- 0:20Speaker 1: Make yourself all cozy and nice and relaxed in your bed,
- 0:26and then close your eyes. Take a deep breath in,
- 0:32and then slowly and gently let the breath out.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Again.
- 0:41Speaker 1: Deep breath in, and then slowly and gently let the
- 0:47breath out one more time. Deep breath in, and slowly
- 0:58and gently let the breath out, and just relax. Now,
- 1:08imagine you're walking in a beautiful, lush green rainforest with
- 1:15the most amazing trees. Some of them are very tall,
- 1:21so tall it looks like they reach up to the sky.
- 1:26And you're deep in the forest, and you realize it's
- 1:30late in the evening because you notice that the sun
- 1:34has already set and it's disappearing beyond the trees. The
- 1:40night sky is growing darker, and you look up and
- 1:44you can see the stars have come out, and you
- 1:48notice that the moon is shining brightly high up in
- 1:52the sky, lighting your way forward. The stars are so
- 1:58very bright, you can see them clearly as you walk along,
- 2:03and the air smells so fresh and crisp. It fills
- 2:08your lungs, helping them to expand and really breathe in deeply,
- 2:13and it feels so good. As you walk, you can
- 2:20hear the amazing sounds of the evening. You can hear
- 2:24an owl.
- 2:25Speaker 3: Calling to its mate. You can hear the gentle hum
- 2:28of crickets. You can hear the wings of the birds
- 2:34as they fly to the resting place for the night.
- 2:38You can even hear twigs being broken and stepped upon
- 2:42by the animals of the night as they go about
- 2:45their business.
- 2:47Speaker 1: And this comforts you, and it makes you feel quite safe,
- 2:53very relaxed, and so calm and so peaceful. Stop suddenly
- 3:00and look ahead of you, and you see what looks
- 3:04like a dinosaur. Wow, a real live dinosaur. He has
- 3:14a long neck and a very long tail, but rather
- 3:18a small body. His skin is brown like the bark
- 3:22on the trees, and it has long stripes on it
- 3:26that are the color of the green leaves. And he
- 3:30has the most amazing, big brown kind eyes. He also
- 3:37has a bright orange tie around his long neck and
- 3:41a very big, bright yellow flower sticking out behind one
- 3:44of his ears. Hmmm, it's a bit odd. The dinosaur
- 3:51is gently eating the grass and the flowers around him. Phew.
- 3:56You think to yourself, well, that's okay, because now you
- 3:59know that he won't eat you because he has a
- 4:02herbivore and not a carnival. Only carnivores eat meat, so
- 4:07they won't eat you. You watch him quietly for a
- 4:13moment because you don't want to scare him, and you
- 4:17notice how he chooses food. It's like his mouth is
- 4:21rolling from side to side, you know, kind of like
- 4:24the way a cow does. And he looks like he's
- 4:27really enjoying it too. He's very happily munching away without
- 4:34a care in the world. Suddenly he sees you, and
- 4:44he stops and he looks at you, and then just
- 4:48as suddenly, he darts behind a very large tree. He's
- 4:53hiding from you. He thinks you can't see him now,
- 4:57but he can't because his very long tail sticking out
- 5:02and you can see it, and you can also see
- 5:05his bright orange tie flapping in the breeze. You walk
- 5:10over to where he is hiding and you say hello.
- 5:15You tell him not to be afraid. You're not going
- 5:17to hurt him. You just want to say hello. The
- 5:23dinosaur with the big, bright orange tie and the big
- 5:28yellow flower behind his ear peeks out from behind the
- 5:32tree and he looks scared, but you tell him it's okay.
