• 1:13
  SPEAKER_05: Hello, everyone.
• 1:14
SPEAKER_05: Welcome back to the Unity Code.
• 1:16
SPEAKER_05: I am here with five amazing freaking humans that all work with me in one form or another.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_05: Met in person, one of you, Diane.
• 1:29
SPEAKER_05: And I'm just really excited to have everybody here for our first Unity Code, like collaborative panel podcast experiment.
• 1:37
  SPEAKER_05: Oh my God.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_05: So thanks everybody for being here.
• 1:40
SPEAKER_05: I'm going to let folks introduce themselves.
• 1:42
SPEAKER_05: And for the sake of time, because I have a lot to cover and I only have an hour to record this podcast episode, and I want to be respectful of everybody's time, I'm going to ask everybody to do a quick introduction in a moment.
• 1:53
SPEAKER_05: And we're going to get going really quickly.
• 1:55
SPEAKER_05: So the goal of today is to bring in three amazing Reiki practitioners.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_05: Like I'm, I'm, I may or may not do Reiki.
• 2:04
SPEAKER_05: I think I'm going to observe this round, but three amazing Reiki participant practitioners, two recipients, and we're going to run this as a two-pronged experiment.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_05: The first is doing kind of like Reiki one-on-one and seeing what we get and comparing and contrasting with each other on what we got, how we got it, to see if there's similarities or differences in Reiki.
• 2:25
SPEAKER_05: And then in the second version of this experiment, we're all going to kind of come together in a group reading, all kind of joining energetic hands to see if that changes the reading.
• 2:36
  SPEAKER_05: Does that amplify?
• 2:37
  SPEAKER_05: Does it not amplify?
• 2:38
SPEAKER_05: Does it still feel the same as the first?
• 2:39
SPEAKER_05: Just to see the differences Reiki brings, not only across readings, but also bringing it together as a collective.
• 2:47
SPEAKER_05: So I'm really freaking excited.
• 2:49
  SPEAKER_05: I don't know anyone else that's done that.
• 2:51
SPEAKER_05: So I'm really excited to see how this goes.
• 2:53
  SPEAKER_05: Maybe a giant flop.
• 2:54
  SPEAKER_05: We'll see what happens.
• 2:54
  SPEAKER_05: It's totally fine.
• 2:56
SPEAKER_05: I'm here for both of these because that's what experiments are.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_05: We don't know the outcome.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_05: So without further ado, I want to introduce our Reiki practitioners first.
• 3:06
SPEAKER_05: All of their information will be in the show notes.
• 3:08
SPEAKER_05: They are all amazing souls.
• 3:10
SPEAKER_05: I highly recommend you follow them on social media if they want to share that with you.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_05: Many of them have readings.
• 3:16
SPEAKER_05: So if you love what you heard today, book a reading with them.
• 3:19
SPEAKER_05: And so here we go.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_05: So first up is Sarah Tolson.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_05: So want to introduce yourself, Sarah, where are you from?
• 3:24
SPEAKER_05: What kind of Reiki do you do?
• 3:26
SPEAKER_05: Anything you think is relevant for the listeners to hear?
• 3:29
  SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: My name is Sarah Tolson.

SPEAKER_01: I'm located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
• 3:51
SPEAKER_01: I'm a psychic medium intuition coach and Reiki Master.
• 3:56
SPEAKER_01: And I use a lot of modalities for healing.
• 4:00
SPEAKER_01: So this is this is going to be fun to see what we pull out.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_01: Thanks for letting me be here.
• 4:05
SPEAKER_05: Thanks for being here, Summer.
• 4:06
  SPEAKER_05: And Heather Garcia.
• 4:08
  SPEAKER_07: Hello, I'm Heather.
• 4:10
SPEAKER_07: I am uh coming from Minnesota.
• 4:13
SPEAKER_07: I'm a massage therapist, body worker, and I use Reiki a lot when I'm doing body work, and I just love it.
• 4:23
SPEAKER_07: I'm really excited to be here.
• 4:25
  SPEAKER_07: Thank you so much.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_07: I'm also a student, kind of beginner of yours, Nicole.
• 4:31
SPEAKER_07: So this is going to be a fun experiment.
• 4:33
SPEAKER_05: She says beginner, but I've seen her no beginner.
• 4:36
SPEAKER_05: Um, thank you so much for being here, Heather.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_05: Um, and then we have our two recipients today.
• 4:41
SPEAKER_05: So first up is Carol Lamb.
• 4:43
  SPEAKER_05: Welcome, Carol.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_05: She's not a Reiki practitioner, but she is here to receive today.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_05: She's got she's got the couch and she's got the dog, and she's laid and ready to receive this energy.
• 4:54
SPEAKER_05: Anything you want to say, Carol?
• 4:57
SPEAKER_08: Um, Carol Lamb, um uh psychic medium.
• 5:01
SPEAKER_08: Um, and I'm in um classes with Nicole, and she's a marvelous instructor.
• 5:07
SPEAKER_08: Oh, thanks so much, Carol.
• 5:09
SPEAKER_05: She gets a free like giant reiki session today.
• 5:12
  SPEAKER_05: So she's loving this.
• 5:13
SPEAKER_05: Oh my God, I love it.
