- 0:00Hello, good morning Lake Ozark real estate of
- 0:05the art studio Samuel T coming to you
- 0:08live with plenty of lies plenty of uh
- 0:12drama, you know, I feel like I feel
- 0:14like this is the point where You know
- 0:19after prom or after the big football game
- 0:23the big event in high school on friday
- 0:25night All the guys come in and tell
- 0:27their lies about what they did over their
- 0:29weekend.
- 0:30They tell you know, oh jeez I I
- 0:32got so-and-so and you know got
- 0:34her drunk and took advantage of her and
- 0:36or Oh, she wanted she chased me.
- 0:39She's chasing, you know all the lies that
- 0:41uh football players come up with and so,
- 0:44uh, And other people, you know going to
- 0:47the football game to observe and that's what
- 0:49I see with pete hegseth Now that's the
- 0:54jv quarterback gets to come out and tell
- 0:56all of his lies about all the success
- 0:59he had with the he stole all the
- 1:02uh all the varsity players, uh glory with
- 1:06the women he took it all and What
- 1:09he's out there and doing the posturing and
- 1:11victory is everywhere, right?
- 1:14But it ain't victory and I don't believe
- 1:17a damn word of it from any of
- 1:19them and uh, I think that there's plenty
- 1:22to go through and I got some uh
- 1:26Contrasting opinions.
- 1:27Gee, there's a surprise and I have some
- 1:29contrasting opinions somewhat closer to reality than what
- 1:34they said, so What I wanted to do
- 1:36was go back and uh and discuss that
- 1:39that's going to be our uh, our chat
- 1:42group um Focus today, we might even throw
- 1:47a few emoji up something like that.
- 1:49We're uh, Still prepping for our friday show
- 1:52for civic outlaws.
- 1:54That's going to be entertaining Got some stuff
- 1:57going on there.
- 1:58I wanted to do some personal things.
- 2:00But before we get started I have for
- 2:03you a very special treat here.
- 2:06I am I'm in the studio, eh and
- 2:10and I got me some some coffee I
- 2:12got some beers and some back bacon And
- 2:15there's some back bacon frying up and we're
- 2:17gonna sit here and drink some cold ones
- 2:19And so I I thought i'd share something
- 2:22with you from the past Because the past
- 2:28is is a wonderful thing Um, and we
- 2:31should all remember it.
- 2:32So there there are plenty There are plenty
- 2:36of good things to uh, remember about the
- 2:39past and uh for some reason Uh, it's
- 2:43extremely loud past but we're going to share
- 2:45it with you anyway, just because Well more
- 2:49beers are here.
- 2:50Yeah more beers.
- 2:52Thanks, man.
- 2:52Thanks, eh Okay, good day that's our roadie
- 2:56because like now that we have an album
- 2:57we're we we uh, We have a roadie
- 3:00and we're getting an equipment van And uh,
- 3:03like there will be 12 tractor trailer loads
- 3:06full of equipment Uh bringing our coleman and
- 3:10our openers our beers Uh, and 50 million
- 3:14pounds of back bacon when we're yeah 50
- 3:16million take off Okay, five million pounds of
- 3:20back bacon and we'll come on tour like
- 3:22uh, peter frampton.
- 3:23Here's mud in your face I'm frost as
- 3:26they say at oktoberfest Yeah, wow Do you
- 3:32have any more stories?
- 3:33Yeah, lots why did he ever tell you
- 3:35like, uh when he was in school He
- 3:38was so dumb that like get out when
- 3:41he was studying one night.
- 3:42He for his grade eight he had to
- 3:46like sweat like a hog to get through
- 3:49a yeah and like So he had to
- 3:51stay like up all night and he drank
- 3:53like about 80 cups of coffee and still
- 3:55couldn't keep awake So like I wake up
- 3:58like at night, you know to go To
- 4:00take a leak and I see hose head
- 4:03down there making a coffee sandwich, okay like
- 4:07He had like two pieces of white bread
- 4:09Hey, and like he put butter on it
- 4:11and then I saw him pouring coffee on
- 4:13it And I was then like he took
- 4:15a big bite and then puked I was
- 4:18tired.
- 4:18I had to stay awake I had an
- 4:20exam he puked I laughed my my head
- 4:24off.
- 4:25I thought I'd die Yeah Okay, you know
- 4:30I would never do that to you If
- 4:33you go back and listen to the album
- 4:34from the beginning You'll notice that i've been
- 4:36nice to you right from the beginning all
- 4:38the time I'm getting drunk and i'd like
- 4:41a nice story before I go to sleep.
- 4:43Remember the time we went to the provincial
- 4:45park Yeah Okay Then there's no need to
- 4:50talk about it.
- 4:51Eh, right?
- 4:52Okay uh Okay, so that's the end of
- 4:57side one of the album So good day
- 5:01Take off.
- 5:02It's not over yet.
- 5:03No, it is you gotta look.
- 5:04No, no No, you gotta stop because the
- 5:06needle off the needle is gonna go.
- 5:08I'll signal when it's over It's like right
- 5:10going to the center I don't know what
- 5:15happened there I've got a brain cramp apparently
- 5:21and so We're gonna continue but I think
- 5:24I had a section of time there where
- 5:26I pushed the wrong button or something Yeah,
- 5:30I hope it appears to be fixed.
- 5:32I hope so can't tell because I have
- 5:34no uh, no phone hope i'm not uh
- 5:36killing uh, jr's deal and It'll uh come
- 5:40in here into the lake of the ozark
- 5:41Lake ozark real estate of the art studio
- 5:44and chew me out for being a numbskull
- 5:47and a dim twit But at any rate
- 5:50I I've been watching a lot of the
- 5:52you know I watched a lot of the
- 5:54commentary and everybody knows that mine leans toward
- 5:57other than our uh propaganda channels, um, but
- 6:04it's pretty funny because even if you If
- 6:07you do a search you go to google
- 6:08you go try to find news about this
- 6:11The news is all extremely twisted And part
- 6:15about the only place you can get Opinion
- 6:19and commentaries from from the source where you
- 6:21get it.
- 6:22I had occasion to uh, listen to The
- 6:30the Nebenzia who is the nebenzia vasili?
- 6:36I think is his first name and he
- 6:38is the un He's the ambassador to the
- 6:42un for russia And I was very curious
- 6:47as to what the un Un said I
- 6:49heard had a discussion with somebody yesterday.
- 6:51In fact about this very issue about how
- 6:55and It remains to be seen I would
- 6:59find it interesting Uh, I I know listening
- 7:01to to jr.
- 7:03He kind of leans this way He and
- 7:05I have had some some discussions about this
- 7:07that all of this is about Uh the
- 7:10deep state, you know every bit of it
- 7:12is about we're destroying the the deep state
- 7:15and maybe That's true.
- 7:18Okay, that's possible I acknowledge that that could
- 7:23be I think it's nonsensical, but the theory
- 7:28of the person that I was speaking to
- 7:30about this was that This destroys the un
- 7:35Okay that if the the u.s pulls
- 7:38out of the un now i've been saying
- 7:39for a couple three years that well for
- 7:43longer than that that the un is nothing
- 7:45but a a Propaganda arm of the united
- 7:50states or the deep state Anyway, okay now
- 7:53and and there are so many theories on
- 7:55who really the deep state is I am
- 7:58of the opinion That it is the overarching
- 8:00bureaucracy That is Controlled by big money.
- 8:07Okay, so The the the first person to
- 8:10get a contract with the u.s government
- 8:11for example Think about it.
- 8:13Who's it going to be in your head
- 8:15pick an individual guess who it's going to
- 8:17be under trump Elon musk and and it
- 8:22was that way for a while under the
- 8:24democrats.
- 8:25Who is it soros?
- 8:26All of their money comes from government, you
- 8:29know, they're the propaganda arm of no not
- 8:31not not so much musk but but they're
- 8:33kind of I I it's it's not a
- 8:37specific set of people.
- 8:39It's a specific set of ideology.
- 8:41So when you go to the uh, the
- 8:45deep state theory It's all the big money
- 8:48that for generations has been The same the
- 8:51same people the same money And then the
- 8:53newbies come in and they get folded in
- 8:56because of their money and power So it's
- 8:59the power brokers in every sort of power
- 9:02structure.
- 9:03What is its goal?
- 9:05To retain power.
- 9:06That's it.
- 9:07It's all a big game And and the
- 9:10game is i'm in charge.
- 9:12You're not so what you're hearing right now
- 9:15from the trump side is We win we
- 9:18win we win we win look what we
- 9:20did we're destroying civilization now methods I have
- 9:24a problem with uh, absolutely and I talk
- 9:27about it right here Several times a week
- 9:30if not every day we you know, we
- 9:32talk about it, but then uh And and
- 9:38I don't like the methods and and the
- 9:39but the methods this time Are all trump
- 9:43all power all force All victory, you know,
- 9:47he's Out there.
- 9:49I swear.
- 9:49I swear to god.
- 9:50I can't look at him.
- 9:51I can't look at him without thinking put
- 9:53me in coach I really can't Guys, I
- 9:56I can't do it and and I wish
- 9:59I could but I can't he's he's always
- 10:01trying to uh, please Somebody you know, and
- 10:05he's just he's he's not he's not telling
- 10:07the truth.
- 10:07He's not he's not he can't justify anything
- 10:10He does and every time you hear him,
- 10:12it's like it's always a justification of some
- 10:15sort You know what?
- 10:16I mean justifying his existence why he's right?
- 10:19And so I think he's got a deep
- 10:21-seated uh superiority complex which means he believes
- 10:26he's inferior and so therefore he has to
- 10:29Show every time he talks how superior he
- 10:31is and and he's not and uh That's
- 10:35the problem in in it in my view
- 10:38and and he's not political in How do
- 10:41I want to put this he's political because
- 10:43he's playing the he's playing the games of
- 10:45politics with these guys But he ain't the
- 10:47brains of the outfit.
- 10:49Okay, that's not him And he's the guy
- 10:51doing what he's told.
- 10:52He's a soldier.
- 10:54He is not a leader and there are
- 10:56you know Ways to identify them and that
- 11:00guy i'm not following anywhere in the military
- 11:05It's gonna sound horrible, but that's the guy
- 11:07you're going please don't put me in his
- 11:09unit, please No, no, no I don't want
- 11:12to be there and and and you wouldn't
- 11:14want to be there that guy is all
- 11:16about Pleasing, you know his boss.
- 11:18That's it and and that's bureaucracy and then
- 11:22maintaining power, so Please your boss so you
- 11:25don't get fired and then main but but
- 11:28really only to maintain the property of your
- 11:31Position and power of of where you are
- 11:34today, so I try to get a little
- 11:38bit more I mean, we know what the
- 11:41trumpster is going to say My good friend
- 11:43jr sent me a post yesterday about the
- 11:45victory in iran And I was you know,
- 11:47great big deal late at night last night
- 11:49well, I was looking at some of this.