- 5:37You just want to be his friend. The dinosaur slowly
- 5:44steps out from behind the tree and very shyly says hello,
- 5:51and you smile at him and tell him your name,
- 5:54and he smiles back at you, and he tells you
- 5:58that his name is Douglas, and you say you are
- 6:01very pleased to meet him. You asked Douglas why he's
- 6:06so scared of you, and he tells you it's not
- 6:10that he's just scared of you, he's scared of everyone,
- 6:15even the other dinosaurs. He tells you that he doesn't
- 6:19have any friends, only his mom and his dad, and
- 6:22you think that's very sad. Douglas tells you that because
- 6:27he doesn't know anyone, they scare him. He says he's
- 6:33very afraid of anything new, not just dinosaurs and people everything.
- 6:40You tell him that to shame, because new things can
- 6:43be fun. And you tell him, what if you found
- 6:48a new fruit that you hadn't tasted before, but you
- 6:52wouldn't try it well because it was new, then you
- 6:56would be missing out on something very tasty, because sometimes
- 7:01new fruit tastes much better than the old fruit. Douglas
- 7:07says that that is true, but eating new fruit isn't
- 7:13the same as meeting new people. So you tell him
- 7:18that meeting new people is much better than meeting or
- 7:22tasting new fruit. If he met new people and new dinosaurs,
- 7:31then maybe he would meet someone who could be his
- 7:35best friend, someone who he could play with and go
- 7:39on adventures with. Now, wouldn't that be nice? But what
- 7:43if I met someone new and I didn't like them?
- 7:46Douglas says, Well, you say, if you meet someone that
- 7:53you don't like, you can still be nice to them,
- 7:56but you don't have to be their friend. You can
- 7:59just say they goodbye and not see them again, and
- 8:02then everything would be okay. Douglas has he never thought
- 8:07about it that way before? He says, all he ever
- 8:10did was hide away from them. You tell him that
- 8:17sometimes there are strange people and strange creatures, but mostly
- 8:24everybody are usually very nice. So you tell him that
- 8:30sometimes it's worth meeting a few maybe not so nice,
- 8:36just to meet the ones who are nice, because you
- 8:39will meet them. So for a few moments, stay with
- 8:44Douglas and show how nice and friendly that you can be.
- 8:51You can tell him all about your friends too, how
- 8:54nice they are. You can tell him all about the
- 8:57bit in your life, the good bit and the bad
- 8:59bittle they're not some good birds that you don't really
- 9:01like very much.
- 9:03Speaker 2: But you still have a wide.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Circle of friends. All these people in your case, people
- 9:11that you love very much, some you just like, some
- 9:15you don't like. But the ones you don't like, you
- 9:17just don't have to see them again, do you. Maybe
- 9:20you can help Douglas to find some new friends of
- 9:24his own, So just stay with him for a few
- 9:27moments and help him and be kind. That was nice,
- 12:34wasn't it? Just you and Douglas making a friendship that
- 12:41will last forever. But now it's time for you to
- 12:46return to your own home. Now you've had a really
- 12:50lovely time with your new friend Douglas, and you've helped
- 12:54him very much. Now he's not so scared to meet
- 12:58new people or new creatures, and he's not so scared
- 13:02to try new things because you helped him, because you
- 13:08were kind to him. Douglas looks a little bit sad
- 13:13that you are leaving, but you tell him that you
- 13:17will be back again really soon. Then Douglas gives you
- 13:21a great big smile of happiness, and this makes you
- 13:25very happy too. Douglas gives you a wave and says goodbye.
- 13:31And bravely turns away. But he does feel ever so
- 13:36brave now, ever so confident. And you did this for him.
- 13:42You helped him to be brave, and you helped him
- 13:46to be confident. And you should be very very proud
- 13:50of yourself. And remember you can come back here any
- 13:58time you want to see Douglas again, and I know
- 14:02that it'd be very very happy if you do. So.
- 14:07For now, just breathe in through your nose and slowly
- 14:13and gently breathe out through your mouth.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Again, breathe in.
- 14:22Speaker 1: And slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth. One
- 14:30last gentle time. Breathe in.