• 5:15
  SPEAKER_05: Thanks, Carol.
• 5:15
SPEAKER_05: And then we also have Diane, who uh when who was with me and we we met in person at the Omega Institute when we saw Suzanne Keysman.
• 5:25
SPEAKER_05: So thanks for being here, Diane.
• 5:27
  SPEAKER_05: Hi, I'm Diane Witten.
• 5:29
SPEAKER_06: I am um a psychic medium and more of an intuitive healer and a yoga teacher.
• 5:35
  SPEAKER_05: I love it.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_06: I'm based in Levettesville, Virginia.
• 5:38
  SPEAKER_06: Oh, awesome.
• 5:39
  SPEAKER_05: Thank you, Diane.
• 5:40
  SPEAKER_05: Perfect.
• 5:41
SPEAKER_05: So um again, how this experiment will run is we're gonna do roughly, I'm gonna I'm gonna time it um seven minutes of Reiki on Carol as individuals.
• 5:51
SPEAKER_05: So Sarah, Summer, and Heather.
• 5:53
SPEAKER_05: Diane, you're welcome to intuitively heal and see what you pick up.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_05: That would be freaking cool.
• 5:57
SPEAKER_05: Um, and and what I'm doing is setting the intention with our guides, with our team, that this is going to be like a one-on-one session.
• 6:05
SPEAKER_05: So streams are not being crossed, everybody.
• 6:09
SPEAKER_05: Like we are going to make sure that everyone is kind of separate energetically and seeing if we pick up on similar or different things.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_05: Um I'm asking my team if there's anything good to go.
• 6:21
SPEAKER_05: I'm seeing thumbs up from the guys.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_05: How are you all feeling?
• 6:24
  SPEAKER_05: You good to go?
• 6:25
  SPEAKER_05: Okay.
• 6:26
SPEAKER_05: Um, I may or may not cut out the audio or the duration of the seven minutes.
• 6:32
  SPEAKER_05: Maybe I keep it.
• 6:33
  SPEAKER_05: I don't know.
• 6:33
SPEAKER_05: For those of you that are listening, it's going to be a surprise.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_05: Maybe I'll see you in seven minutes.
• 6:37
SPEAKER_05: Maybe you'll see me in 20 seconds.
• 6:39
  SPEAKER_05: I don't know.
• 6:39
SPEAKER_05: Um, but what we'll do is we'll start the healing.
• 6:42
SPEAKER_05: I'll set a timer for seven minutes for us to give some Reiki to Carol, and then we'll go around and see how this goes.
• 6:50
SPEAKER_05: Um, Carol, you ready to receive?
• 6:55
  SPEAKER_05: Thumbs up.
• 6:57
  SPEAKER_05: Okay.
• 6:58
SPEAKER_05: I'm gonna get the timer going on my camera, and we'll be good to go.
• 7:02
SPEAKER_05: So you are welcome to start, everybody.
• 15:34
SPEAKER_02: See how it's still going to be all right.
• 16:55
SPEAKER_03: I'm gonna bring you all back whenever you're ready.
• 17:01
SPEAKER_03: And for those of you practitioners, if you need a couple of minutes to take notes, feel free.
• 17:07
  SPEAKER_05: Carol, just enjoy that.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_05: Maybe some observations I'll make.
• 17:18
SPEAKER_05: I'd love to get I'll go, I'll let Carol settle back into her 3D body in a second.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_05: Um, some observations I made while you were all doing it is interesting because I could see different colors kind of coming through each of you.
• 17:32
SPEAKER_05: The energy, I mean, even though it's all reiki and universal energy, it felt very um different between because obviously it would, right?
• 17:41
SPEAKER_05: Because all of our vibrations are very different, but it differently.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_05: But I could tell um spirit was showing me how separated the energy was, so that hopefully, and I don't know, we'll see what you say.
• 17:51
SPEAKER_05: The energy wasn't interfering with all of you, but I could see um and feel it.
• 17:56
SPEAKER_05: And I have to say the general demeanor of seeing you all work at the same time on the same person was still very calm.
• 18:03
SPEAKER_05: It's still even though three of you were doing the work at once, it felt like it was one-on-one level energy, if that makes sense, very different than collective energy.
• 18:10
SPEAKER_05: So um, so interesting for me to kind of sit back and watch that.
• 18:13
SPEAKER_05: So, first up, because I don't want to leave the witness, I wanted to ask Carol um how that felt for you before we before all of the Reiki practitioners break down what they see and saw and everything like that.
• 18:26
  SPEAKER_05: Okay.
• 18:28
SPEAKER_08: So right in the very beginning, I don't know, somebody was like started at my feet and then also at my crown because I had very strong tingly sensations in those two places.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_08: And then it settled more into my solar plexus um after maybe a minute or two.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_08: And then once I felt like adjusted to the energy, the running of the energy, I I was able to like just really relax into it and just went with it, and and the sensation of it subsided, but was extremely relaxing.
• 19:08
SPEAKER_08: Like I think I actually knotted out there for a second.
• 19:16
  SPEAKER_05: God, I love it.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_05: Um, that's um which is exactly how Reiki should feel.
• 19:21
  SPEAKER_05: So that's amazing.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_05: Could you tell that you had three people working on you at once, or did it just feel like you were getting the energy?
