  I think I'm going to cover the very last chapter from the book
• 0:03
  of Ezekiel because right after this I want to switch over to
• 0:09
  the book of Esther because a Purim is coming up on March 3rd,
• 0:16
  2026 and I that's very significant.

  So we should read about what Purim means.
• 0:26
  And so we'll wrap up Ezekiel right now, and then we'll get
• 0:29
  into Esther after this and then jump back to prophecies.
• 0:34
  So let's read continuing with the with chapter.
• 0:40
  Well, actually I forgot to read Revelation 22.
• 0:45
  When we were reading the river flowing from the temple in
• 0:48
  Ezekiel 47, it described the same thing that John saw in his
• 0:54
  vision in the documented in the Book of Revelation, and it's
• 0:58
  found in chapter 22. So I want to read to you verses
• 1:03
  one through 5 from Revelation 22.
• 1:06
  The Angel showed me the river of the Water of Life, as clear as
• 1:11
  crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb down the
• 1:18
  middle of the great St. of the city.
• 1:21
  On each side of the river stood the Tree of Life, bearing 12
• 1:26
  crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month, and the
• 1:29
  leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.
• 1:35
  No longer will there be any curse.
• 1:37
  The throne of God and the Lamb will be in the city, and His
• 1:41
  servants will serve Him. They will see His face, and His
• 1:46
  name will be on their foreheads. There will be no more night.
• 1:51
  They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun.
• 1:55
  For the Lord God will give them light, and they will reign
• 1:59
  forever and ever. And I might as well read the
• 2:03
  rest of it too, because it says the Angel said to me.
• 2:05
  These words are trustworthy and true.
• 2:08
  The Lord, the God who inspires the prophets, sent his Angel to
• 2:13
  show his servants the things that must take place soon.
• 2:17
  Look, I am coming soon. Blessed is the one who keeps the
• 2:23
  words of the prophecy written in this scroll.
• 2:26
  I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things.
• 2:30
  And when I had heard and seen them, I fell down to worship at
• 2:35
  the feet of the Angel who had been showing them to me.
• 2:38
  But he said, don't do that. I'm a fellow servant with you
• 2:43
  and with your fellow prophets, and with all who keep the words
• 2:48
  of the scroll worship God. Then he told me, do not seal up
• 2:54
  the words of the prophecy of the scroll, because the time is
• 2:58
  near. Let the one who does wrong
• 3:01
  continue to do wrong, let the vile person continue to be vile.
• 3:06
  Let the one who does right continue to do right, and let
• 3:11
  the holy person continue to be holy.
• 3:15
  Look, I am coming soon. My reward is with me and I will
• 3:19
  give to each person according to what they have done.
• 3:23
  I am the Alpha and the Omega, the 1st and the last, the
• 3:27
  beginning and the end. Blessed are those who wash their
• 3:31
  robes that they may have the right to the Tree of life and
• 3:36
  may go through the gates into the city.
• 3:40
  Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the
• 3:45
  sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters, and everyone who
• 3:50
  loves and practices falsehood. I want to clarify about the dog
• 3:54
  reference. This is not a literal dog.
• 3:57
  This was like a word that was given to, I think like male
• 4:02
  prostitutes or like, you know, sexually immoral people.
• 4:08
  They it was, it was like a figurative word.
• 4:13
  I want to look in the so the dogs it was called Kion KYON.
• 4:20
  It says a dog, but it's a metaphor for a man of impure
• 4:24
  mind, an impudent man. So it it doesn't necessarily
• 4:30
  mean a dog being outside. These were there's many
• 4:35
  references. It says do not give dogs what is
• 4:38
  sacred. Do not throw your pearls to
• 4:40
  pigs. If you do, they may trample them
• 4:42
  under their feet and turn and tear you to pieces.
• 4:47
  That's in Matthew Chapter 7, verse 6.
• 4:49
  Luke 16 says his longing to eat what fell from the rich man's
• 4:52
  table. Even the dogs came and licked
• 4:54
  his swords. And that's a literal dog.
• 4:58
  But then you know the in second Peter, it says of them, the
• 5:03
  proverbs are true. A dog returns to its vomit.
• 5:07
  A sow that is washed returns to her wallowing in the mud.
• 5:11
  These are different types of people, people who, you know,
• 5:14
  this is talking pretty much about a backslider.
• 5:17
  Like a dog returns to its vomit. You know, you've cleaned
• 5:20
  yourself up, but it's going to return back.
• 5:23
  And then a sow or a pig that is washed, that is made clean,
• 5:27
  returns to her wallowing in the mud.
• 5:29
  You know, she just can't get back into it.
• 5:31
  She's, you know, she can't keep herself from going back to her
• 5:37
  sin. That's the figurative word for
• 5:41
  this. And so it's the people who know
• 5:44
  and hear about God, but just keep going back to their sin.
• 5:48
  That's what it seems to be referring to anyway.
• 5:55
  So on the oh, in the Book of Revelation, I want to go back to
• 5:59
  where we left off about the dogs says I Jesus have sent my Angel
• 6:05
  to you this test to give you this testimony for the churches.
• 6:12
  So a lot of people should really pay attention to this.
• 6:15
  The churches. This is the message to the
• 6:18
  churches. This is a message to Christians,
• 6:21
  people who call themselves Christians, people who don't go
• 6:26
  to church. It it's not a message to them.
• 6:32
  It's a message to the people who call themselves Christians, the
• 6:35
  Book of Revelation. So if you are a Christian or
• 6:39
  think you are a Christian, believe you are a Christian, you
• 6:41
  need to read the Book of Revelation because this is a
