- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, Karen.
- 0:01Speaker 2: Hey.
- 0:02Speaker 3: Hey.
- 0:02Speaker 1: What's going on?
- 0:04Speaker 2: So I need some advice.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Okay.
- 0:08Speaker 3: Okay.
- 0:08Speaker 2: So funny story. My aunt died, but that's not the
- 0:12Speaker 2: funny part. That is funny.
- 0:13Speaker 1: So my aunt died, and she rode horses with her.
- 0:16Speaker 3: Friends, and it was her wish that.
- 0:24Speaker 2: That her ashes would be spread off of horseback in
- 0:27Speaker 2: the pasture that they used to ride in together, which
- 0:29Speaker 2: is a really great, majestic thought. But as a horseman
- 0:36Speaker 2: and a photographer for 25-plus years, it's kind of like
- 0:40Speaker 2: when someone comes to you and says, I want a
- 0:43Speaker 2: photo shoot done with me in my wedding gown. It's
- 0:47Speaker 2: not a good idea. It's a you-know-what show waiting to happen.
- 0:53Speaker 2: So I kind of figured this was going to happen
- 0:56Speaker 2: until I got my phone ready to video this because
- 1:00Speaker 2: I was not going to miss it. And it was
- 1:02Speaker 2: also a chance for me to say I was right.
- 1:04Speaker 2: So I wanted to make sure that.
- 1:06Speaker 3: Was on video too. But what do you think is
- 1:07Speaker 3: going to go wrong? A wind gust or something like that?
- 1:09Speaker 2: Anything like anything from a plastic bag in the background
- 1:15Speaker 2: moving to a squirrel fart to any possible movement at
- 1:21Speaker 2: all that could... disrupt this horse's thought pattern as being
- 1:26Speaker 2: a decent animal. So especially when the woman gets on
- 1:31Speaker 2: the horse and right when she's getting on the horse,
- 1:32Speaker 2: she says to me, I just got this horse two
- 1:35Speaker 2: weeks ago and this is only my fifth time riding.
- 1:37Speaker 2: Hold on, let me press record. Let me make sure
- 1:41Speaker 2: I have this on record. And long story short, it
- 1:44Speaker 2: happened the way exactly the way that I thought it
- 1:46Speaker 2: was going to happen. Um, The bag of ashes or
- 1:50Speaker 2: whatever touched the horse wrong, and it kind of saw
- 1:52Speaker 2: it out of the corner of its eye, and it
- 1:54Speaker 2: started bucking, and the lady fell off.
- 1:57Speaker 4: Oh, no.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Is she okay?
- 1:59Speaker 2: She's fine.
- 1:59Speaker 5: Okay.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Yeah, she's totally fine. She's totally fine. So my question is,
- 2:04Speaker 2: I really, really want to post it.
- 2:06Speaker 4: Yes.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Because it's hilarious.
- 2:07Speaker 3: Yes.
- 2:07Speaker 2: And my aunt would have thought that it was hilarious
- 2:11Speaker 2: that her ashes ended up all over this– horse and
- 2:14Speaker 2: that her friend was on the ground it's funny it's
- 2:17Speaker 2: funny it's funny but um i'm not sure that the
- 2:22Speaker 2: lady has that kind of sense of humor the one
- 2:25Speaker 2: that fell and she's not a huge fan of mine
- 2:29Speaker 2: anyway so i kind of want to do it in
- 2:33Speaker 2: spite but i also kind of want to be respectful
- 2:36Speaker 2: a little bit it never shows her face never shows
- 2:39Speaker 2: her face you can't really identify her she would know
- 2:43Speaker 2: obviously And the people that were there would know.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Well, let me ask you this. Can you give it
- 2:48Speaker 1: to us and we post it?
- 2:51Speaker 2: Please. Maybe.
- 2:55Speaker 5: Well, what the heck? It's not like they're going to know.
- 2:57Speaker 5: And then you could just repost it and be like, oh,
- 2:59Speaker 5: my God.
- 2:59Speaker 2: It would be much more obvious for her to get
- 3:02Speaker 2: a hold of that. viewing of social media i know
- 3:08Speaker 2: that it's her than that what i did that's kind
- 3:10Speaker 2: of like going way bigger than just.
- 3:12Speaker 4: It's your aunt it's your aunt yeah what's her relationship
- 3:16Speaker 4: darn it like with your aunt is this just like
- 3:18Speaker 4: one of your aunt's friends or.
- 3:19Speaker 2: What yes it was a good friend of hers that
- 3:21Speaker 2: she rode horseback with i think.
- 3:24Speaker 4: Family trumps friends yeah i think you know i also
- 3:28Speaker 4: think if she told you if she said something to
- 3:30Speaker 4: you she said hey don't post it on her own.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Oh, she did.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Oh, damn it.
- 3:35Speaker 3: Oh, no.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Okay, okay.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Damn it.
- 3:37Speaker 3: No, that was right after.
- 3:38Speaker 2: But wait, wait, wait. That was right after the incident.
- 3:41Speaker 2: That was like she was still trying to catch her
- 3:43Speaker 2: breath and see that she didn't break anything. Like she's
- 3:46Speaker 2: like jokingly kind of like, oh, God, don't post that
- 3:50Speaker 2: on social media.
- 3:51Speaker 4: Okay.
- 3:51Speaker 3: You know what I mean?
- 3:52Speaker 1: Didn't she ask her?
- 3:53Speaker 3: Think it was hilarious? Would your aunt love it? That's
- 3:55Speaker 3: what she said.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:56Speaker 4: He would.
- 3:57Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure she did that.
- 3:59Speaker 4: Right.
- 4:00Speaker 1: That was your aunt. That was your aunt slapping the
- 4:02Speaker 1: horse's ass.
