force
7:28
at Teeterborough had arrested hundreds of violent felons. Among them,
7:32
only seasoned officers and agents with impeccable service records were
7:36
handpicked for task force work. Well, that's good to know, right,
7:40
some impeccable recorded agents on the case. You know. I
7:45
give the FBI a real hard time and they deserve it.
7:49
Same with the CIA, and I believe that there are
7:52
way too many federal agencies as it is. But when
7:55
it comes to the rank and file at the FBI,
7:58
I would say the overwhelming majority of the agents themselves
8:01
want to do the right thing. It's the bureaucrats that
8:05
are above them that force shit on them. They forced
8:08
them to eat shit sandwiches, and they force them to
8:10
jettison cases. So when I talk about the FBI, I
8:14
don't mean the rank and file. There are good people
8:17
who work in the agency. I'm sure of that. I mean,
8:19
let's be honest, But when it comes to the leadership structure,
8:23
these bureaucrats that have been in these positions unelected by
8:26
the way, have to go. There needs to be a purge,
8:30
and there needs to be new blood brought into the FBI,
8:32
and the CIA needs to be completely and utterly destroyed
8:36
and rebuilt into something different. But the Epstein operation and
8:42
its secrecy made some nervous. Epstein was rich and had
8:46
ties to powerful figures in New York media. A source
8:50
close to the investigation said Lawman feared that someone would
8:53
give the financier pedophile a heads up. Yeah, well, you
8:57
know what, that could have played into them not having
8:59
the media there. That's definitely a good point that I
9:02
might have overlooked, because we know Epstein had a bunch
9:05
of friends in the media, Katie Kurk, George Stephanopolis, the
9:11
list goes on. So if the media got wind of this,
9:16
then they might have tipp Jeffrey Epstein off. I know
9:18
that's horrible to say, but how long did the legacy
9:21
media protect Jeffrey Epstein. How long did the legacy media
9:24
run cover for Jeffrey Epstein? How long did the legacy
9:27
media kill stories about Jeffrey Epstein? So why should we
9:32
think that the legacy media would have kept their app
9:34
shut in this instance. That's a very good point. Federal
9:39
officials were afraid if Epstein learned about the planned arrest
9:42
in flight, he would turn into Roman Polanski and order
9:45
his pilot to make a detour to a place from
9:47
where he could not be extradited, said Lieutenant Gene White
9:51
of the NYPD. We didn't want to spook him because
9:54
they were going to arrest him as soon as he
9:56
landed and before his pilot could restart the engine. That's crazy.
10:01
So you think what they're saying here is that they
10:03
think his pilot was so loyal to him that his
10:06
pilot was willing to restart that engine and aid and
10:10
a bet a man wanted on felony crimes leaving the country.
10:16
That shows you the loyalty of the pilot. Again. Sometimes
10:21
we have to read in between the lines and see
10:23
what they're saying in these sort of conversations, right, And
10:28
it definitely is pretty jaw dropping to think that the
10:33
pilot's loyalty ran that deep. And if that's the case,
10:37
then you know that the pilot has some intricate, intricate
10:42
knowledge of Jeffrey Epstein. And I'm not sure if it
10:45
was Larry Vassoski who was the pilot of that flight,
10:48
I should I have to look that up look into that,
10:50
but I'm guessing it was, and Larry Vassoski obviously is
10:55
super loyal to Jeffrey Epstein. The precautions turn out to
11:00
be unnecessary. As Epstein's aircraft taxi to a stop on
11:03
the tarmac, it was met by sedan's and SUVs with
11:07
lights and sirens blaring. NYPD detectives and FBI agents swarmed
11:12
the aircraft. They wore their blue windbreaker ray jackets. Their
11:15
side arms were out. Epstein offered no resistance as he
11:19
was placed in cuffs. It was five thirty PM. Well, yeah,
11:23
why would he offer resistance. He figures he's gonna go.
11:26
He'll get you into the court, they'll check him in,
11:30
and then he'll be out that same day. That's what
11:32
he thought. He thought that his contacts were still going
11:35
to protect him. What he didn't know was that he
11:37
was already burned as an asset the second he was arrested.
11:40
The second time, his handlers burned him and got rid
11:44
of all evidence that connected themselves that I am sure of.
11:48
That's what happens in these sorts of operations. What you think,
11:51
intelligence runs assets and then they keep information hanging around
11:56
that can tie them to that asset. Hell no, not
11:58
in black ops like this, Hell no. And that's why
12:04
I think it's crucial to follow the money, because we're
12:06
never going to find the ties that connect these higher
12:10
upper echelon m managers, people, managers in intelligence. We're never
12:16
going to find their fingerprints. There's zero chance it's going
12:19
to be buried, in my opinion. But when it comes
12:21
to the money, well, you can't hide that. And that
12:24
is why I am so adamant about following the money
12:27
in this case and tying all of these scumbags together financially.
12:33
No one else on the plane was taken into custody.
12:36
Some media reports indicated that the thirty year old Corina Shuliac,
12:40
a Belussian emigree and dentist who was one of Epstein's
12:44
latest romantic interests and a woman with whom he had
12:46
grown closer of late, had been vacationing with Epstein at
12:50
his Paris apartment, and that she had been on his
12:52
jet when Epstein was arrested. Law enforcement sources familiar with
12:56
Epstein's apprehension, however, dispute this insists I think Shuliac was
13:01
not on the arriving flight. Well again, another little gem, right,
13:05
another little nugget. And of course we don't, you know,
13:09
we have to make sure that we're doing our legwork
13:12
to find out what's what. But in this new book
13:15
that Barry Levigne, Levine however you want to pronounce his
13:19
last name, has just dropped. He's offering a different perspective here,
13:23
some stuff that you know fills in a couple of
13:26
the cracks perhaps, And again it's all about context, right.
13:30
The more we know, the better off we are. After
13:35
clearing US customs, Epstein was turned over to the custody
13:38
of the US Marshall Service and driven some ten miles
13:41
south to the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Lower Manhattan, a
13:45
federal jail known as the MCC, where prisoners charged with
13:48
federal crimes are detained while a waiting arraignment or trial.
13:55
And we know the MCC is a pretty notorious place.
13:57
I mean, l Chapo is there, et cetera, et cetera.
