Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev.
- 0:04Speaker 2: We're back.
- 0:05Speaker 3: Woop boop, we are back. So how are you doing.
- 0:09Speaker 1: I'm doing good if you watched the last video. All
- 0:14Speaker 1: a bit of emotional release, which was wonderful coming back
- 0:18Speaker 1: feeling good. And one of the things that I thought,
- 0:24Speaker 1: I find I find very beneficial is with the holidays,
- 0:33Speaker 1: I was able to go on a trip and I
- 0:37Speaker 1: was gone out of my daily environment for eight days.
- 0:45Speaker 1: And it's quite interesting coming back because being out of
- 0:52Speaker 1: my environment, I was in somebody else's and hanging out
- 0:55Speaker 1: with them, seeing you know, how they operate, what their
- 1:00Speaker 1: conversations are like, what they do on a daily basis,
- 1:03Speaker 1: what they talk about, all the things, and it was
- 1:10Speaker 1: I was in a fairly upbeat environment.
- 1:16Speaker 2: So it was all good.
- 1:17Speaker 1: It wasn't very enjoyable, and it's always nice to get
- 1:21Speaker 1: some time away. And when I got back, being even
- 1:28Speaker 1: more observant of my energy and the people I'm around
- 1:32Speaker 1: on a daily basis. So it really gives me a
- 1:37Speaker 1: give me an opportunity to because I was I was
- 1:39Speaker 1: able to step out of my environment and now come
- 1:42Speaker 1: back in is like reassess my circle and also not
- 1:48Speaker 1: not just that, but being even more in tune with
- 1:54Speaker 1: me and my energy. So the theggest thing for us
- 2:01Speaker 1: to do as individuals to maintain our energy, and that
- 2:04Speaker 1: means like not absorbing other people's energy, not getting sucked
- 2:08Speaker 1: into their emotional behaviors and their conversations that don't feel
- 2:16Speaker 1: good and all the things. And so when I get
- 2:21Speaker 1: back now, mind you, I do know that there are
- 2:26Speaker 1: probably several people at this time that you.
- 2:30Speaker 2: Have to spend time.
- 2:31Speaker 1: With every day because they're in your house, you work
- 2:34Speaker 1: with them, whatever the case may be.
- 2:39Speaker 2: Another topic is we.
- 2:40Speaker 1: All have choices too, right We could We could change
- 2:43Speaker 1: those relationships if we wanted to. We could change the
- 2:45Speaker 1: job if we wanted to. But I'm choosing to stay
- 2:49Speaker 1: in the environments that I'm in because they are very
- 2:53Speaker 1: beneficial to me and my growth and the I do
- 2:58Speaker 1: have a lot of support, even though I don't always
- 3:02Speaker 1: agree with the people that I'm with, and I don't
- 3:08Speaker 1: always enjoy the conversations that are had, and I don't
- 3:12Speaker 1: always enjoy their energy, But I as an individual, I'm
- 3:16Speaker 1: choosing to be in those environments for other reasons, but
- 3:22Speaker 1: to recognize or being having more awareness of what those
- 3:29Speaker 1: conversations look like when I got back, the one key
- 3:35Speaker 1: person in my life that I'm around every day. The
- 3:40Speaker 1: only thing, the only way I can describe is that
- 3:42Speaker 1: the day I got back, she seemed like somebody prodded
- 3:48Speaker 1: her with a like with a taser or something like
- 3:51Speaker 1: she got some kind of electric shock, and she seemed
- 3:55Speaker 1: like a a She's squirrel minded anyway, but it was
- 3:59Speaker 1: just it was just a very weird energy the day
- 4:02Speaker 1: I got back, and I was observing it, and I
- 4:05Speaker 1: found it very interesting how observant I was of it.
- 4:09Speaker 1: But I was not getting into it. I wasn't getting
- 4:13Speaker 1: sucked into it. I was just staying.
- 4:14Speaker 2: Back from it, but watching it.
- 4:16Speaker 1: And I was like wow, And I start thinking she
- 4:21Speaker 1: liked this every day, And I'm just I've been around
- 4:25Speaker 1: it and been accustomed to it for so long now that.
- 4:30Speaker 2: I've just gotten used to it.
