- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning the Root, the Root, the Roots on fire.
- 0:14Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high octane, pedal to
- 0:16Speaker 2: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Roots direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 2: of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:29Speaker 1: What time is it? It's time war war. Here's your host.
- 0:35Speaker 2: One hundred percent raw Truth, one hundred percent American Maid
- 0:39Speaker 2: the Warrior, Wayne Alan Root.
- 0:55Speaker 3: All right, he announced you said one hundred percent ro truth,
- 0:58Speaker 3: one hundred percent American Maid. He should have been added
- 1:00Speaker 3: one hundred percent right. I'm always right and I'm always
- 1:04Speaker 3: to the right. Here's the commentary that I wrote to
- 1:09Speaker 3: start this morning, and I think we'll start our number
- 1:12Speaker 3: two with the commentary I've warned for months. We either
- 1:15Speaker 3: passed the Save Act or and or kill the damn Philibuster,
- 1:18Speaker 3: because really have to do both. You know, the House
- 1:21Speaker 3: passes the Save Act, then the Senate will not pass
- 1:23Speaker 3: it unless they kill the Philibuster. I'll never get sixty
- 1:26Speaker 3: votes or we lose the midterms. The Trump presidency is over,
- 1:29Speaker 3: and we lose America forever. And after the Texas State
- 1:33Speaker 3: Senate loss over the weekend, I improve in one hundred
- 1:36Speaker 3: percent correct as usual, all over America, there are signs
- 1:41Speaker 3: as bright as a Las Vegas neon light that we
- 1:44Speaker 3: are in the middle of a communist color revolution, a
- 1:47Speaker 3: violent insurrection, a coup, an overthrow of Trump, America and capitalism.
- 1:53Speaker 3: And the people leading it prominent Democrats, Democrat donors, NGOs, insurrectionists,
- 1:58Speaker 3: and paid protesters, who are all tied by the way
- 2:01Speaker 3: to foreign enemies like the CCP, our combination of terrorists
- 2:05Speaker 3: and suicide bombers set sent literally to rip this nation apart.
- 2:12Speaker 3: Worst of all is the mainstream media. They are leading
- 2:15Speaker 3: the most aggressive psyop in world history. The brainwashing is
- 2:18Speaker 3: over the top, big, bold and aggressive. Our country is
- 2:22Speaker 3: coming apart the seams, as I warned and predicted from
- 2:25Speaker 3: the moment of President Trump's victory in November of twenty
- 2:27Speaker 3: twenty four.
- 2:28Speaker 1: The next day, I was telling you, they're not gonna
- 2:30Speaker 1: They're not.
- 2:30Speaker 3: Gonna accept this. Communists aren't accept being thrown out of power.
- 2:34Speaker 1: They never have.
- 2:36Speaker 3: It's now happening in real time from a thousand different directions.
- 2:40Speaker 1: What did Bush say?
- 2:41Speaker 2: Uh?
- 2:41Speaker 1: I think it was George H. W. Bush.
- 2:43Speaker 3: He talked about a thousand points of light. This is
- 2:45Speaker 3: like a thousand razor blade cuts. Look at the results
- 2:48Speaker 3: of a Texas State Senate race this past weekend.
- 2:52Speaker 1: You know about this.
- 2:53Speaker 3: A Democrat defeated a beautiful, beautiful, blonde, well spoken female
- 2:58Speaker 3: Republican candidate by a fourteen point landslide in a deep
- 3:02Speaker 3: red district in Fort Worth, Texas, where Trump won by
- 3:06Speaker 3: seventeen points in the last election. That's a thirty one
- 3:09Speaker 3: point turnaround. So what has Trump done in the last
- 3:12Speaker 3: year that would equal a thirty one point turnaround?
- 3:14Speaker 1: Are you kidding me?
- 3:15Speaker 3: And the Republican candidate badly outspent the Democrat, who literally
- 3:18Speaker 3: had no chance to win. So who gives money to
- 3:20Speaker 3: a candidate? It was no chance to win, right, That's
- 3:22Speaker 3: how you know he had no chance to win. He
- 3:23Speaker 3: didn't raise any money. So what are the conclusions to
- 3:26Speaker 3: be drawn? How that Democrat without money beat the Republican
- 3:29Speaker 3: with all the money in a district that was unwinnable. Well,
- 3:33Speaker 3: Choice number one conclusion to be drawn? Choice number one?
- 3:37Speaker 3: The election was rigged once again by dirty, corrupt Democrats, Yes,
- 3:41Speaker 3: even in deep red Texas. Until we fix the election
- 3:44Speaker 3: integrity problems and make election safe and honest again, we
- 3:48Speaker 3: can trust no results. Even in Texas. I remember how
- 3:50Speaker 3: they beat Kerry Lake. In addition to stuffing the ballot
- 3:53Speaker 3: box with illegal aliens and fake ballots, they also people
- 3:57Speaker 3: went to the in Republican read districts in Arizona, people
- 4:02Speaker 3: went to the polls and the paper didn't fit the tabulators,
- 4:06Speaker 3: and so they told him to all go home. And
- 4:08Speaker 3: when they came back at seven to night, it was
- 4:09Speaker 3: a three hour line and nobody stayed, and she lost
- 4:11Speaker 3: thousands and thousand votes and lost close And the same
- 4:14Speaker 3: kind of thing happened here. My understanding is that people
- 4:17Speaker 3: showed up at polling places in Fort Worth and were
- 4:19Speaker 3: told oh, no, no, no, you're not in the right place,
- 4:21Speaker 3: go home, and they sent them home, and therefore their
- 4:23Speaker 3: vote didn't count. Anyone on the MAGA side who trusts
- 4:27Speaker 3: these results is either a full incompetent, naive, delusional or
- 4:31Speaker 3: playing for the other side. Choice number two, What happened?
- 4:35Speaker 3: The election was held on a Saturday. Why Why was
- 4:39Speaker 3: it held on Saturday? Who made that decision? On a blustery,
- 4:42Speaker 3: cold weekend. Probably half the people would have voted on Tuesday,
- 4:45Speaker 3: and they were waiting for Tuesday didn't even know the
- 4:47Speaker 3: election was Saturday, right after a large snow and ice storm.
- 4:51Speaker 3: Few Republican voters even knew there was an.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Election on Saturday.
- 4:55Speaker 3: But the Democrat candidate had every union in the state
- 4:58Speaker 3: behind him, and they got out to vote.
- 5:00Speaker 1: That's always our big handicap.
- 5:02Speaker 3: By the way, you know, if a union adores a Democrat,
- 5:04Speaker 3: they've got all these workers that know that if the
- 5:08Speaker 3: union wins and the Democrat, you know, if the Democrat wins, they're.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Gonna get a raise.
- 5:12Speaker 3: So they're motivated to walk the streets in their spare time.
- 5:16Speaker 1: And they've all got easy jobs. They have lots of
- 5:17Speaker 1: spare time.