- 14:35Speaker 2: And slowly breathe out.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Through your mouth, and you find yourself now back in
- 14:45your very own bed, feeling so happy, so peaceful, but
- 14:53very very tired.
- 14:57Speaker 2: So close your eyes now and just.
- 15:00Speaker 1: Rest night night. Now, imagine yourself sitting in a huge
- 15:11football stadium right.
- 15:13Speaker 2: At the end of the pitch.
- 15:16Speaker 1: The sky there is a beautiful blue and there's hardly
- 15:20any clouds at all, and the sun is at its highest,
- 15:24and there are thousands of people all around you. The
- 15:29stadium is very full, well it would be. It is,
- 15:35after all the Cup final. You look out onto the pitch.
- 15:42When you see a football match in full swing, the
- 15:46players are running up and down the field, passing the
- 15:48ball to each other, all of them trying to get
- 15:51the ball off the other team and trying so desperately
- 15:54to win the match and bring the cup home. That
- 16:00on the backs of the players' shirts is their number
- 16:05and the name of their team. One team is called
- 16:09the Growley Bears. The other team it's called the Cheeky Monkeys.
- 16:14How od you've never heard names like that before, especially
- 16:18for football teams. Well, the reason the teams have those
- 16:23odd names is because of their mascots. The Growley Bears
- 16:27mascot is a great, big brown pear who keeps growling
- 16:31every time the other teams score a goal.
- 16:34Speaker 2: He does not like that very much.
- 16:37Speaker 1: The Chicken Monkey's mascot is a large black monkey with
- 16:42brown patches on them, and he is very cheeky. He
- 16:46keeps pulling tongs at the Growley Bears, trying to put
- 16:49them off their game.
- 16:50Speaker 2: That's not very nice, is it?
- 16:54Speaker 1: But it is very exciting watching the match. The atmosphere
- 16:58is amazing and you can smell hot dogs and popcorn
- 17:02and it's making you feel a bit hungry too. But
- 17:06there are people everywhere. Some of them are waving their
- 17:11team starves high in the air. Some of them are
- 17:15just shouting telling the teams who to pass the ball to,
- 17:19and some of them are just singing very loudly, cheering
- 17:22their team on.
- 17:24Speaker 2: And you love it.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Here as you are sitting so close to the pitch,
- 17:31there are Growley Bear team members sitting in front of you,
- 17:36And there is a little boy who is sitting on
- 17:38the bench dressed in the team colors, and he turns
- 17:42to you and he grins. He tells you his name
- 17:45is Jake and that he is a substitute for his team.
- 17:51He tells you he is waiting for a chance to
- 17:53get on the pitch and play, and he says he's
- 17:56been waiting for a very long time now he is
- 18:00ready for when he's called upon. The two of you
- 18:04have a little chat together whilst watching the game. We
- 18:07are both so excited because it looks like the Browny
- 18:10Bears are winning. The score is to one, and the
- 18:13Growley Bears fans are shouting very loudly egging their team up.
- 18:18And just as you both think your team is going
- 18:22to win, one of the chicky Monkey's players gets the
- 18:26ball and dribbles all the way up the field, but
- 18:30your team can't catch him. He is so fast. Then
- 18:35he stops, he aims his shoots and the ball fires
- 18:38thunderously into.
- 18:40Speaker 2: The back of the net. The crowd roars were delight.
- 18:44Speaker 1: The Chicken Monkeys all jump on the airs and start
- 18:46hugging each other.
- 18:47Speaker 2: They have just even up the score.
- 18:51Speaker 1: Oh no, it's now too old. Jake looks very disappointed,
- 18:59as it's the cup. He really really wanted his team
- 19:03to take home that precious cup. The match resumes with
- 19:10both teams trying desperately to score the winning goal. Then
- 19:15suddenly the referee blows his whistle. It's nearly the end
- 19:19of the game and one of the Browley Bears team
- 19:22members has taken a knock. He was tripped up by
- 19:27a cheeky Monkey's player. It's a foul, but there is
- 19:32only four minutes left in the game to play, and
- 19:35you can see a discussion going on on the field
- 19:38between the ref and the players. The team's managers enter
- 19:43the pitch and join in with the talks. Then they
- 19:48all turn to look at Jake. The manager walks over
- 19:52to Jake and tells him. This is his chance. He
- 19:57has been selected to take the place of the injured play.