- 4:32Speaker 1: So I started asking these questions inside, and I was like,
- 4:36Speaker 1: she really liked that every day, because boy, she was
- 4:39Speaker 1: on nothing was going right, people were irritating her. She
- 4:44Speaker 1: was like a flee fluttering around in the space, and
- 4:47Speaker 1: it was just it was really bizarre. I was like, no,
- 4:50Speaker 1: she's not like that every day, but this something's off today.
- 4:56Speaker 1: And then the next day her energy was different, was
- 5:00Speaker 1: way different. So and I had mentioned her, I'm like,
- 5:05Speaker 1: your energy yesterday was wild, and she goes, you know,
- 5:09Speaker 1: I noticed that too, So it was it was abnormal.
- 5:13Speaker 1: And I was hoping in the moment that it was
- 5:15Speaker 1: abnormal because I'm like, if she possibly can't be like
- 5:19Speaker 1: this every day, or I would have noticed this.
- 5:23Speaker 2: But in any anyway, that.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Being very very aware. Now I'm more aware of me
- 5:39Speaker 1: and my energy in the spaces that I'm in, to
- 5:45Speaker 1: the people I'm around and their energy and what it
- 5:50Speaker 1: was like before. So before I was kind of getting
- 5:53Speaker 1: drawn in, not kinda I was.
- 5:56Speaker 2: I was getting drawn into.
- 5:58Speaker 1: The daily stuff, their conversations, the huge amount of judgment,
- 6:03Speaker 1: their energy, and I was feeling off and I knew
- 6:10Speaker 1: I was feeling off. So having that time away and
- 6:15Speaker 1: then coming back it was like a reset. But also,
- 6:23Speaker 1: like I said, those opportunities when you can get away
- 6:25Speaker 1: and just take go, get a breath of fresh air,
- 6:28Speaker 1: maybe it's for a day, you go to the mountains
- 6:31Speaker 1: or be around nature or just whatever it means for you,
- 6:35Speaker 1: And when you come back, really observe and notice the
- 6:40Speaker 1: other people around you and how they feel, and are
- 6:44Speaker 1: you interested in continuing those relationships?
- 6:48Speaker 2: And it's okay if you're not.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Are you interested in having those those conversations which are
- 6:57Speaker 1: the typical conversations over and over and over again. Are
- 6:59Speaker 1: you Are you okay with that? If not, change it.
- 7:04Speaker 1: And it might be changing the conversations, the dynamics of
- 7:07Speaker 1: the conversations, or.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Changing the.
- 7:12Speaker 1: Idea of being around them. So whatever it is you
- 7:15Speaker 1: decide is okay for you. So sometimes we do need
- 7:21Speaker 1: to step away from everybody and maybe realign and assess
- 7:35Speaker 1: what it is you want, who you want to be with,
- 7:38Speaker 1: what kind of conversations you want to be around. So
- 7:43Speaker 1: it was very interesting every time I do that. I'm
- 7:45Speaker 1: the type of person that after two three months.
- 7:49Speaker 2: I need to go. I need to get away. I
- 7:50Speaker 2: need to go do something.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Whether it's for a day or a weekend or a week,
- 7:54Speaker 1: it doesn't matter.
- 7:55Speaker 2: I just need to go.
- 7:57Speaker 1: And every time this awareness gets stronger and bigger, and
- 8:05Speaker 1: it's like wow, So it's louder.
- 8:09Speaker 4: It's almost louder, right, instead of it being a whisper,
- 8:11Speaker 4: now you're you're actually more tuned into it.
- 8:14Speaker 3: All the time.
- 8:15Speaker 4: Yeah, it's interesting that you say all this stuff because
- 8:18Speaker 4: it kind of goes along with an experience that I
- 8:20Speaker 4: had recently with a person that's been in my life
- 8:23Speaker 4: for a while. We got along, but I would tell
- 8:26Speaker 4: you that it was a It felt like it was
- 8:29Speaker 4: worked a lot of times because it would have to
- 8:34Speaker 4: because I would be in that space of staying in
- 8:37Speaker 4: my power vibrating higher so that the perst and other
- 8:40Speaker 4: person can vibrate higher. Because the person would come in
- 8:43Speaker 4: when I had my office and I would notice it.