- 5:18Speaker 3: Matter of fact, the union make sure they get time
- 5:20Speaker 3: off just to do political campaigning.
- 5:22Speaker 1: And we on our side of nothing.
- 5:24Speaker 3: Nobody who A few old people who are retired man
- 5:27Speaker 3: telephones or go door to door, But for the most part,
- 5:30Speaker 3: everybody works for a living. If you work for a living,
- 5:33Speaker 3: you have no time to do this crap. I don't
- 5:35Speaker 3: man phone banks, I don't go door to door.
- 5:37Speaker 4: I have no time for that.
- 5:40Speaker 3: Nobody owns a business has time for that. No one
- 5:42Speaker 3: who works for a small business has time for that.
- 5:44Speaker 3: No one who works for a living.
- 5:46Speaker 1: It's not just a small business. If you work for Costco,
- 5:49Speaker 1: you have no time for this.
- 5:51Speaker 3: So anyone who works for a living has no time
- 5:53Speaker 3: to help Republicans, so you just have time to vote.
- 5:55Speaker 3: But anyone who works for a union has time. So
- 5:59Speaker 3: the union got out the vote, which means the Texas
- 6:01Speaker 3: GOP is a massive incompetent failure.
- 6:05Speaker 1: Choice number three. Republican and MAGA voters are so.
- 6:08Speaker 3: Angry and disgusted that they do nothing GOP Congress, and
- 6:11Speaker 3: I call them that because they've done absolutely nothing and
- 6:13Speaker 3: their refusal to either pass the Save Act or kill
- 6:16Speaker 3: the Filibuster in order to install a voter ID and
- 6:20Speaker 3: proof of citizenship for federal elections, that they just won't
- 6:24Speaker 3: come out to vote anymore for the GOP. GOP voters
- 6:27Speaker 3: will not come out to vote for the GOP they're
- 6:30Speaker 3: so disgusted at the unit party system. That's another possibility,
- 6:34Speaker 3: which means the entire GOP, RNC, Republican National Committee, and
- 6:39Speaker 3: GOP Congress are all incompetent to nothing failures.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Choice number four.
- 6:44Speaker 3: The GOP messaging is the worst of all time Democrats
- 6:47Speaker 3: have convinced and by the way, I think all of
- 6:49Speaker 3: these are true Democrats have convinced the whole country, even Texas.
- 6:53Speaker 3: I mean, you have to assume this a lot of
- 6:55Speaker 3: people that two dead insurrection as fighting and threatening ice
- 6:58Speaker 3: in the militariots are more important than thousands of dead
- 7:02Speaker 3: Americans murdered, rape, robbed, and assaulted annually by illegal aliens
- 7:06Speaker 3: and over one million dand American young people in the
- 7:09Speaker 3: past decade killed by drugs like fentanyl brought into the
- 7:13Speaker 3: US and sold on street corners in Democrat run cities
- 7:16Speaker 3: by illegal aliens and drug cartel gangs. You know, just
- 7:19Speaker 3: the other day I called someone and he said, I said,
- 7:21Speaker 3: where are you? You know, I hear a lot of
- 7:23Speaker 3: noise in the back and he said, I'm at a funeral.
- 7:25Speaker 3: I said, who died? He said, one of his friends
- 7:28Speaker 3: or somebody did busy with I can't remember who it was,
- 7:30Speaker 3: but somebody did biswe or one of his friends. Their
- 7:34Speaker 3: son died of a drug overdose fentanyl in their house
- 7:37Speaker 3: because he was thirty years old and lived in mommy
- 7:39Speaker 3: and Daddy's house in a bedroom and they found him
- 7:41Speaker 3: dead in the morning.
- 7:43Speaker 1: And this was in Las Vegas.
- 7:44Speaker 3: And this happens every day all across the United States
- 7:46Speaker 3: and cities all across this country. Who's bringing the drugs
- 7:49Speaker 3: and drug cartels? Who's selling drugs drug cartels? And you
- 7:52Speaker 3: think it's more important. We shouldn't be stopping that because
- 7:55Speaker 3: you might hurt an insurrectionist rioter.
- 7:58Speaker 1: You know what, They made that choice when they attacked Ice.
- 8:01Speaker 3: They made that choice when they took over Minneapolis street corners.
- 8:06Speaker 3: If this is true, that America is completely lost and finished,
- 8:09Speaker 3: and the GOP leadership is to blame for the worst
- 8:11Speaker 3: messaging of all time.
- 8:13Speaker 1: And finally, choice number five.
- 8:14Speaker 3: Finally, I come to the media psy op, which may
- 8:18Speaker 3: be the most important of all besides stolen elections. The
- 8:21Speaker 3: people are being gas lit and brainwashed by the mainstream
- 8:23Speaker 3: media like kool aid drinking Stepford wives. The media is
- 8:27Speaker 3: trying to desperately convince us of two things. Number one,
- 8:30Speaker 3: that President Trump is an evil, mean hitler, like criminal
- 8:33Speaker 3: orange man bad, despite the fact that Trump just enjoyed
- 8:37Speaker 3: another remarkable week.
- 8:40Speaker 1: I mean, it really was. But if you don't watch
- 8:41Speaker 1: my show or listen to my show, you don't know it.
- 8:44Speaker 3: Another remarkable week of success, which I'll lay out in
- 8:47Speaker 3: detail in my next column. As I keep reporting, it's
- 8:50Speaker 3: now my signature saying President Trump achieves more each week
- 8:53Speaker 3: than any president history ever achieved in two terms, including
- 8:57Speaker 3: my hero Ronald Reagan, and then next week Trump does
- 9:00Speaker 3: it again. But most voters have no idea of any
- 9:03Speaker 3: of Trump's remarkable, NonStop successes because it's a total media
- 9:07Speaker 3: blackout and syop, and they're trying to convince us, the media,
- 9:12Speaker 3: that everyone hates this evil mass deportation, this heartless mass
- 9:17Speaker 3: deportation by Trump and Ice, despite the fact that Obama
- 9:21Speaker 3: took credit for deporting three million illegals.
- 9:23Speaker 1: By the way, Trump hasn't come close to three million yet.
- 9:26Speaker 3: And no one said a word, not one protest, no
- 9:28Speaker 3: media headlines, not a peep, no riots, And most of
- 9:32Speaker 3: those deported illegals were not murderers or felons.
- 9:35Speaker 1: They were simply.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Ordinary, average, every day illegal aliens, as Democrats would say,
- 9:40Speaker 3: here in America to.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Do better for their family, and we deported them. Under Obama.
- 9:44Speaker 1: No one said a word, not a peep, not a.
- 9:46Speaker 3: Protest, and not a riot, and fifty plus illegal aliens
- 9:50Speaker 3: died and custs. The avice under Obama not even close.
