- 0:08You're listening to the Hidden Lightness on America Out Loud Talk Radio.
- 0:12I'm your host, Jimmy Hinton.
- 0:13Well, the Democrats are falling apart.
- 0:15Absolutely fallen apart at the seams.
- 0:18And I called this multiple times.
- 0:21I said that the Democratic Party needs to fall apart and it has to restructure and rebuild from the ground up.
- 0:29Well, it appears that this is happening.
- 0:33Probably a little bit sooner than what some of us would expect, but it is happening.
- 0:39They are attacking their own.
- 0:41They're losing high-ranking people from their own party.
- 0:46They've alienated John Fetterman.
- 0:48The party has left him.
- 0:51They can't stand his guts.
- 0:53In fact, I was watching a piece just recently, and it said that uh MS now won't even cover John Fetterman.
- 1:00Because they're that they really don't like what he stands for.
- 1:04They don't like that he has common sense.
- 1:07And their take on that is well, we just won't invite him anymore.
- 1:12We won't invite him to speak.
- 1:15And I've really come to like John Fetterman.
- 1:18Uh I really have.
- 1:20I think that out of everybody in the Democratic Party, he's by far the most common sense person.
- 1:28And he repeatedly says, and he is so correct in this.
- 1:33He repeatedly says, look, I'm not in a deep blue state like California or New York.
- 1:40Pennsylvania is and really always has been, it's one of the major swing states, which means it pays for both the Republicans and Democrats to appeal to both bases.
- 1:54And it's actually smart to do so.
- 1:57In fact, even for survival, it's necessary to do so.
- 2:04And uh it is really interesting living here in Pennsylvania because I see Republicans and Democrats, at least on the uh in the Pennsylvania House and Senate.
- 2:16I see them work together pretty often.
- 2:19I think it happens more often than not, where they're very bipartisan, and they have to be.
- 3:03Now, maybe for the majority of the parties, maybe, but for the most part, Republicans and Democrats have been getting along just fine since the founding of this great nation.
- 3:18And they continue to do so.
- 3:20Now, Washington is a little bit of a different animal.
- 3:24Uh, I think there is a very deep political divide there.
- 3:28And the people on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, they they really have a couple screws loose.
- 3:35I'm convinced of that.
- 3:37And this is just further evidence of that.
- 3:40And it's unfortunate because it's the leadership who's coming part at the seams.
- 3:45It's not the people.
- 3:48It's the leadership.
- 3:52And Hucking Jeffries, he's that guy's just so far gone.
- 3:57Uh he is a strange dude, but anyway.
- 4:02Uh here's an article, and there are a couple of these that I want to tie together.
- 4:07Because I think it's really important for us to get a picture of what's going on and how significant this is.
- 4:14But here's a recent article.
- 4:15It's just, I mean, a couple days ago.
- 4:18Fetterman weighs in after PA Supreme Court justice apparently splits from Democratic Party over anti-Semitism.
- 4:28Uh this is wild, folks.
- 4:33A Supreme Court justice who didn't apparently split from the Democratic Party.
- 4:39He did.
- 4:41And he's being very vocal about it, which I applaud him, I commend him, bravo, bravo.
- 4:48This is what the Democratic Party needs.
- 4:52They need people who are willing to stand up and to speak out and to say what you're what you're teaching and what you're saying and what you're doing, it's it's just plain wrong.
- 5:03And this party loyalty has always baffled me.
- 5:10Regardless of the party.
- 5:17Like they will bleed blue or they will bleed red, and they ain't changing, and there ain't nobody can change their mind, and I will always be Democrat or I will always be Republican.
- 5:29And that just makes me scratch my head.
- 5:33Uh both parties have their fair share of problems, trust me.
- 5:39Both parties have their fair share of corruption.
- 5:43Both parties have good policies and bad policies.
- 5:49Both parties are made up of good people and bad people.
- 5:52That's just a fact.
- 5:55So this this whole idea that one party is so much more supreme than the other party, and that everything they do is just so wonderful and so good, and they can never do any wrong.
- 6:07That has always baffled me.
- 6:09I I just I don't understand it.
- 6:12I don't get it.
- 6:12I don't have a context for that.
- 6:16And that doesn't just apply to political parties.
- 6:19That applies to religious groups, churches, colleges, universities, people that are die hard and they will absolutely never change.
- 6:31And I've been whatever it is, I've been at this church, and I've been a part of this denomination my entire life.
- 6:40If that's their reason, I I just I don't because I don't understand it.
- 6:48You know, it's brand loyalty.
- 6:52Now, and that's coming from somebody who has never changed religious denominations, but my reasons are uh much deeper than I'm just loyal to my religious tribe.
- 7:00Much deeper than I'm just loyal to my religious tribe.
- 7:05Uh that's not why I stay.
- 7:05That's not why I stay.
- 7:08And I acknowledge that they have a lot of problems.
- 7:08And I acknowledge that they have a lot of problems.
- 7:13Yeah, just like every other denomination.
- 7:13Just like every other denomination.
- 7:17All of them have problems.
- 7:17All of them have problems.
- 7:20I choose to stay more because of uh doctrinal alignment, but not because of I'm just loyal because of the brand, and it's the name.
