- 1:36Speaker 3: This is Wayne Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital
- 1:40Speaker 3: of the world, Las Vegas. What time is it? It's
- 1:44Speaker 3: time for War! Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100%
- 1:51Speaker 3: American made, the warrior, Wayne Allen Root.
- 2:08Speaker 4: Alright, we're on the route, the route, the route, the
- 2:10Speaker 4: route is on fire. Welcome to the show. I hope
- 2:13Speaker 4: we're good audio-wise. We're having some real problems with Comrex,
- 2:16Speaker 4: which is how we connect to our studios all over
- 2:21Speaker 4: the country. We've got studios in Denver, studios in Kansas City,
- 2:24Speaker 4: studios in Minnesota. And everybody's working somewhere else on our show,
- 2:29Speaker 4: whether it's TV, whether it's podcast, whether it's radio, plus
- 2:31Speaker 4: our studios in Las Vegas. And we were having audio problems,
- 2:35Speaker 4: but they tell me they've been cleared up. Are we
- 2:36Speaker 4: sounding good now, Jace? All good now. All right, good.
- 2:41Speaker 4: I mean, it started to work like one second before
- 2:43Speaker 4: we came on the air. So we were getting a
- 2:44Speaker 4: little nervous that we'd have to play a best of
- 2:46Speaker 4: Wayne for the last hour. But it appears that we
- 2:49Speaker 4: are OK. It appears that way. So let me read
- 2:52Speaker 4: you my commentary that I opened the show with. But again,
- 2:55Speaker 4: a lot of people listen to one hour versus the
- 2:57Speaker 4: other hour and don't hear it. And I like everyone
- 3:00Speaker 4: to hear these commentaries.
- 3:01Speaker 5: Very important.
- 3:02Speaker 4: It's titled A Reminder to Marjorie Taylor Greene and all
- 3:05Speaker 4: the Trump backstabbers and nonstop complainers. who have forgotten what
- 3:11Speaker 4: President Trump has accomplished for America and MAGA. Note to
- 3:14Speaker 4: all the Trump haters, backstabbers, and nonstop negative complainers in
- 3:18Speaker 4: the GOP and the MAGA movement, you get farther in
- 3:20Speaker 4: life seeing the glass as half full rather than half empty. First,
- 3:25Speaker 4: let's get this straight. I believe in free speech. I
- 3:27Speaker 4: believe in debate. A little disagreement is fine. It's healthy.
- 3:31Speaker 4: There's nothing wrong with disagreeing with President Trump. It's as
- 3:34Speaker 4: American as apple pie and Chevrolet. No one is saying
- 3:37Speaker 4: to not disagree. No one is saying to never disagree.
- 3:41Speaker 4: It's not about the disagreement. It's the way it's being done.
- 3:44Speaker 4: It's the way it's being conducted. It's the places where
- 3:48Speaker 4: you're doing it. I've disagreed with President Trump for five
- 3:51Speaker 4: years now on the topic of the COVID vaccine. But
- 3:55Speaker 4: I've sure never done it on CNN or The View.
- 3:58Speaker 4: to impress an audience that wants President Trump dead or
- 4:01Speaker 4: in prison for life and who openly celebrated and celebrates
- 4:06Speaker 4: the death of Charlie Kirk. I wouldn't give them the
- 4:09Speaker 4: time of day. I see the glass is half full. Yes,
- 4:12Speaker 4: the COVID vaccine is the biggest disaster in healthcare history
- 4:15Speaker 4: other than Obamacare. It's dangerous and deadly, but President Trump
- 4:20Speaker 4: never mandated it. Not one American was ever forced to
- 4:23Speaker 4: take it by President Trump. He understands children should have
- 4:26Speaker 4: never taken it and never have to take it and
- 4:29Speaker 4: never should take it. And he's given military members who
- 4:31Speaker 4: refuse the COVID jab their jobs back plus back pay.
- 4:36Speaker 4: You know what I call that? A win. Take it
- 4:38Speaker 4: and thank President Trump. As far as I'm concerned, we're
- 4:41Speaker 4: on the same general side. So I've managed over the
- 4:45Speaker 4: past five. That's how you see the glass as half full.
- 4:48Speaker 4: I've managed over the past five years to disagree over
- 4:51Speaker 4: that one issue while still supporting President Trump a thousand percent.
- 4:56Speaker 4: I managed to celebrate all his other fantastic achievements and
- 5:00Speaker 4: I defended him 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- 5:02Speaker 4: 365 days a year on my TV shows, radio shows, podcasts,
- 5:07Speaker 4: and columns. I've managed to disagree with Trump on that
- 5:10Speaker 4: one issue while pointing out that President Trump is the
- 5:12Speaker 4: greatest president of my lifetime and one of the greatest
- 5:15Speaker 4: of all time. I've managed to disagree on that one
- 5:18Speaker 4: issue while pointing out that without President Trump's superhuman efforts
- 5:21Speaker 4: over the past 10 years and three presidential elections, we'd
- 5:25Speaker 4: all be up you-know-what creek without a paddle. I've managed
- 5:29Speaker 4: to disagree with President Trump while first pointing out all
- 5:33Speaker 4: the good he's done, all the miracles he's accomplished, and
- 5:36Speaker 4: the mega success, not MAGA success, mega success he's brought
- 5:40Speaker 4: to the MAGA movement, America First, the GOP, and conservative patriots.
- 5:45Speaker 4: Like I say, without him, we'd be up, you know what,
- 5:47Speaker 4: without a creek, without a paddle. You know what's creek
- 5:50Speaker 4: without a paddle. Today, I disagree with President Trump on
- 5:55Speaker 4: a handful of issues. You know, Epstein, I said from
- 5:58Speaker 4: day one he should release the Epstein files. I disagree
- 6:01Speaker 4: with him on Ukraine. We should not be spending any
- 6:04Speaker 4: more money on Ukraine. I disagree with him that he
- 6:07Speaker 4: should not be spending all his time gallivanting around the
- 6:09Speaker 4: world with world leaders. You know, there are things I
- 6:12Speaker 4: disagree with him on. But I always manage to point
- 6:15Speaker 4: out that our great Republican hero, Ronald Reagan, said, the
- 6:20Speaker 4: person who agrees with you 80% of the time is
- 6:22Speaker 4: an 80% friend. and not a 20% enemies, right? If
- 6:27Speaker 4: you agree with me 80% of the time, we're friends, man.
