- 0:00Chapter ninety eight, self indulgence of sinners, sin originated by Man, all
- 0:07sin recorded in Heaven Woes for the Sinners, chapter ninety eight. And now
- 0:13I swear unto you, to the wise and to the foolish, For ye
- 0:16shall have manifold experiences on the earth. For ye men shall put on more
- 0:21adornments than a woman, and colored garments, more than a virgin. In
- 0:26royalty, and in grandeur, and in power, and in silver, and
- 0:31in gold, and in purple, and in splendor, and in food,
- 0:35they shall be poured out as water. Therefore they shall be wanting in doctrine
- 0:40and wisdom, and they shall perish thereby, together with their possessions, and
- 0:44with all their glory and their splendor, And in shame, and in slaughter,
- 0:49and in great destitution, their spirits shall be cast into the furnace of
- 0:53fire. I have sworn unto you, ye sinners. As a mountain has
- 0:58not become a slave to hill, does not become the handmaid of a woman.
- 1:02Even so sin has not been sent upon the earth, but Man of
- 1:07himself has created it. And under a great curse shall they fall who commit
- 1:11it. And barrenness has not been given to the woman but on account of
- 1:15the deeds of her own hands, she dies without children. I have sworn
- 1:21unto you, ye sinners, by the Holy Great One, that all your
- 1:25evil deeds are revealed in the heavens, and that none of your deeds of
- 1:29oppression are covered and hidden. And do not think in your spirit, nor
- 1:33say in your heart that ye do not know, and that you do not
- 1:36see. That every sin is every day recorded in heaven in the presence of
- 1:40the Most High. From henceforth ye know that all your oppression, wherewith ye
- 1:46oppress, is written down every day till the day of your judgment. Woe
- 1:51to you, ye fools, for through your folly shall ye perish, and
- 1:55ye transgress against the wise and so good. Hap shall not be your poor.
- 2:00And now know ye that ye are prepared for the day of destruction.
- 2:05Wherefore do not hope to live, ye sinners, but ye shall depart and
- 2:08die, for ye know no ransom, for ye are prepared for the day
- 2:14of the Great Judgment, for the day of tribulation and great shame for your
- 2:16spirits. Woe to you, ye obstinate of heart, who work wickedness and
- 2:22eat blood. Whence have ye good things to eat and to drink and to
- 2:27be filled from all the good things which the Lord the Most High has placed
- 2:30in abundance on the earth. Therefore ye shall have no peace. Woe to
- 2:36you who love the deeds of unrighteousness. Wherefore do ye hope for good hap
- 2:40unto yourselves, Know that ye shall be delivered into the hands of the righteous,
- 2:46and they shall cut off your necks and slay you, and have no
- 2:49mercy upon you. Woe to you who rejoice in the tribulation of the righteous,
- 2:53for no grave shall be dug for you. Woe to you who said
- 2:58at naught the words of the righteous, for ye shall have no hope of
- 3:01life. Woe to you who write down, lying in godless words, for
- 3:07they write down their lives that men may hear them enact godlessly towards their neighbor.
- 3:12Therefore they shall have no peace, but die a sudden death. Chapter
- 3:16ninety nine. Woes pronounced on the godless, the lawbreakers, evil plight of
- 3:23sinners in the last days. Further woes Chapter ninety nine. Woe to you
- 3:29who were godlessness and glory in lying and extol them, Ye shall perish,
- 3:34and no happy life shall be yours. Woe to them who pervert the words
- 3:38of a brightness and transgress the eternal law, and transform themselves into what they
- 3:44were not, into sinners, they shall be trodden underfoot upon the earth.
- 3:49In those days. Make ready, ye righteous, to raise your prayers as
- 3:53a memorial, and place them as a testimony before the angels, that they
- 3:57may place the sin of the sinners for a memorial before the most High.
- 4:01In those days, the nations shall be stirred up, and the families of
- 4:05the nations shall arise on the day of destruction. And in those days the
- 4:11destitute shall go forth and carry off their children, and they shall abandon them,
- 4:15so that their children shall perish through them. Yea, they shall abandon
- 4:18their children that are still sucklings, and not return to them, and shall
- 4:23have no pity on their beloved ones. And again I swear to you,
- 4:28ye sinners, that sin is prepared for a day of unceasing bloodshed. And
- 4:32they who worship stones and grave images of gold and silver, and wood and
- 4:38stone and clay, and those who worship in pure spirits and demons and all
- 4:44kinds of idols not according to knowledge, shall get no manner of help from
- 4:47them. And they shall become godless by reason of the folly of their hearts,
- 4:53and their eyes shall be blinded through the fear of their hearts, and
- 4:56through visions in their dreams. Through these they shall become godless and fearful.