14:00
Epstein had grown up in modest surroundings, but he never
14:03
experienced conditions like those in the MCC. For a man
14:07
who had long since grown accustomed to a pampered life,
14:10
landing in the MCC was a rude awakening far harsher
14:14
than anything he'd experienced years earlier in the county lock
14:17
up in Florida. It was a long time coming. This
14:21
dude should have been dropped in a federal cell a
14:23
long time ago. N chemically castrated. The whole entire farce
14:29
of his first so called arrest is ridiculous, all right.
14:33
I don't even want to call it an arrest. He
14:35
had sleepovers, glorified sleepovers, in a whole wing of the
14:39
Palm Beach lockup. You want to talk about a stark
14:44
difference a federal jail cell, And if anybody has ever
14:50
deserved to lose their freedom, it's this scumbag here. Robert
14:56
Boyce had retired from his job as the NYPD's Chief
14:59
of Detectives in April twenty eighteen after a thirty five
15:03
career with the department. Even though Boyce was no longer
15:06
the department's top detective, his gregarious nature and close relationship
15:10
with top brass within New York's law enforcement community made
15:14
him an inviting go between for someone hoping to assist
15:17
the believered financier pedophile without so much as leaving a fingerprint. Wow,
15:25
that's crazy, it's ins I mean, the connections that Jeffrey
15:32
Epstein had, all of the people that he was involved with,
15:39
and all of these people like Boyce who worked on
15:42
his behalf to try and get him freeze. Just mind
15:46
blowing to me. Why would anybody associate with this dirt scumbag?
15:58
Boyce revealed how in the days following Epstein's July twenty
16:01
nineteen arrest, a handful of Police Foundation benefactors, those he
16:05
termed one percenters, embarked on what amounted to a stealth
16:09
lobbying campaign on Epstein's behalf, meant to ease his discomfort
16:14
behind bars. Oh excuse me, So it wasn't Boyce, it
16:17
was the other people he was working with, some of
16:20
the top one percent in people in the Police Foundation, etc. Etc. So,
16:26
of course the leadership structure, the bureaucrats, not the officers themselves.
16:34
Despite the common knowledge that Epstein was a convicted sex offender,
16:37
these sweet people believe the favor bank was open for business,
16:41
and each caller importuning him sought to make a withdraw
16:46
on Epstein's behalf, So they were all calling in trying
16:49
to get Epstein more favorable conditions. You know, all the
16:53
stuff we talk about the stuff that only people in
16:56
high society, or so called high society are to gain
17:02
people like us. No chance, you really think anyone's calling
17:04
on our behalfs besides our family and a few of
17:07
our friends. You think the Police Foundation is stepping in
17:11
to try and help you out. Hell, no they're not.
17:13
But if you're Jeffrey Epstein and you have a pocket
17:15
full of money and they feel like they can use
17:17
you as a vehicle to climb up the status ladder,
17:21
well you're You're part of the crew. Now I'm making
17:23
a call on your behalf, And it's all about the
17:27
money always. So all of these people who were calling
17:31
on his behalf, my suspicion is they all receive some
17:35
sort of money from Jeffrey Epstein at some point, and
17:38
that as well should be looked into. They were uppercrust
17:45
elites who met Epstein over cocktails and thought he was
17:48
charming he won them over. Boyce explained, you know that's
17:51
just not an excuse for me. I don't care how
17:53
charming you are. I don't care how cool you think
17:56
you are. If you have a conviction as a sex
18:00
the way Jeffrey Epstein did, and for the crime that
18:03
he was associated with, I mean, I don't care how
18:07
charming you are. I'm not hanging out with you at
18:11
any dinner function. And furthermore, I most certainly I am not
18:14
making any phone calls on your behalf. Maybe making a
18:17
phone call to ask the federal marshals to make your
18:20
life worse, but to help you. What sort of scumbag?
18:26
The Foundation members making calls on Epstein's behalf had each
18:30
at one time been generous benefactors of the Police Foundation.
18:34
One contributed as much as fifty thousand dollars. You know,
18:38
they're calling not to say hello, Bob, but rather we're
18:41
concerned about a friend of ours who is imprisoned. What
18:44
are they the mafia? Yo u yo egg John. Look,
18:47
a friend of ours is in some trouble. I'm gonna
18:49
need you to take care of it. Oh, I mean,
18:53
that's basically how they conduct themselves. At least the mafia
18:56
is straight up and upfront about what's going on. And furthermore,
18:59
you'll he had a better rate if you borrow money
19:01
from the mafia then you would from the banksters. They
19:09
wanted to buy him things, certain comforts while comforts while
19:12
he was in the jail cell, like a pillow or toiletries.
19:16
The callers gave Boyce the impression that each was prepared
19:19
to cut a personal check on Epstein's behalf on the spot.
19:25
Epstein needed money, they needed people to cut checks. I
19:27
thought he was rich, jad I thought he's a billionaire. None.
19:31
None of this makes sense. None of this makes sense
19:35
at all. Why would they be trying to put money
19:38
on Jeffrey Epstein's books? What does that even mean? Boyce
19:43
was not inclined to help. By the time the callers
19:46
reached the former chief of detectives, word had reached him
19:49
through another former law enforcement official about the nature of
19:52
the cash of lured photographs that had been seized from
19:55
Epstein's townhouse. The trove of photos numbered in the hundreds,
20:00
and the subjects were suspected survivors of Epstein's predations. And
20:05
now all of these people knew what Jeffrey Epstein was,
20:10
They knew about the pictures, they knew about the video,
20:13
and yet these ex law enforcement officials are calling on
20:17
his behalf. And you wonder why I rant and rave
20:20
about the just US Department on a regular basis. This
20:24
is why, folks, And it's brazen, right in your face.
20:28
They're saying, ha ha, you can't stop me. We have
20:31
all the power. What are you going to do about it?
20:35
And well, you know my answer to that, and that
20:38
is vote every single incumbent out. Enough is enough. They
20:44
want to play games, They want to literally negotiate with
20:48
our lives. But yet they don't want to do their jobs.
20:53
They don't want to go after people who they should
20:55
be going after. Instead they protect them. Instead, they get
20:59
in bed with them. Meanwhile, you and I continue to struggle.
21:08
Boyce diplomatically discouraged the caller's misguided impulses. I told them, look,
21:12
just walk away. This is a bad guy. He is
21:15
much worse than you ever know. Don't walk run. They
21:19
immediately said thank you very much, Chief and hung up.