- 7:20I choose to stay more because of uh doctrinal alignment, but not because of I'm just loyal because.
- 7:32And if if you don't go to a church with this name, then you know, you're wrong, wrong, wrong.
- 7:40I just have never held to that.
- 7:44I think truth has to rise above everything else.
- 7:48And truth leads us to have principles.
- 7:53And that's apparently what's happening here in Pennsylvania.
- 7:57So I want to read a little bit about this.
- 8:00It's uh it's really fascinating to me.
- 8:03This is a Fox News article, a political article.
- 8:08After a Pennsylvania Supreme Court justice appeared to indicate that he had ditched the Democratic Party, declaring in a statement that he is, quote, no longer registered within any political party.
- 8:20U.S.
- 8:20Senator John Fetterman, Democrat Pennsylvania, noted that he understood the man's decision.
- 8:26Oh, he is gonna he's gonna hear from that.
- 8:31He's gonna hear from his party on that one.
- 8:34I I love this about John Fetterman.
- 8:38You see, he's a respecter of men, Democrat and Republican.
- 8:44He's not gonna bash people.
- 8:45See, the Democrats are are they bashing anybody who leaves the party.
- 8:50That's that you're you're terrible, you're you're awful, you must have always been a Trumper, on and on and on.
- 8:56You know, that's what they know to insult people.
- 9:00John Fetterman, on the other hand, he leads by example, and he's like, look, it's perfectly acceptable.
- 9:09And he was clear, he said, uh I'm not leaving the Democratic Party, but I definitely understand where he's coming from, and and I respect it.
- 9:18So really cool, I think, that John Fetterman takes that stance.
- 9:24I really do.
- 9:25I think it's commendable.
- 9:28I think that he is um he is a true leader.
- 9:33He leads by example.
- 9:36I quite honestly, I think he's pretty humble.
- 9:40You know, it just goes to show too that not all politicians are arrogant.
- 9:45Fetterman, I mean, every time I hear the guy open his mouth, I'm like, this guy's really humble.
- 9:52And I had mentioned I had a sister who was working on a it was a major adoption issue.
- 10:00And it was because of the the changing laws for um adoption out of country.
- 10:10Like a lot has changed since President Trump took office.
- 10:14Some for good, some for bad.
- 10:17And this happens to be one of those policies that I think is just it's it's detrimental to people trying to adopt out of country.
- 10:26And you pay a lot of money, by the way.
- 10:28You know, it's not like we're sneaking people across the border when when you adopt somebody from out of the country.
- 10:36But my sister was having a lot of problems, a lot of problems getting anybody even to answer.
- 10:43And she needed, she needed a congressman or a congresswoman to take up her case.
- 10:50She's had to, she was up against the clock.
- 10:54She said that John Fetterman's office was the only office who not only responded, but responded very directly, very quickly, and had a solution.
- 11:04They had already been aware of this problem, and they said we're we're working to come to a resolution.
- 11:10They didn't point their finger, they didn't say all these, you know, these cursed Republicans.
- 11:15They didn't do any of that.
- 11:18John Fetterman's office simply said, okay, we acknowledge the problem, we're gonna work with you.
- 11:25And guess what?
- 11:27They fixed it.
- 11:30They literally fixed the problem.
- 11:34They didn't drag it out for 10 months or even 10 weeks.
- 11:39This happened really, really quickly.
- 11:41So I I commend John Fetterman.
- 11:43I really do.
- 11:44I I think he's just a stand-up guy.
- 11:47And he's a hard worker.
- 11:49And I'm not saying there are a lot of people who are like, oh, he should just jump ship to the Republican Party.
- 11:56Why?
- 11:57And I understand where people are coming from, and they're like, well, he has a better chance.
- 12:02He, you know, the Democratic Party, they they've left him, and he has a better chance of being re-elected if he turns Republican.
- 12:13Yeah, maybe.
- 12:14Do you know his approval rate is actually really high here in Pennsylvania among both Democrats and Republicans.
- 12:22I think he's doing the right thing.
- 12:24And I think too, I think it's really good for people to stay within the Democratic Party and try to clean it up.
- 12:31Because he doesn't, he does not care what people think about him, clearly.
- 12:38And I love that.
- 12:40Yeah, he's not crawling on his hands and knees begging people to vote for him.
- 12:44He's not crawling on his hands and knees begging people to like him.
- 12:47He could care less.
- 12:53And I'm gonna do my job, and I'm going to do it to the best of my ability.
- 12:58I think that's really commendable.
- 13:01So here's what Fetterman said.
- 13:04He said, from oh, sorry, no, this is not Fetterman.
- 13:08Let me let me back up a little bit.
- 13:11This is Supreme Court Justice David Wecht, the one who left the Democratic Party.
- 13:20Here's here's why.
- 13:21Here's a statement that he put out.
- 13:23This is fascinating to me.
- 13:26He said, from 1998 to 2001, years that preceded my judicial career.
- 13:33I served as vice chair of the Pennsylvania Democratic Party.
- 13:37In the quarter century that has passed since then, the Democratic Party has changed.