• 19:28
SPEAKER_08: Well, again, it's like um when I was feeling the tingling, I thought maybe somebody had, like I said, start like in three different areas, but specifically my crown, chakra, my feet, and then um my solar plexus.
• 19:42
  SPEAKER_08: Okay.
• 19:43
  SPEAKER_05: Oh, that's so interesting.
• 19:45
  SPEAKER_05: Okay, all right.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_05: Um who wants to go first?
• 19:50
  SPEAKER_07: Go ahead, Heather.
• 19:54
  SPEAKER_07: Thank you.
• 19:55
SPEAKER_07: I think it's good for me to go first because I'm beginning and I have the ADD, so we gotta get this out while it's fresh.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_07: So I started with Carol at your crown, and your energy was so big, it was like just and so I thought, you know, we're good there.
• 20:13
SPEAKER_07: Let's just kind of go down and see kind of what's coming up and the spots that are kind of like maybe pain points or need a little bit more attention.
• 20:22
SPEAKER_07: So I don't know if you play cello or anything, but I was sort of like guided to like make your body a whole cello instrument, and there were like places out of tune.
• 20:34
SPEAKER_07: And what I found on your body was your your this is right, your right side of your neck, and then like backside, left heart, and then your left hip maybe is like up a little bit, or like just it's just out of balance.
• 20:52
SPEAKER_07: And um, okay, and so I was just kind of gotten into those areas and you know, just kind of bringing attention to that.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_07: Since your crown was like emitting so much energy, I felt like we needed to bring it down.
• 21:11
SPEAKER_07: And then bringing it all down.
• 21:12
SPEAKER_07: And then you know, like with the cellos at the bottom, how there's like the spike that kind of digs into the floor or something like that.
• 21:22
SPEAKER_07: And so I was sort of one of the things that kind of popped in was like, your energy is so up here and it needs to maybe kind of ground a little bit more.
• 21:32
SPEAKER_07: And like attention needs to like be pushed down.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_07: And so not just not just like, I don't know, I guess in my head you play the cello.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_07: And so there's all parts of the cello, which is your body.
• 21:46
SPEAKER_07: And then this hand, you know, does the little stringy dealing, and then you, you know, but you also have to be in the position of holding the cello in the right way.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_07: But like to be in control of that and to have tune it, you like you have to tune your body, and so like bringing in the light to tune it, so then when you as the instrument play it, it likes the song and like changes the vibration of everyone around you.
• 22:11
SPEAKER_07: But the the point of like that, like I was focusing on the floor is like you don't have to play the cello in just one spot, like you can pivot and pivot, you know what I mean?
• 22:22
SPEAKER_07: It's just the whole thing, so like you can, and then that will help your whole body align with perspective in different scenarios.
• 22:33
  SPEAKER_07: I don't know.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_07: That's just kind of what I got, but mostly coming back to the places that need the attention to kind of align, and then you know, because that's not my job.
• 22:43
SPEAKER_07: I'm just picking that up, but bringing the light to it to like help align and tune your beautiful instrument.
• 22:53
  SPEAKER_08: I love it.
• 22:53
SPEAKER_08: Oh, thank you so much.
• 22:55
  SPEAKER_05: Yes, I love it.
• 22:57
SPEAKER_05: Um, I feel like I'm coming to Sarah next, if that's okay.
• 23:04
SPEAKER_00: So it it's really interesting, Heather.
• 23:07
SPEAKER_00: I picked up similar things to what you did, but the way they showed up for me were very different.
• 23:13
SPEAKER_00: Um, again, your your crown, Carol, is just like blasted wide open, and the energy coming out of it is is just huge.
• 23:24
SPEAKER_00: And so I put my hands there and it's like, nope, that's not where we're going today.
• 23:28
SPEAKER_00: Um, and it took me a second to kind of settle on where I needed to send energy or focus.
• 23:36
SPEAKER_00: Um, and I was really guided to your shoulders, which is very interesting.
• 23:40
SPEAKER_00: Generally, that's not a place I spend a lot of time, but it feels like you have something sitting very heavy on your shoulders at the moment, whatever that might be.
• 23:50
SPEAKER_00: Um and so I really was guided to just send a lot of support and love and energy to help you realize whatever it is that's on your shoulders.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_00: Um, you don't necessarily need to carry, it's something that you can set down.
• 24:05
SPEAKER_00: Um, but it feels like you're kind of being stubborn and you want to carry it or you feel like it's your job to carry it.
• 24:12
SPEAKER_00: And so I'm I'm just sending you that that love to help you with whatever it is you decide, but know that you don't need to carry it.
• 24:20
SPEAKER_00: Um and then I I moved from there to your heart, and one your heart chakra to me felt um very guarded, almost as though like I was kind of being directed to back off.
• 24:35
SPEAKER_00: I I went there and I'm like, oh, this this feels like maybe you don't want me here.
• 24:41
SPEAKER_00: And so I I was in love, and it's like if you want it, great, if not, cool.
• 24:46
SPEAKER_00: Um, but from there I was guided to go down um to your your hips, your knees, and your feet.
• 24:55
SPEAKER_00: Um, and what I picked up there really ties in a lot to what Heather got because you your energy is not grounded into Earth.