- 11:51Oh, somebody's calling for uh, congressman nathaniel moran
- 11:55was calling for The removal of trump from
- 11:58office and and the reason he's saying this
- 12:01is because of trump's I'm going to destroy
- 12:05a civilization tonight.
- 12:07Now that is extremely offensive to me that
- 12:11is that is Warmongering at its finest and
- 12:17you know, everybody's gonna go.
- 12:18Oh gee.
- 12:18He's just making a deal.
- 12:19It's hard of the deal It's hard of
- 12:21the deal.
- 12:21Well, he lost this deal and so I
- 12:23wanted to come back and talk about The
- 12:25the comparisons between ceasefire talks comparisons between what
- 12:31everybody for five years has been saying about
- 12:34russia and The comparison of that for trump
- 12:37and and notably how you say anything about
- 12:41a ceasefire in iran Ceasefire only by the
- 12:45way, that means they don't have a deal.
- 12:47There is no deal And there is I
- 12:51mean all they got is a ceasefire That
- 12:52means nothing and israel's gonna break it in
- 12:54two days anyway And and then they'll blame
- 12:57iran for breaking it.
- 12:59That's I mean, that's that's the the course
- 13:01they need two more weeks to get more
- 13:03people to get more stuff to Give them
- 13:06time and and and russia says screw you
- 13:09guys if it's coming into ukraine.
- 13:10I I ran They may if they've done
- 13:14this if there's an agreement then They have
- 13:18really screwed up from the point of view
- 13:21of all they're doing is allowing the u
- 13:22.s and israel to regroup uh And do
- 13:26the same thing again, they'll be you know
- 13:27The u.s and and israel will be
- 13:29back and they're all selling it as these
- 13:32are the evil empire That is it that
- 13:34is bs number one and number two.
- 13:37I I mean I had this argument with
- 13:38my brother yesterday and uh, Let's let's say
- 13:41my brother's been out of pocket for six
- 13:44seven years or maybe he's been in pocket
- 13:46He's had plenty of time to do things
- 13:48that he wanted to do um, you can
- 13:50extrapolate from that what you'd like and he
- 13:53um, he um Is totally on board with
- 13:58israel can do no wrong trump can do
- 14:00no wrong and and I have several of
- 14:02those in my family and I I disagree
- 14:05with them and uh This one in particular.
- 14:09I don't think he's ever been out of
- 14:10the country.
- 14:10He's never seen any anything different And that's
- 14:13okay i'm not judging i'm just saying that
- 14:15uh the comparisons of where you if all
- 14:18you've done is gone to mexico, trust me,
- 14:21you don't have a you don't have a
- 14:25Base For a different sort of opinion You
- 14:28have to go to other countries people and
- 14:30and you have to see what they're what
- 14:32they are going.
- 14:34And so this is uh It's a wide
- 14:38wide world out there And I encourage you
- 14:41to go see some of it and you
- 14:42can't believe the crap that they tell you
- 14:45on tv here Because it's all crap and
- 14:47the rest of the world Just puts up
- 14:50with america and and now they're definitely just
- 14:53putting up with trump and but if we
- 14:56give enough chum in the water for uh,
- 14:58um, You know all of the all of
- 15:01the always trumpers You know, we can we
- 15:04we can do there's I mean There's so
- 15:06many things I could talk about on this
- 15:08and I I still am very but I
- 15:10remain curious I try not to condemn.
- 15:12I don't mean to condemn, you know, I
- 15:14don't care but I don't condemn the other
- 15:16side either You know, I I believe this
- 15:18is you know Propaganda wars at its finest
- 15:20and uh, we're just we have the bigger
- 15:23stick to keep on going But iran has
- 15:25a pretty substantial stick.
- 15:27So let's talk about uh, what and the
- 15:30translation It's a pretty good translation I listened
- 15:34to it all in russian and then I
- 15:35went through and if there's something that comes
- 15:37across it's different But I want to tell
- 15:39you from nebensia Who is the ambassador to
- 15:43the un talking about the un my discussions
- 15:46with the person yesterday about the un?
- 15:48He says the un is going to go
- 15:49away and it's going to be replaced by
- 15:51something else And i'm all for that.
- 15:54By the way, the un is a joke.
- 15:55Anyway, nobody follows the rules The only rule
- 15:58that has followed is power and if the
- 16:00u.s Wants to go create something else
- 16:03if trump wanted to right now say the
- 16:05un was bs Anyway, and and it's and
- 16:08it hasn't worked for years.
- 16:10He'd be absolutely right in saying that And
- 16:13but he would have to come up with
- 16:14some kind of a new.
- 16:16Uh, a new Replacement arm.
- 16:18Well, what would that be?
- 16:19Used to be that I thought that maybe
- 16:22the xi jinpings the modis the putins and
- 16:25the trumps of the world It could get
- 16:28together and do something very serious.
- 16:31I watched a bricks update because i'm trying
- 16:33to figure out I want to go to
- 16:35india this year for the Bricks conference and
- 16:39I really want to go And I listened
- 16:41to somebody on the on a bricks Uh
- 16:44discussion about where it is this week and
- 16:46he's he's really he's really a good guy
- 16:48he was at the bricks conference, uh, it
- 16:49would that I went to in kazan in
- 16:51uh, 24 and uh Kazan russia and and
- 16:55he he he actually got to go to
- 16:57the one in brazil last year and I
- 16:59freaking missed it And I don't want to
- 17:01miss the one in india this year if
- 17:02at all possible And see what they're putting
- 17:05up.
- 17:05Well, this guy's name is pepe escobar And
- 17:09he you can look him up.
- 17:10He's well spoken.
- 17:12He's a a smart dude And he was
- 17:14talking about some missed opportunities that bricks had
- 17:18and notably he said especially with the shanghai
- 17:22cooperation organization, which I ran as part of
- 17:25which uh, Russia and china are part of
- 17:28in the shanghai cooperation organization, which there are
- 17:31some really strong regional players in several different
- 17:35groups around the world and uh The the
- 17:38interviewer was asking him about bricks and he
- 17:41said something now he was very very pro
- 17:43bricks like I was and still am really
- 17:45in in um, 2024 when we were in
- 17:49in kazan russia was driving the train then
- 17:51and they were the president of bricks For
- 17:53that year and putin came up and they
- 17:55was they made some really great progress But
- 17:58they they did two things.
- 17:59Number one.
- 18:00They said south africa is really Kind of
- 18:04pointless in that they haven't done a damn
- 18:06thing.
- 18:06And so they're an extremely weak uh, pepe
- 18:10escobar says, uh that lula down in brazil
- 18:12that they're that's a total joke now I
- 18:15understand that there's some difficulties going on with
- 18:18trade between brazil and the others and And
- 18:20america is really trying to put some impact
- 18:22on the south american states And so everybody's
- 18:25running scared because what happened in venezuela right
- 18:27now, and I wonder if this really is
- 18:29So when I have these arguments with people
- 18:32if this really is about getting rid of
- 18:33the un and coming up with something new
- 18:36uh As a replacement to what is going
- 18:39on In the un right now, maybe bricks
- 18:43isn't the answer.
- 18:45Maybe the shanghai cooperation organization is the answer
- 18:49maybe uh What's the other one?
- 18:53Uh in the middle east, it's uh, oh,
- 18:55um Well, crap, I lost it.
- 18:58It was there a second ago, but I
- 18:59lost it There are several regionals over there
- 19:02in the southeast asia area that are that
- 19:05are doing very they're not defensive in nature
- 19:07they are Economic in nature and and if
- 19:11you listen to my show often enough, you
- 19:12know that my big gripe is always always
- 19:17american interference in international markets and if you
- 19:20want to talk about uh netanyahu Grabbing trump
- 19:24by the ears and dragging him into iran
- 19:27this time there's certainly truth to that and
- 19:29uh, I think that the that the Issue
- 19:32came comes down to economics and this ceasefire
- 19:36Isn't all it adds up to be and
- 19:38and they what we won last year Do
- 19:40you remember that we won last year the
- 19:4312-day war and who ended the 12
- 19:45-day war?
- 19:47America, you know and israel they quit because
- 19:50they ran out of of uh weapons They
- 19:52had to rebuild I guarantee you we're at
- 19:55the bottom of the barrel right now far
- 19:56as far as weapons Trump can claim that
- 19:59we've got them all over the place.
- 20:00That is not believable or or the israel
- 20:04Tel aviv wouldn't have been bombed the crap
- 20:06out of it yesterday Because it was happening
- 20:08at the same time You know, you can
- 20:11say oh gee we destroyed all of iran.
- 20:14We took out bridges.
- 20:15We destroyed a civilization.
- 20:17That's been around for five years Don't believe
- 20:19it They aren't going anywhere And and we'll
- 20:22be right back in the soup in two
- 20:25weeks.
- 20:25All this is is a delay It's only
- 20:27a ceasefire.
- 20:28So the comparison between ceasefire talks, which russia
- 20:31will not accept in ukraine Because they have
- 20:36ukraine on their heels now that's changing a
- 20:39little bit something has happened technology wise And
- 20:42that is and and ukraine says they're going
- 20:44to be why am I telling you that
- 20:45but ukraine is saying they have a They're
- 20:48going to have within the next 30 days.
- 20:49They're going to have the ability to to
- 20:52send missiles, um, whether it's the the french
- 20:55or the british missile versions that ukraine is
- 21:00now making either right across the border in
- 21:04romania or They're doing themselves.
- 21:08They are supposedly going to have the ability
- 21:09not to use not to use just drones
- 21:12But to use missiles to attack moscow and
- 21:15they say that's going to change anything.
- 21:16Anyway with all that in mind I want
- 21:19to give you Because you'll never hear about
- 21:21it anywhere else.
- 21:22I want to give you nebenzia's speech to
- 21:25the um to the Un which Arguably isn't
- 21:33going to be here anymore Us is going
- 21:35to destroy trump is going to destroy Russian
- 21:38federation voted against a resolution on the situation
- 21:41in the straits of bahrain Jordan qatar kuwait
- 21:44the uae and saudi arabia the resolution on
- 21:47the straits of bahrain and related countries The
- 21:51position of russia regarding the current crisis in
- 21:54the middle east have a principled consistent objective
- 21:58nature we condemn the aggression of the united
- 22:01states and israel against iran We respect sovereignty
- 22:05and territorial integrity of all the countries of
- 22:08the region both the islamic republic of iran
- 22:10And other countries in the persian gulf.
- 22:13We consider the attacks on their civilians and
- 22:15several civil infrastructure unacceptable Russia has made and
- 22:20continues to make efforts at the highest levels
- 22:23to stop such actions We strive for the
- 22:26immediate establishment of peace in the persian gulf
- 22:28and the middle east.
