Speaker 1: So last night we did a live streaming two hour
0:04
Speaker 1: marathon of an episode. Hopefully you were able to participate.
0:09
Speaker 1: And to those of you that did participate and were
0:12
Speaker 1: asking questions and engaging, thank you very much for joining me.
0:16
Speaker 1: It was a lot of fun. I had a blast
0:19
Speaker 1: and I always end up learning a little bit as
0:22
Speaker 1: well as tossing out a bit of information myself. So
0:28
Speaker 1: it's always pleasurable when we get together like that. And
0:32
Speaker 1: it'll be going on every Sunday now. But what I
0:36
Speaker 1: decided is one of the Sundays each month, I'll do
0:40
Speaker 1: the live stream a bit earlier. That way people in
0:44
Speaker 1: different time zones can participate as well. Because I know
0:48
Speaker 1: it's a bit restrictive for people in like, say, England.
0:52
Speaker 1: When I broadcast at 7, it's like 3 in the
0:54
Speaker 1: morning for them. So once a month, I will do
0:59
Speaker 1: a live stream on a Sunday in the afternoon. You know, 1,
1:05
Speaker 1: 2 o'clock Pacific Standard Time, something like that. That way,
1:09
Speaker 1: those of you who are in that time zone and
1:13
Speaker 1: you want to participate, you're not stuck, you know, staying
1:16
Speaker 1: up all night or waking up at 2 o'clock or
1:19
Speaker 1: 3 o'clock in the morning to jump on the live stream. So...
1:24
Speaker 1: That's what we have planned going forward for the live
1:27
Speaker 1: streams and for Sundays in general. And I couldn't be
1:31
Speaker 1: more pleased. Last night was, like I said, a bunch
1:35
Speaker 1: of fun. I really enjoyed doing it in that sort
1:38
Speaker 1: of format and having just a basically just like a
1:43
Speaker 1: Q & A session. It's a lot of fun. And
1:46
Speaker 1: there's a lot of chat inside of the comments. A
1:49
Speaker 1: lot of people sharing ideas, throwing things around. So it's
1:53
Speaker 1: certainly something that I think you would find beneficial and
1:57
Speaker 1: enjoyable if you follow the podcast on a regular basis
2:01
Speaker 1: and enjoy what we do here. So hopefully next Sunday,
2:05
Speaker 1: if you haven't been able to check it out, you'll
2:08
Speaker 1: be able to pop in and see if it's something
2:12
Speaker 1: you enjoy. Because I think that the engagement with the
2:16
Speaker 1: other listeners and other people who are interested in the case,
2:20
Speaker 1: it goes a long way, right? Thankfully, we have the
2:27
Speaker 1: ability to get together like that due to technology, and
2:30
Speaker 1: we're going to continue to do so. All right, folks. So,
2:35
Speaker 1: you know, we've been hammering the financial aspect here on
2:40
Speaker 1: the Jeffrey Epstein show. And during the live stream last night,
2:43
Speaker 1: I was talking about an article I was going to
2:46
Speaker 1: share this morning that goes a little bit into how
2:50
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was turning and burning IPOs and And how
2:55
Speaker 1: that was a huge, huge source of wealth for him. Now,
3:01
Speaker 1: we know he's not some financial guru. We've established that.
3:05
Speaker 1: We know that he is not some sort of Oracle
3:07
Speaker 1: of Omaha. And we know that this guy isn't, you know,
3:12
Speaker 1: really out there on Wall Street with this huge name
3:17
Speaker 1: where people think, oh, yeah, that's Jeffrey Epstein. This dude's
3:20
Speaker 1: a stock whiz. That wasn't the case. And they tried
3:24
Speaker 1: to pump it to us like it was, right? The
3:26
Speaker 1: narrative was he's this wealthy financier. And I just, the
3:32
Speaker 1: proof really isn't in the pudding, to tell you the truth.
3:37
Speaker 1: It looks like Jeffrey Epstein, the way he was getting
3:40
Speaker 1: a lot of his money was via these underwritten IPOs
3:45
Speaker 1: that are basically guaranteed by the banks. So they'd, you know,
3:49
Speaker 1: toss him these hot IPOs. And Jeffrey Epstein and his
3:53
Speaker 1: shell companies, like we talked about, would turn and burn
3:56
Speaker 1: them for a good profit. Basically a guaranteed profit. And
4:01
Speaker 1: in the world of finance, the word guaranteed very rarely
4:05
Speaker 1: comes along.
4:07
Speaker 2: So when you have the ability to have underwritten stock
4:13
Speaker 2: options thrown your way by these institutions, you automatically have
4:18
Speaker 2: a leg up.
4:19
Speaker 1: Never mind the financial... uh privilege that you have but
4:23
Speaker 1: now on top of it you're getting all of the
4:27
Speaker 1: goodies all of the extras even after they knew what
4:31
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was and that's the rub here right I'm
4:34
Speaker 1: not talking about prior to his arrest they'd at least
4:38
Speaker 1: be able to defend themselves then ah we didn't know
4:41
Speaker 1: even if we don't believe that statement they'd at least
4:46
Speaker 1: have a defensible position but this was going on after
4:49
Speaker 1: his arrest This was going on after everybody knew what
4:53
Speaker 1: sort of slimy scumbag this dude was. But they didn't care.