- 8:46Speaker 4: But it's like by the time we were halfway through
- 8:48Speaker 4: the massage, or even maybe a third of the way through,
- 8:51Speaker 4: a shift would happen and that person would feel so
- 8:53Speaker 4: much better and be like, oh my gosh, I feel
- 8:55Speaker 4: so much.
- 8:55Speaker 3: Better and everything else.
- 8:57Speaker 4: And then and so I had see the person we
- 9:01Speaker 4: had set up to go to the home or whatever,
- 9:06Speaker 4: and some shifts around the schedule had happened, and they
- 9:10Speaker 4: were in ingredients with the with the schedule shifting, and
- 9:15Speaker 4: I came in they welcomed me in. I was like, oh, happy, laughing,
- 9:19Speaker 4: and it's like as soon as I walked in, it
- 9:20Speaker 4: was like I was being chastised for something else. And
- 9:23Speaker 4: it's like I had to recognize within myself. What's what
- 9:27Speaker 4: am I going to allow in my life anymore? What's
- 9:30Speaker 4: okay for me?
- 9:30Speaker 3: Still?
- 9:31Speaker 4: And it's like this wasn't okay for me still. So
- 9:34Speaker 4: it's like I just told the person I cannot do
- 9:36Speaker 4: your massage. I think this this is it, so that's it.
- 9:41Speaker 4: And I said, yeah, this is it. And then they
- 9:43Speaker 4: had several words after that, and then it started being
- 9:48Speaker 4: aggressive towards me and I didn't interact with that. They
- 9:53Speaker 4: had said something and I said, well, that's a valid point,
- 9:55Speaker 4: and then I just.
- 9:56Speaker 3: Got in my vehicle and then I left. So that
- 9:58Speaker 3: was the end of that.
- 9:59Speaker 4: And it's like, there comes a time to see what's
- 10:04Speaker 4: acceptable in your life.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Now.
- 10:05Speaker 4: If I was pissed off when I left and you know,
- 10:08Speaker 4: peeled out and did all those things, then I feel
- 10:11Speaker 4: like I would still have a lot to grow from
- 10:12Speaker 4: that circumstance or situation.
- 10:15Speaker 3: But for this, it was like, no, this doesn't honor
- 10:19Speaker 3: my soul anymore.
- 10:20Speaker 4: I'm not honoring myself by keeping myself around or in
- 10:23Speaker 4: places that don't feel comfortable for me, that feel like
- 10:26Speaker 4: I have to go in and work.
- 10:27Speaker 2: At the space.
- 10:28Speaker 4: And that's that's a judgment now that I'm saying it
- 10:31Speaker 4: out loud. It's not really to work at the space,
- 10:33Speaker 4: but I'm really focused on my energy and being in
- 10:38Speaker 4: the space, and it takes the other person in a
- 10:39Speaker 4: while to get through whatever they're dealing with at that time.
- 10:45Speaker 4: And it was every time, So it's like it was
- 10:48Speaker 4: just a way for me to honor myself and it
- 10:52Speaker 4: has spelt.
- 10:52Speaker 3: I haven't had any regrets for it. I haven't felt
- 10:56Speaker 3: bad for it.
- 10:57Speaker 4: I did go through processes after that to explain or
- 11:00Speaker 4: like asking myself questions.
- 11:01Speaker 3: Now were you and the wrong? Which should you have
- 11:03Speaker 3: done this?
- 11:04Speaker 4: Like I would start asking myself questions because I don't
- 11:06Speaker 4: want to be well. And then from a soul perspective,
- 11:10Speaker 4: my soul's like, you can't be you can't be those
- 11:11Speaker 4: things you're if you're questioning these things, you're not being
- 11:14Speaker 4: driven by ego, you're not operating the same way that
- 11:18Speaker 4: you would have. You're not operating from the anger of
- 11:19Speaker 4: a defensiveness, the keeping people separate or space from someone
- 11:24Speaker 4: else so you don't get hurt. It wasn't any of
- 11:26Speaker 4: those things, and so I recognize it as just growth.
