Transcript
- 0:01Unknown: Well,
- 0:04I guess we're about ready to get started.
- 0:07Right here at the front end of another week.
- 0:12Monday, Lunas.
- 0:15Welcome all you little freedom lovers, freedom seekers.
- 0:19But I I was
- 0:21thinking right before the show, what what we've got here is probably the largest gathering of truly free people in the world.
- 0:29I mean, really.
- 0:31Except for the bad guys, they got all their attachments that are not attached,
- 0:35but whatever. Interesting. Got a nice little group here. Little family. We're growing. Had a new new member come in last week. Miss Sandy is probably here today. I think we're gonna speak to her today.
- 0:48But, wanted to get a few of the formalities
- 0:54as it were out of the way. It's the October 5. Tom d. Tom d, listen. October 5.
- 1:02And Roger Sales, of course, name of our
- 1:06show here is the Radio Ranch is we call it the offline
- 1:10edition.
- 1:11I guess, lately.
- 1:14Because we're not online to the public.
- 1:16They're getting some good replays, though, by golly. Thank you, Lisa.
- 1:21And you could reach back, I guess.
- 1:24Man, there must be
- 1:26must be ten ten years archives
- 1:29in between
- 1:31Castbox and what Paul has accumulated.
- 1:35So we got plenty of archives. We got the fancy
- 1:38AI hooked up to it now
- 1:41where you can actually get the transcript and read it and see if it's something you wanna listen to again or read it off the transcript or
- 1:49do a back flip or whatever you wanna do.
- 1:54Progress. That's progress.
- 1:57I'll tell you another thing, this progress.
- 2:00Since we've been in this, condition,
- 2:03I'll call it that,
- 2:06condition.
- 2:10Just dropped in to see what condition my condition was in. Remember that?
- 2:16Pretty good old song for that long ago. Well, our condition is we're hobbled somewhat because we're
- 2:23nursing Paul.
- 2:25Get get a mental picture of that. We're nursing Paul to, to Oklahoma.
- 2:32And,
- 2:34I'm not sure how far along in the process he is at this point,
- 2:39but we hope he's real close. He's gonna give us maybe an October surprise. I don't know if he's
- 2:45wanting to stay up there past the
- 2:48past the election.
- 2:51They got a deal going on up there right around Paul. I was just hearing Alex from last night talk about it.
- 2:59You know, most of the days I'm bitching on Mondays that there's no
- 3:03stories
- 3:04that I'd seen over the weekend that were significant. We got some going on this morning, so I'm gonna stick
- 3:11stick miss Sandy back on the medium burner for just a little bit because these are pretty important.
- 3:19This is one of them. I I don't know if I've heard about it or not. There's another one of these Duke rape things. Remember from the hockey or the the the...
- 3:27Oh, what was it where they have that little wicket they stole? Lacrosse team.
- 3:32I know it ended up that it was a false accusation and all the dookies were innocent.
- 3:38Well, I got kind of the same thing going on except it's a little more blatant from a standpoint of obvious evidence that is false.
- 3:45And that's up in around where Paul is. I'm not sure where Cornell
- 3:50is,
- 3:52but it's up there somewhere because Leticia James
- 3:56has been sick on him
- 3:59by the governor, miss Hochul, is that her name?
- 4:04I can understand, Paul. If I was you, I wouldn't delay a damn day to get out of New York, quite frankly, even though you're down on the other end of state and all that. With with clowns like this, these women rule over you. Children will be your oppressors.
- 4:20Remember?
- 4:24This Hochul and
- 4:26Leticia James combo is
- 4:29woo hoo. Well, we saw what she did with Trump, Leticia James. She's a Soros bitch.
- 4:35All all she promised
- 4:36to get... Got Soros' total total backing all she had said. I'm going after Donald Trump.
- 4:44Yeah. Well, we all saw what happened. We lived through it.
- 4:47Oh, and now all of her
- 4:49her crimes,
- 4:51the, falsification
- 4:52of rental thing and residency
- 4:55in two or three states and all of the the... This is my only home dwelling when it's about our second or third. One them is a whole damn apartment building up there in New York.
- 5:07Well, now they're on this this
- 5:10corn... Cornell case, and some girl...
- 5:14They've got the texts, I guess. I'm not gonna get into it. I mean, it's just another one of these floozy things, but she... Well, they're having sexual orgies up there, and they're talking about how this is orgies
- 5:25from the middle ages and all this stuff. And now the girl who who who who who checks, and they got the text to the boys saying, well, I I kinda enjoyed this. You know? And
- 5:38and now they're going after them for rape evidently.
- 5:44I I... I'd
- 5:46get out of New York if I were you. Had a chance, Paul. Couldn't get out of there quick enough.
- 5:52So that's one thing. That's just a side thing. The others are much more interesting. Good morning. Is anybody out there? I hadn't even had a hello yet this morning.
- 6:01Did you have a nice weekend? Nobody said, did you have a nice weekend, Roger, or any of that?
- 6:06Unknown: Did you have a good weekend, Roger? Thank you so much. Yes. I did.
- 6:11Yeah. I did. You just Yeah.
- 6:13Unknown: It was, it was,
- 6:15topped off last night with the Atlanta Braves at least getting one game out of Los Angeles on the West Coast in the World Series. So that's pretty cool.
- 6:25Get quiet. Stayed around the house. Didn't do too much. You... We're into... I guess we're into the change of seasons, Jeff.
- 6:32Beautifully, you know, as I've told y'all so often, usually in Ecuador, the mornings are just stunning.
- 6:38And then as it heats up, the clouds move in, and we we we must be changing seasons
- 6:44on the cusp of it because we're having these clouds roll in the afternoon. Some thunderstorms had a about a twenty five minute thunderstorm yesterday. I hadn't seen one of those in a in a while. It's changing here too. So we had a bit of rain now instead of hundreds, we got the eighties. So Uh-huh. Okay. Well, that's good. And so... But this morning, it's gorgeous again, so I don't know, but we're... Seem to be on a change. I'd have three blankets last night, so definitely getting cooler at night.
- 7:14Anyway, thanks, Jeff, for stepping forward and telling all Raj hello so I know there's somebody out there. Yeah. Did you get that email I sent? I can't remember now what it was about.
- 7:24Late last night. I I I don't know if I've seen it if you sent it last night. I'm sure I got it. Okay.
- 7:30If you remember back, Jeff, now that I got you,
- 7:34if you remember back when we're studying history and you're looking at the at the French revolution.
- 7:39Paul
- 7:41got a good book on the French revolution, not our bean or our English, and, he was reading it a while back, and he was supposed to come give us a book report. I'm sure there's some interesting things in there. You may remember
- 7:54about the, initial
- 7:56Illuminati
- 7:57meetings,
- 7:59and then they had their papers, and they were sending them around Europe.
- 8:04And the horsemen that was going,
- 8:06from Germany to France
- 8:09with this paper were
- 8:11struck by lightning. Yes. Yeah. And he had the papers on him.
- 8:16And, so they started,
- 8:18publishing
- 8:19them in newspapers around Bavaria particularly.
- 8:23And this is when the Illuminati had to go underground.
- 8:26But what were they doing back then? They were seeding the French Revolution.
- 8:31That's why they were soon to botch the currency while they're seeding the French Revolution.
- 8:36The French Revolution was the first place they tested their theses.
- 8:42Yeah. You worked pretty good,
- 8:44I guess, if we, you know, looked at history correctly.
- 8:47Unknown: Yeah. They were effective.
- 8:49Unknown: Has anybody seen what's going on in France right now today over the weekend? Did you happen to see any of it? No.
- 8:57You didn't? Well, you're not gonna see any of it on the establishment media. Okay. I saw it.
- 9:04Julie saw it.
- 9:06Unknown: It's awful.
- 9:08Unknown: Well, if you didn't see it and you don't know, the French Revolution too is commenced, and it's in France and not just Paris. It's all over the whole country.
- 9:18And, they're burning schools. They burned 600 churches.
- 9:22Unknown: I mean, Notre Dame. They burned everything.
- 9:25Unknown: It's, just that you're rampaging
- 9:28rampaging,
- 9:29but it'd rampaging
- 9:31gangs of of sub Saharan Nubians. It's not the Nubians. It's their kids
- 9:37that are starting it, that they're blaming it on. I mean, you get a panorama of Paris and the the plumes of smoke
- 9:45coming from these important places, and it's all over the country. Every city's been hit.
- 9:50So if you were planning that fall French vacation,
- 9:54I would, call your travel agent real quick because you ain't gonna have a good time. K?
- 10:00And it's real serious. I mean, just gangs of the soul of bitches burning down this, burning down that.
- 10:08You know what started it, Julie?
- 10:11Unknown: Julie? The immigrant. All the immigrants.
- 10:15Unknown: Esau. Oh, yeah.
- 10:17Unknown: Esau is right.
- 10:18What started it? You remember about a year or so ago or a little longer,
- 10:24that we had this, this surge from the, worldwide Jewish community?
- 10:30Unknown: Yep.
- 10:31Unknown: That, that if you looked at... They had found studies. I heard, the the guy from ADL saying this on conference call. Somebody leaked out. He said, if you spend fifteen... Or these young people spend fifteen minutes on TikTok,
- 10:45they they become more antisemitic.
- 10:47Remember that?
- 10:50Y'all y'all don't remember that?
- 10:52Anyway, that's what was going on. That was the urge, and that was the big surge
- 10:57so that they could go in and buy
- 11:00TikTok
- 11:02so they could control the anti
- 11:04Semitic literature. You know? And now they're they're doing it pretty good. They'd have to... If if the... Somebody on TikTok, I'm... I I hear, I don't do that,
- 11:14is talking about the Jews is gone so far that they put a juice box
- 11:20from the emoticons in there. And now they've even picked up that the juice box is indicating the juice. They won't let you put a juice box up there.
- 11:29Right?
- 11:32Remember, fifteen minutes, these young people become more... I forget how much more antisemitico,
- 11:37hell, they had it all
- 11:39equated out.
- 11:43Guess where the French Revolution too came from, Julie?
- 11:48Unknown: Zionist.
- 11:50Unknown: TikTok.
- 11:54With a post about burning your school down,
- 12:00That initiated all of it. So now,
- 12:03you remember I keep telling you these creeps do the same crap over and over? Well, here it is. They started the French Revolution one, and now they're starting the French Revolution two. Oh, they're doing a little different.
- 12:16Yeah. They're doing little different things at play here.
- 12:19That's exactly what's going on.
- 12:22And I I urge you,
- 12:25if you have not seen pictures of it,
- 12:28to please... Well, you'll see them again today if you just watch out. You won't see it on NBC. You're not gonna see it on Fox,
- 12:36but you can see it on Alex Jones.
- 12:40And, I would suggest that you might wanna look at that. Of course, we'll not have that here because of the guns.
- 12:48But, boy, you could see some...
- 12:51Is a target rich environment, folks.
- 12:54I mean, serious.
- 12:56I forget all the statistics. He was going over it last night. 600
- 13:00schools or churches or something they burned.
- 13:04They're just marauding
- 13:05down and and and and going after any... Anything that they
- 13:11conceive up as a target.
- 13:13Unknown: I'm not a mosque and not a synagogue.
- 13:17Unknown: Do what, Jeff? Something about mosques and synagogue. Oh, of course, you're not gonna get those. Maybe synagogue.
- 13:23Unknown: Yeah. Well, no. They're not going after the synagogues or the mosques. They're going after Christianity.
- 13:28Unknown: Okay. Well, I mean, it's a biblical thing here. God... Jesus told us this is gonna happen. We've known it's gonna happen. We know why it's happening.
- 13:36And, the same people that killed our lord and savior do the same damn thing.
- 13:44Roger, he's doing it. Yeah. Yes, sir? You can say all that on Hey, Jay. Steve Bannon's program. Okay. Bannon this morning? Yep.
- 13:54K. How do you get the... He had a... I just saw a snippet of it, but he had a a a pretty nice confrontation with miss Laura Loomer here recently I saw. Did you happen to watch that one, Joe? No. I missed it. But he's on, rev six days a week. Uh-huh. Well, Trump... Okay. Okay. He starts at 09:00 central time. Mhmm. What what what
- 14:19site is he on?
- 14:21Unknown: Realamerica'svoice.
- 14:22Unknown: Okay. Realamerica'svoice.com.
- 14:25Yep.
- 14:26Alright. Yeah. I like Bannon.
- 14:30Oh lord. What... Trump has gone nuts. Here's here's the latest Trump stuff.
- 14:36Well, now he's kicking, turning his back on the Jew AI community.
- 14:42And whether you know it or not or have heard it or not, Elon
- 14:47Musk is back in town.
- 14:49Elon's back on board, Joe.
- 14:52And he's in Washington,
- 14:54and he's been assigned the Pentagon. He's over at the Pentagon. I'm not sure in what hierarchical
- 14:59position,
- 15:01but because the Chinese along with the the the other,
- 15:06AIs are teamed up with China,
- 15:08and they're, like, whipping our ass on this laser stuff even though Trump says we're... Are are are... We're on AI
- 15:15on what... On all these drones and stuff.
- 15:18So now Trump
- 15:20has put Musk back in the Pentagon
- 15:23to oversee us trying to catch up with China and the others on these drone things.
- 15:30The new the new frontier of warfare.
- 15:34So China, in the last couple of days,
- 15:39has developed an anti drone system,
- 15:42and they demonstrated
- 15:43it over one of the big cities. They show
- 15:46video of it on Alex over there. I don't think you're gonna see it anywhere else,
- 15:52but they got invaded. They sent a a fleet of these drones of some type over this city, and this laser thing and
- 16:00lasers connect, and it's hitting all over, and they all fall.
- 16:05So there's just... There's a bunch of stuff going on. I... You know, this first Monday that I've been able to come on here and do something like this in a while because they're just like over the weekend, the summer, everything's pretty flat.
- 16:19Still don't have... And maybe I'll go over there and try Bannon a little bit, Joe.
- 16:25Still don't have a decent morning show
- 16:30where you can get the latest move of news from over the weekend, or I haven't found one. Anyway, I'll try Bana.
- 16:37Unknown: So He's also he's also on at 04:00
- 16:42central time. Is that a repeat, or is that a second shift? Second second show. He does that six days a week. So Okay. He he is pretty committed in his endeavor. Oh, yeah. He's an interesting fellow, Bannon, for sure.
- 16:58Unknown: They don't like him.
- 17:00So I I I would
- 17:02go up and hug him. You know?
- 17:05So, anyway, those are the things I was thinking of right now. But if you haven't seen these, these videos
- 17:11of, France
- 17:12and folks that ain't too far away, and the other ones over there, England, they're not far behind them,
- 17:18and Germany except the AV... Americans for Deutschland
- 17:23party won in in in Germany evidently here, recent election,
- 17:28in pretty good sizable amount, I heard.
- 17:32So just a little brush by in the, geopolitical
- 17:35scene, especially over there in Europe, and they're in big trouble.
- 17:39Are
- 17:40they in big trouble? They've kicked the can. They've kicked the can. They've kicked the can. Just like Martin Armstrong said, they advised... They told him over to advise them when they're forming the EU.
- 17:51And he told them you gotta combine the debt. They didn't wanna combine the debt.
- 17:56So they didn't combine the debt, and it's eating them alive.
- 18:00The interest is eating them alive now with all these complications.
- 18:04Iran,
- 18:05skyrocketing
- 18:06prices,
- 18:07a cold winter coming,
- 18:08very little energy on hand anywhere to heat people this winter and keep them alive and warm.
- 18:18Not a good place to be. You can see why they wanna go after Russia, can't you?
- 18:24Not only the wealth, $95,000,000,000,000
- 18:26worth of resources, they just love to get their grubby little hands on because that would pull them out of the debt thing they're in. It would say... It would have something in the... Where they could backfill
- 18:37as the system starting to erode in the background and give us some stability and some collateral, and
- 18:43well, mister Putin is pretty abject to letting them have and break Russia up into five different countries and
- 18:51all the shenanigans
- 18:52that the oligarchs pulled and all of that crap, but they're determined because they don't have another choice. They gotta... For
- 19:00them, it's like invade Russia, get Russia to provoke them to attack or die.
- 19:06Kinda. And why would Russia wanna attack Europe?
- 19:10They they got no... You want... Oh, yeah. I can't wait to get to conquer France.
- 19:15I wanna go over there and fight couple of million sub Saharan Nubians running around in loincloth
- 19:21with Molotov cocktails.
- 19:23Yeah. Boy, there's a lot of incentive for me to invade there.
- 19:28They can't even pay their own damn pensions.
- 19:32So, anyway, all that's going on over there, you'll be confronted with that should you stumble into news sites today.
- 19:38I'm sure it's probably progressed and more than likely gotten worse.
- 19:42That panorama
- 19:43of, Paris was
- 19:47was startling. K?
- 19:49If you haven't seen it, go back, watch either a little bit of, like, Sunday night's Alex show. He starts the whole first, of
- 19:57of the first one with it and then
- 20:00talks about it as he goes on.
- 20:03That's one place you can view it. If not,
- 20:08just wait. You'll see it somewhere eventually.
- 20:13So let's see what else going on. And,
- 20:17but
- 20:18it's just a quiet weekend. You know, that big rainstorm through here Saturday,
- 20:22which pretty unusual. We hadn't seen one of those in a while. I mean, those big drops for... Sustained for twenty, twenty five minutes is the... Must've been a little line of cold air went through.
- 20:34So hope you had a nice weekend,
- 20:38I think.
- 20:39Miss Sandy, are you with us? Did you do a lot of reading?
- 20:43Unknown: I'm with you, and, yes, I've been doing reading.
- 20:46Unknown: What have you been reading?
- 20:51Unknown: I've I've been going through your
- 20:53site on some of the documents,
- 20:55plus I've I've
- 20:57been working on
- 20:59trying to get
- 21:01totally free. I've been, you know, looking through my passport
- 21:06application,
- 21:07and and there's
- 21:08Unknown: one thing I wanted to ask you about. Okay. Good. Because there's one thing I wanted to say about it, and I've forgotten. So let's let's tit for tat on each other.
- 21:17Unknown: Okay.
- 21:18When you're doing a renewal,
- 21:21you don't have to check off citizenship
- 21:23Unknown: or any of that. However They don't ask you. Well, they never ask you that.
- 21:28No. They don't ask you, are you a citizen of The United States? They presume
- 21:33you are unless you tell them and instruct them differently.
- 21:36Unknown: Well, at the bottom of the first page,
- 21:40you must sign and date the application.
- 21:45Declare under penalty of perjury all of the following. I am a citizen or noncitizen
- 21:51national of The United States. Uh-huh. Now,
- 21:55am I a national of The United States or a national of The United States Of America?
- 22:00Unknown: Well, you're just a national. You could say American national. We found that in the statutes.
- 22:07Unknown: That's not an option here.
- 22:09Unknown: I know it's not. You want me to tell you... You wanna get into them and show you what they're doing here. They're hiding it. Oh, I know. But in order Where are they... Alright. Where are they hiding it?
- 22:21At the policy got two options.
- 22:23Where where do you think they're hiding it?
- 22:29Unknown: You mean they're hiding it somewhere in this statement?
- 22:32Unknown: Yep.
- 22:35Oh, these are slick little bastards,
- 22:37Sandy.
- 22:39Unknown: Okay.
- 22:40Oh,
- 22:41Unknown: have you ever heard of an OMB number?
- 22:45Unknown: Yes.
- 22:46Unknown: Office of management and budget number for a document that is considered to be a
- 22:53public information gathering request.
- 22:58Okay. Which is what a passport or any any agency that's putting out a
- 23:03piece of paper from a government agency that asks questions
- 23:07is considered a public information gathering
- 23:10request.