- 9:53Speaker 3: He's beating Trump by a mile. No one said a word,
- 9:56Speaker 3: not a peep, It's only a problem if Trump's president
- 9:58Speaker 3: and someone dies, just like Buondami, the radical communist Muslim
- 10:02Speaker 3: terrorist supporting mayor of New York City who changed the
- 10:05Speaker 3: law resulting in sixteen homeless people freezing to death in
- 10:08Speaker 3: the past week sixteen. If a Trump policy change caused
- 10:12Speaker 3: the same result, there would be nationwide protests and riots,
- 10:16Speaker 3: with Democrat politicians calling Trump a mass murderer. By the way,
- 10:20Speaker 3: some people are dumb, some people are crazy. But you
- 10:23Speaker 3: know what, there are smart people who are dumb and crazy.
- 10:25Speaker 3: They're homeless in Los Angeles or San Diego. Who is
- 10:28Speaker 3: dumb enough to be homeless in New York City living
- 10:31Speaker 3: outside in the winter. Now, wonder you froze to death?
- 10:34Speaker 3: You're so dumb, it's beyond belief. You could go to
- 10:37Speaker 3: La Tucson, Phoenix, God forbid, I say it, Las Vegas,
- 10:41Speaker 3: seventy one degrees in sunny here they're homeless in New
- 10:44Speaker 3: York City.
- 10:45Speaker 1: Shows you they're mentally ill, folks. It's all a psyop.
- 10:50Speaker 1: The biggest, boldest, and baddest in the history. Based on
- 10:52Speaker 1: all the factors above, the GFP has zero.
- 10:54Speaker 3: Chance to win the midterms, which means only a little
- 10:57Speaker 3: over one year after winning elector landslide weep for the presidency,
- 11:00Speaker 3: House and Senate. For all intentsive purposes, Trump's presidency will
- 11:04Speaker 3: be over this fall. There's only one chance to break
- 11:06Speaker 3: this narrative, one and only one. The do nothing GOP
- 11:10Speaker 3: House and Senate must pass the Save Act and or
- 11:12Speaker 3: kill the Filibuster, or both, so we can install voter
- 11:15Speaker 3: ID and proof of citizenship for federal elections. Short of that,
- 11:19Speaker 3: if Democrats win the midterms, Trump will never pass another bill.
- 11:22Speaker 3: The MAGA Agenda's dead. Trump will face NonStop impeachments. ICE
- 11:26Speaker 3: will be defunded, mass deportation will end forever, Voter integrity
- 11:30Speaker 3: will be dead forever, and Democrats will keep rigging at
- 11:33Speaker 3: steely elections for the rest of all time till we
- 11:35Speaker 3: are a one party nation. So Republicans pass the Save
- 11:39Speaker 3: Act and or kill the damn Filibuster.
- 11:44Speaker 4: Or it's the end of America. We'll be right back,
- 11:56Speaker 4: all right.
- 11:57Speaker 3: One of my favorite guests ever, Alan Pariser, is with
- 11:59Speaker 3: US an advocate for Great Patriots Store dot com. He's
- 12:02Speaker 3: been a customer for thirty six years, almost four decades.
- 12:06Speaker 3: My wife and I, Sindy, do much of our monthly
- 12:09Speaker 3: shopping now at Great Patriots Store dot com. It's an
- 12:12Speaker 3: alternative to Wokeness. It's run by pro American conservatives. USA
- 12:16Speaker 3: Today voted at one of the best stores in America
- 12:19Speaker 3: in twenty twenty five. And with all these communists taking
- 12:22Speaker 3: over Allen Powiser New York, Seattle, Chicago, promising cheap government
- 12:27Speaker 3: groceries are free, you need to buy American tell us
- 12:30Speaker 3: why absolutely.
- 12:32Speaker 5: You know a lot of our competitors have completely lost it,
- 12:34Speaker 5: They've gone totally woke over the years. But our founding
- 12:38Speaker 5: Axiom is really very simple. For forty one years, we've
- 12:41Speaker 5: been focused on manufacturing exceptional products at reasonable prices, made
- 12:46Speaker 5: by Americans here in America, for Americans, and we've expanded.
- 12:51Speaker 5: We have manufacturing plants across the United States, distribution plants
- 12:54Speaker 5: across the United States. And not only can Americans get
- 12:58Speaker 5: the best quality, the best price from Great Patriots Store,
- 13:01Speaker 5: in most cases, we can deliver to your front door
- 13:04Speaker 5: even faster than Amazon.
- 13:07Speaker 1: So prices are high everywhere.
- 13:09Speaker 3: Procter and Gamble and Amazon are considering price increases. How
- 13:13Speaker 3: do the price is a Great Patriots Store compare to
- 13:16Speaker 3: national brands.
- 13:17Speaker 5: Well, we've got hundreds of products weighing. But if you
- 13:20Speaker 5: just take a look at one like our launder detergent,
- 13:22Speaker 5: we make it, it's patented, and it's literally almost fractions almost
- 13:27Speaker 5: half the price of our competitors, and you get ninety
- 13:30Speaker 5: six loads of wash. It's the best value. There's no
- 13:33Speaker 5: toxic chemicals in any of our products whatsoever. And if
- 13:36Speaker 5: you're looking to lose some of those holiday pounds, you
- 13:38Speaker 5: don't need the shots with the LPG one drugs. We
- 13:41Speaker 5: have something called Berberine, nature's ozempic is what people are
- 13:45Speaker 5: calling it. It's legit, it works, and we've got it
- 13:48Speaker 5: at a better price than anybody, any of our competitors.
- 13:51Speaker 1: All right, we've got just seconds to go, so be quick.
- 13:54Speaker 1: I love your beef.
- 13:55Speaker 3: I eat your sirloin and your yrk steak all the time.
- 13:59Speaker 3: It's kind of breadakfast at lunch for me all the time.
- 14:02Speaker 3: Why is your beef superior?
- 14:04Speaker 5: Made in America? Never ever, any hormones ever, any antibiotics,
- 14:08Speaker 5: no mRNA, It's all prime. It's the best quality that
- 14:11Speaker 5: you can find at the best price, free shipping, and
- 14:14Speaker 5: it's the best beef on the planet.

- 14:19Speaker 3: free gift purchase the beef and other great American products.
- 14:23Speaker 3: You've got to be a member. Go to Great Patriots
- 14:24Speaker 3: Store dot com.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Fill out the form. One of their Conservative team members will.
- 14:28Speaker 3: Contact you right away. Great Patriot Store dot com.
- 14:32Speaker 6: Thank you, Ellen, thank you, William, God bless.
- 15:08Speaker 1: All right, sway out the roots.
- 15:09Speaker 3: I don't know why I'm having trouble with this IFB
- 15:11Speaker 3: it goes backwards on me.
- 15:12Speaker 1: I have no idea why there we go.
- 15:15Speaker 3: It echoes when it goes backwards, and it's just not
- 15:18Speaker 3: a perfect fit from my ear and the one that
- 15:21Speaker 3: was a perfect fit broke a couple of weeks ago.
- 15:22Speaker 3: So I've been using the backup while we wait to
- 15:25Speaker 3: order two more IFB's coming in two more earpieces, so
- 15:28Speaker 3: hopefully everything'll be fine.
