Former teacher and West Virginia state legislator David Elliott Pritt, 36, faces serious federal charges including child sexual exploitation, enticement, and witness tampering after being indicted Wednesday. Arrested in July while still teaching in Fayette County and serving in the state House, he has since stepped down from office and lost his job. U.S. Attorney Moore Capito is urging anyone with information to come forward through the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office as the investigation continues.
