- 0:00You said ayahuasca changed your life. Tell us about that.
- 0:02You have a conversation with God, not just pray to God, not just journal to God.
- 0:08You have a conversation. My goal was to release traumas that didn't serve me anymore in this life.
- 0:15In ayahuasca, what God did was show me. You can take all the supplements in a world,
- 0:20but if you're grounding, it's better than an antioxidant supplement.
- 0:22Every cell vibrates at a certain frequency, every single one.
- 0:25Frequency is essentially life. You know, we talk a lot about glyphosate.
- 0:29We talk a lot about Lyme disease, talk a lot about mold. Those are chemicals,
- 0:32but what they do in our body is change our frequency.
- 0:34And as soon as the cellular frequency changes, that's when disease sets in.
- 0:39With frequency, it's free. Sunshine is free.
- 0:42Yeah, grounding is free.
- 0:43Grounding is free.
- 0:44Yeah, exercise is free.
- 0:45Exercise is free.
- 0:46Every cell vibrates at a certain frequency in hertz.
- 0:49So like the immune system and the cells of it vibrate at like 116 hertz.
- 0:53So if you can somehow manipulate those cells to get back to 116 hertz,
- 0:57whatever that therapy is, you can heal the frequency of that cell.
- 1:02And so what happens is...
- 1:07Dr. Charlie, welcome to the Non-Toxic Living Podcast.
- 1:09You have an amazing story and journey.
- 1:12First of all, you're kind of one of those woo-woo guys.
- 1:15And I'm always functional medicine doctors on this show.
- 1:18We talk about lab testing, but you literally have a practice with a 30,000 person waiting list.
- 1:24No matter what you think about alternative medicine, frequency medicine,
- 1:29you know, the proof is in the stats.
- 1:31You're helping a lot of people.
- 1:32Why is frequency medicine so effective?
- 1:35Well, first, before you jump into that, I think it's pretty awesome how we made this podcast happen.
- 1:40I mean, we're at Seminar and Kansas City.
- 1:43And we just meet in a day later we're doing this podcast because we connected, which is awesome.
- 1:47Yeah, it feels good.
- 1:48It feels great.
- 1:49And just, you're not watching.
- 1:50You can't see what I'm seeing, but this, your heart,
- 1:54just your frequency, you know, that I'm more open and sensitive to,
- 1:58because I'm not a frequency guy, but definitely seeing that life is frequency, you know,
- 2:04love is frequency.
- 2:05And you're in that, that wave, things just aren't as hard.
- 2:10That's right.
- 2:10It feels better and you have problems, but we're going to work out.
- 2:13And people are going to say, oh, that's only for the rich.
- 2:15I'm like, I, the rich have more problems because more shit you have, the more problems you have,
- 2:20bigger house, more money, more problems, 100%, right?
- 2:24Bigger house, you know, cars, scratches on your cars, you know,
- 2:29less time with your children, more stress with your wife.
- 2:31I loved my simpler life to be honest with you and my little, well,
- 2:36I loved our one bedroom, 700 square foot condo, awesome.
- 2:40The 1500 square foot, you know, was great, right?
- 2:44And that's what I lived in just a few years ago.
- 2:46And so it was just better life.
- 2:48I still said, I like that smaller life.
- 2:51Yeah.
- 2:51Because it's, it's love that matters.
- 2:54It's human connection.
- 2:55It's helping and serving and getting, like you said, the dopamine spike,
- 2:59not from stuff, but from helping others.
- 3:01It's a, it's a different frequency.
- 3:02So frequency medicine, muscle testing,
- 3:07kinesiology, where does CP, CPK event?
- 3:09I don't even know what CPK stands for.
- 3:11Chiroplus kinesiology.
- 3:13Chiroplus kinesiology.
- 3:14Yeah.
- 3:15You have a massive, you know, reach and following.
- 3:18You've sat knee to knee with some of the most famous people.
- 3:21Dana White played poker with him.
- 3:23It's like this journey, this, you know, of your life.
- 3:26And, you know, where you've come to and you've,
- 3:29we're going to talk about your, your ayahuasca experience,
- 3:32right?
- 3:32Which I'm like, holy cow, like you went all in to get closer to God
- 3:36and understand this, even at a more deeper level.
- 3:39So let's unpack the, the woo and see if it's true.
- 3:41Yeah.
- 3:42So, frequencies, everything.
- 3:44Everything we just talked about, love, every emotion,
- 3:47everything vibrates at a certain frequency.
- 3:49And their science to back that up.
- 3:50Ton of science, there's a great book called The Body Electric.
- 3:53And it's about a doc who essentially was
- 3:57changing frequencies and salamanders to grow, like they can grow their limbs back.
- 4:01If you rip off salamanders, like it grows back.
- 4:03And they were doing certain currents through to
- 4:06manipulate how the limb grew back.
- 4:09And showing that the body is electric before it's even chemical.
- 4:12And so, that's a great book.
- 4:13Body Electric, if anyone wants to read that,
- 4:15it's a great start of like frequency.
- 4:17So, frequency medicine is not new.
- 4:19It's almost been like suppressed, suppressed.
- 4:22They're trying to get away from that.
- 4:24They try to monopolize the chemical industry.
- 4:26You know, you've heard of Abraham Flexner
- 4:27in the whole report with Rockefeller
- 4:29and basically going around in funding medical schools
- 4:31who could push the most amount of chemicals.
- 4:34That's what the curriculums are these days.
- 4:35So, if you hear chiropractor, you hear naturopath,
- 4:38homeopath, like you're labeled a quack.
- 4:41And all these people were dealing with frequencies of the body.
- 4:43And the power that made the body heals the body.
- 4:46And all those frequencies are real.
- 4:48Every cell vibrates at a certain frequency, every single one.
- 4:51And, you know, we talk a lot about glyphosate.
- 4:53We talk a lot about Lyme disease, talk a lot about mold.
- 4:56Those are chemicals, but what they do in our body
- 4:58is change our frequency.
- 4:59And as soon as the cellular frequency changes,
- 5:03that's when disease sets in.
- 5:04So, if you're strong enough, you know, people call it mitochondria
- 5:07and things like that.
- 5:08If you're strong enough to withstand those things,
- 5:10it's because the electromagnetic of your cells
- 5:13are that much stronger than the other people.
- 5:14It's wild.
- 5:15This is wild.
- 5:16Like, I mean, I've never,
- 5:17I'm so glad we're having this conversation.
- 5:19Because so, frequency is essentially life.
- 5:22And what you just said,
- 5:25if we have a strong frequency,
- 5:26like so you're vibing good.
- 5:28Like some of these non-verbals, what you say,
- 5:30you have a good frequency.
- 5:32We say that tongue in cheek,
- 5:34but you just said it.
- 5:34You know, if you have a good,
- 5:36if you have a strong frequency,
- 5:37if you have a good frequency in your vibrating high,
- 5:40you can, you have better resilience.
- 5:42So it's like, let's think about this way.
- 5:45You have a strong microbiome.
- 5:47Those bugs are putting out frequency.
- 5:49100%.