4:58
Speaker 1: They were still offering him them IPOs. They were still
5:01
Speaker 1: offering him the hot stocks for him to make a
5:03
Speaker 1: quick profit off of. And all because he was steering
5:08
Speaker 1: business back their way. It is an absolutely parasite type
5:16
Speaker 1: of relationship. The way they feed off of each other.
5:21
Speaker 1: I really hope with the new anti-money laundering regulations that
5:25
Speaker 1: were stuffed in the bill that was just passed, the NDAA,
5:31
Speaker 1: that we start to see some teeth when it comes
5:34
Speaker 1: to money laundering and these people who are involved in
5:38
Speaker 1: this sort of thing. Let's hope that some repercussions are
5:42
Speaker 1: coming down the pipe and that we won't just get
5:46
Speaker 1: these ridiculous rulings where the companies have to pay some money. Like,
5:51
Speaker 1: they don't... Look, I get it. It's a lot of money, right?
5:54
Speaker 1: $ 150 million. Nothing to sneeze at for us. But for
5:57
Speaker 1: the bank? It's pennies on the dollar. And they're not
6:01
Speaker 1: paying it anyway. The stockholders are. You are. You're paying
6:04
Speaker 1: that 26% finance fee, right? On your Hyundai. You're paying it, folks. So,
6:12
Speaker 1: these people... They really thought that their relationships with Epstein
6:16
Speaker 1: weren't going to be put on blast and they thought
6:18
Speaker 1: they were going to skate by for all of these
6:20
Speaker 1: years and all of this time the way they always have.
6:24
Speaker 1: But they had no idea what was in store for
6:29
Speaker 1: them in 2020. And they certainly have no idea what's
6:34
Speaker 1: coming down the pipe in 2021. Because the foot is
6:38
Speaker 1: just now pressing down on the accelerator, right? We haven't even,
6:43
Speaker 1: what are we in third gear now or so? We
6:46
Speaker 1: haven't even really seen the freeway speeds that are coming
6:50
Speaker 1: in this case. And there's going to be a lot
6:52
Speaker 1: of them. There's going to be a lot of craziness
6:56
Speaker 1: going on in this case. A lot of people being
7:02
Speaker 1: dragged into it that are going to have to answer
7:04
Speaker 1: questions that have tried to avoid it for a long time.
7:08
Speaker 1: And hopefully we'll see the legacy media do their job
7:13
Speaker 1: And start pursuing some of these leads. The way that
7:15
Speaker 1: these leads should be pursued. Because as of now. We
7:21
Speaker 1: know that's not the case. We know that. All the
7:24
Speaker 1: way up until 2015 even. Amy Robach. And her. Goons
7:30
Speaker 1: were killing stories at. ABC. And even after. You know
7:37
Speaker 1: we had the leaked tape. We heard what went on.
7:40
Speaker 1: We know that they. squashed it because of access to
7:43
Speaker 1: the royals. And we even have Robach on wax saying
7:48
Speaker 1: that she doesn't believe Epstein killed himself either. But none
7:52
Speaker 1: of that ever was going to see the air. None
7:55
Speaker 1: of that was ever going to be put out into
7:58
Speaker 1: the public sphere. Because at the end of the day,
8:01
Speaker 1: the legacy media doesn't respect you. They don't care about you.
8:05
Speaker 1: They think you're stupid as hell. And they think that
8:08
Speaker 1: no matter what sort of nonsense they pump, That you're
8:11
Speaker 1: going to buy it hook, line, and sinker. And for
8:15
Speaker 1: a long time, we all did, right? We turned on
8:17
Speaker 1: the news and we figured, all right, this shit's on ABC.
8:20
Speaker 1: This shit's on CBS and NBC. And all right, this
8:24
Speaker 1: has to be the truth. But we know that's not
8:26
Speaker 1: the case. We know now for sure that the legacy
8:31
Speaker 1: media is playing their own game. And the best interest
8:35
Speaker 1: of the public most certainly isn't their end goal. And
8:43
Speaker 1: we've seen that on steroids in the Jeffrey Epstein case
8:47
Speaker 1: time and time again. So when they don't dig into
8:52
Speaker 1: the finances, when they don't talk about things like this,
8:56
Speaker 1: like they should be, well, it makes you wonder why.
9:00
Speaker 1: And I would think that the IPOs, the stock market
9:07
Speaker 1: moves Epstein was making, and the institutions that were underwriting
9:12
Speaker 1: these IPOs that Epstein was afforded, I think that that
9:16
Speaker 1: would be a bigger part of the story. It's a
9:21
Speaker 1: huge deal. This is, in my opinion, one of the
9:25
Speaker 1: huge ways Jeffrey Epstein was bringing in money. And it
9:31
Speaker 1: is something that I think, as the story moves forward,
9:35
Speaker 1: is going to come to the forefront if... The financial
9:40
Speaker 1: portion of this is truly investigated and prosecuted in the
9:45
Speaker 1: manner that it should be. Because everything is there for
9:48
Speaker 1: them right here, folks. It all just comes down to
9:51
Speaker 1: willpower at this point. How much further are they willing
9:55
Speaker 1: to go besides Maxwell, Brunel, the Corp 4? How much
10:00
Speaker 1: further are they willing to go to really put their
10:04
Speaker 1: boot to the neck of all of these people that
10:08
Speaker 1: were involved financially as well? They have the basis here.