21:22
So this boys guy ex chief of Detectives, has his
21:27
head on straight, understood what Epstein was and knew the
21:30
sort of monster he was. He had access to Epstein's files,
21:33
the chief of Detective and the detectives in the NYPD
21:36
for thirty five years. Yeah, pretty sure the guy knew
21:39
what was what And it was definitely a good decision
21:44
on his part to not get involved with Jeffrey Epstein,
21:48
to not vouch for Jeffrey Epstein to not co sign
21:51
for Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein's first night inside the MCC was
21:56
spent in what's referred to as the general population. Ninety
22:00
percent of MCC population was in gen pop, including most
22:04
pre trial prisoners who tend to be more agitated and
22:08
potentially more dangerous than those who have been sentenced and
22:11
are awaiting for a prison transfer or those do for
22:15
eminent release. And I mean sending him to gen pop
22:20
right is just a bad idea. The whole circumstance around
22:24
his arrest and what transpired after is an absolute shit show,
22:30
an absolute shit show, and there is no excuse for
22:33
it by the Department of Corrections. They have a huge budget,
22:36
a huge budget, and they mismanage and misappropriate their funds
22:41
on a regular basis and then can plain that they're
22:43
stretched so thin. Manage your funds correctly. The tier Epstein
22:50
was first sent to seven n included gang members of
22:54
MS thirteen and various Bloods factions. It was a holding
22:58
home for murderers, narco trappers, and other violent criminals and
23:02
jailhouse assaults, either to settle a score for hire or
23:06
common no doubt about it. If you catch a green
23:08
light in jail or prison, somebody is gonna have their
23:12
way with you. You're gonna get shanked. You better be
23:14
ready to go. And a convicted pedophile, a convicted sex offender,
23:19
bro your priority number one. If you're on the yard,
23:22
forget it. You are going to get a taste of
23:26
jail house justice if you're in gen Pop. So this
23:29
guy should have never, ever, ever, ever, eva been in
23:34
Gen Pop. On Epstein's second day behind bars, the Bureau
23:39
of Prisons administrator is transferred Epstein from seven to n
23:43
to the ninth floor South or nine S and the
23:46
Special Housing Unit or shoe. It was also known in
23:50
the mcc vernacular as the whole look for his own
23:55
safety and for the safety of the case, that's where
24:00
he should have been from the beginning. Now we all
24:03
know it was a shit show in there as well,
24:05
But if he was in general population, I have no
24:08
doubt that he would have found a shank stuck into
24:10
his ribs. Not only do these people look to take
24:15
out convicted sex offenders, they're looking for clout with the
24:18
other homies, with the shot callers, with everybody else on
24:21
the yard. So they make a move like this, they
24:25
have automatic credibility. Everybody on the yard knows the deal. Yo,
24:29
that's to do that, God Epstein. Yo, that's to do that,
24:31
God Epstein. And all of a sudden he's a superstar.
24:36
But as we see, even in the shoe, shit goes south.
24:43
The MCC was a hard place to keep secrets. The
24:45
nature of Epstein's crimes became rather known inside the building.
24:50
Rather than harming Epstein physically, several young prisoners in the
24:53
unit initially sought to intimidate and extort him. According to
24:57
inmate Michael Miles Tisdale, who ran and the inmate Companion
25:01
program that had been established to assist at risk prisoners.
25:06
So we talked a little bit about this on the
25:08
Daily Drop last night. He was run out, Tisdale explained,
25:14
meaning Epstein was ostracized from other prisoners in the housing unit.
25:17
That's the first step. First you're isolated. Go sit at
25:21
that table by yourself, chomo and that's what they call
25:24
child molesters in prison chomos. So first you're ostracized, Go
25:28
sit at that table, Stay the f away from us.
25:31
We don't want your taint on us. You're disgusting, your
25:33
blah blah blah, etc. Etc. And that's how it all begins.
25:38
Tisdale said he heard about this effort, initially from one
25:41
of the guards and later from Epstein himself. Other inmates
25:45
tried to extort him. They tried to control him by
25:47
selling him commissary items like snacks, sodas, and certain meals
25:51
for way above what they're supposed to be sold for. Yeah,
25:54
they saw somebody to exploit, a piggy bank, somebody that
25:58
couldnot defend themselves. And guess what, I have no sympathy
26:01
for this bitch ass. He spent his whole life bullying,
26:04
He spent his whole life in control. The fact that
26:08
the inmates were dispensing their own justice at beat on
26:13
his head. I am totally fine with that. You don't
26:16
want to end up like that. Stay out of prison.
26:18
You don't want to get, you know, stalled out. Don't
26:20
be a punk bitch. And that's what Epstein was at
26:23
his core, folks, a punk ass bitch, not even a man,
26:28
just a straight punk. According to inmate accounts, Epstein did
26:33
use commissary sales in an effort to secure his safety
26:36
within the jail. In conversations with another one of his counselors,
26:40
inmate William Dollar, Bill Mercy. Epstein expressed the fear that
26:44
he would be targeted by black inmates. Epstein did not
26:48
raise these specific fears with Tisdale, who was black. Well,
26:52
I got news for Jeffrey Epstein. You don't have any
26:54
friends in prison, bro, for your crimes, Black, white, Hispanic, Asian, Italian,
26:59
you have no friends. Every single one of the cars
27:03
on the yard wants nothing to do with you. Your
27:06
only hope is to go into protective custody. Down to
27:10
the shoe and shoe up. That's the only way you
27:15
can't run the run on the yard and the black folk.
27:19
What do you think the black shot callers aren't going
27:21
to green light you? For sure? Green light the essay
27:26
shot callers. What they're not green light of you? Green
27:28
light the Aryan brotherhood? Huh, believe it? Green light and
27:34
forget about it. Don't even attempt to stumble around where
27:38
the ginzaloons are hanging out. You're asking for big trouble
27:41
that way. The Asians and Pacific Islanders, they don't want
27:45
nothing to do with child molesters. So my point is
27:50
it's not just black people Jeffrey Epstein had to worry about.
27:53
He was such a racist guy and so mentally unstable
27:58
that he fixated on black folk, like black people were
28:01
the biggest of his problems in prison breaking news, Jeffrey Epstein,
28:05
your problems were much bigger than that, As Mercy understood it,
28:10
Epstein's worries about his safety were related to his experience
28:14
and feelings about race. He had mentioned he'd been bullied
28:17
at school in Coney Island by black kids, not by Italians,
28:20
not by the Irish, but by black kids. Mercy recalled,
28:23
it's because you were a dork bro point blank period,
28:27
and you weren't bullied. They broke your balls. Stop it.