- 5:50You know, that's what they're doing.
- 5:51Electrical signals to your DNA.
- 5:53Or if they're overgrown in their bad ones,
- 5:55they're putting bad frequency in you
- 5:57because they want to take over.
- 5:58They're not in balance.
- 6:00They're not in homeostasis.
- 6:01That's right.
- 6:02This is very interesting.
- 6:02I've never, it's like reading the Bible
- 6:04through the lens of love
- 6:06versus the lens of a judgmental God.
- 6:08Or the Quran, right?
- 6:10I've met Muslims, some of them
- 6:12who read it through a lens of God's judgment
- 6:14and others that read it through the lens of God's love.
- 6:17And you couldn't tell the difference
- 6:18between this Muslim or a Christian
- 6:21and how they believe.
- 6:22It's interesting.
- 6:23I know that Ruffles Feathers
- 6:24because we've been taught in America
- 6:26that, oh my gosh, you know,
- 6:28they don't like Christians, right?
- 6:30That's not true.
- 6:30If you go to another country
- 6:33and actually sit down,
- 6:34they're like, we don't hate Christians.
- 6:36That's right.
- 6:36It just depends on who you talk to.
- 6:38That's right.
- 6:39And then there's literally Christians
- 6:40that don't like Muslims.
- 6:42Like, this is this, there's a frequency,
- 6:44but could it be that there's a similar frequency?
- 6:48I'm not saying one way or the other,
- 6:49but this is just, you know.
- 6:51This is the conversation that should be talked about.
- 6:52Yeah, this is the mind-mouth connection
- 6:54of things that are kind of like,
- 6:55I'm just experientially seen.
- 6:58And this new lens of life
- 7:00that I'm getting opened up to
- 7:03is frequency medicine and how it heals your body.
- 7:06The basis of it all
- 7:07is every cell vibrates at a certain frequency in hertz.
- 7:11So like the immune system
- 7:12and the cells of it vibrate at like 116 hertz.
- 7:15So if you can somehow manipulate those cells
- 7:17that get back to 116 hertz,
- 7:19whatever that therapy is,
- 7:20you can heal the frequency of that cell.
- 7:23And so what happens is
- 7:25every cell is vibrating at frequencies.
- 7:27If you get exposed to glyphosate,
- 7:29we'll just pick a topic.
- 7:31And that damages some cells
- 7:33that change the frequency of the cell.
- 7:35So it lowers the frequency.
- 7:36It's not in balance
- 7:37of what it should be vibrating at.
- 7:39It's not vibing.
- 7:40That's right.
- 7:40The body though,
- 7:41because it's so brilliant to design,
- 7:43all the surrounding cells
- 7:45will donate frequency to it
- 7:47to rise it up,
- 7:48like rising tides raises all ships.
- 7:50The issue is when so many cells are affected,
- 7:54that doesn't happen anymore.
- 7:55And that's when chronic disease sets in.
- 7:57That's like senescent cells.
- 7:58Exactly.
- 7:59That they have low frequency
- 8:01and that's what toxins do.
- 8:02Yeah.
- 8:02The cell stops dividing
- 8:04because it's dangerous.
- 8:05Now you have a low vibing cell
- 8:08and toxins actually block cell death too,
- 8:10which is really bad
- 8:11because you can't even get rid of your senescent cells then.
- 8:13So a bunch of rotten apples.
- 8:15Yep.
- 8:16And it makes the other apples.
- 8:17So the science of
- 8:19you're just saying that's frequency.
- 8:20Like another way to look at it.
- 8:21Exactly.
- 8:22It doesn't have to be this chemical process.
- 8:25It's also explained correctly with frequency.
- 8:27I never even thought of it.
- 8:27And there's one, this is a phenomenon
- 8:29that I see with patients.
- 8:31And you might even think of people
- 8:32in your past that have experienced this is
- 8:35you find that they have lime,
- 8:37mold, glyphosate,
- 8:38too much estrogen in their body,
- 8:39like all these plastics and stuff like that.
- 8:42And you do blood work,
- 8:43which you find it,
- 8:44which is great.
- 8:45It's a great question to ask.
- 8:46And then you detox them
- 8:48and you do do blood work.
- 8:49And it's like,
- 8:50hey, everything is pretty much down
- 8:52to normal levels of,
- 8:53you know, what should you should be feeling good,
- 8:55but you still don't feel good.
- 8:56It's because those toxins change the cell signaling,
- 8:59the frequency of that cell.
- 9:00And we have to do something in frequency medicine
- 9:03to reset the cell signal.
- 9:04Because it almost is like a,
- 9:06like a memory of that the toxin was there.
- 9:08And we have to reset that memory.
- 9:09And you do that through frequencies.
- 9:11Yeah, I've seen this as an example.
- 9:14You like for me,
- 9:15I was chemically sensitive.
- 9:17And for a good reason,
- 9:18my body was reacting,
- 9:19my buckets were full,
- 9:20you know, all this overflow of toxins
- 9:23that your body can't process
- 9:24through its natural ability to detoxify.
- 9:27You store these, your body smart.
- 9:28Let's just put these on the shelves and your fat.
- 9:31Yep. And then it can even,
- 9:32there's no spots left.
- 9:34And then you,
- 9:35you're getting tons of hormone signaling issues.
- 9:39You're just overwhelmed.
- 9:40But eating the cleanest diet,
- 9:43doing all the right things,
- 9:44you know, having access
- 9:46five years of detoxification.
- 9:47Yet I'm still chemically sensitive.
- 9:49And for me,
- 9:51it was my limbic lobe.
- 9:53Remembered,
- 9:54which is frequency.
- 9:56I was still in fight or flight when it came to that.
- 9:58And it would trigger the same symptom
- 10:00even though I had the strength and resilience
- 10:04to not be sensitive.
- 10:06And how I did it is,
- 10:07it's almost like I had to,
- 10:08almost like Joe dispends a type stuff.
- 10:10I had to expose myself to it and tell myself,
- 10:13I'm fine, I'm strong, I'm resilient.
- 10:16I had to reprogram my brain,
- 10:18which is frequency, which is your cells.
- 10:20So it's almost like,
- 10:21I'm trying to wrap my head around like with analogy.
- 10:24It's almost like it's a magnetic tape.
- 10:26Like certain rocks can remember frequency
- 10:29and store that frequency.
- 10:30Our cells have a memory of a frequency
- 10:34in your brain, especially probably your neurological cells
- 10:37are probably a big part of that I would imagine.
- 10:39And I had to reprogram that tape
- 10:41and play a different tape.
- 10:42And I think this is probably emotional trauma.
- 10:45Is there frequency medicine for trauma?
- 10:47Yes.
- 10:48And I was literally,
- 10:50you took it out of my mouth
- 10:51because I was going to say it is exactly
- 10:53how emotional trauma works in our cells.
- 10:55We have anything we've ever experienced.
- 10:57Even in the moment,
- 10:58like we can be five years old
- 10:59and we got grounded for something dumb that doesn't even,
- 11:03doesn't even matter to us 35 years later.
