- 0:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We focus on real life events, uh, not just the fluffy uh events that that happen uh because we know life throws curveballs at us uh just about every day.
- 0:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um help us get to reach and help over three billion people over the course of my lifetime and beyond, which would include helping and reaching 300 countries, territories, provinces across the world, and over 3,000 cities across the world.
- 1:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're well on our way, 1100 cities, uh, countries were uh I think we're around like 110 at this point, and we can only do this with your help.
- 1:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We only got to this point with your help.
- 1:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So thank you very much for helping spread the word about voices for voices and letting everybody know that we are a trusted resource that brings real facts, real experiences uh to our shows, to you, and to the millions of others that we are reaching.
- 1:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, we are only behind uh the Joe Rogan experience and the Dan Bongino show.
- 2:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we are growing and we are growing.
- 2:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And thank you for that.
- 2:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, we can't do any of this with without you.
- 2:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If you're able to reach out to 25 year contacts, maybe 50, maybe 100.

- 2:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh that's how we're growing.
- 2:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's one of the big ways that we're growing.
- 2:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're having you know organic growth, uh, other ways, but mouth to mouth, you know, or word of mouth, uh, or you know, using using the old the old phone to uh to to help out.
- 3:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And please follow us on our social media channels.
- 3:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're everywhere.
- 3:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If you can Etsy on it, you can voices for voices on it.
- 3:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So thank you for watching, thank you for listening, thank you for being part of this groundswelling um grassroots movement called Voices for Voices.
- 3:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Mental health is the uh is the key foundation of the organization.
- 3:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And without mental health, we don't have health because we have physical health, we have mental health.
- 4:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So one thing that bothers me is when people say, oh, he has mental health.
- 4:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Well, we all have mental health now, mental health challenges, uh, mental illnesses, okay, that's a little bit different.
- 4:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But just to say, oh, he has mental health or she has mental health, we all have mental health.
- 4:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Doesn't matter where we live, doesn't matter what country, what state, what province, what territory, what city, what township, what county, borough, we all have mental health.
- 4:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And that's why our organization is so vital for our society, to do the work that we're doing, to share the stories.
- 4:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Are they all fun?
- 4:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: No.
- 4:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: In fact, a majority of them aren't fun to talk about.
- 5:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But we have to.
- 5:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We have to.
- 5:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We have to talk about the tough stories because the easy stories are what?
- 5:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: They're easy, they're easy to talk about.
- 5:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's those hard stories, losing a loved one, losing a relationship, uh having an absolute tragedy happen to our family, to being to being classified as I would say, mental.
- 5:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Oh, they have mental health.
- 5:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yeah, you're right.
- 5:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We do, I do, you do too.
- 6:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, so that's the key.
- 6:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We like to go over these at the beginning because we know there's a lot of channels, we know there's a lot of options, and we want to thank you for joining us.
- 6:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're sending our love, our good vibes your way, whether you're a believer or not.
- 6:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We can never have too many good vibes, too much positive energy.
- 6:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we're sending that to you.
- 6:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And we wish, we hope, nothing but the best for you, your loved ones, whoever's in your front circle.
- 6:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we've turned the page of the calendar from February.
- 6:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Now we're into March.
- 7:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So American baseball season uh will be upon us.
- 7:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, the uh spring training, which is in all intents and purposes, uh practice, practice games, the days are getting a little bit longer.
- 7:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I think we clockwise, I think we spring forward an hour, so we're gonna lose an hour of sleep.
- 7:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I don't know about you, but for me, it takes my body a lot a long time to to get caught up to that.
- 7:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's one thing when we're traveling, when it's for a few days, but when we have a full scale shift in time, literally.
- 8:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh at least where I live, I know I know some areas have different different uh different rules.
- 8:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Some of them spring forward and some of them don't fall back, and vice versa.
- 8:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But for where we live, uh we have both.
- 8:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we have both springing forward and falling back.
- 8:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And one of the hardest times for me, just body-wise, I could just tell it's not me being a baby.
- 8:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh it just is something that is hard for for my body, and that's when we fall back, and then when the days get shorter and shorter and shorter until we hit the winter solstice, where we have the shortest day, you know, by minutes and hours and all the those uh those numbers, those calculations.
- 9:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So for me, I say suffer, but seasonal effective disorder is really what it's called.
- 9:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And the time from when we fall back to the time where we hit the winter solstice is very, very hard.
- 10:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's hard for motivation, and again, it's not me being a baby, it's not me complaining at all.
- 10:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's it's none of that.
- 10:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's just the way I am.
- 10:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I I just have to get I have to get used to it.
- 10:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And there's really not a whole lot I can do.
- 10:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And you may be in the same same boat with me of that being just a hard time.
- 10:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Now we're in the March where days are getting longer, I think by maybe a minute or so each day.
- 10:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I'm looking forward to it.
- 11:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm not looking forward to losing the sleep because I love my sleep.
- 11:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I made a big, big change to my sleep hygiene recently.
- 11:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I think it's healthy to it's healthy to kind of assess you know where we're at and if there's anything we can do to change.