• 6:45
  message to you as a member of the church to know about and to
• 6:52
  listen to the warning. It says there are blessings for
• 6:55
  this. Anyway, I'm going to continue to
• 6:57
  read this. The Spirit and the bride say
• 7:00
  come, and let the one who hears say come.
• 7:05
  Let the one who is thirsty come and let the one who wishes to
• 7:09
  take the free gift of the water of life.
• 7:12
  This is given to us through Jesus.
• 7:13
  Obviously. I warn everyone who hears the
• 7:17
  words of this prophecy of the scroll.
• 7:19
  If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to that person the
• 7:24
  plagues described in the scroll. And if anyone takes words away
• 7:29
  from the scroll of prophecy, God will take away from that person
• 7:33
  any share in the tree of Life and in the Holy City which are
• 7:38
  described in the scroll. God does not want his word to be
• 7:42
  messed with. He wants it to remain pure the
• 7:46
  way he gave it to John. And so there's warnings.
• 7:51
  I, I've heard people saying that, you know, the Bible's
• 7:54
  going to be rewritten to make it more modern.
• 7:58
  Well, when that happens and it takes any words out that God
• 8:02
  puts in there, whoever does that, God already said there's a
• 8:07
  warning for that, that they're going to have some plagues come
• 8:10
  against them. So he who testifies to these
• 8:13
  things says, yes, I am coming soon, Amen.
• 8:17
  Come Lord Jesus, the grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's
• 8:21
  people, Amen. So there's a beautiful
• 8:23
  restoration ahead that with this, this river that's flowing
• 8:28
  from the throne of God, from the temple, as Ezekiel describes.
• 8:33
  And there's going to be fishing in the Dead Sea that has no
• 8:36
  fish. And there there's just going to
• 8:39
  be this restoration of things in a physical sense, I believe, and
• 8:44
  also a spiritual sense when Jesus returns.
• 8:47
  And we are certainly not in that time of peace right now.
• 8:52
  That is something that will come.
• 8:55
  Jesus has not returned yet to do this.
• 8:57
  So this is something that we look forward to.
• 9:01
  So I think this is the very last chapter that we will cover now.
• 9:05
  And it's I'm going to read from the NLT version just in case
• 9:09
  there's any measurements given. So Ezekiel 48 verse one here is
• 9:14
  the list of the tribes of Israel and the territory each is to
• 9:18
  receive. The territory of Dan is in the
• 9:22
  extreme N its boundary line follows the Hethlon road to Libo
• 9:27
  Hamath and then runs on to Hazar Enan on the border of Damascus
• 9:34
  with Hamath to the north. Dan's territory extends all the
• 9:38
  way across the land of Israel from east to West.
• 9:42
  This is interesting about Dan because Dan has given land and
• 9:47
  it must have been maybe from a promise that God gave long ago.
• 9:52
  But something that I've noticed and others have noticed is in
• 9:56
  the Book of Revelation, when the different tribes are sealed, the
• 10:00
  tribe of Dan is not mentioned. So just an interesting point to
• 10:05
  ponder. But yet God is giving them
• 10:08
  territory. So Asher's territory lies South
• 10:12
  of Dans and also extends from east to West.
• 10:16
  Naftali's land lies South of Ashers, also extending from east
• 10:21
  to West. Then comes Manasseh South of
• 10:25
  Naftali, and its territory also extends from east to West.
• 10:30
  South of Manasseh is Ephraim and then Ruben and then Judah, all
• 10:36
  whose boundaries extend from east to West.
• 10:40
  South of Judah is the land set aside for special purpose.
• 10:44
  It will be 8 and A8 and a third miles wide and will extend as
• 10:48
  Far East and as far West as the tribal territories with the
• 10:54
  temple at the center. The area set aside for the
• 10:58
  Lord's temple will be 8 and a third miles long and six and 2/3
• 11:03
  mile wide. This is the second time that God
• 11:06
  said that for the priest there will be a strip of land
• 11:09
  measuring 8 and a third miles long by three and a third miles
• 11:13
  wide with the Lord's temple at the center.
• 11:17
  This area is set aside for the ordained priest, the descendants
• 11:21
  of Zadok who served me faithfully and did not go astray
• 11:26
  with the people of Israel and the rest of the Levites.
• 11:30
  So God, you know, when he says he's going to give to us, you
• 11:33
  know what you reap, you will sow.
• 11:36
  The Zadok priest apparently were faithful to God.
• 11:40
  And so God is restoring that line.
• 11:43
  And then the Levites, the Zadoks are part of, I kind of reviewed
• 11:49
  this in another chapter of Ezekiel, the Zadoks are part of
• 11:54
  the Levites. I think they are specifically
• 11:56
  descendants of Aaron's because God made some.
• 11:59
  The Levites were supposed to. They were the priest, but
• 12:03
  because of their unfaithfulness with the people of Israel, they
• 12:08
  are going to be servants in the temple.
• 12:10
  They still have a job, but the Zadok priests are the ones who
• 12:14
  are going to be ordained. The descendants of Zadok.
• 12:19
  Maybe those are the ones who are the represent the 12,000 from
• 12:24
  each tribe that are sealed by God.
• 12:26
  That just came to me right now. I, I just, I don't know if
• 12:29
  that's true or not, but just made me think about it because
• 12:33
  it describes them as being virgins.
• 12:36
  They had not defiled themselves with any women and they follow
• 12:40
  the Lord wherever they go and they are the first fruits and
• 12:44
  they are the ones who I believe are seen with the Lord at the
• 12:49
  Mount of Olives. I'm not sure if it's the Mount
• 12:52
  of Olives where they are seen and they are singing a song that
• 12:58
  no one else can know and it's from their faithfulness.