- 20:01Speaker 2: Jake is ecstatic.
- 20:03Speaker 1: He is so happy, and you are so happy for
- 20:07him because you know what it means to him. Jake
- 20:11runs onto the field and joins his team members. They
- 20:16talked to Jake and then they too turn.
- 20:19Speaker 2: To look at you.
- 20:21Speaker 1: They need another player, so Jake said that he wants
- 20:25you to play too.
- 20:26Speaker 2: You are over the moon.
- 20:30Speaker 1: You get up and go on to the field, and
- 20:33suddenly you have the same kit on that Jake has.
- 20:37Speaker 2: It just appeared on you like magic.
- 20:39Speaker 1: You are so happy. The game starts up again with
- 20:46only four minutes left. One of the players has the
- 20:51ball to when you run with it, and as you
- 20:54run towards the goal, you look for a player who
- 20:57is open and you see the Jake, but he's further
- 21:01away than you thought. So you dribble past another man
- 21:05and then play a perfect throw ball over to Jake.
- 21:11Jake receives the ball and bombs towards the opposition goal.
- 21:15The goalkeeper is ready for him, though, and comes rushing
- 21:18out towards Jake at great speed, and there is now
- 21:21only one minute left before the whistle blows Jake composes
- 21:27himself and as the keeper approaches him, he chips the
- 21:31ball delightfully over the goalkeeper's head. Everyone holds their breath,
- 21:35including you. The ball sails.
- 21:38Speaker 2: Through the air.
- 21:39Speaker 1: It seems like it's in slow motion. Then the ball
- 21:44nettles into the back of the net water goal. The
- 21:48crowd go wild, that is, cheering and singing. The players
- 21:52all run to Jake just as the final whistle blows.
- 21:56The Growley Bears have won. They have won the cup
- 21:59final and the cup is coming home. Yes, the other
- 22:05players pick up Jake and raise him high on their shoulders.
- 22:11Speaker 2: Then some of them come for you and raise you.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Up to After all, it was you who provided the
- 22:17wonderful assist for Jake. Without the two of you playing,
- 22:21they probably would have lost the match. Your team all
- 22:27lines up to receive the cup and the captain of
- 22:31the team holds it high for the crowd to see
- 22:33and they roar with delight. Then each team member receives
- 22:38a golden medal that they get to take home with them. Wow,
- 22:43your very own golden medal. You all head back to
- 22:49the locker room to get changed and to go to
- 22:53the aftermatch party.
- 22:55Speaker 2: So for just a little while.
- 22:57Speaker 1: You get to hang out with Jake and his teammates.
- 23:00You get to talk to all the other players, the manager,
- 23:03the coach, and best of a lull. You and Jake
- 23:08get to eat as much as you want, especially the cakes,
- 23:12the sweet and the ice creams. So go and have
- 23:16some fun at the party, chatter.
- 23:19Speaker 4: Anyone you want, and relive the glory.
- 24:04Speaker 2: No, now that the.
- 25:29Speaker 1: Party is coming to an end, it's time for you
- 25:33to return home. So you talk to Jake and you
- 25:39thank him for letting you play on his team.
- 25:42Speaker 2: You are so happy to have met Jake.
- 25:45Speaker 1: He is a wonderful, kind and loving little boy. He's
- 25:50also a very very good football player, and you just
- 25:55know that the two of you will be best friends forever.
- 26:03Jake tells you that any time you want, you can
- 26:07come back and play football with all of them. After all,
- 26:13you too assisted in scoring the winning goal, didn't you.
