  SPEAKER_03: I mean, the whole offense starts to work all of a sudden, and um it showed, man, they were getting the ball in the perimeter.

  SPEAKER_03: Um, very it looked just like last year, the play call in a lot of the play um design, and um and it was all working, which you love to see.

  SPEAKER_03: And then on defense, it looked like Coach Brown was uh he he played um base all day, which is a good day on defense.

  SPEAKER_03: If you could just stay in base and just let your athletes read and react, and it looks like that's what that what they were doing.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, they hung like the first quarter, it wasn't like I expecting DCA to just blow them off the field, and that was really not the case in the first quarter.

  SPEAKER_01: It was it was later they got into the game, and then you see the sideline where they have 20 guys on on 29 pound sidelines, you see the fatigue, the guys are going both ways, you see the start, the big plays coming, and that's kind of what the story was.

  SPEAKER_01: And yeah, and then you do that against DCA, they're gonna throw 50 on you.

  SPEAKER_03: I mean But the fact that they were hanging with them for the first quarter, DCAs can, you know, skilled guys can hang with anybody.

  SPEAKER_03: They want to make it gritty, and uh they they rose to the occasion, man.

  SPEAKER_03: They they stepped up and and played gritty football and um really made Palaverdi earn it.

  SPEAKER_03: And they just could at you know, you know, Palaverdi, they want those long drives, but the problem is it can stall out towards the end, and that's exactly what happened.

  SPEAKER_03: And um then Palaverdi, you know, the whole offense wants to control the clock, they want to get up by a touchdown or two, start to start to milk that clock.

  SPEAKER_03: But on the flip side, you get down by a couple, and all of a sudden that same system is working against you, and they don't they really don't have any type of spread system or any type of plays really just to get the ball in the the perimeter or in the flats to get out of bounds and stop the clock.

  SPEAKER_03: They just kind of milked the clock on themselves, kind of so um, but offensively, man, I I love the play designs.

  SPEAKER_03: They had some screens going, they um they had some unbalanced sets even where they were running, kind of a la uh Palm Springs stuff, some of the formations you you're used to seeing at Palm Springs.