- 4:02Speaker 3: So you got to do it. Yeah.
- 4:03Speaker 5: Yeah. I think if the girl said the laughing only
- 4:05Speaker 5: don't post that, you should say, Hey, I've been thinking
- 4:07Speaker 5: about it.
- 4:07Speaker 1: I'd like to post that video. Are you cool with that?
- 4:09Speaker 1: I think it'd be funny. John Jane rich.
- 4:10Speaker 3: What? But what if the friend says, no, you can't
- 4:12Speaker 3: post it.
- 4:13Speaker 5: How much time has passed? And you say, John Jane
- 4:16Speaker 5: rich really liked the post. I talked to them. They
- 4:17Speaker 5: really want to post it. It'd be great. I'd really
- 4:19Speaker 5: like to do it. I think you asked.
- 4:21Speaker 2: It's been, it's been about three weeks. Um, I've, It's
- 4:25Speaker 2: been really hard to wait three weeks.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Right.
- 4:28Speaker 1: I know.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Because, of course, I'm showing it to everybody I know. Right.
- 4:31Speaker 2: And they are just on the floor rolling and laughing.
- 4:35Speaker 1: No, you've got to put it up.
- 4:36Speaker 5: So you have– it's like literally a shot like a movie.
- 4:39Speaker 5: Like you can see it perfectly because you had it.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Yeah, because I knew it was going to happen.
- 4:43Speaker 1: And you're a professional photographer, so it's going to look
- 4:45Speaker 1: really good. Yeah, right.
- 4:46Speaker 2: So I was on it.
- 4:46Speaker 3: That's a gift.
- 4:47Speaker 2: And then here's what I ended it with. I even, like,
- 4:50Speaker 2: when she fell on the ground and everybody was running
- 4:52Speaker 2: to her, I strategically followed the horse because then it's poetic.
- 4:57Speaker 2: It's a riderless horse at that point.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Very majestic. Very majestic.
- 5:01Speaker 2: Yeah. So, like, of course I'm going to follow the horse.
- 5:04Speaker 1: Well, let me ask you something.
- 5:05Speaker 5: You said when you were setting the story up, you
- 5:06Speaker 5: said it's like being a photographer and a bride saying
- 5:09Speaker 5: she wants a picture in a wedding dress.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Isn't that normal? Isn't that something people do? Because I've
- 5:13Speaker 1: seen wedding dresses.
- 5:14Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Why is that?
- 5:15Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's totally a thing, and it
- 5:18Speaker 2: never ends well.
- 5:19Speaker 3: How?
- 5:20Speaker 1: I don't understand. I'm missing something.
- 5:21Speaker 3: Because the horse takes off or whatever.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Oh, you mean on a horse.
- 5:25Speaker 3: Oh, on a horse.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Oh, I thought you meant. I'm sort of going, I've
- 5:30Speaker 1: seen so many people get married in their wedding dresses.
- 5:32Speaker 1: It's fine to me. You meant on a horse on
- 5:35Speaker 1: a wedding dress.
- 5:35Speaker 4: I feel like this has sparked, like, an idea. I
- 5:39Speaker 4: want to hear, like, what are you holding on to
- 5:41Speaker 4: that you've been asked not to post?
- 5:42Speaker 3: Because I have something.
- 5:43Speaker 1: And I know us as a show, we've got something.
- 5:46Speaker 2: What?
- 5:46Speaker 1: Oh, yeah, we got something. We have something. What do
- 5:49Speaker 1: you got?
- 5:50Speaker 4: So I was on a girls' trip last year, and
- 5:52Speaker 4: we were all filming a TikTok together, and one of
- 5:55Speaker 4: my friends literally completely ate it, and she would not let.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Me post it, but it was so hilarious.
- 6:00Speaker 4: We were all laughing, and I'm like, no one's going
- 6:02Speaker 4: to know who you are.
- 6:04Speaker 1: It's not even.
- 6:05Speaker 2: If someone doesn't die, if someone does not die, then
- 6:08Speaker 2: what's the big deal?
- 6:09Speaker 3: And it wasn't incriminating.
- 6:11Speaker 4: It didn't make her look bad.
- 6:13Speaker 1: It was just funny.
- 6:13Speaker 5: Okay, about five years ago, I was at a wedding.
- 6:16Speaker 5: It was an outside wedding. And when they introduced the
- 6:18Speaker 5: bride and groom, after they got married, they were holding hands.
- 6:20Speaker 5: They walked into a beautiful backyard, and the bride tripped
- 6:23Speaker 5: and fell. And I had it on my phone.
- 6:25Speaker 1: And they said, don't post it. And she immediately walked in.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Do not post that.
- 6:28Speaker 3: That's a gift.
- 6:29Speaker 1: It's been five years now. That's a gift. Can I
- 6:31Speaker 1: post it?
- 6:32Speaker 2: It is such a gift.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 6:33Speaker 3: The fact that we have Karen, who is a photographer.
- 6:35Speaker 1: A photographer.
- 6:36Speaker 3: And knew that this was going to go down. We
- 6:38Speaker 3: need that. And we need to put like, you know,
- 6:40Speaker 3: maybe place some Old Town Road behind.
- 6:42Speaker 2: Yeah, we got to see it. You know what I
- 6:44Speaker 2: put to it? I put to it, regrets. I've had
- 6:48Speaker 2: a few.
- 6:51Speaker 1: If you post your video, I'll post my video.
- 6:53Speaker 3: It's tempting.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Okay.
- 6:55Speaker 4: Oh, it's so tempting.
- 6:57Speaker 2: It's so tempting. All right.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Thanks for calling in, Karen. Send us the video.
- 7:03Speaker 4: Okay.
- 7:04Speaker 1: And we promise we won't. Just let us see it. Okay, thanks, Karen.