- 23:12Now this comes out of Watergate.
- 23:14It's got deep roots. K?
- 23:16Uh-huh. They're putting more transparency
- 23:18in the
- 23:19government.
- 23:21Well, they passed that law. It came out of Watergate. It's in the paperwork reduction act. They even allude to it in the instructions, these two.
- 23:30And,
- 23:31what it is is any document
- 23:34put out to the general public by an agency
- 23:38has to go through the office of management and budget
- 23:42and be thoroughly,
- 23:44and I'm... I mean that seriously,
- 23:46thoroughly checked
- 23:48to make sure it's constitutional.
- 23:51And if it is, they issue you an OMB
- 23:54number.
- 23:56And then you can put out the
- 23:59information gathering request.
- 24:01Passport inform... Passport app would meet that criteria, wouldn't
- 24:06Sure. Okay. So they have to follow that. Well, according to that,
- 24:11there's a national as a as
- 24:14a political
- 24:16status.
- 24:17Why why isn't it in that statement right there?
- 24:22Because it is and you can't see it.
- 24:25Unknown: Well, is it included
- 24:27in the parentheses
- 24:28where it says... Let me find it again.
- 24:32Unknown: Unless explanatory
- 24:33statement is attached. Attached.
- 24:36Yeah. Kinda.
- 24:37Well, that's your affidavit, but it doesn't apply there. It applies somewhere else there. Okay.
- 24:44I mean, come on. These people are just really trying to screw you up, and they've done a damn good job. What I'd like to relate to you is a policy statement. We've already covered it, but we covered the bottom part of it. We're gonna go back up to the top part of it, and that is a
- 25:01state department
- 25:02policy
- 25:03statement on their website,
- 25:06travel.state.gov,
- 25:09and it is called a certificate
- 25:12of noncitizen
- 25:14nationality.
- 25:17So if you want to go to the state department website, travel.state.gov,
- 25:21and then when it comes up, they got a search bar, their field, and put in certificate of noncitizen
- 25:27nationality.
- 25:28There'll be a bunch of selections that'll come up for you. You can just pick
- 25:33one of the top couple.
- 25:34They've done a little bit of change in here, but it's not
- 25:38defeatable. I mean, it's not undefeatable.
- 25:42In the old place, first time I saw it, I believe it was in this third paragraph.
- 25:47And the third paragraph, it's a policy statement there, really. And we... Here, let me tell you what they're saying.
- 25:55This is for American Samoans,
- 25:58by the way. Right.
- 26:00And it says,
- 26:02we've had a lot of requests for this document, this certificate
- 26:06of noncitizen nationality.
- 26:08But,
- 26:09Sandy, the the cost of paper that we use for this and the cost of the ink used to print it, oh, they've gotten so absorbent that we don't do that anymore.
- 26:21We're
- 26:22gonna give a $400,000,000,000
- 26:25to Ukraine,
- 26:26but we can't print this document because it's just absorbently expensive.
- 26:33It's... Literally, it says that. It says, well, we suggest you go get a passport.
- 26:39In the third paragraph, it starts this way.
- 26:43According to the INA,
- 26:45maybe the second paragraph,
- 26:48according to the INA,
- 26:50there's more of these in acronyms. What the hell is that? That's the Immigration Naturalization
- 26:55Act over there in title eight.
- 26:57Mhmm.
- 26:59According to the INA,
- 27:01comma,
- 27:03all
- 27:04ALL
- 27:06US citizens
- 27:09are
- 27:11US
- 27:11nationals.
- 27:14That's what it says.
- 27:16Okay. But but
- 27:18only a few US nationals
- 27:21are not
- 27:23US citizens.
- 27:25Oh, who are they? That's the American Samoans.
- 27:28And the reason they say that is because, you see, they cannot get birthright citizenship.
- 27:35American Samoa, when they fought Germany for the Samoans back about a hundred and twenty years ago, Germany got Big Samoa, and we got Little Samoa now called American Samoa.
- 27:46It's over on the East Side Of Samoa if you look at it,
- 27:51and, they are the... Let's see if I can get this right. Rick has come on here and corrected me.
- 27:57I used to say that they're the only unincorporated
- 28:00territory in the whole US system.
- 28:03Now Rick will come back and say it's unregistered
- 28:06or something else, but they're different from every other territory in the system.
- 28:12American Samoa
- 28:13and Swain's Island, a little privately held island group close,
- 28:18and they're under the same thing under some
- 28:22environmental treaty because they're so unique. It's the only island in the Pacific that has a freshwater lake in the middle of it. It's privately owned.
- 28:31Anyway,
- 28:31it's in this group here.
- 28:35So you got American Samoa and Swain's Island, and they're not birthright citizens. If any of those people come to The US,
- 28:43they've
- 28:44they've they've gotta naturalize to be US citizens.
- 28:48Oh. And a lot of them take umbrage to it. We've had some of them call in. In fact, we had one guy,
- 28:54call in from Arizona, and his family were... Are the next to
- 28:59become the rulers of American Samoa. Because
- 29:02they're unincorporated
- 29:03or unregistered,
- 29:05they have all their natural rights.
- 29:07You own your own land there. If you have an abortion in American Samoa, they they can convict you of murder.
- 29:13And
- 29:14it's like
- 29:16a national have a god given rights,
- 29:19and that's what they give them, and they hold back
- 29:23the birthright citizenship,
- 29:25a citizen of The United States.
- 29:27And they want the goodies. They don't wanna have to go through these trips to The US to become naturalized.
- 29:33They don't wanna have to go through the inhibitions that are involved in it for them, I e, if they join the military, they can't be an officer.
- 29:42If they're in civil service, they can only attain a rank so high
- 29:47unless they naturalize.
- 29:49K? So they're really screwed. They're
- 29:52in The US system, but they're nationals,
- 29:55but they can't be birthright citizens
- 29:58until they naturalize.
- 30:00Hence, the term
- 30:02noncitizen
- 30:03national.
- 30:05Unknown: Right.
- 30:06Unknown: K? That makes sense. So now the big... And we had a couple of shows years ago, a few years back on
- 30:13some of these contentious programs we have occasionally.
- 30:17And people want to fight over that first statement
- 30:20because they maintain,
- 30:21and it may be,
- 30:23they maintain
- 30:24that the US citizen
- 30:27at the US National is American Samoan.
- 30:31But in that statement right there, they don't say that. They say all
- 30:35US citizens are US nationals.
- 30:39So is it a US national Us?
- 30:44Or is The US national,
- 30:47well, one of them? Well, that sentence
- 30:49doesn't say that. It says US citizen,
- 30:51US national are the same.
- 30:54Now without getting into a bunch of argumentative
- 30:57stuff, it just doesn't... It's not worth arguing about because it doesn't make any difference.
- 31:01Just use national in your paperwork and refer yourself as a national, and you'll never cross that line.
- 31:09Unknown: Okay. That's what I plan to do. I just wanted to... I I wanted to talk to you before I sign the darn thing. Mhmm. So here, well, we're gonna go through the rest of the thing because you know what?
- 31:20Unknown: See, before I started talking about this on the radio in my book,
- 31:25that penalty of perjury didn't look like that.
- 31:28They've gone in and covered their asses. I'm gonna show you where.
- 31:32Okay.
- 31:34So they say, I'm either a US citizen or a noncitizen national. Well, according to... You got an OMB number,
- 31:42so I'm gonna presume,
- 31:43here's my presumption,
- 31:45that this is not constitutional.
- 31:47And if it's constitutional,
- 31:49then national's hidden behind US citizen.
- 31:54Unknown: Okay.
- 31:55Unknown: Can't be a noncitizen national because we're both.
- 32:00That's what you're doing. You're switching from a presumption
- 32:03of the slave side to the free side. Well, they don't have that. They're on the free side. They gotta go through all the crap to get to slave side so that I guess they can file an affidavit and be free again.
- 32:18It's about the damnedest thing.
- 32:21Unknown: It is.
- 32:24Unknown: Crazy. So that is what you need to know and a little bit of an involved explanation
- 32:30for you and for everybody else on this...
- 32:33Well, it's confusing,
- 32:35and it's it's meant to be that way.
- 32:38Unknown: Yes.
- 32:39Unknown: I know everything is meant to be that way so that Boy, they're slick. Just don't get it. And yet they gotta tell you, because the OMB thing don't understand. And they... Right. And they gotta tell you according to their own philosophies.
- 32:52They gotta tell you out front what they're doing for you now. They don't have to tell you where you understand,
- 32:56but they gotta tell you. Right.
- 32:59Unknown: Right. I got that.
- 33:01Unknown: Okay. So you're on the penalty of perjury.
- 33:06And now I've showed you
- 33:09where The National is
- 33:11and what you're gonna do
- 33:14is you're gonna clarify that by including your affidavit in the packet and showing them.
- 33:19Unknown: Now should the affidavit be an original or a copy?
- 33:23Unknown: And if it's an original, they may send it back to you. It could be a copy. They accept copies.
- 33:29Okay. Copies are admissible in court.
- 33:32Okay. Good. Alright. So what's the second one on there?
- 33:36There's four of them. Right? Four little tickets, four little checkies?
- 33:41Unknown: Yes. The second one... Let me see. Let me... It's it's in small print, and I'm an old lady.
- 33:47Unknown: I understand that. Challenge.
- 33:50Unknown: The statements made on the application are true and correct is
- 33:56Unknown: number two. Alright. Well, we've sure we've sure... We will... You never wanna lie
- 34:01to passport people. Never ever ever they take that real seriously.
- 34:05Unknown: Well, I do too.
- 34:07Unknown: Good. Well, number three, I could tell you a story. I won't delay on this. What's number three?
- 34:12Unknown: I have not knowingly and willfully made false statements or included false statements
- 34:18in support of this application.
- 34:21Unknown: Check.
- 34:22Okay.
- 34:23Now what's the last one?
- 34:27Unknown: The photograph submitted with this application is a genuine
- 34:31current photograph of me. Okay. Well, there's another one now. Where's next? There's another one. I have read and understood the warning on page four of the instructions
- 34:41Unknown: to the application form. Oh, they're burying it in page four. Have you read the warnings on page four, Chandy? Not recently. Why don't you flip over to page four and find it for us?
- 34:53Unknown: I'll have to look it up.
- 34:56Unknown: Don't do that. I'll tell you. Don't don't go do that. Let's continue.
- 35:00Unknown: Okay.
- 35:01Unknown: Because I can pretty well tell you what it says. Yeah. I just printed out the application. I I I didn't... Oh, you didn't get the instructions. Okay. Well, they're in middle page four. See, this is what I found
- 35:13in 2007,
- 35:15but back then, it was at the top of page one.
- 35:19Why
- 35:20would they put this warning thing at the top
- 35:24of page one?
- 35:26Because where you have to sign
- 35:29is at the bottom of page four.
- 35:32And we play dialectics
- 35:34all the time.
- 35:39Oh, jeez. You get it?
- 35:42Unknown: Yeah. Yeah.
- 35:44Unknown: So warning says you can attach documentation,
- 35:47comma, including affidavits,
- 35:49comma, but you better be not liar. We're gonna
- 35:52put you so deep down. You get... They're gonna have to pump daylight to you.
- 35:57Now
- 35:58they don't tell you what for?
- 36:01Nope.
- 36:02They just tell you you can do it.
- 36:04Why is that?
- 36:05Because they gotta tell you because the IMB thing, they gotta tell you you can volunteer out, and that's what that is.
- 36:12But if you don't know all this stuff I've taught you for two or three days, you don't know it and recognize it.
- 36:18Unknown: Right.
- 36:20Now should I also include a cover letter with my affidavit? Nope. Don't need to. Okay. Sweet little old affidavit.
- 36:28Unknown: Stick it in there. I promise you,
- 36:31they'll know what it's about.
- 36:34Unknown: And Catherine told me I should send it to the secretary of state.
- 36:39Unknown: Well, you can do it. Uh-huh. Boy, that always comes up. We didn't used to do that. We used to just work through the post office... Through the passport office first.
- 36:49So I'm just gonna... I'm gonna go ahead and tell you the story.
- 36:52Okay. Because I think we're gonna put the... I
- 36:55think we should take a couple of days that we've gone over this, you and I here
- 37:00Uh-huh. And make it into... Because I keep asking, where's the something I can listen to or I get some instructions
- 37:06on? I'm a say, well, I want you to have skin in the game. Come get your ass in the game, and then I'll... We'll show them to you.
- 37:13But here with this, two or three shows of you with these explanations of all this foundation,
- 37:18we could kinda seg all those together.
- 37:21Here. You wanna know? Here. Listen to these ten hours right here. Boom.
- 37:24You know, whatever. Six hours, nine hours.
- 37:27So, anyway, that's what I envision using this for. I hope we will. I think it'll be a real good thing to just put in people's hands like that.
- 37:36Regardless,
- 37:37let's see where were we going. On the on the submitting a single,
- 37:41what we call a naked affidavit,
- 37:44it's just a copy of your affidavit with a cover letter to secretary,
- 37:48mister Rubio.
- 37:49By the way, before I forget it,
- 37:51couple of you sent me messages this morning.
- 37:55Mister Rubio has announced that they're,
- 37:58looking at a way to issue
- 38:01DS 11 passports
- 38:03without having to sign it in front of an agent.
- 38:07Nice. Okay. That... That's just breaking.
- 38:10So
- 38:11isn't that interesting? Well, why on the first time would they want you to
- 38:15be in front of an agent and all that formal stuff? Ask you all those extra questions.
- 38:21Unknown: It was so long ago for me. I don't even remember. I did it in my own book. They're setting up the feudal system.
- 38:28Yeah.
- 38:32Unknown: When you don't include an affidavit and you tell them your parents were citizens of The United States
- 38:38and you've always answered those questions yes,
- 38:42well, they're just gonna continue that presumption.
- 38:44So here's the junction in the road, the the the Slauson cutoff
- 38:50where you where you stop and say, I'm putting this piece of paper in there and telling these suckers exactly who I am, which meets their official
- 38:57regulated
- 39:00way they have to receive
- 39:02this to to record it.
- 39:04Because you just go up and tell them. You go to district court and go, here, your honor. Here's my affidavit, and I'm a damn national. He's gonna... Nope. Bam.
- 39:13You're never gonna get
- 39:15a political status statement in
- 39:18and get it registered without doing it this way.
- 39:22This is the only way.
- 39:24They've set it up like that crab trap I talked to you about the other day. You can't get your ass out.
- 39:31And then they're gonna dumb you down. They're gonna give you crap in the food, crap in the water, crap in the air, crap in the schools,
- 39:39watch crappy TV,
- 39:41and you... You're just gonna be a zombie. And that's what we got.
- 39:45Unknown: Yep.
- 39:47Unknown: So what we're doing with you is we're going over all these things, Sandy, we're showing here. Iron sharpens iron.
- 39:55So now Sandy's thinking as she stumbles on these words,
- 39:59well, she's gonna be a little bit more cautious before
- 40:02blurting out some kind of a definition or making some statement using them with a wrong definition.
- 40:08So you're becoming cautious
- 40:10and will become more so, and you'll be more exact on the words that you're using.
- 40:16And as we use words, we speak in a reality.
- 40:22And if we could all start doing that, we can speak a reality in instead of the instead of the false illusion they're letting us use with words like money,
- 40:32resident,
- 40:33citizen of The United States,
- 40:35and we don't correct it. So the other person we're talking to doesn't understand that there's a difference,
- 40:40and everybody rolls right along in the illusion.
- 40:44Unknown: Right. Right.
- 40:47Unknown: Isn't that what's happening?
- 40:49Oh, absolutely. Okay. So here's where where this came from. One guy
- 40:53screwed this up. We used to always, didn't know any better, do it through the passport office.
- 40:58So I get an email from a guy out in California.
- 41:01He's in San Jose, and he's a Brit.
- 41:05He got over here about 2000,
- 41:07naturalized, got a passport.
- 41:09Whatever he's doing out there in San Jose, I don't know.
- 41:12But he writes me a a letter, an email, says, man, I submitted an application with this affidavit,
- 41:18and they they kept my money. They refused my application,
- 41:22and they revoked my open passport.
- 41:25Oh.
- 41:26Well, I'm like, well, go. Darn. We don't hear that very often.
- 41:30No. So immediately, I'm going to investigate it.
- 41:34So I get him to
- 41:36send me the letter he got,
- 41:39and it was, what had happened was he didn't tell uncle Roger.
- 41:44He didn't tell uncle Roger he got stopped for drunk driving.
- 41:49Oh. In San Jose, he wouldn't get out the car. Being a Brit, they broke the windshield, yanked his ass out, threw him in jail.
- 41:57Somehow, got out, and him being a Brit, not understanding our system and its nuances,
- 42:02thought they dropped the charges.
- 42:06So he applies for a passport to override and get the affidavit in there.
- 42:13Well, they don't put the affidavit in until they're processed in the application.
- 42:20And, evidently, the first thing they do is they run your ass on NCIC
- 42:24or whatever it is, that national computer database to find out if you're naughty or nice,
- 42:31and they found him to be naughty. And he had these two drunk driving charges. That's why they did that. And more importantly,
- 42:39they used as the justification
- 42:42two
- 42:43court sites out of 27
- 42:45CFR.
- 42:47That's code federal regulations.
- 42:49Well,
- 42:51none of those apply to us except for that eight seventy one b and eight seventy seven b over in the income tax code. All the rest of those regulations are deep state policy
- 43:01for the slaves.
- 43:03Well, we're not that anymore,
- 43:05and that's what he's trying to get in in this application,
- 43:08but he neglected
- 43:10this. They see the outstanding charges.
- 43:12Shut the gate on it. They're not processing it any further.
- 43:17They're gonna say... And they write him back, say, we're gonna keep your money too. We're gonna revoke your open passport. We're not gonna process this one,
- 43:24and,
- 43:25and you... And you're just SOL.
- 43:28Wow.
- 43:30So
- 43:31here's the hitch.
- 43:34If he'd have sent in a cold affidavit
- 43:37first
- 43:38and told us all this stuff,
- 43:40then that affidavit would have been in the receipt in the possession of the secretary.
- 43:46Well, that's enough to negate the application
- 43:49of those two regulations.
- 43:52So at least he had grounds for an appeal,
- 43:58And since they didn't process the affidavit, he didn't.
- 44:02Oh. So now I gotta go back. First of all, tell that story way too many times.
- 44:08Because everybody want... Well, what's the one exception? Well, why was it? Why'd you do it that way? Everybody wants to know that. So I gotta go through it every time. K?
- 44:17Unknown: Okay.
- 44:18Unknown: That's where you get the... Just send a naked affidavit to the secretary. Now, Sandy, I'm not trying
- 44:25to cast an aspersion
- 44:26that you've got skeletons in your closet, and you've been a naughty girl.
- 44:32But
- 44:33just to make sure
- 44:35for everybody
- 44:37And the other part of it is, I don't think they can see enough of these coming through the state department.
- 44:44In fact, I've thought about telling everybody to do it... Renew yours every year. Just send them a new one every year. Hey. For this calendar year, you wanna get me in a ten forty for a year? In this calendar year, I'm free.
- 44:57Well, hell, just have been millions of the son of a bitches up there. K?
- 45:03But, anyway, that's why. So what we did with people that have a skeletons in their closet
- 45:09is we tell them to submit that naked
- 45:11affidavit
- 45:13and wait
- 45:14couple of days, two weeks, something like that.
- 45:18You know whether you got skeletons in your closet for lord's sakes?
- 45:22Unknown: Yes.
