  Speaker 1: better is you. Steve Harvey with some closing remarks, what

  Speaker 1: do you have for us today?

  Speaker 2: Well, you know, I kind of wanted to share something
• 0:18
  Speaker 2: with you all that I was doing my meditation. I
• 0:21
  Speaker 2: was reading this morning and it hit me because I've
• 0:27
  Speaker 2: often said, you know, after a show or something, I
• 0:30
  Speaker 2: was just you know, sometimes I just try to say
• 0:33
  Speaker 2: some positive people. And one time I was talking after
• 0:36
  Speaker 2: the show and I told people, I said, you know,
• 0:39
  Speaker 2: there's a scripture that quotes something to this effect that
• 0:43
  Speaker 2: God comes to give you life and give you life
• 0:46
  Speaker 2: more abundantly. And so I said, that's what began. The

  Speaker 2: process of me asking for my abundance was because of
• 0:54
  Speaker 2: this scripture. And I just don't think this is just
• 0:57
  Speaker 2: my walk with Him, that as a Christian or believe
• 1:01
  Speaker 2: or a person of faith, that you should have to
• 1:05
  Speaker 2: struggle through everything. You're going to have challenges, You're going
• 1:09
  Speaker 2: to have struggles, but in every aspect of your life.
• 1:12
  Speaker 2: I mean, come on, something has to change for you.
• 1:15
  Speaker 2: And so in the scripture was saying that he comes
• 1:18
  Speaker 2: to give you life and give you life more abundantly.

  Speaker 2: I always thought that the abundance that he was talking
• 1:26
  Speaker 2: about was material things, financial, blessings, you know, things of
• 1:35
  Speaker 2: that nature. But I've learned recently through my studies that
• 1:41
  Speaker 2: he comes to give you abundant life does not just
• 1:44
  Speaker 2: mean things. It means peace of mind. It means awareness
• 1:50
  Speaker 2: of all his goodness. It means not worrying about tomorrow
• 1:56
  Speaker 2: or having regrets about the past, which issues out a
• 2:00
  Speaker 2: lot of a lot of wasted energy. It means things
• 2:08
  Speaker 2: like that that he's present in your life, that you're
• 2:12
  Speaker 2: aware of all the good things, that your eyes are
• 2:15
  Speaker 2: open to all he's done for you. And the big
• 2:20
  Speaker 2: part of it is that he gives you your daily bread,
• 2:23
  Speaker 2: that today is a very very special day, and because
• 2:28
  Speaker 2: it's unlike any other day you've ever had, and He's
• 2:32
  Speaker 2: given you a new day. So when it comes to
• 2:35
  Speaker 2: talking about an abundant life, I had to stop thinking
• 2:39
  Speaker 2: that it was just talking about things or money and objects,
• 2:43
  Speaker 2: innate objects, that really he's talking about an abundant life
• 2:47
  Speaker 2: through having a peace of mind, to having a realization
• 2:50
  Speaker 2: that you have a companion who is not only your friend,
• 2:54
  Speaker 2: but he's also your king, you know, your sovereign lord.

  Speaker 2: That's what he means by abundant life, that you come
• 3:03
  Speaker 2: to the realization that you're not alone in this matter.
• 3:06
  Speaker 2: You come to the understanding that you have a very
• 3:10
  Speaker 2: present help if you just invited me in, that can
• 3:13
  Speaker 2: help you deal, cope, handle, and understand anything that happens
• 3:18
  Speaker 2: in your life. That's what I came to the conclusion
• 3:23
  Speaker 2: that having a life and having life more abundantly stood for.

  Speaker 2: And once I came to this realization, it opened up
• 3:31
  Speaker 2: a whole nother way of thinking for me, because it's
• 3:35
  Speaker 2: just an amazing thing when you understand that you can
• 3:39
  Speaker 2: have a say so in today and all you have
• 3:42
  Speaker 2: to do is worry about today. I mean, concern yourself
• 3:45
  Speaker 2: with today's matters and don't worry about tomorrow, and don't
• 3:50
  Speaker 2: show no regrets for the past, and you can have
• 3:53
  Speaker 2: a life of abundance because you will now be living
• 3:56
  Speaker 2: in the moment, in the presence, and you'll have his
• 3:59
  Speaker 2: presence because you invited to me in even closer. That's
• 4:02
  Speaker 2: what I learned about the abundant life, that it doesn't
• 4:06
  Speaker 2: just mean monetary or physical things, that it actually means
• 4:11
  Speaker 2: peace of mind, presence, a very present help in the
• 4:16
  Speaker 2: time of trouble, a relationship, someone who gets it, who's
• 4:21
  Speaker 2: always there. That's what that means. And that's what I
• 4:24
  Speaker 2: wanted you all to think about today. So when you
• 4:27
  Speaker 2: ask God to give you life and he promised to
• 4:30
  Speaker 2: give you life and give it to you more abundantly,
• 4:32
  Speaker 2: think about what the whole abundant thing is really about.
• 4:36
  Speaker 2: I wasted a lot of time thinking it was just
• 4:38
  Speaker 2: a reference to finances or money or you know, it's not.
• 4:45
  Speaker 2: It's so much more. And today I had an abundant
• 4:49
  Speaker 2: life because today I didn't worry about tomorrow and today,
• 4:54
  Speaker 2: because that's burden yourself with something you can't do nothing about.
• 4:58
  Speaker 2: And I didn't worry half on, no regret for my
• 5:00
  Speaker 2: former life, Tada. I had an abundant day today and
• 5:06
  Speaker 2: it caused me to realize, really, man, you bless you
• 5:09
  Speaker 2: got an abundant life. That's what I wanted to share
• 5:12
  Speaker 2: with you. Those my clothing remarks today. Wow, I got

  Speaker 2: a little time on the back end, but that's what
• 5:17
  Speaker 2: I really I just wanted to share that with you.

  Speaker 2: gives you peace of mind for today. He gives you

  Speaker 2: awareness of His presence for today, and therefore it gives

  Speaker 2: you a total and then it causes you to be
• 5:50
  Speaker 2: grateful for what you have today, and it opens up
• 5:53
  Speaker 2: your eyes to everything that's happening in your world right now.

  Speaker 2: Because by worrying, I watched it, Sureley Luke twelve and

  Speaker 2: by worrying you cannot add one hour too? So by