- 13:44Nazi tattoos, jihadist chants, intimidation, and attacks at synagogues, and other hateful anti-Jewish invective and actions are minimized, ignored, and even coddled.
- 14:01Acquiescence to Jew hatred is now disturbingly common among activists, leaders, and even many elected officials in the Democratic Party.
- 14:01Acquiescence to Jew hatred is now disturbingly common among activists, leaders, and even many elected officials in the Democratic Party.
- 14:11That's fascinating to me.
- 14:11That's fascinating to me.
- 14:13This is so, and he's so right.
- 14:13This is so, and he's so right.
- 14:15He's spot on.
- 14:15He's spot on.
- 14:17I I actually agree with him.
- 14:17I I actually agree with him.
- 14:19And this is what I've been saying.
- 14:19And this is what I've been saying.
- 14:21I've been uh getting farther and farther and farther away from the Democratic Party.
- 14:21I've been uh getting farther and farther and farther away from the Democratic Party in the last, really in the last five years.
- 14:27In in the last, really in the last five years, I think it's ratcheted up and gotten really bad.
- 14:29I think.
- 14:33Uh even as recently as the last election in Pennsylvania, I I voted for a Democrat, and uh I I actually regret it.
- 14:44It was for our governor for Josh Shapiro.
- 14:47I I know Josh.
- 14:49I like Governor Josh Shapiro.
- 14:53Uh super nice guy, super super great.
- 14:56He remembers people's names.
- 14:58He goes out of his way to to be kind to people.
- 15:02But something happened.
- 15:04Something happened.
- 15:06And I don't like it.
- 15:09I don't like it within the Democratic Party.
- 15:11I don't like what's happening.
- 15:12I don't like how Governor Shapiro is leading.
- 15:16Um he's not anti-Jewish, he's actually a Jew.
- 15:23Um and he should know.
- 15:27But maybe it's because he belongs to the Democratic Party.
- 15:30I I don't know.
- 15:30I don't get it.
- 15:31I just don't understand the anti-Semitism.
- 15:35But it's the Democratic people who point to the Republicans as anti-Semitic.
- 15:41My how the tables have turned.
- 15:44And the Republicans have repeatedly said, We're not anti-Semitic.
- 15:48You are.
- 15:51It's their pro Palestine and anti-Jewish.
- 15:58Um we down with the Jews and burning their flag along with the American flag.
- 16:04Like, it is absolutely insane.
- 16:08It just doesn't make sense.
- 16:10Getting Nazi tattoos, drawing swastikas on people's Teslas and calling them Nazis.
- 16:20It's so strange.
- 16:22It's just, it is really, really bizarre.
- 16:24And thank the good lord above that somebody with a lot of power, somebody's calling it out.
- 16:32And he's like, nope, I can't do this anymore.
- 16:36Not gonna do it.
- 16:37I commend him.
- 16:39I commend Supreme Court Justice David Wecht.
- 16:44Uh, he is 100% right, and he's right to run as far and fast from that kind of nonsense as he can.
- 16:52And uh, yeah, John Fetterman agrees.
- 16:55Even though he's not leaving the Democratic Party, he respects that decision.

- 18:58America outlawed.
- 19:00Liberty and justice for all.
- 19:24And I boy do I get it.
- 19:26Boy, do I get it.
- 19:28I totally get this man.
- 19:30I understand it.
- 19:31I understand his frustration.
- 19:33And again, here is his statement.
- 19:37Here's a statement for why he left the Democratic Party.
- 19:41He said from 1998 to 2001, years that preceded my judicial career.
- 19:51In the quarter century that has passed since then, the Democratic Party has changed.
- 19:57Nazi tattoos, jihadist chants, intimidation and attacks at synagogues, and other hateful anti-Jewish invective and actions are minimized, ignored, even coddled.
- 20:13Acquiescence to the Jew hatred is now disturbingly common among activists, leaders, and even many elected officials in the Democratic Party.
- 20:23This is incredible to me.
- 20:26And not because he's wrong, he's exactly right.
- 20:29This has been happening more and more and more.
- 20:31And in fact, somebody just said the other day, um, who was it?
- 20:34Bill Marr.
- 20:36And I actually really like Bill Moore.
- 20:38I think he's spot on most of the time.
- 20:41And he is uh pretty much a lifelong Democrat.
- 20:46And he's been calling them out for a very long time, and he's right to do so.
- 20:50Now he calls both parties out, and I think that's fair.
- 20:53I think he's right to do that too.
- 20:55But he said that the Democratic Party is the one that has absolutely gone off the deep end.
- 21:00The deep end.
- 21:00But he did a piece the other day, and or at least I saw it the other day.
- 21:00But he did a piece the other day, and or at least I saw it the other day.
- 21:04I don't know how old it was.
- 21:04I don't know how old it was.
- 21:06But he said, you know, the Democrats wonder what's happening to their party.
- 21:06But he said, you know, the Democrats wonder what's happening to their party.
- 21:10It's it's fallen apart.
- 21:10It's it's fallen apart.
- 21:11It's absolutely falling apart.
- 21:11It's absolutely falling apart.
- 21:14And he agrees, by the way, that it needs to.