10:12
Speaker 1: They have the circumstantial evidence. They have the probable cause.
10:17
Speaker 1: The question is, Do they have the willpower? And I
10:22
Speaker 1: guess the answer to that is undetermined. I guess we'll
10:25
Speaker 1: have to see. But today's article is from Wall Street
10:29
Speaker 1: on Parade. If you're not familiar with it, it's kind
10:34
Speaker 1: of like a guide to Wall Street for citizens, like
10:38
Speaker 1: a layman's blog sort of, where they cover a bunch
10:41
Speaker 1: of different things that are going on on Wall Street,
10:43
Speaker 1: a bunch of the crooks on Wall Street, etc., etc.,
10:47
Speaker 1: So if you're not familiar with Wall Street on Parade
10:49
Speaker 1: and you're interested in this financial chase that we're on here,
10:54
Speaker 1: it's certainly a cool website to check out and put
10:57
Speaker 1: into your rotation. So this article was authored by Pam
11:02
Speaker 1: Martins and Russ Martins, July 15th of 2019.
11:05
Speaker 2: Headline.
11:09
Speaker 1: Tax filing suggests child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein made his
11:14
Speaker 1: wealth flipping hot IPOs on Wall Street. And now this
11:18
Speaker 1: plays right into our article that we read recently from
11:22
Speaker 1: Barron's that was talking about the same thing. The IPOs
11:26
Speaker 1: that were afforded by Morgan Stanley and other institutions where
11:33
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was given these IPOs, you know, the rights
11:37
Speaker 1: to them and able to grab them up from the bank.
11:41
Speaker 1: And then he was able to flip them right away
11:45
Speaker 1: and make a guaranteed profit with basically no chance at
11:49
Speaker 1: a risk of loss. And this was something that he
11:53
Speaker 1: was doing a lot, prevalently. And it's something that definitely
11:58
Speaker 1: needs to be brought to light and spoken on a
12:01
Speaker 1: bit more. Jeffrey Epstein is variously called a billionaire, a
12:10
Speaker 1: hedge fund manager, or a financier in the hundreds of
12:13
Speaker 1: articles that have appeared in print this month. Pedophile is
12:18
Speaker 1: the correct term, by the way. But no one can
12:22
Speaker 1: say with any certainty how Epstein obtained his wealth or
12:26
Speaker 1: exactly how much wealth he actually has. We've located a
12:30
Speaker 1: highly interesting ledger from one of his non-profit tax filings,
12:34
Speaker 1: which shows he was able to get his hands on
12:37
Speaker 1: highly preferential hot IPOs, initial public offerings, and flip them
12:43
Speaker 1: on their first day of trading. We'll explore that in
12:46
Speaker 1: detail shortly, but first, some background. And this is just
12:51
Speaker 1: more context on that article from Barron's. This is about
12:54
Speaker 1: the same situation, right? Like I said last night on
12:57
Speaker 1: the live stream, I wanted to talk about it a
12:58
Speaker 1: little bit more and add a little more context. And
13:02
Speaker 1: with the news being slow, this is the perfect time
13:04
Speaker 1: to do it. And when these IPOs come out, it's
13:11
Speaker 1: a big deal, right? For instance, when I was promoted
13:15
Speaker 1: to a management position with Canter Fitzgerald, they were talking
13:19
Speaker 1: about taking our company public, Canter Gaming. So part of
13:25
Speaker 1: my package to sign on into a management position was,
13:30
Speaker 1: was shares of the IPO if it ever went public.
13:33
Speaker 1: And I was given X amount of shares as part
13:36
Speaker 1: of my package. And if the company ever went public
13:39
Speaker 1: like it was supposed to, well, I would have been
13:41
Speaker 1: in the money, you know, with however many shares I had,
13:45
Speaker 1: what they were worth, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. But
13:47
Speaker 1: what happens with people like Epstein, it's that, but on steroids, right?
13:52
Speaker 1: These people are, they're handpicked who's afforded these benefits. These
13:59
Speaker 1: people are handpicked who's going to get these tips and
14:01
Speaker 1: the access to these IPOs. And Jeffrey Epstein should not
14:06
Speaker 1: have had access to these things after his arrest. Before
14:08
Speaker 1: his arrest, again, it's debatable, right? We know there's scumbags
14:12
Speaker 1: in the finance world. But until it's proven, until you
14:17
Speaker 1: have tangible evidence, you can't really, you know, go too
14:21
Speaker 1: crazy about something. But with Epstein, we're talking about a
14:25
Speaker 1: guy who had already been convicted. and he was still
14:28
Speaker 1: being afforded these privileges. Jeffrey Epstein is due in federal
14:35
Speaker 1: court in Manhattan this morning to argue his case for
14:38
Speaker 1: being allowed to serve his time until trial under house
14:42
Speaker 1: arrest in his opulent $ 77 million mansion on the Upper
14:47
Speaker 1: East Side, rather than the drab confinements of jail. Now remember,
14:51
Speaker 1: this article is from 2019, a bit older, but Sometimes
14:57
Speaker 1: you have to dig back into the time machine to
15:00
Speaker 1: get the articles that are going to discuss the topics
15:04
Speaker 1: that are hot at hand. Because, once again, the legacy
15:07
Speaker 1: media hasn't dug any deeper. You know, they talk about
15:10
Speaker 1: this stuff, one or two articles, and then that's it. Nothing.