• 25:06
SPEAKER_00: And I I think we have picked this up in a previous session, but you are grounded upwards.
• 25:11
SPEAKER_00: And what I what I heard, um, like the information that I received while I was sending energy to try and help you to ground into earth um is it's it's causing kinetic change, like physical kinetic chain issues for you, because your energy is grounded up and not down.
• 25:33
SPEAKER_00: And so I mean I I know that you do have physical issues, right?
• 25:37
SPEAKER_00: Like that's something that you've shared with me previously.
• 25:40
SPEAKER_00: Um, but it what I picked up was those issues, part of the cause is your energy needs to ground down.
• 25:50
SPEAKER_00: So anyway, take that and do with it what you will.
• 25:55
SPEAKER_00: But that was the information that I received.
• 25:57
SPEAKER_00: And it's essentially your because you don't have that solid foundation of energy into earth, it's causing things to misalign from your feet up, which is I think it's time for a grounding mat.
• 26:14
SPEAKER_08: Considering we have like snow coming up and whatever.
• 26:19
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, yeah, good investments.
• 26:22
SPEAKER_00: I would agree with that.
• 26:23
  SPEAKER_00: Love that.
• 26:23
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, all right.
• 26:25
  SPEAKER_00: How'd it go, Summer?
• 26:27
SPEAKER_01: It's so fun going last because this is amazing.
• 26:32
SPEAKER_01: So, Carol, I too went to your crown and was like, nope, and went straight to your solar plexus.
• 26:40
  SPEAKER_01: I'm dead.
• 26:40
SPEAKER_01: Then everyone was like, Nope, to the crown chakra because it was so big.
• 26:44
  SPEAKER_01: I was like, we're good.
• 26:46
SPEAKER_01: So I went to your solar plexus, and that was so beaming bright.
• 26:51
SPEAKER_01: And I took my notes because I am also ADD Heather.
• 26:56
SPEAKER_01: So just you know, um, I'm gonna go down here though.
• 27:00
SPEAKER_01: The first thing I got though in Solar Plexus, it was like liquid fire.
• 27:05
SPEAKER_01: It was molten and it was it was it was power, it was solar plexus power.
• 27:10
SPEAKER_01: And I saw, I also know you too, so like I saw like horse, like the horses coming out of it.
• 27:16
SPEAKER_01: It was like your soul, we're getting extraterrestrial for a second, feels so not of this world.
• 27:24
SPEAKER_01: And I don't know if we've done this in readings before, but like you are you are so not from here, friend.
• 27:29
SPEAKER_01: Like you, like your soul is it speaks, it speaks a language of the ether.
• 27:39
SPEAKER_01: And what was coming up, I'm kind of skipping down here, was because your soul is so accustomed to communicating in that light frequency.
• 27:49
SPEAKER_01: I even had some light language coming in when I was doing Reiki for you.
• 27:53
SPEAKER_01: It kind of transformed to do a little bit of that.
• 27:55
SPEAKER_01: It's like your soul is so used to communicating in that way that there was a little bit of throat, like we weren't it, we're not speaking all of the things that we could speak, but it's because we're not sure how, because it's just not, it doesn't come natural to you because you are out of this world.
• 28:14
SPEAKER_01: You're you're so used to, again, being up in crown and speaking light language, and that makes sense to you.
• 28:20
SPEAKER_01: And and speaking it with your voice doesn't always come easily and naturally.
• 28:25
SPEAKER_01: What I was doing with your solar plexus is take essentially like weaving the the molten like liquid throughout your body and mainly moving it down towards your root because your root was so small and you felt so top heavy.
• 28:45
SPEAKER_01: And I was like, Home girl needs to ground.
• 28:48
SPEAKER_01: So I was like taking solar plexus liquid and moving it down, like weaving it down through sacral down to root chakra, because I was like, Home girl needs to take a moment to put her feet on the ground.
• 29:01
SPEAKER_01: Um, so that is really consistent and really beautiful too, though, because now you have a very clear message.
• 29:07
SPEAKER_01: Um one other thing I did want to mention though, too, is that sacral felt uh underutilized for the power that it could have, especially being so close to solar plexus, it's like it was being illuminated but not burning on its own.
• 29:24
SPEAKER_01: And what I found myself doing was pulling up clay like a potter's wheel.
• 29:31
SPEAKER_01: And that's like your creative center, right?
• 29:33
SPEAKER_01: I was like pulling up this clay, feeling this root, like this groundingness, but like a creation from it.
• 29:39
SPEAKER_01: And so I don't know if you need to go play the cello or go do some pottery or play in the mud, but there's this element of incorporating earth with creation to help stimulate those lower chakras for you, is I feel like the message that was coming through from uh for me.
• 29:58
SPEAKER_01: But that was really cool to do with you guys.
• 30:00
SPEAKER_05: That was so um, Diane.
• 30:02
SPEAKER_05: I did you pick up anything or were you just enjoying the the the fun?
• 30:07
SPEAKER_06: Oh, I think it's so funny because I also felt um like what everybody else has mentioned about the crown shock, we're so moved into the heart space.