- 21:14And he agrees, by the way, that it needs to.
- 21:18But he said, I'll tell you what happened.
- 21:18But he said, I'll tell you what happened.
- 21:20Bernie Sanders and AOC, he's like, they're somehow the face of the Democratic Party.
- 21:20Bernie Sanders and AOC, he's like, they're somehow the face of the Democratic Party.
- 21:27And the
- 21:28And your guess is as good as mine.
- 21:31I don't get it either.
- 21:33But somehow, AOC and Boyne Sanders have become the face of the Democratic Party.
- 21:39And they were at a rally, and people dropped a Palestinian flag over top of a U.S.
- 21:47flag.
- 21:48There was a U.S.
- 21:49flag, probably set up by the Boine Sanders and AOC campaigns.
- 21:57There's an American flag there.
- 21:59And protesters, or I don't even know that they were protesters.
- 22:02I guess we should just assume that everybody that goes to these rallies is a protester.
- 22:06I don't know.
- 22:06No, not really.
- 22:09But a lot of these people are protesters.
- 22:11But I don't, I don't think they were.
- 22:12I think they were just attendees.
- 22:15And they draped the Palestinian flag over top of the American flag.
- 22:23And Bill Maury, he was like, you know, of course, he uses pretty colorful language.
- 22:29But he said, that is not a symbol of freedom.
- 22:33And he said, you know, the cowards, Boiney Sanders and AOC.
- 22:38Instead of stopping them and saying, you idiots, get that flag off of the American flag.
- 22:46Do not desecrate the American flag.
- 22:50Because this is not a symbol of freedom.
- 22:54This is a symbol of freedom.
- 22:57And Marr showed a picture of an American flag.
- 23:00And people in the audience, there's like about half of them sounded like we're clapping, but they cheered.
- 23:07And it just shows that there is still patriotism within the Democratic Party.
- 23:14You know, I don't think that a lot of people in the Democratic Party like to see what's happening, that they're trying to replace our flag, the good old good old glory, the American glory.
- 23:26They're trying to trying to replace the American flag with the Mexican flag with the Palestinian flag.
- 23:39But they're too afraid to say anything.
- 23:42And the reason they're too afraid to say anything is because they know it happens from people on high within the Democratic Party and all the all the agitators.
- 23:54If you do anything that they don't like, you know, the party of tolerance and freedom and peace and all that good stuff, equality for all.
- 24:04If you do something that they don't like, what do they do?
- 24:08They attack you.
- 24:10They attack you physically.
- 24:12They turn violent.
- 24:15They shout insults at you.
- 24:18They throw rocks at you, broken bottles, bottles of pee.
- 24:26I mean, this is the stuff that happens at protests.
- 24:29And it's not just protest, it just happens in general.
- 24:32Now, again, I don't think that that's the majority of Democrats.
- 24:36I really don't.
- 24:37I think the majority of Democrats are pretty fed up with what's happening to their party.
- 24:42It has been hijacked.
- 24:45And that's crystal clear.
- 24:47And the people who hijacked it are some of the most bigoted, intolerant people that I've ever seen in my life.
- 24:56They are racist.
- 24:58You know, that's the irony.
- 25:00They call people in the Republican Party racist.
- 25:05But who is it who's shooting up synagogues?
- 25:10Who is it who hurls insults?
- 25:15Has Nazi tattoos, paints wasticas on on people's property, destroys people's property.
- 25:25Uh, destroys people's property simply for being pro-israel.
- 25:31I mean, who does that?
- 25:34It's almost always coming from people from the Democratic Party.
- 25:38And I hate that that's the case.
- 25:41But we got to call it for what it is.
- 25:43And I'm so grateful for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Welt or WECT.
- 25:51Who's calling it out?
- 25:53He says, I I can no longer do this.
- 25:55I can't keep doing this.
- 25:59He said uh in a lengthier statement, I can no longer abide this.
- 26:06So I won't.
- 26:08I'm no longer registered within any political party.
- 26:12It is my hope that Pennsylvanians and Americans of all viewpoints and backgrounds will oppose and resist the scourge of the Jew hatred before it undermines what our ancestors have built here.
- 26:27Amen.
- 26:29I mean, wow.
- 26:32This is a statement and a half.
- 26:35I applaud him.
- 26:37I stand on the on the corner and support him, not because he's leaving the Democratic Party, but because he's speaking truth, and he's making a very powerful statement.
- 26:47I don't know that leaving the Democratic Party is because he's just fed up with it, or if he's really trying to make a statement and drive the point home that this kind of stuff has zero tolerance in America.
- 27:01Bullying, name-calling, violence, hatred.
- 27:08None of those things have any, they shouldn't have any tolerance here in this nation.
- 27:13And he's right.
- 27:15If we don't oppose this, if we don't resist the scourge of the Jew hatred before it undermines what our ancestors have built here, it absolutely will undermine it.
- 27:27Now, speaking of, and I'll come back to this here in a minute.
- 27:32But here's another article that published the same day, May 12th.
- 27:37Virginia GOP leader blasts power-hungry Jeffries as Dems Mount Insane Gambit to overpower high court.
