- 0:00Speaker 1: Good morning and welcome to Bongina Report Early Edition. I
- 0:02Speaker 1: am your host, Evita.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Reminder that all of the stories I cover here will
- 0:06Speaker 2: be featured on BonginaReport.com if you want to read some more.
- 0:10Speaker 1: We have a big show today.
- 0:12Speaker 2: The government has made a plea deal with one of
- 0:15Speaker 2: the masterminds behind 9-11. Also, we're going to discuss a
- 0:19Speaker 2: way Trump's border wall could be weaponized against American citizens
- 0:23Speaker 2: if done wrong.
- 0:25Speaker 1: You don't want to miss that one.
- 0:26Speaker 2: Trump's appearance before the Hostile National Association of Black Journalists.
- 0:31Speaker 2: We're going to dig into that, have some funny clips
- 0:33Speaker 2: for you. Our tax dollars going toward funding racism in Minnesota.
- 0:37Speaker 2: Continued censorship of the Trump campaign. Update on the Trump
- 0:42Speaker 2: assassination attempt. And a creepy new AI product that wants
- 0:46Speaker 2: to be your friend. All of this on Bondina Report
- 0:51Speaker 2: Early Edition. It feels like every week the government gives
- 1:06Speaker 2: us just one more reminder of how much it hates us.
- 1:10Speaker 2: The Pentagon has announced that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and two
- 1:15Speaker 2: others accused of plotting the 9-11 attacks have reached a
- 1:19Speaker 2: plea deal with U.S.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Prosecutors.
- 1:22Speaker 2: So the men who plotted the murder of over 3,000
- 1:27Speaker 2: Americans are getting a deal. The men who plotted one
- 1:31Speaker 2: of the deadliest terror attacks in modern history history.
- 1:34Speaker 1: They're getting a deal.
- 1:37Speaker 2: But the January Sixers, who waved flags and took pictures
- 1:41Speaker 2: in the Capitol, got the book thrown at them. So
- 1:45Speaker 2: we have deference in due process for the terrorists, but
- 1:48Speaker 2: not for Americans who justifiably protested election fraud.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Truly disgusting.
- 1:56Speaker 2: And a testament, as we've been talking about all week,
- 1:59Speaker 2: which we should always be talking about, really, a testament
- 2:02Speaker 2: to our two-tiered justice system and the backward priorities of
- 2:07Speaker 2: our federal government. Now, this next report is very dystopian,
- 2:11Speaker 2: very concerning, and I want your thoughts on this.
- 2:14Speaker 1: So please comment feedback as I go.
- 2:18Speaker 2: One of the things that made us all love Trump
- 2:21Speaker 2: back when he was running for his first term was
- 2:25Speaker 2: the idea that he was going to build a wall
- 2:28Speaker 2: on the southern border and that Mexico was going to
- 2:30Speaker 2: pay for it.
- 2:31Speaker 1: It's just awesome.
- 2:33Speaker 2: But the wall wasn't fully completed since Trump left office.
- 2:37Speaker 2: And the Biden-Kamala regime has left our border really completely
- 2:44Speaker 2: wide open. You have millions of unvetted illegals flooding into
- 2:48Speaker 2: our country, making us vulnerable to domestic terror attacks, putting
- 2:53Speaker 2: massive strain on the taxpayers, and fueling a drug crisis
- 2:56Speaker 2: and a human trafficking crisis.
- 2:59Speaker 1: So I was and am all for the wall. But guys,
- 3:05Speaker 1: we want a physical wall.
- 3:07Speaker 2: And I'm not positive Trump is interested in building a
- 3:12Speaker 2: physical wall. Just watch this clip from 2019.
- 3:18Speaker 3: The walls we are building are not medieval walls.
- 3:23Speaker 4: They are smart walls designed to meet the needs of
- 3:26Speaker 4: frontline border agents and are operationally effective. These barriers are
- 3:34Speaker 4: made of steel, have see-through visibility, which is very important,
- 3:41Speaker 4: and are equipped with sensors, monitors, and cutting-edge technology, including
- 3:47Speaker 4: state-of-the-art drones. We do not need 2,000 miles of concrete
- 3:54Speaker 4: wall from sea to shiny sea.