- 15:31Speaker 1: I saw this article. It caught my eye.
- 15:33Speaker 3: I was going to start with with this story about
- 15:37Speaker 3: you know, voter ID and Chuck Schumer, which proves me
- 15:39Speaker 3: right about everything I said in my commentary, but I.
- 15:41Speaker 1: Saw this and I have to mention it.
- 15:44Speaker 3: Eighteen percent of the total United States home healthcare billing
- 15:49Speaker 3: is coming out of LA County, and one doctor build
- 15:52Speaker 3: a government for one hundred and twenty million dollars in
- 15:54Speaker 3: one year. So the Trump administration and doctor Oz my
- 15:59Speaker 3: buddy actually see my personal buddy, Doctor Oz, have turned
- 16:02Speaker 3: their attention to La County and the massive amount of
- 16:04Speaker 3: alleged medical fraud that is being reported from California. According
- 16:09Speaker 3: to Fox News One, La doctor bild a government one
- 16:11Speaker 3: hundred and twenty million, claiming to oversee nineteen hundred patients
- 16:15Speaker 3: in one year. Eighteen percent of the entire country's home
- 16:20Speaker 3: healthcare billing is coming out of LA County almost twenty percent,
- 16:24Speaker 3: and Los Angeles has almost two thousand.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Registered hospice agencies.
- 16:28Speaker 3: That's more than the than thirty six states combined, and
- 16:32Speaker 3: thirty seven times more than the states of Florida and
- 16:36Speaker 3: New York. Doctor Oz explained how easy it would be
- 16:40Speaker 3: to open a hospice in LA You don't even have.
- 16:41Speaker 1: To live there. How is that possible?
- 16:43Speaker 3: Take a look at the map, A cluster of two
- 16:45Speaker 3: hundred and eighty seven hospice providers in a two mile radius,
- 16:49Speaker 3: some in strip malls, unmarked buildings, even a wrecking yard
- 16:52Speaker 3: and a vacant lot.
- 16:53Speaker 1: All of it is just paperwork.
- 16:55Speaker 3: I can fill that out in Kakashtan if I want
- 16:57Speaker 3: and get a hospice license waiting for me, said doctor.
- 17:01Speaker 1: So this is the fraud. This is it right here.
- 17:04Speaker 3: Our country's being ripped off, ripped off to such a degree.
- 17:09Speaker 3: And this is why the Democrats want weapons of mass distraction.
- 17:13Speaker 3: First they want to steal elections. No voter IDs, they
- 17:15Speaker 3: can steal elections, no proof citizenship, so they can steal elections.
- 17:19Speaker 3: I keep it like winter in here. It's like an article.
- 17:21Speaker 3: So patar my directors put a winter coat on. He
- 17:25Speaker 3: needs a winter coat with wing root because it's so called.
- 17:28Speaker 3: It's probably like sixty degrees in this room. Maybe it's
- 17:31Speaker 3: fifty eight, he.
- 17:33Speaker 1: Says, fifty eight.
- 17:34Speaker 3: Nicki minaj boys, she come over to our side. She's
- 17:38Speaker 3: a rap legend. She's blasting Democrats. After left wingers of
- 17:42Speaker 3: the Grammys ridiculed her. She says, any Christian who votes
- 17:46Speaker 3: Democrat again is a fool. The demons inside them are
- 17:50Speaker 3: so bothered. Boy, she's got it right. She's a black
- 17:53Speaker 3: wrapper and she's come all the way around, and she's
- 17:56Speaker 3: one hundred percent right. This is one hundred percent, one
- 18:00Speaker 3: hundred percent about demons occupying the brains of liberals. And
- 18:04Speaker 3: any Christian invokes Democrat absolutely is a fool, absolutely is
- 18:08Speaker 3: a fool. Here's a Clinton judge goes on an unhinged rant. Okay,
- 18:14Speaker 3: in a county run by activist judges. He should be
- 18:17Speaker 3: a country now run by activist judges who get to
- 18:19Speaker 3: decide the will of the people a Clinton.
- 18:21Speaker 1: The point of US District judge is just written. Quite
- 18:23Speaker 1: the screed. In a three page ruling ordering the immediate
- 18:27Speaker 1: release of a five year old and his father from
- 18:29Speaker 1: an immigration detention facility because it's.
- 18:32Speaker 3: Mean to detain illegals. U S District Judge Fred Bieri
- 18:37Speaker 3: seventy eight went on a complete, unhinged rant against the
- 18:42Speaker 3: Trump administration. These are the judges that should be arrested,
- 18:45Speaker 3: purp walked out and brought straight on con Air to
- 18:49Speaker 3: Gitmo right, and they should be on trial for treason,
- 18:54Speaker 3: he says. Observing human behavior confirms that for some among us,
- 18:57Speaker 3: the lust for unbridled power in the emposition of cruelty
- 19:01Speaker 3: in its quest no no bounds, and are bereft of
- 19:04Speaker 3: human decency and the rule of.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Law be damned.
- 19:08Speaker 3: This case has its genesis in the ill conceived and
- 19:11Speaker 3: incompatibly implement a government pursuit of daily deportation quotas apparently
- 19:16Speaker 3: also it's the government's ignorance of an American historical document
- 19:19Speaker 3: called the Declaration of Independence. He compared the trump ministration
- 19:23Speaker 3: to King George the third, quoting grievances from the Declaration
- 19:26Speaker 3: of Independence, and accused the government of needing a civics
- 19:30Speaker 3: lesson on the Fourth Amendment. And then he ended his
- 19:33Speaker 3: ruling with a Bible quote. The elderly judge updated the ruling.
- 19:38Speaker 3: The verses referenced Matthew nineteen fourteen and John eleven thirty five.
- 19:44Speaker 3: He referenced Jesus' words about letting children come to him,
- 19:48Speaker 3: and the second simply states Jesus wept. These people are
- 19:53Speaker 3: all insane. The father was about to be arrested. He
- 19:57Speaker 3: fled on foot and abandoned his child, and rather than
- 20:00Speaker 3: leave the child in the middle of the street, I
- 20:04Speaker 3: grabbed the child to protect him.
- 20:07Speaker 1: I mean, this is really just insane.

- 21:59Speaker 1: All right, wait, Alan Ruth from Las Vegas, Las Vegas.
- 22:03Speaker 3: Beautiful Las Vegas. I think it was seventy one degrees
- 22:06Speaker 3: in sunny today. I took a great walk with my
- 22:08Speaker 3: dog Bubba. We walk an hour a day nowaday. It's
- 22:10Speaker 3: a brand new thing I'm doing for about two months
- 22:13Speaker 3: and I get fresh air and sunshine and it is
- 22:15Speaker 3: so beautiful out. Our winters are so great. Summers are
- 22:18Speaker 3: the problem. It's too hot in the summer. But nine
- 22:20Speaker 3: months a year are so beautiful, and like seven of
- 22:23Speaker 3: those nine months are a ten. And it's seventy one
- 22:26Speaker 3: degrees in sunny here on February second.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Just beautiful.
