- 0:02Yes, sir, we back again live and then sir, this is the
- 0:09first time we recorded together Joe and personally, Yeah, let's did you'll see
- 0:15the little thumbs up pop up on the screen again. I don't know.
- 0:17Yeah, that's about it. That's crazy. I don't know what that's about.
- 0:21Jean. Yeah, that think's crazy. There's certain things that we'll do,
- 0:25like in the chat, I mean in the video that it'll just throw
- 0:29up like fire and throw up like different stuff like what the heck is I
- 0:34wanted to say some real ship and the throws up the one hundred like we
- 0:39didn even like choose this, like we gotta look at see. I don't
- 0:42know if AI taken over or what. That's a real talk, yes,
- 0:46sir, But man, it's been a I think we were just talking about
- 0:49how it's been a little minute since we've really caught up on here. You
- 0:53know, I was out of town for the holidays that we had jar on
- 0:56last week. So what's new, guys, what's going on? Man?
- 0:59You felt lesson? This guy was all over the world. No, man,
- 1:04I was just I was out in Maryland with the fam, well with
- 1:08Wifey's fam, and celebrating the holidays with them and getting more acquainted. Man.
- 1:14This year, you know, we we're getting married, man, and
- 1:17so you know, I met a lot more of the family and everybody,
- 1:19and you know, coming back, you know, just still transitioning with with
- 1:25everything I had going on at home. So it's just been a weird transition.
- 1:27But definitely having Jari on last week was really cool. Man. That
- 1:32that was a dope episode. So if you haven't heard that one, definitely
- 1:34tap into the Cat Williams uh follow up conversation that we had with Jarry Knows.
- 1:41But aside from that, man, I've just been preparing. I'm actually
- 1:44about to be leaving again. I'm going to the cruise for a wife's birthday.
- 1:48Yeah, so say that again. Where is it going? Oh man,
- 1:53it's an eight day bro, yeah, bro, And I thought that
- 1:59was a lot, bro eight days. Man, I'm gonna be gone from
- 2:02this Saturday coming up to the following Sunday. Dang your vacation, yeah broo
- 2:10bro yo. So we're going to Cosmo, We're going to Jamaica, the
- 2:17Bahamas, and there's one other place that we're stopping. There's like, I
- 2:21think like four or five stops. Man. I was just looking at it
- 2:23today MSc. It's their new boat too. Bro, it's fire Like I'm
- 2:29actually dumb excited. That's some ruins in Cosmo. Yeah, yeah, Cosmeo's
- 2:36in the Americans. Look last time I went to Cosmo. I don't know
- 2:40if I've told this story on the pot, but I was really young.
- 2:44I was like seventeen or eighteen, and I went on a cruise with like
- 2:47seven or eight No no, no, no, no, I mean young
- 2:51from the standpoint what the concept of the story is young. So like basically,
- 2:57you know, when I got out there, it was like a cruise
- 2:59with like my family and a few other people, and I had this,
- 3:02uh, you know, I'm young looking for Bud and so I had buddy.
- 3:07Guy. Before you said that, I was about to say you look
- 3:09like yeah, because like I mean, and this is why I said young,
- 3:17because like as an adult, like I'm not about to go somewhere like
- 3:22Yo, where are we at? You know what I mean? But at
- 3:24that age, Bro, I was trying to find it, and like,
- 3:27but like this dude had us, like this Mexican guy basically took us through
- 3:32this crazy like off the way like route to try to go find some bud.
- 3:38Bro and The crazy part about it is looking back on it now,
- 3:42I'm like, dog, we could have got got bro like bad, you
- 3:45know what I'm saying, But like I wasn't thinking about it at that time.
- 3:47But anyways, when we got there, the bub was trash, so
- 3:50we just left. But you know what I'm saying, Like, looking back
- 3:53on it, and I'm like, he really could have took us to wherever
- 3:55and we was just following. Me and wife went on the cruise. I
- 4:00don't remember which one it was. I don't know if it was our honeymoon,
- 4:04our first year anniversary. We go on the cruise and we go to
- 4:08Nassau. Right we get off on the on the port and you know,
- 4:12like when you get off on the port, there's mad people that's always like
- 4:15just trying to get you, like to buy stuff. They talking to you
- 4:18about different things or whatever. And then some dude was just kind of brave,
- 4:23like he's like yo, I'm like, what's up, man. He's
- 4:26like, Yo, you want some of that? I'm like, no,
- 4:30man, I'm good. He's like, are you sure? Man? I
- 4:32got that to night Superman the weekend. That was like the funniest thing,
- 4:41Dog, just getting off the port here and that he demembered that like it
- 4:44was a movie line. Bro, it was no money man me and was
- 4:47looking at what he did say that, yeah, man, so yeah,
- 4:56I gotta I got a similar one of that. But it's like here cruise
- 5:01stories stories and oh yeah for me. But do you always get off?
