Two men have pleaded guilty in a federal embezzlement conspiracy involving Success Village Apartments in Bridgeport and Stratford. Prosecutors say Charles Pitcher and Carmine Gentile were involved in fraudulent invoices and inflated payments, with more than four hundred thousand dollars allegedly diverted to Pitcher.