- 11:06But in that moment,
- 11:07it was your whole life.
- 11:08Like it was everything of like,
- 11:10you know, you didn't have other responsibilities
- 11:12to think about.
- 11:12So when you got grounded,
- 11:13it's like,
- 11:14this is, my whole life is done right now.
- 11:17And that inner child,
- 11:18that young you stores that
- 11:20and call something called the neuropeptide,
- 11:21a nervous system protein.
- 11:23And so the longer we go on our life,
- 11:25we almost build what I call email threads.
- 11:27So like that original email
- 11:28could be when you're grounded
- 11:29by your father when you were five.
- 11:31And then you're 30 years old
- 11:33and your boss is reprimanding you
- 11:34and subconsciously frequency wise,
- 11:37that boss is reminding you of being five years old
- 11:39to trigger and being grounded.
- 11:41And so now that whole email thread
- 11:43of could be thousands of emotions,
- 11:45you feel that in your physiology.
- 11:46You get way more worked up than we should.
- 11:49So if you can use muscle testing
- 11:52and frequency medicine tools
- 11:54to access the nervous system to say,
- 11:56okay, this current stress of boss
- 11:58reprimanding me for whatever I did.
- 12:00What is it reminding me of?
- 12:02Like is it really the current event
- 12:03or am I really reacting this way
- 12:05because it's reminding me of a thousand earlier times
- 12:08that my nervous system hold free,
- 12:09held frequencies from other traumas.
- 12:12You go back and you can actually
- 12:13reprogram that five-year-old getting grounded
- 12:16and it deletes the whole email thread.
- 12:17And all of a sudden you go from stress to,
- 12:20you feel like you took a coat off
- 12:21and never knew you had on
- 12:22because all your frequency has changed
- 12:24during a whole different vibration.
- 12:27So this is why the ayahuasca
- 12:29what we're going to talk about in a minute.
- 12:31That's another way or another.
- 12:32So this is interesting to me
- 12:34because I like how you're explaining it.
- 12:36So you have a recording
- 12:38that you keep playing
- 12:39and every time you connect the dot back to that,
- 12:42that event, it replays that
- 12:44and then it replays those emotions
- 12:45over and over again.
- 12:46I like how you're explaining this
- 12:48because I know it to be true.
- 12:49I would just talk and do a doc downstairs
- 12:51and we were talking about breath.
- 12:53I don't know why we were talking about breath.
- 12:55Emotions live in breath.
- 12:56That's why all these conscious music
- 12:58talk just breathe like the breath
- 13:00we can get into to that as well
- 13:02because that resets your autonomic nervous system.
- 13:04Cyclic sign has changed my life
- 13:06like literally changed my life.
- 13:07So I can say that with all boldness.
- 13:09And that's free.
- 13:10Yeah, that's free to do.
- 13:11You can do it here, you can do it in your home.
- 13:13Yeah, it's every time I do it literally.
- 13:15I think this what the song says.
- 13:17All my problems go away, which is really weird.
- 13:20Like just breath work.
- 13:21All the things I'm stressing about,
- 13:23it's almost like they're forced to be erased in that moment.
- 13:26Yeah, we said something about breath
- 13:28probably because I wasn't breathing.
- 13:29I can't remember the conversation,
- 13:30but literally it triggered a thought
- 13:33and he gave me a dad joke.
- 13:35What did the green grapes say to the purple grape?
- 13:38Just breathe.
- 13:40And I'm like, what triggered that?
- 13:42Is because we were talking about breath.
- 13:44And that's what triggered that.
- 13:46So that his memory and we remember everything.
- 13:49Like you have to like the psychology.
- 13:51This is in the science.
- 13:52You literally, whether it's magnetic or frequency,
- 13:55you remember every single experience that happens to you.
- 13:59Your brain is that powerful.
- 14:00They don't tell you this stuff in school.
- 14:02The body keeps score.
- 14:03Yeah, everything.
- 14:04Not just some things, everything.
- 14:06Even the sound, I'm not paying attention to that
- 14:08because you can only hear and experience
- 14:11so many bits of information like on a tape.
- 14:14But if I stop and listen, I can hear
- 14:18that's the air conditioner.
- 14:19Yeah.
- 14:20And so I'm not consciously seeing it,
- 14:21but unconsciously, everything that's happening,
- 14:24things I'm seeing out of my periphery.
- 14:26Your brain is remembering that frequency
- 14:29because everything's frequency.
- 14:30Literally recording it on a tape.
- 14:32And then you have a conversation with somebody
- 14:35and then the dot gets connected.
- 14:36We talked about breath.
- 14:37He told the dad joke.
- 14:39Your boss yells at you about something similar.
- 14:43You replay that tape and you didn't realize.
- 14:45And this is, is this why deja vu happens?
- 14:48Maybe.
- 14:48Yeah.
- 14:49I'm going to put a very interesting
- 14:50phenomenon.
- 14:51Now we're talking quantum frequency.
- 14:53Yes.
- 14:54Yep.
- 14:54We can go down that rabbit hole too.
- 14:56Yeah.
- 14:56I'm having a lot of fun on these.
- 14:58Yes.
- 14:58You woo-woo guys.
- 14:59Great.
- 14:59You're doing great.
- 15:00Because we such,
- 15:01such may be me someday.
- 15:02You, I'm going to teach you how to muscle test.
- 15:04All right, let's go.
- 15:05And it's, it's just good conversation.
- 15:08It's, it's, it's deep conversation that really makes sense out of life,
- 15:13which is so fascinating.
- 15:14It's so fun.
- 15:15You know, it's like,
- 15:16there's nothing better to talk about honestly.
- 15:18I mean, that's why I've dedicated my life to this.
- 15:20Yeah.
- 15:20I love talking about God.
- 15:21I love it.
- 15:22It's great.
- 15:22Way is to get closer to God.
- 15:24Yeah.
- 15:24Closer to nature.
- 15:25Like,
- 15:26top things, right?
- 15:27Because guess what we did?
- 15:28We decided to do everything fake.
- 15:30Everything that's away from nature in God.
- 15:32Call it good.
- 15:33Right.
- 15:34And it's making us sick.
- 15:35Yeah.
- 15:36Yeah.
- 15:36Meanwhile, the frequency of the planet,
- 15:38the frequency of sunshine,
- 15:40the frequency of community and connection.
- 15:43Yeah.
- 15:43Right?
- 15:44The frequency, I don't guess there's not a frequency of sleep.
- 15:46But
- 15:47Well, you integrate frequencies when you sleep.
- 15:49If you don't sleep, you don't heal.
- 15:50And how you heal is by frequencies normalizing.
- 15:53You said, Iawaska, change your life.
- 15:55Tell us about that.
- 15:56Yeah.
- 15:56So for the last year,
- 15:59I've taken time to kind of hit my trauma's head on.
- 16:02And I've done a lot of frequency medicine techniques
- 16:04that deal with the neuropeptides that we have talked about already.
- 16:07And I felt better.
- 16:10But I felt like I need in my mind,
- 16:12like not rewired,
- 16:13but like rocked to like this new frequency
- 16:16that I want to vibrate at.