15:15
Speaker 1: No deeper dive, no context, and certainly no explanations about
15:20
Speaker 1: what any of it means. Epstein was arrested by federal
15:30
Speaker 1: prosecutors on Saturday, July 6th, and charged with sex trafficking
15:35
Speaker 1: of minors and sexually abusing dozens of underage girls at
15:39
Speaker 1: his mansions in Palm Beach, Manhattan, and potentially at other
15:45
Speaker 1: mansions he owns. Well, we know for a fact now
15:48
Speaker 1: that that's certainly the case. We know that the Virgin Islands,
15:52
Speaker 1: for sure, down at His island there was a hotspot
15:56
Speaker 1: for him to abuse people and traffic girls. And certainly
16:01
Speaker 1: Zorro Ranch. I'm not going to go off on my
16:03
Speaker 1: usual tangent about Zorro Ranch right now. But you all
16:07
Speaker 1: know where I stand on that place. There are a
16:12
Speaker 1: multitude of strong arguments against releasing this man from jail. Ostensibly,
16:18
Speaker 1: Epstein should have begun serving a life sentence a decade ago...
16:22
Speaker 1: after Palm Beach, Florida police compiled sexual assault and trafficking
16:26
Speaker 1: evidence from more than 40 young women and gave it
16:30
Speaker 1: to the FBI. And therein lies the crux of the
16:33
Speaker 1: whole entire problem. You see, a lot of people will
16:37
Speaker 1: want to point at, you know, the figureheads who have
16:41
Speaker 1: taken the forefront of this case, right? Like people like
16:44
Speaker 1: Virginia and Annie and Courtney, all of the girls who
16:47
Speaker 1: have come forward and have spoken up publicly about They're
16:51
Speaker 1: the de facto face of this. But we have to
16:53
Speaker 1: remember that there are other unnamed girls, girls that have
16:57
Speaker 1: never come forward or who have never had their chance to,
17:01
Speaker 1: you know, speak on it in public because they're still
17:05
Speaker 1: scared or they're still suffering whatever sort of issues that
17:10
Speaker 1: they might be suffering due to the abuse. So I
17:14
Speaker 1: know when I speak, when I, you know, talk about
17:16
Speaker 1: Virginia or Annie or, you know, any of the girls...
17:20
Speaker 1: I mean every one of them. Every one of them.
17:25
Speaker 1: You know, especially the ones who are unnamed, who have
17:28
Speaker 1: not come forward to tell their story. And how many
17:33
Speaker 1: more are there that we don't even know about? I mean,
17:38
Speaker 1: according to accounts by some of the survivors, we're talking
17:43
Speaker 1: into the thousands, folks, of girls that were possibly abused
17:48
Speaker 1: by Jeffrey Epstein and company. So it's pretty wild to
17:56
Speaker 1: think how many girls were involved in this. And I'm
18:00
Speaker 1: talking about in Palm Beach alone even. These little high
18:04
Speaker 1: school girls. And that's why I think that the NPA,
18:09
Speaker 1: the non-prosecution agreement down there, I think it's one of
18:12
Speaker 1: the many reasons, but one of the key reasons is
18:17
Speaker 1: the whole entire thing has to be blown up. And
18:20
Speaker 1: what happened in that grand jury has to be known.
18:23
Speaker 1: And everybody who took part in making sure that Jeffrey
18:26
Speaker 1: Epstein was able to skirt out on this... Has to
18:29
Speaker 1: take responsibility for their part. And whatever sanctions or criminal
18:34
Speaker 1: penalties are coming their way... Well, they need to start coming.
18:40
Speaker 1: Because what happened in Florida is a travesty. We're talking
18:44
Speaker 1: about high school girls here, folks. 100%. Not even a question.
18:48
Speaker 1: No debate. little girls from Palm Beach High School. A
19:01
Speaker 1: sweetheart deal was instead crafted in that case during a
19:05
Speaker 1: meeting by his lawyer and federal prosecutor, Alex Acosta, which
19:09
Speaker 1: resulted in Epstein serving only 13 months in a private
19:13
Speaker 1: wing of the Palm Beach County Jail. Adding insult to injury,
19:18
Speaker 1: The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Department allowed Epstein to leave
19:21
Speaker 1: the jail from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. in a
19:24
Speaker 1: work release program six days a week during the final
19:28
Speaker 1: 10 months of his incarceration. So we all know how
19:34
Speaker 1: bad this is. We all know how gross this is.
