Santa Monica’s new renter aid program is here to help you stay housed — applications are open now. Funded by Measure GS and run by The People Concern, this initiative offers one-time financial boosts to renters at risk of homelessness, prioritizing low-income households, seniors, people with disabilities, and families with young kids. Eligibility requires residency, income at or below 120% of Area Median Income, and proof of need.