  The descendants of Zadok, I bet you.
• 13:03
  I'm wondering if they come from all the different tribes because
• 13:06
  the Levites were scattered throughout the different tribes.
• 13:09
  They had priests located within each tribe.
• 13:14
  That's me thinking out loud. I could be totally wrong on
• 13:17
  that. So don't take that as the word
• 13:19
  of God. Pray about it and do some
• 13:21
  research on it. I probably shouldn't have
• 13:23
  mentioned it while it's just bringing up a thought that came
• 13:25
  to mind, but just in case it was Holy Spirit inspired, I'm saying
• 13:29
  it double check. Don't believe anything I give as
• 13:33
  an opinion, but check it with the word of God and pray about
• 13:36
  it. So it will be their special
• 13:38
  portion when the land is distributed.
• 13:41
  The most sacred land of all, next to the priest territory,
• 13:45
  will lie in the land where the other Levites will live.
• 13:49
  The land allotted to the Levites will be the same size and shape
• 13:52
  as that belonging to the priest, 8 and a third miles long and 3
• 13:56
  1/2 miles wide. Together these portions of land
• 13:59
  will measure 8 and a third miles long by 6 and 2/3 mile wide.

  None of this special land may ever be sold or traded or used
• 14:13
  by others, for it belongs to the Lord.
• 14:17
  It is set apart as holy, so that's very interesting and
• 14:23
  everybody needs to know that. An additional strip of land, 8
• 14:27
  and a third miles long by 1 and 2/3 mile wide South of the
• 14:32
  Sacred Temple area will be allotted for public use homes,
• 14:38
  pasture lands and common lands with a city at the center.
• 14:43
  The city will measure 1 1/2 miles on each side, north-south,
• 14:49
  east and West. Open lands will surround the
• 14:53
  city for 150 yards in every direction.
• 14:57
  God has some city planning in mind.
• 15:00
  It's not going to be haphazardly put together.
• 15:03
  It's going to be very, well, orderly.
• 15:05
  It's probably going to be absolutely beautiful, too.
• 15:08
  That's my own side commentary there.