- 3:56Speaker 1: We never did.
- 3:58Speaker 3: We never proposed that.
- 4:02Speaker 2: So there's a company known as Ondaril Industries, which has
- 4:07Speaker 2: developed this advanced border technology that Trump was describing. It
- 4:13Speaker 2: uses surveillance towers, drones, AI systems, all of it. And
- 4:18Speaker 2: Whitney Webb, who is a journalist, she's done some great
- 4:21Speaker 2: investigative work on Jeffrey Epstein, did an in-depth report on
- 4:27Speaker 2: Ondaril Industries' smart wall.
- 4:29Speaker 1: And we have a headline.
- 4:32Speaker 2: And Webb warns that the smart wall surveillance technology could
- 4:37Speaker 2: infringe on the civil liberties of thousands of Americans because
- 4:41Speaker 2: the United States government has created constitution-free zones in border regions. Now,
- 4:49Speaker 2: these controversial constitution-free zones extend 100 miles inland from all
- 4:58Speaker 2: of the U.S. borders, including coastal borders. And an estimated
- 5:02Speaker 2: two-thirds of all Americans live within these border regions. So
- 5:07Speaker 2: what Webb warns is that the smart wall's dystopian surveillance technology,
- 5:11Speaker 2: if installed, may be deployed against regular Americans in these
- 5:15Speaker 2: constitutional free zones, dramatically infringing on the rights of countless Americans.
- 5:23Speaker 2: And the fear is that the concerns over the border
- 5:28Speaker 2: from well-meaning Americans like you and me may be exploited
- 5:32Speaker 2: and will be coerced into supporting an Orwellian biometric and
- 5:36Speaker 2: digital border system here on American soil that we never
- 5:41Speaker 2: would have consented to otherwise had we not had this
- 5:44Speaker 2: massive open border crisis.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Okay, so bear with me.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Here's where things get a little more concerning. Onda Real Industries,
- 5:52Speaker 2: the company that created the smart wall, is funded by
- 5:55Speaker 2: billionaire Peter Thiel, who is, of course, a close friend
- 5:59Speaker 2: of and donor to Trump's VP pick, J.D.
- 6:02Speaker 5: Vance.
- 6:04Speaker 1: I don't have any issues with J.D.
- 6:08Speaker 6: Vance.
- 6:08Speaker 1: I don't know a lot about him.
- 6:10Speaker 2: I like most of the things that I've seen and
- 6:12Speaker 2: learned about him, and people that I know and really
- 6:15Speaker 2: respect and trust think he was a great pick. Dan
- 6:19Speaker 2: is one of them. So I say none of this
- 6:21Speaker 2: to disparage Vance. I share it with you because I
- 6:24Speaker 2: think it's crucial that we advocate for border security and
- 6:29Speaker 2: we advocate specifically for the wall that Trump promised to
- 6:33Speaker 2: be a physical wall, not a smart wall. Now, guys,
- 6:39Speaker 2: I'm really curious if you have heard of the smart wall,
- 6:42Speaker 2: what you think of it, if you hadn't heard of
- 6:44Speaker 2: it until now.
- 6:45Speaker 1: So please drop a comment. Give me your thoughts. I
- 6:48Speaker 1: am Duffy Division.
- 6:50Speaker 2: Yes, Michael says you guys have been declaring yourselves Duffy Division.
- 6:54Speaker 2: So I want the Duffy Division's thoughts on the smart wall.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Would love to hear it. Okay, we're going to switch
- 7:00Speaker 1: gears here a little bit.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Former President Donald Trump appeared before the National Association of
- 7:05Speaker 2: Black Journalists in Chicago yesterday. And the corporate media is
- 7:09Speaker 2: describing his demeanor as, quote, hostile, accusing him of literally
- 7:15Speaker 2: attacking a black ABC journalist. This is from Politico Donald
- 7:20Speaker 2: Trump quickly got hostile during his interview with a black
- 7:23Speaker 2: journalist conference today after he was asked why black voters
- 7:27Speaker 2: should trust him.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Silly quote. So let's watch the clip.