- 45:23Unknown: Yes. I And so, I don't think it's a big deal, but that's the situation that led up to that. So if you feel good, you know that, you know, none of those there, then, hell, you could go and apply for the pass in the passport app in the same day.
- 45:36But that's why,
- 45:38and that's the little nuance, sealed baby steps that we have to take here
- 45:44because of our enemies, how they are, and how they've got this set up. And by god, they're not gonna defeat us. We got their feet. We can hold them straight to the fire.
- 45:53Unknown: Now my one question on the secretary of state is
- 46:00submitting it to the US secretary of state or Yes. The secretary of state of South Carolina?
- 46:05Unknown: No. We're gonna cover the state thing. Remember I told you we'd cover that. We'll cover it in a minute. I wanna get this passport thing out of the way. Okay. So the passport application
- 46:14Unknown: should be submitted to the US Secretary of State.
- 46:18Unknown: Passport division. Yes.
- 46:21Unknown: Okay. I just wanna be clear. Mhmm.
- 46:24Now now my first affidavit
- 46:26that I sent out, it covers...
- 46:28I I reread it this past weekend that took up quite a bit of my time as well. Oh, yeah. And and you're... And You know why it shows Strave expects the clerks up there to do that. Yeah. Well, I did it twice.
- 46:42Okay. That's when I first received it and this past weekend. And, yes, it... It's in small print and it's many pages.
- 46:50Mhmm. And part of it is enumerating
- 46:53on the many reasons
- 46:55why
- 46:56I have decided to become a a national.
- 47:00Okay. That takes up a lot of faith.
- 47:02Unknown: Okay.
- 47:04Unknown: It it it enumerates one the many times the government has acted against its people.
- 47:10Unknown: And there are plenty of references and everything else. Oh, that's all that's all fine and good. Did you rebut the presumption in there anywhere?
- 47:19Unknown: Yeah. That's in there.
- 47:20Unknown: Okay. Well, then that that may be why there's in there. That may be why there's been no backlash on straight students.
- 47:28I just feel uncomfortable
- 47:30with it because it's some damn opus, and it... Would you rather write one sentence or 30 pages?
- 47:37Unknown: Well, I agree with you. I...
- 47:39As I said, I initially thought that was the way to do it.
- 47:43And
- 47:44for that reason, I'm wondering if I should just
- 47:48send him a... Well, I'll be sending a simplified copy with my passport.
- 47:52Unknown: Mhmm.
- 47:53Well, you could... If you wanted to put a little note in there, you could say this affidavit cancels and supersedes the previous one submitted, whatever.
- 48:02Unknown: Right.
- 48:04Unknown: Okay. You could do that.
- 48:06There are... There
- 48:08there's not many wrong things you can do there except lie
- 48:12and don't clearly
- 48:15rebut the presumption.
- 48:17Right. Now see, we used to do this two ways
- 48:22because you could go around the opposite way and say, I, Sandy,
- 48:26am the child of white parents, this, that, and the other. And so now you're coming back to the black white issue.
- 48:33Unknown: Yeah.
- 48:34Unknown: Okay. And the reason for that is because it's almost impossible to disprove a negative.
- 48:41Unknown: Okay.
- 48:42Unknown: I'm white. I'm not black. Oh, no. You're black. You're black.
- 48:50So we used to do it that way. You can do it that way,
- 48:53or you can just make this simple assertion of I'm this and not that.
- 48:58I've I've I've come to really prefer the the second way of doing that. Mhmm. And because you're being straightforward,
- 49:07it's not complex.
- 49:09You don't have to have
- 49:11pro peanut persona,
- 49:13conduit,
- 49:14poo poo, a wooey,
- 49:16and all the legal stuff you've learned after researching for twenty years, you don't have to have that in there.
- 49:21You're not a lawyer. You're not held to those standards.
- 49:25Unknown: Right.
- 49:27Unknown: So...
- 49:28And even if you are a lawyer, you wouldn't you wouldn't need all that crap in there. But here's what goes on with our people, and I understand this. They've spent years. Some of these folks on here have spent years of their... Some decades
- 49:40of their life researching this stuff and
- 49:43maybe the whole time under somebody
- 49:46Lester Strait.
- 49:47So they don't have... Not only do they not have the full picture, they got a bunch of erroneous stuff in there too.
- 49:53Unknown: Mhmm.
- 49:55Unknown: And so they gotta come along, and now we gotta see if we can catch them and undo
- 50:00all that stuff.
- 50:02Right. And, boy, it gets difficult with some people.
- 50:06I can imagine. Yeah. Me too. You know, it said like, Mark Twain.
- 50:12It's easier to fool a man than to tell him he's been fooled. It's about that complex.
- 50:17Unknown: Oh, absolutely.
- 50:18K.
- 50:19Unknown: So, anyway,
- 50:21yes, we...
- 50:24Unknown: I lost you.
- 50:26Unknown: I'll be right back. It's some kind of FUBAR thing.
- 50:29Unknown: Okay.
- 50:30Unknown: But with the FCC platform,
- 50:32it happens. I don't know why. I didn't touch nothing.
- 50:36Unknown: So Quick comment.
- 50:37Unknown: Hold it. Say what?
- 50:40Unknown: Quick comment. Yes, sir.
- 50:43Is...
- 50:46When you say that proof the negative and you're talking about the white and the black, and I know you don't like focusing on that, but that's the whole
- 50:54purpose that fourteenth amendment was for the blacks.
- 50:58And when we don't blame the You know? The fourteenth amendment Just Carl. Right?
- 51:03Unknown: Yeah. This is... Sorry. Carl, I disagree with you. I think they passed the whole thing when they're thinking about us and everybody else.
- 51:10They wrote us in time it was for the blacks, but their intention was to enslave everybody with it. They they wrote us in on the fourteenth amendment.
- 51:20They... Yeah. They did.
- 51:22See? So you can say that. It's just an old saying. It's all... You know, illegally,
- 51:26it's very difficult to disprove a negative.
- 51:30So just a statement.
- 51:34So, but I like this way better. I understand it better. See, now I understand it's not a color thing.
- 51:42It isn't a black white thing at all. It's a political status thing. Absolutely.
- 51:47K. They just codified it because even back then, they were planning on pitting us against each other.
- 51:55Unknown: Oh, yeah. Big time.
- 51:57Unknown: K.
- 51:59Just like you...
- 52:01So we got that and the passport, I think, out of the way. Anybody else got any comments or questions on that?
- 52:09God. I guess we've done a pretty good job with them, Sandy.
- 52:13Unknown: Yeah. I think I can finally submit this thing. Yeah. Yes. Yes. I think that was mister Rick.
- 52:21Unknown: Oh, it's George.
- 52:23Unknown: George from
- 52:25Okay. What you got, George? From from Idaho. George has a fertile mind also.
- 52:31Unknown: The...
- 52:32Careful.
- 52:33The
- 52:34interesting...
- 52:35Joseph Rory, I don't if you ever knew him at all. He
- 52:40he was out of South Carolina, out of Summerville. Summerville? Is that sound familiar? I believe they've got a Summerville in South Carolina. I believe so. Yes.
- 52:50So
- 52:50he was a beekeeper,
- 52:52pest control guy from way back and also a boxer.
- 52:56And
- 52:57he one time shut down a court because he had a black justice
- 53:01there, and he had submitted an affidavit to the
- 53:04governor about
- 53:06being a white Christian male.
- 53:08Unknown: Well, see, that doesn't do any good.
- 53:10That that... They can't hear that.
- 53:12Only the secretary of state can hear that.
- 53:16Never heard a patriot be successful
- 53:20at challenging jurisdiction
- 53:22at the lower levels.
- 53:23No. Nor will you ever see it because they don't have the power to recognize it. What you're really saying here for Sandy, just because we wanna get it more complex for her, we wanna understand everything right off, is there's
- 53:39several different types of jurisdiction.
- 53:42What you're doing is going and trying to go into a lower level court
- 53:46and claim personum jurisdiction.
- 53:50There's also subject matter jurisdiction.
- 53:53There may be other ones.
- 53:55But so when the judge goes up there and you're going trying to fight a a driving thing, and you go up there and tell them they don't have jurisdiction over you, and the judge goes, I do have jurisdiction.
- 54:06Well, he's talking about subject matter jurisdiction.
- 54:09He's got subject matter jurisdiction over the area that he presides over on what happens on the streets,
- 54:15but it's not personum jurisdiction.
- 54:18Now for everybody else, it's under their yoke,
- 54:21but for you with your personum jurisdiction challenge,
- 54:24you may not be adhering to those regulations.
- 54:28You may not have to.
- 54:30But there's a difference in jurisdictions right there, Sandy. So there's another example.
- 54:36But you've... You just gotta know your stuff here if you're gonna defend your position.
- 54:40I'm sorry. It's this complex. It's not my fault.
- 54:44Unknown: No. It's their fault.
- 54:45They do it on purpose. Of course. Yeah.
- 54:48Unknown: And before he got sick, so where he couldn't teach anymore.
- 54:51Actually, he has a Facebook page, think, Marion Metz, which she named in honor of a guy he defended, but... Or counseled
- 54:58in South Carolina.
- 54:59Unknown: I've never heard of Marion Metz, but... I haven't either either one of those guys I'm not familiar with. No. So...
- 55:06Unknown: But
- 55:08he was doing a class on, like, the origin
- 55:10origin of the passport. Where did the passport come from? And Uh-huh. Joseph had... He also went by Joel Rory, but he had a a ton of old books, which he actually scanned, put on CD. I have several of them just because he knew that they'd probably go the way of Google Books. You know?
- 55:27And
- 55:28he wanna make sure that people had, like, a a copy that he... They could go get certified. But
- 55:33he
- 55:35he... On his passport class, he said, you know, it originated in The States, and it was just basically, like, a letter of credence almost that he Wrong.
- 55:43Unknown: Person. Wrong.
- 55:45Go
- 55:46ahead.
- 55:47Unknown: And then it became, like, this item. So, like, you'll notice, like, when they'll do a stop on you, they kinda turn you into an item like, what's your weight, what's your eye color,
- 55:56Unknown: all that kind of stuff. And Passport's now originally had that in The States. I yield. George? Yes.
- 56:01Unknown: Have you read that
- 56:031835
- 56:04site on our
- 56:06website, the one I can never pronounce that Paul makes fun of me about?
- 56:11But, actually, I don't wanna learn how to pronounce it. Okay?
- 56:15But the way I pronounce it is u bar two... Ubertutu or ubertutu
- 56:21v
- 56:22d r c, d, capital d, hyphen,
- 56:26capital a r c y.
- 56:29Now they tell you in that Supreme Court site from 1835,
- 56:33and your guy is wrong.
- 56:35K? The passport came from the law of nations, Vattel's law of nations.
- 56:41And they tell you that in that website.
- 56:44And it says a passport...
- 56:47See if I can paraphrase it here.
- 56:50A passport is a document
- 56:52under Vattel's Law of Nations
- 56:55that introduce you to foreign
- 56:57parties or nations or something. K?
- 57:01But it is an ex parte document.
- 57:05Ex parte is separate part.
- 57:08Because if the question is a matter of citizenship,
- 57:12remember, there's only one status,
- 57:16it is whatever
- 57:17paperwork
- 57:18is in the possession of the secretary,
- 57:22if admissible in a court of law,
- 57:24which should be considered the higher and better evidence
- 57:27evidence.
- 57:29So it doesn't come from this guy's source. It comes from Vattel's Law of Nations.
- 57:35K? Sandy,
- 57:36you don't know what the Law of Nations is, do you? No. I don't.
- 57:41In the sixteen hundreds, there was a meeting,
- 57:45and they had a a a... In a town, I believe, in Germany called Westfall,
- 57:51and they had what's called the Westphalian
- 57:53agreement.
- 57:55And that was when they took all the large land holdings
- 57:58throughout Europe and the world,
- 58:00and they turned them all into countries.
- 58:03K? It's called the Westphalian
- 58:05agreement.
- 58:06About a hundred years later in the seventeen hundreds, a guy named Vatel, v a t t e l,
- 58:12wrote an opus called the law of nations
- 58:15that lays down the laws that all these new countries are supposed to follow.
- 58:20K? So that's Vattel's law of nations you'll hear referred to.
- 58:26So, George, sorry about your source, but I believe he's wrong according to the Supreme Court. K? I don't understand your disconnect.
- 58:34Unknown: I was saying that the states had sec... Every state has a secretary of state before it was all rolled up,
- 58:401860
- 58:41into the,
- 58:43into into Washington DC. So it's a different type of passport.
- 58:47Unknown: Wasn't a passport. It could have very it could very well referred to Yeah. To Vittel's,
- 58:53Unknown: but because Well, it wasn't a passport. Back then, it was mostly just a a letter.
- 58:59He's left a bearer of this letter pass and this, that, and the other.
- 59:03Unknown: Exactly. Exactly. So, yeah,
- 59:05Unknown: cast... Castigating me or him is wrong. Well, I'm just saying I know where the origins of it are in Metzels.
- 59:12Okay. Sorry, George. I know where the origins are from because I see it in the supreme court case.
- 59:19Unknown: Sure.
- 59:20Unknown: Okay.
- 59:21Unknown: Yep.
- 59:21Man, just getting under your skin a little bit. I won't bring it You can
- 59:25Unknown: do that occasionally. Good for you. Yeah, Rick.
- 59:30Unknown: The states
- 59:31Unknown: Everybody everybody
- 59:33wants me to be exact. They'll have people coming on it. You don't say it formal gate right, but I try and be right, George. Okay? Go ahead.
- 59:44Unknown: The the states
- 59:46used to issue passports. Even notaries used to do it. But in 1851,
- 59:50it became a US government document before 1860.
- 59:54Unknown: Mhmm.
- 59:56Unknown: Okay.
- 59:57So... And and I just read... I just had a book on it. Somebody sent me a book on it one time. I read it.
- 1:00:04Bartleby's first part of it.
- 1:00:05But that's where they come from, and this origin is sort of Battelle's Law Nations, and you got... You understand the principle. You're from another country. Your country's given you some document that... Hey. This guy... Well, guess what?
- 1:00:18If you don't tell them you're free, they're gonna present you as a slave.
- 1:00:24Right.
- 1:00:27Because you got
- 1:00:29to
- 1:00:30break that presumption.
- 1:00:33Doesn't matter how you do it. You can do it one sentence. It's real simple.
- 1:00:37But if you don't do it, you hadn't accomplished much.
- 1:00:41So, Sandy, just for...
- 1:00:43I mean, just for grins because we know what's right. I've never read the the opus, and it may work, but I don't think you wanna send it to the passport office because the guy in there said when we get those, we shove them to the back of the desk. So I'd suggest you do it with one sentence.
- 1:01:01Unknown: Yeah. Well, I've I've got... I rewrote
- 1:01:04my affidavit,
- 1:01:06and I followed
- 1:01:08what's on your site.
- 1:01:10Okay. So it should be
- 1:01:12Unknown: Well, that is... There's no wiggle room in that one. No.
- 1:01:16Okay. Let's see. Anybody else got any questions or comments on Sandy and the passport or the passport or anything else at this point?
- 1:01:27No?
- 1:01:29Alrighty.
- 1:01:30Well, we're at the top of the hour here, first hour.
- 1:01:33Should be pretty good timing.
- 1:01:36Unknown: Cut it. Cut
- 1:01:38Unknown: it. Cut it.
- 1:01:39Unknown: Chloe?
- 1:01:41Unknown: Uh-oh. Chloe, is that a cat or...
- 1:01:45Hello?
- 1:01:48Somebody's chasing the cat out there. I'm guessing it's Paul.
- 1:01:51Paul must be at the
- 1:01:53Paul must be at the
- 1:01:56storage unit reconfiguring
- 1:01:58and packing, we hope. Crawl across fingers.
- 1:02:03Alright. Well, you wanna dive into the second half of this as if you hadn't had enough already?
- 1:02:09Unknown: Let's go for it.
- 1:02:11Unknown: Well, she's a she's a brave girl.
- 1:02:16So what we've already done, and you're gonna do this, you're gonna send the passport thing in and you're gonna get them all noticed up.
- 1:02:24And,
- 1:02:26now we gotta come back to your state,
- 1:02:29which is your new domicile.
- 1:02:31Unknown: Yes.
- 1:02:32Unknown: Okay. Or your new... Well, I'm just a sojourner.
- 1:02:36I'm just sojourning through South Carolina here, maybe in another decade or so and may not.
- 1:02:44So you wanna put them in the loop.
- 1:02:48Yes. And you're you're required to put them in the loop because we're reverting back. We're trying to cross every I,
- 1:02:55every t, and and dot every I, Sandy, correctly.
- 1:02:59Unknown: That's the only way to do it. Yes. Well, it's with these guys especially.
- 1:03:04Oh, yeah.
- 1:03:05Unknown: So... And and you put the... Uh-huh. You put the extra paragraph in there for IRS, did you, in your affidavit?
- 1:03:13Unknown: I haven't written the IRS one yet, but, yes, I plan to do that. Okay.
- 1:03:18Unknown: Well, it should be... This is her second paragraph. It's strictly dedicated to them. Because in that second paragraph,
- 1:03:25I tell them that this is a fraud, it's deceitful,
- 1:03:29and it it means that I'm nonresident to the residency of the fourteenth amendment, an alien from the federal government.
- 1:03:37You see...... In the affidavit or the cover letter? I don't know. This is in the affidavit, sweetie. Okay. Okay. I wanna hold their feet. I don't want any wiggle room.
- 1:03:46Okay. Sounds good. And here's why.
- 1:03:49Do you know about affidavits
- 1:03:51if somebody wants to disprove an affidavit?
- 1:03:55Unknown: They have to
- 1:03:57present their own affidavit to disprove
- 1:03:59it.
- 1:04:00Unknown: To,
- 1:04:01rebutting your facts. Rebut... Yes.
- 1:04:04And then and then their affidavit's
- 1:04:07king of the mountain.
- 1:04:08Right. That's why that paragraph's in there because they can't do that. And they've never done that. An an original
- 1:04:16Unknown: notarization.
- 1:04:18Unknown: Oh, it's it's what, Sandy?
- 1:04:20Unknown: When I when I type out my affidavit
- 1:04:23Unknown: Yeah. That's the second paragraph. And
- 1:04:26Unknown: add that paragraph
- 1:04:28Unknown: Yes. I have that notarized as well. Well, you got that the first paragraph and the second. First paragraph states unequivocally
- 1:04:36what your political status is. I, Sandy, from Myrtle Beach, do solemnly swear under penalty of perjury of the laws of The United States Of America, the without jurat,
- 1:04:47that my intent to be a national and not a citizen of The United States under the scope and purview of the fourteenth amendment. That's it.
- 1:04:57Unknown: Right.
- 1:04:58Unknown: No wiggle room there.
- 1:05:01None.
- 1:05:04The second paragraph is the IRS statement.
- 1:05:07So at least under the technical legal part,
- 1:05:11you've told the IRS when you sent them notice that you're a nonresident alien. Right?
- 1:05:18Yes. If they try and come and screw with you and they haven't gone back and and and and rebutted that, then they really can't do that, can they, at least technically?
- 1:05:29No. Your statement stands. They didn't rebut it. They just came back with
- 1:05:34their crap.
- 1:05:36Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:05:37Unknown: Okay?
- 1:05:38So that's another reason it's in there.
- 1:05:41K?
- 1:05:44So once you get all that done,
- 1:05:47then what you're gonna do is you're gonna come back to South Carolina. You're gonna let everybody in your state, not at least some of the key people.
- 1:05:55I made this voluntary change.
- 1:05:58I made it the correct way.
- 1:06:00I submitted it to the correct official according to, if you wanna put your cover letter of that court case.
- 1:06:06What...