- 16:18And so I, you know,
- 16:20I've had four people tell me you ever try plant medicine.
- 16:23Anytime someone, I hear something three times,
- 16:25like I'm like, all right, God,
- 16:27I get it.
- 16:28Like I need to experience this.
- 16:30I need to explore it.
- 16:31And originally, I was actually interested in doing Bufo,
- 16:34which is a toad venom that is like the strongest form of DMT.
- 16:38And they call it the God molecule.
- 16:40Is that the one from the toad in Arizona?
- 16:43I don't know if it's in Arizona, but it's from a toad.
- 16:45Yeah.
- 16:45And basically they, they milk the venom.
- 16:48And then it like crystallizes.
- 16:49And it, the venom vapors off.
- 16:51And then it leaves the psychedelic of DMT.
- 16:53Five me out DMT is the molecule.
- 16:57And that's like for trauma release.
- 16:59Like you smoke it.
- 17:00It's a vapor.
- 17:01And it is the hardest, most rewarding experience,
- 17:05probably I've ever done.
- 17:07But that's what I originally wanted to do.
- 17:09And then when I talked to the facilitator,
- 17:12I told him my story kind of what I want out of this,
- 17:14because you have to set an intention.
- 17:15You know, it's not like you just go and do it.
- 17:17And you know, you really have to be in the mind space.
- 17:20And he goes, you know, for what you're looking for,
- 17:23I think ayahuasca would probably be what I would recommend.
- 17:26But if you do ayahuasca with us,
- 17:30you have to do boofo afterwards.
- 17:32Because if you don't,
- 17:33it's like you have this whole nighttime ceremony.
- 17:37And then all of a sudden it ends.
- 17:38And it's like, where's the finale?
- 17:40Where's the grand finale?
- 17:41How do you integrate your nervous system from that?
- 17:43You can journal.
- 17:44You can do breathwork and stuff.
- 17:45But he's like, you need something that like
- 17:48locks it all in like that.
- 17:50And that's what boofo does essentially.
- 17:52So I did ayahuasca,
- 17:54ended up with boofo.
- 17:55But ayahuasca was the most enlightening experience
- 17:59that I've probably ever had.
- 18:00It is for sure, the most enlightening experience.
- 18:02It's, I felt so much more connected to God's sins.
- 18:07And in ayahuasca, like you have a conversation with God.
- 18:11Not just pray to God,
- 18:13not just journal to God.
- 18:15You have a conversation.
- 18:18And everyone's experience is a little different.
- 18:20Right.
- 18:20I'm sure people will always say,
- 18:21my experience was different than what Dr. Charlie is saying on this podcast.
- 18:24But mine was very enlightening,
- 18:26is my goal was to release traumas
- 18:30that didn't serve me anymore in this life.
- 18:32Right.
- 18:32I wanted to get into a different frequency.
- 18:35And in ayahuasca,
- 18:37what God did was show me visions of traumas
- 18:40that I specifically remember at big ages in my life.
- 18:43And then my experience was I would see it
- 18:45and I would vomit,
- 18:46I would purge.
- 18:48And it was a vomit that felt so freaking good.
- 18:51It's not like I was like,
- 18:52I had the flu and I was vomiting.
- 18:54It's not like I was wasted drunk in college and vomiting.
- 18:57It was a vomit from,
- 18:58I was fasting, I was still vomiting.
- 19:00It was like a vomit from your soul.
- 19:02And afterwards, you're just like,
- 19:07I feel amazing.
- 19:08Was the traumas when you were a kid,
- 19:10like I can remember a few,
- 19:11like the guy that said I was mean at subcopal,
- 19:15you know, in Sarber, Pennsylvania,
- 19:17you know, and the rest of my life,
- 19:20I ran around thinking,
- 19:21hey, I'm a mean guy because one guy told me that.
- 19:23Was it, was it an event that you could actually remember?
- 19:25Oh, yeah.
- 19:26It was, it was things that I remember
- 19:28from like relationships in high school.
- 19:30And then not so much stuff that I consciously remember
- 19:35from childhood, but like my childhood was,
- 19:37it was not a bad childhood,
- 19:39but my mom was really young when she had me
- 19:41and we were moving around all the time.
- 19:43So there was no stability in my life.
- 19:45And like when you're, you know,
- 19:46up to six years old,
- 19:48you're forming all of your subconscious beliefs
- 19:50and all that stuff.
- 19:50And it's like, you know, my mom was 21 when she had me
- 19:53and it was essentially just me and her.
- 19:55And we would move around the city of Chicago
- 19:57to different places,
- 19:58different kids groups, different schools.
- 20:00So you know, I went to like eight different schools
- 20:02and subconsciously, like now that I understand this stuff more,
- 20:06not at the time, obviously.
- 20:08But what my subconscious was telling me was,
- 20:12am I the reason why we don't have stability in our life, right?
- 20:16And like I couldn't come to that conclusion as a five-year-old,
- 20:19but looking back and then going through ayahuasca,
- 20:21like that's what my inner child was feeling.
- 20:24And so when I started seeing that stuff
- 20:27and then like purging that, I mean,
- 20:29so that's what ayahuasca did is connected that dot.
- 20:31Connected it.
- 20:32Yeah, connected that.
- 20:32And then it took me through things that I
- 20:34definitely consciously remember
- 20:36and then just purged it.
- 20:38And that's what my intention was,
- 20:39like purge what doesn't serve me any longer.
- 20:41And so that's how it started.
- 20:43Synthetic candles with synthetic fragrances
- 20:45are probably one of the most toxic things
- 20:47you can burn inside of your home.
- 20:49Not only are the particles
- 20:51that come off of those candles toxic,
- 20:53but those fragrances link to even diabetes.
- 20:55And of course, allergies, asthma,
- 20:58and they're also linked to the big C guys.
- 21:00They're one of the most toxic things
- 21:01you can have in your home fragrance
- 21:03in particular candles
- 21:04because they're also putting off toxic particles.
- 21:07So I partnered with the Fontana Candle Company
- 21:10and the candle that we created is called uplift.
- 21:12And it did take a year to do a combination
- 21:15of rosemary which has those neuro protective effects
- 21:19also helping your mood and focus and memory
- 21:23along with ginger which is very energizing as well.
- 21:25And then vetiver which is very earthy and grounding
- 21:28and gives you focus and as well as sweet orange.
- 21:31A very grounding centering essential oil.
- 21:34And this created a really balanced synergy.
- 21:36So when you burn this, you actually feel it.
- 21:39You're going to want to do more.
- 21:40You become more focused, more energized.
- 21:42At least that happens for me.
- 21:44And I believe it'll happen for you.
- 21:45So if you go to FontanaCandleCompany.com,
- 21:50you can find this new uplift candle by non-toxic dad
- 21:53and get it at the biggest discount they offer,
- 21:5520% off using the code non-toxic dad.
- 22:00This is interesting to me.
- 22:01So what was showing up in your life that was pushing play
- 22:07on the trauma of all the moving
- 22:09and you thought you had the reason
- 22:10you didn't have stability like it was your fault?