• 30:18
SPEAKER_06: And I felt the heaviness that Sarah was talking about, but I felt it more like in the heart space and just sort of sent um again to sent love, like this is there's something to be released there.
• 30:32
SPEAKER_06: Um, and then I also felt in the like your physical sacrum area and the hips, like it's there's something that is a little um crooked, right?
• 30:45
SPEAKER_06: And so I was just sending um energy there too.
• 30:49
SPEAKER_06: Um yeah, and um the other thing that I kept picturing was the Merkaba with the the triangle pointing up and the triangle pointing down and just having that be um like an antenna.
• 31:02
SPEAKER_06: And it and I think it's interesting because an antenna has to be grounded in order to be effective.
• 31:07
SPEAKER_06: So um it's interesting to me how much um we all were picking up on similar things.
• 31:15
  SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
• 31:17
SPEAKER_08: The um I just want to give you some feedback as far as the hip goes.
• 31:21
SPEAKER_08: Um, yes, in fact, um I had my left hip replaced and they lengthened my leg when they did that.
• 31:31
SPEAKER_08: And so, and that was two years ago.
• 31:33
SPEAKER_08: And I was just noticing on my shoes that I wear around the house all the time, which is just a pair of like clogs, my left toe has worn out because it drags.
• 31:45
  SPEAKER_08: Wow.
• 31:47
SPEAKER_08: For any of the picked on that, yeah, just right on, without a doubt.
• 31:51
SPEAKER_08: And um, yeah, I find it very difficult to stay grounded.
• 31:56
SPEAKER_08: Um the horses certainly help, but um I don't know if astrology plays into this, but I have um my Neptune is firmly planted in the eighth house, which is like the classic sign.
• 32:13
SPEAKER_08: The psychic in the hypersensitive and then open to the universe.
• 32:18
SPEAKER_08: So yeah, that's yeah, it's difficult for me to do like even pay bills, like to like the the normal things of life.
• 32:29
  SPEAKER_05: I'm blown away.
• 32:31
SPEAKER_05: Like I'm so I'm so blown away by hearing the common experiences and the differences, because I think at the core root of all of your discoveries, your findings, your observations are all the same, right?
• 32:50
  SPEAKER_05: Enlarged crown, right?
• 32:51
SPEAKER_05: Like protected heart, like solar plexus that needs a little love, grounding that needs love, the physical pains um and and challenges that Carol has.
• 33:02
SPEAKER_05: Um and then what I think is so beautiful is that each of your uniqueness rolls right on top of those beautifully.
• 33:12
SPEAKER_05: Like Heather calling out the cello, like Sarah, you talking about the flow of the energy and pushing it down and like the way that you described it and and um like having it reverse, right?
• 33:23
  SPEAKER_05: Like that's really interesting.
• 33:24
SPEAKER_05: And then some are relating it to like the cosmic energies in the light language.
• 33:28
SPEAKER_05: And I think this is um number one, proving that we are gonna pick up on a lot of the same stuff through Reiki.
• 33:35
SPEAKER_05: But number two, also your practitioner matters because the one that resonates most with you is gonna like give you, I think, an additional layer of deepening or reflection, or the one that calls to you is gonna have their own unique secret sauce about them that's gonna make your reading very unique compared to other Reiki practitioners.
• 33:57
  SPEAKER_05: Holy shit.
• 34:00
  SPEAKER_05: I don't know if I expected that.
• 34:02
  SPEAKER_05: Did anyone expect that?
• 34:04
  SPEAKER_05: I don't know.
• 34:05
  SPEAKER_05: I don't know.
• 34:09
SPEAKER_05: And and it makes sense, Carol, based on what you said, you know, feeling the feet, feeling the crown, feeling the solar plexus.
• 34:14
SPEAKER_05: So you were already picking up on um everybody doing doing it at the same like everybody's what everybody else is picking up on too.
• 34:23
SPEAKER_05: Um, as somebody who went to her first Reiki session when I was a spiritual baby and I was like, this is some bullshit.
• 34:29
SPEAKER_05: Like I this podcast episode is proving this is not some bullshit.
• 34:37
  SPEAKER_08: Wow, that's wild.
• 34:39
SPEAKER_08: I don't know what the heart wall situation is.
• 34:42
SPEAKER_08: I don't know why my heart chakra or my heart space is is so closed off, but I don't go ahead, summer.
• 34:50
  SPEAKER_01: Like pick me.
• 34:52
SPEAKER_01: Uh a little color theory that I love when doing Reiki is typically when something is out of balance, go to the opposite color.
• 35:00
SPEAKER_01: And it's probably like there's gonna be an overactive, underactive type situation there.
• 35:05
SPEAKER_01: So because your root, you need to ground, that's your red chakra.
• 35:09
SPEAKER_01: There's gonna be an imbalance in your heart, which is your green.
• 35:13
SPEAKER_01: So knowing your complementary colors is really helpful, kids.
• 35:16
SPEAKER_01: Um it's really helpful to know when there's something that's uh that's awry, then uh you can look at the opposite color.
• 35:25
SPEAKER_01: And that's also gonna give you some information about what might be out of balance.
• 35:29
  SPEAKER_08: Oh excellent.
• 35:30
SPEAKER_08: I did not know that.
• 35:32
  SPEAKER_08: Amazing.