19:38
Speaker 1: And we all know that none of us would ever
19:41
Speaker 1: be afforded the same rights. The fact that he was
19:46
Speaker 1: able to get out of this jail cell. even in
19:50
Speaker 1: the middle of the sweetheart deal he already had is
19:53
Speaker 1: just another another step too far and it's just brazen
19:59
Speaker 1: at this point how they're basically throwing it in the
20:02
Speaker 1: face of the survivors and the public that no matter
20:06
Speaker 1: what Jeffrey Epstein or somebody in his a class of
20:10
Speaker 1: people do, there's not going to be any repercussions for them.
20:14
Speaker 1: So why should anybody in the future who would think
20:18
Speaker 1: about doing the same thing have second thoughts if Epstein
20:21
Speaker 1: isn't punished harshly, if Maxwell isn't punished harshly? That's why
20:26
Speaker 1: it's very important to make sure that whatever the law
20:31
Speaker 1: dictates in regards to Maxwell going forward as far as
20:34
Speaker 1: her crimes, that she is prosecuted to the fullest extent
20:38
Speaker 1: of the law. Acosta advanced the secretary of the U.S.
20:46
Speaker 1: Labor Department. Wait for it. The federal agency in charge
20:49
Speaker 1: of sex trafficking. Acosta resigned on Friday after widespread media
20:54
Speaker 1: reports of his involvement in the Epstein case. And it
20:58
Speaker 1: was a bad look from the very beginning. Acosta being
21:01
Speaker 1: the head of the department. It is just, I never
21:05
Speaker 1: understood why Trump would have all of these sort of
21:11
Speaker 1: people around him. It's just gross. It's bad leadership. It's
21:15
Speaker 1: just terrible all around. And then you add Dershowitz to
21:19
Speaker 1: the mix and Steve Mnuchin. I mean, how many fellow travelers?
21:26
Speaker 1: Another strong reason to keep Epstein is in jail is
21:29
Speaker 1: under his plea deal in Florida. He is registered as
21:32
Speaker 1: a level three sex offender in New York and his
21:35
Speaker 1: mansion is located just blocks from the Hewitt K through
21:39
Speaker 1: 12 all girls school. Yep. There you go. That was
21:42
Speaker 1: plenty there for me. This dude, as a sex offender,
21:46
Speaker 1: should not be around any sort of school. In fact,
21:49
Speaker 1: he should have been buried underneath the prison like I
21:52
Speaker 1: always talk about, but since he wasn't, the least you
21:55
Speaker 1: could do is make sure that he's not around the school.
21:58
Speaker 1: Not like it would stop him, but at the very least,
22:01
Speaker 1: can we follow the rules that everybody else has to follow, please?
22:07
Speaker 1: When authorities raided his Manhattan mansion in conjunction with his
22:11
Speaker 1: recent arrest... They found hundreds of pictures of naked young
22:14
Speaker 1: girls in a safe in his house, according to a
22:17
Speaker 1: statement from prosecutors. And I think that we'll see those pictures,
22:22
Speaker 1: not us, the public, but during trial. Those pictures will
22:27
Speaker 1: probably be used to help them get their prosecution against
22:31
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell and others who were involved. And finally, prosecutors
22:39
Speaker 1: argued in a filing with the court on Friday that
22:42
Speaker 1: that Epstein has paid $ 250, 000 and $ 100, 000 respectively to two
22:48
Speaker 1: potential co-conspirators as recently as the past year, ostensibly to
22:54
Speaker 1: buy their silence. Epstein had multiple persons procuring underage women
22:59
Speaker 1: for him to abuse, including employees and others, according to
23:04
Speaker 1: multiple lawsuits against him. And last night in the live stream,
23:09
Speaker 1: We talked a little bit about this, about the bribe money,
23:13
Speaker 1: the hush money, the payoff money, and the silly ass
23:17
Speaker 1: salaries that the core four were drawing to be assistants.
23:21
Speaker 1: None of it made sense. And it's obvious that the
23:23
Speaker 1: money that was paid out to the two co-conspirators during
23:27
Speaker 1: this whole entire time, one of them Vickers and the
23:31
Speaker 1: other one, Leslie Groff, I believe, is just absurd for
23:35
Speaker 1: anyone to think, what is this, a bonus? Oh, yeah,
23:38
Speaker 1: you know, I'm about to go to prison and I'm in,
23:40
Speaker 1: you know, my finances are under investigation and this, that
23:43
Speaker 1: and the other thing. But here's a few hundred grand
23:45
Speaker 1: for you guys to just, you know, roll around. And
23:47
Speaker 1: it doesn't make sense. Not with Epstein. Remember who we're
23:51
Speaker 1: dealing with? This guy, you weren't going to divorce him
23:55
Speaker 1: from his money. Very cheap man. Very cheap man. The
24:02
Speaker 1: public's right to know how Epstein made his money is
24:04
Speaker 1: essential to understanding just how much he has gotten away
24:08
Speaker 1: with under the nose of the FBI and the U.S.
24:11
Speaker 1: Department of Just Us and a full listing of just
24:15
Speaker 1: whom his co-conspirators are. Powerful men flew on his private planes,
24:21
Speaker 1: one of which was called the Lolita Express, and stayed
24:24
Speaker 1: at his private mansions. Were they paying him to secure
24:28
Speaker 1: young women for them or getting him access to hot IPOs?