- 11:30Speaker 4: But it's like you bring all that stuff up and
- 11:32Speaker 4: we don't know, but there was a long space in
- 11:35Speaker 4: between the times that I used to see this person
- 11:37Speaker 4: until the time I was to see that person that day,
- 11:40Speaker 4: like a few months, and so just that time space
- 11:43Speaker 4: away from that person gave me recognition for a lot
- 11:47Speaker 4: of things that needed to shift. And it's not a
- 11:49Speaker 4: bad thing. It's actually a good thing for myself and
- 11:52Speaker 4: for the person because it gives that person an opportunity
- 11:54Speaker 4: to go find somebody else or whatever that looks like
- 11:57Speaker 4: for them. It's not for me to it is just
- 12:00Speaker 4: for me to have that experience and recognize what I
- 12:03Speaker 4: will allow anymore. Because before I would I would put
- 12:06Speaker 4: up with anything. Before I would have a person come
- 12:08Speaker 4: into my space, and if they had any intentions that
- 12:11Speaker 4: weren't good, I would make them stay throughout the whole massage.
- 12:15Speaker 4: Like if they had learn to pay me in dollar bills, well, hey,
- 12:18Speaker 4: I'm not that kind of therapist.
- 12:21Speaker 3: So but there was things like that, and that was recognizing.
- 12:23Speaker 4: Then I would have made that person stay there, like
- 12:26Speaker 4: almost like teaching them a lesson. And it's like, now
- 12:28Speaker 4: I'm I'm not that same person anymore. I don't need
- 12:30Speaker 4: to teach anybody anything. I just stand in my own space.
- 12:34Speaker 4: I have my own boundaries, and I have my I
- 12:36Speaker 4: have my own goals and aspirations of what my life
- 12:39Speaker 4: looks like. And sometimes those people don't fit into it anymore.
- 12:42Speaker 3: And that's okay.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Yeah, And every once in a while it's just good time.
- 12:48Speaker 2: It is good to.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Take an inventory. I had to find the word take
- 12:55Speaker 1: an inventory of your relationships and the people you interact
- 12:59Speaker 1: with on it on a regular basis. And I mentioned
- 13:04Speaker 1: in the last few but I'll mentioned again now, is
- 13:07Speaker 1: that twenty twenty five is a nine year, which is
- 13:12Speaker 1: the end of a cycle in numerology, And in numerology
- 13:17Speaker 1: you have one through nine, so nine is the end
- 13:22Speaker 1: and then of course beginning after that.
- 13:24Speaker 2: So twenty twenty six is a one year.
- 13:28Speaker 1: And so when you're at the end of a cycle
- 13:32Speaker 1: like this, it is a good time to take a
- 13:37Speaker 1: pin and paper and write down in the names of
- 13:39Speaker 1: the people that you're around. And if it's a relationship
- 13:45Speaker 1: there is no longer serving you, then it's okay to
- 13:49Speaker 1: start creating distance.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Between you and them.
- 13:53Speaker 1: Maybe you don't just you don't text as often, you
- 13:55Speaker 1: don't call as often, you don't visit it as often,
- 13:58Speaker 1: whatever it is, just start creating that. Since doesn't mean
- 14:02Speaker 1: that you necessarily you don't like them anymore. It's just
- 14:05Speaker 1: their energy, their conversations are no longer, you're no longer
- 14:09Speaker 1: in alignment with them. And if you're still hanging onto
- 14:12Speaker 1: those relationships out of comfort because that's what you know
- 14:17Speaker 1: and you want to stay with what you know, it
- 14:21Speaker 1: doesn't give you opportunity for growth. So when you start
- 14:25Speaker 1: taking people and creating distance, then that fills or that
- 14:31Speaker 1: opens up a door or a chair, so to speak,
- 14:36Speaker 1: or somebody who is would come to sit in that
- 14:39Speaker 1: chair who is more in alignment with where you are
- 14:42Speaker 1: with yourself. So that's the thing about spiritual growth personal development,
- 14:48Speaker 1: that you are continuously evolving in yourself because you're recognizing
- 14:52Speaker 1: these things. My conversations with this person are the same
- 14:56Speaker 1: every single time we focus on problems, We bitch and complain,
- 15:00Speaker 1: we judge, and we get nowhere, and it doesn't feel good.