- 22:30However, russian favor Federation cannot support those who
- 22:34would create a dangerous precedent of international law
- 22:38International maritime law and peaceful efforts and the
- 22:41authority of the un security council meaning contrary
- 22:45to During the discussion of the resolution of
- 22:49the security council 28 17 We called on
- 22:52all of our colleagues to take a balanced
- 22:54and objective approach the general staff of the
- 22:57un Calling on the united states of and
- 23:00israel to stop the war and iran to
- 23:03stop attacking its neighbors Have repeatedly broadcast similar
- 23:08signals.
- 23:08It is impossible and unacceptable To ignore the
- 23:12primary cause of the crisis in the middle
- 23:15east Namely the illegal and reckless actions of
- 23:20the united states and israel against iran now
- 23:23I believe this is absolutely true.
- 23:26It's against the un charter what they have
- 23:27done And we signed that it's a treaty,
- 23:31but we just completely ignore it doesn't apply
- 23:33to us It is impossible and unacceptable And
- 23:36the general staff did not listen to us
- 23:39then like they never do Because it's run
- 23:42by the us and israel nevertheless understanding the
- 23:45situation in the countries of the ssa gpz
- 23:48and Jordan that's uh, the iran state.
- 23:51Uh, we resisted the adoption of the resolution
- 23:5428 17 This decision was not easy for
- 23:58us But this time the bahraini partners and
- 24:01their allies went further Presenting the roots of
- 24:04the wrong and dangerous approach to the situation
- 24:06in the region In fact, almost every paragraph
- 24:10of the proposed project was full of unbalanced
- 24:13incorrect and confrontational Elements, I will only mention
- 24:16the main points in paragraph one of the
- 24:19preamble and paragraph six of the resolution The
- 24:22actions of iran were presented as the only
- 24:25source of destabilizing actions and regional tensions There
- 24:30is not a word about the true cause
- 24:33of the current crisis in the middle east
- 24:35the illegal attacks of united states and israel
- 24:39on iranian territory friends and neighbors This is
- 24:42the this is the truth.
- 24:44This man is speaking the truth.
- 24:46They it always This is the rules for
- 24:50me, but not for thee and under the
- 24:52un which we signed as part of a
- 24:54treaty They always condemn israel and israel never
- 24:58Gets called to task on it Um netanyahu
- 25:02never gets arrested, you know for international crimes.
- 25:05Nobody ever says he should be but they
- 25:08always Condemn him and who vetoes it?
- 25:11America on behalf of israel every single time
- 25:15go back and check it out Despite the
- 25:18fact that paragraph three of the preamble The
- 25:21authors themselves indicate that the threats of maritime
- 25:24shipping in the straits of burma began to
- 25:26arise on february 28 2026 this by the
- 25:31way contradicted their own assurances That the current
- 25:34initiative was intended as a response to a
- 25:37decade-old threat of freedom of navigation from
- 25:40iran totally false by the way In paragraph
- 25:45six of the preamble attempts to prevent ships
- 25:48from passing through the strait were unappealingly portrayed
- 25:52as a threat to international peace and security
- 25:55the fact was deliberately omitted that a significant
- 25:58part of the strait belongs to the territorial
- 26:01waters of iran In paragraph seven of the
- 26:05preamble the threat to trade ships and interference
- 26:07for in freedom of navigation Was called the
- 26:11only reason for violation of the continuity of
- 26:14energy supply So he's really beaten up on
- 26:17The west, you know, well, not even the
- 26:20west.
- 26:20He's beaten up on america and um Israel,
- 26:25of course again without pointing out the primary
- 26:28cause of the crisis Which the president of
- 26:31the united states himself publicly admitted The end
- 26:34of hostilities would lead to the open of
- 26:36the opening of the strait In paragraph nine
- 26:39of the preamble as well as paragraph one
- 26:41and four the resolution References to the un
- 26:44convention on the international law of 1982 were
- 26:48provided This international law instrument isn't applicable in
- 26:52the context of an armed conflict Which we
- 26:55have repeatedly mentioned during the negotiation process In
- 26:59paragraph 10 of the preamble it was stated
- 27:02that the source of the threat to the
- 27:04international peace and security In the context of
- 27:06the current crisis is supposedly iran I mean
- 27:10that this is what happens every single time
- 27:13the power people come up and go Well,
- 27:15we're the ones that write history.
- 27:16So this is all the fault of iran.
- 27:18This is not the fault of iran This
- 27:21was a unilateral attack by israel followed with
- 27:25their their big brother You know in tow
- 27:27to you know, they're they're they're they're dumber
- 27:30big brother in tow It was just twice
- 27:32size and it's going to kick the crap
- 27:33out of you because that's what older brothers
- 27:36do for younger brothers The exception from this
- 27:39paragraph of reference paragraph seven was not a
- 27:41panacea such statements In fact in any case
- 27:44can be interpreted by the unscrupulous states as
- 27:47legitimizing Their use of force see if you
- 27:50blame somebody else if you call it narco
- 27:53terrorism and you call it Og were opening
- 27:55the straits of hormuz.
- 27:57They're going back and saying that they had
- 27:59to open the straits of hormuz The straits
- 28:01of hormuz were already open They cocked it
- 28:05all up.
- 28:06They go in and start and and somebody
- 28:08reacted for once and this is the uh,
- 28:12unscrupulous Legitimization of the use of force.
- 28:16It's crap in other words, which I happen
- 28:19to wholeheartedly agree with this is total crap
- 28:23Paragraph two of the resolution doesn't even require
- 28:26any comment at all in it the security
- 28:28council Offered to give a green light to
- 28:31the use of some protective measures, which we
- 28:33are not aware of what they are under
- 28:35the pretext of ensuring shipping safety Without any
- 28:40regard for the sovereignty of the coastal states
- 28:44The statements about the purely defensive nature of
- 28:46these efforts in essence does not change the
- 28:49case Moreover, the authors themselves made it clear
- 28:53that they're talking about force This was clearly
- 28:56stated in the wording of paragraph three of
- 28:58the resolution emphasizing that states acting in accordance
- 29:00with paragraph two Should comply with the requirements
- 29:03of international humanitarian law But in paragraph seven
- 29:06it was stated the un security council will
- 29:09be ready to consider further measures against those
- 29:12who undermine the rights and freedom of shipping
- 29:14meaning Two weeks from now all we're gonna
- 29:18do is keep on bombing and and we'll
- 29:20get right back to it All this is
- 29:22a short-term regrouping to allow the u
- 29:24.s. To bring down a whole bunch and
- 29:27and Israel as well who had another tanker
- 29:31blown up the other day um Because because
- 29:34iran is still is still now the people
- 29:35in iran are chanting in the streets right
- 29:37now still saying the same thing You know
- 29:40more than half of well, hell a large
- 29:42amounts of them are not pleased that uh,
- 29:45that a Ceasefire was agreed to I I
- 29:48want anything that'll end the bloodshed frankly, but
- 29:50it's still Understand where we're going.
- 29:53We we aren't going this is not none
- 29:56of this is because the u.s Won,
- 29:59you know that we we destroyed everybody.
- 30:01It has nothing to do with that and
- 30:03it is still I I want to get
- 30:06to and I haven't found anything yet.
- 30:07It's too soon This was just last night
- 30:09that this started but I want to know
- 30:11Because there was a big discussion and then
- 30:13i'll get back to uh, nubenzia.
- 30:14Uh, but the I want to know What
- 30:20Whole Preferences there will be because the 10
- 30:24-point plan of iran that then it was
- 30:26iran's 10-point plan That trump allegedly agreed
- 30:30to late last night Was That Instead of
- 30:36reparations for all the bombing of all the
- 30:39crap that they blew up that in order
- 30:41to get the money back Iran will be
- 30:43able to charge a toll Now, uh on
- 30:46on these ships now long term.
- 30:48I think that's a huge win for iran
- 30:51And so what I think I I don't
- 30:53believe a word of this ceasefire crap.
- 30:56I believe in two days.
- 30:57We'll be back I hope i'm wrong.
- 30:59I hope i'm wrong and if it's not
- 31:00two days next year It'll all start over
- 31:02again and everybody will blame iran and all
- 31:05the americans are all yay iran's evil You
- 31:07know, I was talking to my brother yesterday
- 31:09the one I was telling you about and
- 31:11he's like oh That war's been going on
- 31:13for 47 years.
- 31:15That's how you're gonna sell it I said
- 31:17it exactly I was yelling at him and
- 31:18at the end of it It was like
- 31:20it was like you know what that was
- 31:21I said I really had fun doing that
- 31:22and i'd love to keep arguing with you.
- 31:24But but I don't have time.
- 31:27I can't do it So I can't the
- 31:30you know this Madman theory that everybody has
- 31:34to try to paint all of iran as
- 31:36a bunch of madman Madman is nuts.
- 31:40I mean, that's the nutty part, right?
- 31:42The madmen are across the water on this
- 31:44side of the planet trying to sell the
- 31:46same old crap to us You know with
- 31:48the the stars in their eyes, you know
- 31:50from heg seth Well, he fires any general
- 31:53that disagrees with him and and you know
- 31:55All you gotta do is give an opposing
- 31:57point of view and by by god, you're
- 31:59out You serve at the pleasure of the
- 32:01president, which means you better have the same
- 32:02opinion.
- 32:03I do What kind of leadership is that
- 32:05that's crap?
- 32:06And if you I can argue with my
- 32:08brother It's great because we can we can
- 32:10yell and argue and scream at each other
- 32:11and it ain't gonna change anything.
- 32:12He's great and uh, oh, he's he's nuts,
- 32:15but he He's His opinions are way in
- 32:19the hell off.
- 32:20I thought about calling him up this morning
- 32:21going Let's continue our yelling yesterday because it
- 32:24would be a lot of fun But he's
- 32:26one of these believers go.
- 32:28Oh, no.
- 32:28No, I read this war started 47 years
- 32:31ago And guess what?
- 32:33That's a sales pitch Right there.
- 32:35That is a sales pitch that og 47
- 32:38years ago They captured some americans and put
- 32:41them in a hotel death to america You
- 32:44believe that you don't believe that and and
- 32:48if you do you've never been anywhere You
- 32:50did it's not true And it's true that
- 32:54it happened But it's all if you're gonna
- 32:56use something 47 years ago to justify blowing
- 33:00up a so destroying a civilization today You're
- 33:04an idiot And that's all there is to
- 33:06it.
- 33:07That's nuts You know the the situation from
- 33:1050 years ago is not the same as
- 33:12it is today What this is is the
- 33:15dying throes of a colonialist empire That does
- 33:19not want to go down and i'm not
- 33:22suggesting that we do go down I'm suggesting
- 33:24that people understand reality and I don't believe
- 33:27that people do and or they're not listening
- 33:29to the right people They're not even considering
- 33:33other points of view And and it's it's
- 33:35pretty funny trump gets on and my brother's
- 33:37one of those.