- 6:31Speaker 4: So I agree with President Trump 95% of the time,
- 6:33Speaker 4: probably more. And I'm betting so do most MAGA voters.
- 6:38Speaker 4: One of my favorite sayings is always dance with the
- 6:41Speaker 4: one who brung you. In other words, always be loyal
- 6:45Speaker 4: and grateful to the person who saved your life or
- 6:47Speaker 4: made your life or made your career or made America
- 6:51Speaker 4: great again. The GOP was dead after Barack Obama. Dead
- 6:55Speaker 4: in the water. D-O-A. We'd lost to Bill Clinton twice
- 6:58Speaker 4: and Obama twice. We lost the popular vote for president
- 7:01Speaker 4: in five of the last six elections. And Hillary Clinton
- 7:04Speaker 4: was the huge prohibitive favorite to make it six out
- 7:07Speaker 4: of seven. If Hillary won, the odds are the GOP
- 7:10Speaker 4: would have never won again. Only Trump could have beaten
- 7:14Speaker 4: Hillary and changed the future of American politics. In both
- 7:20Speaker 4: 2016 and 2024, Trump not only won, but miracle, his
- 7:24Speaker 4: coattails brought along GOP majorities in the Senate and the
- 7:27Speaker 4: House and a majority of governorships and a majority of
- 7:30Speaker 4: state legislatures. His victories also rewarded conservatives with a Supreme
- 7:35Speaker 4: Court supermajority. Without Trump, it would never have happened. Only
- 7:39Speaker 4: Trump could have produced all of that. In three presidential elections,
- 7:44Speaker 4: Trump won 214 million votes, more than anyone in history.
- 7:47Speaker 4: That's after being impeached twice, indicted four times, convicted in
- 7:51Speaker 4: a rigged New York court, almost losing his life savings
- 7:53Speaker 4: in multiple rigged New York civil suits, and almost losing
- 7:57Speaker 4: his life in two assassination attempts. And then there's what
- 8:00Speaker 4: the man has faced for the past decade. President Trump
- 8:05Speaker 4: is attempting to govern against an opposition political party that
- 8:09Speaker 4: is practicing Soviet, KGB, East German Stasi, and Chinese communist
- 8:14Speaker 4: levels of insurrection, revolution, resistance, censorship, propaganda, judicial nullification, and
- 8:22Speaker 4: government weaponization. Do you like how I rhyme that? I'm
- 8:25Speaker 4: a poet, I didn't know it. President Trump is leading
- 8:28Speaker 4: the battle With our communist and radical Islamic enemies who
- 8:32Speaker 4: are busy 24 hours a day plotting ways to conquer America,
- 8:36Speaker 4: overthrow America, take over America, and bring us under subjection
- 8:42Speaker 4: to their world domination plans. President Trump is working. to
- 8:48Speaker 4: revive our de-industrialized economy and our weak supply chains while
- 8:54Speaker 4: restoring the essentials that produce economic and military might, mining,
- 8:59Speaker 4: rare earth mineral production, steel production, energy production, computer chip production,
- 9:03Speaker 4: medical supply production, and artificial intelligence. President Trump is fighting
- 9:09Speaker 4: with all his might to save our economy from disasters
- 9:13Speaker 4: that kill economies like inflation, DEI, wokeness, the green energy scam,
- 9:18Speaker 4: and exploding national debt. All while fighting globalists, communists, the
- 9:23Speaker 4: deep state, the DC swamp, the mainstream media, social media,
- 9:27Speaker 4: rhinos in his own party, and now conservatives like Marjorie
- 9:32Speaker 4: Taylor Greene, Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, and a cast of
- 9:36Speaker 4: thousands of others dividing MAGA over their disagreements on various issues. Marjorie,
- 9:42Speaker 4: your concerns and disagreements are so small and insignificant compared
- 9:47Speaker 4: to what President Trump has to deal with on a
- 9:49Speaker 4: daily basis. And your achievements on behalf of MAGA are
- 9:54Speaker 4: so small and insignificant compared to what President Trump has
- 9:57Speaker 4: achieved for all of us that all we can do
- 10:00Speaker 4: is laugh at how silly, how silly it all is.
- 10:05Speaker 4: My message to all of you on the right who
- 10:07Speaker 4: complain nonstop about disagreements with President Trump on one issue
- 10:11Speaker 4: or another. Disagree all you want, but always remember who
- 10:15Speaker 4: brought you to the dance. There is only one man
- 10:18Speaker 4: on earth capable of shouldering all these burdens and leading
- 10:22Speaker 4: MAGA America first and the GOP to victory while making
- 10:26Speaker 4: America great again. And that's President Donald J.
- 10:28Speaker 5: Trump.
- 10:29Speaker 4: Without him, we are lost and America is finished. So
- 10:33Speaker 4: he may not be perfect. We may not agree with
- 10:35Speaker 4: everything he does, but he is all we have. Think
- 10:39Speaker 4: about that and maybe cut him some slack. Start seeing
- 10:43Speaker 4: the glass as half full or just shut the hell up.
- 10:50Speaker 4: So look, I disagree with the guy, but he does
- 10:52Speaker 4: such amazing things. He delivers. What was yesterday's news? Yesterday
- 10:56Speaker 4: we found out that he did something really big to
- 11:01Speaker 4: kill the education department. We don't want the Department of
- 11:03Speaker 4: Education in Washington, D.C. anymore. He's killing it. And he
- 11:07Speaker 4: made sure that was going to happen with a move yesterday.
- 11:09Speaker 4: I can't even remember what it is. what exactly that
- 11:11Speaker 4: move was. But he did that. Then we found out today,
- 11:14Speaker 4: latest jobs reports out. First of all, we got more jobs.