28:31
Just because you get your balls broke doesn't mean you're
28:33
being bullied. If you're not sharp enough, you don't got
28:37
good enough comebacks. Well, that's what happens. I went to
28:42
school in the inner city. I know all about merciless
28:46
ball breaking. Jeffrey Epstein just was not built for that life.
28:51
In one conversation, Mercy recalled Epstein asking do I need
28:54
to do? I need a big schwar. Schwar or schwatz
28:59
is a pejorative Yiddish term for a black person, So
29:05
it's like a slight for a black person, A not
29:11
a good word that you want to call black people, okay,
29:14
And Jeffrey Epstein was very just throw those words around
29:17
nonchalantly like there's it's no big deal. Guy showed his
29:21
colors on a regular basis. Maria told us about his racism,
29:25
and the other survivors talked about it as well. Jeffrey
29:28
Epstein was an unhinged maniac. Mercy said he tried to
29:34
admonish Epstein about his insecurity, advising him to look fellow
29:37
prisoners in the eye and stand his ground. Yeah, that's
29:40
what you do. That's what men do, all right. Men
29:43
stand their ground, look other people in the eye when
29:47
they talk to them, and make it very clear I
29:49
am not the one that you want to target. Epstein
29:53
was not a man though. He was a coward. He
29:56
was a snake. He was a bully, and he had
30:00
no heart to deal with the repercussions of his actions.
30:07
Within a few days of being assigned to the Shoe,
30:09
Epstein was put on suicide watch, which meant he was
30:12
moved to an even grimmer environment. The suicide watch area
30:16
consists of four cell units on the second floor of
30:19
the jail that provide some of the most restrictive housing
30:22
in the facility. Inmates assigned to Suicide Watch are not
30:26
permitted to leave their cells. Beds are without sheets, clothing
30:30
is more minimal to prevent self harming behaviors. Lights are
30:34
never turned off, and inmates are supposed to be under
30:37
twenty four to seven watch by both prison guards and staff. Well,
30:42
we know that that didn't occur. We know that Bill
30:45
Barr's group of terribly trained correctional officers did not do
30:52
their job. Their bosses did not do their jobs, and
30:55
their bosses did not do their jobs. So it was
30:58
just an epic dumps fire and there's been no fixing it.
31:03
Has there been any sort of steps put into place
31:06
to fix this stuff, I haven't heard about them. There
31:09
needs to be a complete overhaul of the justice system
31:12
and the Department of Corrections in this country. The question
31:15
is which one of these talk a lot, do nothing
31:18
politicians has the courage to do it. Tisdale remembered seeing
31:25
Epstein in the unit, citing the distinctive jailhouse mufty worn
31:28
by inmates on Suicide Watch a gown with velcro straps
31:33
as proof. Tisdale and Mercy would both assert that Epstein
31:37
was moved to suicide Watch soon after he became an
31:40
inmate on July sixth. Again, I think it's not a
31:45
bad idea to have him on suicide watch, right, all
31:47
things considered, and if we had a competent force here
31:52
at the MCC to watch him, I think that would
31:54
have been a good idea. And to keep him there.
31:57
He should have never been let off suicide Watch, just
31:59
to have double protections in place. They would not move
32:05
him from the shoe to suicide Watch unless he indicated
32:08
to a prison psychologist or someone that he felt a
32:11
desire to kill himself. Mercy said, you don't go there
32:14
unless you express intent to hang up prison parlance for
32:17
a desire to take one's life. Or maybe in Jeffrey
32:20
Epstein's case, he preferred the solitude. Maybe he didn't want
32:23
anything more to do with the inmates, after he was
32:26
getting sweated, after he got punked out to put money
32:29
on people's commissaries, after he was paying twenty bucks per soda,
32:34
Maybe he said, you know what I'm gonna say, I'm
32:36
gonna hurt myself. I'm gonna get moved to suicide watch,
32:39
and that's gonna be that. The revelation of this previously
32:44
unreported first instance of Epstein being placed on suicide Watch
32:48
raises new questions about prison officials' efforts to safeguard their
32:52
high profile inmate. A representative for the Bureau of Prisons
32:56
declined to comment on the allegation. Of course, it's an
32:59
ongoing instigation. We have another comment. It's such an absolute joke.
33:04
And Bill Barr is a joke too, the way he
33:08
can deconducts himself, the way he conducts business. This guy
33:11
is CIA through and through, not a trustworthy individual. And
33:15
like I always say, he's like the Wade Phillips of bureaucrats.
33:22
How many times are we going to drag this guy
33:23
back in, retreat him, and have him as the guy
33:26
in charge? I am so tired of that. You mean
33:29
to tell me in this country that there's not a
33:31
better person to be Attorney General of the United States,
33:34
A person with more integrity, a person who really wants
33:38
to see justice, because from where I'm sitting, that certainly
33:42
is not Bill Barr. After several days spent on suicide Watch,
33:48
Epstein was transferred back to the shoe. We're all seemed
33:51
okay until the morning of July twenty third, five days
33:55
after his request to be remanded to house arrest was
33:57
denied by a federal judge. On July eighteen, Epstein was
34:01
found on the floor of his cell, semi conscious in
34:04
the fetal position with Marx on his neck. Epstein's cell mate,
34:09
Nicholas Tartaglioni, a muscle bound former police officer accused of
34:14
a drug related quadruple homicide, summoned guards by yelling. Tartaglioni
34:20
denied any complicity in the incident. Again, I don't believe
34:24
that one bit. I believe that Tartaglioni did attack him.
34:27
I believe that Tartaglioni was sending a message. And I
34:31
believe that the footage that wasn't found, or the footage that,
34:36
oh we didn't have a camera appointed to the jail cell,
34:39
I think that's bupkiss. I think that's BS. And they
34:42
knew that Tartaglioni was the one who assaulted him. Why
34:46
would they put him in a cell with Nicholas Tartaglioni,
34:49
a former cop who was accused of a quadruple homicide
34:54
that was related to drugs. Why do you put Jeffrey
34:56
Epstein in that cell? Why not make him cell mates
34:59
with that Bill Mercy guy. None of it makes sense,
35:03
and they don't have any logical answers for us. So
35:06
until we have logical answers that make sense that connect
35:10
the pieces here, we're going to keep putting them on
35:13
blast for the terrible job that they did. I cannot
35:18
wait for the day that Bill Barr is no longer
35:20
the Attorney general. The guy is an absolute disaster. Epstein
35:27
went back to the shoe only six days after his
35:29
purported suicide attempt. On August ninth, Epstein's then cellmate transferred
35:35
out with no immediate replacement. Epstein had his cell to
35:38
himself in what would have been the last meal serf
35:43
to Epstein. A database from the Federal Bureau of Prisons
35:46
shows the dinner that night was likely baked ZD or
35:49
a tofu pasta alternative by ten Epstein and the other
35:54
inmates were locked in their cells for the night, so probably,
35:59
I mean, my guess would be that Jeffrey Epstein's last
36:01
meal was some baked ZD unless he is eating some
36:06
toful alternative and I never heard anything about him eating
36:09
like that, but quite possible. Interesting little tidbit though his
36:13
last meal interesting Interesting Interesting by morning he would be dead.