- 33:38He's He's funny oh trump said i'm i'm
- 33:41100 behind trump as you can't even go
- 33:43to 99 I said you agree with everything.
- 33:46I said tell me this is how we
- 33:47got into the iran war I said you
- 33:49agree with anything israel does we're just supposed
- 33:51to lick their rear ends and jump in
- 33:53jump in uh in bed with them I
- 33:56said you don't think that netanyahu's the guy
- 33:59who's going to push the button I think
- 34:01I tell you what if if anything last
- 34:03night, I believe the destruction of civilization talk
- 34:07on trump That trump said was a signal
- 34:10that it's okay for netanyahu.
- 34:12Just to you know nuclear bomb That way
- 34:15the u.s. Can claim we didn't do
- 34:17it.
- 34:17Oh, look at these poor sad people They've
- 34:19been destroyed, but we didn't do it netanyahu
- 34:21did it And nobody will be will ever
- 34:24have to pay for those sorts of actions
- 34:26never So nabinja is bitch bitching about the
- 34:31same thing and I and i'm with him
- 34:32on this.
- 34:33Okay, so this is an undisputed uh hint
- 34:36at uh All right, let's do this.
- 34:40Um All right Caller don't say anything yet
- 34:48because i'm gonna tell you Uh long as
- 34:51we're connecting on the rules There's no gonna
- 34:54talk poorly about me or other broadcasters on
- 34:57this station And I would like to talk
- 35:01to you about issues But i'm on the
- 35:03issue of iran and I really want to
- 35:04get through mind abenzia speech So tell me
- 35:07how your call relates to that or Hang
- 35:11up.
- 35:11Call me back in 10 15 minutes.
- 35:13What are your thoughts?
- 35:16Oh, oh poly friday night poly's got a
- 35:19show and uh He's got the same talking
- 35:22points.
- 35:23Uh he uh He does this big thing
- 35:26against israel and then and then used all
- 35:29of their talking points for uh, against iran
- 35:33It it's funny how they How they call
- 35:36everybody else sheep, but They all got the
- 35:40same same 47 year chance Yeah, they do
- 35:43It's a 47 year chant and it's in
- 35:45it and all it is is chum in
- 35:47the water and it's telling people how to
- 35:49Allegedly defeat me in the argument and and
- 35:53I told that I said that to my
- 35:55brother yesterday.
- 35:55I said This is not and i'd love
- 35:58to get him on maybe I will I
- 35:59might call him not right now But I
- 36:01i'd i'd warn him before I did it
- 36:03and say let's let's argue about this online
- 36:06It was a lot of fun and uh,
- 36:07and I like arguing it, but that's what
- 36:09I do.
- 36:10But at the same time I also can
- 36:13point out what is a talking point and
- 36:17what is reality and A 5 000 year
- 36:21civilization you're threatening to wipe from the face
- 36:25of the planet to me sounds pretty damn
- 36:27nuclear Uh Yeah, uh, well one of their
- 36:32one of their talking points is that um
- 36:34That they they wouldn't let inspectors in well
- 36:37Well israel kept trying to send spies in
- 36:39with the inspectors, you know so I could
- 36:42I could see them having a problem with
- 36:43that and another thing is nobody has a
- 36:46problem with uh, Israel has a war on
- 36:49seven fronts That sounds like a rabid dog
- 36:51and and they have all the nuclear weapons
- 36:53they could use Well, I I say the
- 36:56problem in the area the the the warmongers
- 37:01In the middle east the peaceful people are
- 37:04the are the muslim countries the and that
- 37:08uh, uh israel Is the aggressor virtually every
- 37:12time and they are bloodthirsty The word is
- 37:16bloodthirsty and they they do what america did
- 37:19when we bought the louisiana purchase We opened
- 37:22up the the the gates past the mississippi
- 37:24river and said go out there kill whatever
- 37:27indians you want take the land We're going
- 37:30to give you title to that land when
- 37:32you go out there go out stake your
- 37:33property and you can have that property Nobody
- 37:36knows nobody cares that there are indians out
- 37:38there We're just going to go slaughter them
- 37:39and that is israel opening up the west
- 37:42bank opening up lebanon opening up palestine Anybody
- 37:46that is in their way They just open
- 37:48it up and they send in settlers and
- 37:50settlers have every right to kill everybody that
- 37:52is there That is what is going on
- 37:55and i'm not I'm, not anti israel except
- 37:59to that point of view.
- 38:00You can't say moses led us into the
- 38:03desert, you know 3 000 years ago and
- 38:05therefore we're justified in destroying any muslim in
- 38:08our way.
- 38:09It's bullshit Israel just uh poisoned a bunch
- 38:14of wells in southern lebanon Well, that's how
- 38:17they get them out you make people leave
- 38:20and and they will not leave it's their
- 38:21homeland So what do you do you destroy
- 38:24them?
- 38:24You destroy their children you destroy their infrastructure
- 38:26and trump going and blowing up all bridges
- 38:29trump doing this uh These are all war
- 38:32crimes and and uh, they just they are
- 38:34but we have to defeat them These are
- 38:36people for god's sake you might disagree with
- 38:39the muslim point of view.
- 38:40My wife is muslim by the way and
- 38:43uh, you know Um It isn't it aren't
- 38:47shia supposed aren't sunni supposed to be the
- 38:50more extreme ones and shia is iran and
- 38:53iraq I wish I could I I could
- 38:56remember that I remember so when I lived
- 38:58in qatar I I think I you you
- 39:02may be right, but I don't want to
- 39:03say something and get it incorrect.
- 39:05I know this That when I was in
- 39:08qatar me and a friend an iranian guy
- 39:10Me and a friend from iran We were
- 39:12going to one of the and there's these
- 39:14awesome freaking hotels all over the place five
- 39:17star and me and this iranian guy went
- 39:20in his in his uh He was driving
- 39:23some almost million dollar car.
- 39:26It was crazy and and we went to
- 39:28a A hotel and when we got to
- 39:31the hotel, it was like 10 30 in
- 39:32the morning We were going to go have
- 39:33coffee have a meeting we were thinking about
- 39:36uh, uh coming up with he wanted to
- 39:38help me Get some consulting and do some
- 39:40stuff like that.
- 39:41And uh, so we went into this nice
- 39:43hotel into a nice restaurant in the hotel
- 39:46But we were it was weird because there
- 39:48was nobody there and it's rare that nobody
- 39:50is there So this is about 10 o
- 39:52'clock in the morning about 11 o'clock
- 39:53in the morning about an hour later uh
- 39:56we see all of these and you can
- 39:59tell who the who the uh, people are
- 40:01coming in because of the colors and the
- 40:04patterns on their Uh headband their headdress, you
- 40:09know, they wear and if they're red and
- 40:10white those are the guys from saudi arabia
- 40:13So all these saudis were coming into qatar
- 40:15and they were having a big meeting with
- 40:17people from from iran And so people there
- 40:21was a huge meeting and we got booted
- 40:23out after about an hour and he's from
- 40:25iran.
- 40:25He's going hey There's a these are all
- 40:28important iranian people and these are important saudi
- 40:31people and I swear to god Uh, and
- 40:33these are extremely well dressed and you can
- 40:35tell when you see them This is huge
- 40:37money and i'm telling you that these people
- 40:39generally work together no matter how you slice
- 40:42it Even if they have a disadvantage or
- 40:44a disagreement between various states There are efforts
- 40:47and there are business ties between them all
- 40:50and this death and destruction of everything in
- 40:53the middle east for the benefit of israel
- 40:56and america only Isn't going to lead to
- 41:00uh to peace which is why I wanted
- 41:02to talk about the opposing point of view
- 41:04From uh, nubenzia in the uh, un security
- 41:07council yesterday Yeah, well iran is uh It's
- 41:15been a been a trade path forever, you
- 41:18know, so that's right persia right through persia
- 41:22They have they have a way of dealing
- 41:24with people and and uh It I'll let
- 41:27you get back to doing your show.
- 41:28Oh, hey, I want to call in one
- 41:30time and uh, talk about uh, socialism, it
- 41:33burns me up that people think that socialism
- 41:36means that We're all going to go to
- 41:38the same job and live in the same
- 41:40apartment Those are people who don't understand socialism
- 41:43or communism and and i'd be happy to
- 41:46talk about that I'd be happy to talk
- 41:48about that and maybe someday and thank you
- 41:51for being a wonderful caller.
- 41:53You have a very nice day Thanks for
- 41:56taking the call And there he goes Uh,
- 42:00let us see.
- 42:01I want to get back to mr Nubenzia
- 42:03because these disputes these global disputes always in
- 42:07the background.
- 42:08There's bullshit And the bullshit is the propaganda
- 42:12we're being sold and if you want to
- 42:15be the ugly american Which trust me if
- 42:17you were in the military and got sent
- 42:19to germany, you know what that means It's
- 42:22the ugly american that goes over to german
- 42:24goes we won That guy and and it's
- 42:28it's you know The hegseth types they're going
- 42:31to go over there and go we're america.
- 42:32We won.
- 42:33That is the wrong point of view.
- 42:35It's a global Market it is a globe
- 42:40all of this is about the globe And
- 42:44nobody ever thinks about what's going on the
- 42:46globe and and killing iran destroying the persian
- 42:50culture Which has been around for 5 000
- 42:51years.
- 42:52It is wrong thinking Completely wrong and and
- 42:57it's totally the same justification That we got
- 43:01for going into iraq You know, oh weapons
- 43:04mass destruction.
- 43:05We all know that was a lie We're
- 43:07we're defeating the taliban.
- 43:09We're going into afghanistan.
- 43:10We all know that was a lie because
- 43:12who's in charge over there now 20 years
- 43:1520 years of bs and we got 40
- 43:18trillion dollars in debt How much of it
- 43:23went to the assholes that started all of
- 43:25this?
- 43:26Put that question in your pocket and stop
- 43:29all the damn wars.
- 43:30You know, why trump won?
- 43:32For a lot of us it's because he
- 43:34isn't gonna start any more wars and what
- 43:37has he done?
- 43:38He started at least two, you know, and
- 43:40and you know when he when he decides
- 43:43he's going into greenland.
- 43:44We'll have another Another deal i'm taking over
- 43:47canada.
- 43:49Why?
- 43:4947 years ago.
- 43:51Somebody pissed me off in canada and therefore
- 43:54i'm taking canada.
- 43:55That's that's where we're going That's how things
- 43:57are justified anymore Let's get back to nebengia
- 44:00because the russian point of view In this
- 44:03is is in front of the un which
- 44:05nobody ever talks the truth in the un
- 44:08Except for people like russia.
- 44:10Everybody else is selling you something And arguably
- 44:13this guy's selling you something, too I mean,
- 44:14you know, but so what there's a hell
- 44:16of a lot more truth in it than
- 44:17the crappy here From everybody on the western
- 44:19side this ceasefire.