- 11:18Speaker 4: Double what we expected. That's number one. And number two, 2.57 million. 2.57
- 11:26Speaker 4: million native-born Americans have gained employment since Trump entered office
- 11:31Speaker 4: in January. We added 119,000 new jobs to the economy.
- 11:36Speaker 4: And I think it's 1.6 million foreign-born Americans have lost employment. So,
- 11:42Speaker 4: I mean, this is vintage Trump. This is great news.
- 11:46Speaker 4: And then today, another great story, if I can find it.
- 11:50Speaker 4: Let's see. Another great story. Here it is. Treasury Department,
- 11:54Speaker 4: the Trump Treasury Department, issues historic rule to prevent illegal
- 11:59Speaker 4: aliens from securing income tax credits. Huge. Do you know
- 12:02Speaker 4: how big this is? Do you know how many billions
- 12:04Speaker 4: are being lost to illegal aliens who grab income tax credits?
- 12:08Speaker 4: Donald Trump's Treasury Department will issue a new rule that
- 12:10Speaker 4: prevents illegal aliens and foreign nationals from securing income tax credits,
- 12:15Speaker 4: such as the lucrative earned income tax credit and additional
- 12:18Speaker 4: child tax credit. So under, the agency would issue new
- 12:23Speaker 4: regulations regarding who is eligible for those tax credits. So
- 12:27Speaker 4: it's going to be illegal aliens are not eligible. And
- 12:29Speaker 4: soon you're going to find out we're kicking them all
- 12:31Speaker 4: off of food stamps. And they're all on food stamps.
- 12:34Speaker 4: How do I know? Because so far we know that
- 12:36Speaker 4: over 50% of food stamp recipients are illegal aliens. And
- 12:39Speaker 4: that's with blue states not reporting, refusing to report, to
- 12:43Speaker 4: hand over their food stamp rolls. You can see who's
- 12:46Speaker 4: an illegal alien and who's not. So the real number
- 12:48Speaker 4: must be 60% or 70%. of food stamp recipients or
- 12:51Speaker 4: illegal aliens. They're not just coming here to kill us
- 12:55Speaker 4: and conquer us. They're coming here to bankrupt us. That's
- 12:57Speaker 4: very clear. And they got to go. I'm Wade Allyn Root, RootForAmerica.com.

- 14:15Speaker 4: of strength. It's what hardens our tanks, powers our jet fighters,
- 14:18Speaker 4: drives our missiles, and puts steel behind every round of ammunition.
- 14:22Speaker 4: Here's the danger. China could We'll be right back. There
- 14:46Speaker 4: has never been a better moment to invest in tungsten.

- 16:19Speaker 5: We could do a.
- 16:20Speaker 4: TV show from there, right, Pitar? That would work.
- 16:22Speaker 5: That would work.
- 16:24Speaker 4: All right, Wayne Allen Ru, we were just looking at
- 16:26Speaker 4: an absolutely stunning house for sale in Park City, Utah
- 16:29Speaker 4: for $ 10 million. Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. Absolutely amazing. The houses
- 16:34Speaker 4: in Utah are just amazing. I'll tell you what, the
- 16:38Speaker 4: Mormons got it right. That is one beautiful place, Utah.
- 16:42Speaker 4: They stopped right there. They didn't go on to California.
- 16:44Speaker 4: They stopped there, and they were right. Utah is one
- 16:46Speaker 4: of the most beautiful places in the world. I just
- 16:48Speaker 4: love Utah. I always say God keeps his summer home
- 16:51Speaker 4: in Park City, Utah. It is beautiful. Elon Musk. I mean,
- 16:58Speaker 4: I love all the things Elon says. I wish his
- 17:00Speaker 4: ex would treat me nicely, but they don't. I don't
- 17:03Speaker 4: know who is running it, and he doesn't understand that
- 17:06Speaker 4: they're treating me like garbage. But Musk calls out Soros'
- 17:10Speaker 4: radical son. Can you stop trying to destroy civilization? That's
- 17:16Speaker 4: what he says to George Soros' son. He tweets out,
- 17:19Speaker 4: can you stop trying to destroy civilization? You know, Soros
- 17:27Speaker 4: is pro-Marxist, pro-gender confusion, anti-Trump, anti-police, anti-capitalism, anti-American. Everything he
- 17:35Speaker 4: wants would destroy America. Everything. Everything. And I'm just looking,
- 17:39Speaker 4: I'm looking at it because George Soros' Open Society Foundation's
- 17:43Speaker 4: empire quietly funneled 80 million to pro-terror groups. I mean,
- 17:48Speaker 4: I don't know why Trump doesn't arrest Soros and his
- 17:51Speaker 4: son and either put him in prison, put him in Gitmo,
- 17:55Speaker 4: arrest them as terrorists and traitors to our country, or
- 17:58Speaker 4: deport them out of this country, never allowed to return.
- 18:02Speaker 4: These are people that are trying to cause a coup,
- 18:05Speaker 4: trying to overthrow Trump's government, causing an insurrection. They are absolutely,
- 18:10Speaker 4: positively criminals. Criminals. All right, let's get back to this
- 18:16Speaker 4: jobs report. And there was another part of it I
- 18:19Speaker 4: don't know how it got mixed up I'm trying to
- 18:21Speaker 4: find part two here it is here it is here
- 18:24Speaker 4: it is okay so native-born workers rise by two million
- 18:29Speaker 4: under Trump to a new record high and foreign-borns plunge
- 18:34Speaker 4: by 1.6 million today's jobs reported something for everyone including
- 18:39Speaker 4: forecast busting payrolls offset by the highest unemployment rate in
- 18:44Speaker 4: four years but at the same time 119,000 jobs twice
- 18:48Speaker 4: as many as expected, and was indisputably strong when it
- 18:54Speaker 4: comes to one thing, the rotation from foreign-born workers to
- 18:57Speaker 4: domestic ones. In September, the number of native-born workers, American citizens,
- 19:04Speaker 4: surged by 676,000 people, while foreign-born workers dropped by 70,000.