- 15:05Speaker 1: The only thing it feels good is that you're in
- 15:06Speaker 1: agreement with each other about how horrible this other person
- 15:09Speaker 1: is right.
- 15:10Speaker 2: It's just those types of conversations.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Or or how right you were in or you're both
- 15:17Speaker 1: in agreement of you were right and they were wrong.
- 15:20Speaker 2: Type of things. So there's no growth, there's no.
- 15:26Speaker 1: There's no opportunity for other people to come in to
- 15:32Speaker 1: lift you up even further in your just personal development
- 15:35Speaker 1: and personal spirituality if you're still hanging on to these
- 15:40Speaker 1: other relationships out of comfort. So when you start creating
- 15:47Speaker 1: the distance between you and them, now it opens the
- 15:50Speaker 1: door to invite others in who's going to be at
- 15:53Speaker 1: that vibrational frequency that you're at, so that you have
- 15:57Speaker 1: somebody new and fresh to connect with and have different
- 16:00Speaker 1: kinds of conversations that may feel a little better.
- 16:05Speaker 2: And so you don't have to wait till the end
- 16:08Speaker 2: of the year to do this each year.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Anytime it's a good time to do this, but just
- 16:13Speaker 1: to sit and list the people who you're around and
- 16:17Speaker 1: whether you want to keep that relationship or start distancing yourself.
- 16:23Speaker 1: If you're going to keep the relationship, for example, the
- 16:25Speaker 1: people that are in your household and that you live
- 16:28Speaker 1: with them, or the people you work with and you're
- 16:33Speaker 1: not having comfortable conversations or energy it just doesn't seem
- 16:38Speaker 1: in alignment with you, then those types of relationships is
- 16:43Speaker 1: if you're choosing to stay in the household, you're choosing
- 16:46Speaker 1: to stay in the work environment, start changing your perspective
- 16:49Speaker 1: about them. This is where mindset shifts come into play,
- 16:53Speaker 1: and realigning yourself with them in.
- 16:57Speaker 2: The sense of.
- 16:59Speaker 1: How can I see the goodness in them? What things
- 17:02Speaker 1: can I focus about them that are that are uplifting
- 17:08Speaker 1: or expresses gratitude. So you'll have to you might have
- 17:14Speaker 1: to dig a little deep on those ones if you're
- 17:16Speaker 1: going to choose to stay in the environments that you're in.
- 17:20Speaker 2: So I hope that's helpful anybody listening.
- 17:24Speaker 4: It's a good reminder because I know these things, but
- 17:28Speaker 4: it's also a good reminder to have that stated again. Yeah,
- 17:31Speaker 4: it really it does give different perspective, and it is true.
- 17:35Speaker 4: We kind of aren't from residence with everybody all the time.
- 17:38Speaker 4: It's just that's just the way it is. And I,
- 17:41Speaker 4: like you, I've never actually sat and wrote down the
- 17:43Speaker 4: people that are in my experience, but I've also recognized
- 17:47Speaker 4: there's a couple other people that I mean, I've always
- 17:49Speaker 4: gotten along with them great, but it's like I also
- 17:52Speaker 4: see them falling away from my life. And that's okay.
- 17:56Speaker 4: It's not a personal thing. It's a it's a non resonance.
- 18:00Speaker 4: Were just vibing at different frequencies. Is all and that's okay.
- 18:04Speaker 2: Yeah, and it was okay.
- 18:08Speaker 1: So so prime example, I'll just give you this prime example.
- 18:13Speaker 1: What twenty years ago or so plus twenty plus years ago,
- 18:18Speaker 1: I decided I needed to change my habits.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Which was three to five nights a week, Jose Cuervo and.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Beer was my go to and that's what I did,
- 18:35Speaker 1: That's what I knew, that's what folk good in the moment.
- 18:40Speaker 2: And so I knew I had to change.
- 18:42Speaker 1: That because my body couldn't sustain that type of behavior,
- 18:48Speaker 1: that punishment, that suffering. Plus had a son who I was,
- 18:53Speaker 1: you know, attempting to be my best, best version of myself,
- 18:57Speaker 1: but wasn't going so well it was at the time.