- 11:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And you probably have heard, you know, the change begins with you or me.
- 11:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so we can be told a lot of things, right?
- 11:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We can be we can be taught a lot of told a lot of things.
- 12:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I just made a shift there to my camera for those watching.
- 12:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's one thing for you know people to talk and and say, you should do this, and you should do that, and you should do this.
- 12:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It really takes, again, it takes us as individuals to number one, to make the change.
- 12:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And then it doesn't have to do with well, I don't believe a person for saying that.
- 12:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's not that at all.
- 12:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I just have to ha have that I don't know, have that reason have that ability and wanting to do that.
- 13:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So whether that means rearranging our schedules in order to to do those changes, that's usually the hardest part.
- 13:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Making a shift to our our schedules.
- 13:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Right?
- 13:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We've only been doing things a long time.
- 13:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It gets kind of hard sometimes to make a change.
- 13:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so it takes time, right?
- 13:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We go through these we kind of go through these cycles in a way where somebody brings it up, says, Justin, you need to do this.
- 13:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Or what about this or that, or this, or that, or this, or that.
- 14:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Okay.
- 14:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And it could have been in my mind or your mind for a while.
- 14:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But again, it's it's it's you and me that has to get whatever get through whatever obstacle that we need to get through.
- 14:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Or over or around.
- 14:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Or maybe we've hit that fork in the road, maybe we've gone down maybe a little bit the wrong fork.
- 14:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we gotta back up and then adapt and change.
- 14:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so that's something that is key for me.
- 15:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Is first I have to meant mentally go mentally go through it.
- 15:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You know, some people maybe maybe you write things down.
- 15:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Maybe that's maybe that's the first thing is to write something down.
- 15:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: For me, I try to, but I don't always succeed on that.
- 15:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So that might be why it takes a little bit longer for me to um maybe make a make a change.
- 15:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because I gotta get through that first step that might look like the psalm in action, and then once we get to that next spot, then it's like, oh, okay.
- 16:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Just thinking about it.
- 16:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And then kind of the third spot is let's try it.
- 16:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Sometimes it's a big thing, sometimes it's a small thing.
- 16:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Let's try it.
- 16:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If it's something big, we we should just break it into pieces.
- 16:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You know just try one thing.
- 16:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's complex.
- 16:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so for me, getting through to that next next spot, that second spot, and then ultimately seeing some of the action.
- 17:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You kind of have to get started.
- 17:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Sometimes for people to see that he's trying, that he is making an effort.
- 17:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So it kind of comes from the mind into whatever that process or whatever that thing is.
- 17:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: People go, Oh, I didn't realize this, or something's different.
- 18:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Or I can see a little bit of a change, but does that mean it's gonna be a full change or not?
- 18:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And again, we all have good days, we all have bad days.
- 18:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So sometimes it's gonna be a little easier, sometimes it's gonna be a little tougher.
- 18:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I'm here to say, as a testament, as a witness, that you can do it.
- 18:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You can make a change.
- 18:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You can very well make a change.
- 18:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But it has to start with us.
- 18:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You know, there's a lot of books, there's a lot of people that have all these tips and whatever you want to call them.
- 19:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Well, if you just do this, uh this will help everything.
- 19:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's that's kind of that first part.
- 19:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's kind of that first part.
- 19:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Gotta see if it's is it doable?
- 19:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Are they saying, well, if I just do these two things, these three things that voila abracadabra and poof everything's everything's in a in a better state of mind.
- 19:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's not like that, as I mentioned.
- 19:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Some days are gonna be easier, some steps, some parts are gonna be easier, and some are gonna be ultra difficult.
- 20:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The key is it something we can stick with then?
- 20:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Right?
- 20:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I equated the going to the gym back when I was going to the gym and had this regimen when I was younger.
- 20:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The hardest part was getting started.
- 20:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Then I got started and I started seeing results.
- 20:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And then there came a point where for whatever reason I was trying to cut my cost because my organization, my company that I was working for had just gone through a layoff.
- 21:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: They didn't teach us about that in school.
- 21:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: They don't they they didn't teach at so when I teach, I teach about it.
- 21:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Why goes back to the very beginning of this show and other shows because it's real life.
- 21:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There's no utopia where you're just gonna go in and you're gonna work for the next forty years.
- 21:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Maybe can't say it's impossible, but from where we're at in twenty sixteen that twenty twenty six, I mean it's less and less possible.
- 22:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Greed has snuck in for people in executive roles and management roles.
- 22:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If we cut costs, maybe I'll get more shares of stock.
- 22:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Maybe my bonus will be higher.
- 22:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So you always have to be looking out for number one yourself.
- 22:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And that might be unpopular.
- 22:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: In fact, it usually is unpopular.
- 23:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's looked at as being selfish.
- 23:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You name it.
- 23:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Well, you don't care about growing within the company.
- 23:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: No, actually, I do.
- 23:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I just can spot the signs, the signals a little bit better the older I get.
- 23:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So they don't teach that in school.