- 1:06:07Is in the possession,
- 1:06:09of the secretary should be considered the higher and better law. Well, whatever he's got,
- 1:06:14but it would... Doesn't have to be. Whatever he's got because we always recommend it's notarized affidavit.
- 1:06:21Well, that's a special category.
- 1:06:24Unknown: It... It's not unequivocally.
- 1:06:25Unknown: It's unequivocally Why don't you get out of here, You piece of crap.
- 1:06:31Go find another radio show to listen to.
- 1:06:35Goddamn.
- 1:06:38Peace of...
- 1:06:43If you wanna go to speech class,
- 1:06:46you can either go to MERS or you can go to Ferris's.
- 1:06:51I don't know where they are, and I don't give a damn.
- 1:06:54Quit interrupting my program.
- 1:06:57You wanna interrupt? Go get your own damn program since you know so much, you piece of shit.
- 1:07:05Unknown: Excuse me, Sandy. Down
- 1:07:07Unknown: downright to explain that to Sandy.
- 1:07:09Unknown: It's okay. It sounds like he's somebody that comes on periodically and annoys you. Right? Boy, you'd love to. You're very perceptive. Time he ever came on here.
- 1:07:19Unknown: We started bashing women. You loved it. Every time he comes on here, I lose eight freaking listeners
- 1:07:26because they can't stand him either.
- 1:07:28Unknown: Well, I can put up with him to listen to you.
- 1:07:33Unknown: Shit.
- 1:07:41Breathe in. See, I'm gonna be real glad when when we get this over thing with Paul, we get everything reset up because they won't let him come on here.
- 1:07:50But now we're in this individual, this little this little period here, he can sneak in there and do shit. You're not...
- 1:07:58Promulgate properly.
- 1:07:59Promulgate.
- 1:08:00Promulgate.
- 1:08:01You hear it both ways. You mince a piece of crap.
- 1:08:06Unknown: Hey, Roger. Lisa does a pretty good job of keeping them out too.
- 1:08:11Unknown: Yes. It's removed.
- 1:08:14Unknown: Alright. I'm gonna try and get back to Sandy here. I'm sorry.
- 1:08:19Calm down. It's okay. Well, it just makes me mad. I'm coming here. You know? I understand.
- 1:08:24Oh, what's this piece of shit ever done to try and save the country or save anybody or do anything except aggravate and piss them off? He's a disruptor.
- 1:08:35He is a disruptor.
- 1:08:36Unknown: Yep.
- 1:08:37Unknown: Okay. So we're gonna go back and try and notify the local people. And the first thing we're doing, because we're doing it correctly,
- 1:08:44is we're gonna use the absolute underlying principle
- 1:08:48of all laws, and that's notice and... Or a a due process.
- 1:08:53So... And due process again, Sandy, I'll drill it in your head.
- 1:08:57Due process is notice and the right to be heard.
- 1:09:01I'm gonna give you notice of what's going on, and if you got any objections, I wanna hear them.
- 1:09:07K?
- 1:09:09That's due process. Real simple. Alright? Or as Brent says, the process that's due and owing, which is you're gonna do something you gotta tell people. K? Well, that's where we're doing this. So we're gonna go back. We're not gonna go to the secretary of state, and we're not gonna necessarily go to the governor.
- 1:09:26Because what we're interested in is the legal apparatus of your state.
- 1:09:31Unknown: Okay.
- 1:09:32Unknown: And so the one that we bird dog up is the attorney general.
- 1:09:38They're the head law officer in the state.
- 1:09:41Mhmm. So I wanna go over again because we mentioned this the other day, but just so you really understand what you're doing here.
- 1:09:50And that is
- 1:09:52you're adjusting
- 1:09:54the jurisdictional
- 1:09:55formula.
- 1:09:56Remember? Allegiance for protection, protection for allegiance.
- 1:10:00Mhmm. It's reciprocal. Either one of those mentioned,
- 1:10:04the other one is automatically brought in. K?
- 1:10:07Okay.
- 1:10:08And so what we're gonna do is... And what... Well, what's happening is what I want you to understand. If we can ever get Mark back and all these things bopping on six cylinders, we'd like to put up a legal memo
- 1:10:21which you could include in the cover letter to the attorney general because they don't know this stuff.
- 1:10:28I know. They don't teach them in law school,
- 1:10:31but yet they've got that office,
- 1:10:33so they've got a duty. They've got a legal and a lawful duty to either know. And if they didn't know, they should've known. They gotta go re... They should go research it because it's their duty. It's not a choice.
- 1:10:45It's not an... It's an obligation.
- 1:10:47Unknown: Agreed.
- 1:10:48Unknown: Okay? And it's an obligation because the US Congress,
- 1:10:52because they put in the Nationality Act of 1940
- 1:10:55in the general statutes or the the law statutes at large carried over to title a,
- 1:11:01this very simple sentence.
- 1:11:03A national owes total allegiance to a small estate.
- 1:11:08National
- 1:11:09owes... Didn't say US national notice.
- 1:11:13A national owes total allegiance,
- 1:11:16which means you're bringing in protection
- 1:11:19to a small s state, and now if you want to extend that sin, and now the small s state owes the national protection.
- 1:11:28Well, protection from what?
- 1:11:31Well, what about if North Carolina?
- 1:11:33Well, how about if those heathens in Georgia come and invade again?
- 1:11:38Well, hell, they love to come up and take over the beach up there, don't they?
- 1:11:42Yeah.
- 1:11:43Okay. Well, what about what about federal agencies encroaching
- 1:11:48in on your state
- 1:11:50with traffic laws which residents
- 1:11:53have to abide by?
- 1:11:55What about that? Aren't they supposed to protect you from intrusions like that?
- 1:12:00Unknown: Yes.
- 1:12:02Unknown: Well, they don't know it, but, yeah, they are.
- 1:12:05And so that's really technically what's going on here. We're switching our allegiance,
- 1:12:12and therefore, the protection switches automatically.
- 1:12:15And it's not a choice.
- 1:12:17It's not a pipe dream. It's real with a couple of thousand years or... Of of of
- 1:12:23of legal precedent.
- 1:12:25And if they're the attorney general and the head law officer in the state and they don't know about it,
- 1:12:31well, Sandy, you need to alert them because they're they're lacking in their duties. They're derelict.
- 1:12:36Unknown: Right.
- 1:12:37Unknown: Okay?
- 1:12:38So that is what we're doing technically.
- 1:12:42Now if you're gonna tell them that, you wanna do it nice. Here's another little tip.
- 1:12:46Somebody said one day that I thought was particularly good.
- 1:12:50If you got... If you're not real short on budget,
- 1:12:55have the one to the attorney general
- 1:12:58delivered by a process server.
- 1:13:03Unknown: Oh.
- 1:13:06Unknown: That's
- 1:13:07kinda needed. Well, puts a little more emphasis on it, wouldn't it? It certainly would. Yep. So now what you're gonna do with that is you write a short cover letter.
- 1:13:17Attorney general,
- 1:13:19please find the enclosed
- 1:13:35is okay, then they know it's good,
- 1:13:38or they should.
- 1:13:40Unknown: Right.
- 1:13:41Unknown: And so you put all that, you send them a copy of the affidavit. Now at the bottom,
- 1:13:46do you used to have any corporate work?
- 1:13:49No.
- 1:13:51Well, if you did, you will... You was like secretarial and stuff, you would know what a CC is. Do you know what a CC is? Carbon copy? Carbon copy. Yeah. You know how it's handled. Right? So you're submitting this to whoever the secretary is... Not secretary of state. Excuse me. Attorney general, South Carolina.
- 1:14:09And down at the bottom,
- 1:14:10you would want to cc,
- 1:14:14now your... Whoever, your local district attorney,
- 1:14:19your local sheriff,
- 1:14:21your local chief of police, which I'm sure you've got there in Myrtle Beach. Yep.
- 1:14:27And you
- 1:14:29could if you really... You know, it came about during COVID that they're gonna try and mandate
- 1:14:35COVID shots.
- 1:14:37And if you feel it's so necessary, you might wanna
- 1:14:41do the county health assessor.
- 1:14:45Unknown: Yeah. I've refused them before, and I'd refuse them again. Good for you. I I like this girl.
- 1:14:50Unknown: And so,
- 1:14:52what you're doing now is you're gonna send all of them
- 1:14:55certified copy of that.
- 1:14:58And so if...
- 1:15:00Here's why. There's a there's a method to our madness here, Sandy.
- 1:15:05Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:15:06Unknown: They have what's called a cloak of immunity
- 1:15:11in their official capacity.
- 1:15:14Mhmm.
- 1:15:15And they have certain guidelines they've gotta stay within
- 1:15:19or else they lose the cloak of immunity.
- 1:15:24Like, if they're gonna come and prosecute you and somebody stops you and writes you a ticket, first of all, the sheriff's culpable.
- 1:15:31He delivers it back to the courthouse, and now the guy that's the DA over there files it on the docket.
- 1:15:39Now he's culpable.
- 1:15:41And also the attorney general, because we're gonna put this all under the laws of agency,
- 1:15:47now they're all capable... Culpable.
- 1:15:50Because at the top of your cover letter, you're gonna put legal lawful notice,
- 1:15:55capital letters,
- 1:15:57and underneath that, you're gonna put a sentence that says notice to the principal
- 1:16:01is notice to the agent.
- 1:16:03Notice to the agent
- 1:16:05is notice to the principal.
- 1:16:07So now you're locking them all together.
- 1:16:11Unknown: They can't even send... Write you a ticket now?
- 1:16:14Unknown: Well, they can, but they're stepping outside your... Their delegated responsibilities
- 1:16:19because you're not a resident, and they're the only ones that have to have a driver's license.
- 1:16:27Unknown: Well, that's one thing David Straight said that is true then.
- 1:16:32I wasn't sure.
- 1:16:33Unknown: Yes. Well, what
- 1:16:36you're doing, and here's the difference just for you, is everybody's
- 1:16:40got pieces
- 1:16:41of the puzzle.
- 1:16:43But
- 1:16:44you're driving,
- 1:16:45and these are all, again, these double low... Layered
- 1:16:49terms.
- 1:16:50Driving is a technical term when you're hauling transport,
- 1:16:54either goods or people for hire.
- 1:16:56That's when you're driving. You're... When you're not, you're traveling. You're traveling. Correct. K?
- 1:17:03Yes. I I got that before. Yeah. Well, we had a case, somebody in South Carolina.
- 1:17:09I mean, his wife, man, they had... And I don't know what county. I don't remember if it was Sumter or where,
- 1:17:14but,
- 1:17:15they
- 1:17:16had an altercation with them, and then they had a long stop on the side of the road with them. And finally, the sheriff came back and dropped all the charges.
- 1:17:25Recognize their position.
- 1:17:27So
- 1:17:29I don't remember all the details of that, but you got a little bit of a little
- 1:17:33bit of history there.
- 1:17:35Anyway, if you... I don't... I I just tell people, look. Don't...
- 1:17:41We want... You wanna be a national and be free, don't you? Absolutely.
- 1:17:45Well, that means personal responsibility.
- 1:17:48Right. So to act responsibly.
- 1:17:51Don't run red lights. Drive under the speed limit. Don't go... This is my, you know, my supposition in my own mind. Pet peeve is the the drive by filer that just wants to get out of income tax.
- 1:18:04And so he does that, and then he finds out he doesn't have to have a driver's license, and he can do all this stuff. So he speeds down Main Street at 60 miles an hour running red lights. Don't do that.
- 1:18:15Unknown: Right.
- 1:18:16Unknown: That's totally irresponsible.
- 1:18:18Unknown: That's not It is irresponsible.
- 1:18:19Unknown: I agree. You for, and you're endangering other people right there too.
- 1:18:25So
- 1:18:26act responsibly.
- 1:18:27If you do, you should never have any problems. You know?
- 1:18:31But that's what you wanna do is you wanna do that, all those little notices. Now
- 1:18:36if you wanna take it further,
- 1:18:40you can, but I'm not sure it helps you much.
- 1:18:46You could go down to your county
- 1:18:48property records office.
- 1:18:50We talked about this the other day. I don't believe so. Okay.
- 1:18:55You can go down to your property records office
- 1:19:00and present your affidavit to them
- 1:19:04and
- 1:19:05ask them to file it in the property records office.
- 1:19:10Why the hell would you wanna do that?
- 1:19:13So the question is... And she said, why? We don't usually do this sort of thing.
- 1:19:18And the... She's a nice gal on desk
- 1:19:21there.
- 1:19:22And you go, you let IRS
- 1:19:25file notices of liens here, don't you?
- 1:19:29Unknown: What
- 1:19:31Unknown: property are they filing their notice of lien on?
- 1:19:35Ma'am?
- 1:19:37How about How
- 1:19:41about you're the property
- 1:19:44under what we've been teaching Sandy for three days? You know how I know, Sandy?
- 1:19:49You ever seen a notice of lien?
- 1:19:53No. I've never seen one. Okay. Well, notice is not a lien. It's a notice of a lien.
- 1:20:00Oh, that's a little squirrelly.
- 1:20:02Mhmm. Okay. On one of these documents, that's where they file property records there, and it's got your name in all capital letters,
- 1:20:10where you live,
- 1:20:12and the amount you owe.
- 1:20:15And those are the only three pieces of information that are on that paper.
- 1:20:19Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 1:20:20Unknown: So
- 1:20:23what if you live in a rental house or an apartment?
- 1:20:27What property is the lien on now?
- 1:20:32Unknown: Me?
- 1:20:33Unknown: On you.
- 1:20:34Unknown: Yes. On the body.
- 1:20:36Unknown: Yep.
- 1:20:37Unknown: And so, I mean, you'll never get into this in-depth with the gal... The records office, but sometimes they don't file this. Was a guy about... I don't remember ten years ago or more named Tim Turner
- 1:20:49going around the country. Hey. Tim's gonna be in town tonight at midnight. Go down to the Holiday Inn, you know, that kind of thing. And he was having people call you, file you CC one forms and all this stuff. And and so then we have this division of the FBI now called the Sovereign Citizen Unit.
- 1:21:07And whenever they think things like that are happening, they may call the Sovereign Citizen Unit.
- 1:21:13And so sometimes you may go into a property records office to file very innocently
- 1:21:19as is your right.
- 1:21:20And they go, well, that person's not here. Could you go to lunch and come back in an hour? And when you come back, the deputy sheriffs are waiting at the door for you or the sovereign citizen FBI unit.
- 1:21:31Oh. Oh, yeah. And don't...
- 1:21:34I'm telling you, this has happened.
- 1:21:36So I don't know which one of those or if either your property records office is in.
- 1:21:42But if they get their
- 1:21:44tackles up,
- 1:21:46you got another option.
- 1:21:48You can go to the same clerk right there. And by the way, well, alright, since you won't let me file this,
- 1:21:54what... What's the legal organ of the county?
- 1:21:57Do you know about the county's legal organ, Sandy? No. I don't.
- 1:22:03Where they have marriages, divorces,
- 1:22:06service units being seized for nonpayment.
- 1:22:10And, again, noted. This is all noted stuff.
- 1:22:14That's why they call it the legal organ.
- 1:22:16Probably, Myrtle Beach has its own. It's probably set up by some attorneys.
- 1:22:20And you go over there and you go, I wanna run my affidavit to make it legal, you know,
- 1:22:26adhere to all the state's laws on notice and comment.
- 1:22:30And they'll go, okay. Well, for that to be right, you gotta pay us about $300
- 1:22:35and we're gonna run it for four weeks and then at the end of four weeks, we're gonna send you a letter with an affidavit saying it's been run with a copy of the ad,
- 1:22:44and they'll send it to you. And that's considered the same thing.
- 1:22:49A property records office will probably charge you 5 or $10 a page.
- 1:22:54That's another reason to just wanna do one page.
- 1:22:57Right. K? So, anyway, those are some options for you. Don't have to do it. I'm not sure it does any good.
- 1:23:04But, again, we come back to the old statement.
- 1:23:08Sandy, you're a nice gal.
- 1:23:10Like you a lot. How well do you like to sleep at night?
- 1:23:14I really like to sleep at night. Well, then if you do that, then do all that stuff.
- 1:23:20Roger.
- 1:23:21Here's Larry. Yes, sir Larry.
- 1:23:23Watched your time yesterday.... Yesterday.
- 1:23:25Unknown: Oh, yeah. We won.
- 1:23:28Unknown: Yes. Yes. Great.
- 1:23:31Unknown: Hey. I know you disagree with me on this and most people on this platform do,
- 1:23:36but I just would like to... This is Sandy. Right? Yes. Yes. Yes. Yeah. I would just like to caution her that
- 1:23:44I believe you only have a right to travel if you are walking,
- 1:23:49riding a bicycle,
- 1:23:51taking a taxi or a bus,
- 1:23:53taking a train, traveling on a ship,
- 1:23:56or traveling on an airplane. Other than that, I believe all driving,
- 1:24:01whatever you wanna call it, is a privilege because you are in the public.
- 1:24:07And they have to maintain these rules of the road, otherwise, would be disorganization
- 1:24:12and accidents,
- 1:24:13Unknown: and you'd end up killing other people. Probably so. That's a danger here. Back to you if you fall on the common law and you're harming people,
- 1:24:23you ought to be able to to make them whole. But you got a lot of people out there that would do this,
- 1:24:29that wouldn't do that at all, and they're gonna use this very recklessly.
- 1:24:32I didn't get the sense that Sandy was planning on driving without a license,
- 1:24:37but thank you for your commentary. And I think most people here probably would disagree with you there, but that's okay.
- 1:24:43Unknown: I do. I disagree.
- 1:24:45Unknown: So, and she... You you don't wanna cause any waves and stuff and be ugly down there in Myrtle Beach, do you?
- 1:24:52Unknown: No. I'd I'd
- 1:24:54Unknown: rather not draw any attention to myself. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Well, we got... That's the way to do it. Just be,
- 1:25:01be like a duck. You know? Have you ever heard that? Calm, cool, collected on top, and paddle like hell underneath?
- 1:25:08Unknown: I hadn't heard that one, but it's a good one. Okay.
- 1:25:14Unknown: So anybody else for Sandy with anything here? Any
- 1:25:17little pearls you'd like to... She's not swine. You can throw your pearls out here. Come on.
- 1:25:27Well, I can't think of anything right off the bat more to add.
- 1:25:32And you... We've given you plenty here at the trough
- 1:25:37over the last Thursday, Wednesday, Thursday, and today, second part of the show particularly.
- 1:25:43And we've been educating
- 1:25:47Sandy.
- 1:25:49Unknown: Oh, by the way, I I ordered
- 1:25:52laws
- 1:25:53dictionary
- 1:25:55Oh. Fiction. Oh, you found it? Actually found it on Amazon.
- 1:25:58Unknown: Yeah. And how much they charge you for it? $22.
- 1:26:02On
- 1:26:05Amazon?
- 1:26:06Yep. Wow. I'm shocked. Well, you... That's a good that's a good Black's Law dictionary.
- 1:26:12Unknown: Yep. Well, that's the one I ordered, and that's also referenced in straight
- 1:26:16affidavit.
- 1:26:17Unknown: Is it? Okay. Yep. That particular edition as well. Listen, I don't I don't know that everything's straight. I I go over the general statement that everybody in the movement's got couple of pieces of the puzzle.
- 1:26:30Unknown: I think that some of the stuff that he said is just his
- 1:26:34perception of the way things
- 1:26:36have been,
- 1:26:37like the vessel instead of the straw man and
- 1:26:41Unknown: Well, you see, but certain words the way he did... Right. But now what do we know? We know it's not a straw man at all. It's just somebody in a condition of servitude.