- 5:13Are you wait? Are you getting off the boat doing excursion type of person
- 5:19or you're just like chilling the boat? Yeah, yeah, Like the last
- 5:24time we went to one of them, Bro, I'll be doing the like
- 5:30like kind of like Quincy was saying, like he'd be doing I'll be doing
- 5:32the suspect ship like now you know what, Like I'll be doing the excursions.
- 5:36Like the people out like they're still on the port, but they're not
- 5:41with the cruise, you know what I mean. So the last one that
- 5:44we did, well, it wasn't Belize bro. No, no, it
- 5:47wasn't Cozmo. We got off. We did the one that they give you
- 5:53like a car, you know what. So we had a jeep. So
- 5:57we get in the jeep, but that was the tour guy. It's like
- 6:00cooler full of coronas in the back and he passes them to me. I'm
- 6:04driving. He passes me one. He passes person that like he passes bears
- 6:10to everybody and we're driving on a jeep with no doors nothing, Corona.
- 6:15And it was one of them that they'll just take you like two different spots
- 6:17for like a little bit of time each spot. Yeah, and it ends
- 6:21at this restaurant that the restaurant is like it doubles as like a snorkeling spot.
- 6:27Like you eat at the restaurant, it's on the water and then like
- 6:30you're saying here and you snorkel right there, you get the way thirty minutes
- 6:33for you going the water with the bubble guts in that wall. But it's
- 6:45like a super We did that with the whole fam and everything, like the
- 6:48kids when they always talk about that, like snorkeling in Mexico thing like that.
- 6:54But yeah, the excursion zone, I don't want to do any of
- 6:58this one, but it's like my famous crews together and they want to,
- 7:01so I think we're gonna have to settle for a couple of them. I
- 7:04feel like the excursions are like the big the best memory bro Like yeah,
- 7:09like one time we went to the ruins, like I was telling you,
- 7:11we went home when we went to Belize went to the the Mayan ruins there
- 7:16and that was pretty crazy, like just seeing it, like it was like
- 7:18a lot of it was pretty intact, and they're explaining like all the vegetation
- 7:24that's around the area and how basically they were able to just stay in the
- 7:28forest and like listen, you know what I mean, they never really had
- 7:31to leave. It was just kind of crazy scene like and they're telling you
- 7:35like, oh, this is the area that they did X, Y and
- 7:38Z, this is this area, this is where this person would have lived,
- 7:40and like it's there and that's crazy. Bro. See that's some talking
- 7:43about I live in Proof. That's stuff I really believe. Yeah, fact,
- 7:46that's that's the kind of stuff that when you see it, it's like
- 7:48it makes the biggest impression, you know. I Mean, I've seen this
- 7:50thing on Netflix the other day about this dude he was looking for like a
- 7:54specific pyramid of somebody in Egypt and he pretty much pinpointed slash wrote it down
- 8:00after like twenty thirty years like where he thinks the exact carreer where it is,
- 8:03and they started digging there and then they started uncovering the stuff and they're
- 8:07like dating and stuff a lot of this stuff was like some of the one
- 8:11of them was like the oldest like Mummy or oldest ever found like in each
- 8:16of like he discovered it and it was recently, you know what I mean.
- 8:18And it's just crazy thinking like you're going in there and it's like you're
- 8:22the only person to even breathe that air in like five thousand years. Bro.