- 44:21This two-week thing is a joke It
- 44:23is it it will the exact same thing
- 44:26is gonna happen uh you know whenever the
- 44:28u.s decides or when they get more
- 44:30arms or when they can regroup and restructure
- 44:32and get 250 000 people close to the
- 44:36straits of hormuz then That because there were
- 44:38talks about pakistan coming in on the sides
- 44:41of saudi arabia and coming up iran from
- 44:43the south And they cut off that there
- 44:45was a specific cut off for all of
- 44:47the bombing in iran yesterday that cut off
- 44:50specifically The kurdish areas up around the red
- 44:53sea and cut that part off the northern
- 44:57part of iran, which is Very good amount,
- 45:00you know large.
- 45:01I don't want to say a majority but
- 45:02a good number of kurds And when trump
- 45:04was talking yesterday about the fact that oh
- 45:06jeez people stole the weapons I sent over
- 45:08there It's exactly what he was talking about.
- 45:11He wanted them to come in through through
- 45:13the kurds So strategically when you look at
- 45:14the bridges that he blew up yesterday that
- 45:17he and israel blew up they cut off
- 45:19the kurdish sections on the north of the
- 45:22red sea and uh touching on the kurdish
- 45:24parts of uh, Is it syria over there
- 45:27that uh that they get in that?
- 45:30Means they cut off like a fourth of
- 45:34iran basically Strategically that was a cutoff and
- 45:38that is military strategy for the very first
- 45:41time In any of this that is a
- 45:44military strategy Which is setting them up after
- 45:47the end of this two-week thing to
- 45:49come in and start all over again by
- 45:51funding the kurds in That area and having
- 45:54people come in they split iran in two
- 45:55Is what they've done which is why this
- 45:58is important for what they say so strategically
- 46:01Maybe they finally got a brain strategically in
- 46:04a military structure which they never thought of
- 46:06before or their plan failed the last time
- 46:08and trump comes out and says Failed because
- 46:11they stole the weapons we sent over And
- 46:13we're so we have to do it again.
- 46:15We got to send more weapons, but that's
- 46:18what's happening people It's really what's but nobody
- 46:20tells you that you got to go search
- 46:22for that information And and look at what
- 46:25they bombed yesterday In order to figure out
- 46:29what this ceasefire means And it will is
- 46:32it just to give time for for 250
- 46:34000 troops to amass On the southern borders
- 46:37of iran and we're start we're looking for
- 46:40the bigger push.
- 46:41That's what I believe this ceasefire Is why
- 46:43vlad vladimir putin will never agree to a
- 46:46ceasefire in ukraine because he knows This is
- 46:48exactly the pattern that people use when you
- 46:51know that the us That the west uses
- 46:55to lull Countries into a sense of false
- 46:59security russia's They're moving slowly, but they're still
- 47:03moving to the west and they're defeating ukraine
- 47:07slowly war of attrition keeps on going and
- 47:10at the end of it, it's not going
- 47:12to be any different than uh, than it
- 47:15had been if Ukraine hadn't been destroying russian
- 47:19-speaking people in that region anyway They would
- 47:23have their own autonomy So who's fighting for
- 47:26democracy?
- 47:27Are we fighting democracy by by cutting off
- 47:30the routes into the northern parts of?
- 47:34of iran Interesting question, isn't it?
- 47:39All righty, let's see we're going to continue
- 47:41on with nebensia, right?
- 47:43Where is this?
- 47:44Uh blah blah blah blah blah where we
- 47:48were was saying in paragraph seven of the
- 47:50resolution It was stated the un security council
- 47:53will consider further measures against those remember We
- 47:56were talking about that people who undermine the
- 47:58right and freedom of shipping.
- 48:00Well, who really undermined it?
- 48:02I mean you could make the argument a
- 48:04valid argument to say that who undermined stability
- 48:08in the region sure as hell wasn't iran
- 48:12It was it was who who started bombing
- 48:15them?
- 48:15So you react you defend yourself and suddenly
- 48:18you're to blame It's it's uh, you know,
- 48:21I punch you in the face and you
- 48:22hit me back and I go.
- 48:24Hey That wasn't called for That's that's us
- 48:28We go over we punch him in the
- 48:30face because israel, you know called in our
- 48:32older brother the bigger one And we call
- 48:34him in he punched somebody in the nose
- 48:36and you hit him back and in the
- 48:37stomach and you go Wait a minute I
- 48:40I was just doing what my brother told
- 48:42me.
- 48:42Well, you're the instability.
- 48:44How can you be attacking me?
- 48:46Well, that's the attack It's the same freaking
- 48:48logic and it's a logical leap that I
- 48:51don't accept So, let's see in paragraph seven
- 48:54and eight.
- 48:55It was nothing about the armenian street, but
- 48:57about the mondeb straight That is the authors
- 48:59expanded the geographical coverage of their project Giving
- 49:04them more even more reasons for extensive Interpretation
- 49:09so they aren't only talking about hormuz.
- 49:11They've added on other straits said you can't
- 49:13do this.
- 49:14The only people that can control international Waters
- 49:17isn't the people that usually it's 200 miles
- 49:20off the coast of your own according to
- 49:22international maritime law It's off of the straits.
- 49:25So the people who should control the straits
- 49:27of hormuz right now are oman and iran
- 49:29That's it with a little and on the
- 49:32southern sides of that it'd be saudi arabia
- 49:34I guess That that come on the on
- 49:36the farther sides, but the point itself Is
- 49:38still under iranian and oman territorial waters and
- 49:42so that is their straight Why can't they
- 49:45charge a toll it's done in the panama
- 49:46canal?
- 49:47Why can't they do it?
- 49:48You know, we built that shouldn't it be
- 49:50free to everybody still costs everybody 250 000
- 49:53to a million dollars to get through it
- 49:55every day I don't see how it's any
- 49:58different for oma and if you're you know,
- 50:00how are you going to get reparations?
- 50:01That's what I heard and I haven't found
- 50:03the answer to this question yet But i'm
- 50:05gonna try to get for tomorrow.
- 50:06Like I said, it's a little bit but
- 50:07continue listening to nubenzia here Let's see In
- 50:13paragraph nine despite the correct message on the
- 50:15call for diplomacy It was exclusively about the
- 50:18cessation of hostilities in the persian and oman
- 50:21gulf regions as well as the straits of
- 50:23in armenia There is not a word about
- 50:26the need to cease american israeli aggression Mr.
- 50:30Chairman, no matter how much the authors try
- 50:33to convey the text in generalized wording the
- 50:36essence is unchanged the precision of carte blanche
- 50:41for the continuation of aggressive action and further
- 50:44escalation And I would add solely at the
- 50:48discretion of america and israel and nobody in
- 50:52the un Except russia and every once in
- 50:56a while china condemns these actions We are
- 51:00and this is what the world should be
- 51:02condemning and this is why the un doesn't
- 51:05work because the rules don't matter just like
- 51:08cardi from canada said in his speech in
- 51:11front of uh, Where was he davos, uh
- 51:15in switzerland here several months ago, you know
- 51:18the well We we realized that nobody was
- 51:20doing the the was following the un charter
- 51:23But you know, it's the sign in the
- 51:24window.
- 51:25We're just trying to get along, you know
- 51:26We've been and we realize we don't have
- 51:28the power People are shifting that power thing
- 51:31because nobody trusts the us and where we're
- 51:33creating more problems than we're solving right now
- 51:37We understand and continuing with nabinji We understand
- 51:40what this means from a legal point of
- 51:42view as well as for the situation on
- 51:43the ground Especially when we hear the statement
- 51:45of the president about the united of the
- 51:48united states of america about readiness to destroy
- 51:51Iran if the strait is not opened I
- 51:55am forced to remind the members of the
- 51:57council how in 1973 Libya's resolution adopted by
- 52:01the security council was perverted and what is
- 52:05extensive interpretation Led to the destruction of libya
- 52:08the state's trust limit which promotes forceful methods
- 52:13under noble Pretext and streamlined formulation was already
- 52:17exhausted at that time If you propagandize it
- 52:21enough That's it.
- 52:23You know, it's right because we say it
- 52:26every day.
- 52:26You keep saying it every day.
- 52:28You'll believe it yourself I had to get
- 52:29rid of an ex-wife that way in
- 52:31my brain They go that she's gone.
- 52:34She doesn't screw her and get out You
- 52:35know something like that if you repeat it
- 52:37often enough you will get past it And
- 52:39by the way, you'll start to believe it,
- 52:41you know You just keep that's the way
- 52:43people change their stuff and and the more
- 52:44they pump this crap down your throat The
- 52:46less you should believe it We have already
- 52:48seen how the united states tries to justify
- 52:51its strikes against iran by involving the right
- 52:54to self-defense In accordance with article 51
- 52:59of the un charter giving it preventive interpretation
- 53:03Yes, it's self-defense to attack iran That's
- 53:07what we said.
- 53:08It is our self-defense.
- 53:10We're taking a preemptive strike because someday they
- 53:13might have a nuclear weapon And that's it
- 53:16that's what you got That's funny with all
- 53:21of our Solidarity with the arab countries that
- 53:24were set up by washington and and who
- 53:26became victims of the tragedy of the region
- 53:29We cannot fail to note that the attempt
- 53:32to impose rules of the game In the
- 53:34straight would only play into the hands of
- 53:37those who want to further undermine security and
- 53:39stability in the middle east Beyond its borders
- 53:43the un security council resolution does not require
- 53:46Protective measures on the ships as well as
- 53:50property of other un member states There is
- 53:52no reference in article 51 of the un
- 53:55charter Which gives the right to carry out
- 53:57self-defense in any such conditions the spread
- 54:01of operations To ensure the security to ensure
- 54:04the security Of the straight without the consent
- 54:08of the coastal states meaning oman and iran
- 54:11Is another reason why we're unable to support
- 54:14the project colleagues the adoption of this document
- 54:16which ignores the broad context of the situation
- 54:20Will further antagonize iran and is Constantly under
- 54:24daily american israeli tax a huge number of
- 54:28civilians are dying on the territory of the
- 54:30country The number is approaching two thousand a
- 54:34quarter of whom are women and children Many
- 54:37representatives of the country's leadership have been killed
- 54:40by top leaders.
- 54:41I agree.
- 54:42I disagree with that Anyway, you know killing,
- 54:45you know these, uh, what do you call
- 54:46it cutting off the head of the snake
- 54:48theory?
- 54:49um Let's see civilian infrastructure is attacked schools
- 54:53hospitals universities energy facilities including the boucher nuclear
- 54:59power plant which threatened to turn into catastrophic
- 55:02humanitarian consequences for iran and the region It
- 55:08should be emphasized that the security council did
- 55:11not agree with the assessment of these violations
- 55:13of international law And you will hear no
- 55:16excuses from us today ambassador waltz.