- 1:26:50Right. You're still a person. You know, I'm a man walking on the land, and they wanna get in there that Antoine Wright stuff in court.
- 1:26:58Okay. Well, you were a man walking on the land before you were just enslaved.
- 1:27:04Unknown: Exactly.
- 1:27:05Unknown: Yeah. I You want a different kind of man?
- 1:27:09I I don't wanna end up in court at all. You're not you're not going to. That's what we do all this, keep you out of court. Yes. I don't wanna have anything to do with court. Well, then the best advice I can give you is to
- 1:27:22drive or travel, which one you ever wanna consider it is responsibly.
- 1:27:28Because that's where all the sticky wickets come from,
- 1:27:32generally,
- 1:27:34is driving and traveling.
- 1:27:36And here's the problem.
- 1:27:38I know what the federal government does. I know how they react to this stuff.
- 1:27:43I know how they view it, but I don't know how your county and your judge do.
- 1:27:48Right? You could have judge Roy being the hanging judge in there
- 1:27:53and sheriff... Well, you know, whatever the sheriff was.
- 1:27:59K. You got those guys in there? Hell, I don't know how to help you.
- 1:28:02Unknown: I know.
- 1:28:05Unknown: But now you should know we got a friend stops by the show occasionally, Joe Lustica. You can go look at his stuff. We endorse it.
- 1:28:13Okay.
- 1:28:14He's up in New Jersey.
- 1:28:16He almost got his town taken back.
- 1:28:19Oh.
- 1:28:20Literally.
- 1:28:23Because he was a good researcher,
- 1:28:26and he... Some
- 1:28:27cop had a penis erectus for him,
- 1:28:31and and for driving without a tag and driving with snow on the roof
- 1:28:36in New Jersey. And
- 1:28:38the guy just had a
- 1:28:41a a... I'm gonna get you attitude. So he started messing with Joe, and Joe... They go to court.
- 1:28:48Then the judge and the policeman are in in cahoots
- 1:28:51as is the DA.
- 1:28:55Joe's trying to challenge jurisdiction,
- 1:29:00and the judge gets him off on this 20 questions crap.
- 1:29:04And he... Yeah. You buy gasoline? Yes. I buy gasoline. I've got jurisdiction.
- 1:29:09Did.
- 1:29:12And so, anyway, judge... He kept fighting and fighting. Joe did.
- 1:29:18And he finally went back to the original paperwork
- 1:29:21and the founding of the township
- 1:29:24and the fact that they would abide by a constitution and all state constitution.
- 1:29:29And he went and wrote a key tam suit
- 1:29:32and delivered it to the attorney general, the secretary of state, and the governor of New Jersey.
- 1:29:37And in '2 shakes of a lamb's tail, they were bending over backwards. I worked... We dropped all these charges. I gotta get this... I gotta add some discovery to get out of the way first because they were already in process of coming after him. Well, man, they couldn't drop that stuff quick enough.
- 1:29:53And the reason was Joe's about to get the city back, the township back for him and the other people in the county would... Or the township would own it.
- 1:30:02Wow.
- 1:30:03So there are some things that we can do, and, occasionally,
- 1:30:08get somebody like Joe Lustica behind it and be effective.
- 1:30:13Unknown: Yeah. Absolutely.
- 1:30:14Unknown: It's just not all pie in the sky. Nah. It's just a piece of paper. What does that do? And all all the other crap we have to hear from people.
- 1:30:22Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 1:30:24Unknown: Well,
- 1:30:26mine works.
- 1:30:27You know, I've I've I've I've think I estimate that I've been
- 1:30:32involved at least to the part... The motivation of over 2,000,000 of these things delivered to the state department.
- 1:30:40They've never rebutted one of them. They've done it what we want them to do every time.
- 1:30:45Right. So of my experience is they totally recognize it.
- 1:30:50I think they do. Well, they've got to. Yeah. It's in their laws. It's in their court cases. When confronted with it, they stay on mute.
- 1:31:01So that's why our...
- 1:31:03Of doing all this stuff, Sandy,
- 1:31:06that I've been showing you you could do
- 1:31:10is to keep you out of court, darling.
- 1:31:13We don't want you going to court. I don't instruct you on court. We try to keep the court stuff, occasionally have to deal with it, out of here because our people generally don't have to go to court. Right. Why not? They don't have any jurisdiction on the charges.
- 1:31:31Unknown: Works for me.
- 1:31:32Well, hopefully, will, dear. Hopefully, it think so. I've I've travel... I've been on this Earth close to seventy five years,
- 1:31:42and
- 1:31:43I kept myself pretty clean.
- 1:31:46Unknown: Good. Good. Well, you'll find some, you know, some really wonderful people on here. Of course, some of the people that you've kinda interacted with partially already, but you got some great... Like, Julie is a is a real, real fired up gown, relatively
- 1:32:01new, couple of years. Ain't it right? Been two years since Christmas, Julie? I think so.
- 1:32:07So she's really gotten her feet on the ground. I hope that's year.
- 1:32:12Is this is this December of the year anniversary?
- 1:32:16Unknown: No. Next year, 2027.
- 1:32:19Unknown: It's the two year?
- 1:32:22Unknown: It's like it's like February or whatever because, Roger, when I first met you, all I had was consultation. I had no clue about your radio show. And then when I got on your radio show the first time, I thought it was just that day. I didn't realize it was six days a week,
- 1:32:35twenty four hours a day.
- 1:32:38So I came on your show once and then left and didn't come on for like couple months. You're like, where have you been? I'm like, I didn't know you were here every day.
- 1:32:45Unknown: It's it's just
- 1:32:48us people that wanna get you out of slavery.
- 1:32:53Hey, Roger. There's Rick. Yes, sir.
- 1:32:57Unknown: It's... Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but it did take Joe two years to accomplish all that. A lot of work.
- 1:33:04Unknown: Oh, I didn't say it was overnight.
- 1:33:07Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:33:08Unknown: Yeah. I mean, he was he was one. He won. He won. But yeah, it took a long time. It isn't interesting that they,
- 1:33:16he finally got discovery after two years. See, they deny you discovery too. Right.
- 1:33:22Unknown: Something about that. I'm not sure which way it was, but let me also add Sandy this.
- 1:33:27He's got a wife and two young children. How do you think she felt about all this? You know, wives don't like this generally.
- 1:33:34Unknown: Yeah. I imagine she might have been a little upset.
- 1:33:38Unknown: So Joe had to navigate that side of the water too.
- 1:33:42Yeah. You'll hear him on here. He comes on, drops in,
- 1:33:46doesn't identify himself, just starts talking. Nice guy. So
- 1:33:51so
- 1:33:53let's see what else. 11:30
- 1:33:55here. Anybody else got any news? Breaking news? Dave, are you on with breaking news today?
- 1:34:01I mean, there's enough stuff happening. There ought to be something breaking out today.
- 1:34:07Okay. Dave's not gonna come forward. Anybody else?
- 1:34:11Takes a while to get this phone unmuted, Raj. Okay. That's right. Okay. Dave, any, any news on the horizon?
- 1:34:19Unknown: You know,
- 1:34:21Unknown: I... Not really. I've been listening to... I got the news on, and it's just all a bunch of
- 1:34:26crap. I haven't really heard anything great. Are
- 1:34:29Unknown: they talking about Europe?
- 1:34:31Unknown: I did hear that about in France.
- 1:34:35The students and the Muslims have teamed up and they're freaking out and burning shit down and getting arrested. And,
- 1:34:43there's something else going on in somewhere else in Italy or something. Yeah. Italy Italy a little bit. It's not too far behind in England, I'm sure. Right. England's going on, and,
- 1:34:55you know, I... There's a lot coming down about the h one b visas, you know, and Trump really backed all that. I can't... I I could see him right now in my head saying,
- 1:35:07you know, I couldn't see him when he said it on the radio, but I can see him because I know what he looks like. And he said, I wanna bring in a lot, a lot, a lot of people.
- 1:35:17And, you know, with this h one b visa stuff and, you know, there's laws that were passed that said
- 1:35:23they were... They tried to pass bills that said it was illegal
- 1:35:27to replace Americans,
- 1:35:29you know, at... In their jobs with these
- 1:35:32h b one visa stuff and and the tech people screamed
- 1:35:37and cried and stomped their feet.
- 1:35:39And so they said, we'd rather have no bill at all than to have that because they wanna get rid of Americans.
- 1:35:45Unknown: Well, it appears he's turning on those people in the... At least in the AI realm,
- 1:35:50the ones that are running the anabolic
- 1:35:53or whatever the alternate to the to the flock cameras are Yeah. And and and and and those...
- 1:36:00All those people were working with with China.
- 1:36:03And now it appears that Trump is ditching them and going back to Elon.
- 1:36:09One
- 1:36:10can only hope.
- 1:36:12Yeah. I haven't heard any of that. But Well, it was on Alex yesterday. He was talking about it on his Sunday show. So I I popped in on him briefly,
- 1:36:20Unknown: and I don't remember what he was talking on. I I
- 1:36:23moved on pretty quickly.
- 1:36:25Unknown: Definitely. At least he covered some important stuff yesterday and not... Here, I told you this. Said, crew, get that back there from twenty years and so on. You know, all that crap.
- 1:36:35Oh, yeah. Well, he's just... You know, he's kinda like me with Ferris there coming in. Right. Mispronounced that word. Hell, I try... And George,
- 1:36:43you people make me cover my ass. K?
- 1:36:47Unknown: That's our job.
- 1:36:50Unknown: Well, I wanna be as exact as possible.
- 1:36:53Unknown: Right. K? We don't wanna pass out misinformation,
- 1:36:56Unknown: so we correct each other. I'm sure if if I said
- 1:37:00promulgate
- 1:37:01instead of promulgate,
- 1:37:03everybody would fall off the table and go wanna be serfs again. You dumbass. Who
- 1:37:09who who promoted
- 1:37:11him to,
- 1:37:12you know, work appointed for Well,
- 1:37:15Well, he appointed himself because he's the men's member. You know? Yeah. He's got... He's menstruating again.
- 1:37:21Unknown: And
- 1:37:24Unknown: Derek, Dave, you're getting good.
- 1:37:30Unknown: You know? He
- 1:37:31Unknown: he he makes
- 1:37:33Unknown: That was good, Dave. The
- 1:37:40Unknown: girls liked it. William, did I hear you there?
- 1:37:44Unknown: Yeah. It's a lot worse than diarrhea
- 1:37:46of the mouth. Okay.
- 1:37:49Unknown: How are doing, William? I'm doing good.
- 1:37:53Unknown: I was gonna bring up Krista Pike. I don't know if you guys have talked about her at all. Who?
- 1:37:58Krista Pike.
- 1:37:59The girl they try... The lady they tried to execute in Tennessee that bot... They botched it up.
- 1:38:05Unknown: I have just barely heard something about that.
- 1:38:08I I don't know much about it.
- 1:38:12Unknown: So she she committed a heinous crime,
- 1:38:15back in the mid nineties, like '95.
- 1:38:18Yeah.
- 1:38:19Her,
- 1:38:20she got caught up in this love triangle with a... There's a black guy and,
- 1:38:26another girl, and they lured her into the woods in Tennessee
- 1:38:29and,
- 1:38:31and
- 1:38:32tortured her, beat her, cut her up,
- 1:38:36carved a pentagram into her chest while she was alive.
- 1:38:41Unknown: Just in heinous Is that fore... Was that foreplay?
- 1:38:44Unknown: I guess. No.
- 1:38:46Ended up, she took a a piece of asphalt and threw it at her. They beat her with something else, ended up killing her, and she got a... She actually had a piece of her skull and went, you know, and had it in her pocket and was, like, showing it to people at at school or whatever. God.
- 1:39:01She was... I think she was 18 and the guy was 17.
- 1:39:05And, and he got... Because he was a minor, he got life in prison and, and she got the death penalty.
- 1:39:12And,
- 1:39:14and so they finally got her onto...
- 1:39:16From death row. She'd been putting in all her appeals and everything.
- 1:39:20And and
- 1:39:22then they were finally gonna execute her and be the first female
- 1:39:26inmate in Tennessee executed in two hundred years.
- 1:39:30So the, you know, the media was making a big deal about it. Of course. And then
- 1:39:34Unknown: and then Don't forget. Don't forget what they've gotta do to move to the fourth stage, get rid of the death penalty and get the guns. So it's gonna automatically
- 1:39:44Unknown: get attention from the establishment media. Go ahead. I wanted your... Kinda your opinion. I'm conflicted on the death penalty because,
- 1:39:53government doesn't have the right to give life, and it... I don't think it has
- 1:39:58the innate right to take it away.
- 1:40:00Unknown: It does. Abortions every day.
- 1:40:03Unknown: Well, the government... I mean, they do it. And I'm saying they do the death penalty too, but
- 1:40:08I just think from a...
- 1:40:11You know, there's something that separates men from animals, and
- 1:40:16our government shouldn't be Okay. I just feel like our government shouldn't have that. That's a lot of that's a lot of responsibility to give the government. Okay. Who's supposed to who's supposed to pay for them in jail for the rest of their life? We're supposed to pay for it?
- 1:40:29Right. No. I'm I'm not saying they don't need to be punished or
- 1:40:32or or
- 1:40:34put to death. I just don't think... You know, I think if it's a
- 1:40:38if it's a common
- 1:40:40law jury of the people and the people do it themselves...
- 1:40:44Because now they've they've given the government this sovereign...
- 1:40:49You know, they've given this government its own sovereignty so it can act as its own person, and and I
- 1:40:55just... I don't... I think we've gotten away from
- 1:40:59Unknown: love to get us involved in discussions on these very contentious subjects.
- 1:41:05Unknown: Yeah. Hey, Roger. Can I can
- 1:41:07I interject something when,
- 1:41:09William finish?
- 1:41:11Unknown: Yeah. Are you... Yeah.
- 1:41:13Unknown: Yeah. So they, I'll get I'll get on with it, but they
- 1:41:17they had put in an appeal and they had been denied. And then, in the last hour, it was like they had thirty
- 1:41:24minutes or an hour they were supposed to execute her, and then the
- 1:41:27district supreme court,
- 1:41:30put a stay on her execution.
- 1:41:32And then they appealed it to the US supreme court,
- 1:41:36the state did.
- 1:41:37And then the US supreme court with the, you know, the liberal judges dissenting
- 1:41:44over... Overturned
- 1:41:45the federal district court stay.
- 1:41:48So then they, they went ahead with the execution.
- 1:41:52The problem with executions
- 1:41:54are that the state can't use
- 1:41:56medical professionals because it's a, you know, violation of the Hippocratic oath,
- 1:42:01Unknown: and they yeah. Can lose
- 1:42:03Unknown: They they can lose their certification.
- 1:42:05So Oh my god. They've got they've got untrained professionals in there.
- 1:42:09And then not only that, but the the the drugs, the lethal injection drugs are made in Europe,
- 1:42:16and Europe won't send them to... The country in Europe, I forget which one Yeah. Won't send the drugs to America.
- 1:42:22Unknown: They'll send them to Canada. It's like the first one. The first shot relaxes you, and then they jab the second one in that stops your heart or something in that range. Well,
- 1:42:31Unknown: they basically overdose you on... Was it sodium pentothal or something? I forget the Yeah. Well, that's a truth drug.
- 1:42:38Yeah. I figured they just overdosed you on that, basically.
- 1:42:43So what they ended up doing was they they took... It took seven needles in her arm before they finally got one. Well, they got one. You need a main treatment.
- 1:42:53Right? And then and then they, they just squirted the drug in there. Well, they didn't get it in her bloodstream. They got it in her arm. Come on. Her
- 1:43:02arm swell up and started burning. And then,
- 1:43:05she went into agonal breathing, basically. And they're like, well, just give her the the second vial because they had two vials.
- 1:43:11And it's like, this is enough to kill a horse. You know? So they went ahead and gave her the second vial,
- 1:43:16and then she just went into agonal breathing
- 1:43:18and,
- 1:43:19was just sitting there, like, her feet were twitching and all that. And then they closed the curtains, and then they're like, oh, shit. This is botched. What the hell do we do now?
- 1:43:29Right? We need life saving care.
- 1:43:34Unknown: I can't make this stuff up. No. I I heard something about it. I got the the kind of a taste of it, but not the whole story.
- 1:43:41Unknown: I didn't get right part of it. Hey, William. I saw the whole thing. I saw the whole thing, read the whole thing and everything. And you know what? All that agony she has, she deserved that for the agony agony she caused on that other lady she tortured.
- 1:43:54Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth. An eye for an eye for a tooth. That's who I am.
- 1:44:00Unknown: Yeah. I just...
- 1:44:02When it comes in eye for an eye, it makes everybody blind. Can it can do that?
- 1:44:07Unknown: What is an untrained professional?
- 1:44:10Unknown: Right. Well, I'm say an untrained professional.
- 1:44:16Unknown: That would be somebody like that would be somebody like Ferris.
- 1:44:19Unknown: It was actually a doctor who hadn't administrated
- 1:44:23a shot in, like, twenty years.
- 1:44:26Unknown: Yeah. He's probably a Mensa probably a Mensa member too. Well, he he wasn't doing it. He was he was overseeing it,
- 1:44:33and then he had botched one
- 1:44:35about a month ago too in Tennessee.
- 1:44:38So then they put a stay on all the executions,
- 1:44:41and she's on, she's on a ventilator at the hospital,
- 1:44:45apparently. I don't know if she's brain dead or what, but,
- 1:44:49so now now she's on life support, basically.
- 1:44:53Man, feel like grow.
- 1:44:56And they, and now they put a stay on the executions in Tennessee, and then Trump came out and put a stay on executions nationwide.
- 1:45:03So
- 1:45:05Unknown: Interesting.
- 1:45:10Unknown: Oh, that was... I didn't know if you guys had discussed it. Yeah. Okay. Now Sam wanted to say something when William got finished. Sam, I don't wanna ignore you, buddy.
- 1:45:19Unknown: Well, you... Well, the difference... Different subjects before I get to my get to my main one. You want... You always wondered how they were gonna stop the death penalty,
- 1:45:27and I think mister Trump
- 1:45:30is probably going to be... Have the last say on this.
- 1:45:34Well, could be.
- 1:45:37Be. But but
- 1:45:38I remember reading years and years ago, and I'm pretty sure it's only gotten worse, that the number of people on death row who they have executed
- 1:45:47were totally innocent.
- 1:45:50And
- 1:45:51and I'm pretty sure it's gotten worse. It was in this... It was in the double digits, the number of people that they have actually put to death or in or in prison for life for that matter. So I... And I've always been kinda neutral. I I haven't had opinion one way or another, but you
- 1:46:08need to think twice about... And I heard Julie say, I find I had two for two. But the problem is it's not always the right person.
- 1:46:16That's the problem.
- 1:46:18Unknown: Yeah. That's true. That's what Blackstone says.
- 1:46:22Unknown: Well, yeah. Yeah.
- 1:46:24We'll get to you, Joe. Hold on.
- 1:46:26Unknown: Blackstone said that, you know, I'd rather see 10 criminals go free than one innocent person
- 1:46:32punished.
- 1:46:33Joe?
- 1:46:34Unknown: Well, I think this is the very issue. How many how many people have even. Besides those that have been put to death, how many people have been vindicated
- 1:46:45after serving more than fifty years in prison Yep. Death row. Yep. So, you know,
- 1:46:51I say
- 1:46:53the prosecutor
- 1:46:55needs to be held
- 1:46:56liable
- 1:46:58in these cases that the vindication takes place.
- 1:47:02They, the prosecutor,
- 1:47:04and everyone involved needs to be personally liable.