• 35:33
  SPEAKER_05: All right.
• 35:34
SPEAKER_05: So ready to switch gears and do a collective read.
• 35:37
SPEAKER_05: Oh, and Carol's out of here.
• 35:38
SPEAKER_05: She's gonna go take a nap, everybody.
• 35:39
  SPEAKER_05: Bye, Carol.
• 35:40
  SPEAKER_05: Enjoy.
• 35:44
SPEAKER_05: Um, so we're gonna do this one quick.
• 35:46
SPEAKER_05: Let's do like a quick five because all of our energy coming in quickly should be really quick.
• 35:51
SPEAKER_05: That we shouldn't need the 10 minutes like we did with Carol.
• 35:54
SPEAKER_05: So let's do a quick five minutes with Diane.
• 35:57
SPEAKER_05: Um, and then we'll just go around, Robin, to see what are the similarities and differences in what's going on.
• 36:02
SPEAKER_05: So, first I'm just gonna have us take a deep breath in and out and set the intention that we are syncing up our energies, syncing up our intentions to provide collective healing with all of us here together, Sarah, Summer, and Heather, to provide collective healing to Diane.
• 36:20
SPEAKER_05: I think I'm in his here too, um, in this moment and see what pops up as we collectively work on her all together.
• 36:29
SPEAKER_05: And so we'll just I'll start the timer, and you're welcome to start the healing and just sit back and enjoy Diane.
• 41:40
  SPEAKER_05: That was ridiculously powerful.
• 41:43
SPEAKER_05: Um, I have my own observations, but I again I don't want to lead the witness.
• 41:47
SPEAKER_05: So Diane, how what how did it feel for you?
• 41:51
SPEAKER_05: Did you feel like they were all working on you at once?
• 41:53
SPEAKER_05: What were you picking up on?
• 41:55
SPEAKER_06: Oh, that was pretty amazing.
• 41:58
SPEAKER_06: Um yeah, it was interesting.
• 42:01
SPEAKER_06: So at the very beginning, it's just like I felt this like a bunch of hands on me just going, like, okay, let's check this all out, you know.
• 42:10
SPEAKER_06: And everybody finding like different things.
• 42:13
SPEAKER_06: Um, so like at different moments, I could tune into the the way that the energy felt.
• 42:22
SPEAKER_06: And so with summer, I felt like this weaving energy up and down my spine.
• 42:28
SPEAKER_06: And then um with Heather, I felt like this like sprinkling fairy dust kind of feeling all around me.
• 42:36
SPEAKER_06: And then um with Sarah, I I felt like this again, it's sort of like this grounding, pushing down steadiness, like holding my hips steady, like keeping me steady.
• 42:48
SPEAKER_06: And then um then at one point I just felt like this um like like the whole outer shell of me, like unzipped and fell away, and then I went woo! And it was just like this really like huge expansive, galactic, way far out there energy that was like the bigger than the universe is what it felt like.
• 43:19
  SPEAKER_05: Yep, I felt that.
• 43:21
  SPEAKER_05: Um, that's amazing.
• 43:22
SPEAKER_05: I I feel like I want to go to Sarah first.
• 43:26
SPEAKER_00: So it it's so interesting that your observation of me was grounding, um, because what I got from you, so I mean I got everybody else's energy as well, which summer holy shit.
• 43:42
  SPEAKER_00: Um holy shit.
• 43:45
SPEAKER_00: Anyway, um as I like kind of settled in and really connected to you, Diane, what I got from you was your energy just unfurling.
• 44:00
SPEAKER_00: And it it was almost like you you got a power boost from all of us, but I saw you just like grow into the earth, and I mean I I know from you that you you know you have a connection to earth and gardening and planting and things, but like you are the earth, like you are of the earth, and it was almost as though you were like this this nature goddess that had roots growing into the ground, but also up and out, and like the word I kept seeing was unfurling, and it was almost as though like your you know, your arms you had all this energy unfurling, but it also went up.
• 44:42
SPEAKER_00: And as I looked for like an area where you needed extra energy, like I didn't find it.
• 44:49
SPEAKER_00: It was you're just like such a force, and it it was the most magnificent thing I I have ever seen.
• 44:59
SPEAKER_00: Like you are just a a goddess, like that that was the energy that came from you, and it it was just mind-boggling and beautiful, and I'm so just amazed by this entire experience.
• 45:14
SPEAKER_00: It was it was so cool.
• 45:17
  SPEAKER_05: Oh, that's amazing.
• 45:19
SPEAKER_05: Um, Heather, would you what did you get?
• 45:23
  SPEAKER_05: What did you perceive?
• 45:25
SPEAKER_07: So it's interesting, Diane, that you mentioned the fairy dust.
• 45:29
SPEAKER_07: Um I well, at first when we all, you know, came together and like I just imagined you in the middle and this wind came just like swirling around you, just like this imagine sparkly snow kind of thing.
• 45:41
SPEAKER_07: And and yeah, it seemed like there is this powerful come, you know, energy coming at you.
• 45:48
SPEAKER_07: Um and yes, you totally are a tree, like you are so planted in and you are facing one direction, and it is getting cold and you are going dormant, but like you were so like connected and out there at the same time, like as above, so below.