- 22:12I think the biggest thing that I realized
- 22:14after releasing it was like my connection to loved ones.
- 22:18Like I loved my family and I obviously had still do obviously.
- 22:23But it brought me closer like I was able to open up more.
- 22:27Like I had a shell that I didn't know
- 22:29that I was living in a shell if that makes sense.
- 22:31It makes total sense.
- 22:32You know, I was like I was living in this shell.
- 22:33Like I showed my love to people,
- 22:35but then when I broke that shell and purged,
- 22:39I'm like, oh, like I have so much loving gratitude
- 22:42for my family and me and just life
- 22:45that I was able to show up better for everyone around me
- 22:48including myself.
- 22:49So this is interesting to me because I've pinpointed
- 22:51some things that stopped me in my relationship with my wife.
- 22:54And it was, I remember like almost giving my soul
- 22:58like my heart to the first girl I was engaged to.
- 23:00I remember before it was like I wasn't fully all in.
- 23:03Right, but eventually I made a decision
- 23:05I'm giving this girl my heart like all of me.
- 23:08And then she wound up cheating on me.
- 23:10I hope you don't listen to this podcast.
- 23:12She actually did eventually after I got married.
- 23:14She literally sent me an email.
- 23:17No, she called me and asked for forgiveness.
- 23:20Wow.
- 23:20How did you take that?
- 23:22Oh, I'm just like a wept.
- 23:23I'm just like, yeah, yeah.
- 23:25Just validated, yeah, you know, that I wasn't wrong.
- 23:28Because you think in that moment it was your fault.
- 23:30And I had to, I just beat myself up
- 23:31because I was, you know, controlling
- 23:35and a lot of those things as a young man.
- 23:38Sure.
- 23:38Right.
- 23:38And my trauma.
- 23:39So she had a lot of reasons to cheat on me.
- 23:41Right.
- 23:42But I was a good soul.
- 23:43Yeah.
- 23:44You know, and, but I remember doing that.
- 23:46And I still know I can, my eyes are in a tear.
- 23:49I can feel like the stuff behind that.
- 23:52It was deep for you.
- 23:53It was really deep.
- 23:54Yeah.
- 23:54But I even told my wife through breath work.
- 23:57Yeah.
- 23:57That I've learned that I still, I'm not able to fully love you
- 24:02because of that trauma.
- 24:05Like I'm, I'm not able to really, really feel you.
- 24:08Like I felt then, like that visible shell.
- 24:11Yeah.
- 24:11And it's the invisible shell that I'm trying to break down.
- 24:14So I'm very interested.
- 24:15Like I've never done a significant plant medicine.
- 24:18Yeah.
- 24:18This is my first experience I've never done it either.
- 24:20Yeah.
- 24:21Yeah.
- 24:21Another friend of ours.
- 24:22Just another doc that we used to coach in the past
- 24:24was one of my clients.
- 24:26He, and I didn't know any of these dots.
- 24:29But last year he sent me a voxer, a voice message.
- 24:33A voxer is just an app and asking for my forgiveness.
- 24:38And I'm like, okay.
- 24:40He's like just, and it was late.
- 24:42I'm like, I brought him, set a message back.
- 24:45I can't remember what I said.
- 24:45It's like, absolutely brother.
- 24:46Like, you know, it's all love.
- 24:48It's like, it's so cool that, you know,
- 24:50you're, you're growing and whatever.
- 24:51But the reason he did that is because he did a psychedelic experience
- 24:58that he now, it's almost like he was just
- 25:02taking person responsibility.
- 25:03He was blaming others for his problems.
- 25:05And I remember he wore anxiety because I coached him.
- 25:08It's like he would always be so anxious.
- 25:10And it was the very thing that was keeping him from doing well in his business
- 25:12and in life.
- 25:13And he knew it.
- 25:14He's LDS.
- 25:15So he never did caffeine.
- 25:17He never drank a drop of alcohol.
- 25:20Didn't do any drugs.
- 25:21He didn't even know what he was going into.
- 25:23One of his friends, one of his mentors said,
- 25:25you should go do some, this plant medicine.
- 25:28So he didn't even...
- 25:29Did he do ayahuasca?
- 25:31I don't know.
- 25:31I think he did, like, psilocybin.
- 25:33psilocybin, yeah.
- 25:34That's another ceremony that a lot of people go through.
- 25:36He might have been ayahuasca or it might have been...
- 25:39NDMA.
- 25:39Yeah, one of those.
- 25:40NDMA, yeah.
- 25:41So I can't remember which one it was.
- 25:42Yeah.
- 25:43But anyway, he's probably more...
- 25:44He's a different freaking human.
- 25:46Yeah, for sure.
- 25:46Like a different human.
- 25:47Like I look at him this,
- 25:50this towering six foot five shredded, you know,
- 25:54human is now so confident.
- 25:56His eyes are softer.
- 25:58You know, it's just everything about him.
- 26:00It changes your perspective.
- 26:02Yeah.
- 26:02That's what I would say is like...
- 26:03Oh, and his business is now growing.
- 26:06Way better.
- 26:06He never had success.
- 26:08He's in a different frequency.
- 26:09Yeah, so he's now having success in business.
- 26:11And it changed right after that.
- 26:13So I'm not saying run out, guys.
- 26:16Don't take this as medical advice,
- 26:17but it's just amazing how a lot of these things...
- 26:21I think...
- 26:22And I also believe plant medicine used him properly.
- 26:25I've seen some horror stories.
- 26:26For sure.
- 26:27Like some horror stories.
- 26:28So we're talking about the winds right now.
- 26:30Yeah.
- 26:30Balance that out with a lot of people like losing their minds.
- 26:34And, you know, going off into places and not really coming back.
- 26:38So none of this is what we're saying is like,
- 26:41go out and do this.
- 26:42I'm not endorsing this.
- 26:43Right.
- 26:43You know, make sure you do it.
- 26:45Someone says self-proclaimed,
- 26:47you know, which doctor?
- 26:48Yeah.
- 26:48You know...
- 26:49Just be aware of it.
- 26:50Yeah, or a journey expert or whatever.
- 26:53Be careful, right?
- 26:54So, but just interesting because again,
- 26:57just dots.
- 26:58That was a dot from yesterday.
- 27:00And he's a different human.
- 27:01And I just...
- 27:01And I didn't know that that was right after.
- 27:04And he only asked for forgiveness from a few people,
- 27:06he said.
- 27:06And I was just one of the ones that came up.
- 27:08And he just...
- 27:09And that was for me.
- 27:10I'm like, why did it?
- 27:10It was for me.
- 27:11Yeah.
- 27:11I'm like, you didn't have to.
- 27:12He's like, oh, it was for me.
- 27:14I needed to do that.
- 27:15For sure.
- 27:16And so interesting.
- 27:16It is like...
- 27:17Everyone does have a little different experience,
- 27:19but there's a lot of similarities in the result of it.
- 27:22Because when people are looking for that
- 27:24to release that invisible shell,
- 27:27you change as a person.