- 19:14Speaker 4: And that means that since Trump entered the White House,
- 19:17Speaker 4: the number of foreign-born workers has slumped by 1.6 million,
- 19:24Speaker 4: which has been offset by an increase in native-born workers
- 19:29Speaker 4: getting jobs, up by 2.6. Let's see, 2.57 million. 2.57 million.
- 19:37Speaker 4: So that means plus 2.57 million for American citizens and
- 19:42Speaker 4: down 1.6 million for illegal aliens. Isn't that why we
- 19:46Speaker 4: elected Trump? Isn't he doing exactly what you wanted? And
- 19:49Speaker 4: you know what's amazing? Yesterday, there were all these headlines
- 19:52Speaker 4: in the Daily Mail. They're trying to crash the stock market.
- 19:54Speaker 4: They're a bunch of liberals. and they want to destroy
- 19:56Speaker 4: the Trump administration, destroy the Trump economy. And there were
- 19:59Speaker 4: all these articles that three things have to happen. You know,
- 20:02Speaker 4: Walmart is reporting their earnings and NVIDIA is reporting their
- 20:05Speaker 4: earnings and the jobs report is coming out. And if
- 20:08Speaker 4: any one of the three is off, we could have
- 20:09Speaker 4: a market crash and the world's going to end. And
- 20:12Speaker 4: what happened? All three were fantastic. Walmart, fantastic earnings. NVIDIA,
- 20:16Speaker 4: incredible earnings in the billions and billions and billions more
- 20:20Speaker 4: than anyone projected. And then the jobs report came out.
- 20:23Speaker 4: It was damn good. especially for American workers. And then
- 20:27Speaker 4: the market was up 700 points, and then it finished
- 20:29Speaker 4: down 300 points. 1,000-point turnaround because a Federal Reserve board
- 20:35Speaker 4: governor named Cook, I think it's Lisa Cook, announced that
- 20:38Speaker 4: she doesn't think they're going to cut interest rates in December.
- 20:40Speaker 4: So the market went from up 700 down 300. We
- 20:43Speaker 4: were headed for a massive rally. And as usual, some
- 20:47Speaker 4: commie scumbag member of the Federal Reserve decided at the
- 20:51Speaker 4: moment the market was rallying and up 700 points, headed
- 20:54Speaker 4: for 1,000, that she would destroy the economy because they
- 20:58Speaker 4: hate Trump more than they love America. And every one
- 21:01Speaker 4: of that board needs to be replaced. Unbelievable. The Federal
- 21:05Speaker 4: Reserve working against the interests of the United States. GreatPatriotStore.com

- 23:25Speaker 4: of the Veteran and is about to receive a prestigious U.S.
- 23:30Speaker 4: Army Distinguished Civilian Service Medal, the Army's highest honor bestowed
- 23:35Speaker 4: upon a civilian, and that's coming up next in this segment.
- 23:40Speaker 4: But I want to mention the sponsor. They signed the
- 23:41Speaker 4: front of the checks. So you get to watch for free,
- 23:44Speaker 4: Energized Health. This program, I got on it five years ago,
- 23:48Speaker 4: November of 2020. Changed my life, changed my career. I
- 23:52Speaker 4: lost 25 pounds of fat. Didn't know I had that
- 23:54Speaker 4: fat to lose. It was all inner body, intracellular fat.
- 23:57Speaker 4: I gained 10 pounds of muscle. So I lost 25
- 24:00Speaker 4: pounds of fat, gained 10 pounds of muscle, changed the
- 24:03Speaker 4: shape of my body, changed the shape of my face.
- 24:06Speaker 4: which reversed aged me. This has been my fountain of youth.
- 24:09Speaker 4: And I look better and younger now at the age
- 24:11Speaker 4: of 64, going about to be on Medicare next year
- 24:16Speaker 4: than I did at age 50, 15 years ago. Check
- 24:19Speaker 4: it out. Show the photos on the screen now, Wayne Root.
- 24:22Speaker 4: And there I was 15 years ago and with Steve
- 24:26Speaker 4: Forbes at Freedom Fest in Las Vegas. And here's a
- 24:28Speaker 4: photo of me in the gym now today, 15 years later,
- 24:33Speaker 4: about to turn 65 in 2026. Energize Health has transformed
- 24:37Speaker 4: the lives of thousands of my fans using the breakthrough
- 24:41Speaker 4: science of intercellular hydration. I'll be on this program for life.
- 24:45Speaker 4: It's amazing. Right now, Energize Health is offering my fans
- 24:48Speaker 4: the war. 40% off discount. 40% off. Go on the
- 24:52Speaker 4: same journey as me and get 40% off. EnergizeHealth.com. All right,
- 24:59Speaker 4: they reinvigorated my TV career. Can you imagine? I've gotten
- 25:02Speaker 4: four TV shows and podcasts, video podcasts, past the age
- 25:06Speaker 4: of 61 since going on this program. Unheard of. Nobody
- 25:09Speaker 4: does that. I was thinking the other day, if I
- 25:12Speaker 4: can last on TV with my own TV show for
- 25:16Speaker 4: another four years, Batar, you like this one? Four years.
- 25:20Speaker 4: It'll be coming from next year, 2026. It'll be 2030.
- 25:25Speaker 4: And that means I'll have been on TV for six decades.
- 25:28Speaker 4: The 1989, the 80s, the 90s, the 2000s, the 2010s,
- 25:31Speaker 4: the 2020s, and the 2030s. So I'm cheating a little
- 25:34Speaker 4: bit because it's just one year in the 80s and
- 25:38Speaker 4: it'll be the first year in the 2030s. But if
- 25:40Speaker 4: my show lasts another four years, I'll be one of
- 25:43Speaker 4: the few people in the history of the world to
- 25:45Speaker 4: ever be on TV for six decades. Kind of amazing.
- 25:48Speaker 4: Our guest is Peter Palavos. He's an internationally recognized attorney.