- 8:28It's just because that's how the Mummy and movie started. Yeo facts,
- 8:31y know the Mummy. That was my joint back in the day. The
- 8:35remake, the Tom Cruise remake, that John was that John was a little
- 8:37scary. Damn. I ain't watching Man to long. Yeah, believe anything
- 8:41in it they ever have a movie could happen in real life. Look at
- 8:43some shit like that, like anything, or like The Men in Black or
- 8:46like anything crazy that was a movie that one day come to you. You
- 8:50believe Robot that's a good one, easily. I always talk about Blacklist,
- 8:58like that's a show that I like a lot. I'll watch episodes of that
- 9:01and it'd be like a crazy story and then I'll be like on CNN or
- 9:05something the next day or not the next day, but like I'll just remember
- 9:09the stories and then I'll go to like a news site and see like a
- 9:13headline and read it and be like, bro, this is exactly like what
- 9:15happened on that Black episode. Crazy stuff that I think, like, no,
- 9:20there's no way, like this is like a crazy idea to do,
- 9:24right, Yeah, exactly, James Spader, I think I see like almost
- 9:30the whole first season. Yeah. To me, it's just a show.
- 9:33It's a very something to daughter, right, Yeah, it's a very made
- 9:37for TV series, so that like deters some people, you know what I
- 9:41mean, And and sometimes to me like it bothers me a little, but
- 9:46the story is fired, you know what I mean. Like, so it
- 9:48always gives me intrigue. But like I'm not a big fan of those like
- 9:52very TV feeling shows, you know what I mean, Yeah, like seeing
- 9:56Sign Miami or something like that. Exactly, Yeah, I know what it's
- 10:00like Vegas and it's so like we we're yeah, because there's certain shows like
- 10:05that, you know what I mean. Like now watching this show called Kim's
- 10:07Convenience and it's like mad fluff, you know what I mean. It's cool
- 10:13as well written and everything. I enjoyed the story like a tear jerker type
- 10:16vibe, you know what I mean. Family, Yeah, Ue, I've
- 10:20seen I seen the previous but it's like fluffy, you know what I mean,
- 10:22Like so like but I enjoy watching it, you know what I mean.
- 10:26Right, Yeah, they're just they're all almost all the same. They
- 10:31just have different story, different characters. Oh yeah, man, just speaking
- 10:37of changes and stuff, like we haven't even like Joe was staying and you
- 10:41were saying before, like we haven't caught up in a little while, like
- 10:45ever since we got the salon up and running, like, I've just been
- 10:48kind of go and I never really took the time to like just update my
- 10:52studio because I had some of my wife's long stuff into here and it kind
- 10:56of was like taking like a third of the studios. But I finally like
- 11:00cleared it out, got all the junk out, and I ended up setting
- 11:03my gym equipment back up in the area that I had, like which is
- 11:05basically like what's behind us right now. You know. It's just let me
- 11:11be able to like work out all the time as opposed to whin the weather's
- 11:13good because that's kind of what I was stuck to before, you know what
- 11:16I mean, And letting me like add the weight training back into my schedule
- 11:20because I had like took off a long time where I wasn't doing anything like
- 11:24weight based just because I was kind of like we were talking about in the
- 11:26chat a little bit, I was just kind of like thrashing my body because
- 11:31I was just you know, doing like powerlessing type movements and like powerlifting type
- 11:37routines, and like it was just hurting my joints, my hips and everything.
- 11:41And I'm like, bro, what am I doing? You know?
- 11:43I just took a break just to kind of let my body really heal and
- 11:46stuff, and like now I'm just kind of ready to go back. I've
- 11:48been lifting. It feels real good, but it's been like with a different
- 11:52purpose, different kind of energy when I'm lifting, you know what I mean.
- 11:56I'm not trying to like put on this crazy weight. I'm just making
- 11:58sure I got good form and I'm really hitting the muscle where it needs to
- 12:01be hit, you know what i mean, Right, facts, Yeah,
- 12:05listen to your body. Like I don't know if he'll know, Ronnie Coleman,
- 12:11he's like a bodybuilder in that chapter, Like I don't know if it
- 12:18was six or eight times. She's like I think he might even have the
- 12:20record. But anyway, he lived like crazy. Wait, he's that guy
- 12:24that'd be like like wait baby, you know what I mean. He'd be,
- 12:28you know, going crazy. But he was lifting like crazy amounts of
- 12:35weight and now he could like barely walk, you know what I mean.
- 12:37Jim bro like doing his lists and everything, but like he had to get
- 12:41like yeah, man, all that all that lifting heavy ass weight. Ain't
- 12:48nobody supposed to do that, you know what I mean? A natural thing?