- 27:49You know what they're trying to do in Virginia because of the redistricting that the Supreme Court justices approved.
- 27:58They said it is necessary, it is constitutional.
- 28:00It is constitutional.
- 28:03Hakeem Jeffries has a plan to remove them.
- 28:03Hakeem Jeffries has a plan to remove them to remove them from the Democratic Party or remove them as Supreme Court justices, or both.
- 28:08To remove them from the Democratic Party or remove them as Supreme Court justices, or both.
- 28:15I mean, and then you wonder why Supreme Court justices are leaving the Democratic Party.
- 28:15I mean, and then you wonder why Supreme Court justices are leaving the Democratic Party.
- 28:21This is literally written the same day.
- 28:21This is literally written the same day.
- 28:25Virginia Republicans, this uh another Fox News article, you won't find this stuff.
- 28:25Virginia Republicans, this uh another Fox News article, you won't find this stuff on uh MS now and uh news uh news outlets like that, which is silly to me, because I I think it's definitely newsworthy.
- 28:44Virginia Republicans blasted national and state Democrats over their quote, insane ideas on how to reverse the Supreme Court of Virginia's four to three ruling against their redistricting gamut, targeting House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries and other National Democrats latest intercession.
- 29:05The New York Times reported Monday that uh on a meeting between National and Virginia Democrats to discuss ways to revive their now blocked 10 to 1 map, drawing sharp backlash.
- 29:21It is insane, is my first take on that, because I mean it would be crazy to throw out judges for making the right decision.
- 29:32Said Virginia House Minority Leader, Terry Kilgore, Democrat Gate City.
- 29:45This is fantastic because the Democrats now are coming out and they're tired of it, they're done, they're done with people within their own political party who have hijacked the party, and they are absolutely insane.
- 30:01He's right.
- 30:01Hakeem Jeffries is insane.
- 30:05I've been saying that for a while.
- 30:07This guy's nuts.
- 30:10And I don't mean that in a good way.
- 30:16This literally doesn't make any sense.
- 30:20And I love that Virginia House Minority Leader Terry Kilgore, Democrat.
- 30:28He touted the decision from his Democratic colleagues as the right decision.
- 30:35It's the right decision.
- 30:37And he's right.
- 30:38You know, redistricting happens all the time.
- 30:43And it's necessary.
- 30:45Uh demographics change, uh land areas change, uh, properties change, uh, property lines, you know, those sorts of things.
- 30:57And the population is constantly shifting and changing.
- 31:00It's actually quite fluid.
- 31:02When you get away from the really big cities and you get into rural areas across the nation, it's actually pretty fluid.
- 31:11And so the redistricting happens all the time.
- 31:14I think people don't realize that.
- 31:16It's just now that the Democrats are throwing a hissy fit about it because they see Republicans doing it and they're acting like it's the first time it's ever happened.
- 31:26I want to read just an overview here, just to make this point.
- 31:31Redistricting in the United States typically happens every 10 years, immediately following the constitutionally mandated decennial U.S.
- 31:43census.
- 31:45This process resets district boundaries for the U.S.
- 31:49House of Representatives and state legislatures to reflect population changes.
- 31:56While usually a decennial event every 10 years, DECA for 10, um, it happens every 10 years.
- 32:07Maps can be redrawn mid-decade due to court orders or legislative action.
- 32:14Now that's what's happening right now.
- 32:17We're having court orders and legislative action that's saying, well, uh, you know, even though we do this every 10 years, the the latest census is showing that we have pretty rapid um changes within the district.
- 32:33And so it becomes necessary to change the maps.
- 32:39Now, we are right in the middle.
- 32:41The census occurs in years ending in zero.
- 32:44So, for example, 2020, 2030, with redistricting following shortly after, as new population data is released.
- 32:55That ensures that districts have roughly equal populations.
- 33:00One person, one vote, following the reapportionment of the 435 house seats.
- 33:11And then mid-decade changes also happen.
- 33:15Although rare until recently, states may redraw maps between censuses.
- 33:21As of 2025 and 26, several states, including California, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas, and now Virginia have engaged in mid-decade voluntary or court-ordered redistricting.
- 33:38Maps frequently face lawsuits, which can lead to court-ordered revisions throughout the decade.
- 33:44Hence, why it goes to the Supreme Court, the state Supreme Court.
- 33:49So it's really important to understand this.
- 33:53They're drawing them up and they're like, uh, we're going to capture all the Republicans here, or we're going to capture all the Democrats here.
- 33:59Although it is the Democratic Party who says that they're going to do exactly that.
- 34:07In California, I think it was uh Gavin Newsom threatened to redistrict to intentionally throw the vote.
- 34:16As if they have to do that in California.
- 34:19But don't quote me on that, that it was him, but it was uh in the state of California.
- 34:23It was somebody in the Democratic Party made that statement.
- 34:25They were like, well, we're we're just gonna redraw the map.
- 34:28The the Republicans want to play games.
- 34:30We're just gonna read redistrict everything.
- 34:34And we're gonna capture as many Democrats as possible because that's what the Republicans are doing in and in in it, you know, and it's like it's absolute insanity.