- 18:59Speaker 1: But looking back, so I knew I couldn't stay in
- 19:06Speaker 1: the same environments if I wanted to change my behavior.
- 19:10Speaker 1: So I stopped hanging out at certain places, public places,
- 19:17Speaker 1: because every time I walked in the door, it was
- 19:21Speaker 1: Amy's here. It was like norm off Cheers, if remember
- 19:24Speaker 1: the series Cheers, Amy's here, and there would be a
- 19:28Speaker 1: shot a tequila like right now. And I just couldn't
- 19:32Speaker 1: do that anymore. And so for me to change, I
- 19:37Speaker 1: had to change where I was hanging out. So really
- 19:39Speaker 1: I just start hanging out at home more often. But
- 19:43Speaker 1: also I was implementing other practices like learning meditation, learning
- 19:48Speaker 1: about writing and journaling, and reading personal development books and
- 19:53Speaker 1: spirituality books.
- 19:54Speaker 2: And doing I was filling my time with other things.
- 19:59Speaker 2: Several years.
- 20:01Speaker 1: Every once in a while, i'ld see somebody out public
- 20:04Speaker 1: who was in that circle of partying, and you know,
- 20:13Speaker 1: there's a surface he how are you, what's going on?
- 20:16Speaker 2: What are you doing?
- 20:21Speaker 1: And then I got to where this was just by
- 20:24Speaker 1: choice of I was working from home and then isolated
- 20:29Speaker 1: myself for like four years, and now well two and
- 20:34Speaker 1: a half years ago, I sam, and I need to
- 20:37Speaker 1: get out and I need to be in the public.
- 20:39Speaker 1: I need to be around people. I need to be
- 20:41Speaker 1: in the community. And now I'm stepped back into being
- 20:48Speaker 1: seen more in the community, especially because of my job
- 20:52Speaker 1: that I now see these people, and it's a whole
- 20:56Speaker 1: different similar conversations, How are you.
- 21:02Speaker 2: What's going on with kids? What have you been up to?
- 21:04Speaker 1: Same surface he questions, but not that energy of oh
- 21:09Speaker 1: we need to go have a drink, Oh we need
- 21:13Speaker 1: to do a shot. Like it's none of that. And
- 21:17Speaker 1: that's because I've learned and grown within myself and I've
- 21:22Speaker 1: changed that dynamics of that relationship. So sometimes you got
- 21:31Speaker 1: to do what seems like hard things if you want
- 21:34Speaker 1: things to change, and especially with people around you know,
- 21:40Speaker 1: and people that were that were in my household at
- 21:42Speaker 1: the time continued to drink continue on a daily and
- 21:49Speaker 1: it wasn't easy being around them, but I just knew
- 21:53Speaker 1: I had to do this for myself and for my son.
- 21:59Speaker 2: So it wasn't It wasn't the.
- 22:04Speaker 1: Rainbows and Unicorn's Journey.
- 22:06Speaker 2: By no means.
- 22:06Speaker 1: It was very difficult, but I had the wherewithal myself
- 22:11Speaker 1: to stay the course.
- 22:13Speaker 2: And and every once.
- 22:15Speaker 1: In a while I would if they if if we're
- 22:21Speaker 1: out at dinner and they ordered some kind of like
- 22:25Speaker 1: fruity marguerite or something that I never had, I would
- 22:28Speaker 1: take a drink. I would sip theirs. I wouldn't order one,
- 22:31Speaker 1: but I would taste theirs.
- 22:33Speaker 2: That was enough.
- 22:33Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, that's pretty tasty. And then I would
- 22:36Speaker 1: sit there and then I would feel the alcohol and
- 22:41Speaker 1: I would notice what my body felt like.
- 22:43Speaker 2: I was like, cool, Yeah, I'm good.
- 22:46Speaker 1: I'll drink my tea or my water or whatever it
- 22:48Speaker 1: was at the time.
- 22:49Speaker 2: I'm good with that.