- 7:31Speaker 2: And you can see if Trump was the one acting
- 7:35Speaker 2: hostile in this exchange.
- 7:37Speaker 7: I want to start by addressing the.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Elephant in the room. Trump attacks black journalists during a
- 7:41Speaker 1: convention panel.
- 7:41Speaker 7: A lot of people did not think it was appropriate
- 7:43Speaker 7: for you to be here today. You have pushed false
- 7:46Speaker 7: claims about some of your rivals. from Nikki Haley to
- 7:50Speaker 7: former President Barack Obama, saying that they were not born
- 7:53Speaker 7: in the United States, which is not true. You have
- 7:55Speaker 7: told four congresswomen of color who were American citizens to
- 7:59Speaker 7: go back to where they came from. You have used
- 8:01Speaker 7: words like animal and rabbit to describe black district attorneys.
- 8:06Speaker 7: You've attacked black journalists, calling them a loser, saying the
- 8:09Speaker 7: questions that they ask are, quote, stupid and racist. You've
- 8:13Speaker 7: had dinner with a white supremacist.
- 8:14Speaker 1: At your Mar-a-Lago resort.
- 8:16Speaker 7: So my question, sir, now that you are asking black
- 8:19Speaker 7: supporters to vote for you, why should black voters trust
- 8:23Speaker 7: you after you have used language like that?
- 8:27Speaker 3: Well, first of all, I don't think I've ever been
- 8:29Speaker 3: asked a question so.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Who do you think was more hostile there?
- 8:33Speaker 3: In such a horrible manner, first question. You don't even say, hello,
- 8:37Speaker 3: how are you? Are you with ABC? Because I think
- 8:40Speaker 3: they're a fake news network, a terrible network.
- 8:43Speaker 1: It's true.
- 8:44Speaker 8: And I think it's disgraceful that I came here in
- 8:49Speaker 8: good spirit. I love the black population of this country.
- 8:53Speaker 8: I've done so much for the black population of this country.
- 8:58Speaker 3: Okay.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Yeah, she barely got out of that with her life.
- 9:03Speaker 1: That's what Michael says.
- 9:05Speaker 2: So she's allowed to ask Trump whatever she wants. That's
- 9:09Speaker 2: fine by me, right? She obviously came right out the
- 9:13Speaker 2: gate with a very hostile, bad faith question.
- 9:17Speaker 1: And that's fine. She can do that. That's, you know,
- 9:19Speaker 1: ABC News is prerogative.
- 9:21Speaker 2: But what's crazy is that Trump defended himself against this
- 9:26Speaker 2: very transparently hostile question, this gotcha question. And then he's
- 9:32Speaker 2: getting attacked by the media and.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Accused of attacking Trump. this woman.
- 9:38Speaker 2: And they've essentially reframed this incident as a race.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Issue, but Trump attacks black journalists. That's what all the
- 9:46Speaker 1: headlines are saying.
- 9:48Speaker 2: So this is transparently slimy and dishonest reframing from the media.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Now, that wasn't even the most absurd clip from this conference.
- 9:59Speaker 1: You guys have to watch this next one.
- 10:01Speaker 8: Coming from the border are millions and millions of people
- 10:06Speaker 8: that happen to be taking black jobs.
- 10:08Speaker 3: You had the best.
- 10:09Speaker 7: What exactly is a black job, sir?
- 10:11Speaker 8: A black job is anybody that has a job. That's
- 10:14Speaker 8: what it is.
- 10:15Speaker 3: Anybody that has a job.
- 10:16Speaker 1: All right.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Okay, why was she offended by the black job label? Guys,
- 10:22Speaker 2: this conference is called the National Association of Black Journalists.
- 10:29Speaker 2: So the black journalist label is fine, but the black
- 10:34Speaker 2: job label isn't? So CNN just referred to The ABC journalist,
- 10:41Speaker 2: as a black journalist who was, quote, attacked by Trump,
- 10:44Speaker 2: if you saw in that first video, that was the
- 10:46Speaker 2: label that they gave it.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Is that offensive too? This has nothing to do with
- 10:52Speaker 1: genuine offense.