- 23:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I've had so many students tell me that.
- 23:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: They're not thinking, well, I'm going to do this, and then I might have to shift and I might have to find something else.
- 23:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So that's when we talk about searching for a job.
- 24:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We talk about building the personal brand that you can be flexible and adapt from one industry to another.
- 24:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So that's a big change from I'm gonna work here till I retire to, well, I may go through five to ten different jobs in my career or more.
- 24:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's not easy to hear.
- 24:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's not fun to hear.
- 24:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's not the popular thing to hear.
- 24:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The fluffiness that I talked about earlier is teaching this new generation, this next generation of leaders to be able to be so adaptable.
- 25:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Not because I'm saying it, but because it's the truth.
- 25:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so, oh Justin, you can't talk about that.
- 25:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We can't have you talking about mental health, too.
- 25:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Oh, really?
- 25:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Okay.
- 25:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's interesting, right?
- 25:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I have a I have a president that's behind me and behind the mental health sharing.
- 25:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Told me keep sharing.
- 26:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And then this dean comes along.
- 26:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Oh, you can't do this and shouldn't do that.
- 26:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I've been teaching for ten years, folks.
- 26:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Ten years.
- 26:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: A lot of students.
- 26:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Maybe a thousand total.
- 26:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I've taught in class, in person, remote.
- 26:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I've designed an entire course and haven't got really the compensation.
- 26:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I've done a lot of things without getting a lot of without getting compensation.
- 26:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I've been okay with that to an extent.
- 26:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so again, this dean comes along and is like, whoa, you know, we gotta we gotta check all these boxes of people that are teaching.
- 27:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm not lying.
- 27:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This is the truth, folks.
- 27:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This is what's happening.
- 27:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: One student says one thing because class is getting real.
- 27:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, well, I don't know if you should be sharing that with us.
- 27:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Oh, okay.
- 27:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I guess I'm not supposed to share what's real.
- 27:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Except the president telling me.
- 27:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Keep bringing that to the classroom.
- 27:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And this president came to my dad's calling hours.
- 27:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This dean didn't.
- 27:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I've talked about on other shows, but it makes a world of difference when you have a president of a university that's got a gazillion things going on every day of the week.
- 28:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And the stand in line for at least an hour.
- 28:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: He didn't say, hey everyone, I'm the president.
- 28:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I should get preferential treatment.
- 28:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I should get to go to the front of the line.
- 28:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: He didn't do that.
- 28:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: He didn't do that.
- 28:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: He's been behind.
- 28:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: My missions trips.
- 28:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: In fact, he was interviewed for one of one of the news stories, one of the TV news stories.
- 28:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I owe a debt of gratitude to him for not just for that, but just being a human being.
- 28:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I know you've been teaching for 10 years, but you're basically done.
- 29:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Has nothing to do with selling book, selling my books in the classroom.
- 29:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Has everything to do with checking the box, the boxes.
- 29:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: As you know, I've got so much experience in the positive.
- 30:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I got so much experience in the negative.
- 30:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And that's what real life is.
- 30:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's positive and it's negative.
- 30:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It ebbs and it flows.
- 30:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You hit peaks, you hit valleys.
- 30:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so this is what I'm talking about.
- 30:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The voices for voices.
- 30:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're helping people.
- 30:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So when somebody's like, well, okay, I don't know about you.
- 30:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't think nobody's listening.
- 30:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Okay.
- 30:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's fine.
- 30:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Then how one of the metrics, I'm getting every month at least ten, at least ten people that want to be a guest on the show, reaching out to me and saying, here's my story.
- 31:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I want to be on your show.
- 31:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Well, how would they know about the show if nobody's watching or listening?
- 31:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Beats me.
- 31:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Well, that's growing, but nobody's watching or listening.
- 31:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So to those that say, nobody's watching, nobody's listening, that's fine.
- 31:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Figure out something else to do.
- 31:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But what I see, I see the engagement between us.
- 32:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I see the sharing of voices for voices and the voices for voices TV show and podcast through the contacts in their phone, following our social media profiles.
- 32:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And nothing worth doing is easy.
- 32:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Nothing worth doing is easy.
- 32:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we're gonna hit five hundred episodes soon.
- 32:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Five hundred.
- 33:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Not fifty, not one hundred, not two hundred, not three hundred, not four hundred, not four fifty, not four sixty.
- 33:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Five hundred episodes.
- 33:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And we're gonna keep on going.
- 33:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And we're gonna keep on going, and we're gonna keep on going.
- 33:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I want to thank you for watching, for listening, for sharing.
- 33:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We can do this, folks.
- 33:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We can help it as many people in the entire world.
- 33:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Maybe we can reach everybody in the entire world.
- 33:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Or maybe we can't.
- 33:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't know.
- 33:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: All I know is when I log in and I see just on the downloads for the audio portion of the show, reaching the numbers we're reaching.
- 34:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's fine.
- 34:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Go ahead.
- 34:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Be negative.
- 34:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Tell me I can't do it.
- 34:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Tell me it's not gonna happen.