36:21
So there you have it, folks. Another excerpt from the
36:25
book Spider by Barry Levine. Levine, I don't know how
36:30
he pronounced his last name one way or the other.
36:31
Either way, this is just more information for us to
36:36
go through. I've started this audio book today. I'm a
36:41
little bit into it, not very far. I've been in
36:43
the studio all morning since five am, working on obviously
36:47
this show and working on the first episode of the
36:54
new podcast that will be premiering on October thirtieth. Definitely
37:00
have that to look forward to as well. But as
37:03
far as this book, Spider, it sure looks that it
37:06
is pretty comprehensive, and it definitely looks like it's been
37:10
well researched, well thought out, and it seems to have
37:14
some nuggets of good information. So I'll continue to read it,
37:18
I'll continue to keep my eye on articles breaking about it,
37:23
and we'll continue to talk about it. The fact of
37:27
the matter is this, we are very close to having
37:33
our hands on that deposition, folks, And when that deposition drops,
37:39
I have a funny feeling that we're going to have
37:42
a lot of these connections make a lot more sense.
37:49
If you'd like to contact me. You can do that
37:51
at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com. That's Bobby c
37:55
ap u c Ci at ProtonMail dot com. And also
38:00
find me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore c ap u Cci.
38:06
All of the links. All right, so let's jump into
38:10
our article for today. The article is from Channel four
38:14
dot com over there across the pond in England, and
38:18
they're the ones who put this new xpos together. That is,
38:24
you know, talking about this situation over in the UK,
38:27
about the allegations about the girls who have come forward.
38:31
So now they've put together a whole investigative piece and
38:36
in this article there's a video clip you can check
38:38
out as well. So this article was authored by the
38:44
Channel four News Investigations team. Headline revealed Epstein and Maxwell
38:51
implicated in multiple UK abuse claims over a decade. I mean,
38:59
is that really news? Though, Like I get it. I'm
39:02
glad that Channel four is doing this. Don't get it twisted.
39:04
I'm not demeaning Channel four. I think it's great that
39:07
they're you know, jumping in here and we're bringing this
39:11
question up. But the fact is we've been asking these
39:15
questions for how long? What about the unnamed girls. You
39:19
mean to tell me that when they were in Eastern
39:21
Europe they didn't abuse any of these girls in any
39:24
of those countries. And I know that the justice system
39:28
is different everywhere, but there has to be some sort of,
39:37
at the very least type of situation where these girls
39:43
who might come from these other countries, where they can
39:46
report what happened to them. Is there's some kind of
39:49
hotline that's been established, I don't think so. Is there
39:52
some sort of email where they can, you know, reach out,
39:57
I guess maybe to the FBI, but who's comfortable doing so.
40:04
Got ourselves a whole situation over here, and I believe
40:09
that this is just the tip of the iceberg. You know,
40:11
I've said it a million times. It starts with one
40:15
lady coming forward, and it's like a crack in a
40:19
in a dam, right, You got one little leak that
40:22
gets sprung, and then before you know it, the whole
40:24
dam is breaking. And we're starting to see that with
40:27
more and more girls ladies coming forward and letting people
40:33
know what Jeffrey Epstein did to them. And finally, the
40:39
legacy media over in England and here in America are
40:43
starting to catch on at least serious question raised about
40:50
Met Police. Why excuse me, serious questions raised about why
40:54
Met Police chose not to investigate alleged defenses. Police said
40:58
today they will review you the information reported by this program. Again,
41:05
the police need the media to show them how to
41:07
do their job. It's like the commercials you see for
41:10
Big Pharma on TV right and they tell you, for instance,
41:14
tell your doctor if you have a parasitic infection. Well,
41:18
how am I supposed to know if I have a
41:19
parasitic infection? Isn't the doctor supposed to tell me that
41:24
same thing here? Why does the news media the little
41:29
bit of work that they're doing. By the way, why
41:32
do they have to dog walk the authorities into investigating
41:36
this case? You mean to tell me, as an authority
41:39
figure over in England at the MET you don't see
41:43
the boatload of evidence here. You don't see that Virginia
41:45
has said she was abused in your country by Prince
41:48
Andrew at Gilain Maxwell's house. You don't see any of
41:51
that stuff. How can you say that? Oh, well, now
41:54
that the Channel four investigation is kicked off, well now
41:57
we're gonna review things, you dumb morons. You should have
42:03
been reviewing things this whole entire time. What exactly is
42:06
it that you've been doing arresting people for breaking COVID
42:13
lockdown restrictions? I mean, come on, I find it almost
42:20
galling at this point that they would actually act like, oh, well,
42:24
now this has been brought to our attention, so we're
42:25
gonna investigate, you know, breaking news. We've been screaming about
42:30
this from the mountaintops. And when I say we, I'm
42:34
talking about everybody following this story. I don't just mean
42:36
us on this podcast. I'm talking about everybody following this story. Now,
42:42
all of a sudden, you have an investigation going. Well, great,
42:45
I'm glad that there's finally an investigation. But let's hope
42:49
it's not bs. Let's hope these smarmy sobs do the
42:55
right thing. A Channel four News investigation has found more
43:01
than half a dozen claims that young women and girls
43:04
are alleged to have been targeted, trafficked, groomed or abused
43:08
in the UK by Jeffrey Epstein and Guilain Maxwell over
43:12
a period spanning more than a decade. Yeah, should that
43:17
come as a shock to anybody anytime these two disgusting
43:24
feral animals got together and went to any other country
43:31
they were abusing people. That is basically where I'm at
43:34
at this point. I think there's more evidence that points
43:37
in that direction then counters it, and we know that
43:43
people like this can't stop themselves, they can't help themselves.
43:47
It's like a serial killer. They have to abuse people.
43:50
Jeffrey Epstein had to have what three or four girls
43:52
a day? Isn't that what they were talking about? So
43:57
everywhere they went, you know, they were abusing girls. New
44:00
Mexico had a bunch of massage therapists names on tap.