- 12:52Facts. Shoot, what about you, Joe. I know you've been
- 12:56you've been grinding out. I chose right after at the New Years. I
- 13:01chose to cut out toxins and be good and go hard, try to go
- 13:05do something active for every single day for the rest of January. And so
- 13:09far I'm on track and it feels good, and then it's just a kickstart
- 13:13to you know, form better habits and a better lifestyle choices. So like,
- 13:20once this is over, I'm still going to maintain it as much as
- 13:22possible, but I'm allowing myself to enjoy you know, every some I'm here
- 13:26or there every week and every you know, once a week if that,
- 13:31and still maintain and manage my weight loss. Pools. So that's what I've
- 13:37been working on that so far, steady and seeing the changes coming, and
- 13:43I'm excited to keep keep keep this flow going. That's what's up, man,
- 13:48That's what's up. Yeah. And I started a couple of days ago
- 13:52this detox before the cruise. I'm gonna do it before and after the cruise,
- 13:56and then after the cruise. Yeah, man, it's it's I didn't
- 14:00realize how much I want to call it water weight I was holding because like
- 14:05I you know what I'm saying, everything has been liquid, you know what
- 14:07I'm saying as far as like just flushing my body, and in two days,
- 14:11but I dropped like seven pounds man, just in water weight. And
- 14:16so like you know, obviously I'm go on the cruise and enjoy myself,
- 14:18but once I've done, I want to do it again, and then from
- 14:22there just really just kind of take that opportunity to kind of build from that,
- 14:26you know what I'm saying, like eating better from there, working out
- 14:30again, and just figuring out how to like really mix it in my diet
- 14:33and in my schedule because right now, you know, with balancing you know,
- 14:39two positions and stuff like that, it's been a little rough on my
- 14:43That's why that's kind of wild. But it's been kind of tough for my
- 14:50you know, just the schedules and stuff like that. But I definitely don't
- 14:54want to make no excuses. Man, I've been actually tapped into this fifty
- 14:58cent hustle, Harder, some smarter book. First book, so it's his
- 15:03first book that he's authored himself. The other book he basically worked with Robert
- 15:09Green, you know, the forty eight Laws of Power to create the fiftieth
- 15:13Law, which was pretty good as well. But this one, this one's
- 15:18dope. I like, I like the way he he's he attacked you know
- 15:24this writing this book because you know, he used the experiences that we all
- 15:28know and all have watched him go through to kind of convey his points.
- 15:31And it's pretty dope. Yeah. As far as the cruise go, a
- 15:37little bro, they always got a pretty good gym. Like it's yeah,
- 15:39you hit the gym and the cruise and just basically because like you said,
- 15:43bro, you're gonna enjoy Yourself'm the same bro when I go on a cruise,
- 15:46I love them a little like some little hard rolls. Oh yeah yeah,
- 15:54yeah, crunchy outside and like the soft and yeah, yeah, oh
- 15:58my god, bro, I eat like, yeah, no, I definitely
- 16:04don't. Already talked to uh, to the fiance about that. I was
- 16:07like, yeah, we definitely want to make sure at least, you know
- 16:10what I'm saying. It's like, bro, we do on vacation. We
- 16:11got twenty four hours to do whatever we want. We can dedicate one hour
- 16:15to just you know what I'm saying, like working it off. So like,
- 16:19yeah, man, I definitely want to make that a part of the
- 16:21trip for sure, just because I ain't go a lot. Brother, the
- 16:23little the little comment shout out to Yoda. You know what I'm saying,
- 16:27They definitely are motivating, and that's why I was like, yeah, talk
- 16:30your ship, but still, you know, fuck you now on the ground,
- 16:37man, it's a good feeling. Yeah, you know, encouraged everybody
- 16:42time. Facts. Yeah, that's something that I was even talking to Freddy
- 16:48about recently, just the concept of you know, me and him like to
- 16:52play basketball and just talking about you don't have it anymore. It's like it's
- 16:56not necessarily that you don't have it anymore, but when you think about you
- 17:00as playing well every single day, so now you're playing once every couple of
- 17:03weeks, maybe a couple of times a month, even if that like body
- 17:07out of form. Like I feel like a lot of people confuse you know,
- 17:12being old quote unquote with just being out of form. You know,
- 17:18you can literally just that. That's one thing. You know, a lot
- 17:21of people have things they say about CrossFit, and I've never done it myself,
- 17:25but I like the idea of CrossFit where it's like it's just functional training,
- 17:30so like in your everyday life, you use it, you know what
- 17:32I mean. Like that is like just to make your day better. Like
- 17:36if you ever have to use any force, you're able to use it,
- 17:38and you're strong in areas where like yeah, exactly, things won't be an
- 17:42issue. Mm. Like that's a lot of people use that, you know
- 17:45what I mean, Like just that functional fitness where it's like, ain't nobody
- 17:49saying that you got to be out here looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger, you know
- 17:52what I mean? You really just be informed. So you know what I'm
- 17:56saying. If somebody tells you, hey, let's move with this couch,
- 18:00you can pick it up without dying. You know, there's tracts to the
- 18:03hospital for your back out that matters a lot as you get older too.
