💥 Silver Squeeze Incoming? The Signs You Can’t Ignore! · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:00
A massive squeeze in the silver price.
• 0:03
We're hearing numbers like $50 per oz, $100 per oz even higher.
• 0:09
I'll talk about that later in this video because today we're
• 0:13
going to focus on precious metals.
• 0:16
Many people in the precious metals community have requested
• 0:19
that I make a video updating my thoughts on the gold and silver
• 0:23
markets, and many people in the crypto market are also very
• 0:27
interested in learning about precious metals.
• 0:38
But the big news story that we're hearing about is this
• 0:42
notion that we could be heading for a massive silver squeeze.
• 0:46
Look, I think that it's very, very possible.
• 0:49
When I look at everything going on in the silver market right
• 0:53
now, there is a large, not record, but large short position
• 0:58
in the silver market. That alone could help propel the
• 1:03
prices much, much higher. Places around the world, not in
• 1:07
the United States of America know there's plenty of silver to
• 1:10
be had here in the United States.
• 1:13
But I'm hearing that in many foreign lands the ability to
• 1:17
acquire silver by the average retail consumer has been quite
• 1:22
constricted in some places almost impossible to find.
• 1:27
So as we move into this March 31st potential silver squeeze,
• 1:32
yes, some of the leaders in the precious metals market are
• 1:36
calling for people to buy physical silver on Monday, March
• 1:41
31st. I would say from my perspective,
• 1:44
having spent decades following the precious metals, that we are
• 1:48
set up better now for a potential silver squeeze than
• 1:52
any other time that I remember. And that includes the silver
• 1:57
squeeze that occurred shortly after the C 19 crisis.
• 2:02
And from a technical perspective, we've talked about
• 2:04
for years that if silver breaks above that $3435 range that it
• 2:11
could be off to the races. I beat the table down here for
• 2:16
almost one solid year saying that once we cleared that, it
• 2:20
would be clear sailing up into the $50 per oz area.
• 2:26
And if we look at something else that's going on, what's the gold
• 2:29
price showing us? Obviously the gold price has
• 2:33
broken out well above $3000 per oz, but silver has yet to really
• 2:40
follow. Remember the gold to silver
• 2:42
ratio, it is stretched right? It's like a a rubber band almost
• 2:47
stretched out as far as it can go.
• 2:50
When silver starts to move, it could be like a slingshot, like
• 2:54
a release of all that energy that's stored up in that elastic
• 2:59
band. And if you shoes to value your
• 3:03
silver in U.S. dollars, Unicorn fart dust, paper U.S. dollars,
• 3:10
then we're in for a real treat as we move into this next
• 3:14
decade. Guys, we are in a stagflationary
• 3:17
environment again. For the last year, I pounded the
• 3:20
table here in the basement the S word stagflation.
• 3:24
Now we're seeing it. Even this morning we got news of
• 3:28
a much higher than expected PCE inflation number.
• 3:32
Inflation is inching up and we haven't even felt, we've not
• 3:37
even felt the effects of the Trump tariffs as of yet.
• 3:42
While at the same time we're getting news and we know what
• 3:45
it's like out there for the average American, we're getting
• 3:48
news that the economy is starting to contract.
• 3:52
Recent consumer sentiment readings are showing us, right,
• 3:56
consumers are feeling more negative now about the economy
• 4:00
than they have for a long, long time.
• 4:02
And don't forget, the United States of America is a consumer
• 4:07
based economy. Stagflation is the most ripe
• 4:11
fertile soil for higher silver and gold prices.
• 4:16
And that's, I believe, right where we're headed, because
• 4:19
what's the Fed going to do? What's our old friend Jerome
• 4:22
Powell, the Fed going to do when we have higher inflation?
• 4:26
That would mean he would need to raise interest rates.
• 4:29
But if he raises interest rates, that's going to hurt the economy
• 4:33
even more, which would require him to lower interest rates,
• 4:38
which will make the inflation number even worse.
• 4:41
It's kind of a doom spiral for the Federal Reserve.
• 4:44
And on top of it all, the icing on top of the cake is what you
• 4:48
already know, right? We could look at the US debt
• 4:51
clock, but we know the United States is in a debt spiral, $36
• 4:56
trillion in debt right now, a trillion dollars per year being
• 5:02
spent on interest alone, $0.20. And every dollar that you pay in
• 5:07
taxes goes to just pay interest. And all of that interest gets
• 5:12
fed into the $2 trillion per year deficit, which makes the
• 5:17
debt bigger. It's one big debt spiral.
• 5:20
We're past the point of no return.
• 5:22
Maybe I'm wrong, maybe there's some miracle that they're going
• 5:26
to work to kind of straighten things out.
• 5:28
But when we look at it through the lens of precious metals, it
• 5:32
appears the dilution devaluation of the US dollar.
• 5:37
Hey, under the best of circumstances over the last
• 5:40
20-30, forty years, the value of the dollar went down.
• 5:44
In the situation that we find ourselves in now, it could
• 5:48
become even more extreme, and that will only mean higher
• 5:52
prices for silver and gold. And while the gold price has
• 5:57
done exceedingly well, silver still lagging a bit, but also
• 6:01
doing very well. Hey guys, $35 silver, right?
• 6:05
We used to talk down here in the basement when silver was $1520
• 6:10
per oz. We can be grateful for how both
• 6:13
  the precious metals have performed.
• 6:15
But what about the mining stocks?
• 6:17
I think there's still a great opportunity there because
• 6:21
they've done well, done decently well, but have not yet that
• 6:25
reacted fully to this new environment, this new reality
• 6:30
that we have for the gold price and the silver price.
• 6:34
And think about a gold miner, right?
• 6:36
If at $2000 gold, they were making $200 per oz profit, at
• 6:42
$3000 gold, their expenses don't go up, not to the same degree
• 6:48
that the price of gold goes up. So they go from making $200.00
• 6:52
an ounce profit in some cases up to as high as $1200 per oz in
• 6:58
cash flow. We've not seen the majors, the
• 7:01
mid tier and in particular, right, the developers and the
• 7:05
explorers react to this new reality that we have in the gold
• 7:10
and silver market. I own a couple silver
• 7:14
exploration development stage companies that have silver on
• 7:18
their books for less than $1.00 per oz.
• 7:21
It's going to be interesting to see how this all plays out.
• 7:25
I appreciate you, my gold and silver community for joining me
• 7:29
today and for letting me give you an update of what I see
• 7:33
coming. I also appreciate those from the
• 7:35
crypto community that have a real interest in silver and
• 7:40
gold. That's one thing that has really
• 7:42
surprised me and I know that you've been asking me to put out
• 7:45
a video specific on the precious metals.
• 7:48
Hey, look, when it comes to silver, I get this question all
• 7:52
the time because I've been said, I've said before that we could
• 7:56
see $600.00 per oz silver. I believe we could actually see
• 8:00
Infinity priced silver if we're going to measure it in U.S.
• 8:05
dollars because unfortunately, right, I love my country, but I
• 8:09
don't approve of what the leaders have done over the last
• 8:13
50 or 60 years, which is essentially set us up in a
• 8:17
position where we could see significant devaluation in the
• 8:22
dollar. And again, if we're not going to
• 8:24
measure our metals in terms of Oz, if we're going to look at it
• 8:28
from a dollar perspective, I really do believe that the sky
• 8:33
is the limit. We'll focus on $50 silver first
• 8:37
and then we'll see where it goes from there.
• 8:39
Hey, thanks for joining me today.
• 8:41
I hope you enjoyed the video. It's great to see you here in
• 8:44
the basement. Take care and I'll see you soon.