24:32
Speaker 1: The Miami Herald investigative reporter, Julie K. Brown, who may
24:36
Speaker 1: have forced New York prosecutors into revisiting the case against
24:40
Speaker 1: Epstein through her in-depth series of articles in November of
24:44
Speaker 1: last year, stated this recently on television. So it's definitely possible, right?
24:50
Speaker 1: These guys that were hooking them up with the IPOs,
24:53
Speaker 1: Were they in on getting girls procured for them? Possibly.
24:58
Speaker 1: These unnamed girls from Eastern Europe, these girls without a voice,
25:02
Speaker 1: who knows what they were subjected to while they were here.
25:06
Speaker 1: And while we have no reports from the survivors per
25:10
Speaker 1: se about a guy like Jess Staley or Leon Black
25:15
Speaker 1: or any of these other people, at the end of
25:18
Speaker 1: the day, who the hell knows what really occurred? And
25:22
Speaker 1: that's why the investigation is so important. And that's why
25:25
Speaker 1: these people who have been subpoenaed or who might be involved,
25:28
Speaker 1: it's important that they come forward and speak to the
25:30
Speaker 1: authorities if they want to clear their name. If not,
25:33
Speaker 1: then they're just opening up the door for people to
25:38
Speaker 1: come to their own conclusions according to the evidence that's available.
25:45
Speaker 1: We don't know how much, how deep this went, how
25:48
Speaker 1: far reaching it went in government. But there have been
25:51
Speaker 1: a lot of names that I could see on these
25:53
Speaker 1: message pads listing clients on a regular basis as part
25:57
Speaker 1: of the evidence. These message pads were they where they
26:02
Speaker 1: would call and leave Epstein messages such as I'm at
26:05
Speaker 1: this hotel. Why do you do that unless you're expecting
26:08
Speaker 1: him to send you a girl to visit you at
26:11
Speaker 1: your hotel? So there are probably quite a few important people,
26:15
Speaker 1: powerful people who are sweating it out right now. We'll
26:19
Speaker 1: have to wait and see whether Epstein is going to
26:21
Speaker 1: name names. And it's kind of chilling to look back
26:24
Speaker 1: at that, right? That's what everybody was waiting for. Everybody
26:27
Speaker 1: was on the edge of their seat waiting for Epstein
26:31
Speaker 1: to name some names. But before that could happen, Jeffrey
26:37
Speaker 1: Epstein died in the custody of the federal government. And
26:41
Speaker 1: if you're a trusting person and you believe what Darth
26:45
Speaker 1: Barr has to say, well, it was just a simple
26:48
Speaker 1: case of suicide, folks. Meanwhile, you got Julie K. Brown here.
26:54
Speaker 1: Even Julie K. Brown, mainstream media herself, talking about how
26:59
Speaker 1: far this could reach in the government and the names
27:01
Speaker 1: on the message pads and how people are sweating it out.
27:05
Speaker 1: You know, I'm certainly not a genius or anything, but
27:08
Speaker 1: two plus two equals four to me. Or Epstein may
27:14
Speaker 1: have been like Bernie Madoff, making money through numerous illegal activities,
27:18
Speaker 1: including a Ponzi scheme. See, JP Morgan and Madoff were
27:22
Speaker 1: facilitating nesting doll-style frauds within frauds. It's a hyperlink within
27:27
Speaker 1: this article, and you can definitely click on it if
27:30
Speaker 1: you're interested in finding out more about that. You can
27:33
Speaker 1: definitely click there and do that. According to an affidavit
27:38
Speaker 1: filed in court by Epstein's former business partner, Stephen Hoffenberg
27:42
Speaker 1: of Towers Financial, Epstein's early wealth derives from a Ponzi
27:46
Speaker 1: scheme that put Hoffenberg behind bars for 20 years. And
27:52
Speaker 1: I'm not going to rehash that. Everyone's pretty familiar with
27:55
Speaker 1: Steve Hoffenberg's story and his situation with Epstein. And it's
28:00
Speaker 1: not even... a question for me, how Epstein was getting
28:04
Speaker 1: his money. We know it was due to illegal activity.
28:08
Speaker 1: And I would guess, I don't have evidence of this,
28:11
Speaker 1: but I would guess that he was afforded protection from
28:14
Speaker 1: the FBI and the CIA or whoever, if he would
28:18
Speaker 1: help them by ratting on other people in this industry.
28:22
Speaker 1: And if you think he's above ratting on people, you're mistaken.
28:25
Speaker 1: He was an information broker, right? And he would sell
28:28
Speaker 1: that information or trade it at a moment's notice. If
28:35
Speaker 1: Epstein was a hedge fund manager, it was a big
28:38
Speaker 1: secret to other well-known hedge fund managers on Wall Street.