44:06
Not to digress, but has anybody found out who those
44:09
massage therapists are? And if anybody's listening out there, and
44:15
you know those massage therapists who worked on Jeffrey Epstein
44:18
in New Mexico, I am keenly interested in speaking with you.
44:23
Please shoot me an email and I'm willing to go
44:27
down to New Mexico to speak with you face to
44:29
face if if that's how you want to do it,
44:32
because I think that those five massage therapists whose names
44:37
were in that book can open a whole doorway into
44:41
what was occurring down there, that's for sure. And you
44:46
know the same things were occurring over in England. What
44:49
he went over there, to England, to the UK, and
44:51
he just stopped being a predator when he had all
44:54
of those powerful friends over there to protect him, when
44:57
he had the Prince of England, for f's sake, rolling
45:00
around with him. Yeah, he just stopped abusing people because
45:04
he was over in England. He just decided that, you know,
45:07
I'm not going to do this over here. Yeah. Right,
45:10
This dude was abusing people everywhere he went. In the planes,
45:13
on the ground, you name it. Some of those survivors
45:18
have provided detailed accounts of their experiences. The evidence comes
45:22
from a combination of publicly available documentation, including court papers,
45:27
witness accounts, and interviews. The alleged defenses detailed in the
45:32
accounts include serious sexual assault and rape. Yeah. That's look,
45:38
the unfortunate truth and the cold heart facts of this
45:41
case are, when you get right down to it, that's
45:44
what Jeffrey Epstein was a disgusting rapist. You can argue
45:48
about labeling him however you want to label him, but
45:51
the fact of the matter is the dude was a
45:54
rapist and he was a predator. All the other verbiage
45:57
really doesn't matter, right, you want to use some type
46:03
of you know, some words that get to the heart
46:08
of it, right, But at the end of the day,
46:10
the dude was a rapist, the dude was a predator,
46:12
and he was a sick bastard. So all of these
46:17
girls that have come forward to the Channel four investigation
46:20
in England, how many of them have come forward previously
46:24
to the police, and they've had this story, but they
46:27
swept it under the rug. Now, obviously I don't live
46:31
in the UK. I don't have my finger on the
46:33
pulse of how things work over there. I have a
46:37
rudimentary knowledge at this point considering my coverage of the
46:40
Epstein case. But I'm guessing it's just like any other
46:45
major police department in any other major metro area. You know,
46:51
you got the guys at the top, the bureaucracy, the
46:54
corrupt sons of bitches who are out there to protect themselves,
46:57
the agency and their friends. So my guess is, oh,
47:02
they knew about all of these allegations. They knew that
47:05
these girls were being abused, and they simply didn't act
47:09
on it, because why go after their buddies in the
47:14
so called realm of the elite when they have minor
47:19
league drug dealers to put in prison for the rest
47:21
of their lives. The Channel four News investigation reveals that
47:28
despite this, the Met Police chose not to carry out
47:31
a full criminal investigation into these alleged defenses, despite many
47:36
of these claims being in the public domain, a direct
47:39
approach from at least one survivor, and widespread evidence that
47:44
Epstein had abused young women through a global criminal enterprise.
47:49
I mean, look, folks, again, I'm not Sherlock Holmes, right,
47:53
not even Larry Holmes, Okay, but it's not too difficult
47:56
to put all the pieces together from the circumstantial evidence
48:00
we have, court documents and interviews. I don't know how
48:04
as an investigator who is working on this case you
48:07
can act like there's not enough out there for you
48:09
to do your job, for you to get busy, for
48:11
you to get indictments, and for you ultimately to help
48:14
get convictions. If you cannot get convictions in this case,
48:19
you probably should find a different job. I hear that
48:25
costco's hiring. Serious questions have been raised about why the
48:32
force failed to carry out a full criminal investigation, including
48:36
whether Prince Andrew's involvement with Maxwell and Epstein had any
48:40
bearing on their decision not to fully investigate, and whether
48:44
the Metropolitan Police faces a conflict of interest due to
48:48
its role of its officers serving in proximity as royal
48:52
protection officers. The Joe exotic of the Windsor family denies
48:57
any wrongdoing. Of course, they don't want any ada on
49:00
their face. What the MET wants people to know that
49:04
this was happening right under their nose when they knew
49:06
exactly the type of person Jeffrey Epstein is. It's the
49:10
same thing you see in Florida, them trying to cover
49:13
it up. Barry chrisher Villa Fauna and the rest of them.
49:18
And you know, of course they're going to try and
49:20
rewrite history with their scoundrel ass buddies in the legacy media.
49:25
But we're not gonna let that occur. And the MET
49:30
and the SDNY, the New Mexico law enforcement agencies, all
49:36
of you already have egg on your face. So the
49:39
best route going forward is transparency and being open with
49:44
the people. Stop the bs, and if you really want
49:48
to show everybody that you mean business, how about you
49:52
unveil some nice shiny rico charges for the whole lot
49:56
of these sons of bitches. Legal experts who reviewed the
50:02
claims for Channel four News said that the allegations provide
50:06
clear grounds for an investigation and accuse the Met Police
50:10
of failing in their legal duty to launch a full
50:13
criminal inquiry. Well, thank the Lord that someone finally shows
50:18
up over in England and starts yelling from the rooftops. Again.
50:23
I'm just some knucklehead, right, not a journalist, nothing like that.
50:26
I'm just some content creator. But the writing was on
50:32
the wall and you have to be fully engaged in
50:35
cognitive dissonance at this point to think that what's going
50:40
on in the Jeffrey Epstein case is some sort of
50:42
conspiracy theory. There's no theory here, folks. This is a global,
50:48
intercontinental criminal conspiracy. They tried to set it up as
50:55
a conspiracy theory so that they could continue to sweep
50:58
it under the rug. Boy, oh boy, did they make
51:02
a crucial error in judgment. Nazir avsaal Obe, the former
51:10
Chief Crown Prosecutor for Northwest England at the CPS who
51:14
led landmark cases against grooming gangs in Northern England, said,
51:18
from what I've seen, there is clearly enough evidence for
51:21
the police to investigate more thoroughly than they have done
51:25
up to now. One hundred percent. And again, look, it's
51:29
one thing for me to be telling you that, right,
51:32
some knucklehead guy, no law degree, most certainly not a
51:36
law degree, not a journalist, nothing like that. But I've
51:39
been telling you this for how long? And now you
51:42
have the ex prosecutor coming out and saying the same thing.
