Albany Teen Charged After Weapon Incident | Albany News
A 22-year-old Albany man, Nasir Smith, is facing serious charges after allegedly pulling a gun on two women during an argument late Thursday night. Police responded to a weapon call near Elm Street and Delaware Avenue, apprehending Smith on the scene. Detectives later found a loaded firearm at his residence. He’s charged with two counts of Second-Degree Menacing, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child — a particularly heavy charge when involving youth.