- 55:19However, this approach is completely illogical Even from
- 55:22the point of view of pragmatism the adoption
- 55:25of a one-sided resolution undermines any prospect
- 55:30for the resumption of negotiation In order to
- 55:33resolve the crisis as well as to prevent
- 55:35it from being an important and useful peace
- 55:38initiative undertaken by a number of countries including
- 55:42China pakistan and turkey if the security council
- 55:46had taken the position Imposed upon it.
- 55:50Tehran would not have had any motivation to
- 55:53engage in any form of contact with washington
- 55:56Which has already betrayed diplomacy twice In june
- 56:01of 2025 and again in february this year
- 56:04And began to deliver massive strikes on iran
- 56:07in the course of the negotiation process.
- 56:10All of this is true, by the way
- 56:12Mr. Chairman from the beginning of our work
- 56:15on this document we with meaning russia together
- 56:18with our chinese colleagues Brought to the bahraini
- 56:21authors and other members our most serious concerns
- 56:24regarding the initiative We did not see the
- 56:28space to correct the text So we urged
- 56:31our arab friends to refrain from agreeing But
- 56:34they did not listen and the project was
- 56:36still put to a vote In these conditions
- 56:39we have no choice but to oppose it
- 56:41russia consistently supports the provision of comprehensive security
- 56:46for maritime shipping in the entire world ocean
- 56:49the opening of corridors for venezuela and cuba
- 56:53meaning if if if If you can do
- 56:57it if you can do this to iran
- 56:59in the straits of hormuz Iran oman all
- 57:04that stuff if you can impose these international
- 57:06laws there which by the way Under international
- 57:10law these these are the disagreements then why
- 57:12in the world isn't doesn't it apply to
- 57:15the u.s?
- 57:15blockades of venezuela and cuba It does and
- 57:20so the rules for everybody else but for
- 57:22us no, no, no, we have the bigger
- 57:23wiener and so we are in charge That's
- 57:26it.
- 57:26And that is the trump hegseth World of
- 57:30today.
- 57:30That's it.
- 57:31You know, we're in charge the rest of
- 57:33you screw you, you know, and now they're
- 57:35blatant about it well, i'll just take the
- 57:37oil i'll destroy an entire civilization because It's
- 57:41my rules not yours the the straits of
- 57:43hormuz.
- 57:44You can't close those What are you talking
- 57:46about those belong to us?
- 57:49It's america's but the straight the straight let's
- 57:52call it the straits of trump Which really
- 57:54are the entire area between the panama canal
- 57:57venezuela all the way up to cuba Those
- 58:00we can put all kinds of coast guard
- 58:02and u.s Naval warships in there and
- 58:04say screw you nobody's getting through you don't
- 58:06get any oil And by the way, if
- 58:07I want to make cuba the 51st state
- 58:09i'm gonna do it Period end of sentence.
- 58:12See you later international law We don't need
- 58:15that What in the world you forgot i'm
- 58:19king trump and I don't I don't like
- 58:21that nomenclature but damn that's how he's acting
- 58:23That's it.
- 58:25So in a similar way we stand for
- 58:27unhindered shipping There's russia again.
- 58:29However, the task can only be resolved with
- 58:31the participation of all coastal countries Bordering this
- 58:35important transport corridor.
- 58:37It is impossible to do this without iran
- 58:40We urge our arab and iranian friends to
- 58:43solve the problem of the movement of ships
- 58:45directly and we are ready to assist such
- 58:49contacts Mr. Chairman Understanding the concerns of our
- 58:54arab partners regarding the issue of free navigation
- 58:57We together with china proposed to the security
- 59:00council to consider an alternative project Of council
- 59:05resolution on the current situation in the middle
- 59:08east from the point of view of maritime
- 59:11security For everyone, by the way, we are
- 59:14confident that the provision of genuine freedom of
- 59:17navigation in the strait Which is necessary for
- 59:21the countries of the region and the whole
- 59:23world can be achieved only through cessation of
- 59:26hostility And the achievement of a negotiable solution
- 59:29our project will be brief in an equal
- 59:31balanced way in accordance with the principles of
- 59:35international law and the un charter in particular
- 59:39a peaceful resolution of the security council, which
- 59:42nobody ever listens to so there's still people
- 59:45trying to Like russia and the rest of
- 59:48the world who go look we have all
- 59:49the rules already Everybody uses them Except america
- 59:55and israel, they apply to everybody else and
- 59:58we all are still trying to make this
- 1:00:01world organization work for the world But we
- 1:00:06have two people, you know Who completely ignore
- 1:00:09it at every step of the way every
- 1:00:13step and everybody knows it Everybody knows it
- 1:00:16and instead it's chum in the water going.
- 1:00:19Yeah, we kicked the crap out of iran
- 1:00:21But of course you haven't because two weeks
- 1:00:23from now will be right in the same
- 1:00:25spot So in this regard, this is nebenzia's
- 1:00:29final word in this regard.
- 1:00:31We will immediately put it into efforts We
- 1:00:34will inform you in addition about the voting
- 1:00:36plans.
- 1:00:37We count on the support of all the
- 1:00:39members of the security council Thank you.
- 1:00:42Now.
- 1:00:43It was a nice speech in front of
- 1:00:44the un but once again These guys are
- 1:00:47like people shouting into an echo chamber You
- 1:00:50know, you nobody nobody listens When when people
- 1:00:54tell the truth at the un you don't
- 1:00:56hear about it All you'll get is one
- 1:00:59line out of this.
- 1:01:00It'll say Um, russia condemns america.
- 1:01:04That's it That's all you'll get you won't
- 1:01:06get a justification that Gives the arguments that
- 1:01:09a lawyer would listen to and that somebody
- 1:01:11would come back and say well here are
- 1:01:13the arguments They've been made and somebody says
- 1:01:14well, I could see that argument that makes
- 1:01:16sense Instead it's always no 47 years ago.
- 1:01:21The iranians did that's it.
- 1:01:23That's your argument My dear brother, that's your
- 1:01:26argument 47 years ago You know somebody peed
- 1:01:30in your cheerios and so therefore you got
- 1:01:32to kill him now the hell you talking
- 1:01:34about that's stupid You know I don't I
- 1:01:37don't know.
- 1:01:38It's it's nuts.
- 1:01:40This is this is not how you resolve
- 1:01:42disputes This is somebody needs to take some
- 1:01:44courses in strategic bargaining instead of strategic force
- 1:01:49this and and if this truly is as
- 1:01:52as as my my good friend yesterday was
- 1:01:55telling me trump's effort to uh, Destroy the
- 1:01:59deep state I have yet to see it.
- 1:02:02I do not connect the dots.
- 1:02:04I don't see anything Different than what happened
- 1:02:08before Different players, but the exact same crap,
- 1:02:12you know, and and the exact same crap
- 1:02:16Justification of war for the sake of war
- 1:02:18and claiming you won when you didn't we
- 1:02:21won iraq too, right?
- 1:02:23How come there nobody left in iraq?
- 1:02:25How come we've been booted out?
- 1:02:28What happened there?
- 1:02:29We won geez, they should all be licking
- 1:02:32our boots, right?
- 1:02:34And all the soldiers that went over there
- 1:02:36would they fight for Nothing.
- 1:02:38What did they fight for?
- 1:02:40That's they just it's it's crap and and
- 1:02:43here we are in this Creating yet another
- 1:02:45war in the middle east that we blame
- 1:02:47on everybody else and never our own aggression
- 1:02:51and you know, there are people shouting this,
- 1:02:53um, I I did a uh, A view
- 1:02:56I I listened to uh, you know went
- 1:02:58went because I was very curious about this
- 1:03:01Alleged peace peace, uh, but it isn't peace.
- 1:03:05All of this is a ceasefire.
- 1:03:07This is not peace We're going to talk
- 1:03:08about peace in two weeks from now when
- 1:03:10they say it's not peace We'll have readjusted
- 1:03:13our positions gotten closer move people in and
- 1:03:15we will continue to be the aggressor As
- 1:03:18will israel all they're doing is regrouping getting
- 1:03:20more weapons getting more defensive posture getting more
- 1:03:24offensive posture blowing up more people and and
- 1:03:26like Collar said earlier destroying wells in certain
- 1:03:30regions so that israel can expand Can open
- 1:03:32up the gates and allow people into their
- 1:03:34version of the louisiana territories to go out
- 1:03:38and kill indians Only this time it's not
- 1:03:39killing indians.
- 1:03:40It's killing palestinians lebanese and anybody else that
- 1:03:43is in the way of israel in the
- 1:03:45area Okay, that is the truth You don't
- 1:03:48you don't have to believe it But that's
- 1:03:50what they're doing and they're bloodthirstily doing it
- 1:03:53every step of the way Just as the
- 1:03:55people who arguably were defending their families when
- 1:03:58we opened the louisiana purchase territories Everybody got
- 1:04:01to run across.
- 1:04:02What's that movie with tom cruise in it?
- 1:04:03Remember that?
- 1:04:05where they're all standing by the Some starting
- 1:04:07line near the mississippi river and they all
- 1:04:09got to run across and grab property remember
- 1:04:11that With that was when he was dating.
- 1:04:13What's her name?
- 1:04:14Nicole kidman Didn't they marry each other at
- 1:04:16some point after that movie?
- 1:04:17And and it was a reasonably good movie
- 1:04:19a little bit on the you know Most
- 1:04:21movies are on the cheesy side, but it
- 1:04:25was decent so the bottom line is this
- 1:04:28What what happened is not a peace settlement
- 1:04:32it is a two-week conditional ceasefire brokered
- 1:04:36by pakistan And by pakistan, by the way,
- 1:04:40who's trying to get 250 000 troops to
- 1:04:42the southern parts of iran right now so
- 1:04:44they can work with saudi arabia and and
- 1:04:48Go in and invade if they have to
- 1:04:50or if they want to right So there's
- 1:04:53supposed to be talks in islamabad on friday
- 1:04:56april the 10th The immediate practical trade is
- 1:04:58this trump paused his threatened destruction of persia
- 1:05:03Killing we're killing the entire culture gone.
- 1:05:08We're gonna destroy it and hegg says going.
- 1:05:10Yeah, hand me the football i'm going in
- 1:05:12uh Is trump paused the escalation iran agreed
- 1:05:16to allow passage through the straits of hormuz
- 1:05:19Under condition that are still being argued over
- 1:05:22iran is saying we want money For people
- 1:05:27just like they paid through panama.
- 1:05:29We want money we and by the way,
- 1:05:31we'll do that argue now, this is several
- 1:05:34commentators, but but but I don't Nobody knows
- 1:05:37if these are the actual conditions, you know
- 1:05:39I tried to find the 10-point plan
- 1:05:41the whole thing of it and i've got
- 1:05:42some most of it in here But but
- 1:05:44you can't find a real thing of what
- 1:05:46they agreed to because they didn't agree trump
- 1:05:49trump back down is In israel back, uh,
- 1:05:52not israel.