- 27:28Your perspective changes,
- 27:29your frequency changes,
- 27:30and how you show up for yourself changes,
- 27:31which means how you show up for others change.
- 27:34Because I love the saying,
- 27:34like, you can't give what you don't have.
- 27:36So, like, if you don't have self-love,
- 27:38if you don't truly have that,
- 27:40how do you love someone else?
- 27:41You can't.
- 27:42Because you don't have it.
- 27:43Can't give what you don't have.
- 27:44He was saying that in the experience,
- 27:46he felt he was chained.
- 27:49Really?
- 27:50Literally living in like chains,
- 27:52like it was wrapped up.
- 27:53And it was for him,
- 27:54it was religiosity,
- 27:56like, meaning the do's and don'ts
- 27:59of his connection to God.
- 28:00And when it took him a lot,
- 28:03he said, to let go of facilitators,
- 28:05like, you're not letting go.
- 28:06You're not letting go.
- 28:07His legs were physically locked.
- 28:08So, I don't know what psychedelic was doing this.
- 28:10And he was running through a forest.
- 28:13I'm actually going to have him on the podcast.
- 28:15Yeah.
- 28:16I want to share his story.
- 28:17I just heard it, small pieces of it.
- 28:19And now he's just like,
- 28:20he was able to let go all that stuff
- 28:22and his connection with God.
- 28:22Some of the similar things.
- 28:23So, and I know that you get judged
- 28:26and people say, hey, you're a Christian,
- 28:27that's demonic.
- 28:28You know, and then you say,
- 28:29well, not really a Christian, right?
- 28:31I'm just, I seem like one,
- 28:33but that's very spiritual.
- 28:35Yeah, not the faith you would connect to.
- 28:37I would still put me in that classification,
- 28:39but there's probably a lot of people
- 28:41be like, you shouldn't be talking about that run
- 28:43if you believe that way.
- 28:45I'm like, I'm just, like you said,
- 28:48I'm not putting these hard lines
- 28:53because I'm not scared.
- 28:54Yeah.
- 28:55I know that I'm 100% loved and not judged by God.
- 28:58That's what I believe, for sure.
- 29:00And so, no matter what I'm talking about
- 29:02and I'm very careful what I do,
- 29:04I'm very cautious and intentional
- 29:06and I'm listening.
- 29:07And so, I don't do anything.
- 29:10Well, when I'm in my
- 29:12parasympathetic when I'm connected,
- 29:14I don't try to do anything out of emotion.
- 29:16Right, we were talking about a business decision.
- 29:18And I'm like, ooh, you know, just made me sick.
- 29:20And there's lots of opportunity there.
- 29:21I'm non-toxic dad.
- 29:23You know, I have a big following now.
- 29:25And you know, there's getting opportunity each and every day
- 29:28because people, which makes me mad
- 29:30because may I can be, you know,
- 29:32candidates like people who used to not talk to me
- 29:34are now, now, want to talk to me.
- 29:37People are texting me that, you know,
- 29:39they're influential that I know.
- 29:40They're now texting me.
- 29:41Hey, Warren, how's it going?
- 29:42Yeah.
- 29:43So, I get a lot more text message
- 29:44and a lot more love from people for influence.
- 29:46And what we were talking about was,
- 29:49and there's all these opportunities for business
- 29:52and adding value and value exchange to other people.
- 29:56And, you know, there's all these different things we can do.
- 29:59And I'm just like, I just want to help people.
- 30:00Yeah.
- 30:01Like, and we were talking about a membership.
- 30:03Yeah.
- 30:03Right, because it doesn't cost a lot.
- 30:05And you can help a lot of people.
- 30:06And I'm like, that sounds really good.
- 30:08So, I'm like, can you help me with a membership?
- 30:11Yeah.
- 30:11Because I think that's it.
- 30:12There's, especially in a non-toxic world,
- 30:14we have a lot of stay-at-home moms.
- 30:16We got the boozy, crunchy moms, too,
- 30:18that can afford whatever.
- 30:19But there's, what are the free things
- 30:22that the stay-at-home mom can do?
- 30:24Yeah.
- 30:24Or the stay-at-home dad,
- 30:26or the family that doesn't have the resources,
- 30:29like we do to do all the things.
- 30:31And you, with frequency, it's free.
- 30:34Sunshine is free.
- 30:35Yeah, grounding is free.
- 30:36Grounding is free.
- 30:37Yeah, exercise is free.
- 30:38Exercise is free.
- 30:39We listened to my talk.
- 30:40I did listen to your talk to you today.
- 30:43So, these are the things that I'm teaching,
- 30:44because I'm just like, you can take all the supplements in a world.
- 30:46But if you're grounding, it's better than an antioxidant supplement.
- 30:49There's this watch that I got,
- 30:50wave watch that put frequency.
- 30:51And I looked at, I'm like,
- 30:53we wouldn't need this if we were in nature.
- 30:54She's like, nope.
- 30:56You wouldn't need it.
- 30:57So, there's this wave watch,
- 30:58you know, that you can,
- 30:59you gave it to me, I was wearing that one.
- 31:01Yeah, so it just plays frequency.
- 31:03Because birds have a frequency.
- 31:06Yes, they do.
- 31:07They open up the pores of a tree,
- 31:08so they can respire.
- 31:09Like, exact frequency for that bird in that forest,
- 31:12like, in that region.
- 31:14Really interesting stuff.
- 31:15And so, that was why I'm open to this,
- 31:17is because I used to think Zack Bush was a quack,
- 31:19and he did too many psychedelics, right?
- 31:21No offense, Zack.
- 31:22But now I'm like, he's speaking at a cancer seminar with both mixes,
- 31:26a mix of people.
- 31:26And I want to go just to talk to him more.
- 31:29You know, he doesn't do it to get following.
- 31:31He doesn't, you can tell just by watching him.
- 31:33He's not, he's not like me.
- 31:34I got to work hard.
- 31:35You know, I got to do three things,
- 31:37you know, that you shouldn't buy a Costco, right?
- 31:40He's just speaking from his heart,
- 31:41and he's talking about these frequencies.
- 31:43And when I love about them,
- 31:44is he literally goes back into these, you know,
- 31:48all the studies that talk about the truth of these frequencies.
- 31:52So, so, so like, just blown away
- 31:55by this new ancient wisdom that's been suppressed.
- 31:59Yeah, it's wild to me that we can talk about frequencies of nature.
- 32:03And people understand,
- 32:04nature has frequencies.
- 32:07But as soon as you kind of take it to the body's nervous system
- 32:09and say that we can tap into the frequencies of the body,
- 32:12all of a sudden it's woo-woo.
- 32:13Yeah, it's like, we're separate from nature.
- 32:15Right, like, we're so disconnected from nature.
- 32:17We're not nature.
- 32:18It's what they're thinking.
- 32:19Such an issue.
- 32:20And it's the same thing is like,
- 32:21they, you know, psychology,
- 32:22and a lot of people say that like,
- 32:25your brain and your body are not the same.
- 32:27But they are the same.