- 22:29Speaker 3: We've got a guest, John Jubilee with us, owner and
- 22:33Speaker 3: founder and operator of Energized Health websites energized health dot Com.
- 22:38Speaker 3: Let me first say hi to John and then we'll
- 22:39Speaker 3: cue the video. Johnny, there, We've got the big John Jubilee.
- 22:43Speaker 3: Absolutely there he is, Hey, John.
- 22:44Speaker 1: How are you good.
- 22:45Speaker 3: See all right, we got the video to queue. Now,
- 22:48Speaker 3: David play the video testimonial.
- 22:51Speaker 7: All these years we've taken care of the church, We've
- 22:55Speaker 7: taken care of our seven children and our twenty nine grandkids.
- 22:59Speaker 8: Decided it's time to take care of us. It's been
- 23:01Speaker 8: a good choice.
- 23:02Speaker 7: But my blood pressure has been around one seventeen one
- 23:06Speaker 7: twenty over seventy. Saw my doctor on Monday and she
- 23:11Speaker 7: let me cut back to a third.
- 23:13Speaker 8: But I can now go off that totally next week.
- 23:16Speaker 3: Well, I've been on blood pressure medication since I was
- 23:19Speaker 3: forty five. We saw our doctor, my mom one hundred
- 23:22Speaker 3: milligrams of my blood pressure medication.
- 23:25Speaker 8: I'm going to nothing there. We're just rejoicing, all right.
- 23:32Speaker 1: So, uh, there's a couple that struck me.
- 23:35Speaker 3: Their opening comments are very interesting. They said, we've taken
- 23:38Speaker 3: care of our church, we take care of kids, We
- 23:40Speaker 3: took care of everyone except ourselves. And that's what people
- 23:43Speaker 3: do to America. It's the same reason that they elect idiots.
- 23:45Speaker 3: They don't pay attention to politics because they're too busy
- 23:48Speaker 3: running around to their kids volleyball game, their kids baseball game,
- 23:51Speaker 3: and their kids church and Sunday morning at church and
- 23:55Speaker 3: They do everything for the community, the church, their kids,
- 23:58Speaker 3: everyone but them else. So John energized, health is a
- 24:03Speaker 3: way to take care of yourself, which is important because
- 24:06Speaker 3: otherwise you dropped in, you're no good to anybody.
- 24:09Speaker 9: Well, it's so true, Wayne, And you know a lot
- 24:13Speaker 9: of Christians misquote, they miss quote, and they say love
- 24:18Speaker 9: your neighbor, Love your neighbor, Love your neighbor.
- 24:21Speaker 8: Sounds really good, but that is not what Jesus said. Wayne.
- 24:25Speaker 9: Jesus said, love your neighbor as you love yourself, as
- 24:29Speaker 9: you love yourself.
- 24:29Speaker 8: It's right.
- 24:30Speaker 9: You have to take care of yourself first, or you
- 24:33Speaker 9: won't even be around.
- 24:34Speaker 8: To take care of your neighbor. Exactly, because guess what
- 24:38Speaker 8: you know it heart attacks. Wayne.
- 24:40Speaker 9: Do you know that heart attacks have went up ninety
- 24:42Speaker 9: seven point six percent for people under fifty under fifty
- 24:48Speaker 9: up ninety seven point almost.
- 24:51Speaker 3: I'm sure that since twenty twenty one when the COVID
- 24:53Speaker 3: vaccine came around. That's what's absolutely heart attacks, right, that's
- 24:57Speaker 3: the reason.
- 24:57Speaker 8: What absolutely Wayne, it's a big part of it.
- 25:00Speaker 9: And all the crazy you know, toxins and you know
- 25:04Speaker 9: everything that people are dealing with today. And Wayne, I've
- 25:08Speaker 9: never met a person yet you know, we've been helping
- 25:10Speaker 9: people for twenty nine years, tens of thousands of people,
- 25:13Speaker 9: and and you know, we talked to thousands that say,
- 25:16Speaker 9: you know, my husband had a heart attack, you know,
- 25:19Speaker 9: and oh my gosh, you know, he never dreamed in
- 25:21Speaker 9: a million years he was. You know, he's out golfing,
- 25:24Speaker 9: you know, every weekend and blah blah blah, Wayne, No
- 25:27Speaker 9: one plans to have a heart attack, right, Nobody ever
- 25:29Speaker 9: thinks it's going to happen to them. No one wakes
- 25:31Speaker 9: up and goes, today, I'm going to have a heart attack.
- 25:35Speaker 8: No, they just don't do the right stuff.
- 25:37Speaker 9: They don't take care of themselves, Wayne, And then they
- 25:41Speaker 9: can't take care of themselves because they just had a
- 25:43Speaker 9: heart attack, or they broke their hip, or they broke
- 25:46Speaker 9: their back, or they just found out, you know, they
- 25:49Speaker 9: have a chronic illness or disease because they didn't take
- 25:52Speaker 9: care of themselves.
- 25:53Speaker 8: First.
- 25:53Speaker 3: I was just going to say that, no one wakes
- 25:55Speaker 3: up and says, today's the day the doctor's going to
- 25:57Speaker 3: tell me I have staged four cancer, which is what
- 25:59Speaker 3: so many people are hearing now, you know, I mean,
- 26:01Speaker 3: it's just unbelievable, it's stunning.
- 26:02Speaker 1: How many people. I mean, I know I have a
- 26:04Speaker 1: big rolls.
- 26:05Speaker 3: I know that very few people have six thousand people
- 26:08Speaker 3: in their cell phone.
- 26:08Speaker 1: I do, so I know a lot of people.
- 26:10Speaker 3: But at this very moment, John, I know like fifteen
- 26:14Speaker 3: people with cancer and twenty people who are really sick
- 26:17Speaker 3: or dying of something, whether it's hard disease, cancer, kidney disease.
- 26:22Speaker 3: One of my friends who I grew up with needs
- 26:23Speaker 3: a well Matt, my friend has got cancer pretty bad.
- 26:27Speaker 3: And then my other friend I grew up with, Carl,
- 26:29Speaker 3: needs a organ replacement. I can't remember it's a kidney
- 26:32Speaker 3: or liver, but he needs something replaced. He's got to
- 26:34Speaker 3: get an organ replacement. He's on the list. He doesn't
- 26:36Speaker 3: know if he'll make it. Before he makes it to
- 26:38Speaker 3: the top of the list. I know a lot of
- 26:40Speaker 3: sick people. Man, it's amazing.
- 26:42Speaker 1: You know.
- 26:42Speaker 3: People say it's going around illness, the flu. Actually what's
- 26:45Speaker 3: going around is dying. People are really sick. And I
- 26:49Speaker 3: think the vaccine is at the root of all of it.