- 22:50Speaker 1: So sometimes things are it's not gonna be hard or
- 22:54Speaker 1: it's not gonna be easy to change who you're hanging
- 22:58Speaker 1: out with. I'm not gonna say this is a simple
- 23:01Speaker 1: thing to do. What I'm gonna say is if you
- 23:04Speaker 1: want your life to change, you have to make those changes,
- 23:08Speaker 1: bottom line, because nobody else is gonna do it for you.
- 23:11Speaker 4: It's true, because it'll still always they'll always be there
- 23:14Speaker 4: to celebrate you with your shot at tequila. Yeah, And
- 23:18Speaker 4: I in my environment was pretty much the same, and
- 23:21Speaker 4: my kids were probably about the same age as your
- 23:24Speaker 4: son was, and I was, you know, doing the partying
- 23:27Speaker 4: and stuff too.
- 23:27Speaker 3: Came from that environment, grew up in that environment.
- 23:31Speaker 4: And it's like, and I haven't drink for a long time,
- 23:33Speaker 4: but it's like recently I had a tincture that I
- 23:36Speaker 4: was having and it's like they use vodka and it's
- 23:38Speaker 4: like I can barely tolerate using this stuff.
- 23:41Speaker 3: I use it a couple of times and it's.
- 23:42Speaker 4: Like I just can't that just doesn't it just it's
- 23:46Speaker 4: I don't know, I don't vibe with it at all.
- 23:48Speaker 4: It's like, there's got to be a better way to
- 23:50Speaker 4: make this stuff besides using that kind of stuff because
- 23:52Speaker 4: it just doesn't it doesn't work for me. Yeah, I
- 23:55Speaker 4: know it preserves things, but yeah, it probably preserves your
- 23:57Speaker 4: liver and stuff too, but it's like I don't need it.
- 24:00Speaker 4: I don't need to have it like that. So it
- 24:02Speaker 4: was interesting because before I would have that wouldn't have
- 24:04Speaker 4: been a big deal, but now it's like it was
- 24:07Speaker 4: I have to choke it down, like to just do
- 24:08Speaker 4: any of that though.
- 24:10Speaker 1: Well, I noticed at Thanksgiving I had a glass of wine.
- 24:15Speaker 1: But I also know that once I have a drink
- 24:18Speaker 1: like that, I need to drink a bunch of water.
- 24:21Speaker 1: But I just feel like I need to not out
- 24:23Speaker 1: of you know, a common sense or anything like that.
- 24:26Speaker 1: It's just a man, I need some water right now
- 24:28Speaker 1: because I'm feeling not dehydrated, but I can't think of
- 24:35Speaker 1: the word, but just feeling like I need to drink
- 24:37Speaker 1: some water right now.
- 24:39Speaker 4: I just still dried out when you say that, it's
- 24:40Speaker 4: still dried out, like I just need to add some
- 24:43Speaker 4: some liquids to the like. It's it's just more beneficial.
- 24:46Speaker 4: Water is more a higher vibrational frequency. I guess I
- 24:50Speaker 4: could say.
- 24:50Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm just personally I'm really super fascinated with wine.
- 24:54Speaker 1: I'm not a wine drinker on a regular I'm not
- 24:56Speaker 1: a wine connoisseur by no means, but I'm super fascinating
- 25:00Speaker 1: with how wine changes flavor based on what you eat
- 25:04Speaker 1: with it.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Yeah, just fascinates me.
- 25:08Speaker 1: And I just have to be very careful with that
- 25:11Speaker 1: when you when I'm doing wine tasting, because I can
- 25:16Speaker 1: drink a sip of wine and eat a nut and like, oh,
- 25:18Speaker 1: that's gross, Right, I'm not gonna do that again. But
- 25:20Speaker 1: take a sip of wine and eat a raisin, and
- 25:22Speaker 1: it's amazing. And and I just will go down the
- 25:26Speaker 1: line and eat and drink and eat and drink because
- 25:29Speaker 1: I gotta be mindful of that. But very seldom do
- 25:32Speaker 1: I ever do any of that. But anyway, wine fan,
- 25:36Speaker 1: wine fascinates me.
- 25:38Speaker 3: Yeah. It just goes to show you the transformation.