- 1:05:53I ran back down both of them have
- 1:05:55backed down to some extent And and if
- 1:05:56nobody's happy with it, so when I was
- 1:05:58practicing law when you're in negotiation if nobody's
- 1:06:01happy That could be a good uh That
- 1:06:05that's generally considered a good result, right and
- 1:06:08so you're never going to be happy but
- 1:06:10the risk is gone I want death to
- 1:06:13stop.
- 1:06:13I want america to quit and israel I
- 1:06:17want them to quit murdering willy-nilly.
- 1:06:20That's what we're doing.
- 1:06:21We started this We started this by not
- 1:06:25me not us in the studio But we
- 1:06:28the west we freaking america on this side
- 1:06:31Well, the sad part is we didn't even
- 1:06:34really start it.
- 1:06:35We just followed netanyahu Geez netanyahu's moving.
- 1:06:38Maybe we should join them And that's what
- 1:06:41we did.
- 1:06:41Hegg says.
- 1:06:42Yeah Nuts Anyway, uh, let's see core idea
- 1:06:47is this You know, the whole thing is
- 1:06:52a catastrophe for global energy and iran has
- 1:06:56been trying to negotiate Than race to bomb
- 1:06:59people right And the terms which nobody knows
- 1:07:03are having a kind of a cover charge
- 1:07:05to get through the strait And guarantees against
- 1:07:09future attack.
- 1:07:10What does iran want?
- 1:07:11We're tired of you idiots Blowing up our
- 1:07:14crap Leave our culture alone.
- 1:07:17We're not trying to destroy israel We're not
- 1:07:20even trying to destroy america who has attacked
- 1:07:23all then you say oh gee They fund
- 1:07:25terrorism all over the country.
- 1:07:26They have allies just like israel does but
- 1:07:29who's the bigger threat who has started it?
- 1:07:32Right who start?
- 1:07:33Oh, no, october 7.
- 1:07:34Yeah October 7 was several years ago and
- 1:07:37we're still destroyed And how much whatever the
- 1:07:40number was 1100 people or something and and
- 1:07:42i'm not justifying it not remotely but but
- 1:07:48How many have israel slaughtered in exchange?
- 1:07:53Just in just in palestine 67 000 was
- 1:07:58a number I heard several several months ago
- 1:08:01I mean, when does it stop ever?
- 1:08:03No, because it's israel.
- 1:08:05It'll never stop So this conditional ceasefire though
- 1:08:10was written largely on iran's 10-point plan
- 1:08:13So iran is claiming victory as are we?
- 1:08:17um The hardest line is this what what
- 1:08:21the 10 points seem to be because nobody
- 1:08:24knows for positive There's no one clean fully
- 1:08:27public universal agreed text of all 10 points
- 1:08:31But here's what i've been able to extrapolate
- 1:08:33From the 10 points an end to attacks
- 1:08:36on iran, by the way, this is a
- 1:08:3810-point peace plan Supplied through pakistan to
- 1:08:42the us from iran With pakistan being the
- 1:08:46impetus behind it and creating sort of a
- 1:08:48framework, right?
- 1:08:49And it this is not iran surrendering.
- 1:08:52These are the the Terms that come out
- 1:08:56on all of this Of what we've been
- 1:08:58able to find so far because nobody has
- 1:09:00a specific list.
- 1:09:01Well Comprehensive or the same.
- 1:09:03There's a lot of different ones going out
- 1:09:05there And let's see one Stop attacking iran.
- 1:09:10That's number one two sanctions relief including primary
- 1:09:14and secondary sanctions Three continued iranian control and
- 1:09:19supervisory authority over the straits of hormuz Four
- 1:09:22release of frozen iranian assets five some form
- 1:09:26of reconstruction or compensation Six us military withdrawal
- 1:09:31or reduction from the region seven a binding
- 1:09:34framework.
- 1:09:35So the u.s cannot simply walk away
- 1:09:37again Which the u.s always does they
- 1:09:40create these little frameworks and then they are
- 1:09:42the first to break them recognition of some
- 1:09:45continued iranian nuclear enrichment rights at least in
- 1:09:49the farsi version An end to attacks on
- 1:09:52iran's allies and a wider regional de-escalation
- 1:09:56That iran says should include lebanon Though israel
- 1:10:00rejects that reading so the real nature of
- 1:10:04the 10-point plan is not iran surrendered
- 1:10:06and got a ceasefire It's closer to iran
- 1:10:10put forward a maximalist framework for what a
- 1:10:12permanent settlement would look like And washington called
- 1:10:16it workable as a basis for talks, but
- 1:10:19there is no sign that washington has accepted
- 1:10:21those terms in full So, how is this?
- 1:10:25How is this an agreement?
- 1:10:27It's just ceasefire to let's talk.
- 1:10:29That's it.
- 1:10:30Trump.
- 1:10:30So this is trump.
- 1:10:32Uh, whatever you call it Make let's make
- 1:10:34a deal.
- 1:10:35You know, he's uh, what was that guy's
- 1:10:37name?
- 1:10:38The the the game show host from let's
- 1:10:40make a deal.
- 1:10:41So trump is uh, uh Monty hall, wasn't
- 1:10:45it monty hall and trump is now monty
- 1:10:48hall.
- 1:10:48Let's make a deal So this is how
- 1:10:49you force people to a deal you say
- 1:10:51that their 10-point plan is somewhat workable
- 1:10:54Let's start talking on the 10th.
- 1:10:56It's coming friday.
- 1:10:57Let's start talking on the 10th in islamabad
- 1:10:59And when we're islamabad, we'll start the conversation
- 1:11:02and we'll send over, you know, uh, why
- 1:11:05don't we send over lindsey graham?
- 1:11:06You know, he'll he'll get a settlement, right?
- 1:11:09Just like he's gonna get in ukraine lindsey.
- 1:11:13Graham's uh, that's gonna work, right?
- 1:11:15And so this is the basis for it.
- 1:11:17This is what it is And this is
- 1:11:19not victory by any stretch on either side
- 1:11:22But at least they're gonna talk and trump's
- 1:11:25not gonna and trump will continue meanwhile they're
- 1:11:27gonna keep pushing for pakistan and saudi arabia
- 1:11:30to get Amassed troops on the southern parts
- 1:11:33of the straits of hormuz so that they
- 1:11:35can get into southern.
- 1:11:37Um iran And then on the northern side
- 1:11:40where the u.s Just cut off all
- 1:11:42of and israel cut off all the bridges
- 1:11:44and then railroads that supply the northern parts
- 1:11:47where the kurds Are predominantly located those people
- 1:11:52will come in through I believe it's syria
- 1:11:54on the far side And but I can't
- 1:11:56remember for positive and can't see the map
- 1:11:58and in my mind's eye But I believe
- 1:11:59that's the case and they'll come over into
- 1:12:01that region and come down And take over
- 1:12:04one fourth of iran along the red sea
- 1:12:07up at the top And that's what's going
- 1:12:10on.
- 1:12:11Okay, and so These talks and this cease
- 1:12:14fire notice They didn't say we have a
- 1:12:16peace agreement and even if you did have
- 1:12:18one israel wouldn't follow it Anyway, and so
- 1:12:21all they're doing is continuing the efforts of
- 1:12:24this is continue It's this is continuation of
- 1:12:27the 47 year war It's all iran's fault
- 1:12:30because they didn't just say oh, yeah, wait
- 1:12:32a minute Didn't moses lead lead the israelis
- 1:12:35out of bondage from pharaoh 3 000 years
- 1:12:38ago Jeez, I can't imagine we forgot that
- 1:12:41why don't we give over the entire middle
- 1:12:43east to you israel?
- 1:12:44It'll never stop until somebody does that Because
- 1:12:48israel will keep on going They you know,
- 1:12:50they have collective memory going back forever and
- 1:12:54their collective harm Which which goes that way
- 1:12:57and i'm not against israel.
- 1:12:58I'm against war mongering and that's what they
- 1:13:01are doing But how the hell are you
- 1:13:03gonna justify?
- 1:13:05Okay, god said all right.
- 1:13:06Well good god said a lot of things
- 1:13:08and nobody's nobody's obeying him anywhere else Why
- 1:13:12is it this why is it this particular
- 1:13:14spot that is so critical?
- 1:13:16That only israel has the right to willy
- 1:13:19-nilly Destroy civilizations and why is it that
- 1:13:23trump gets to say i'm gonna wipe out
- 1:13:26a civilization?
- 1:13:27That is downright offensive and un-american You
- 1:13:31can't say shit like that And and it's
- 1:13:34just it's not right So what does the
- 1:13:36hormuz look like right now?
- 1:13:38So This doesn't look to me like a
- 1:13:41return to the old freestyle navigation reuters reports
- 1:13:45that iran is proposing permits or licenses something
- 1:13:49Working on a protocol with oman because you
- 1:13:52know across the hormuz straits We got oman
- 1:13:55and we got iran and those people want
- 1:13:57to do something similar to what they're doing
- 1:13:59in panama What they're doing in anywhere picket
- 1:14:03a picket.
- 1:14:04How do you get through the great lakes?
- 1:14:05You ain't doing it for free You know,
- 1:14:07you're not getting through there People are charging
- 1:14:10you money.
- 1:14:11You can't go into uh, what's the straits
- 1:14:13in between?
- 1:14:15um Oh, what do you call it sri
- 1:14:18lanka and uh, oh damn it Why am
- 1:14:22I having a a brain cramp right there?
- 1:14:25But but there are plenty of them on
- 1:14:26the eastern parts and in other places that
- 1:14:28that other people are being charged money to
- 1:14:31go through okay, so you have to if
- 1:14:34if If uh protection of shipping like nabenji
- 1:14:38was talking about is okay that the u
- 1:14:40.s Can control it in the straits of
- 1:14:42hormuz?
- 1:14:42What are you going to do about the
- 1:14:43idiots blowing up ships ukraine blowing up russian?
- 1:14:48russian Loaded ships and the freaking mediterranean you're
- 1:14:52going to do anything about that What are
- 1:14:54you going to do about people destroying nord
- 1:14:55stream one and nord stream two and attacking
- 1:14:58russian shipping vessels?
- 1:14:59in the freaking baltic sea I mean The
- 1:15:03inequality is what what i'm about it's like,
- 1:15:06okay, everybody else can charge money But by
- 1:15:08god iran ain't charging us a nickel.
- 1:15:11It ain't gonna happen.