- 26:50Speaker 3: And I think energized health can make a big difference. Tomorrow,
- 26:54Speaker 3: at five pm Eastern two pm Pacific, you and Chelsea,
- 26:58Speaker 3: your wife, are hosting a free webinar called inside the
- 27:02Speaker 3: Sell tell us about It, Free, tell us about.
- 27:05Speaker 8: Yeah, so this is a cellular health training way.
- 27:08Speaker 9: You know, we've had a lot of you know, doctors,
- 27:10Speaker 9: you know, over the years that we've helped, we've done
- 27:12Speaker 9: these trainings for and we realized, hey, let's just simplify
- 27:16Speaker 9: this and do it for real people. So if it
- 27:19Speaker 9: has transformed and changed these doctors' lives and even how
- 27:22Speaker 9: they think about patient care, about going to the root cause,
- 27:26Speaker 9: imagine sharing that information in a simplified format just with real.
- 27:32Speaker 8: Everyday people. And so that's what we have going on
- 27:35Speaker 8: right now.
- 27:36Speaker 9: And guys, this really will be if you were in
- 27:40Speaker 9: second grade, if you were eight years old, you could understand.
- 27:44Speaker 8: We're going to make the science, even though.
- 27:46Speaker 9: It is really comple complex, We're going to make it
- 27:49Speaker 9: so simple.
- 27:50Speaker 8: It's like starting your card. It's like, hey, push this button. Well,
- 27:54Speaker 8: there's you know, thirty seven electronic.
- 27:56Speaker 9: And mechanical functions that happen when you push that button
- 27:58Speaker 9: in your car.
- 27:59Speaker 8: But do you really care what they are? You don't care, Yes,
- 28:01Speaker 8: you just want your car to start.
- 28:03Speaker 9: And that's what we're gonna do to interrat cellular hydration
- 28:07Speaker 9: We're gonna make it so simple. We're gonna show you
- 28:10Speaker 9: the six buttons that needs to be pushed to be
- 28:13Speaker 9: healthy at the sailor level. And my wife is so fun, guys.
- 28:16Speaker 9: She makes science entertaining. So you're gonna have a great
- 28:18Speaker 9: time with us tomorrow.
- 28:19Speaker 3: Chelsea is fun. I can testify to that tomorrow at
- 28:22Speaker 3: five pm Eastern, two pm Pacific. In other words, the minute, well,
- 28:27Speaker 3: it's not the bit at my show's over. It's during
- 28:29Speaker 3: my show. What am I saying? Five pm Eastern, two
- 28:31Speaker 3: pm Pacific notes right before my show?
- 28:34Speaker 1: That's it.
- 28:34Speaker 3: I'm trying to think of the time. My show starts
- 28:36Speaker 3: at six pm Eastern, so it's right before this show
- 28:39Speaker 3: five pm Eastern, two pm Pacific. You and Chelsea a
- 28:42Speaker 3: free seminar inside the Cell.
- 28:45Speaker 1: Now.
- 28:45Speaker 3: I just want to mention to people. People complain everything
- 28:48Speaker 3: costs money. This is free.
- 28:51Speaker 1: Does it cost you a dime to show up and
- 28:52Speaker 1: learn how to become healthier and live longer? So check
- 28:56Speaker 1: it out? How do you do it? You're going to
- 28:57Speaker 1: energize health dot com.
- 28:59Speaker 3: You click up the red button titled Cellular Health Training.
- 29:04Speaker 3: Cellular Health Training red button at energized health dot Com.
- 29:09Speaker 3: Now you have a patent pending on your protocol. What's
- 29:12Speaker 3: the big secret, what makes it unique?
- 29:16Speaker 9: Well, the really big cigarette, Wayne, is why is it
- 29:19Speaker 9: that everyone's drinking more water and we are more dehydrated
- 29:24Speaker 9: than we've ever been. So you know whoever thought, you know, Wayne,
- 29:29Speaker 9: we're from the same generation. Did you ever dream in
- 29:32Speaker 9: a million years when we were little boys, we'd be paying.
- 29:35Speaker 8: Five dollars for a bottle of water?
- 29:38Speaker 3: Or at the restaurants I go out to in Vegas,
- 29:40Speaker 3: I pay ten dollars.
- 29:41Speaker 1: For a bottle of water at dinner.
- 29:43Speaker 8: No, never, and I dreamed bottles.
- 29:45Speaker 1: So I spent twenty dollars in water for dinner.
- 29:48Speaker 8: Yeah, well we never dreamed.
- 29:50Speaker 9: Why because we drank the water out of the hose
- 29:52Speaker 9: and out of the kitchen sink. And you know, nobody
- 29:54Speaker 9: ever dreamed it'd be no drink your water, Drink your water,
- 29:57Speaker 9: drink your water. And yet we're more dehyd than we
- 30:00Speaker 9: were when we were little boys, you know, drinking out
- 30:02Speaker 9: of the hose because we didn't have the toxins and
- 30:06Speaker 9: the EMFs and all the food additives and all those
- 30:09Speaker 9: things that are working against us. So the big cigaret
- 30:11Speaker 9: is with everything that's in the world today. You know,
- 30:15Speaker 9: I've been hydrated for twenty nine years. You know, not
- 30:19Speaker 9: one medical doctor visit.
- 30:22Speaker 8: Waiting. This is funny.
- 30:23Speaker 9: And I didn't have to pay a penny of insurance
- 30:25Speaker 9: for twenty nine years, except Obamacare, where they forced us. Right,
- 30:29Speaker 9: they forced us to get insurance during Obamacare.
- 30:34Speaker 3: Let's make sure everyone knows that. You know, you changed
- 30:36Speaker 3: my life. And I'm sixty four years old. I sixty
- 30:38Speaker 3: five this July, and I'll be setting up Medicare in April.
- 30:42Speaker 3: I already have an agent called me and said, April first,
- 30:44Speaker 3: you got to start sitting up your Medicare.
- 30:46Speaker 1: Which is kind of amazing because I don't think I
- 30:48Speaker 1: look sixty five years old, and you are a year
- 30:51Speaker 1: older than me.
- 30:52Speaker 3: So you and I are Medicare guys now, and we
- 30:54Speaker 3: both look and feel great because we're both on your program.
- 30:58Speaker 3: So I appreciate that when you're in this free webinar tomorrow,
- 31:02Speaker 3: are you going to reveal this secret of hydration during
- 31:05Speaker 3: your learn.
- 31:06Speaker 8: Aren't we are? Guys.
- 31:07Speaker 9: I'm gonna lay it out and I'm gonna make it
- 31:09Speaker 9: so simple. I'm gonna tell you the secret, and I'm
- 31:11Speaker 9: gonna make it simple for you.
- 31:13Speaker 1: All right, I like it. I like it.
- 31:15Speaker 3: February is a heart health month and with heart disease
- 31:19Speaker 3: the number one clause of death in America, and as
- 31:21Speaker 3: you said, it's growing much and much worse.
- 31:24Speaker 1: Uh, it's a conversation we all need to have.