- 1:47:08Unknown: Well, sometimes be able to... They shouldn't be able to skate on this. No. They're... They shouldn't. And many times, they're they're gone already. The guy's still serving out with all this...
- 1:47:19With all the high-tech genealogy
- 1:47:22and all this science stuff. They're fine people all the time. Wouldn't they... Didn't they run out a guy who was a governor of Illinois
- 1:47:30for going back and finding a guy that was guilty in prison and letting him go? Is is my memory faulty?
- 1:47:37Seems like years ago that that that they ran a a a governor out of Illinois for doing that.
- 1:47:44Somebody evidently they wanted in jail. Just a fleeting memory.
- 1:47:48Okay. Who else wanna say something?
- 1:47:52Unknown: I got a comment.
- 1:47:54You talk... Brought up the financial angle, Roger.
- 1:47:58Do you know how many people are in prison that really don't deserve to be there? Probably a whole bunch to fill the Rockefeller prisons there on Wall Street. Well, you get rid of those. We got plenty of money to put real criminals behind bars for life because that's worse than death, I think.
- 1:48:13Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:48:15Unknown: Probably is in many respects. So we're supposed to pay for it?
- 1:48:21I mean, on these capital Right here. I'm supposed to pay... Hold on, Julie. I'm supposed to pay... Well, I'm not a taxpayer much anymore, but are the people supposed to pay... This guy committed a heinous crime. They got him dead to rights,
- 1:48:35and that's what the statute calls for. They... Or you wanna put him in jail and let everybody pay for him.
- 1:48:42This guy... Anyway, I know it's a contentious issue. Yeah, Julie. Yeah. In Singapore,
- 1:48:47Unknown: you have to pay for your own room and board at the prison, and you have to pay for your own meals. You gotta work while you're in there. They have all sorts of different contractual
- 1:48:56agreements with the government agencies. Yeah. And you're required to get up and work every day and do your... You don't get paid much, but that is for your room and board, and that's for the electricity, and that's for your Mhmm. Meals. That's what they do in Singapore. If you don't work, you don't eat, and and, you go into worse and worse conditions.
- 1:49:13Unknown: They got different rooms in there. They got that. The Rockefeller prisons, you can make the license tags and all kinds of stuff. They're not gonna pay you much,
- 1:49:22but you will make something. Alright, Joe. Hold on. Yep.
- 1:49:26Unknown: All we have to do is think back to January 6.
- 1:49:31Wrongful
- 1:49:32prosecutions.
- 1:49:33Yep. There's no accountability
- 1:49:35on the part of it. The rules of evidence suck. The rules of evidence need to be changed.
- 1:49:41And the people that that prosecute these cases need to be held personally liable instead of be able to do all this finger pointing,
- 1:49:50connecting with
- 1:49:52partial evidence.
- 1:49:54Unknown: I sure wish I...... Over this. I'm not sure. Yeah. I know still. I mean, you have every right to be.
- 1:50:01Right here. I'd love to have seen if any of those people they ran in on that and picked up were nationals
- 1:50:07and how they were treated.
- 1:50:09K? But they had to have paperwork in beforehand and know what they're talking about. Yes. Julie Dear.
- 1:50:15Unknown: Yes. This is the... By the way, William, this is the second failed execution
- 1:50:19because they tried to do one in May of this year, and and they couldn't for over an hour locate
- 1:50:24this guy named Tony
- 1:50:26Caruthers Vein.
- 1:50:28And so the procedure was called off then. The police chief strata, a
- 1:50:33deputy prison director,
- 1:50:37I guess they are... They were prolonged and botched. So the guy has,
- 1:50:42the guy has stepped down. So the guy's name is Frank Strata,
- 1:50:45Unknown: and he's leaving his role next. He's resigning after the That's the state of that's the state of Tennessee office?
- 1:50:52Unknown: Yep. He's out. He's out. He's left. He's been asked to resign or be fired. I think the...
- 1:50:59Unknown: I think she
- 1:51:01Unknown: asked for a firing squad
- 1:51:03Yeah. And they refused they refused that.
- 1:51:05So they didn't do that anymore. So she she asked for hanging.
- 1:51:09Unknown: Send them to Utah.
- 1:51:10Utah shoots their ass.
- 1:51:13Unknown: Right.
- 1:51:14And, and they said they didn't have the materials to do a hanging.
- 1:51:18Unknown: Oh, right.
- 1:51:21A rope and a limb.
- 1:51:23I
- 1:51:27think Utah
- 1:51:29allows death by firing squad.
- 1:51:32Carl, you're not there?
- 1:51:34Unknown: I think one of them uses the gallows legally on the books still. Right? Good. Good.
- 1:51:41Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:51:43Some of these people just don't deserve to be in the gene pool, folks.
- 1:51:48What would you do if we could get our hands on some of these Zionist bastards with all this heinous stuff?
- 1:51:56There are Read for thought.
- 1:51:59Unknown: There are plenty of people who would volunteer to shoot her if she wanted to be shot.
- 1:52:06Unknown: Probably so.
- 1:52:08Probably so. I... It's just... There's...
- 1:52:11Folks, the country's gone satanist. What can I tell you?
- 1:52:16They they have they have turned us away from when it started with the outlawing prayer in the schools schools.
- 1:52:22And and and stuff like that ruling in the forties with Black after
- 1:52:27Roosevelt
- 1:52:28stacked the Supreme Court.
- 1:52:31Was from Tennessee. He was a Ku Klux Klan justice.
- 1:52:35Right. He's the one... Hold on. He's the one that pulled a sentence out of a letter from Thomas Jefferson
- 1:52:42to some of his friends,
- 1:52:44the separation of church and state state
- 1:52:47relating to a different issue
- 1:52:50issue and stuck it in his court case has been gospel ever since. We get to the sixties. They take prayer out of the schools.
- 1:52:57Look. Word's gone since.
- 1:52:59Paul, are you out from the
- 1:53:03the storage unit?
- 1:53:06Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:53:08Idaho
- 1:53:09became the only state where firing squad is the primary method of execution effective July
- 1:53:142026
- 1:53:15if lethal injection is unavailable.
- 1:53:18Mississippi
- 1:53:20authorizes the method as a secondary option if other methods are found unconstitutional
- 1:53:24or unavailable.
- 1:53:26Oklahoma
- 1:53:27permits
- 1:53:28the firing squad as a backup method behind lethal injection and nitrogen hypoxia.
- 1:53:34South Carolina allows inmates to choose the firing squad as an alternative
- 1:53:39to electrocution
- 1:53:40or lethal injection
- 1:53:42and Utah
- 1:53:44retains the firing squad as an authorized alternative method notably used
- 1:53:49in 2010
- 1:53:51with the execution of Ronnie Lee Gardner.
- 1:53:54Five states
- 1:53:56allow
- 1:53:57execution by firing squad, Idaho, Mississippi, Oklahoma, North... South Carolina,
- 1:54:03and Utah.
- 1:54:04Unknown: Okay. Back to work. Joins Mississippi there on the North Side. They go just run them down to to Oxford and just shoot them right there.
- 1:54:15Paul. I'm facetious, of course. Yes? Yep.
- 1:54:21Unknown: May I have that page, Paul? Would you send that to me sometime? No worry, please.
- 1:54:26Unknown: That's your brother, Buddy Ferris, there, Paul. No. No. No. No. No. That's Sheldon.
- 1:54:32And all you gotta do is Just like Ferris, buddy. Better... You need a voice change. Sheldon,
- 1:54:39all you gotta do is go to I need a lot of change. I need a lot of changes. I I can't afford any of them. Okay. Well, here's the cheap rule for the radio ranch. Go down to your your grocery store and get a helium filled balloon and suck some helium in before you talk to them.
- 1:54:56Unknown: Okay.
- 1:54:57Unknown: That way we'll just know it's you know it's you. Sheldon,
- 1:55:04Unknown: just go to Google and
- 1:55:06search for what states allow execution
- 1:55:09by firing squad.
- 1:55:11Hit enter,
- 1:55:13and then click print.
- 1:55:15You got her. It's right there.
- 1:55:18Unknown: Okay.
- 1:55:19Okay. I just thought hush... Hypoxia things. I've been thinking about that a long time.
- 1:55:24It's painless. It's defective. It costs nothing like the thousands of dollars of three vials cost cost.
- 1:55:31Unknown: I'm done. Well, but but but but but you see, if they don't use the three vials that cost thousands of dollars,
- 1:55:40the freaking pharmaceutical
- 1:55:42company doesn't make no money.
- 1:55:46Unknown: Too bad. Too
- 1:55:48Unknown: shit. Guy? They were supposed to they were supposed to kill him while it's been three, four years now. And they ran out of chemicals,
- 1:55:56and they ran out of chemicals on the continent, and then they went to... What was it? Germany or France? They're the only people that make it or something, and they had do export it. Yeah.
- 1:56:07Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. I'm
- 1:56:08done.
- 1:56:10Unknown: Yeah. We were talking about that earlier.
- 1:56:13Okay. Well, no. I didn't know about that, William. So at least to the depth we know about it now.
- 1:56:19So, the poor old gal.
- 1:56:22Holy smokes. Well, there's just a lot of devilish stuff in this world, folks. I'm sure that story
- 1:56:27pales
- 1:56:28by comparison to some of the others.
- 1:56:33It's everywhere, it appears.
- 1:56:36So as the Bible tells us, come out of her. That's what we do here. I've been trying to teach Sandy how to, without a doubt, unequivocally
- 1:56:45remove yourself from the jurisdiction of the federal government with the exception of two very rare internal revenue codes.
- 1:56:54And, that's... Don't fight her. As we're learning that, we're told that.
- 1:56:59Just
- 1:57:00the the the... What do they call that? When you sidestep
- 1:57:04a demure
- 1:57:05demure
- 1:57:07or else head for the hills, but come out of her as best you can.
- 1:57:11Five different areas there,
- 1:57:13financial,
- 1:57:14spiritual,
- 1:57:16geographical,
- 1:57:17political,
- 1:57:19one other one. You know, I always miss one.
- 1:57:22Anyway,
- 1:57:23come out of them one or all. Your choice. Medical.
- 1:57:27Okay. Yeah. Medical.
- 1:57:30And,
- 1:57:31if
- 1:57:32you can do that, you'll be much happier, I think.
- 1:57:36So any other questions today? It's about about, we used our
- 1:57:41time up here.
- 1:57:43Nobody?
- 1:57:45Well, Sandy, welcome to the family. Family. Thank you. It's good to be part of your family. Yep. We're we're a pretty good bunch.
- 1:57:53Can find help here and friends, and Bruce
- 1:57:58will probably pop in here and tell you he's from South Carolina one of these days and
- 1:58:03let you know about him over there. He's from
- 1:58:07Abbeville,
- 1:58:08South Carolina
- 1:58:09toward the Abbeville Institute.
- 1:58:11Yeah. Abbeville Institute where the civil war evidently was initiated.
- 1:58:15Yes, sir.
- 1:58:17Unknown: Do you have,
- 1:58:18do you know... Did you ever know Dave Duremer?
- 1:58:21Unknown: The name Dave Duremer out of Delaware? I heard his name. He used to hang around with Harry Coombs a lot.
- 1:58:27Okay.
- 1:58:28Unknown: They inform
- 1:58:30Unknown: Him and the informer were, you know, were were together a bunch, I think. Yeah. I just was reading through their...
- 1:58:36Unknown: He had transcribed
- 1:58:37Unknown: a call they had, and they got into a lot of what they're talking about. But...
- 1:58:41Unknown: And did you ever noniva cases like Snaidek's Family Finance Corporation? You're gonna you're gonna have to talk right in the microphone, George. You're you're moving to the side there, and I'm listening.
- 1:58:52Unknown: Yeah. It's funny. These these are
- 1:58:54Unknown: not very...
- 1:58:56Yeah. So, I didn't know if you had ever been familiar with Snyder's
- 1:59:00Finance Corporation case
- 1:59:02or
- 1:59:03Fuentes versus Chevron
- 1:59:05or Pinoyer versus Neff.
- 1:59:08Unknown: No. I'm not familiar with any of that.
- 1:59:10Okay. Yeah. I've got anything to do with us?
- 1:59:14Unknown: Well, I mean, yes. I mean, tangentially, every... I think every every bit of their law is. But, anyway, I just just figured I'd catch it because I know you go back further than I do in this in this matter. So... And then how about the Americans bulletin, Bob Kelly? Do ever know?
- 1:59:32Unknown: Yes and no. I mean, it's kinda generic. I don't know whether it rings a bell or not. You know? Yeah. Used to be like a newsletter, I guess. So, anyway I don't remember his name too much, but there's been a whole bunch of those newsletters.
- 1:59:44People been in these trenches for thirty five, forty years or more. They knew something was wrong. They did their best to just get dots up and connect them and figure it out. Nobody ever could,
- 1:59:56and here we are, George, and we have.
- 1:59:59Unknown: Yeah. Even Debbie Kidd is named it.
- 2:00:02Unknown: Named Yeah. And I know I know about Debbie.
- 2:00:05Yeah. Yeah. But she was with the Larry Beecraft crowd always. So whatever they're gonna come to a conclusion on, she's gonna follow.
- 2:00:13Unknown: Mhmm.
- 2:00:14Unknown: Yeah. Because I don't know if I would raise Samuel from California, but he talks about filing a declaration of independence in some of these cases where they're, you know, they're proceeding in merchant law and you want... You know, he's just trying to preserve the document. It's a matter of status.
- 2:00:31Unknown: You cannot
- 2:00:32challenge
- 2:00:33status
- 2:00:34at the lower court levels.
- 2:00:36They can't see it.
- 2:00:38Correct. So all of the premise and all this I did and everything else is pretty much mood, isn't it?
- 2:00:46Well, he mentions the savings to suitors. Did you ever do that in any of your cases? No. I've never done any of that. I've never... I only did one case. I fought the IRS, and I knew I didn't want any more of it, k, from anybody.
- 2:00:58K? Yeah. I gotcha. When you wanna have a good time, go start suing people.
- 2:01:03Unknown: Yeah. Would... William, would that help you savings to suitors at all or no?
- 2:01:08Unknown: He may not be there.
- 2:01:10Who? I I don't even remember exactly what the saving the savings to your clause.
- 2:01:17Unknown: I'm not familiar with it.
- 2:01:20Unknown: Yeah. I heard it years ago.
- 2:01:23I'm telling you, people have tried everything here.
- 2:01:27All you have to do is submit one sentence to the right guy.
- 2:01:31That's county that's
- 2:01:33Unknown: why the county attorney just can't believe
- 2:01:37that it that it would work, that that's...
- 2:01:39The presumption should... In his k... In his brief, he said the presumption should continue.
- 2:01:46I'm a citizen of United States because I was born
- 2:01:50Unknown: Even the...
- 2:01:52Well, that'd be true except there's two choices. I've learned about it. You don't know about it yet, and I can be... Choose either one because everything's gotta be voluntary
- 2:02:02or else you're an open tyrant, mister county attorney.
- 2:02:06Yep.
- 2:02:07Telling me what I am? That ain't your job.
- 2:02:11Unknown: Yep.
- 2:02:13And he just refuses to accept it.
- 2:02:15And that hear... And that hearing that I had with the board,
- 2:02:19I said, you've done nothing to overcome my affidavit right there. That piece of paper in your hand, you've done nothing
- 2:02:24to overcome that.
- 2:02:26And he's like, well, we're not we're not refunding any taxes. I said, okay. Well, it sounds like we're done here.
- 2:02:33Unknown: And we go to the appellate level, and they don't know what to do with William's little lawsuit up there. I promise you. It's the talk of the building.
- 2:02:44I hope. We hope.
- 2:02:49Oh, yeah. Okay. Anybody else got anything for me here today?
- 2:02:54Sandy, glad to have you. Hope you come often.
- 2:02:58Everybody else, we'll... Good girl. We'll keep an eye peel for you as your questions come up. Otherwise,
- 2:03:05don't don't don't feel pressure.
- 2:03:07It's a process.
- 2:03:09Unknown: Just a process. Lot of reading still to do. And I
- 2:03:13won't be here tomorrow because I bowl with a friend. Oh, you bowl on Tuesdays? Okay.
- 2:03:19Unknown: Alright. Well, that'll be alright.
- 2:03:21So we won't have Sandy to educate tomorrow. May... We'll see. Looks like the whole world's about to blow up, so we may talk about that. Okay?
- 2:03:30Sorry. Just I'm looking I'm
- 2:03:33Unknown: looking forward to Saturday. It's gonna be when a rock meets an immovable object. Oh, boy. You got a good game there. Right?
- 2:03:39Unknown: Yeah. It's gonna be a good one. I know. I I hate it because I think we're on opposite
- 2:03:43of that. And that's when it pisses me off that I can't watch both of them. I have to rick up on his two screen idea.
- 2:03:53Okay. Rod.
- 2:03:54Unknown: Yes. They both. Yeah. Breaking news is
- 2:03:59Donald Trump's headed to Nebraska,
- 2:04:01and, JD Vance is headed to Alaska campaigning.
- 2:04:05And, I guess they pulled some bombers out of England because there was a threat of terrorism on the base where they were stored.
- 2:04:14Unknown: And Well, that was last week. And
- 2:04:17Unknown: they... Yeah. And they said that we better get our our flu shots by Halloween.
- 2:04:24No way. Those are the top stories.
- 2:04:26Unknown: Well,
- 2:04:27folks, you just see it's getting real close. I mean, if you don't... Haven't seen these pictures of France, they're horrible.
- 2:04:34And that's gonna be just as contagious as any of these other fires they start.
- 2:04:39And so just
- 2:04:42do the best you can. And, unfortunately, it's not gonna come here at least immediately,
- 2:04:47but they would... Their designs would be here. If it was their designs, we'd be like Soviet Russia in 1917
- 2:04:54already.
- 2:04:55But
- 2:04:56we got guns, so they can't do that.
- 2:05:00Unknown: Ricky.
- 2:05:01Unknown: I just I just wanna tell Sandy when she's bowling, pretend all those pens are IRS agents. Oh,
- 2:05:08Unknown: I was kind of pretending they were cabal. No. Yeah. Jews, bill... Billionaires
- 2:05:13Unknown: of a certain persuasion.
- 2:05:16Unknown: The elites.
- 2:05:17Unknown: There you go. That... I like the Epstein class.
- 2:05:22Unknown: Yes.
- 2:05:23Unknown: That's a very good
- 2:05:25moniker for him.
- 2:05:27Unknown: Very good. I agree.
- 2:05:29Unknown: Okay.
- 2:05:31Alright. Well, you kiddies, Sandy, see you Wednesday. Maybe have a good bowling day, and
- 2:05:37I hope your bowling partners wanna hear about freedom.
- 2:05:41Unknown: I'm I'm gonna be working on her. I'm sure. Friend of Catherine.
- 2:05:45Unknown: Oh, oh, she got both of you on her. Oh, yes. She's she's in for it now. Uh-oh.
- 2:05:50I guess.
- 2:05:52Well, now you can explain a lot of stuff, and you can practice your shtick on her. See?
- 2:05:57Unknown: Right. Exactly. Alright,
- 2:06:00Unknown: kiddos. Unless anybody else got something for me, I'm gonna go off. I got things to do today. So still a lovely day,
- 2:06:07and, hopefully, it won't get rainy. Anyway,
- 2:06:10I'll be back tomorrow. I hope you will be too. And if not, Julie.
- 2:06:17Unknown: Yeah. Can you please check your text messages? I sent you a lot last night.
- 2:06:22Unknown: Yes. I know. Late Sunday night, 11:40.
- 2:06:25Ding ding ding. Okay.
- 2:06:28I saw those things. Alright. See you tomorrow.
- 2:06:31Ciao.