- 5:01For they shall have wrought all their work in a lie, and shall have
- 5:05worshiped a stone. Therefore, in an instant shall they perish. But in
- 5:11those days blessed are all they who accept the words of wisdom and understand them,
- 5:15and observe the paths of the Most High, and walk in the path
- 5:19of His righteousness, and become not godless with the godless, for they shall
- 5:24be saved. Woe to you who spread evil to your neighbors, for ye
- 5:29shall be slain in Shiel. Woe to you who make deceitful and false measures,
- 5:33and to them who cause bitterness on the earth, for they shall thereby
- 5:38be utterly consumed. Woe to you who build your houses through the grievous toil
- 5:44of others, and all their building materials are the bricks and stones of sin.
- 5:48I tell you ye shall have no peace. Woe to them who reject
- 5:54the measure and eternal heritage of their fathers, and whose souls follow after idols,
- 5:59for they shall have no rest. Woe to them who work on righteousness
- 6:02and help oppression, and slay their neighbors, until the day of the Great
- 6:06Judgment, For he shall cast down your glory and bring affliction on your hearts,
- 6:12and shall arouse his fierce indignation and destroy you all with the sword,
- 6:16and all the holy and righteous shall remember your sins. Chapter one hundred.
- 6:23The sinners destroy each other judgment of the fallen angels, the safety of the
- 6:28righteous further woes for the sinners. Chapter one hundred. And in those days,
- 6:33in one place, the fathers, together with their sons, shall be
- 6:36smitten, and brothers one with another, shall fall in death till the streams
- 6:42flow with their blood. For a man shall not withhold his hand from slaying
- 6:46his sons and his son's sons, and the sinner shall not withhold his hand
- 6:50from his honored brother. From dawn till sunset, they shall slay one another,
- 6:57and the horse shall walk up to the breast in the blood of selin,
- 7:00and the chariot shall be submerged to its height. In those days,
- 7:04the angels shall descend into the secret places and gather together into one place,
- 7:10all those who brought down sin, and the Most High will arise on that
- 7:14day of judgment to execute great judgment amongst sinners and over all the righteous and
- 7:19holy. He will appoint guardians from amongst the holy angels to guard them as
- 7:25the apple of an eye, until he makes an end of all wickedness and
- 7:29all sin. And though the righteous sleep a long sleep, they have naught
- 7:33to fear. And then the children of the youths shall see the wise in
- 7:38security, and shall understand all the words of this book, and recognize that
- 7:43their riches shall not be able to save them in the overthrow of their sins.
- 7:47Woe to you, sinners, on the day of strong anguish ye who
- 7:51afflict the righteous and burn them with fire, Ye shall be requited according to
- 7:57your works. Woe to you, ye obstinate of heart, who watch in
- 8:01order to devise wickedness. Therefore shall fear come upon you, and there shall
- 8:05be none to help you. Woe to you, ye, sinners, on
- 8:09account of the words of your mouth, and on account of the deeds of
- 8:13your hands, which your godlessness has wrought em blazing flames burning worse than fire,
- 8:18shall ye burn. And now know ye that from the angels he will
- 8:24inquire as to your deeds in heaven, from the sun and from the moon,
- 8:30and from the stars, in reference to your sins. Because upon the
- 8:33earth ye execute judgment on the righteous. And he will summon to testify against
- 8:39you every cloud and mist, and dew and rain, for they shall all
- 8:43be withheld because of you, from descending upon you, and they shall be
- 8:48mindful of your sins. And now give presents to the rain, that it
- 8:52be not withheld from descending upon you, Nor yet the dew, when it
- 8:58has received gold and silver from you you, that it may descend. When
- 9:01the hoar, frost and snow with their chilliness, and all the snow storms
- 9:05with all their plagues, fall upon you in those days, ye shall not
- 9:09be able to stand before them. Chapter one hundred and one exhortation to the
- 9:15fear of God. All nature fears him, but not the sinners. Chapter
- 9:20one hundred and one. Observe the heaven, ye children of Heaven, and
- 9:24every work of the Most High, and fear ye him, and work no
- 9:28evil in his presence. If he closes the windows of heaven and withholds the
- 9:33rain and the dew from descending on the earth on your account, what will
- 9:37ye do then, And if he sends his anger upon you because of your
- 9:41deeds, ye cannot petition him, for ye spake proud and insolent words against
- 9:46his righteousness. Therefore ye shall have no peace. And see ye not the
- 9:50sailors of the ships, how their ships are tossed to and fro by the
- 9:54waves, and are shaken by the winds, and are in sore trouble.