51:45
Because folks, look, there's only one way that this should go,
51:50
and that should be everybody involved has to come in,
51:53
go under oath and get the party started, because there's
51:59
no way that any prosecutor in their right mind with
52:03
all of this evidence can look at this. It's concerning
52:07
because we've got potentially survivors here and maybe other survivors
52:11
or alleged victims who may, if an investigation follows its course,
52:15
be identified. There's definitely more girls, Okay, one hundred percent,
52:20
without a question. I don't have any doubt about it. Now,
52:24
Can I provide you a spreadsheet of naming them all
52:28
or pointing you to them. No, I cannot, But it's
52:30
my gut feeling. And one thing I will say throughout
52:34
this whole entire case is my gut has been pretty
52:38
spot on when it comes to this kind of thing.
52:42
You get all of this evidence, you have all of
52:44
this testimony, all of these girls making allegations. It's hard
52:49
to think that there aren't a bunch of other women
52:53
and ladies and girls who have been abused by this
52:56
man who we have not heard from yet. A spokesperson
53:03
for the for the Met Police told this program it
53:06
would review the information put to them by Channel four News.
53:10
You know it's a bunch of bs, right, Oh, we're
53:12
gonna review the information. Okay, sure, because we can trust
53:16
you because you haven't had this information all these years
53:19
and just sit and you just sat on it. Right,
53:21
So now we should trust that the MET not sorry,
53:24
they're gonna be under scrutiny, at least for me, the
53:27
same way the SDNY is. Now. Again, I can't really
53:31
speak on the MET and you know their behavior on
53:34
a day to day basis, but I am very familiar
53:38
with the SDNY. I am very familiar with the way
53:41
they conduct themselves and the way they handle business and
53:44
the way historically they've went after criminal enterprises, and up
53:50
till now with the Jeffrey Epstein case, I am not
53:53
very impressed. Folks. You should see the way the SDNY
53:58
pursues a low level mafia associate. We're not even talking
54:01
about a dude who's made his bones. We're not talking
54:04
about a made man. We're talking about an associate, and
54:09
they will go after that person like he's al Capone.
54:12
But yet all of these people in this criminal enterprise,
54:16
they're still walking around, hanging out, chilling in their beautiful
54:21
million dollar apartments. And you wonder why nobody trusts the process,
54:28
and you wonder why nobody has faith in what's going
54:31
on with all of these institutions that are supposed to
54:35
provide stability and stay neutral. When asked if Kilay and
54:42
Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein were treated differently by the NPS
54:46
because of their connection with Prince Andrew, Afzel warned, the
54:50
perception here is a different approach was taken in relation
54:53
to these alleged defenses. Then there would be than if
54:57
it was some brown guy in Roschdale or some sex
55:00
offender in London who didn't have any standing at all.
55:03
And it's a fact. Let's let's be very clear that
55:07
that's a fact. Okay, if these weren't rich people and
55:10
they were just normal, you know, say, people who were
55:13
running a school or something. They would have been put
55:17
in prison for a bazillion years already because the prosecutors
55:20
would have tried to make a point, right, they want
55:22
to get that feather in their cap. We're here to
55:24
protect the kids. It's about the kids. It's about the kids.
55:27
That's what we always hear. So they the prosecutors would
55:30
be looking for that feather in their cap. But now
55:35
all of a sudden, you got these rich people, these
55:38
people of means, and now it's not a situation where
55:42
you're gonna go for the gusta. It's a situation where
55:44
you're going to sit on the information. It's just such
55:49
a bad look and anybody coming in from the outside
55:53
and taking a unbiased look at what's going on here
55:56
has to arrive at the same place. Why as the
56:00
met not pursued these allegations, these claims with the gusto
56:05
that they would a poor person under the same sort
56:10
of allegations. Channel four News was also able to identify
56:17
potential witnesses by tracing name and telephone numbers from a
56:21
publicly available contact directory known as the Black Book, which
56:26
openly details associates and workers, including drivers, pilots, and messuses
56:31
in the UK, in a similar pattern to those seen
56:35
in other countries that have launched investigations, including the US
56:40
and France. None of the people we called told us
56:43
they have received any contact from the UK police. Now
56:47
imagine that, BS, You report Jeffrey Epstein, Glaine Maxwell and
56:53
these knuckleheads to the police, right, and then you don't
56:57
hear anything back from the police. Police are too busy
56:59
doing whatever it is the police are doing, too busy
57:03
to help you. That's for sure. What exactly is going
57:08
on here, folks, That's the real question that needs to
57:13
be asked. None of the other bs, none of the
57:15
other nonsense, none of the other muddying the waters crap.
57:21
All right, What the hell is really going on here?
57:25
And who was involved with not investigating this? Whoever the
57:32
boss man is, who made the decision not to investigate this,
57:35
That person needs to be reprimanded and fired. Publicly available
57:44
flight records from this period show Epstein and Maxwell were
57:47
frequent visitors to the UK. Our analysis shows Epstein's private planes,
57:52
a gulf Stream Jet and the luxury Boeing seven twenty
57:55
seven dubbed the Lolita Express, flew in and out of
58:00
UK airports at least fifty one times, including into rf
58:04
Marham and Norfolk. The pair were also visitors at royal
58:09
residences including Balmoral, Windsor and Sandringham. Imagine that, huh, people
58:16
like me and you, we ain't invited to the gate
58:20
of Windsor. Okay, we're not wanted within one hundred mile
58:25
radius of these people. But if you're Jeffrey Epstein in
58:27
Gilen Maxwell and you're engaging in a continental abuse, run ah,
58:35
come on down, have some tea and crumpets. Let's hang
58:37
out with the queen. You want to pet the corgi?