- 18:11Yeah, especially when you get older, because even like with the basketball example,
- 18:15Bro, you're not just having all this time to do athletic stuff when
- 18:18you're older, you know what I mean, so many other creeping away that
- 18:22you can't spend three to four hours a day, you know, something active.
- 18:26You know what I'm saying. That that just is not in the cards.
- 18:30So you got to figure out ways to stay in formed. You ever
- 18:34seen those chiropractic videos like like you know, random like reels and stuff that
- 18:40come up. Yeah, yeah, Bro, some of those though, I'd
- 18:44be like, dog like, how did it get to that point? Like
- 18:47obviously you can't you know what I'm saying, You can't like judge anything.
- 18:52But they're always like it'd be a dude that looks like I don't even know
- 18:59what this guy who this guy is, but I think he was from SpongeBob.
- 19:02He was like a little shriveled up thing in like a wheelchair, you
- 19:06know what I mean. The guy always looks like decrepping, you know what
- 19:11I'm saying. He's like hunched up and like chiropractor just breaks his whole life
- 19:17and all of a sudden he's like walking out, like walking straight. You
- 19:21know what I'm saying. It's like facts, bro, Like yo, those
- 19:26videos never cease to abaze me, brocause I just be like Dog and it
- 19:30is like the way how now how they have all the sound effects like dumb
- 19:33like Chris, like you could hear everything the mics on their back you see
- 19:40you? Yeah? Dogs now too? Yeah? Yeah? Bro? The
- 19:49one that I never been able to fun and I'm gonna throw it out there,
- 19:52please somebody if they could find it. Bro, There's this one chiropractor
- 19:59video of like a gangster dude I think he was from Detroit or something like
- 20:03that, getting his back cracked and Dog the way he reacted was so hilarious.
- 20:08Like I don't even remember specific things. I just know he was a
- 20:12gangsters. So like he was like having that ultra like aggressive response of like
- 20:18like what is this dude doing? Cracking me? Like fixed them? So
- 20:22he like didn't really know how to act, you know what I'm saying.
- 20:26It was so funny, Bro, Do you have a go? Do you
- 20:30have a go too? I don't remember. It was like I think he
- 20:33was like a skinny, light skinned black dude. Okay, because I see
- 20:37one with a dude with a go too and that don't have me rolling because
- 20:40Dog was like I was in the car and I had to go to car
- 20:52practice for a while and they did fix me up. No, no,
- 20:56that's facts. I've never been to one Bro was true. I need to
- 21:00go to one now, brou last time I went to one Dog, I
- 21:03swear to god, Bro, my posture was like I was ten toes boy,
- 21:08be on that yoga, that yoga stuff. It'd be crazy, man.
- 21:12Like. Sometimes I'll like wake up and like halfway through, Like I'll
- 21:17be like halfway through a pose and then all of a sudden, I just
- 21:19feel like my hip like kind of like snapping the place, Like you know,
- 21:25you just feel yourself like aligning sometimes like mid pose and you're like,
- 21:29oh my god, it's like herd. I'll be scared. When you ever
- 21:33cracked the collar ball, I thought I kill myself. Yeah, I thought
- 21:37I kill myself. That sounds like, that sounds crazy. I've never cracked
- 21:41out popper. Yeah. And then one time it was hurting I had the
- 21:48stress not the collar man, Oh my god. Not. I think Robin
- 21:56was like, uh like basically a professional dancing brush. She cracks like every
- 22:00bone in her body. Bro, Like she can crack her sternum. Bro,
- 22:04I'll be blowed. Yeah she just I was like, oh, that
- 22:11I could do is crack my lower back pass And my wife always gets mad
- 22:15because she don't know how to get it every time, you know what I
- 22:18mean, Like she don't know how to like do it, and she'd be
- 22:21getting frustrated, like da man, and then I would just get it,
- 22:23Like yeah, I feel like the older I get, I'll probably get better.