- 32:28Like, you know, they're trying to treat anxiety depression
- 32:30with any depressants, any anxiety meds,
- 32:33because they're trying to change your brain,
- 32:34but it's all connected.
- 32:36Your body and your brain are connected.
- 32:37It's not, you know, it's just,
- 32:39it's crazy.
- 32:40It's crazy to me that people don't see that we are frequency.
- 32:44And then people think that I'm crazy for saying
- 32:45that we are frequency.
- 32:46It's like such an ironic relationship,
- 32:48but it's like, it changed my life.
- 32:51It changed.
- 32:52I've still remember my first treatment ever,
- 32:54changed my whole life.
- 32:55For sure.
- 32:56What was your first treatment with frequency meds?
- 32:582012, like, no, I've like,
- 33:01got somewhat of a photographic memory,
- 33:03so like November of 2012 as a student in Cairo school.
- 33:06And that was 2023.
- 33:09What got you in a chiropractic?
- 33:10I was going to go to pharmacy school.
- 33:12And because I had, you know, some six,
- 33:14petroleum-based, I know.
- 33:16I was about to, you know,
- 33:17do the whole Carnegie Rockefeller flex and report stuff.
- 33:20I was sick growing up.
- 33:21I had colds, flus and obviously looking back now,
- 33:24like when there's no stability in your life,
- 33:26essentially, there's, you know,
- 33:27you have my grandparents and my mom
- 33:29and I love them and they love me.
- 33:31But as a kid, you want to have like,
- 33:34you know, not go to eight different schools.
- 33:35You want to have stability.
- 33:37Like, that changes your frequency.
- 33:40That changes your immune system.
- 33:41So like, I caught every cold.
- 33:42I caught every flu.
- 33:43I had pneumonia a few times.
- 33:44I had a headache for a month that kept me out of school.
- 33:47Like, I remember these things.
- 33:48But what I remember is I was on steroids and antibiotics.
- 33:51And that's where I thought was healing me, right?
- 33:53Because that's, if you don't know, you don't know.
- 33:56When I got sick, right?
- 33:57And when I went to the,
- 33:58well, I went to 10 different medical doctors.
- 33:59I went and I never, I always thought,
- 34:02meds to this point actually healed me, right?
- 34:05So I went to the doctor
- 34:06and I'm like, what's wrong with me?
- 34:08Can you fix me?
- 34:09And he's like, well, here's a 10 minute visit.
- 34:13Here's a fixer and a pain med.
- 34:15I'm like, is that going to fix me?
- 34:17Well, and I was hoping like, oh, yeah.
- 34:20This is finally it, you know, this is going to fix me.
- 34:22It's going to fix what's broken in my brain
- 34:24to make me this overwhelmed and this sick
- 34:27and this tired and this chronic pain that I'm having.
- 34:29I'm like, is this going to fix me?
- 34:32It's like, well, no, try it.
- 34:33See if it makes you feel better.
- 34:34Come back a month.
- 34:35I'm like 5% better.
- 34:36Yeah.
- 34:37And so I stay on.
- 34:38He's like, yeah.
- 34:39And of course, he's getting kick facts.
- 34:40And I didn't know that existed.
- 34:41Yep.
- 34:42He said, you'll be on one or two meds.
- 34:43Most people will be on the rest of your life.
- 34:45So you can't fix me.
- 34:46Right.
- 34:47And that's what pissed me off.
- 34:49That woke you up.
- 34:49You can't fix me.
- 34:52You can only give me a drug that may make me feel
- 34:555% better.
- 34:56Yep.
- 34:57This is when I'm like, I might take my life.
- 35:00Yeah.
- 35:01Because I'm this broken and you can only make me
- 35:045% better after I finally went to a medication.
- 35:07And my blood work was normal in all the things.
- 35:10Yeah.
- 35:11I just couldn't believe it.
- 35:12They've lost their way.
- 35:14I mean, obviously, Western medicine has trauma medicine,
- 35:16which is our miracles.
- 35:18Like, you know, a hundred years ago,
- 35:20we couldn't even fathom a heart transplant.
- 35:23Yeah.
- 35:23Those things are medical miracles.
- 35:26But when you use that system, you emergency medicine
- 35:28to try to build your health, it is a poor, poor decision.
- 35:32Because all they know how to do is to get you into a need
- 35:34of emergency medicine.
- 35:36And really, the chiropractic was that you heal
- 35:39from above down inside out, right?
- 35:41God does all the healing.
- 35:43Designer of the body is what heals you, right?
- 35:45Power to make the body heals the body.
- 35:47We're just looking for interference in roadblocks
- 35:49just to remove them to let your body do what it needs to do.
- 35:51I didn't know that grown up.
- 35:52So I was gonna go to pharmacy school.
- 35:54And then I was doing job shadowing as a freshman in college.
- 35:58And in two minutes, I'm like, there's no way
- 36:00I'm gonna do pharmacy.
- 36:01I can't talk to pills the rest of my life.
- 36:03I shouted podiatrics.
- 36:04I was a high school basketball player
- 36:06heading grown toenails, shadowed that from wearing shoes of you.
- 36:09Yeah, shadowed that, couldn't stand it.
- 36:12Went to a chiropractor who was just doing adjusting
- 36:14no frequency medicine.
- 36:16And first doctor who I shouted who people walked in
- 36:19feeling crummy and walked out feeling better.
- 36:21And that's what spoke to me.
- 36:22I think it actually makes someone feel better.
- 36:24Yeah, I'm like, okay, I'm gonna do this the rest of my life.
- 36:26Having no idea about frequency medicine, get into school.
- 36:29I get led to the student who's been doing frequency medicine
- 36:32a year ahead of me in school.
- 36:33And I'll never forget it.
- 36:34He's like, all right, well, let me work on you.
- 36:36I'm like, okay, I just thought he was gonna adjust me.
- 36:38He starts testing all my muscles.
- 36:40Every muscle shares nerve supply with organs.
- 36:43And so he was able to test certain muscles
- 36:45and tell me what was going on with my organs.
- 36:48And it all made complete sense.
- 36:49Like his first thing was he muscle tests my
- 36:52pec major clavicular division, which is your pec muscle.
- 36:55It relates to the stomach.
- 36:57If you have bilateral weakness in muscles,
- 36:59it means organ.
- 37:01So a first thing he says to me, he's like,
- 37:03you have no stomach acid.
- 37:05And I'd been on a proton pump inhibitor
- 37:07for five years prior to that.
- 37:09Isn't that illegal to be on it that long?
- 37:10Yeah, you shouldn't be on it more than,
- 37:12I think like six weeks on the label or something like that.
- 37:14Okay, so and I had listened to that by the way.
- 37:16Yeah, on this, if a doctor is allowing you to stay on it
- 37:19that long, and there's definitely natural ways
- 37:22to support your stomach acid production.
- 37:24Let's just say that.
- 37:26With some dietary changes and some supplements
- 37:30to help you while you learn what's causing it,
- 37:34can help you, you don't even need supplements.
- 37:36And there's even emotions with it.
- 37:38The most of emotions, because your stomach
- 37:40is how you digest and receive.