- 26:18You say goodbye to Jake and the rest of the
- 26:20players and start your journey back home. And pretty soon
- 26:27you are back in your own room and you are
- 26:31absolutely exhausted, and let's be fair, you have had a
- 26:36very busy day. You put on your pajamas and climb
- 26:42into your own bed, and you think about Jake and
- 26:47how amazing he is. He is the best football player
- 26:51you have seen, and he is your friend. You close
- 26:59your weary eyes and settle down, and you take a
- 27:04deep breath in through your nose and gently blow it
- 27:10out from your mouth. You take another deep breath and
- 27:20gently blow it out from your mouth. And it's now
- 27:27that you feel a gentle wave of sleepiness starting at
- 27:31your feet, and you can feel your toes going to sleep,
- 27:37and it feels all warm and tingling and ever so soft.
- 27:43And you feel the soothing, gentle wave of sleepiness coming
- 27:47up your calves and your shins, and you can feel
- 27:52it going all the way up your thighs, and you
- 27:55think your legs have already gone to sleep. You feel
- 28:00so tired now, so sleepy, but so very happy. You
- 28:06don't want to open your eyes now, You just want
- 28:08to rest them. This beautiful wave of sleepiness travels all
- 28:15the way up your body, down your arms, and then
- 28:21into your hands, making your body feel very very heavy,
- 28:29very very tired, and very very sleepy. This gentle, warm
- 28:38wave of sleepiness travels up your face and over the
- 28:43top of your head, and then down the back of
- 28:46your neck. Oh, you feel so tired, now, so sleepy.
- 28:54You give a big yawn. You feel so very peaceful now,
- 29:00so relaxed, so relaxed, and so very very sleepy. You
- 29:10just want to sleep. So you drift off into a
- 29:16peaceful night's sleep, dreaming.
- 29:19Speaker 2: Of Jake and the Growly Bears.
- 29:23Speaker 1: And remember, you are safe, you are loved, and you
- 29:30are protected.
- 29:33Speaker 2: Always.
- 29:39Speaker 1: Now imagine yourself standing on a beautiful beach filled with
- 29:43golden sand, and the sun is shining, and there's not
- 29:47one single cloud in the sky. The sky is an
- 29:51amazing blue color. It's so wonderful. Then it looks like
- 29:56it's alive, so alive that you'd all reach out and
- 30:00touch it. Almost so alive that you can feel the vibrations,
- 30:08just almost feel them. And if you look closely enough,
- 30:13maybe you can see the shimmering vibrations as they move
- 30:16slowly and gently through the sky. You turn your attention
- 30:23to the ocean and see the movement of the waves
- 30:26as they gently come up to the shore. The sun
- 30:31shines so brightly on the surface of the water that
- 30:34it looks like it's.
- 30:35Speaker 2: Glistening with starlight. And as you look at it.
- 30:38Speaker 1: You find yourself feeling so peaceful, so calm, and you
- 30:44imagine what it would feel like to just float on
- 30:48the water and let the waves gently take you to
- 30:52wherever you need to be. It's then that you notice
- 30:58something moving amongst the waves, and you see a little
- 31:02head just bobbing up and down. You're not sure what
- 31:05it is at first, but then you realize it's a turtle,
- 31:10and the little turtle is swimming your way. The little
- 31:15turtle comes out of the ocean and onto the sand,
- 31:19and he has the most amazing smile on his tiny face.
- 31:23He looks so happy that you find yourself smiling back
- 31:26at him. He comes up alongside of you, and he
- 31:30says aloud, and he tells you that his name is Teddy.
- 31:34He is extremely cute, and he looks ever so cuddy,
- 31:38and he can stand on his back legs, and he
- 31:42has little turtle flippers, big brown twinkling eyes, funny little nose,
- 31:49and the sweetest smile on his tiny face. You say
- 31:54hello to him and tell him your name, and you
- 31:56are so very pleased to meet him. Teddy tells you
- 32:01that he has a little cave. He likes to have
- 32:03a sleepover him. Sometimes. He tells you that it's just
- 32:08behind the tropical trees at the edge.