- 10:53Speaker 2: It's all about smearing Trump as a bigot because they
- 10:57Speaker 2: know they'll lose to him in an actual policy debate.
- 11:00Speaker 1: It is so tired. It is so pathetic.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Now, speaking of racism, the aspiring Teachers of Color program
- 11:09Speaker 2: is getting $ 1. 1 million in taxpayer funds.
- 11:14Speaker 1: And this is per the college fix. The University of St.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Thomas in Minnesota will increase the number of science, technology, engineering,
- 11:22Speaker 2: and mathematics teachers, particularly teachers of color who work in
- 11:26Speaker 2: the community, with the aid of $ 1. 1 million in taxpayer dollars. Now,
- 11:32Speaker 2: Title VI of the Civil Rights Act prohibits on the
- 11:37Speaker 2: grounds of race, color, or nation of origin in any
- 11:41Speaker 2: program or activity that receives federal funding. So the college
- 11:47Speaker 2: fix asked the university attorney if he had reviewed the
- 11:52Speaker 2: program to ensure that it complied with Title VI's prohibition
- 11:56Speaker 2: on discrimination based on race and if white students could
- 11:59Speaker 2: apply to the program.
- 12:01Speaker 1: But the university refused. did not respond. That's a shocker.
- 12:07Speaker 2: Because it is actually breaking the law by giving this
- 12:11Speaker 2: aid to a bigoted program.
- 12:14Speaker 1: And they just don't care.
- 12:15Speaker 2: All these DEI initiatives are real systemic racism that is
- 12:20Speaker 2: being installed across the country. And it'd be one thing
- 12:25Speaker 2: if these leftists limited their racism to just their personal lives,
- 12:29Speaker 2: but instead they say, no, you all have to fund
- 12:32Speaker 2: our anti-American, anti-Christian systemic racism.
- 12:36Speaker 1: It is infuriating.
- 12:39Speaker 2: Something else that's infuriating is the continued censorship of the
- 12:43Speaker 2: Trump campaign. Elon Musk posted this on X yesterday, said
- 12:48Speaker 2: just did a search for Trump rally on Google and
- 12:51Speaker 2: Kamala was the top result.
- 12:53Speaker 1: We have a screenshot. So Trump rally and we get
- 12:57Speaker 1: election updates from Kamala?
- 13:00Speaker 2: What? Joel Berry did the same thing. He's from the
- 13:03Speaker 2: Babylon Bee. Yeah, he's holy cow, this is real.
- 13:07Speaker 1: Let's see his screenshot. Trump rally, all Kamala results. Now
- 13:16Speaker 1: here's what we know.
- 13:18Speaker 2: Big tech, Google, Snapchat, Meta, They are beholden to the state.
- 13:30Speaker 2: Google specifically was actually created by the Department of Defense.
- 13:34Speaker 2: So virtually with Department of Defense funding. So virtually all
- 13:37Speaker 2: these tech companies are filled with former State Department officials.
- 13:42Speaker 1: And the Missouri v.
- 13:43Speaker 2: Murthy SCOTUS case revealed that the federal government actually makes
- 13:46Speaker 2: direct censorship requests to these companies. Supreme Court Justice Samuel
- 13:53Speaker 2: Alito wrote that the tech companies really can't say no
- 13:56Speaker 2: to the government when the government makes these demands because
- 13:59Speaker 2: there's always an implied threat to destroy the company. These
- 14:05Speaker 2: big tech companies rely heavily on protections from Section 230,
- 14:09Speaker 2: which says that they can't be held liable for things
- 14:12Speaker 2: posted because they are just a platform. But if the
- 14:15Speaker 2: government were to say, you know what? we're going to
- 14:18Speaker 2: rescind your Section 230 privileges, it would destroy the tech companies.