28:42
Speaker 1: Doug Cass, who has his ear very close to this
28:45
Speaker 1: street and has managed money on Wall Street for decades,
28:48
Speaker 1: told New York Magazine last week, I went to my
28:51
Speaker 1: institutional brokers, to their trading desks, and I asked if
28:55
Speaker 1: they ever traded with them. I did it a few
28:57
Speaker 1: times until the date when he was arrested. Not one
29:01
Speaker 1: institutional trading desk, primary or secondary, had ever traded with
29:06
Speaker 1: Epstein's firm. And that is damning. Very damning, folks. I've
29:13
Speaker 1: heard this from a lot of insiders within Wall Street,
29:15
Speaker 1: a lot of people who work in the sector, and
29:19
Speaker 1: a lot of people who laugh out loud when people
29:22
Speaker 1: try and posit Epstein as this great financier, this Wall
29:27
Speaker 1: Street guru genius, because it just doesn't fit with the
29:32
Speaker 1: real facts on the ground. But there is some anecdotal
29:37
Speaker 1: evidence that Epstein may have been trading in the 2016
29:41
Speaker 1: non-fiction book filthy rich a powerful billionaire the sex scandal
29:46
Speaker 1: that undid him and all the justice that money can
29:50
Speaker 1: buy the shocking true story of jeffrey epstein By James Patterson,
29:54
Speaker 1: John Connolly, and contributor Tim Malloy, there is a reference
29:58
Speaker 1: to one of the planes then owned by Epstein, a
30:02
Speaker 1: Boeing 727, that the writers say was customized with its
30:06
Speaker 1: own trading floor. Yeah, he was doing trading, there's no doubt.
30:11
Speaker 1: He definitely was playing the market and, you know, dipping
30:17
Speaker 1: his toes. But he was no guru, right? He wasn't some...
30:22
Speaker 1: super intelligent financier whiz that was so smart that Leon
30:27
Speaker 1: Black and Les Wexner had to seek out his help
30:31
Speaker 1: or one of the Johnsons. Stop it. All right, just
30:35
Speaker 1: stop it with that nonsense. No one's buying that. So
30:40
Speaker 1: we did some digging into one of the few financial
30:42
Speaker 1: documents involving Epstein that are not under seal. A federal
30:47
Speaker 1: 990 tax filing for his nonprofit called, wait for it,
30:51
Speaker 1: Gratitude America. The last page of that document lists dozens
30:55
Speaker 1: of publicly traded stocks that were held in the portfolio,
30:59
Speaker 1: the majority of which were bought and sold on the
31:01
Speaker 1: same day. In the lingo of Wall Street trade of
31:05
Speaker 1: Wall Street, that's called day trading. And it is virtually
31:09
Speaker 1: unheard of in an investment portfolio for a taxpayer subsidized
31:14
Speaker 1: nonprofit charity. So what they're basically saying here is that
31:19
Speaker 1: this is obviously bupkis, this is obviously BS, and that
31:24
Speaker 1: it is virtually unheard of for something like this to
31:28
Speaker 1: be part of the portfolio of a non-prof. So what
31:32
Speaker 1: was Epstein really doing with Gratitude America? There are some
31:39
Speaker 1: modest losses among the day-traded stocks, but there are also
31:42
Speaker 1: some eye-popping gains on IPO offerings that spiked on their
31:46
Speaker 1: first day of trading. The average American can't get their
31:49
Speaker 1: hands on 100 shares of a hot IPO stock, let
31:52
Speaker 1: alone in the quantities that Epstein's ledger suggests he secured.
31:57
Speaker 1: No shit. We're not playing the game. We're not part
32:01
Speaker 1: of the game. That two-tier justice system is also the
32:07
Speaker 1: two-tiered system of life that these people live on. And
32:11
Speaker 1: I said it earlier and I'll say it again. Nobody's
32:14
Speaker 1: calling you from the bank offering you a hot IPO.
32:18
Speaker 1: That shit ain't happening, okay? But if you're Jeffrey Epstein,
32:21
Speaker 1: the child abuser, the child molester, the sex trafficker, the
32:24
Speaker 1: human trafficker, the money launderer, the general all-around scuzzbag and
32:28
Speaker 1: companion to the bipedal serpent, it is game on, folks!
32:37
Speaker 1: For example, on October 18th, 2017, the gain loss ledger
32:42
Speaker 1: shows that someone representing the charity bought and sold two,
32:47
Speaker 1: two and a half million lots for a total of
32:50
Speaker 1: five million shares of a Chinese company called Quiddian Incorporated,
32:55
Speaker 1: which trades as an ADR, American Depository Receipt on the
33:00
Speaker 1: New York Stock Exchange. Quadian went public at $ 24 a
33:06
Speaker 1: share on the exact same date that Epstein shows that
33:09
Speaker 1: he both bought and sold the stock, flipping a hot
33:12
Speaker 1: IPO as it is known in the trade. Epstein's charity
33:16
Speaker 1: made a gain of $ 35, 689 on the two lots. But
33:22
Speaker 1: the dollar amounts listed as to what he paid and
33:24
Speaker 1: what he sold the shares for indicate that the charity
33:28
Speaker 1: held just two lots of $ 2, 500 each or a total
33:29
Speaker 1: of 5,000 shares. not the 5 million shares listed under
33:36
Speaker 1: the quantity column of the ledger. So they were cooking
33:39
Speaker 1: the books, bullshitting around, quite obvious what was going on.
33:43
Speaker 1: And what, you think it was just Epstein doing this?
33:46
Speaker 1: I bet you dollars to donuts that Mr. Indyke was involved.