- 1:15:12I think they should have been doing it
- 1:15:13forever And the but if the u.s
- 1:15:16agrees to that they have to uh, say
- 1:15:19they they got to get rid of their
- 1:15:20power mongering on the on the um western
- 1:15:24hemisphere Against venezuela and against cuba we're doing
- 1:15:27the same thing blockading people It's okay for
- 1:15:31us as usual, okay for me But not
- 1:15:35for thee why because I have the bigger
- 1:15:37swing in wiener.
- 1:15:39It's me.
- 1:15:40That's it Okay, so reuters reports that uh,
- 1:15:44iran is looking for permits licenses You know
- 1:15:47some kind of a protocol with a man
- 1:15:48oman and the ability to charge a fee
- 1:15:51as part of a permanent deal That'd be
- 1:15:53a huge victory for them And I think
- 1:15:55they should hold on to that truthfully, I
- 1:15:58mean everybody else is doing it Why would
- 1:15:59it be any different?
- 1:16:01What do they have as a as a
- 1:16:02lever?
- 1:16:03What do what we know what they have?
- 1:16:04We've seen it now, but nobody thought they
- 1:16:06could do it And this is not capitulation
- 1:16:10is what i'm saying So reuters reports that
- 1:16:13iran could reopen the strait as a limb
- 1:16:15in a limited and controlled way Nobody said
- 1:16:18they're wide open and that trump wins and
- 1:16:21except hegseth And his general standing there which
- 1:16:24better say the exact same thing or hegseth
- 1:16:27will just fire him tomorrow That's what they
- 1:16:29do Uh coordination with the iranian military mandatory
- 1:16:33for all ships.
- 1:16:35That isn't an open passage That's controlled passage
- 1:16:39Now the crucial legal points are as follows
- 1:16:42under the law of the sea States bordering
- 1:16:45a strait generally cannot charge ships simply for
- 1:16:48transit But reuters notes that unclos universal law
- 1:16:54of the sea bars charging for passage but
- 1:16:58limited fees for specific services such as Piloting
- 1:17:01or tugging are a different matter and that's
- 1:17:04how they that's what they charge it everywhere
- 1:17:06else You know, what's the us doing blockading
- 1:17:09ships then?
- 1:17:10So the clean answer is a pure you
- 1:17:12pay iran just to pass regime would be
- 1:17:15somewhat shaky But the hard geopolitical answer is
- 1:17:18law and power are not the same thing
- 1:17:20enforcing iran off of the position is going
- 1:17:22to be difficult On the toll instead of
- 1:17:25reparations idea There's a serious reporting that iran
- 1:17:28wants a fee system and that reconstruction is
- 1:17:31part of that logic But there is not
- 1:17:34yet a solid public proof of this finalized
- 1:17:36universal operating toll regime Reuters says reports of
- 1:17:39at least one payment exist But couldn't confirm
- 1:17:42the guardian reports plans to allow iran and
- 1:17:45oman to charge fees for reconstruction But that's
- 1:17:47uh, you know still being discussed, but there's
- 1:17:51no clean settled international arrangement larry johnson the
- 1:17:54cia guy ex-cia guy goes into it
- 1:17:57and says that uh, that there's um He
- 1:18:02goes further and says that something already exists,
- 1:18:05but he didn't show us what that was
- 1:18:07reuters confirms the oman protocol But oman hasn't
- 1:18:10confirmed the fee sharing arrangement that they have
- 1:18:13with iran.
- 1:18:14So is the straight really open?
- 1:18:16I can't I mean nobody can say that
- 1:18:19for sure partly conditionally nervously iran says safe
- 1:18:22passage is possible if attacks stop But they
- 1:18:27haven't stopped, you know, even while they've trump
- 1:18:29was saying we're leading up to the 8
- 1:18:31p.m Last night all day yesterday before
- 1:18:33the 8 p.m. They're bombing all these
- 1:18:35bridges before the 8 p.m So then
- 1:18:38we didn't even follow trump's thing then they're
- 1:18:41blowing crap up It wasn't after eight o
- 1:18:43'clock that they destroyed these bridges.
- 1:18:45It was before And then trump goes.
- 1:18:48Yeah, we stopped because uh, we've been bombing
- 1:18:49the crap out of stuff for the whole
- 1:18:51day You know, we didn't wait the 48
- 1:18:52hours.
- 1:18:53We just continued our bombing.
- 1:18:54Why would anybody believe what they're saying?
- 1:18:58I don't Because what they do is not
- 1:19:01what they say never has been Uh Crazy
- 1:19:06stuff cease fire creates a possible transit opportunity
- 1:19:09is what i've been able to find out
- 1:19:11but does not provide any sort of full
- 1:19:13Maritime certainty and shipping firms are waiting for
- 1:19:17more assurances.
- 1:19:18You know how you'll know whether this works
- 1:19:19You'll see whether they'll be able to get
- 1:19:22insurance from Whatever, you know source whether it's
- 1:19:27lloyds Which is the primary or any of
- 1:19:30the other minor ones that have popped up
- 1:19:32because lloyds won't grant insurance And we'll see
- 1:19:34what happens because without insurance, they're not going
- 1:19:37to move This means the practical answer for
- 1:19:41radio is You know Hormuz is not closed
- 1:19:46And you know Where are we going to
- 1:19:48find it, but it's not open It is
- 1:19:52not free it is a managed corridor still
- 1:19:57under iranian leverage So who gave up what
- 1:20:00who really won that's an interesting discussion the
- 1:20:04u.s Gave up the immediate escalation timetable
- 1:20:06and the fantasy of forcing a quick collapse
- 1:20:09or surrender And it had to because wasn't
- 1:20:12getting it anyway, so you have to just
- 1:20:14claim victory and run away And uh and
- 1:20:17regroup or you know Regroup retreat say all
- 1:20:21right.
- 1:20:22What do we do next?
- 1:20:23This is finally chess.
- 1:20:25This isn't checkers You know i'm i'm winning
- 1:20:28that's it is accepted that the next talks
- 1:20:30at least begin With iran's framework of the
- 1:20:3410 listed above and not washington's whatever It
- 1:20:37was 22 point plan that nobody knows what
- 1:20:39the hell that is either, you know you
- 1:20:42quit, you know, but iran's not talking unless
- 1:20:44the Base for discussion is their 10 point
- 1:20:48plan that I outlined for you through and
- 1:20:50by the way Nobody knows even that because
- 1:20:53the two sides haven't been talking to each
- 1:20:54other Everything that they've done is through pakistan
- 1:20:58recently And and iran doesn't trust pakistan because
- 1:21:01pakistan has already said they're going to join
- 1:21:04with saudi arabia and come up in the
- 1:21:05south So this is not at the at
- 1:21:08trump saying we're going to destroy a civilization
- 1:21:10This is because of pakistan joining with saudi
- 1:21:12arabia and saying that they may show up
- 1:21:15on the southern parts of iran Telling you
- 1:21:18we're still we're still right there on the
- 1:21:21edge Okay, and who gave up wet u
- 1:21:24.s. Gave up this fantasy iran gave up
- 1:21:27the option of continuing their retaliation during the
- 1:21:30window and at least talking through the Talking
- 1:21:34about the straits of hormuz and this chokehold
- 1:21:36and iran accepted talks then pressing its leverage
- 1:21:39to the wall Okay, reasonable positions israel gave
- 1:21:44up nothing Of course, they never do they
- 1:21:48it agreed that the u.s. Paws on
- 1:21:49iran, but they're not pausing Netanyahu's office explicitly
- 1:21:55said lebanon is excluded from any deal because
- 1:21:57they're still bombing the crap out of that
- 1:22:00In plain english israel is trying to preserve
- 1:22:04You know room to move and keep hitting
- 1:22:06hezbollah Keep hitting the the regions where they're
- 1:22:10opening their own louisiana purchase to avoid being
- 1:22:13boxed in by any sort of ceasefire They
- 1:22:15won't do it.
- 1:22:16So if you're scoring this honestly iran did
- 1:22:18better on points, you know If you're you
- 1:22:20know, you're wrestling matches and you didn't pin
- 1:22:23anybody to the mat, you know iran won
- 1:22:25on points Why because the u.s. Israeli
- 1:22:28war aims were far greater than what?
- 1:22:32Was achieved the war was launched to curb
- 1:22:35iran's regional projection allegedly Or to end its
- 1:22:40nuclear program allegedly or to create a condition
- 1:22:44for internal overthrow yet iran's leadership survived Iran
- 1:22:49still has leverage of hormuz and regional control
- 1:22:53and tehran proved it can threaten gulf energy
- 1:22:56flow That's happened Despite decades of u.s.
- 1:23:01Military buildup in the region.
- 1:23:02We have spent billions upon billions of dollars
- 1:23:07Saying that we're in charge Of the middle
- 1:23:10east and yet we're gone from iraq You
- 1:23:13know, we we ran away from their final
- 1:23:15people were booted out several weeks ago and
- 1:23:19That alone could reship the gulf power dynamics,
- 1:23:22you know the u.s failing In this
- 1:23:25regard that things did not go specifically the
- 1:23:28way they say so trump is still going
- 1:23:30to scream victory Because he got a pause
- 1:23:32and he said the right things beforehand Um
- 1:23:36destroyed a civilization, but he also made a
- 1:23:38lot of mistakes He didn't get regime change
- 1:23:43His deadline was uh, you know a deeper
- 1:23:46spiral he avoided that deeper spiral which we
- 1:23:48absolutely would have got if he'd have gone
- 1:23:50if he'd have done the done the i'm
- 1:23:53destroying a A uh Civilization that's horrible horrible
- 1:24:01commentary But that's a much he he he
- 1:24:04if he did get a win.
- 1:24:05It's extremely small and much smaller than the
- 1:24:08advertised You know objectives of what he says
- 1:24:12he did not get regime change.
- 1:24:14He did not get disarmament.
- 1:24:16He did not get clean Unconditional reopening of
- 1:24:20the straight.
- 1:24:21So what is this?
- 1:24:22Washington won time They won time to regroup
- 1:24:27and do it all again iran won Temporary
- 1:24:31survival and a seat at the table without
- 1:24:33surrendering So first hormoses Hormuz is now political
- 1:24:38in a very new way shipping and energy
- 1:24:40costs aren't just going to snap back They're
- 1:24:42still going to be up and cease fire
- 1:24:44is still fragile because it's always that way
- 1:24:47This is not peace Hormuz may reopen but
- 1:24:51not as a free highway and the 10
- 1:24:53points aren't a signed settlement They're only a
- 1:24:56a priceless to get in, you know to
- 1:24:58start reading the menu on points Iran came
- 1:25:01out ahead because survival is a minimum victory
- 1:25:03condition and it has survived So the weak
- 1:25:07seam is lebanon if that front keeps on
- 1:25:09burning and it will because it's israel on
- 1:25:11the other side That's it and I made
- 1:25:14it through all of my points today.
- 1:25:16Although I did extrapolate quite a bit I
- 1:25:18appreciate y'all for listening.