- 25:54Speaker 4: Chairman of the Voice of the Veteran. His website is voiceofthevet.us, voiceofthevet.us.
- 26:00Speaker 4: And we welcome him to the show. Peter, how are you?
- 26:03Speaker 5: I'm great, Wayne. Thank you for having me.
- 26:06Speaker 4: My pleasure. My honor. First, explain what Voice of the
- 26:10Speaker 4: Vet is all about.
- 26:12Speaker 6: Voice of the Veteran is the largest veteran-based organization in
- 26:16Speaker 6: the state of Nevada.
- 26:17Speaker 5: We have over 25,000 members.
- 26:20Speaker 6: And our focus is to take care of the needs
- 26:22Speaker 6: of the veteran community. And as you know, we have
- 26:25Speaker 6: over 200,000 veterans in our state.
- 26:29Speaker 4: And are you here in Vegas? Are you a fellow
- 26:30Speaker 4: Las Vegan?
- 26:32Speaker 5: Yes, I'm based in Henderson, Nevada.
- 26:34Speaker 4: Ah, very good. All right. So you've been selected to receive...
- 26:38Speaker 4: Excuse me, my voice, so many hours on the air.
- 26:40Speaker 4: You've been selected to receive the prestigious U.S. Army Distinguished
- 26:44Speaker 4: Civilian Service Medal, the Army's highest honor bestowed upon a civilian. Congratulations.
- 26:50Speaker 4: Tell us all about the honor. How did you earn it?
- 26:53Speaker 4: What's it about? And what's it going to mean to you?
- 26:57Speaker 5: Thank you very much for that.
- 26:59Speaker 6: This medal is a gold medal given every year by
- 27:03Speaker 6: the U.S. Army to a select group of American citizens.
- 27:08Speaker 5: They usually give less than 10 a year.
- 27:10Speaker 6: And I was nominated for this and really it's a
- 27:12Speaker 6: long shot because there's millions of people that are eligible
- 27:16Speaker 6: to receive this award. And this year I was honored
- 27:19Speaker 6: that I'm one of a handful of Americans that received
- 27:22Speaker 6: this award. It's to thank me for my 35 years
- 27:27Speaker 6: of service to the veteran community. I've been very active
- 27:31Speaker 6: with veterans. I've represented hundreds of them pro bono. have
- 27:36Speaker 6: helped many of them receive benefits. And recently, we're doing
- 27:40Speaker 6: some large events to show gratitude to our American heroes.
- 27:44Speaker 5: And that precipitated the award.
- 27:47Speaker 4: So, first of all, congratulations. It's a great honor. And
- 27:49Speaker 4: we're very proud of you, very proud that you're You're
- 27:52Speaker 4: a fellow Las Vegas, so that's great stuff. I see
- 27:55Speaker 4: in the background you've got your Raiders paraphernalia back there.
- 27:58Speaker 4: You've got your Raiders helmet. I've got my Dallas Cowboys helmet.
- 28:02Speaker 4: We just kicked your ass on Monday night. Just wanted
- 28:04Speaker 4: to mention that. Yeah, big time.
- 28:06Speaker 5: It was a miserable game.
- 28:08Speaker 4: I was there. It was a lot of pain.
- 28:09Speaker 5: Thank you for inflicting all that pain.
- 28:11Speaker 4: I was there, too. You and I were both at
- 28:13Speaker 4: that game. The funniest part of that game was almost
- 28:16Speaker 4: everyone was wearing a Dallas Cowboys jersey. Did you notice that?
- 28:19Speaker 4: There must have been nine to one.
- 28:20Speaker 5: A lot of Dallas Cowboys fans, yes.
- 28:22Speaker 4: Unbelievable. The stadium was 90% Cowboys fans. Very funny. Hey,
- 28:26Speaker 4: during your 40—you know I'm just kidding with you. During
- 28:29Speaker 4: your 40-year legal career, you've handled— many of the largest
- 28:32Speaker 4: cases in U.S. litigation history. We're talking to Peter Palavos.
- 28:37Speaker 4: I had no idea that you were that big-time lawyer
- 28:41Speaker 4: with that kind of cases. What kind of cases have
- 28:44Speaker 4: you handled, Peter?
- 28:45Speaker 5: We handle a lot of class action litigation. We go
- 28:49Speaker 5: against the big, bad corporations.
- 28:51Speaker 6: You know, 99% of the corporations in our country are
- 28:55Speaker 6: great citizens.
- 28:56Speaker 5: They create jobs, they create capital, they create equity.
- 29:00Speaker 6: They're the best of the best, and that's why we
- 29:02Speaker 6: are the number one economy in the world. But there's
- 29:05Speaker 6: always that 1% bad apples that produce defective products. So
- 29:09Speaker 6: I've been involved in the litigation against Boeing Corporation and
- 29:13Speaker 6: the 737 MAX.
- 29:13Speaker 5: I was the.
- 29:16Speaker 6: Lead attorney that came up with the idea to sue
- 29:18Speaker 6: the People's Republic of China for coronavirus. That virus really
- 29:23Speaker 6: started in the Wuhan lab. It was manufactured as part
- 29:28Speaker 6: of China's biological.
- 29:29Speaker 5: Warfare, and we had solid evidence.
- 29:32Speaker 6: So we filed that lawsuit and many other lawsuits against
- 29:35Speaker 6: bad actors.
- 29:36Speaker 4: And your lawsuit against China seeks over a trillion dollars
- 29:39Speaker 4: in damages, correct?
- 29:41Speaker 5: Yes, it did.
- 29:42Speaker 6: We represented 32 million small businesses that lost over a
- 29:45Speaker 6: trillion dollars. So we sued the People's Republic of China.
- 29:49Speaker 6: We had very substantial evidence against them. But we were
- 29:53Speaker 6: having trouble serving them because the Chinese government used all
- 29:57Speaker 6: kind of trickery to avoid being served.
- 30:00Speaker 4: No shocker to me. So that case is still ongoing.
- 30:03Speaker 4: Is that correct?