- 34:44So in Virginia, Hakeem Jeffries is like, oh yeah, well, we're we're uh we're gonna intercede here in in the state Supreme Court decisions, and we're we're gonna get rid of these Supreme Court justices.
- 35:00And we're we're gonna get rid of these Supreme Court justices.
- 35:04You're gonna do what now?
- 35:04You're gonna do what now?
- 35:08So anyway, um this is just wild.
- 35:08So anyway, um this is just wild.
- 35:13Again, Virginia House minority leader Terry Kilgore, who's a Democrat, he said that would just be on be beyond pale.
- 35:13Again, Virginia House minority leader Terry Kilgore, who's a Democrat, he said that would just be on be beyond pale.
- 35:21I think a lot of Virginians would see through that.
- 35:21I think a lot of Virginians would see through that, and it's too late for them to do it as a matter of law.
- 35:24And it's too late for them to do it as a matter of law.
- 35:29Um
- 35:29Uh man, this is it it's getting wild out there, folks.
- 35:34It is getting absolutely wild.
- 35:38The report claimed that Jeffries, Democrat New York, was uh party to discussions that ranged from lowering the retirement age of state justices to obstinate re retrying the case before a handpicked court, as well as using the otherwise Republican favorable ruling of Tazewell County, the Tazewell decision from Judge Jack Hurley initially invalidated the redistricting referendum, but Scova allowed the vote to proceed.
- 36:13The Times reported Democrats are considering using Hurley's reasoning to instead invalidate the 2020 referendum that created the independent redistricting commission, they tried to circumvent with their April vote.
- 36:28That just shows it shows you how power hungry Hakeem Jeffries and his Democrats are up there.
- 36:34And I'm glad the Supreme Court followed the rule of law, and it was a good day for Virginia, Kilgore said.
- 36:42Again, this is a Democrat saying these things.
- 36:46So very fascinating.

- 38:49Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice David Weck has left the Democratic Party.
- 38:56He's left it in the dust.
- 38:57He is not looking back.
- 38:59And he said, you know, just can't deal with all the hatred and all the anti-Semitism.
- 39:05And I'm not going to keep uh sticking to this party.
- 39:09It's not the party that it used to be.
- 39:11He's right.
- 39:13He's 100% right.
- 39:15And I think it's good that people are standing up to bullying and harassment within the Democratic Party.
- 39:23And it's not just the harassment, it's the hatred.
- 39:28And there can never be room for hatred from either party.
- 39:35From anybody.
- 39:36And people have to stand up against it.
- 39:40And I really appreciate Senator John Fetterman from Pennsylvania because he has been pretty vocal about it.
- 39:48And here's what he said about the decision.
- 39:51He said, uh, first of all, he uh he understands it.
- 39:56He said, I I get it.
- 39:58But he also said, I know David, meaning the Supreme Court Justice, David Weg, I know David and his legendary father, Cyril.
- 40:08As I affirmed, I'm not changing my party.
- 40:11But I fully understand David's personal choice.
- 40:15He wrote that on a post on X.
- 40:19The Democratic Party must confront its own rising anti-semitism problem.
- 40:27John Fennerman.
- 40:29Direct quote.
- 40:30I love this.
- 40:32I I can stand behind him.
- 40:34100%.
- 40:37You know, that this is what the Democratic Party used to be.
- 40:42And that's what John Fennerman stands for.
- 40:46Yeah, he's old enough that uh he remembers the old school Democratic Party.
- 40:51That they were a party for the American people.
- 40:56That they knew how to get the job done.
- 41:00I look at the Clinton years.
- 41:02I mean, my goodness.
- 41:04They knew how to work with Republicans.
- 41:08They they knew how to strike a deal.
- 41:11And if there was legislation that that needed moved, they could move it.
- 41:16Clinton could sell anything.
- 41:18That guy could sell.
- 41:19I mean, he was one of those that could sell a uh a catch-up popsickle to a lady in a white dress.
- 41:27Yeah, he's he was a smooth talker, and I think he actually held to American values.
- 41:33Now, uh, not talking about his all of his scandals, uh, but generally speaking, I think he actually cared about the American people.
- 41:44And I think he had uh a pretty good head on his shoulders.
- 41:48You know, when it came to national defense, I think he did a great job.
- 41:54And I don't know.
- 41:56I I think a lot of Democrats long to go back to the party that they used to be.
- 42:00Party that they used to be.
- 42:02And I don't know how that's going to happen without the party completely coming apart and re-establishing itself.
- 42:02And I don't know how that's gonna happen without the party completely coming apart and re-establishing itself, and that's not always a bad thing.
- 42:10And that's not always a bad thing.
- 42:12You know, sometimes it takes a a complete reestablishment, building from the ground up.
- 42:12You know, sometimes it takes a complete re-establishment, building from the ground up.
- 42:20It takes that to get rid of all of the rock gut.
- 42:20It takes that to get rid of all of the rock gut, and there is a lot of rot gut, and there's been for a long time, and it's not that people.
- 42:24And there is a lot of rock gut.
- 42:26And there's been for a long time.
- 42:28And it's not that people disagree.
