Why Bother?!
Many of us find ourselves making all sorts of excuses to avoid pursuing challenging and uncertain things in our lives. We often think, "Why bother?" because we find uncertainty to be scary, not worth our time, and a potential waste of effort. But if not me, then who? I often contemplate the achievements of those who have created incredible things in the world. More importantly, I think about how the majority of people, when they reach 90 years old, look back on the things they did not create or pursue.
