- 0:13Speaker 2: radio show. Man O man o, man, Hey, you know
- 0:20Speaker 2: today I just want to say something that I don't
- 0:26Speaker 2: think I've ever shared this way before. The The the
- 0:33Speaker 2: title is very simple, and that is.
- 0:39Speaker 1: It's been worth it to me, you know. I I.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Just I just kept thinking that this morning, that it's
- 0:48Speaker 2: all been worth it to me. And what I mean
- 0:52Speaker 2: by that is this relationship that I have with my
- 0:57Speaker 2: heavenly father. It's it's been worth it to me. I
- 1:03Speaker 2: can't even tell you the value that it has had
- 1:09Speaker 2: in my life. I can't tell you how it's helped
- 1:15Speaker 2: me to understand not only my purpose, but to better
- 1:22Speaker 2: understand my past. That's that's critical, man, because I'm grateful
- 1:30Speaker 2: for that, because so many people can't get beyond their
- 1:34Speaker 2: past and event a set of circumstances, some calamity that
- 1:40Speaker 2: besais them. Maybe it's been grief something, but it ties
- 1:44Speaker 2: so many people up. It's been so worth it to me.
- 1:50Speaker 2: It is, man, it's it's been worth having someone to
- 1:57Speaker 2: go to when no one else.
- 2:00Speaker 1: What's there? Do you understand what I'm saying it has.
- 2:06Speaker 2: It has given me a place to go when no
- 2:11Speaker 2: one else has been there. Oh hey man, we pulling
- 2:16Speaker 2: for you. Hey man, hanging there, Hey man, keep your
- 2:20Speaker 2: head up all of that. But I gotta tell you, man,
- 2:25Speaker 2: you get yourself in some circumstances and situations in this
- 2:28Speaker 2: thing called life, when no one can help you but God,
- 2:33Speaker 2: When the only person that could possibly understand or know
- 2:37Speaker 2: what you're feeling is God. The only person that'll sit
- 2:41Speaker 2: there with you through it all and understand everything about
- 2:45Speaker 2: it has been God. It's been worth it to me. Man,
- 2:50Speaker 2: It's it's been worth it to me. It's been the
- 2:56Speaker 2: biggest improvement in my life. I mean, man, as I
- 3:01Speaker 2: look back over my life, man forming a strong bond
- 3:06Speaker 2: with God has been the most beneficial thing to me.
- 3:11Speaker 1: You know, these things you read in.
- 3:13Speaker 2: Your in your in in writings in the Bible or
- 3:17Speaker 2: or whatever you're reading.
- 3:19Speaker 1: You know, when you when you read scriptures and things
- 3:21Speaker 1: of that nature.
- 3:22Speaker 2: It it's it's been around a long time.
- 3:28Speaker 1: It holds so much truth to it.
- 3:31Speaker 2: I mean, man, it's like, how could this have been
- 3:34Speaker 2: written so long ago and still pertained directly to today?
- 3:42Speaker 2: I mean that that's amazing. That is amazing to me. That,
- 3:47Speaker 2: I mean, that has to be God at work to
- 3:51Speaker 2: have written something so complete, so dead on point that
- 3:58Speaker 2: if you read it today it means exactly what pertains
- 4:05Speaker 2: to today. That's amazing, man. That's why my spiritual walk
- 4:13Speaker 2: it's just worth it to me. And I keep saying
- 4:16Speaker 2: it's worth it, because if you're sitting out there and
- 4:19Speaker 2: you tripping like I was tripping, deciding, nah, let me
- 4:23Speaker 2: do it. I got a few more things I want
- 4:25Speaker 2: to do, couple more girls I want to holler at,
- 4:27Speaker 2: a couple more things I want to get into. I
- 4:29Speaker 2: got a cup more deals I want to do. I
- 4:31Speaker 2: got a little bit more dirt. I want to roll
- 4:32Speaker 2: up on me a little bit first for I, man,
- 4:35Speaker 2: I wish I had known. I really wish I had
- 4:38Speaker 2: understood exactly what forming a relationship with God would do
- 4:43Speaker 2: for me. It's been worth every person who out there
- 4:49Speaker 2: who hate know me, that don't even know me. It's
- 4:53Speaker 2: because I have a relationship with Him that I'm fine
- 4:56Speaker 2: with that.