- 31:26Speaker 3: What are the warning signs people overlook when it comes
- 31:29Speaker 3: to poor heart and circulatory health.
- 31:33Speaker 9: Well, this is one of the biggest challenges Wayne, right
- 31:36Speaker 9: is most people you know, never really see it coming.
- 31:40Speaker 9: But but let me tell you a couple of things,
- 31:43Speaker 9: and it's it's gonna sound like really that.
- 31:45Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 31:45Speaker 9: So number one is if you crave sugar. If you
- 31:49Speaker 9: crave sugar, you are dehydrated. Now, I'm not saying if
- 31:53Speaker 9: you eat sugar, because I eat sugar Wayne and moderation,
- 31:57Speaker 9: but I have no craving for sugar because I have
- 32:01Speaker 9: cellular hydration like you do, and so you don't crave it,
- 32:05Speaker 9: but you can still eat it if you want to.
- 32:07Speaker 9: But if you crave sugar, you're dehydrated, which means your
- 32:11Speaker 9: arteries and your mains are shriveling up. They are shrinking
- 32:15Speaker 9: up and closing down. And all it takes is one
- 32:19Speaker 9: main artery going to your heart to shrivel up because
- 32:23Speaker 9: of that dehydration combined with your sludge blood. Your blood
- 32:28Speaker 9: should be like water, but it becomes like ketchup when
- 32:30Speaker 9: it's dehydrated. It thickens, and that's what brings on a
- 32:34Speaker 9: heart attack.
- 32:35Speaker 1: Wayne.
- 32:35Speaker 8: Faster than anything is the dehydration.
- 32:38Speaker 1: Well, thank goodness, I'm on your program. I had my
- 32:40Speaker 1: annual physical.
- 32:40Speaker 3: I mentioned this a couple of weeks ago, and the
- 32:43Speaker 3: doctor said, whatever you're doing, keep it up.
- 32:45Speaker 1: You look great.
- 32:46Speaker 3: And you look like he said, you look like a
- 32:47Speaker 3: football linebacker. And I am looking like my old eighteen
- 32:51Speaker 3: year old monster back, kind of accombination of lnebacker and
- 32:55Speaker 3: strong safety.
- 32:56Speaker 1: And because of John's program. And he said, forget about
- 32:59Speaker 1: the way you look.
- 33:00Speaker 3: I've got your blood results, your blood tests in my hand.
- 33:03Speaker 3: Everything is perfect, absolutely perfect. So you're doing something right,
- 33:07Speaker 3: he says, even better.
- 33:08Speaker 1: Than it was a year ago.
- 33:09Speaker 3: So thank you John for expanding my life and expanding my.
- 33:13Speaker 1: Career on TV.
- 33:15Speaker 3: Register for the free webinar with John and Chelsea Jubilee

- 33:52Speaker 3: This is code for a monster field where gas or

- 34:00Speaker 3: Ark, you're a legend in the oil industry, in the
- 34:02Speaker 3: gas industry.
- 34:03Speaker 1: Tell us about your track record.
- 34:05Speaker 10: Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
- 34:08Speaker 10: father in the early nineteen fifties started a company called
- 34:11Speaker 10: tech Star. It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When
- 34:15Speaker 10: it sold out to US Steel, it was the largest
- 34:17Speaker 10: independent in the world. Dell High Pipelines was the largest
- 34:20Speaker 10: gas distribution system in the United States when it sold
- 34:23Speaker 10: out to a US steal. I worked with him for
- 34:26Speaker 10: four years. I've been in the oil and gas vez
- 34:28Speaker 10: ever since. You would probably know me better as this
- 34:32Speaker 10: chairman of Ultra Petroleum, and Ultra had a pretty good
- 34:36Speaker 10: track record, which you're very familiar with.
- 34:38Speaker 3: I think well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
- 34:42Speaker 3: Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars. Is that correct
- 34:45Speaker 3: in the nine year run of your publicly traded company.
- 34:48Speaker 10: Yeah, at the high that's true.
- 34:50Speaker 3: Ten thousand dollars turned into thirteen million. That means one
- 34:52Speaker 3: hundred thousand dollars turned into one hundred and thirty million.
- 34:55Speaker 3: That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this
- 34:58Speaker 3: deal lost sold? This project is so special. I hear
- 35:02Speaker 3: about projects and deals all the time. What makes this
- 35:06Speaker 3: one special?
- 35:07Speaker 1: Mark?
- 35:07Speaker 10: What's special about this is all the other basins the
- 35:10Speaker 10: United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty years
- 35:13Speaker 10: what they are. This one could not be drilled because
- 35:16Speaker 10: there was a uranium mine out here. Until it was
- 35:18Speaker 10: reclimated three years ago. No one could drill it. This
- 35:22Speaker 10: is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with billions
- 35:26Speaker 10: of dollars of infrastructure that at this point eighty five
- 35:29Speaker 10: percent empty. So we made this discovery. We are the
- 35:32Speaker 10: only operator in this field, and right now we can
- 35:36Speaker 10: see that we've got enough room for five hundred horizontal
- 35:39Speaker 10: wells out here with what we drilled so far. Very exciting.
- 35:43Speaker 10: It's the new basin in the United States and as
- 35:46Speaker 10: far as I'm concerned, this is an order of magnitude
- 35:49Speaker 10: bigger than Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.
- 35:52Speaker 4: All right.
- 35:52Speaker 1: The website is Lost Soldier dot com. Pretty simple stuff.
- 35:57Speaker 1: Lost Soldier dot Com.
- 35:58Speaker 3: The project and acres took forty years to piece together.
- 36:02Speaker 3: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas LLC. That's the
- 36:06Speaker 3: company that's the project. But the website Lost Soldier dot com.
- 36:10Speaker 3: If you're an a credit investor, Mark wants to hear
- 36:13Speaker 3: from you. If you want to hear more information, check
- 36:15Speaker 3: it out. Fill out the form and you get to
- 36:16Speaker 3: Lost Soldier. Mark and as people will get back to
- 36:19Speaker 3: you as CFO and let you know all the details
- 36:21Speaker 3: you need to know Lost Soldier dot Com.
- 36:24Speaker 1: Thanks Mark for being with us today.
- 36:26Speaker 10: Thank you Wayne, good to see you again.
- 36:51Speaker 1: All right, Control madness, I said, it was madness to
- 36:53Speaker 1: get ready for this thing lock going on. So I
- 36:57Speaker 1: never got to this Schumer story.
- 36:59Speaker 3: I wanted to go over to Schumer nukes the GOP
- 37:03Speaker 3: push for voter ID laws in Trump backed shutdown package.
- 37:08Speaker 3: He threatens to kill the funding deal if the House
- 37:10Speaker 3: Republicans attach election bill requiring photo ID and citizenship proof.