- 30:05Speaker 6: We had to voluntarily non-suit that case because we were
- 30:08Speaker 6: unable to serve them. They took advantage of something called
- 30:11Speaker 6: the Hague International Treaty to avoid being served. And you
- 30:15Speaker 6: cannot proceed with a lawsuit unless you serve the defendant.
- 30:18Speaker 6: So in that case, we were unable to sue them
- 30:20Speaker 6: because they use all kind of tricks.
- 30:22Speaker 4: Wow, that's too bad, because boy, I'm a witness. I
- 30:25Speaker 4: would have liked to have been part of that lawsuit
- 30:27Speaker 4: if it was still ongoing, because boy, did they hurt
- 30:29Speaker 4: every small businessman and woman in this country. They just
- 30:32Speaker 4: destroyed us, and I think it was all purposeful. I've
- 30:34Speaker 4: always believed it was sent here purposely to destroy the
- 30:38Speaker 4: American economy so Trump could not be reelected and make
- 30:41Speaker 4: us a much weaker country, and also to help the
- 30:43Speaker 4: Democrat Party to kind of put into the system mail-in balloting,
- 30:47Speaker 4: ballot harvesting, ballot drop boxes so Trump could be defeated.
- 30:51Speaker 4: And the Democrats use that very effectively. I'll tell you,
- 30:54Speaker 4: they seem to be good partners with China. So you're
- 30:56Speaker 4: going to be receiving your award at a ceremony this Saturday,
- 31:00Speaker 4: November 22nd. Tell us about the event. Is it here
- 31:03Speaker 4: in Las Vegas?
- 31:05Speaker 6: Yes, it's in Henderson. We have over 120 guests coming in.
- 31:10Speaker 6: We're honored that it's going to be attended by four U.S.
- 31:12Speaker 5: Generals.
- 31:15Speaker 6: The four-star U.S. Army General Andrew Popas, who is the
- 31:19Speaker 6: commander of all U.S. Army forces, is coming. It's an
- 31:22Speaker 6: official presentation. It's an Army presentation. And he's coming for
- 31:26Speaker 6: this award ceremony. And he's going to be assisted by
- 31:29Speaker 6: three additional U.S. Army generals who are coming. So between
- 31:33Speaker 6: the four generals that will be there and many veteran generals,
- 31:36Speaker 6: organizations and federal leaders and community and political leaders in
- 31:40Speaker 6: our state. It's going to be a very humbling and
- 31:43Speaker 6: beautiful experience.
- 31:45Speaker 4: When people say you're gonna have a lot of stars
- 31:46Speaker 4: at your event, they usually mean celebrities, but you're gonna
- 31:48Speaker 4: have a lot of military stars at your event. Guys
- 31:51Speaker 4: with stars on their shoulders. Four generals and Apollo stars,
- 31:55Speaker 4: a lot of stars. This is a great honor for
- 31:58Speaker 4: you and a great recognition for Nevada and the work
- 32:01Speaker 4: you do for veterans. Tell us more about what you
- 32:03Speaker 4: help do for veterans, a day called the Day of Gratitude.
- 32:07Speaker 4: And the next Day of Gratitude, June 6th, 2026. I
- 32:12Speaker 4: have not heard of that. What is the Day of Gratitude?
- 32:15Speaker 6: So a few years ago, we decided to start doing
- 32:17Speaker 6: bigger events. You know, for many years, I was doing
- 32:20Speaker 6: small events, walking in the troops home, thanking them for
- 32:24Speaker 6: their service with a lunch or a dinner.
- 32:26Speaker 5: And then a few years ago, we decided to go
- 32:28Speaker 5: bigger and better.
- 32:29Speaker 6: So I approached our evangelical friend, CityServe, with just great people.
- 32:34Speaker 6: Dave Donaldson and Pastor Paula White lead that great organization.
- 32:39Speaker 6: And we also approached the Raiders organization, which is really
- 32:42Speaker 6: just a fantastic organization.
- 32:44Speaker 5: I call them the Super Bowl champions of philanthropy. And
- 32:47Speaker 5: I approached them.
- 32:48Speaker 6: And said, let's do something magnificent for our veteran and
- 32:51Speaker 6: military families. We have over 300,000 veteran and military families
- 32:57Speaker 6: here in our state, one of the largest per capita populations.
- 33:01Speaker 5: And I suggested that we do an event at Allegiant Stadium.
- 33:05Speaker 6: Invite 15,000 families, raise a couple of million dollars and
- 33:08Speaker 6: give it all away to them. And when we first
- 33:11Speaker 6: did that, there was some resistance because it's never been done.
- 33:15Speaker 6: So last year on June 8th, 2024, we had 15,000, 15,000
- 33:21Speaker 6: people registered for that event. We had top entertainment for them.
- 33:26Speaker 6: Walker Hayes came and performed. We raised $ 4 million through
- 33:30Speaker 6: the generosity of the American people. Nike Shoe Company gave
- 33:35Speaker 6: us 5,000 pairs of shoes.
- 33:37Speaker 5: For the kids that were up there.
- 33:38Speaker 6: And it was just a magnificent day, a day based
- 33:41Speaker 6: on patriotism, love of country.
- 33:43Speaker 5: We raised $ 4 million. We gave away $ 4 million.
- 33:46Speaker 6: And our message to the veterans and military community was
- 33:49Speaker 6: very simple.
- 33:50Speaker 5: Thank you very much for your service. And we're here
- 33:53Speaker 5: to show you our gratitude.
- 33:54Speaker 6: And that event was so successful, we had a meeting
- 33:58Speaker 6: among the veteran organizations, and they asked me to do
- 34:00Speaker 6: it again.
- 34:01Speaker 5: A second one. And we're doing the second one next year,
- 34:04Speaker 5: and you're invited, by the way.
- 34:06Speaker 6: We're doing it next year on June 6, 2026, which
- 34:10Speaker 6: is D-Day.
- 34:11Speaker 3: Yeah, D-Day.
- 34:12Speaker 4: Allegiant, doing it at Allegiant again?
