So the NFL is taking it in a little bit different direction.
• 0:03
If you've been watching this, they're bringing male cheerleaders on and it started
• 0:08
with the Vikings, but it's actually quite a few NFL teams that are doing this.
• 0:12
The male cheerleader that's been out there has actually responded back to the backlash.
• 0:17
And I'm actually surprised the NFL went this direction. I am concerned that
• 0:22
it could be that Bud Light effect that Dylan Mulvaney, I think that was his
• 0:26
name that Bud Light used him to try to promote their brand to reach a different audience.
• 0:31
  And it just completely backfired.
• 0:34
But I mean, like with the NFL, where are fans going to go? You know, really?
• 0:39
I mean, I don't think the XFL or the USA, whatever, FFL or whatever they are,
• 0:44
  they're not to the level.
• 0:45
So I think the NFL is pretty safe about this. But I did want to point out that
• 0:49
the response that the NFL, that this cheerleader, this male cheerleader,
• 0:53
what he put on Instagram was kind of interesting because he's not backing down.
• 0:58
And it's not just that male cheerleaders, because I'm fine with male cheerleaders,
• 1:02
but it's just the flamboyant nature of this and the way that they're going about
• 1:06
this, that your target audience is real men that want to see real football.
• 1:12
But his response was, wait, did someone say our name? And you can just see the picture right there.
• 1:18
Everybody is going to take it how they are, how they feel about this.
• 1:22
I don't think it's a good thing. It's not a good look for the NFL,
• 1:25
but it shows a sign of the times that we are in.
• 1:28
And also, I feel bad about this, but I'm going to have to read off the NFL.
• 1:33
This is the NFL teams that have it so far, 12 NFL teams.
• 1:37
And sadly, Kansas City Chiefs are a part of this, but I'm assuming this is going
• 1:42
to just take over all of them.
• 1:43
I wish the Chiefs would have stayed strong, but the NFL teams that do have male
• 1:46
cheerleaders, but I mean, if you're going to have strong male cheerleaders that
• 1:50
are going to hold cheerleaders up, that's cool.
• 1:52
But it's when they go about this way that the Vikings and some other ones are about doing this.
• 1:56
The Minnesota Vikings, Baltimore Ravens, Los Angeles Rams, New Orleans Saints,
• 2:01
Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers, New England Patriots. I saw them.
• 2:06
Tennessee Titans, Indianapolis Colts, Kansas City Chiefs.
• 2:10
  That's maybe we'll have a man's man as a cheerleader out there.
• 2:13
I don't and then Tampa Bay Buccaneers and then Carolina Panthers.
• 2:17
I want to hear what your all's thoughts are on this.
• 2:20
  I don't think it's a good thing. It's not a good idea. Bad idea.
• 2:23
But we'll leave it at that. Follow me on X and Instagram at Brandon Vogel.
• 2:27
Have a great day. Peace, everyone. Stay safe out there.