- 22:29But like until like a couple of years ago, I couldn't crack nothing.
- 22:32Pause that sound crazy, but like oh no but no man, now
- 22:41my neck, bro, I can get I can get that right. But
- 22:42yeah, same, I can crack man. I wanted to mention that I
- 22:49just dropped a waiting on You song like the Christmas song to but like this
- 22:57is like the first song I feel like I really like drop where it was
- 23:00like you and it was it's just dope seeing like the response and even before
- 23:06we got on once I was gonna mess in the show, like I've been
- 23:08like double guessing like a lot of stuff that I've been doing lately, Like
- 23:11I haven't been like trusting my instinct. But like even with the song that
- 23:15I dropped, Like, I'm just surprised that, like many people, it
- 23:18was like really messing with it where it's just like really what I wanted it
- 23:22to be as a song, and I just did it and just didn't really
- 23:27give thoughts about it, and it ended up being like a song that people
- 23:30are messing with. And I feel like it's going to be one of that
- 23:33people you know that's gonna do some numbers. The video concept perfectly. Yeah,
- 23:41that was all Freddy Man, like he had just come over just to
- 23:44do some like random content just for the song, you know what I mean.
- 23:48He just like he always does bro Like he'll just like he's like a
- 23:52computer, Like he'll just calculate for a little bit, setting up some shots
- 23:57and then you don't really really know what's going on, you know what I'm
- 24:00saying. And then he'll just like show you something that you don't even know
- 24:04that he shot. You know what I'm saying, Fat, When did you
- 24:08do this? You know what I mean? Sometimes I have like ideas and
- 24:12like I don't know where I want to go with it, But then there's
- 24:15other times where like you know, for me, I'm like the type of
- 24:18person that's like nowadays with how videos are like for me to spend o the
- 24:23time or you know what I'm saying, like put more on my budget than
- 24:26that as apost other things. It's like it don't even make sense because videos
- 24:32ain't like that watching like that, you know what I'm saying. And even
- 24:37like the people that are spending that crazy amount of better way, videos aren't
- 24:41that crazy, even he didn't really return off the video itself, you know
- 24:45what I'm saying. That's just like videos used to be everything too. Yeah,
- 24:48man, I mean you talk about Michael Jackson had videos that like a
- 24:52million dollar budgets bro, like eight all the hype videos. It's crazy,
- 24:57like that was the minimum before million and like millions, like every video a
- 25:03million dollar plus. It was just like a thing that always happened. And
- 25:07man, now they might spend five k major artists, you know what I'm
- 25:11saying, Like there's justin Bieber videos that it's just him while he was on
- 25:17tour, like just footage of them on the tour bus and behind the scenes
- 25:19and stuff, and they just put it together in a dope way. But
- 25:22they ain't spend no money on that. You know, It's just Hey,
- 25:26what footage we got, let's put together a video for this song? Now,
- 25:30that much Jackson video was all cgi, what's it gonna be? Oh
- 25:33yeah, yeah, that was all matrix. That's like that that you that
- 25:41you lose, you know what I'm saying, Like, nobody putting that kind
- 25:45of thought or energy into the videos like that, and people don't even watch
- 25:48them, even me, Like I don't you know, if I hear a
- 25:52video comes out, I'm not rushing to watch it, you know, I
- 25:53don't care. There's a lot of songs that I'm like a huge fan of
- 25:57the song and it's always in my library rotation, and like I might come
- 26:00across the video and be like, oh day, I didn't even know this
- 26:03had a video. You know what I'm saying, I'm pleasantly surprised, And
- 26:06I'll watch it one time. I probably won't remember what it's about, you
- 26:08know. Yeah, I was watching like one video watched all the time.
- 26:14It's a Honey video. And then we talked about just how good that song
- 26:17is. But the video is a banger too, Like it's all earth tones,
- 26:21it's all like the same shade brown. Yeah, and it's so esthetically
- 26:26pleasing that the song fits it so perfectly. Like I watched that video one
- 26:30hundred times over. Yeah, Like I said, that's that's something that I
- 26:34feel like I ain't never coming back. But even though kind of going off
- 26:38that, like me and Freddie got something that we're kind of cooking. But
- 26:42we were talking the other day about just content in general, you know,
- 26:47and like it's even something that we talked about that's kind of been coming up
- 26:52lately with like the comedians we've been linking up with and stuff. Because like
- 26:55in comedy, it's like your your act is like your currency, you know
- 26:59what I'm saying. And I feel like people that make content they kind of
- 27:03want different opportunities slash, they want people to check them out. But it's
- 27:07like you're not producing the content. At the end of the day, Like
- 27:11whatever kind of thing you're trying to do, you need to produce something.