- 42:31It's not that they're differing ideas on abortion and national defense and uh the border and those sorts of things.
- 42:40It's not that people have a different opinion.
- 42:45I mean, that's that's always been okay.
- 42:48It's that they're just they're so brutal and hateful.
- 42:54And if anybody disagrees with them, they label them.
- 42:57They love to label people.
- 42:59They love to label them as haters and intolerant and uh terrible and uh they're they're they're they're abusers and they're racist and they're homophobes and they're they they put the word phobia on the end of just about everything for anybody who disagrees with with them, including their own, including people now.
- 43:22It used to just be the Republicans that they would uh they would name call and shout insults at and even threaten, but now it appears that they're turning on their own party.
- 43:34It doesn't appear.
- 43:35I mean, they they clearly are.
- 43:38In fact, I was talking about in Virginia.
- 43:42What happened in Virginia is Hakeem Jeffries is attempting to meddle, and he doesn't like the decision on the redistricting, the redistricting of the maps.
- 43:55He he really doesn't like that that a Democrat Supreme Court justice ruled in favor of that.
- 44:05There was it was, and it was close, it was a four to three ruling, and uh Hacking Drafteries, he's not having it.
- 44:14So he wants to do is find a way to to block them, to make their life miserable, to remove them, whatever it takes.
- 44:22Whatever it takes to get rid of these Supreme Court justices, and uh it's just it is getting absolutely wild.
- 44:32So Virginia House Minority Leader Terry Kilgore, who's a Democrat.
- 44:37I'll read the quote from him again.
- 44:40He said, it's insane.
- 44:42My first take on that, because I mean, it would be crazy to throw out judges for making the right decision.
- 44:51That would uh just be beyond the pale.
- 44:54I think a lot of Virginians would see through that.
- 44:58And it's too late for them to do it as a matter of law.
- 45:02There was a May 12th pre-primary deadline.
- 45:07Well, that's coming on.
- 45:10So they they couldn't do it if they tried, but that's not stopping Hakeem Jeffries, the House Democratic leader.
- 45:19It's not stopping him from saying, well, we're gonna do it anyway.
- 45:23So it really interesting.
- 45:25And Kilgore went on to say that just shows you how power hungry Hakeem Jeffries and his Democrats are up there.
- 45:32And I'm glad the Supreme Court followed the rule of law, and it was a good day for Virginia.
- 45:39So Democrats disagreed.
- 45:43They disagreed with Virginia Senate Minority Leader Scott Soroval, Democrat from Mount Vernon, announcing an emergency application for relief was made to the Supreme Court of the United States by late Monday of this week.
- 46:03Soroval said in a statement that the response was brought by himself, House Speaker Don Scott, Democrat from Portsmouth, and Senate President Pro Tem L.
- 46:16Louise Lucas, Democrat Portsman.
- 46:20So again, the Democrats, or at least some of them disagreed with the Supreme Court justice.
- 46:28The case was filed with the SCOTUS, but the page itself indicated in its second reference that it was filed to the Supreme Court of Virginia.
- 46:39So critics are pointing out that uh, you know, they've they filed the case with haste.
- 46:44There, it has mistakes on it, it has typos on the first page, and it's just interesting.
- 46:49I mean, people are gonna grasp it straws, and I think a lot of people are seeing through this.
- 46:55I think a lot of Democrats, and I'll be honest, I've I've talked to a lot of friends who are Democrats, and they're fed up with their own party.
- 47:04They said it is not the Democratic Party that it used to be.
- 47:09I agree.
- 47:15I think there's just so much backbiting and intolerance and hatred.
- 47:22And then they point the finger and they're like, well, if you disagree with me, you're you're you're the hater.
- 47:27Excuse me.
- 47:30Yeah, when did it become a hate crime to disagree with somebody?
- 47:35And that's what's interesting.
- 47:37Like I've stopped talking to some of my democratic friends because they'll ask loaded questions, politically loaded questions, and I know it's a trap.
- 47:49They don't want an honest conversation, and I can see right through that.
- 47:53And so I just choose not to answer.
- 47:55I don't end my friendship over it, but I refuse to get caught up in those gotchas.
- 48:02And again, not one single Republican friend has ever done that to me.
- 48:08But I've had multiple Democrats who've they've done it, they thrive on it, they love dissension.
- 48:17They love quote getting your take on it.
- 48:22I'm like, yeah, I know what that is.
- 48:25Because the minute you say something that if I say something that they disagree with, it's heckles up, you know, the claws come out, start scratching out for blood, and I just I have no interest in that.
- 48:44And I think a lot of people don't have any interest in that.
- 48:46Our time on this earth is valuable.
- 48:49And when you spend it pointing fingers at people and talking about how awful they are, and how useless they are, and how homophobic they are, or how how big of haters they are, or how racist they are, or whatever it is.
- 49:00How big of haters they are, or how racist they are, or whatever it is.
- 49:07I just I don't have time for that.
- 49:07I just I don't have time for that.
- 49:09And again, that's what I really like about Senator John Fetterman.
- 49:09And again, that's what I really like about Senator John Fetterman, because he doesn't name call people.
- 49:14Because he doesn't name call people.
- 49:17He's not into it.