- 14:23Speaker 2: The appellate court actually, from this Missouri v. Murthy case,
- 14:27Speaker 2: actually said that it was like Al Capone saying, great
- 14:30Speaker 2: business you have there, would be a shame if something
- 14:32Speaker 2: happened to it. So this week, we've talked a lot
- 14:36Speaker 2: about how big tech is censoring this Trump assassination attempt,
- 14:40Speaker 2: which really means that the government is censoring news about
- 14:45Speaker 2: the assassination attempt, or just news about Trump in general.
- 14:49Speaker 1: And the question is, why?
- 14:50Speaker 2: Now, the Trump photo with his fist in the air,
- 14:55Speaker 2: blood on his face, American flag in the background, that
- 14:57Speaker 2: was a really powerful image and is definitely going to
- 15:01Speaker 2: win Trump some votes. So it makes sense why they
- 15:03Speaker 2: would want to censor that. But why censor just straight
- 15:07Speaker 2: news about the assassination attempt as Google, Snapchat, and Meta
- 15:12Speaker 2: have done?
- 15:14Speaker 1: Perhaps they have something to hide.
- 15:17Speaker 2: Certainly, there is an incentive for the government to hide
- 15:20Speaker 2: their own incompetence, the way that they have royally failed
- 15:24Speaker 2: at protecting the president.
- 15:26Speaker 1: So we're going to come back to that question in
- 15:27Speaker 1: a second. Bear with me.
- 15:28Speaker 2: But first, we have to cover a pretty startling development
- 15:32Speaker 2: in the assassination attempt on Trump. Yesterday, chilling footage was
- 15:37Speaker 2: released of the would-be Trump assassin. You can see in
- 15:41Speaker 2: this video, if we can throw it up there. You
- 15:43Speaker 2: see Thomas Crooks, the gunman, running across the building. In
- 15:49Speaker 2: plain view of the entire crowd, he sets himself up.
- 15:52Speaker 1: And then he, of course, fires. And clear view of
- 16:00Speaker 1: all of the people at the rally.
- 16:02Speaker 2: He was not hidden. It was not secretive. And what's
- 16:06Speaker 2: bizarre is that no one in the Secret Service thought, maybe.
- 16:10Speaker 1: We should pull the president off the stage right now.
- 16:12Speaker 1: So either the Secret Service allowed this.
- 16:17Speaker 2: Or is so incompetent it may as well be dissolved
- 16:20Speaker 2: to stop wasting our tax dollars.
- 16:24Speaker 1: There's a lot of strange.
- 16:27Speaker 2: Things in this assassination attempt story. The fact that a
- 16:32Speaker 2: device close to Crooks also appears to have visited the.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Washington, D.C. FBI office.
- 16:40Speaker 2: Or that prior to the investigation, Crooks' house was scrubbed, cleaned,
- 16:45Speaker 2: and even the silverware was removed? The whole thing is
- 16:48Speaker 2: very strange, and we've received virtually no answers from federal
- 16:54Speaker 2: authorities other than the repeated suggestion.
- 16:57Speaker 1: That Iran is somehow behind it all.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Here's Attorney General Merrick Garland on Meet the Press making
- 17:03Speaker 2: that claim.
- 17:04Speaker 6: Garland telling us more about the Iranian threat against Mr.
- 17:07Speaker 2: Trump and other former U.S.
- 17:09Speaker 5: Officials. Our intelligence community has made clear that we believe
- 17:12Speaker 5: that the Iranians are attempting to kill or injure former
- 17:18Speaker 5: high government officials. This is an ongoing issue. We have
- 17:21Speaker 5: ongoing investigations. You don't think we've seen the end? I
- 17:24Speaker 5: don't think we've seen the end of Iranian plotting, no.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Oh, Michael brought back our emote. of Merrick Garland. What
- 17:35Speaker 1: is it, Muskrat? Is that what he is? He's a Muskrat.
- 17:38Speaker 1: This is a Dan inside joke. Watch Dan show if
- 17:42Speaker 1: you want more emotes. But yeah, okay. Merrick Garland, he's
- 17:46Speaker 1: a rat. And we're hearing this argument a lot right now,
- 17:50Speaker 1: you guys, that.