- 27:15That's always your resume, you know what I'm saying. You can't say that
- 27:18you do something you're not producing it what it is. You know, if
- 27:22it's a business, if it's art, if it's videos, if it's music,
- 27:29if it's if you're a streamer, whatever it is, you know,
- 27:30if you're not producing and people don't got something to look back on, like
- 27:34and see a history and see what you got going on, and you don't
- 27:37give them something to logic and think you're just starting off and then you do
- 27:41it and they're not gonna want to invest, you know, I mean the
- 27:45time and energy into it something that It's always been like a thing as far
- 27:53as like content goes, but a lot of people don't really apply it to
- 27:57just regular life to you know what I mean, Which is the more important
- 28:00thing aside from making content or whatever your persona or whatever you got going on
- 28:03the internet is more importantly like in your life, what are you producing that
- 28:08you can actually like have like a history of, like you know, just
- 28:12to be successful, Like, you can't be successful if you don't have a
- 28:15history of consistently turning projects around, you know, regardless of what it is,
- 28:19if it's at work, if it's at your nine to five, is
- 28:22it's that your independent business, whatever it is, your creative stuff. You
- 28:26got to be on that wave. Yeah, you got to be considered.
- 28:30That's and that's like you said, it's like every aspect of your life,
- 28:33you got to be consistent in order for anything to happen with it consistency doesn't
- 28:37matter how you do something well you do it if you don't do it consistently
- 28:41exactly. Yeah. One of the things City said in the book, he
- 28:44said, you know, one of the things that he hates the most is
- 28:48when someone that doesn't hasn't shown anything or hasn't shown a resume, says,
- 28:52hey, put me on or put me onto something, because he's like,
- 28:56first off, you don't even have a resume, show me what you want.
- 29:00But second off, you can't even articulate it. You can't even articulate
- 29:04exactly what it is that you want. Put me on doesn't say anything.
- 29:07Yeah, you know, that's one hundred percent correct because like I've worked with
- 29:15artists and then the artists that I haven't worked with that you know, we
- 29:18try to work usually hanged up. Or the issue with us not doing anything
- 29:25like creatively is that you know, work ethic and not creating. You know
- 29:30what I mean, Like, if you're ready to create, we can create
- 29:33something because there's nothing stopping us, you know what I'm saying. Like I
- 29:37just had an artist reach out to me about working together. I checked them
- 29:41out. He's doing this thing. He sent me a folder of beats like
- 29:45he because he produces too, Like, Yo, you know, I got
- 29:47this folder. If if you hear anything, you're liking it, we can
- 29:49do something on that. You know what I'm saying. I'm gonna send him
- 29:52some beats and hopefully we get something together. But even that first step is
- 29:55like if you're coming to somebody and you have a situation, you're offering rech
- 30:00sources for that person to get their wheels turning, because all right, you
- 30:04know, I don't got to do everything exactly. It's like what do you
- 30:08bring in this situation? And that's like a little hood thing too, where
- 30:11it's like nobody wants to be somebody's bitch, quote unquote. You're not being
- 30:15a bitch because you're making somebody's life easier. You're just adding value and showing
- 30:19like, hey, the lane I'm trying to be in, I could be
- 30:22in this lane because I could produce in this lane, you know what I
- 30:26mean. That's that's what it is. At the end of the day,
- 30:27whatever you say you do, you have to be able to do mm hmm
- 30:32facts. You can recognize that from people easily to like people who are really
- 30:37trying to do it and trying to make a difference doing it and people who
- 30:41are just looking for something would to piggyback on. To me, a number
- 30:45one sign is somebody that's trying to get something off the ground and they haven't,
- 30:49because it's like if you can't even get it off the ground, you
- 30:52already lost. Have to battle, you know what I mean, Like if
- 30:55you're scared to take the first lap, nobody can help you until at least
- 30:59that still you don't soon. I can't do that at not not at not
- 32:52not not not not not at