• 46:09
SPEAKER_07: And so as you get like frozen and go dormant, like it's okay, like you are totally prepared for what is coming, and then yes, like as you saw out, like your your head like has this golden glow, and I feel like it's just like really an angelic, and um it's just I didn't I also didn't find like a specific spot that needed attention because you are just super solid, and yeah, I I felt like where Sarah was, um, there like on her side, the snow was coming like as if you were a tree, and the snow was coming in one direction, it was piling up more on that side, but like where summer was in in the vicinity, it was like it's more warm energy, and so it's like keeping you kind of like the sun is on, like like the sun was coming from that side, and then the wind was you, Nicole, and like whoosh, and and so I don't know.
• 47:09
SPEAKER_07: It was it was really cool that Sarah mentioned how you were super grounded and planted in the earth too.
• 47:18
SPEAKER_01: Oh, so go ahead, Summer, go.
• 47:20
SPEAKER_01: I'm like losing my mind blast this whole time, guys.
• 47:25
SPEAKER_01: I wrote down trunk, trunk, trunk on my paper.
• 47:29
SPEAKER_01: I have it on my paper.
• 47:31
SPEAKER_01: It says trunk, trunk, trunk.
• 47:33
SPEAKER_01: So you can't make this stuff up.
• 47:37
SPEAKER_01: Um so as we have established Diane's a tree, but I will move beyond that because since we've already established that.
• 47:45
SPEAKER_01: But I was called to your, like, because I kept hearing trunk.
• 47:48
SPEAKER_01: So I was called to your trunk.
• 47:50
SPEAKER_01: And I essentially like lobster clawed my hands at your trunk.
• 47:53
SPEAKER_01: And it's like I had to take this as appropriate, guys, but like I had to like massage your trunk to help the energy flow.
• 48:03
SPEAKER_01: And so what's really interesting is when Sarah was talking about like unzipping and like stepping out, or do you did you someone said unzipping and stepping out as like this new energy?
• 48:15
SPEAKER_01: There was this newborn energy.
• 48:17
SPEAKER_01: And the image I got, which, you know, Disney references always for me, was from 101 Dalmatians when the puppy, uh, when he was trying to bring it back to life and he's like massaging it, it was this this like bringing life force in by massaging the puppy.
• 48:32
SPEAKER_01: Um, I was feeling that with you.
• 48:34
SPEAKER_01: Like I needed to energetically massage to spread out all of the energy within you because it's new, it's fresh, and it's so divine.
• 48:46
  SPEAKER_01: It was beautiful.
• 48:47
SPEAKER_01: And I actually saw like images of like your chakras.
• 48:52
SPEAKER_01: Like I saw your throat chakra like open up and the liquid of the blue was like moving to your crown.
• 48:57
SPEAKER_01: Your heart chakra was like a bucket pouring down, like moving down towards your root.
• 49:02
SPEAKER_01: And then it would like elevate back up.
• 49:04
SPEAKER_01: It's like your chakras were moving around your body, which I've never seen before.
• 49:09
  SPEAKER_01: So that was wild.
• 49:11
SPEAKER_01: Um, but I I always like to give my people a little takeaway, something, something for you that I would really recommend with this, with this new energy and like stimulating this new growth, this unfurling would be like do get your feet above your head, like either feet up the wall, do like self-massage moving energy from like from like hands to shoulders are moving up your your core.
• 49:36
SPEAKER_01: It just feels like um on a on a more physical level, like lymphatic drainage, like getting everything moving and evened out uh because it's it wants to go somewhere and it's so full of life, and it was really cool.
• 49:52
  SPEAKER_05: That's wild.
• 49:53
  SPEAKER_05: I I I cannot believe the similarities.
• 49:56
SPEAKER_05: And as somebody who um I feel like I was half in, half out.
• 50:00
SPEAKER_05: Um, I could just feel at the very beginning the huge amplified energy all of you brought at once.
• 50:05
SPEAKER_05: Like it felt externally very different than Carol's experience.
• 50:09
SPEAKER_05: I could feel the palpable energy and and it because it's not one, two, three, it was exponential in terms of the level of energy.
• 50:19
SPEAKER_05: And like I was over here, I had thank God I was on mute.
• 50:22
  SPEAKER_05: I was like burping.
• 50:23
SPEAKER_05: My stomach was like churning, like the energy was moving, um, which is what happens to me when we go through this stuff.
• 50:29
SPEAKER_05: And it felt really, really fast.
• 50:31
SPEAKER_05: And then at some point, and I think it's the unfurling, I think it's everything you're mentioning, it felt like, you know, how like a piece of steak or something gets stuck in your throat, and you're like, and then you push it down.
• 50:41
SPEAKER_05: Like that's what it felt like.
• 50:41
SPEAKER_05: It felt like this release, um, this liquidy, gorgeous release.
• 50:46
SPEAKER_05: And and as we got closer to the end, the energy felt so integrated and light and easy.
• 50:54
SPEAKER_05: And so it was really interesting, Diana, because I feel like it was an integration of this big expansive energy and like bringing it back and making sure it all it's like repacking everything in your body like Lego and making it make sense together, but it's still the same energy, but now it's compact and it makes sense.