- 37:41So if you don't feel like you receive love,
- 37:43your stomach's not going to receive food.
- 37:45That's more into the frequency of this world.
- 37:46Like you saw me glaze over a little bit.
- 37:48Yeah, so I glazed over on that one.
- 37:50And so he says that to me.
- 37:52I'm like, okay, you have my attention.
- 37:54And then he finds my liver is off.
- 37:56And he's like, you know, he's finding a viral pattern.
- 37:59And he's like, you ever had a really bad headache
- 38:00in your life?
- 38:01And I had a migraine for a week in like six grade.
- 38:04And I'm like, now you have my curiosity.
- 38:06And he started working on me.
- 38:07And he told me my whole life story
- 38:08in the first three minutes of testing me
- 38:10without me telling him anything beforehand.
- 38:13That's what caught my attention.
- 38:14I'm like, what is that?
- 38:15And that's hard to believe.
- 38:16Super hard to believe.
- 38:17I mean, you're looking at me.
- 38:18I'm still glazed over.
- 38:19I'm like, it's until you experience it,
- 38:21you won't believe it.
- 38:22It's so wildish.
- 38:24It seems like a magic trick, you know?
- 38:25It seems like a fortune teller.
- 38:27Yes.
- 38:28Which he used tactics and tricks and psychology.
- 38:31And all frequency medicine says maybe some of them now,
- 38:33maybe some of them, maybe, maybe, I'm open.
- 38:37Yeah.
- 38:38But muscle testing is just talking
- 38:40to having a dialogue with the nervous system
- 38:42that holds all the frequencies of the body
- 38:44and the memory of everything.
- 38:45And so that's what muscle testing
- 38:47and the way I practice at frequency medicine
- 38:49is asking the body through a muscle test
- 38:52which is evaluating neurological tone.
- 38:54What can't you adapt to and what makes you more adaptable?
- 38:58Whether that's a structural correction,
- 39:00a chemical correction and emotional correction.
- 39:02And a mixture of all of them is mostly
- 39:04what the human experience is.
- 39:05Okay, let's get super will.
- 39:06Yeah.
- 39:07You can do frequency medicine over the phone.
- 39:09How is that even possible?
- 39:10If you are on your radio and AMFM
- 39:12and you get to a certain frequency,
- 39:14you start hearing a certain channel.
- 39:16Same thing with the body.
- 39:16If you are able to connect into the frequencies of the body
- 39:19and some people can't do it,
- 39:20it's not like it's like you can go and learn that
- 39:23and it's like I always say people choose to do it.
- 39:26Some are chosen to do it
- 39:27to totally different experiences.
- 39:29There's some people aren't gonna be,
- 39:32you're not built to be an all-American
- 39:33exact long distance runner or a shot putter.
- 39:36Or you just like I would try to choose to be in the MBA.
- 39:40I wasn't chosen to be in the MBA.
- 39:42I just did a podcast with John Stockton.
- 39:44I mean, talk about he was getting treated
- 39:45with frequency medicine his whole career.
- 39:48I didn't know that.
- 39:4996 jazz had the lowest injury rate
- 39:51in like the history of the league.
- 39:53Yeah, Craig Bueller was his chiropractor.
- 39:55Oh, I know Craig.
- 39:56Yeah, I've been to his clinic.
- 39:57That's muscle testing, AMF, AMF technique.
- 39:59He was treating the jazz.
- 40:00Lowest and John Stockton has a story
- 40:04of how he sprained his ankle so bad.
- 40:05And then Craig was working on the other ankle,
- 40:08fixed that and it fixed his other ankle overnight.
- 40:12That's crazy, man.
- 40:13It's all muscle tests, it's all frequencies.
- 40:15If you can ask, here's my analogy.
- 40:17Okay.
- 40:18Follow me on this.
- 40:19The body's like a garage door.
- 40:20Mm-hmm.
- 40:21It has a key code.
- 40:23If you plug in the right code,
- 40:24which means you ask the right questions to the body,
- 40:26it lets you walk right in.
- 40:28And if you can ask the right question and a muscle test,
- 40:30you can get a whole lot of information really quickly,
- 40:34which is very wildish for people,
- 40:36but it takes the guesswork out of stuff.
- 40:38And that is what, when I started Instagram,
- 40:40I started my membership of talking about how there are
- 40:43practitioners around the world
- 40:44that utilize this frequency medicine
- 40:47that can give you some of the best care
- 40:49for your family on the planet.
- 40:50Actually, kinesiology, they teach it in colleges, right?
- 40:52So.
- 40:53Different form, the different form.
- 40:55Kinesiology is the movement of muscles.
- 40:57And we use muscles as a computer,
- 41:00like a keyboard to tap in your body's computer.
- 41:02Yeah.
- 41:03Yeah.
- 41:04That's another good analogy.
- 41:05I got, you got lots of ways.
- 41:07You have to because it's,
- 41:08I've had to explain it and try to like water it down
- 41:10so that you can be like,
- 41:11oh, that makes a little more sense.
- 41:13Because it's hard.
- 41:14It really is hard.
- 41:14And spirituality and a lot of things we talk about
- 41:16on this podcast, it's really hard.
- 41:17And I don't expect everyone to understand it.
- 41:19But you're telling me whatever it is.
- 41:20And unconsciously, my body knows.
- 41:23Yep.
- 41:24But I don't know.
- 41:25So when you muscle test,
- 41:26you're asking me a question,
- 41:27is this good for me?
- 41:29And my body saying, no, it's not good for me, right?
- 41:33Is that one way to explain it?
- 41:34Yeah, yeah.
- 41:35It's not as good as your garage door
- 41:37and the garage door code and, you know,
- 41:39it's like, can you, I always say,
- 41:41can you adapt, can your nervous system adapt
- 41:43to this toxin or thought process or whatever
- 41:47or can it not adapt?
- 41:48And if it can't adapt,
- 41:49it's blowing out your nervous system.
- 41:50And that leads to sympathetic dominance,
- 41:53parasympathetic down regulation
- 41:55and nervous system, autonomic nervous system imbalances.
- 41:58Yeah, and that's as simple as we can get it.
- 42:01I love it.
- 42:02Well, I'm gonna have to have you back on the show.
- 42:03Yeah, let's talk.
- 42:04We absolutely love what you're doing
- 42:06and how can, how can people find more about this,
- 42:09you know, Wood, Dr. Charlie F.
- 42:11So, Instagram is just DR Charlie DC.
- 42:14Not just Charlie DC, my membership,
- 42:15you can find all that through that page.
- 42:17I'm solely on there and I'm just gonna keep doing me
- 42:20and the right people, frequency wise, we'll find their way.
- 42:23And yeah, it's when I spend time with my family
- 42:25and just live life and not make things too complicated
- 42:27and try to help people in that process.
- 42:29Super cool.
- 42:30Love your heart, love your eyes
- 42:32and all the good things you shared with me today.
- 42:35I really appreciate you being on the show.
- 42:36Thanks for having me on, man.
- 42:37I appreciate it.
- 42:38I love you, brother.