- 32:09Speaker 2: Of the sand.
- 32:12Speaker 1: Teddy asks you if you would like to stay and
- 32:14play with him to day. He asks you if you
- 32:18would like to have a sleepover in his cave. Wow.
- 32:23He tells you that it has all more cons too.
- 32:26It's not just a cave with no windows and no
- 32:29proper floor you know. Oh no, only the best for Teddy.
- 32:33His cave has carpets and fluffy rugs to It has
- 32:38everything he needs to be comfortable and warm, and he
- 32:42tells you he even has nice candles that make his
- 32:46cave smell ever so nice. So you tell him that
- 32:52you would love to spend the day with him, and
- 32:54would love it even more to be able to stay
- 32:57in his little cave. So the two of you set
- 33:02off across the sand to Teddy's cave, and just as
- 33:06you reach the opening to Teddy's cave, you notice that
- 33:10there is a volleyball chord just outside it. Teddy sees
- 33:15you're looking, and he asks you if you would like
- 33:17to play a game of volleyball with him. He says
- 33:20it's his favorite game of all time. Oh yes, please,
- 33:24you say, so you both get ready to play and
- 33:29when you begin, you wonder, how, how, just how will
- 33:35Teddy be able to get the ball over the net, because,
- 33:38after all, Teddy is well, he's a bit small with
- 33:42tiny flippers. You look over at Teddy and you see
- 33:47and he's attaching something made.
- 33:49Speaker 2: Of wood to his back legs. It stilts.
- 33:54Speaker 1: He's fastening stilts to his legs, and when he stands up,
- 33:58he's now the same eyes you, oh wow. Just as
- 34:05Teddy is walking towards you, you both hear a rustle
- 34:09from the trees, and out pops a very beautiful gray
- 34:12donkey and a rather large black and white ostriche. Teddy
- 34:18looks delighted and has a very happy smile on his face. Hello,
- 34:26he says to the two newcomers. Teddy tells you that
- 34:30they are his very best friends. The beautiful gray donkey
- 34:35is called Josephine and she has the most amazing big
- 34:39blue eyes, which is really very unusual as.
- 34:45Speaker 2: Donkeys have big brown eyes.
- 34:48Speaker 1: And the black and white ostriche is called Henrietta, and
- 34:51she is very tall. They both say hello to you,
- 34:56and how nice it is to meet you. They tell
- 34:59Teddy today have come to play too. So the four
- 35:04of you begin your game of volleyball. So for a
- 35:08few moments, just have fun playing volleyball with Teddy, Josephine,
- 35:15and Henrietta and maybe get to know them better.
- 36:13Speaker 5: To few, that was a good game.
- 37:30Speaker 2: Who won?
- 37:34Speaker 1: You are all feeling a little bit tired now and
- 37:37need a rest because you've had a very exciting and
- 37:41very energetic game. Teddy invites you all into his cave
- 37:47to have some cold drinks and some cakes and some sweet.
- 37:51Speaker 2: Teddy's cave is wonderful.
- 37:54Speaker 1: There's a lot of toys and games to play with.
- 38:00It has big soft bean bags for seats, lots of them, which,
- 38:04by the way, are very comfortable. Teddy says that he
- 38:10uses his to sleep on as he doesn't need a bed,
- 38:14and you think that is a very good idea. As
- 38:16you sink down into your lovely soft bean bag, the
- 38:21little Happy Turtle tells you that when you woke up
- 38:24this morning, you didn't think what a wonderful day you
- 38:28were going to have. You woke up to a beautiful
- 38:32day of life, a life that holds adventure and many
- 38:36surprises and new friends. You think to yourself, how very
- 38:43thankful you are that you simply woke up and had
- 38:47the opportunity to experience this wonderful day, and you feel
- 38:51so very blessed. You also learned things to day, like
- 38:57how to play volleyball with a turtle on stilts. A
- 39:02turtle on stilts, Now that was fun. Teddy tells you
- 39:10that he is grateful for all life's lessons, pig and small.