58:40
How about you come over here and sit in the
58:41
Queen's chair. What in THEO is going on, folks? It's
58:54
so obvious that the MET has done everything in their
58:58
power not to investigate the the way it should be investigated,
59:02
And up until this point, the focus really was on
59:06
the piss poor job done in the United States and
59:09
especially in a place like New Mexico. Focus here on
59:12
the podcast anyway, but not really so much on what's
59:16
going on in England and with the MET. Now. I
59:19
hope that this spurs them into activity. I hope that
59:22
the MET and their investigators go all out here. But
59:26
somehow I feel like they're just gonna blow smoke up
59:29
our ass again. In twenty fifteen, the Met Police chose
59:37
not to open a full criminal investigation into an incident
59:40
involving Epstein, Maxwell and Prince Andrew in two thousand and one,
59:44
despite a complaint from a third party who passed on
59:47
evidence of serious criminal activity involving the exploitation of a
59:52
vulnerable young woman. In twenty nineteen, the Met Police carried
59:57
out a review of that decision and concluded that no
1:00:00
further action was required. I mean, what did they get
1:00:04
on the phone with Florida and talk to the guys
1:00:07
from the FDL report? Oh yeah, So nobody did anything
1:00:11
wrong here either. Everybody's all right, everybody did the right thing. Meanwhile,
1:00:16
nobody did the right thing, not in Florida, not in
1:00:19
New York, and not in London. These allegations should have
1:00:25
been pursued as they came in, and they should have
1:00:28
been taken as seriously as they would have been taken
1:00:33
if they were against you know, random Joe and the
1:00:39
gall of Maxwell and her friends to think that they
1:00:42
aren't getting special treatment here. One of the alleged UK
1:00:50
survivors and her legal team spoke directly with Met Police
1:00:54
officers in twenty sixteen and urged them to investigate. When
1:00:58
Channel four News has previously ask questions about this direct approach,
1:01:02
the Met Police has not provided any answers and ignored
1:01:05
the questions. The Met Police has never publicly acknowledged this
1:01:09
direct approach, instead providing public statements referring only to the
1:01:14
third party complaint in twenty fifteen. FOI see what happens
1:01:21
when you try to avoid the old egg on the
1:01:23
face and you're one of these agencies. Eventually it's all
1:01:27
gonna come out. Eventually people are gonna find out what
1:01:30
sort of bullshit you're up to. And now, folks, it's
1:01:34
all starting to become crystal clear. The authorities in the
1:01:39
UK were in on it. The people at the Met
1:01:43
whoever the bosses were, they knew the stakes, just like
1:01:47
Mukesy knew the stakes in America and still signed off
1:01:51
on the non prosecution agreement. Once again, how much more
1:01:56
evidence do you need that this is an intercontinental con
1:02:00
conspiracy of the criminal sort. A spokesperson for the Met
1:02:07
told Channel four News it would review the information put
1:02:10
to them by this program. However, they they said they
1:02:14
stand by their decision not to open a full investigation.
1:02:17
Oh I'm sure they do. I'm sure they do. I
1:02:20
bet that they're gonna close ranks now, right. Oh yeah, Well,
1:02:24
we got to make sure that we don't look bad.
1:02:26
Whatever we can do to make sure we look good
1:02:28
in this. It's not about justice. It's not about the
1:02:32
girls and the women who were abused, about them getting
1:02:35
their reparations or getting made whole by these people. It's
1:02:40
all about covering your ass and making sure your agency
1:02:43
doesn't look bad. Well, guess what, There's no amount of
1:02:47
ass covering available in the universe to make you people
1:02:52
not look bad at this point, So you might as
1:02:54
well just have your come to Jesus moment and be
1:02:58
honest with us for once. In a statement before said,
1:03:08
the NPS always takes allegations of sexual offenses and exploitation seriously.
1:03:13
All officers, no matter what their role, are duty bound
1:03:16
to uphold the law and conduct themselves with integrity. The
1:03:20
NPS is clear that it will investigate allegations where there
1:03:23
is sufficient evidence of an offense having taken place, where
1:03:27
it is aproprity the appropriate authority to do so, and
1:03:31
where those against whom the allegation are made are alive.
1:03:36
The NPS stands by the statement made by Commander Alex
1:03:39
Murray issued at the end of twenty nineteen. Oh well,
1:03:43
that's glad that I'm glad that you stand by it.
1:03:46
It's gonna make you look even more ridiculous when all
1:03:49
of this comes out, though. I hope you guys understand that, right,
1:03:51
because nobody's going away. This is just gaining steam as
1:03:56
the trial draws near. This is going to be an
1:04:00
explosion of interest in this case. So if the MET
1:04:06
is hoping that people are going to just forget it
1:04:09
and move on with their lives, they're sorely mistaken. There
1:04:13
needs to be a reckoning. This confirmed that the NPS
1:04:20
had received an allegation of non recent trafficking for sexual
1:04:24
exploitation against the US national Jeffrey Epstein and a British
1:04:28
woman in a twenty fifteen relating to events outside of
1:04:32
the UK, and an allegation of trafficking to central London.
1:04:36
In March of two thousand and one. Officers assessed the
1:04:40
available evidence, interviewed the complaint and obtained early investigative advice
1:04:46
from the Crown Prosecution Service. However, following the legal advice,
1:04:52
it was clear that any investigation into human trafficking would
1:04:55
be largely focused on activities and relationships outside the UK.
1:05:00
So translation, let's kick the ball down the road. We
1:05:03
don't want anything to do with this. This is outside
1:05:05
of our boundaries, so let the United States and France
1:05:08
deal with it. The UK wants nothing. There's nothing happened
1:05:10
in the UK. Prince Andrew didn't hurt nobody in the UK.
1:05:14
It didn't abuse Virginia. Here. Come on, we don't have
1:05:16
an investigation to do here. It's tea time, folks. I
1:05:21
mean really, that's basically what the METS saying. Officers therefore
1:05:29
concluded that the NPS was not the appropriate authority to
1:05:32
conduct inquiries in these circumstances, and in November twenty sixteen,
1:05:38
a decision was made that this matter would not proceed
1:05:41
to a full criminal investigation. Bad decision that should be fixed.
1:05:47
Go back and do the right thing. Stop trying to
1:05:51
protect Prince Andrew. That's what this all comes down to, right,
1:05:55
Maybe not him directly, but they're trying to protect the
1:05:57
royal family and I find it offensive, I find it absurd,
1:06:04
and I certainly find it disgusting. The MPs has continued
1:06:12
to speak and offer assistance with other law enforcement agencies
1:06:16
who lead the investigation into matters related to Jeffrey Epstein,
1:06:20
but is unable to comment on individuals with whom they
1:06:23
may or may not have interacted with in regard to
1:06:27
any allegations of crime. We will always consider any new information,
1:06:32
and we will review the information sent to us from
1:06:35
Channel four. I mean, could you have any more of
1:06:39
a non committal from the law enforcement agency here? Come on, folks,
1:06:45
get your shit together over there. Guys, open a criminal investigation,
1:06:50
do the right thing, and put these people where they
1:06:56
belong in prison. If you'd like to contact me, you
1:07:01
can do that at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com.