  Outside the city, there will be a farming area that stretches 3
• 15:15
  1/3 miles to the east and three and a third miles to the West
• 15:19
  along the border of the sacred area.
• 15:21
  The farmland will produce food for the people working in the
• 15:24
  city. Those who come from the various
• 15:27
  tribes to work in the city may farm it.
• 15:31
  The entire area, including the sacred lands and the city, is a
• 15:36
  square that measures 8 and a third miles on each side.
• 15:42
  It's kind of interesting that God has a design like that.
• 15:46
  The areas that remain to the east and the West of the sacred
• 15:49
  lands and the city will belong to the Prince.
• 15:53
  Each of these areas will be 8 and a third miles wide,
• 15:56
  extending in opposite directions to the eastern and western
• 16:00
  borders of Israel, With the sacred lands and the sanctuary
• 16:04
  of the temple in the center Kind of signifies how God should be
• 16:09
  the center of our life. That's where he's putting his
• 16:11
  temple too. So the Princess Land will
• 16:15
  include everything between the territories allotted to Judah
• 16:20
  and Benjamin, except for the areas set aside for the sacred
• 16:25
  lands and the city. These are the territories
• 16:29
  allotted to the rest of the tribes.
• 16:31
  Benjamin's territory lies just South of the Prince's Land, and
• 16:36
  it extends across the entire land of Israel from east to
• 16:39
  West. South of Benjamin's territory is
• 16:41
  that of Simeon, also extending across the land from east to
• 16:45
  West. Next is the territory of
• 16:48
  Issachar, with the same eastern and western boundaries.
• 16:51
  Then comes the territory of Zebulon, which also extends from
• 16:55
  the land east to West. The territory Gad is just South
• 16:59
  of Zebulon, with the same borders to the east and the
• 17:02
  West. The southern border of Gad runs
• 17:05
  from Tamar to the waters of Miraba at Kadesh and then
• 17:09
  follows the brook of Egypt to the Mediterranean.
• 17:13
  These are the allotments that will be set aside for each
• 17:17
  tribes exclusive possession. I, the Lord have spoken The
• 17:23
  gates of the city. These will be the exits to the
• 17:26
  city. On the N wall, which is 1 1/2
• 17:29
  miles long, there will be 3 gates, each one named after a
• 17:34
  tribe of Israel. The first will be named for
• 17:37
  Reuben, second for Judah, and 3rd for Levi.
• 17:42
  On the east wall, also 1 1/2 miles long, the gates will be
• 17:47
  named for Joseph, Benjamin and Dan.
• 17:52
  On the South wall, also 1 1/2 miles long, will have gates
• 17:56
  named for Simeon, Issachar, and Zebulon.
• 17:59
  And on the West wall, also 1 1/2 miles long, the gates will be
• 18:03
  named for Gad, Asher, and Naphtali.
• 18:06
  The distance around the entire city will be 6 miles.
• 18:11
  And from that day, the name of the city will be The Lord is
• 18:17
  There or Yahweh Shama is what the name of the city will be.
• 18:23
  So this is going to be very interesting.
• 18:28
  I also think like when it talks about the new heaven and new
• 18:34
  earth coming down, the new Jerusalem comes down and there
• 18:39
  is it's, it's a, it's a square and just like, you know, it's
• 18:47
  the same size and it has 12 gates.
• 18:50
  And on the gates were written the names of the 12 tribes.
• 18:54
  And there were three on the E, 3 on the N, 3 on the South, and
• 18:57
  three on the West. This is found in Revelation 21.

  And again, God uses 2 witnesses to establish truth.
• 19:04
  So Ezekiel saw this and then later John saw this in a vision.
• 19:09
  Now John's vision, this is like the new heavens and the new
• 19:12
  earth because I need to look at the I want to change this to the
• 19:17
  new living translation to see the difference in the dimensions
• 19:20
  here because it says that the when it was measured.
• 19:29
  So OK, this is the Angel took me to this is in the Book of
• 19:33
  Revelation. Just a comparison of the city.
• 19:35
  This is the new heaven and the new earth.
• 19:38
  And so it has 12 foundation stones and those are the 12
• 19:42
  apostles of the land of the Lamb.
• 19:45
  So those are his disciples, Jesus's disciples.
• 19:49
  And it's the city is as tall as it is wide.
• 19:52
  And it's like 1400 miles, which is probably about half the size
• 19:57
  the United States and. So just like graphically
• 20:05
  thinking about like how big this is, it's not the same as the
• 20:11
  Millennium. Like this is the, the, the new
• 20:14
  city of Jerusalem that comes down out of the heavens, a new
• 20:20
  city, a new earth, because the old earth is going to be, is
• 20:26
  going to go away. So I have a lot of questions
• 20:29
  about that myself. But this is apparently what is
• 20:33
  described as the city is different from the millennial
• 20:38
  city. And then there's also no temple
• 20:42
  in the new heaven and the new earth because God's presence
• 20:45
  will be there. I guess this is after Jesus
• 20:49
  turns back the authority to the Father, you know, like after the
• 20:55
  7000 years have passed, but that's for another study.
• 20:59
  We've completed the book of Ezekiel now.
• 21:02
  So next I'm going to go into the book of Esther so that we can.

  There's a lot of symbology and the the day of recognition of
• 21:16
  Quorum is coming up on March 3rd, 2026.

  So I thought it was very timely that we wrap up now and then
• 21:24
  we'll talk about the book of Esther and see a lot of
• 21:28
  symbology in that as well. So this concludes.