- 9:58And therefore they fear, because all their goodly possessions go upon the sea with
- 10:03them, and they have evil forebodings of heart, that the sea will swallow
- 10:07them and they will perish Therein are not the entire sea and all its waters,
- 10:11and all its movements the work of the Most High? And has he
- 10:16not set limits to its doings and confined it throughout by the sand? And
- 10:22at his reproof, it is afraid and dries up, and all its fish
- 10:26dye, and all that is in it. But ye sinners that are on
- 10:30the earth fear him not. Has He not made the heaven and the earth
- 10:33and all that is therein, who has given understanding and wisdom to everything that
- 10:39moves on the earth and in the sea. Do not the sailors of the
- 10:41ships fear the sea, Yet sinners fear not the most High Chapter one hundred
- 10:48and two. Terrors of the Day of Judgment, the adverse fortunes of the
- 10:52Righteous on the Earth Chapter one hundred and two. In those days when he
- 10:58hath brought a grievous fire upon you, whither will you flee? And where
- 11:01will ye find deliverance? And when he launches forth his word against you,
- 11:05will you not be affrighted and fear? And all the luminaries shall be affrighted
- 11:11with great fear, And all the earth shall be affrighted and tremble and be
- 11:13alarmed. And all the angels shall execute their commands and shall seek to hide
- 11:20themselves from the presence of the Great Glory, and all the children of earth
- 11:24shall tremble and quake. And ye sinners shall be cursed forever, and ye
- 11:28shall have no peace. Fear ye not, ye souls of the righteous.
- 11:33And be hopeful, ye that have died in righteousness, And grieve not if
- 11:37your soul into shioul has descended in grief, and that in your life your
- 11:41body fared not according to your goodness. But wait for the day of the
- 11:46judgment of sinners, and for the day of cursing and chastisement. And yet
- 11:50when ye die, the sinners speak over you. As we die, so
- 11:54die the righteous. And what benefit do they reap for their deeds? Behold,
- 12:00even as we so do, they die in grief and darkness. And
- 12:03what have they more than we? From henceforth we are equal? And what
- 12:07will they receive? And what will they see? Forever? Behold, they
- 12:11too have died, and henceforth forever they shall see no light. I tell
- 12:16you, ye, sinners, ye are content to eat and drink, and
- 12:20rob and sin, and strip men naked, and acquire wealth and see good
- 12:24days? Have ye seen the righteous? How their end falls out? That
- 12:30no manner of violence is found in them till their death. Nevertheless, they
- 12:33perished and became as though they had not been, and their spirits descended into
- 12:39shiol. In Tribulation, Chapter one hundred and three, Different destinies of the
- 12:43righteous and the sinners, Fresh objections of the sinners Chapter one hundred and three.
- 12:50Now, therefore I swear to you the righteous, by the glory of
- 12:54the great and honored and mighty one in Dominion, and by his greatness.
- 12:58I swear to you I know a mystery, and have read the heavenly tablets,
- 13:03and have seen the Holy books, and have found written therein and inscribed
- 13:07regarding them, that all goodness and joy and glory are prepared for them,
- 13:11and written down for the spirits of those who have died in righteousness, and
- 13:16that manifold good shall be given to you in recompense for your labors, and
- 13:20that your lot is abundantly beyond the lot of the living, and the spirits
- 13:26of you who have died in righteousness shall live and rejoice, and their spirits
- 13:31shall not perish, nor their memorial from before the face of the Great One,
- 13:35unto all the generations of the world, wherefore no longer fear their contumely.