33:52
Speaker 1: I don't have the evidence to prove that, but my
33:55
Speaker 1: guess would be that the in-house lawyer would be very
33:59
Speaker 1: much involved in something like this. All other dollar amounts
34:04
Speaker 1: for other stock trades indicate the same thing, that three
34:07
Speaker 1: extra zeros have been added under the quantity column. We
34:11
Speaker 1: don't know if this is an error in the quantity
34:13
Speaker 1: column or if Epstein was able to actually secure vast
34:16
Speaker 1: amounts of hot IPOs and simply allocated a portion of
34:20
Speaker 1: the profits to his charity. We can say this. Getting
34:25
Speaker 1: any sizable quantity of a hot IPO means you have
34:28
Speaker 1: some powerful friends somewhere with powerful connections to Wall Street. Yeah,
34:35
Speaker 1: that is definitely the case. That's why we're doing this
34:38
Speaker 1: article today. That's why we're talking about this again. I
34:41
Speaker 1: want to drive home the point that these IPOs are
34:44
Speaker 1: not something that's offered to everybody. It's not me and
34:47
Speaker 1: you who are getting this. Not your Uncle Joe. Not
34:50
Speaker 1: even your rich friend John. Nobody's getting this unless you're
34:54
Speaker 1: locked in and you're friends, I mean really friends, with
34:58
Speaker 1: the movers and the shakers on Wall Street. A sampling
35:03
Speaker 1: of other hot IPOs shown on his charity's gain-loss ledger
35:07
Speaker 1: include Roku, the streaming video company that went public on
35:11
Speaker 1: September 28, 2017. Epstein acquired it at its initial listing
35:17
Speaker 1: price of $ 14 a share and flipped it the next
35:21
Speaker 1: day at approximately $ 26. 33 a share. it's not clear if
35:26
Speaker 1: trading commissions have been subtracted from the sales proceeds. That's
35:30
Speaker 1: an 88% gain for less than a 24-hour holding period. Now,
35:35
Speaker 1: I know that's a lot for people who aren't really
35:38
Speaker 1: into the stock market, that don't really understand day trading
35:41
Speaker 1: and stuff like that. But if you're getting an 88%
35:44
Speaker 1: return on your trades, you are killing it. And you're
35:48
Speaker 1: setting yourself up to have a lot of money in
35:50
Speaker 1: the long run. But this guy, Jeffrey Epstein... and the
35:55
Speaker 1: way he was getting these IPOs, it's not because he's
35:58
Speaker 1: some great financier. There was some sort of quid pro
36:03
Speaker 1: quo going on here. I do for you, you do
36:06
Speaker 1: for me, and we all get rich and laugh at
36:08
Speaker 1: everybody else. That's what's going on here, in my opinion.
36:14
Speaker 1: Another IPO obtained was the email marketing company, SendGrid, which
36:19
Speaker 1: he flipped on the first day of trading in November
36:21
Speaker 1: 15th of 2017. for a gain of 13.8% in one day.
36:28
Speaker 1: So again, these are huge gains, not the 88%, but
36:31
Speaker 1: if you can get 13% on your investment and you're
36:35
Speaker 1: investing big money, folks, that's a big clip. And you're
36:40
Speaker 1: going to make things, you're going to be very profitable
36:43
Speaker 1: if you're reaping those kinds of rewards. The charity's game
36:48
Speaker 1: loss ledger shows that, in dollar terms, his largest profit
36:52
Speaker 1: came from a position in Tencent Holdings, the Chinese internet company.
36:57
Speaker 1: He bought his position on two dates in 2016 and
36:59
Speaker 1: sold both lots on August 14, 2017 for a gain
37:00
Speaker 1: of $ 693, 412 in a little over a year's time. We'll
37:13
Speaker 1: be reaching out to the accounting firm that filed this
37:15
Speaker 1: tax return to inquire why the quantity column for the
37:18
Speaker 1: shares of stock shows three extra zeros versus the dollar
37:23
Speaker 1: amounts realized in the purchase and sales columns. So this
37:29
Speaker 1: gives you just a little bit more of a look, folks,
37:31
Speaker 1: at how Epstein was conducting himself, at how he was conducting,
37:35
Speaker 1: at the very least, a portion of his business. And
37:39
Speaker 1: he was getting these IPOs. They were hot, they were guaranteed,
37:43
Speaker 1: they were underwritten by the institutions, and he was burning
37:48
Speaker 1: them for huge profits at 88% a clip. Or in
37:52
Speaker 1: just over a year, a $ 693, 000 plus some change profit.
37:59
Speaker 1: Not a bad year's work if you can get it, huh?
38:01
Speaker 1: Not a bad year's work with your passive money making
38:05
Speaker 1: money for you. The only problem is, They were doing
38:11
Speaker 1: this business with a convicted sex offender and one of
38:16
Speaker 1: the scummiest people in the country. Maybe in the whole world,
38:19
Speaker 1: in fact. And now that the doors are blown off
38:25
Speaker 1: of all of this, Jeffrey Epstein's gone and dead, but
38:30
Speaker 1: these institutions still remain. And folks, it's about time they
38:35
Speaker 1: start answering some questions. If you'd like to contact me,