- 17:51Speaker 2: Iran is somehow behind everything. And any real updates on
- 17:58Speaker 2: the assassination attempt, the government seems to be hiding via
- 18:02Speaker 2: big tech censorship. And all we have is this vague
- 18:05Speaker 2: suggestion that Iran is behind the whole thing.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Essentially, what the state is.
- 18:10Speaker 2: Trying to do is shift blame from the assassination attempt
- 18:14Speaker 2: away from them and onto a foreign boogeyman. And of course,
- 18:20Speaker 2: setting us up for shifting the blame away from any
- 18:23Speaker 2: future attempt on Trump's life as well.
- 18:27Speaker 1: But the biggest threat to Trump is not Iran.
- 18:31Speaker 2: As the Federalist Sean Davis points out, Iran didn't try
- 18:35Speaker 2: to bankrupt Trump or throw him off the ballot or
- 18:38Speaker 2: put him in prison or allow a sniper to take
- 18:40Speaker 2: an uncontested shot at him.
- 18:42Speaker 1: Our government did that.
- 18:45Speaker 2: It's unclear how sinister this assassination attempt is, but the
- 18:49Speaker 2: obvious and immediate threat to Trump is the federal government.
- 18:53Speaker 1: It always has been the federal government.
- 18:55Speaker 2: And we can't allow these literal criminals to shift blame
- 18:59Speaker 2: away from themselves. And they are doing everything possible to
- 19:04Speaker 2: shift blame right now and to censor and limit the
- 19:09Speaker 2: public's knowledge of this story. Weaponizing big tech, moving the
- 19:14Speaker 2: blame to Iran, lying during congressional testimonies. Don't forget that
- 19:18Speaker 2: Christopher Wray pushed this conspiracy that Trump wasn't actually shot.
- 19:24Speaker 2: So it's obvious the government is acting in bad faith
- 19:27Speaker 2: and we can't trust it to investigate the assassination attempt,
- 19:30Speaker 2: let alone protect President Trump from another attack on his life.
- 19:36Speaker 1: All right, you guys, last segment today.
- 19:38Speaker 2: A new AI startup isn't trying to help you get
- 19:42Speaker 2: things done or remember everything. It's trying to be there
- 19:46Speaker 2: for you all the time.
- 19:47Speaker 1: However you need it. And this AI is called friend.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Your new AI friend is almost ready to meet you.
- 19:57Speaker 1: And we have a trailer of this new product.
- 20:01Speaker 2: And guys, this trailer could be straight out of a
- 20:05Speaker 2: Black Mirror episode.
- 20:06Speaker 1: It is pretty creepy. So I have to share it
- 20:09Speaker 1: with you guys.
- 20:12Speaker 7: Gosh, I'm out of breath.
- 20:15Speaker 1: We made it. I don't know how to woo very good.
- 20:28Speaker 1: That's fair.
- 20:29Speaker 2: So she speaks.
- 20:30Speaker 1: To the necklace on the phone.
- 20:32Speaker 6: Let's go.
- 20:33Speaker 1: And then the AI texts her back. Let me show
- 20:35Speaker 1: you how to game, bro, okay?
- 20:37Speaker 3: Oh, come on, come on.
- 20:40Speaker 1: Oh, let's go.
- 20:43Speaker 4: Are you serious?
- 20:45Speaker 5: Come on, man.
- 20:46Speaker 2: I hate this game.
- 20:47Speaker 6: Take notes, baby.
- 20:49Speaker 2: Oh, man, you guys suck.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Let's go, let's go.
- 20:53Speaker 2: Do what? It's kind of trash talk you, I guess,
- 20:57Speaker 2: but then also being really kind and your friend.
- 20:59Speaker 1: It seems to be whatever you want. I know, the
- 21:01Speaker 1: effects are crazy.
- 21:05Speaker 4: It's dank.
- 21:05Speaker 1: I could eat one of these every day.
- 21:07Speaker 2: I don't know who uses that word.
- 21:10Speaker 1: Sorry, I got you messy. It's really nice up here.
- 21:15Speaker 1: How'd you find this place?
- 21:17Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 21:18Speaker 4: I just kind of like to come up here to
- 21:20Speaker 4: be by myself.
- 21:23Speaker 2: I've never brought anybody else.