- 39:14He tells you that he learned something new every single day.
- 39:20Then he does a happy little dance and it makes
- 39:24you feel all the happiness in your own heart. He
- 39:28tells you that every day he says thank you out loud.
- 39:33In fact, he says it lots of times during the day,
- 39:38especially when he feels happy and grateful for his life.
- 39:44You realize that you too have many things to be
- 39:48grateful and happy for, your family, your friends, the animals
- 39:54that you love, the trees and how they move gently
- 39:59in the breeze. So many things to be grateful for,
- 40:04the big things and especially the small things, and you're
- 40:10very thankful for this. Teddy does another little happy dance,
- 40:16and that.
- 40:16Speaker 2: Makes you giggle.
- 40:19Speaker 1: Teddy reminds you that all of these people they love
- 40:22you just exactly the way you are, and you feel
- 40:28so good in your heart knowing that you are loved
- 40:32and cared for very very much. Teddy looks so happy
- 40:39that you are all here.
- 40:40Speaker 5: With him, and he's.
- 40:42Speaker 2: Just loving it.
- 40:44Speaker 1: But now it's time for everyone to go to bed,
- 40:48because what you didn't realize was that while you were
- 40:52all chatting and drinking your cold drinks and eating your
- 40:56cakes and your sweets, the sun has set and it's
- 41:00now dark outside, but not too dark, as the stars
- 41:04are shining and twinkling very brightly in the night sky.
- 41:11Josephine and Henrietta have also decided that they too are
- 41:16going to join in your sleepover with Teddy. So you
- 41:20all settle down on your big, squashy bean bags, and
- 41:25you think to yourself that life is so much better
- 41:30when we take time to be grateful for all that
- 41:32we have and for all for the wonderful moments we
- 41:36experience in our lives. You lean back in your comfy
- 41:41bean bag and close your eyes for just a little bit,
- 41:47and even though your eyes are closed, you still smile
- 41:52to yourself, feeling so peaceful and calm.
- 41:56Speaker 2: So relaxed.
- 41:59Speaker 1: And as you sink deeper and deeper into your comfy
- 42:03bean bag, you say good night to Teddy and to
- 42:08Josephine and to Henrietta, your new friends. You take a
- 42:14deep sigh, relaxing even further, sinking down and down, sinking
- 42:24down and down into blissful sleep, feeling so very happy.
- 42:32And you take a breath and you sigh it back out,
- 42:37going deeper and deeper into sleep. And your eyes feel
- 42:43so heavy now, so relaxed, so peaceful and calm, but
- 42:51you feel so very very happy, just like Teddy the
- 42:58happy turtle.
- 43:00Speaker 2: To sleep now and just rest.
- 43:09Speaker 4: Now.
- 43:09Speaker 1: Imagine that you are a beautiful sea horse, a bright
- 43:14and shiny silver one, and you shine so brightly that
- 43:19the stars think that you shine brighter than they do,
- 43:25and you do. You are like a bright and shining
- 43:29light for all to see. And you are a guiding
- 43:33light too. You are a very magnificent and strong sea horse.
- 43:42And you have a curvy, muscular tail and a beautiful
- 43:46bumpy skin, and you have a nice big belly and
- 43:52a tube.
- 43:53Speaker 2: For a mouth.
- 43:56Speaker 1: And you're surrounded by a big, spark and deep blue
- 44:01ocean with many different shades of blues and greens, and
- 44:07you float gently on the currents of this ocean, and
- 44:11it feels so peaceful here for you. It's so nice though,
- 44:18you would never want to be anywhere else but here.