- 37:18Speaker 3: That is the proof that democrats are stealing elections. What
- 37:21Speaker 3: more do you need? There's no other proof necessary. Every
- 37:26Speaker 3: single idiot in the world to do every single idiotic
- 37:29Speaker 3: thing needs id except to vote. In places like California,
- 37:34Speaker 3: they look at you like you have a grenade in
- 37:36Speaker 3: your hand. Of you if you show them your id
- 37:38Speaker 3: In Nevada, even they look at you like you ever
- 37:41Speaker 3: grenade in your hand.
- 37:42Speaker 1: They're like, what, no, no, no, put it away.
- 37:47Speaker 4: You don't need that.
- 37:48Speaker 1: Why does it.
- 37:49Speaker 3: Scare them so much that I show you my d
- 37:51Speaker 3: to prove it's me as opposed to someone else voting
- 37:55Speaker 3: who doesn't deserve to vote, because they're stealing elections.
- 38:00Speaker 1: And when they steal elections, what do they do? They
- 38:02Speaker 1: ruin the country. Here's a good example.
- 38:04Speaker 3: California's dragweight laws are drowning restaurants.
- 38:08Speaker 1: Here are the ten worst.
- 38:09Speaker 3: So when they say dragweight, it's the drag on the
- 38:14Speaker 3: economy I guess they're talking about.
- 38:16Speaker 1: And so let me see what the ten worst are.
- 38:18Speaker 1: They got a list?
- 38:19Speaker 3: Okay, the Private Attorney's General Act Labor Code.
- 38:24Speaker 1: Two six nine eight. This is the nuclear option.
- 38:27Speaker 3: One technical violation can turn into a statewide style litigation.
- 38:32Speaker 3: Risk penalties stacked per employee, per pay period, and years
- 38:36Speaker 3: of legal expense. Almost every business in California has dealt
- 38:40Speaker 3: with fictitious labor lawsuits under PAGA Private Attorney's General Act,
- 38:45Speaker 3: a scam that's encouraged by the state. Number two fast
- 38:48Speaker 3: food minimum wage, a special carve out wage floor twenty
- 38:51Speaker 3: dollars an hour starting April first, and a standard setting
- 38:55Speaker 3: council layered on top even for operators not covered. It
- 38:58Speaker 3: sets a pricing labor expectation that bleeds into the entire market.
- 39:05Speaker 1: State wide minimum wage racket. The state wide minimum.
- 39:08Speaker 3: Wage is sixteen dollars and ninety cents per hour in California,
- 39:12Speaker 3: effective January first of this year. Many cities stack higher
- 39:16Speaker 3: local minimum wages on top of that. Keep in mind
- 39:19Speaker 3: this applies to tipped workers and businesses pay full payroll
- 39:24Speaker 3: taxes on wages and tips.
- 39:26Speaker 1: No one could survive in California. You can't. I left
- 39:29Speaker 1: twenty three years ago. I was a genius. The rest
- 39:31Speaker 1: of these people are just figuring out now.
- 39:33Speaker 3: On Number four, the hidden fees on its pricing law
- 39:36Speaker 3: and amendments effect of July first, twenty twenty four, It's
- 39:40Speaker 3: California's all in pricing rules changed how restaurants disclose mandatory fees,
- 39:45Speaker 3: charges on menus and advertising.
- 39:47Speaker 1: It's more compliance risk, more signage rules.
- 39:50Speaker 3: More gotcha exposure, especially for multilocation operators. Number five organics composting,
- 39:57Speaker 3: mandate edible food recovery instauructs are directly impacted by mandatory organics,
- 40:02Speaker 3: collection rules and related compliance expectations that vary by jurisdiction.
- 40:09Speaker 3: More bins, more holy costs, more back of the house labor,
- 40:12Speaker 3: more inspections. Number six Plastic pollution prevention and Packaging Producer
- 40:17Speaker 3: Responsibility Act, even when obligations land on producers. Restaurants live
- 40:21Speaker 3: downstream of packaging rules, availability price hikes, improved materials foam restrictions,
- 40:28Speaker 3: especially for takeout heavy restaurants. Then the number seven allergen
- 40:33Speaker 3: labeling rules as part of the growing menu label compliance category. Again,
- 40:38Speaker 3: more exposure in the places customers touch every day. Men
- 40:41Speaker 3: use boards, over ordering flows AB five seven eight, Number
- 40:46Speaker 3: eight delivery app requirements. Restaurants already get squeezed by delivery economics.
- 40:50Speaker 3: Add regulatory mandates, you get more administrative burden and dispute friction.
- 40:54Speaker 1: Number nine cal savers expansion.
- 40:57Speaker 3: The Treasurer's office states all California employees with one or
- 41:02Speaker 3: more companies with one.
- 41:03Speaker 1: Or more employees must.
- 41:03Speaker 3: Provide access to a qualified retirement program. Yet another compliance
- 41:08Speaker 3: program with penalties for non compliance, and number ten. Each
- 41:11Speaker 3: of these regulations changes at a regular interval.
- 41:15Speaker 1: You could be trying to do the right.
- 41:16Speaker 3: Thing and get clipped because the rules are stocked, documentation,
- 41:20Speaker 3: expectations are unrealistic, penalties don't scale to intent, and you
- 41:24Speaker 3: simply don't know the rule had changed.
- 41:26Speaker 1: California is still California.
- 41:28Speaker 3: The outside world, sunshine, surfing, hiking, the dream, But for
- 41:32Speaker 3: people actually opening restaurants here, it's increasingly the opposite of
- 41:35Speaker 3: the American dream. It's a compliance, paperwork and litigation. Hell, unbelievable, unbelievable.
- 41:43Speaker 3: This is what has happened to California. Nobody should open
- 41:47Speaker 3: a business in California. Let go to a restaurant.
- 41:50Speaker 1: And I mentioned earlier in.
- 41:51Speaker 3: The show, huge surge and new orders send US manufacturer
- 41:54Speaker 3: activity near four year highs. Thank you, President Trump. We
- 41:57Speaker 3: get a great deal with India. Will oh were the
- 42:00Speaker 3: tariffs on them. They lower our tariffs to zero and
- 42:03Speaker 3: they agree to invest five hundred billion dollars in the
- 42:06Speaker 3: United States economy and energy, technology, farm, coal, and other exports.
- 42:11Speaker 3: And Trump announces twelve billion dollar critical mineral stockpile. And
- 42:17Speaker 3: one more bit of good news new snap work requirements
- 42:20Speaker 3: meaning to get food stamps you have to work. Take
- 42:22Speaker 3: effected more states, expanding to more states, tightening eligibility, reshaping
- 42:27Speaker 3: benefits under a Trump backed law according to federal estimates.
- 42:31Speaker 3: So you know, we're kicking some people off of food
- 42:34Speaker 3: stamps that don't deserve it. They need to get a job,
- 42:36Speaker 3: and they need to work. Get off your ass and work.
- 42:40Speaker 3: Good for the rest of us. Less taxes. Hopefully Trump
- 42:43Speaker 3: does some good things. Lost Soldier Oil and Gas sponsor.