- 34:13Speaker 6: We're doing it at Allegiant Stadium through the generosity of
- 34:16Speaker 6: the Las Vegas Raiders, and CityServe is going to partner
- 34:19Speaker 6: with us again. We're close to signing one of the top...
- 34:23Speaker 6: performers in the country to come and perform for our
- 34:26Speaker 6: military veteran heroes. And we're going to have about 22,000
- 34:30Speaker 6: people there.
- 34:31Speaker 5: Wow.
- 34:31Speaker 4: It sounds like, Hey Peter, Peter, I got to rush you.
- 34:34Speaker 4: They're giving me a count in my ear. I just
- 34:35Speaker 4: want to make sure everyone knows Peter Palavos, voiceofthevet.us, voiceofthevet.us.
- 34:42Speaker 4: Thanks for all you do for the vets, Peter. All right,
- 34:47Speaker 4: a special treat for you. I want to introduce you
- 34:49Speaker 4: to a real hero of the American energy industry, a legend,
- 34:52Speaker 4: Mark Bruner, founder and CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas.
- 34:57Speaker 4: In the United States, Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA,
- 35:01Speaker 4: Basin Centered Gas Accumulation. This is code for a monster
- 35:06Speaker 4: field where gas or oil is in a basin, which
- 35:09Speaker 4: makes the drilling and production much easier. Mark, you're a
- 35:13Speaker 4: legend in the oil industry and the gas industry. Tell
- 35:16Speaker 4: us about your track record.
- 35:18Speaker 7: Well, I'm a second-generation oil and gas guy. My father,
- 35:21Speaker 7: in the early 1950s, started a company called Techstar. It
- 35:25Speaker 7: later became Texas Oil and Gas. When it sold out
- 35:28Speaker 7: to U.S. Steel, it was the largest independent in the world.
- 35:31Speaker 7: Delhi Pipelines was the largest gas distribution system in the
- 35:35Speaker 7: United States when it sold out to U.S.
- 35:37Speaker 3: Steel.
- 35:38Speaker 7: I worked with him for four years. I've been in
- 35:40Speaker 7: the oil and gas business ever since. You would probably
- 35:43Speaker 7: know me better as the chairman of Ultra Petroleum, and
- 35:47Speaker 7: I Ultra had a pretty good track record, which you're
- 35:50Speaker 7: very familiar with, I think.
- 35:52Speaker 4: Well, I think a $ 10, 000 investor in Ultra turned it
- 35:55Speaker 4: into $ 13 million. Is that correct? In the nine-year run
- 35:59Speaker 4: of your publicly traded company?
- 36:01Speaker 5: Yeah, at the high.
- 36:03Speaker 4: That's true. $ 10, 000 turned into $ 13 million. That means $ 100, 000
- 36:06Speaker 4: turned into $ 130 million. That's an incredible track record. Now
- 36:10Speaker 4: tell me why this deal, Lost Soldier, this project is
- 36:14Speaker 4: so important. I hear about projects and deals all the time.
- 36:18Speaker 4: What makes this one special, Mark?
- 36:20Speaker 7: What's special about this is all the other basins in
- 36:23Speaker 7: the United States have been drilled. We've known for 50
- 36:25Speaker 7: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 36:28Speaker 7: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 36:31Speaker 7: was reclamated three years ago, no one could drill it.
- 36:34Speaker 7: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 36:38Speaker 7: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point.
- 36:41Speaker 5: Is 85% empty.
- 36:43Speaker 7: So we made this discovery. We are the only operator
- 36:46Speaker 7: in this field. And right now we can see that
- 36:49Speaker 7: we've got enough room for 500 horizontal wells out here
- 36:52Speaker 7: with what we've drilled so far. Very exciting. It's the
- 36:56Speaker 7: new basin in the United States. And as far as
- 36:59Speaker 7: I'm concerned, this is an order of magnitude bigger than
- 37:02Speaker 7: Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.
- 37:05Speaker 4: All right. The website is lostsoldier.com. Pretty simple stuff, lostsoldier.com.
- 37:11Speaker 4: The project, 40,000 acres, took 40 years to piece together.
- 37:15Speaker 4: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas, LLC. That's the company,
- 37:19Speaker 4: that's the project, but the website. LostSoldier.com. If you're an

- 37:39Speaker 5: Thank you, Wayne.
- 37:40Speaker 3: Good to see you again.
- 38:02Speaker 4: Way down the route, last segment of the show, War Zone.
- 38:05Speaker 4: War Zone, if you're wondering where to watch this every day,
- 38:08Speaker 4: two hours a day, every day, five days a week.
- 38:09Speaker 4: So 10 hours a week, getting you up to date
- 38:12Speaker 4: on the biggest news and newsmakers. From a MAGA perspective,
- 38:17Speaker 4: it's the mainstream media, not the mainstream media. And you
- 38:20Speaker 4: know what's interesting? Is that every time someone sends me
- 38:25Speaker 4: something on my phone, they send me texts. All my
- 38:28Speaker 4: fans and friends and relatives, they mean well. But they
- 38:33Speaker 4: always send me some news story and I go, I
- 38:36Speaker 4: talked about that three weeks ago on my TV show.
- 38:38Speaker 4: three weeks ago on my podcast or on my radio show,
- 38:42Speaker 4: every single thing that's discussed on Newsmax and Fox News,
- 38:46Speaker 4: I discuss this stuff three weeks before they even know
- 38:49Speaker 4: it exists. And so this show is the mainstream media, man.
- 38:54Speaker 4: You get more information here before anybody else is talking
- 38:58Speaker 4: about it than anywhere else in America by a mile.