- 21:25Speaker 1: I mean, besides her. She goes everywhere with you, right?
- 21:28Speaker 1: I guess I must be doing something right there.
- 21:32Speaker 7: I guess so, right?
- 21:34Speaker 1: We'll see.
- 21:44Speaker 2: She like almost wants to talk to the AI, even
- 21:47Speaker 2: though she's with a real person. That last scene was
- 21:51Speaker 2: a little bit counterintuitive. Like they're trying to sell this product,
- 21:55Speaker 2: but you see her almost hesitating and failing to have
- 21:59Speaker 2: a real human interaction because she wants to communicate with
- 22:02Speaker 2: her AI instead. It was really kind of unsettling, kind
- 22:08Speaker 2: of uncomfortable to watch. Now, this product is real. It
- 22:12Speaker 2: is going to be on sale very soon. I think
- 22:15Speaker 2: it's about $ 100. You guys, comment if you would buy
- 22:18Speaker 2: this product. Let me know if you would, if you'd
- 22:21Speaker 2: be interested in Friend. I certainly am not interested in
- 22:27Speaker 2: the Friend AI.
- 22:29Speaker 1: Modern life is already so disconnected.
- 22:32Speaker 2: High school kids, my parents used to talk about growing
- 22:35Speaker 2: up in the 80s, there was like a spot, right?
- 22:38Speaker 1: Kids would always hang out at the spot.
- 22:41Speaker 2: You'd go there after school or on the weekend and
- 22:44Speaker 2: you just kind of hope people were there, you know,
- 22:47Speaker 2: showing up and ready to, you know, hang out. I
- 22:52Speaker 2: didn't have that ever growing up because devices made everything
- 22:56Speaker 2: feel So like it needed to always be pre-planned. And
- 23:01Speaker 2: there's just a real limiting of human interaction in modern life.
- 23:06Speaker 1: Everything is digital and removed.
- 23:09Speaker 2: Nothing ever feels spontaneous.
- 23:11Speaker 1: It's all planned. It's all filtered. And this AI necklace.
- 23:16Speaker 2: Is 100% going to exacerbate all of the loneliness, depression,
- 23:21Speaker 2: and anxiety that people feel because an AI is not
- 23:24Speaker 2: capable of of replacing a human.
- 23:28Speaker 1: It's just not.
- 23:28Speaker 2: I think we intuitively know that you can't replace a
- 23:32Speaker 2: real person with a robot. And when I think about
- 23:38Speaker 2: things like the smart wall, mass government censorship of dissident speech,
- 23:44Speaker 2: like news related to the Trump assassination attempt, genuine disinformation
- 23:49Speaker 2: campaigns deployed on the public by the federal government, or
- 23:54Speaker 2: this AI friend necklace, you really start to realize that
- 23:59Speaker 2: we are entering a brave new world, a real dystopian
- 24:04Speaker 2: future like what we read about in.
- 24:09Speaker 1: All of the novels like George Orwell.
- 24:11Speaker 2: And the good news is I still have my free will,
- 24:15Speaker 2: so I will not be jumping on the bandwagon, nor
- 24:18Speaker 2: will I be using this friend product or things like
- 24:21Speaker 2: Apple Vision Pros. I will be continuing to have my
- 24:25Speaker 2: interactions be real with real people who I really care about,
- 24:30Speaker 2: I am completely opting out. I think that product is
- 24:34Speaker 2: very creepy and expect to see more like it. We
- 24:37Speaker 2: really are going to see a lot more of this
- 24:41Speaker 2: AI encroaching on not just our work lives, but our
- 24:44Speaker 2: interpersonal lives as well. And with that, Thank you all
- 24:49Speaker 2: for listening to the show. Reminder that I am here

- 25:07Speaker 1: See you tomorrow. The Dan Bongino Show.
- 25:10Speaker 6: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 25:12Speaker 6: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 25:16Speaker 6: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 25:18Speaker 6: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 25:21Speaker 6: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue. That is it.
- 25:26Speaker 6: This is not a football game. If you vote, we
- 25:29Speaker 6: will win. It is not complicated.