• 51:11
SPEAKER_05: Like that's what I was kind of feeling on my end.
• 51:13
SPEAKER_05: So that was so freaking cool.
• 51:15
  SPEAKER_05: That was so freaking.
• 51:16
SPEAKER_05: I'm I'm probably gonna take an entire podcast episode and digest how I'm processing this.
• 51:20
  SPEAKER_05: But go ahead, Summer.
• 51:22
SPEAKER_01: I just wanted to say something too, from practitioner standpoint and how it felt really different.
• 51:27
SPEAKER_01: Cause usually when I'm by myself, I my hands are moving all over the place.
• 51:31
  SPEAKER_01: Like I'm moving a lot.
• 51:33
SPEAKER_01: But with this one, I felt my hands were locked on either side of me because I felt like I was connecting direct connection to Sarah, direct connection to Heather.
• 51:41
SPEAKER_01: And it's like my hands were completely locked in place and they did not move.
• 51:45
SPEAKER_01: And I thought that was so interesting because I felt like I would get antsy and want to move around, but it was like I was locked into their energy.
• 51:51
SPEAKER_01: So that was just really cool to feel that.
• 51:55
SPEAKER_00: I would agree with you, Summer.
• 51:56
SPEAKER_00: It was really, it felt very different from practitioner standpoint.
• 52:00
SPEAKER_00: It like the amplification of the energy was a lot.
• 52:06
SPEAKER_00: Um, and so having your energy and Heather's energy and Nicole's energy, which I mean, each of your energy signatures felt so different, but having all of us combined and sending that collective energy to Diane, like it wasn't like focusing necessarily on specific body points like you would one-on-one.
• 52:29
SPEAKER_00: It yeah, it was wild.
• 52:31
  unknown: It was wild.
• 52:32
  SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh.
• 52:34
SPEAKER_05: I um any last words, Diane?
• 52:37
  SPEAKER_05: I don't know.
• 52:37
SPEAKER_05: I want to ask you anything.
• 52:39
SPEAKER_06: Oh, that was just so amazing.
• 52:41
SPEAKER_06: And it's it's interesting to hear everybody else's points of view because as you each have been talking, I'm like, yeah, right.
• 52:49
  SPEAKER_06: I felt that too.
• 52:51
  SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
• 52:53
SPEAKER_06: Yeah, that was really powerful.
• 52:57
  SPEAKER_05: This was wild.
• 52:58
SPEAKER_05: Um, I know we sprinted through recording this episode.
• 53:01
SPEAKER_05: I could sit and talk to you all for another hour.
• 53:03
  SPEAKER_05: I know, I know.
• 53:05
SPEAKER_05: Um, feel free, because I know we're gonna have to drop in a second.
• 53:08
SPEAKER_05: Feel free if you have any like post ideas or things that pop up, feel free to pop me a video or a voice voice note or something.
• 53:15
SPEAKER_05: And I'm happy to share that on the podcast too, because I really think I'm gonna take this and I'm gonna like sit with all of your energy, all your responses, and really like think about the similarities and differences between all of these and like summarize it.
• 53:28
SPEAKER_05: Um, but I just want to thank you all for being here and participating in this freaking incredible experiment with me.
• 53:35
SPEAKER_05: I feel like next time I'm gonna give a lot more space to us thinking and digesting and conversing about it.
• 53:40
SPEAKER_05: But holy shit, this was so eye-opening.
• 53:44
SPEAKER_05: Like, I'm gonna think about this hour for the next like month and be like, what just happened?
• 53:50
  SPEAKER_05: God, Sarah.
• 53:51
SPEAKER_00: No, I would have just yeah, for sure.
• 53:55
SPEAKER_00: I I have so much additional information that I'm going to share.
• 53:59
SPEAKER_00: So I'm I'm gonna send you a video um of my observations of everybody's energy and what I picked up because it this this was not enough time for us to go through every little bit.
• 54:10
  SPEAKER_00: There's there's so much.
• 54:11
SPEAKER_05: So do we want to reconvene and talk about it?
• 54:14
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think it might be a good idea.
• 54:17
SPEAKER_00: I think we could get some good stuff.
• 54:19
SPEAKER_05: All right, let me we'll find some time.
• 54:20
SPEAKER_05: Write down your notes so you don't lose track of it because I'm like Heather, I would lose it.
• 54:24
SPEAKER_05: Um, and we'll get this group together to like decompress and be like, what the fuck was that?
• 54:30
SPEAKER_05: What just that sounds amazing.
• 54:31
  SPEAKER_05: I'm totally in.
• 54:32
SPEAKER_05: Uh thank you all for being here again.
• 54:35
SPEAKER_05: Everyone, check the show notes.
• 54:37
SPEAKER_05: Um, go follow all of these amazing fucking women on social media book sessions with them.
• 54:42
SPEAKER_05: They're obviously so fucking talented.
• 54:44
SPEAKER_05: Um, and we will all be back to chat and digest this all with you soon.
• 54:49
  SPEAKER_05: Stay tuned.
• 54:50
  SPEAKER_05: Thanks, everybody.
• 54:51
  SPEAKER_05: Thank you.
• 54:52
  SPEAKER_05: Thank you.
• 54:53
  SPEAKER_05: Bye.