- 44:23This beautiful ocean is where you live your happy life
- 44:28with all of your friends and your family, or your
- 44:32seahorse brothers and sisters. And there are many of them.
- 44:40There are lots of other colorful fish swimming nearby, and
- 44:44they too are your friends. You have many friends here,
- 44:50deep within this ocean. And you see your friend Seymour,
- 44:55who is a friendly starfish, and you see him moving
- 45:00slowly across the ocean floor. This is his top speed,
- 45:07by the way. He's moving as quickly as he can
- 45:12because he's on his way home now, as it's nearly
- 45:15his bedtime, and it's nearly yours too. You see a
- 45:21beautiful rainbow fish called George. He too is hurrying home
- 45:26as well. A black and white angelfish hurries past you
- 45:31with a smile on her face. She is Betty, and
- 45:35she is one of your best friends. She tells you
- 45:39it's time to go home now and it's nearly bedtime,
- 45:43and she doesn't want to miss the hot chocolate her
- 45:45mum is making for her. You see a bright orange
- 45:51and black clownfish called Sebastian swimming back and forth with
- 45:55a great big smile on his face, and he says
- 46:00he can stay out for another ten minutes to play,
- 46:03but then he too has to go home, and off
- 46:06he swims. As you look around you you see a
- 46:12shy plan who occasionally comes out to say hello. Her
- 46:18name is Sybil, but she is very shy, and so
- 46:22she scuttles back into her shell and closes the lid. Finally,
- 46:29you see Frank the fabulous crab. He is a very
- 46:34happy crab, but he always gets himself tangled in everything,
- 46:38but he's still always very happy. In fact, you've never
- 46:42known him to be not happy at all.
- 46:45Speaker 4: Ever.
- 46:51Speaker 1: You are surrounded in this beautiful, deep blue and green
- 46:55ocean by all of your underwater friends. It's one big,
- 47:00happy family and you love it so very much. You
- 47:05are free here, you are very peaceful here, and most
- 47:11of all, you are very very happy here. So for
- 47:17just a short moment, just play with your friends, well
- 47:22the ones that are still out anyway, or maybe just
- 47:26have a swim around. We'll just float and drift peacefully
- 47:32on the current. Now it's time for you to return
- 49:32to your home to have a good night's sleep, and
- 49:37you do feel very sleepy. Now you hear a voice
- 49:43in the distance, and it's your seahorse mum calling for
- 49:48you to come home. Now you hear other mums calling
- 49:52out for their children to come home as well, because
- 49:57it's everybody's bedtime. You say good night, and you swim
- 50:04off home. You reach your home amongst the gently swaying
- 50:10reeds and you see your family waiting for you. You
- 50:17find your favorite soft green reeds and begin to settle
- 50:21down with your long tail wrapped around the reeds to
- 50:25keep you safe for the night. As you settle down
- 50:30to rest, waves of peace and calm wash over your
- 50:35entire body, and the waves begin to relax you deeper
- 50:41and deeper as you sway gently. Your tail is very
- 50:47secure so that you won't float off in the night.
- 50:52You'll stay safely right here while you rest tonight. You
- 50:59gently move with the ocean current that sways you back
- 51:03and forth, and as you relax here, you feel yourself
- 51:10becoming so very sleepy. You feel yourself drifting peacefully with
- 51:18a soft and gentle ocean current, but still staying in
- 51:23one place because your tail holds you safely. You feel
- 51:32so amazing floating here, and you know you'll sleep well
- 51:37tonight because your heart feels so happy, and your body
- 51:45is completely calm. And as you float on gentle waves
- 51:51of relaxation, your body feels heavy as you drift off
- 51:57into peaceful sleep. And you feel so happy right now,
- 52:04so peaceful and calm, as you go deeper and deeper
- 52:11into a beautiful sleep, breathing quietly and gently. Now so peaceful,
- 52:21so calm, so very safe. Good Night, little seahaws, Sweet dreams,
- 53:35u U usu,