- 2:06:32Bye.
- 2:06:35Unknown: If anybody wants to know why
- 2:06:38the
- 2:06:38nitrogen hypoxia
- 2:06:41is not used in more states...
- 2:06:43Sheldon, you still there?
- 2:06:46Oh, Sheldon?
- 2:06:49Unknown: Yeah, I'm here. I'm here.
- 2:06:52Unknown: Nitrogen hypoxia
- 2:06:53is authorized in only five states, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Oklahoma.
- 2:07:00It has faced severe resistance preventing wide spread adoption.
- 2:07:04States have been slow to adopt or use nitrogen hypoxia for several critical reasons.
- 2:07:09Number one, corporate supply bans.
- 2:07:12Major commercial gas manufacturers
- 2:07:14including Airgas, Linde, and Air Products
- 2:07:17have explicitly prohibited
- 2:07:19the sale of their nitrogen products for human executions because
- 2:07:24nitrogen gas is intended for lifesaving
- 2:07:28and industrial applications.
- 2:07:30These companies refuse to participate in capital punishment. Additionally,
- 2:07:34European anti torture regulations
- 2:07:37prohibit member state corporations
- 2:07:40from exporting materials meant for executions,
- 2:07:43cutting off supply chains from foreign sources.
- 2:07:47Legal and constitutional
- 2:07:49challenges,
- 2:07:51executions utilizing nitrogen gas have faced immediate pushback under the eighth amendment, which bans cruel and unusual punishment.
- 2:08:00Civil rights organizations and defense attorneys argue the method causes severe physical and psychological terror.
- 2:08:07In fact, federal judges have stepped in to block scheduled
- 2:08:11nitrogen executions,
- 2:08:13citing constitutional
- 2:08:14violations.
- 2:08:16Medical and scientific Human
- 2:08:19rights experts at the United Nations have warned that nitrogen hypoxia
- 2:08:24may amount to torture, describing it as an experimental and unproven method. Furthermore,
- 2:08:30veterinary
- 2:08:31organizations
- 2:08:32like the American Veterinary
- 2:08:34Medical Association
- 2:08:36deem nitrogen hypoxia
- 2:08:38inappropriate
- 2:08:39for euthanizing most animals because it causes
- 2:08:42immense panic and distress before unconsciousness
- 2:08:46sets in.
- 2:08:47Witness accounts of procedures, proponents originally
- 2:08:51argued that breathing pure nitrogen
- 2:08:53would cause a quick painless loss of consciousness. However,
- 2:08:57eyewitness accounts from early implementations
- 2:09:00such as the January 2024 execution of Kenneth Smith in Alabama
- 2:09:06revealed the inmate convulsed,
- 2:09:08gasped, and shook violently for over twenty two minutes.
- 2:09:12These graphic accounts have made other state legislatures
- 2:09:16highly resistant to abduct
- 2:09:18the procedure.
- 2:09:20And finally, workplace safety risks.
- 2:09:23Nitrogen gas is completely odorless and colorless. If the specialized equipment leaks or shifts
- 2:09:29during the execution, the gas poses an immediate
- 2:09:33asphyxiation danger to prison staff,
- 2:09:36spiritual advisors,
- 2:09:38and witnesses
- 2:09:39inside
- 2:09:40the chamber.
- 2:09:42So there you go.
- 2:09:44Unknown: I'd like to chime in on that. I think
- 2:09:47if you if you've had a fair and you know a fair trial
- 2:09:52and and that's really hard to get in America today,
- 2:09:57you know if there's a
- 2:09:59preponderance
- 2:10:00of evidence against you your your execution
- 2:10:04style should be based on on how you killed,
- 2:10:08you know,
- 2:10:09whoever you tortured or killed or whatever,
- 2:10:13you know? So if you... This woman who did this, if we know she actually did that to this, you know, young young woman,
- 2:10:21classmate,
- 2:10:22whatever, with this with this punk, you know, that she partnered up with, 17.
- 2:10:28Yeah. Right. He should've been tried as an adult, and, they should've been executed together and let them,
- 2:10:35you know,
- 2:10:37that terror
- 2:10:38that they, you know, for which put upon that young woman that they terrorized and murdered.
- 2:10:46I
- 2:10:48Unknown: Texas already does that.
- 2:10:51Texas,
- 2:10:53in cases where the death penalty is
- 2:10:57is
- 2:10:59the penalty.
- 2:11:04If there are more than three credible witnesses
- 2:11:08that witnessed the act and the act was particularly heinous,
- 2:11:14They don't wait on death row. They go to the head of the line and are executed
- 2:11:20toot sweet posthaste.
- 2:11:23Personally, I think the death penalty should be an option in all 50 states.
- 2:11:29However, it should be an option
- 2:11:31for
- 2:11:33people that were
- 2:11:35given life in prison,
- 2:11:37particularly life in prison without the hope of parole.
- 2:11:41They should be able to opt for the death penalty in all 50 states.
- 2:11:46Otherwise,
- 2:11:48life imprisonment
- 2:11:49should be on an island somewhere. Like, I think they had a good idea when they had Alcatraz.
- 2:11:56I think what they need to do is they need to create an island somewhere with an enormous prison on it, with enough land where the prisoners
- 2:12:05will actually be tending the fields, will be growing their food, will be tending the animals and butchering
- 2:12:11their own animals
- 2:12:13for
- 2:12:14supporting
- 2:12:15the prison.
- 2:12:16However, it would be on an island without any innocence on the island, just prisoners and staff
- 2:12:24of the prison,
- 2:12:25and they stay there until they die. And then they get a burial at sea and turn into fish food. That would work.
- 2:12:34Anyway, I'm going back to work.
- 2:12:36Unknown: What was that movie? I'll go back to work. It's...
- 2:12:40Unknown: There was a movie about that,
- 2:12:43Paul.
- 2:12:46The guy in Bulleit was in it.
- 2:12:49Papillon.
- 2:12:50Yeah. Papillon.
- 2:12:52Thank you, Sheldon. Steve McQueen.
- 2:12:55Steve McQueen. Thank you, dear Gregory.
- 2:12:59Wasn't that an island in... Well, wasn't that true? A true story in in France?
- 2:13:05Unknown: Yes. It was.
- 2:13:07Unknown: Called Devil's Devil's Island.
- 2:13:10Unknown: It had the usual Hollywood enhancements,
- 2:13:13Unknown: but the the basic premise Sure. Guess it happened. Yeah. What... I like the part when they stuck their heads out the that hole, the window, and the door,
- 2:13:22and and they looked they looked at each other and go, oh, you look great.
- 2:13:29Paul, you still here? He looked like death warmed over, buddy.
- 2:13:34High yield.
- 2:13:36Unknown: Also.
- 2:13:40No scrunchie. Yeah. I guess he's got...
- 2:13:44Unknown: No. Go ahead. No. I'm
- 2:13:47still... I'm... Okay. Okay. What?
- 2:13:50Okay. Okay. My my whole idea about the hypoxia is
- 2:13:55that when
- 2:13:57all these planes when they when they find what's left of them, nobody's all weirded out.
- 2:14:03Don't have the facial
- 2:14:05expressions that they do in form moods and stuff. And
- 2:14:08and I just think that, you know, people slowly fall asleep
- 2:14:12and maybe they twitch on the actual plane. I don't know. You know, we aren't there. But it just looked pretty humane to me at the time. I had another call I couldn't get right back but you were expanding on always
- 2:14:26manufacturing
- 2:14:27and we don't want to kill people and this and that. I just think they had
- 2:14:31they had the word handed down to them to refuse it so that they could go ahead like you said and keep having big pharma,
- 2:14:38you know, tap all the money and the governments are in on it because they're spending our funds.
- 2:14:43Unknown: That's all. And that and what Rogers read back. That and what Rogers says in order
- 2:14:49to actually advance
- 2:14:51to the final stages of their takeover plan, they have to get rid of the death penalty.
- 2:14:57Why in the hell would
- 2:14:59major corporations
- 2:15:00that are no doubt
- 2:15:03owned by Jews and globalists,
- 2:15:06why would those corporations
- 2:15:08make
- 2:15:09lethal
- 2:15:11penalties
- 2:15:13possible?
- 2:15:15Why would they support that? No. No. No. No. They're just ducking out on humanitarian
- 2:15:23reasons.
- 2:15:23Did you guys see the air quotes? There's air quotes there. See? Air quotes. See? See? I did. I did. I did. Okay.
- 2:15:30Alright.
- 2:15:31Thanks, Sheldon. I'm I'm heading out.
- 2:15:35Unknown: Okay, buddy. Thank you more at WorkSafe today, and we'll see you soon..
- 2:15:41Unknown: Bye bye.
- 2:15:46Unknown: Would anybody like to
- 2:15:48hear a little bit about the background and said he used to suit his in the Dave Urema case?
- 2:15:54Unknown: George, where is he from? I went to school with a guy named Dave Urema,
- 2:15:59and he played,
- 2:16:00football,
- 2:16:02for Michigan State quarterback,
- 2:16:05I think.
- 2:16:07Unknown: He's from Delaware, and,
- 2:16:09actually, I know a guy who is in his eighties now. He's not in good health, but I knew him and talked with him a lot.
- 2:16:18But he had a case where
- 2:16:20the...
- 2:16:22They
- 2:16:23came in to try to get a $126.50
- 2:16:27on a rental house he had because he didn't have a license for the tenant sewage.
- 2:16:33So
- 2:16:35he was found guilty.
- 2:16:36What the informer told him to do was file declaration of independence, which I think is what
- 2:16:42Samuel had been talking about, and then
- 2:16:45move under the savings to suitors.
- 2:16:48And then this is basically a transcription
- 2:16:50of Dave Duriema's an an informer's call.
- 2:16:55And then so an informer reads this... Reads
- 2:16:58right from the
- 2:16:59the case. This court, although not a common law court,
- 2:17:03can give the common law remedy to these suitors under 28 USC
- 2:17:09thirteen thirty three one as described in section nine of the judiciary act of 1789.
- 2:17:16As justice Field explained in the Moses Taylor four wall four eleven four thirty one that clause only saves the suitors the right of a common law remedy where the common law is competent to give it. It is not a remedy in the common law courts which is saved,
- 2:17:32but a common law remedy. A proceeding in REM as used in the admiralty courts is not a remedy afforded by the common law. It is proceeding under the civil law. When used in the common law courts, it is given by statutes.
- 2:17:44And the rest of the quote,
- 2:17:46the prescriptive

- 2:18:08So...
- 2:18:09And then he has a bunch of other footnotes that he puts in there. And what he always writes is footnotes are an integral part of this document. That way, they can't dismiss the footnote.
- 2:18:18So, anyway, I don't... I gotta talk to my buddy. He's going to the doctor right now, but to see if he remembers this case of Dave Duremus
- 2:18:25and what the eventual outcome is because there's a couple of these calls that were transcribed,
- 2:18:31probably,
- 2:18:32kinda,
- 2:18:33maybe twenty twenty or 30 pages that they have at and forth
- 2:18:38a yield.
- 2:18:40Unknown: Okay. So I'm not gonna... I'm gonna... Not...
- 2:18:43Maybe not change the subject, but getting back to that... To Sandy about
- 2:18:49finding documents and finding documents with the clerk.
- 2:18:54Oh, this is Jerry Garcia.
- 2:18:59I'm I'm...
- 2:19:00Wrote this... I... Well, I printed out this.
- 2:19:04Oh, where...
- 2:19:05You know, we can't bring
- 2:19:07title 18
- 2:19:12or
- 2:19:13accusations
- 2:19:14in the court. It's just all title
- 2:19:1718 crimes,
- 2:19:19which normally did not have a private right of action and litigation,
- 2:19:23are hereby entered into this novation as a contractual
- 2:19:27aspect of our private agreements.
- 2:19:30Meaning that all of these codes are now enforceable
- 2:19:34in a civil court
- 2:19:36as a private part of our contractual
- 2:19:38obligations,
- 2:19:39and these codes are now active to being causes of action in civil court.
- 2:19:47And I and I put those in anything that I follow.
- 2:19:50Now
- 2:19:52when you file stuff,
- 2:19:54the clerks,
- 2:19:55they have to follow the law, which none of them do.
- 2:19:59But, anyway, law clerks must abide by
- 2:20:03USC 18, and that's where that 18
- 2:20:07code comes in.
- 2:20:09USC eighteen twenty seventy six,

- 2:20:36USC eighteen twenty seventy one

- 2:20:49obliterates,
- 2:20:50or destroys or attempts to do so, documents filed or deposited
- 2:20:55with any clerk or officer of any court shall be fined or imprisoned
- 2:21:01not more than three years or both.
- 2:21:05Title 18, USC fifteen

- 2:21:11Whoever known the users intimidation,

- 2:21:15or corruptly persuade
- 2:21:17another person or attempt to do so
- 2:21:21or engages in misleading
- 2:21:23conduct toward another person
- 2:21:25with intent to influence,
- 2:21:28delay, or prevent
- 2:21:30an official proceeding document,
- 2:21:33cause,
- 2:21:34or induce
- 2:21:35any person to
- 2:21:37withhold a document
- 2:21:39or other object
- 2:21:40from an official proceeding

- 2:21:45or conceding an official conceit
- 2:21:48shall be fined under this title or imprisoned
- 2:21:51not more than twenty years or
- 2:21:54both.
- 2:21:57Anyway, I printed
- 2:21:58that first one out, stuck it in my findings,
- 2:22:02and then I printed these out and put them in behind it.
- 2:22:06Anyway, that's a lie.
- 2:22:09Not that that matters to me.
- 2:22:13Unknown: Good work there, Jerry g.
- 2:22:16Hey, Julie.
- 2:22:21Unknown: When I when
- 2:22:22I went to try to file some documents with the courtroom before I found all these,
- 2:22:29The clerk of the probate court refused
- 2:22:33to take my documents.
- 2:22:36So I just left them down on the counter.
- 2:22:39And then I went and filed the criminal complaint with the sheriff's department, and they didn't wanna do nothing about it.
- 2:22:46But that
- 2:22:47clerk was committing
- 2:22:49felony.
- 2:22:52Unknown: Yeah. They have laws against that. They
- 2:22:55have laws against They're supposed to Right off the bat. They're supposed to they're
- 2:23:00supposed to take that paperwork, Jerry.
- 2:23:03Unknown: Yeah. So I just left it there on the desk and walked away, and then I went straight to the Sheriff's Office and followed a
- 2:23:09criminal complaint, and that shows up. Well, she said... The the clerk said if you would go back there that she would file it. I said, no. It's already... To me, it's already... I told him. And then
- 2:23:19I went and made
- 2:23:21a statement. You know what I mean? I said, if I had committed a crime, you would you would have thrown me in jail, I told him.
- 2:23:28I'd be in prison.
- 2:23:30If these idiots that are committing felonies, y'all don't do nothing to them. Y'all give them a a break. Y'all let them go on their way.
- 2:23:37Unknown: Hey, Jerry. Next time you next
- 2:23:39time you do something like that, make sure you gotta... You have your your phone with you. Just get a picture of it laying there on the counter.
- 2:23:47Unknown: Oh, I got a picture. I got a picture of... I've got three pictures.
- 2:23:52Well, she she actually threw it back at me, and it almost fell off. I got the picture
- 2:23:57of her
- 2:23:59not actually throwing it, but I got a picture of where she almost...
- 2:24:03When she threw it at me, it almost fell off of the counter. So I took a picture.
- 2:24:08And then I went and printed it out in big, nice,
- 2:24:12colored, and then I went and filed.
- 2:24:16Well, I filed the complaint.
- 2:24:19But I I didn't get that document back.
- 2:24:25Unknown: Yeah. It's not unusual for the sheriff to go along with them either.
- 2:24:29Julie, Julie, Julie, Julie.
- 2:24:33Unknown: Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.
- 2:24:37Unknown: When when
- 2:24:39Roger was asking about some
- 2:24:41news that
- 2:24:43somebody could provide over the weekend. I don't know why our ace reporter
- 2:24:48didn't unload on him. Come
- 2:24:51out with the good news. I mean, well, the news in general.
- 2:24:55Unknown: Well, I'll give it on tomorrow since
- 2:25:00since Sandy's not gonna be there.
- 2:25:05Unknown: Okay.
- 2:25:07And leave us in suspense.
- 2:25:09Unknown: Well, I mean, it's basically
- 2:25:11stuff with Mel Kay
- 2:25:14and
- 2:25:16and stuff with Weston Warren.
- 2:25:19And
- 2:25:20believe it or not, I'm gonna try to give him a call this afternoon.
- 2:25:25Unknown: That's good.
- 2:25:26Unknown: He he knows he knows some stuff that he's not supposed to know.
- 2:25:33Unknown: In other in other words, he knows people that knows people that knows people?
- 2:25:38Unknown: No. He knows some...
- 2:25:40That guy is very smart.
- 2:25:43He knows some stuff that's gonna happen that he's not telling us.
- 2:25:48Unknown: He likes to he likes to leave us hanging too.
- 2:25:52Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:25:53So I don't know. We don't know. We're at war. 100% at war, so we just don't know, Sam.
- 2:25:59Unknown: You mean we're in a benevolent benevolent dictatorship?
- 2:26:03Unknown: I play I play golf and my daughter bought me a... My my daughter bought me a little
- 2:26:10a blankie
- 2:26:11type thing, you know, so I could cuddle.
- 2:26:14And on on the front of it, it says, I play golf
- 2:26:17and I know things.
- 2:26:21Unknown: Right. Hey. This... Who is this Mel Kay? Do you know if he's related to Danny Kaye?
- 2:26:27Unknown: No. This is Mel Kay. He's a big male. Come on, Dave.
- 2:26:31What?
- 2:26:32Unknown: Danny Kaye was a a mini communist.
- 2:26:42Unknown: Mel Kay's very
- 2:26:43smart,
- 2:26:44very...
- 2:26:45Unknown: I never heard I never heard anything he said. I hear you guys
- 2:26:49talk about it sounds like a woman Mel.
- 2:26:53You know, I just I don't know why I think it's a woman.
- 2:26:57You know, some women that are named Melinda call themselves Mel
- 2:27:03but that is a Jewish name,
- 2:27:06Melvin.
- 2:27:07Unknown: Yes.
- 2:27:09Unknown: Is Mel Kay a Jew?
- 2:27:13Unknown: A practicing That is a very good question and I have no clue. Would suspect her first name is Melanie and she goes by Mel but I don't know.... Woman?
- 2:27:25Yes. It's a woman. Oh, okay. Well,
- 2:27:30Unknown: maybe she's not a Jew.
- 2:27:34Unknown: Hey, Dave. And as far as Danny Kaye being a communist,
- 2:27:38somebody has to be a communist.
- 2:27:41Unknown: I... You... You're breaking up on my phone, and I'm plugged in.
- 2:27:47Unknown: I'd say as far as Danny Kaye being a communist,
- 2:27:50somebody has to be a communist.
- 2:27:53You
- 2:27:57Unknown: know, if you listen to
- 2:28:02what was his name, the playwright from Hollywood.
- 2:28:12Oh, boy.
- 2:28:16Unknown: What kind of work was he responsible for? I mean, any plays or He any exposed he exposed the reds in Hollywood.
- 2:28:24Unknown: I think he was greatly
- 2:28:27responsible
- 2:28:28for
- 2:28:29the
- 2:28:31senator
- 2:28:33Unknown: McCarthy. McCarthy...
- 2:28:35Unknown: All those McCarthy hearings were based on this guy's
- 2:28:39information and knowledge
- 2:28:41that Hollywood had been taken over by the Jews,
- 2:28:45and he called them the reds for... In his first two albums.