- 13:41Woe to you, ye sinners, when ye have died, If ye
- 13:43die in the wealth of your sins, and those who are like you,
- 13:48say regarding you, blessed are the sinners. They have seen all their days,
- 13:52and how they have died in prosperity and in wealth, and have not
- 13:56seen tribulation or murder in their life, And they have died in honor,
- 14:00and judgment has not been executed on them during their life. Know ye that
- 14:05their souls will be made to descend into shil and they shall be wretched in
- 14:09their great tribulation, And into darkness and chains and a burning flame, where
- 14:15there is grievous judgment shall your spirits enter, And the great judgment shall be
- 14:20for all the generations of the world. Woe to you, for ye shall
- 14:24have no peace. Say not in regard to the righteous and good who are
- 14:28in life. In our troubled days, we have toiled laboriously and experienced every
- 14:33trouble, and met with much evil, and been consumed, and have become
- 14:37few, and our spirit small. And we have been destroyed, and have
- 14:41not found any to help us even with a word. We have been tortured
- 14:46and destroyed, and not hoped to see life from day to day. We
- 14:52hoped to be the head, and have become the tail. We've toiled laboriously
- 14:56and had no satisfaction in our toil, and we have become the food of
- 15:01the sinners and the unrighteous. And they have laid their yoke heavily upon us.
- 15:05They have had dominion over us that hated us and smote us. And
- 15:09to those that hated us, we have bowed our necks, but they pitied
- 15:13us. Not we desired to get away from them, that we might escape
- 15:16and be at rest, but found no place whereunto we should flee and be
- 15:20safe from them. And our complained to the rulers in our tribulation, and
- 15:26cried out against those who devoured us, But they did not attend to our
- 15:30cries, and would not harken to our voice. And they helped those who
- 15:33robbed us and devoured us, and those who made us few. And they
- 15:39concealed their oppression, and they did not remove from us the yoke of those
- 15:41that devoured us and dispersed us and murdered us. And they concealed their murder,
- 15:48and remembered not that they had lifted up their hands against us. Chapter
- 15:52one hundred and four Assurances given to the righteous, admonitions to sinners and the
- 15:58falsifiers of the Word of uprightness. Chapter one hundred and four. I swear
- 16:03unto you that in heaven the angels remember you for good before the glory of
- 16:07the Great One, and your names are written before the glory of the Great
- 16:11One. Be hopeful. For afore time ye were put to shame through ill
- 16:15and affliction. But now ye shall shine as the lights of heaven. You
- 16:21shall shine, and you shall be seen, and the portals of heaven shall
- 16:25be open to you, and in your cry cry for judgment, and it
- 16:29shall appear to you, for all your tribulation shall be visited, on the
- 16:33rulers, and on all who helped those who plundered you. Be hopeful,
- 16:37and cast not away your hopes, for ye shall have great joy as the
- 16:41angels of heaven. What shall ye be obliged to do. You shall not
- 16:45have to hide on the day of the great Judgment, and you shall not
- 16:48be found as sinners, And the eternal judgment shall be far from you for
- 16:53all the generations of the world. And now fear not ye righteous, when
- 16:59ye see see the sinners growing strong and prospering in their ways, Be not
- 17:03companions with them, but keep afar from their violence, For ye shall become
- 17:07companions of the hosts of heaven. And although ye sinners say all our sins
- 17:14shall not be searched out and be written down, nevertheless they shall write down
- 17:18all your sins every day. And now I show unto you that light and
- 17:23darkness day and night see all your sins. Be not godless in your hearts,
- 17:29and lie not and alter not the words of uprightness, nor charge with
- 17:33lying the words of the Holy Great One, nor take account of your idols.
- 17:38For all your lying and all your godlessness issue not in righteousness, but
- 17:44in great sin. And now I know this mystery, that sinners will alter
- 17:48and pervert the words of righteousness in many ways, and will speak wicked words,
- 17:52and lie and practice great deceits, and write books concerning their words.
- 17:59But when they write down truthfully all my words in their languages, and do
- 18:03not change or minish aught from my words, but write them all down truthfully,
- 18:07all that I first testified concerning them, then I know another mystery,
- 18:12that books will be given to the righteous and the wise to become a cause
- 18:17of joy and uprightness and much wisdom. And to them shall the books be
- 18:21given, and they shall believe in them and rejoice over them. And then
- 18:25shall all the righteous who have learnt there from all the paths of uprightness be
- 18:29recompensed. Chapter one hundred and five. God and the Messiah to dwell with
- 18:34man Chapter one hundred and five. In those days the Lord bid them to
- 18:40summon and testify to the children of earth concerning their wisdom. Show it unto
- 18:45them, for ye are their guides, and a recompense over the whole earth,
- 18:48for I and my son will be united with them forever in the paths
- 18:53of uprightness in their lives, and ye shall have peace. Rejoice, ye
- 18:57children of Uprightness. Amen. And of Section sixteen