- 4:57Speaker 1: I don't care for it, but it ain't gonna stop
- 5:00Speaker 1: me though.
- 5:01Speaker 2: See, because I know for a fact that haters make
- 5:06Speaker 2: you greater. I know for a fact that haters validate
- 5:11Speaker 2: your mere existence. I know for a fact that half
- 5:16Speaker 2: of them is out of envy and jealousy because of
- 5:19Speaker 2: something you're doing that they wish they could do or
- 5:23Speaker 2: they won't credit for, so they just now I ain't
- 5:26Speaker 2: anything all that bam, and now you just all over
- 5:29Speaker 2: the place with people. Man, I'm so grateful for this
- 5:33Speaker 2: relationship that it has not allowed outside influences that do
- 5:39Speaker 2: not have my best interests at heart to throw me off.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Course.
- 5:45Speaker 2: It has just been worth it. And if you're sitting
- 5:47Speaker 2: out there and you're wondering about the benefits of it,
- 5:52Speaker 2: I can't even tell you what it's like to know
- 5:56Speaker 2: that when bad things are happening to me, the calming
- 5:59Speaker 2: peace that I feel that I know that that's gonna
- 6:03Speaker 2: be alright too, That I know that this too shall pass.
- 6:08Speaker 2: That I know in my heart of hearts, man, that
- 6:12Speaker 2: there's got to be a reason for this, And if
- 6:14Speaker 2: I can just hang on in there, he gonna unfold
- 6:17Speaker 2: that from me and he gonna let me see it.
- 6:19Speaker 2: But the number one thing I always know is I'm
- 6:22Speaker 2: gonna survive this one too, That this too shall pass.
- 6:25Speaker 2: It has been worth it to me, man, to have
- 6:29Speaker 2: this thing called faith, which is the belief in things
- 6:32Speaker 2: that you cannot see, and to know man along the
- 6:35Speaker 2: way that, oh, my goodness, man, even though I don't
- 6:39Speaker 2: know what's next, or even I'm not really sure about
- 6:43Speaker 2: the next step, I do know for a fact that
- 6:46Speaker 2: Samoa is coming. I do know for a fact. It
- 6:50Speaker 2: is a fact that God will take care of me.
- 6:54Speaker 2: It is a fact that he will never ever leave
- 6:58Speaker 2: me or desert me. If I just stay here where
- 7:01Speaker 2: I'm supposed to be. He's coming. The Calvary's coming over
- 7:05Speaker 2: the hill. He coming over the hill, and when he
- 7:07Speaker 2: come over that hill, he gonna wipe out all this
- 7:10Speaker 2: mess down here that's trying to hurt me. That I
- 7:13Speaker 2: don't have to worry about my enemies anymore, that my
- 7:17Speaker 2: enemies that are all around you can surround me.
- 7:22Speaker 1: You can shoot all the arrows you want.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Now. It's not to say that none of them ain't
- 7:26Speaker 2: gonna come close. And I ain't gonna say that, you know,
- 7:31Speaker 2: I ain't gonna be a little under some pressure, a
- 7:33Speaker 2: little nervous about being shot at so hard. But at
- 7:36Speaker 2: the end of the day, I know this for show.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Ain't none of them gonna stick in me. You can
- 7:40Speaker 2: shoot them, but ain't none of them gonna stick in me.
- 7:43Speaker 2: No matter what you do, no weapon formed against me,
- 7:50Speaker 2: nothing you can't. You can't do nothing with me. Man,
- 7:54Speaker 2: I'm so cool. It's been worth it for me.