- 25:41Speaker 4: And like you said, it's not always easy, it's not,
- 25:45Speaker 4: but it's necessary. And then when you're when you're at
- 25:47Speaker 4: where you're at right now, and looking back, it's it
- 25:50Speaker 4: was perfect. It was exactly what was needed, that was
- 25:54Speaker 4: what the doctor ordered. It was exactly. It caused your progression,
- 25:59Speaker 4: it caused everything, It changed your whole life. And then
- 26:03Speaker 4: look at how many lives that you've affected with those changes, right,
- 26:09Speaker 4: talk about having a lot to appreciate.
- 26:11Speaker 3: Now, it's a lot. It's a lot of wonderful stuff.
- 26:13Speaker 3: It's a lot. It's really really uplifting.
- 26:17Speaker 1: It's been a very eventful journey.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Internal wise, for sure.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not a so I would say, I'm not.
- 26:33Speaker 1: This is what I told the people I was hanging
- 26:35Speaker 1: out with. I'm like, look, I'm not a super exciting
- 26:37Speaker 1: person to hang out with. I'm not going to entertain you, really,
- 26:41Speaker 1: I'm not. I'm just I don't need to be entertained.
- 26:45Speaker 1: I don't need to go and do things all the
- 26:47Speaker 1: time the entire time I'm with you, Like, I'm good
- 26:50Speaker 1: just hanging out whatever.
- 26:55Speaker 2: So, but my.
- 26:56Speaker 1: Internal journey has been super fascinating when I think about
- 27:02Speaker 1: all the things I've been through, the mental and emotional
- 27:06Speaker 1: roller coaster, like all those things to me has been
- 27:13Speaker 1: really thrilling. My external life, I don't see it as
- 27:22Speaker 1: as exciting as the internal. And to sit and tell
- 27:27Speaker 1: somebody my story, there's so many pieces to it, like
- 27:30Speaker 1: you take days, months, and then they wouldn't even understand
- 27:34Speaker 1: what I was talking about anyway the way I would
- 27:36Speaker 1: explain it, so.
- 27:40Speaker 2: They get doses of me.
- 27:43Speaker 4: Yeah, well it's all defined, so they get exactly what
- 27:46Speaker 4: they need at the time. So and then exactly what
- 27:49Speaker 4: we needed to maybe walk through one more time or
- 27:53Speaker 4: to explain.
- 27:54Speaker 3: So there's a lot of there's pluses to all of it.
- 27:56Speaker 2: Oh yeah, it's been great.
- 28:00Speaker 1: So with that, my friends, at this time of the
- 28:04Speaker 1: end of the year, you know, take an assessment of
- 28:07Speaker 1: not only your relationships, but your finances, your health, your career,
- 28:13Speaker 1: look at all the components of your life categories if
- 28:19Speaker 1: you will, and then just see where is it you
- 28:22Speaker 1: want to make a shift. And here'll be just one
- 28:24Speaker 1: little tiny shift in each category or one category you.
- 28:28Speaker 2: Want to focus on. It doesn't matter. It's whatever works
- 28:31Speaker 2: best for you.
- 28:32Speaker 1: But just know that when when you make a shift
- 28:34Speaker 1: in one category affects all the categories. So if you
- 28:38Speaker 1: only have the where, the time and energy to focus
- 28:44Speaker 1: on one thing, do it. If you have time and
- 28:46Speaker 1: energy focus on one thing in each category, do it.
- 28:50Speaker 1: It's whatever works best for you, And just know that
- 28:54Speaker 1: whatever you do is beneficial for all and it's not
- 28:58Speaker 1: only for you, but it's for the people around you
- 29:00Speaker 1: as well.
- 29:02Speaker 2: Just you have to just start and that's what's important
- 29:05Speaker 2: is just take that step.
- 29:07Speaker 4: You find words I would say, when you're going through
- 29:11Speaker 4: this journey, have grace and ease with yourself. You know,
- 29:14Speaker 4: we can we can tell tell ourselves to do that
- 29:16Speaker 4: with everybody else, but it's like we don't recognize that
- 29:19Speaker 4: it's really this relationship that you're creating or having with
- 29:23Speaker 4: yourself is the most important and to have that with
- 29:26Speaker 4: grace and ease.
- 29:28Speaker 1: Yeah, yep, right, Well, thanks for hanging out with us.