- 2:28:50They put all this out on three record albums,
- 2:28:53you know, from the the thirties or forties,
- 2:28:57fifties or sixties, seventies, and eighties. And, you know, he started way back when and then when he was done, Ronald Reagan was in office.
- 2:29:08Unknown: You know, what what what was actually done from all that?
- 2:29:12Unknown: Say it again.
- 2:29:15Unknown: What act... What actually happened as a result result of that. Any other... Anything happened?
- 2:29:22Unknown: She... Not really. I mean, he he started
- 2:29:26an education
- 2:29:28guild in Hollywood that he was sending out, you know, information for,
- 2:29:33you know,
- 2:29:34and but we we did obviously we didn't stop it. It got worse
- 2:29:39And we... I mean,
- 2:29:41when when he exposed
- 2:29:43all these Hollywood actors, Lucille Ball,
- 2:29:46Edward g Robinson, I mean, of them, and they're everybody's
- 2:29:51favorite
- 2:29:52actors and actresses and shit. I grew up, you know, watching Lucille Ball. I love Lucy with my mom. We didn't hear that record, Al. We didn't know they were commies.
- 2:30:05Unknown: Babe, Lucifer Ball,
- 2:30:06b a a l.
- 2:30:09Unknown: Oh I know what Ball is.
- 2:30:12Unknown: Yeah but that's Lucille Ball Lucifer Ball.
- 2:30:15Unknown: Oh yeah right right her daddy was a big
- 2:30:19big player and they had huge meetings at his home.
- 2:30:23Yep.
- 2:30:24In Hollywood
- 2:30:26and,
- 2:30:27you know, to to convert everybody to communism and they were playing it in their movies and and plays and
- 2:30:35this guy...
- 2:30:36Damn it. What the hell was his name?
- 2:30:44Anyhow, I'll think of it when I do. I'll I'll jump back on. Please
- 2:30:49Unknown: tell me that Carol Burnett is not in that group because I actually like Carol Burnett.
- 2:30:55I didn't like Lucy.
- 2:30:57Unknown: Who?
- 2:30:58Unknown: Carol... Carol Burnett.
- 2:31:00Oh, Carol Burnett show. Pardon me? No. I'm saying that I
- 2:31:05never cared for Lucy of all, but Carol Burnett, I liked her.
- 2:31:10Unknown: You
- 2:31:10know what? I didn't hear that name come out, but that don't mean... I... I'm telling you, 990.9%
- 2:31:19of all Hollywood
- 2:31:20superstars
- 2:31:22are commie Jews.
- 2:31:25Yeah. They hate us.
- 2:31:27They freaking hate us.
- 2:31:31Unknown: They And I why do you Carol
- 2:31:33Unknown: and all her fronies
- 2:31:35on that show were all... I'm sure they were all commies.
- 2:31:40Unknown: Who do you think who do you think put them in those positions?
- 2:31:44Who controlled that industry?
- 2:31:47Unknown: The
- 2:31:48Jews.
- 2:31:49Unknown: No.
- 2:31:53No?
- 2:31:54Oh, the mafia?
- 2:31:56Unknown: No. I was just kidding with the no, Dave.
- 2:32:01Unknown: Tim Conway was an accountant, not a Jew.
- 2:32:04Who?
- 2:32:07Tim Conway.
- 2:32:08Yeah. He was an accountant, not a Jew. He was he was the goy the goy accountant of pennies.
- 2:32:16Unknown: Oh, shit. Was was Tim con... Was Tim Conway ever on Lucio Ball? Because I only remember him... Her own... Him on the Carol... The Carol Burnett show.
- 2:32:26Unknown: Oh, man. Yeah. Think Carol.
- 2:32:31Unknown: Comment?
- 2:32:33Go ahead, Joe.
- 2:32:35Unknown: Do you know where stage names came from
- 2:32:38or what that stage names are a result of?
- 2:32:42Unknown: That's a puzzle to me. What do you have?
- 2:32:45Unknown: Well, this is a fact
- 2:32:47that was to counter
- 2:32:50the Jewish name that most
- 2:32:53of the actors of the day had.
- 2:32:56Unknown: That's true. I thought about that. They changed their names. They did not accept
- 2:33:02Unknown: the Jewish
- 2:33:05people
- 2:33:07that is pushed on us today. So
- 2:33:10the industry
- 2:33:12gave these people stage names.
- 2:33:15That's true, Joe. And Dave, are you trying to thank Oscar Wilde?
- 2:33:21Unknown: No, Joe.
- 2:33:22It's a really unusual name, and
- 2:33:26Brent Bach man said he was a Jew himself.
- 2:33:31Unknown: God darn it what is his name?
- 2:33:36Unknown: He was a playwright
- 2:33:38from the twenties he he was on Broadway made a bunch of he was rich famous
- 2:33:43and
- 2:33:44one of his friends
- 2:33:46told him about
- 2:33:47the Reds and then the plays they were making promoting
- 2:33:51communism in America and how great it was and and they asked him to to write a play that would you know
- 2:33:59Unknown: expose it.
- 2:34:01Unknown: George Bernard.
- 2:34:03Okay. Nope.
- 2:34:05Unknown: And I'm not sure. Eugene
- 2:34:07Unknown: O'Neill.
- 2:34:08Unknown: Nope.
- 2:34:09Nope.
- 2:34:10August Strindberg.
- 2:34:12Unknown: Nope.
- 2:34:15Unknown: Next.
- 2:34:17Unknown: Hey, David. Is that you beating your head on the wall because you can't remember?
- 2:34:21Unknown: No.
- 2:34:22I got a guy over here looking for a
- 2:34:26stud in the wall, and he keeps missing It
- 2:34:29Unknown: was George Bernard Shaw.
- 2:34:32Unknown: No. I got my husband right here. He's the best stud in town.
- 2:34:38Unknown: Why did you not put me in the wall?
- 2:34:41Unknown: You ain't gonna find my best pants on the wall.
- 2:34:45Unknown: His name was something like Ferris Bueller.
- 2:34:51Was
- 2:34:53darn it. What the heck was his name?
- 2:34:57And he
- 2:34:58put out he put out three record albums.
- 2:35:03All this information is is a lecture like three or
- 2:35:07more hours long.
- 2:35:08Unknown: Myron Fagan.
- 2:35:10Myron Fagan.
- 2:35:12Unknown: Myron Fagan.
- 2:35:13Thank you.
- 2:35:15Andy,
- 2:35:16you nailed it. Myron Fagan. Look him up. Paul looked him up when I brought him up the first time when Brent said he pulled that hat right out or that name right out of the hat like Andy did
- 2:35:28a couple years ago and and
- 2:35:34Paul found his record albums, the three albums set for sale on Amazon for like $989
- 2:35:44because they don't want us hearing it. But if you go to govern America, they play those
- 2:35:48quite
- 2:35:49often,
- 2:35:51you know at all different times through the night and day
- 2:35:55but
- 2:35:56man are they powerful holy moly.
- 2:36:00Everybody needs to hear them at least 10 times.
- 2:36:07Iron Fagan.
- 2:36:12Unknown: Good guess, Yeah.
- 2:36:15Unknown: Excellent.
- 2:36:19Unknown: You got a good team there.
- 2:36:21Unknown: Believe it or not, there's a
- 2:36:23m m... MMA
- 2:36:26fighter...
- 2:36:27I mean, UFC fighter named Marin Fagan.
- 2:36:31Unknown: Yeah. It's interesting.
- 2:36:34The informer also states that the admiralty law in The United States is unlike any other admiralty law around the world, I guess. That was back in the day. I don't know if it's... It changed
- 2:36:45it, but, you know, basically, because with the constitution, they were bringing the law of the sea onto the law of the land.
- 2:36:52And
- 2:36:53he actually talks a lot when you do some of these suits against
- 2:36:57the state, you're actually doing it in federal court.
- 2:37:00And...
- 2:37:02But you're not gonna get common law in court but you can get
- 2:37:07you know basically
- 2:37:11getting back your
- 2:37:13your
- 2:37:15oh,
- 2:37:16lawful
- 2:37:18lawful man status versus a personage
- 2:37:23using their federal
- 2:37:25federal rules and and federal
- 2:37:29codes. So it's quite quite interesting. I'd encourage anybody to get... If you wanna get the depths of the courts to
- 2:37:35get the informer's materials whose son I think is curating now. There's a lot of free stuff out there but on formerarchives.com,
- 2:37:44but then you can also order books such so
- 2:37:47you complement kind of what we're doing. I know Roger... Roger's overseas
- 2:37:51literally.
- 2:37:52I mean, former even says that Social Security is international.
- 2:37:56And...
- 2:37:57So I don't know if Roger gets social, but
- 2:38:01quite interesting. His study of the law, the forty year corporate researcher.
- 2:38:07Get
- 2:38:09away from like somewhat Roger says the patriot miss
- 2:38:13and use the law.
- 2:38:16It really behoove us. I mean, even he admits he was no...
- 2:38:20Nothing compared to like the men of the seventeen eighteen hundreds as far as knowledge of the law, but
- 2:38:26his research is
- 2:38:28quite quite interesting.
- 2:38:31I know.
- 2:38:37Unknown: The question of how and why the United Nations, is the crux of the great conspiracy to destroy the sovereignty of The United States
- 2:38:46and the enslavement of the American people.
- 2:38:49Unknown: That's Myron Fagan.
- 2:38:53Unknown: No. There's a link in the chat, Dave. It's two two hours and ten minutes.
- 2:38:58Unknown: K. Myron Fagan was an American writer,
- 2:39:01producer,
- 2:39:02director, film, and theater.
- 2:39:06The
- 2:39:08guy was involved in a lot of different things.
- 2:39:11Unknown: Yeah. It's funny. That was one of the modes of law that... Even the former I just read about you could
- 2:39:18move into international
- 2:39:20law, like, invoke some of the United Nations stuff to
- 2:39:24protect ourselves
- 2:39:26in The US courts. So it's
- 2:39:28quite something. Mean,
- 2:39:30you get some ecclesiastical
- 2:39:32law as well.
- 2:39:34And
- 2:39:36we're just scratching the surface with this national stuff.
- 2:39:41Scratching the surface.
- 2:39:45Unknown: You know, those guys
- 2:39:48seems to... They say they seem to only recognize laws that they want to recognize
- 2:39:54no matter how legitimate they are.
- 2:39:57Hey, Joan. You still around? I heard you speak up earlier.
- 2:40:01Unknown: Yes.
- 2:40:02I'm eating avocado
- 2:40:04toast.
- 2:40:07Unknown: Uh-oh.
- 2:40:09You've been hanging around
- 2:40:11miss Myrrh. I can tell. Anyway, you sound you sound healthy and strong. That's good.
- 2:40:17Unknown: Thank you, dear Sam.
- 2:40:21Unknown: And don't tell me,
- 2:40:23Myrrh turned you on to avocado toast.
- 2:40:26The next thing you know,
- 2:40:28she's gonna tell you to try tofu.
- 2:40:31Don't listen to her.
- 2:40:34Unknown: I texted you a link, Dave.
- 2:40:42Unknown: I got it, Andy. Thank you very much. That's awesome.
- 2:40:45Unknown: You're
- 2:40:47welcome.
- 2:40:53Anyone still trying to use the constitution
- 2:40:56in their filings
- 2:40:58for the bill of rights?
- 2:41:05Anybody read Lysander Sooner
- 2:41:10or heard him?
- 2:41:12Unknown: Do you mean that that
- 2:41:14piece of paper that
- 2:41:17George w Bush
- 2:41:19refers to as that GED piece of paper?
- 2:41:23Unknown: Yes.
- 2:41:24Actually,
- 2:41:25Unknown: he's right because
- 2:41:26it only applies to the states. We're not party to it.
- 2:41:30Unknown: That's right.
- 2:41:31Yeah.
- 2:41:35Unknown: And the bill of rights even, it only applies to the... To congress.
- 2:41:39I got George Mason, my namesake, the fourth even. And
- 2:41:46that's why they say I can't hear that constitutional crap in my court, man. It's really a mercantile court.
- 2:41:53They're just... Even, like, traffic tickets, you won't get a jury trial because it's just a mercantile deal.
- 2:41:58Just a hammer for the deal.
- 2:42:02Unknown: I don't know why they just don't call it a tyrannical court like it really is.
- 2:42:11Unknown: Well, I think there is a... I think, you know, they're doing the law as it is, and I think we just don't know enough because,
- 2:42:18like... That's why this savings of students are so fascinating. I wanna go to our law library just because we got a university law here,
- 2:42:27law school, and I wanna do some do some research with the law library and to see where saving suitors was used.
- 2:42:38Unknown: This dirt cheap car seat on the coast of New Mexico.
- 2:42:43I also print out the supreme court case,

- 2:45:43Alright.
- 2:45:46I'm done.
- 2:45:48Thank you for listening.
- 2:45:50Unknown: We got a hard frost coming two mornings this week.
- 2:45:59Unknown: Get ready, people.
- 2:46:01You said, Dave, what did you say? You had frost the last couple of
- 2:46:06Unknown: days. What's that?
- 2:46:08What did you what did you just say?
- 2:46:10Unknown: I said we have a hard
- 2:46:12frost
- 2:46:14coming,
- 2:46:16I think Tuesday and Wednesday morning here.
- 2:46:20Unknown: Hope it gets down.
- 2:46:23Right.
- 2:46:25Unknown: I lived in in the Houston area, The Woodlands for a few years.
- 2:46:31Unknown: Yeah. And so you feel my pain?
- 2:46:34Unknown: Oh, boy. Yeah.
- 2:46:36Every day, it was a 20% chance of rain.
- 2:46:40Unknown: They they were counting the humidity as the rain, by the way.
- 2:46:45Unknown: They didn't pay paradise to put in a parking lot. They paved a swamp.
- 2:46:54Unknown: Yeah. Actually, it's not that...
- 2:46:56It doesn't flood you that much.
- 2:46:59As a matter of fact, kinda rare. As a matter of fact, the area, man, it's never flooded. I mean, no history of it anyway.
- 2:47:06But it's just just hot and just
- 2:47:09humid.
- 2:47:11I'm curious to see what they're gonna do with that little
- 2:47:14valley with that...
- 2:47:15What happened in the
- 2:47:18in the hill country, and
- 2:47:21I bet they they're
- 2:47:23probably doing the paperwork right now to consider that a
- 2:47:28area that where they can't rebuild so they can stick their little power... Nuclear power plant down there.
- 2:47:35Hey, Jerry g. Are you still there?
- 2:47:38Yes, sir.
- 2:47:41Okay. That case you were fighting earlier, the first one was in 1977.
- 2:47:47And the... Which one first one? I'm up The first one was the 1967...
- 2:47:53Unknown: 1790.
- 2:47:557... 1790.
- 2:47:57790.
- 2:48:00Oh, no. I thought you just said one start.
- 2:48:03Unknown: 90. Okay. What's the 190?
- 2:48:06Unknown: 1977.
- 2:48:08Unknown: Okay.
- 2:48:09And then the third one was 1980,
- 2:48:12if I'm not mistaken.
- 2:48:13Right.
- 2:48:15Okay. Appreciate it.
- 2:48:18Unknown: Yes, sir.
- 2:48:20Unknown: Yeah. I've gone through the informer's work there called the Big Lie three,
- 2:48:26and I've
- 2:48:27got... So far, I got different highlighters.
- 2:48:30I got
- 2:48:31those friction erasable ones
- 2:48:34for
- 2:48:35basically
- 2:48:36commercial
- 2:48:39aspects,
- 2:48:40common law aspects,
- 2:48:43trust,
- 2:48:44and now international.
- 2:48:47So
- 2:48:48the law
- 2:48:50is an ass, as lord Acton said.
- 2:48:52And
- 2:48:53I think we just need to know how to drive that ass.
- 2:48:57Drive it, baby.
- 2:49:00Push that bullshit. Light the fire under that ass if you need to maybe really move it.
- 2:49:06Unknown: That's pretty good.
- 2:49:08Unknown: Yep.
- 2:49:10He's
- 2:49:11going into depths that I just never never really appreciated.
- 2:49:16No.
- 2:49:17Sorry
- 2:49:19to not trying to market. I got no interest in the thing other than to help my fellow man.
- 2:49:31Sorry to pontificate on him, but I am writing the letter to you to the Holy See just like he did.
- 2:49:36Nowhere in there have I found his actual letter to the Holy See. I just have his testimony that he gave
- 2:49:42to Visigoth on the Grassy Knoll when he had that podcast
- 2:49:48when
- 2:49:49Inform was still alive.
- 2:49:51And
- 2:49:53we had had a DOJ matter that basically his eye... He got his eye and f and was basically wiped away because he wrote to the Vatican.
- 2:50:00Got a call... Talking... Speaking of international, got a call from the
- 2:50:05attorney general of Great Britain. So can
- 2:50:08I help you? He thought it was a thought it was a joke. No. How can I help you?
- 2:50:13Unknown: Because
- 2:50:14Unknown: based on his research,
- 2:50:17that he had found out that we were we were basically under... Still under the treaty of King George the third,
- 2:50:22a holy Roman
- 2:50:23Empire
- 2:50:24or treasurer,
- 2:50:25prince elector.
- 2:50:27From 1783,
- 2:50:28many treaties
- 2:50:30from there, including Gantt and all the other ones, still,
- 2:50:33you know, still retain the old treaties. In fact, they go back to them a lot of times. They respond back to... They refer back to the treaties.
- 2:50:41So he had gotten himself out of treaty law by claiming to be a man, not claiming to be a national or anything other than, you know, native native born, national.
- 2:50:50But,
- 2:50:52yeah, got out of all the
- 2:50:54date of the forum, it's called.
- 2:50:57And that 13 pages on his IMF went away. In any DOJ papers, both the attorney general and then later in writing, the whole sea... Holy Sea Of Antioch told him the same thing. Disregard any other communication you get from the
- 2:51:11Department of Justice.
- 2:51:16I kinda said that like Jerry d Garcia, Department of Justice.
- 2:51:21Unknown: Careful now. There's only one
- 2:51:24Jerry g
- 2:51:25Garcia
- 2:51:27from Carlton
- 2:51:28in Mexico. And
- 2:51:29Unknown: that is probably copyrighted. Do you know what I mean? So I better be careful. And
- 2:51:35also Spanish inquisition will come after me.
- 2:51:41Unknown: Hey, but I am... I'm happy I'm I'm rubbing off on somebody.
- 2:51:45I am happy I'm rubbing off on somebody.
- 2:51:51Unknown: Popeye had it right. I am what I am.
- 2:51:58Unknown: That had to be Paul.
- 2:52:01Olive soil.
- 2:52:09Unknown: Well, it's funny because
- 2:52:11speaking of identity politics, but they're saying that that
- 2:52:16cartoon, which I have to go back and watch, was really Popeye saying, I'm not gonna be defined or controlled by these masses. I I am who I am. It was like a humble admittance of who he was before God.
- 2:52:27Unknown: And now that he's older...... All I can stands because I can't stands no more.
- 2:52:36Unknown: And now that he's gotten older, he's kinda saying,
- 2:52:39now what did I put that can of spinach yet?
- 2:52:43Unknown: Look at your pocket, Popeye.
- 2:52:48Unknown: And that ain't his driver's license in his pocket.
- 2:52:51Unknown: You're not just happy to see me.
- 2:52:56Unknown: And he's not he's not there because of volleyball either.
- 2:53:05Unknown: There's a re venue
- 2:53:07officer now doing a little collection and action.
- 2:53:10All of us who felt that
- 2:53:13pulled somebody into the parking lot. It's probably a sign.
- 2:53:17I re venue officer.
- 2:53:21Officer.