- 39:02Speaker 4: And I mentioned at the beginning of the show that
- 39:05Speaker 4: things were going great in the economy, and that's why
- 39:07Speaker 4: the market was up 700 points earlier today, but it
- 39:11Speaker 4: finished down 300 plus points. So it was a thousand
- 39:14Speaker 4: point turnaround because a member of the Fed said something
- 39:17Speaker 4: that got everybody very agitated and very upset that they're
- 39:20Speaker 4: not going to cut interest rates in December. Another dumb
- 39:23Speaker 4: move by the Fed. You know, it's a Fed that's
- 39:26Speaker 4: led by Jerome Powell, who hates, he's got Trump derangements TDS,
- 39:31Speaker 4: and he hates Trump and all his people that he,
- 39:35Speaker 4: you know, serves on the board with hate Trump, their establishment,
- 39:38Speaker 4: their deep state, their DC swamp. They can't stand to
- 39:42Speaker 4: see the economy helped by Trump. So they're trying to
- 39:45Speaker 4: kill the stock market and kill the economy. Real estate
- 39:50Speaker 4: has been on the verge of a disaster for two
- 39:53Speaker 4: years now. And the only thing that would save it
- 39:56Speaker 4: would be lowering interest rates. You've got to lower interest rates.
- 40:00Speaker 4: But they won't do it. And the only way we're
- 40:02Speaker 4: going to get a really good hit on interest rates
- 40:05Speaker 4: is going to be next April, I believe it is.
- 40:08Speaker 4: That's when Jerome Powell's time is up and he has
- 40:10Speaker 4: to step down. And Trump will name someone who is
- 40:13Speaker 4: a pro-Trump economic agenda and the And the interest rates
- 40:19Speaker 4: will go down. We'll get cuts in interest rates. But
- 40:21Speaker 4: until then, I don't know whether we're going to get
- 40:23Speaker 4: any more or many more. But Walmart was a big
- 40:26Speaker 4: part of today, and Walmart beat earnings. Last night, NVIDIA,
- 40:30Speaker 4: after the market closed, beat earnings big time.
- 40:33Speaker 6: Huge.
- 40:35Speaker 4: And all these numbers are so great and so far
- 40:38Speaker 4: above what anybody expected. And then the third leg of
- 40:41Speaker 4: a three-legged stool was Walmart and NVIDIA. And the jobless
- 40:44Speaker 4: reports came out today. Everything was positive. The jobless reports,
- 40:49Speaker 4: excuse me, I'm sorry, the job reports, employment, not unemployment, employment.
- 40:53Speaker 4: And we had twice as many jobs as expected in
- 40:59Speaker 4: the month of October, twice as many. And they were
- 41:02Speaker 4: all jobs for English speaking American born citizens. And what
- 41:08Speaker 4: was lost was 1.6 million jobs for foreign born citizens,
- 41:14Speaker 4: which I'm sure is mostly illegal aliens. So Trump is
- 41:17Speaker 4: reconfiguring the entire economy so that the jobs are for
- 41:22Speaker 4: Americans now, not illegals. And under Obama and then under Biden,
- 41:26Speaker 4: every job went to illegal aliens. And they were all
- 41:31Speaker 4: crappy jobs. crappy jobs so all the news that needed
- 41:35Speaker 4: to come out good came out good and positive and
- 41:38Speaker 4: that must annoy liberals so much that the the federal
- 41:41Speaker 4: reserve had to come out and destroy even though all
- 41:44Speaker 4: the news is good and the market was up almost
- 41:46Speaker 4: a thousand points the fed had to come out and
- 41:48Speaker 4: try and destroy it just destroy it it's just amazing
- 41:52Speaker 4: you can't even believe this stuff you really can't So
- 41:56Speaker 4: Blue states earlier, I talked about the fact that in Minnesota,
- 42:00Speaker 4: the Somali Medicaid fraud investigation reveals a terrorist link. The
- 42:05Speaker 4: largest funder of Al-Shabaab is the Minnesota taxpayer, and they're
- 42:09Speaker 4: stealing hundreds of millions of dollars and giving it to
- 42:12Speaker 4: radical Islam. And then here we have blue states busted
- 42:16Speaker 4: for blowing nearly half a billion in snap cash, meaning
- 42:19Speaker 4: food stamp cash on fast food. So first it's all
- 42:24Speaker 4: being stolen because people are dead and they're getting their
- 42:26Speaker 4: food stamp checks. So somebody's cashing them. And second of all,
- 42:29Speaker 4: they've moved and they're getting them in the old house,
- 42:32Speaker 4: the new house and three other houses. So you're getting
- 42:34Speaker 4: five a month of food stamps. And third of all,
- 42:39Speaker 4: they just make it up. You know, it's just fake
- 42:41Speaker 4: names that don't even exist. And fourth of all, it's
- 42:44Speaker 4: illegal aliens getting food stamps. And now we find out
- 42:47Speaker 4: the money that does go to the correct people or
- 42:50Speaker 4: even the incorrect people, just to everyone, it's going to
- 42:53Speaker 4: fast food. So you're using food stamps to be more
- 42:56Speaker 4: and more unhealthy, which is going to give you cancer, diabetes,
- 42:59Speaker 4: heart attacks, strokes, blood clots, and every other problem out
- 43:02Speaker 4: there in America today. Biggest one being diabetes that leads
- 43:05Speaker 4: to horrible illness and death and very early death. And diabetes,
- 43:09Speaker 4: the biggest killer in America, the most expensive disease in America.
- 43:12Speaker 4: And it's no wonder, because everybody uses their food stamps
- 43:15Speaker 4: to buy fast food. So they're all making themselves sicker
- 43:18Speaker 4: and sicker and sicker. And then who pays the bill? Well,
- 43:22Speaker 4: Obamacare says they pay nothing, they're poor, and the middle
- 43:25Speaker 4: class gets hosed, and small business gets hosed. It's really
- 43:28Speaker 4: quite amazing. Quite amazing. And last thing I'll mention is
- 43:32Speaker 4: Democrat lawmakers call on military members and the intelligence community
- 43:35Speaker 4: to refuse illegal orders from President Trump. Just disobey the president.
- 43:40Speaker 4: That's not sedition. That's not treason. Of course not. It's
- 43:43Speaker 4: fine when a Democrat does it. Amazing. President Trump says
- 43:46Speaker 4: they all should be charged with treason. I agree. Ambulife.com,