- 49:17He's not into it.
- 49:19And there have been people who've tried to bait him.
- 49:19And there have been people who've tried to bait him.
- 49:22I've watched interviews where they really try to set him up.
- 49:22I've watched interviews where they really try to set them up, and they're like, Yeah, we're we're really gonna get them in this gotcha.
- 49:26And they're like, yeah, we're we're really gonna get him in this gotcha.
- 49:30And Senator Fetterman is just like, yeah, that's people are gonna do what people are gonna do.
- 49:36I don't agree with it.
- 49:39I don't like it.
- 49:40I don't like what the Democratic Party has become.
- 49:44I think they're crazy.
- 49:48And then he defended his Republican friends in Pennsylvania.
- 49:52Not just his Republican friends, Republicans in general.
- 49:56He's like, look, I grew up in a in a Republican home.
- 50:00I have Republican friends.
- 50:03I said, none of them, none of the Republicans that I meet are anything that the Democratic Party says that they are.
- 50:11The racists and homophobes and all, you know, all the all the name calls that they call them.
- 50:16He said, I don't see any of them that are like that.
- 50:20He's like, I think it's very dangerous to use language that's that loaded.
- 50:25And again, Senator Fetterman is 100% right.
- 50:31He's right, he's right, he's right.
- 50:34And they can't stand that he's right.
- 50:37And so they've taken up measures to to try to oust him.
- 50:42They're gonna remove him from uh from the Senate.
- 50:49For what?
- 50:51Because you disagree with them.
- 50:53He's not done anything that to my knowledge, he's not done anything that's illegal, he's not uh not done anything unethical, it's not seen one thing.
- 51:06I thought this was a really interesting article.
- 51:08It's a Yahoo news article.
- 51:12Uh Fetterman gets stunning rejection from his fellow Pennsylvania-based congressional Democrats when asked if they would back him for re-election.
- 51:21This was just last month.
- 51:25Uh to say Senator John Fetterman has few friends among Pennsylvania House Democrats would be inaccurate.
- 51:32The truth is he has none, according to a report by Max Cohen at Punchbowl News.
- 51:41The six foot eight hoodie clad former Pennsylvania lieutenant governor was elected to the Senate in 2022, surviving both a stroke and a rough general election battle against Dr.
- 51:52Mohammed Oz, who was endorsed by President Trump.
- 51:58Fetterman's tenure in the Senate has been notable for a series of public breaks with the Democrats over issues issues like Israel, immigration, and tariffs.
- 52:08He has expressed more openness to supporting several of Trump's nominees than most Democrats, breaking with his party to vote with the Republicans.
- 52:18Over the past few years, Fenerman has also racked up several friendly appearances with Fox News host.
- 52:24I love this article.
- 52:25It's so loaded.
- 52:26And other conservative media personalities.
- 52:30While the invocation of his name draws booze in liberal circles.
- 52:36Like you can hear the disdain here.
- 52:59And he's always friendly.
- 53:07Even with hosts that are that are rude to him.
- 53:09He's always friendly.
- 53:12So yeah, really interesting.
- 53:14Uh listen to this.
- 53:19This is interesting.
- 53:21Uh Chatter's been circulating for months that Pennsylvania Democrats would seek to oust Fetterman in the 2028 primary when he's up for re-election.
- 53:30Polling shows he's very vulnerable to a primary challenger, as his support among Democrats has essentially collapsed.
- 53:37Meanwhile, the state GOP party chair told local media earlier this month that they were keeping an eye out for Fetterman switching parties, despite the senators' repeated insistence, he would not do so.
- 53:49In fact, he has burned so many bridges within his own party.
- 53:55Not a single Pennsylvania House Democrat in the delegation will say Fetterman should run for re-election as a Democrat.
- 54:03All the more reason why he should.
- 55:00Nobody should tolerate hatred, hate speech.
- 55:04Oh, that's so controversial.
- 55:07He may as well become a Republican for saying that.
- 55:11Do you see how bizarre this is?
- 55:14And that's where I agree with many people.
- 55:17The Democratic Party is not what it once was.
- 55:21And I do truly, truly, truly believe.
- 55:24I will say it again and again and again.
- 55:26I believe the Democratic Party is doomed.
- 55:31For a minute, for a while.
- 55:34There will be a leader who steps up.
- 55:36We're already seeing some leadership, but the Democrats have to accept it.
- 55:40And right now they're not.
- 55:41People like Fetterman are leaders.
- 55:44He is a leader.
- 55:46Hands down.
- 55:47He is a lead.
- 55:48He is the leader, I think.
- 55:51The one who shows the best leadership skills, the one who makes the most sense, the one who is able to reach across the aisle and work with people on the other side.
- 56:01And he's not doing it to spite people.
- 56:01And he's not doing it to spite people.
- 56:03He's doing it because he legitimately cares about the American people.
- 56:03He's doing it because he legitimately cares about the American people.
- 56:06And he said that repeatedly.
- 56:06And he said that repeatedly.
- 56:08So kudos to him.
- 56:08So kudos to him.
- 56:10And uh I I think times are gonna get very interesting.
- 56:10And uh I I think times are going to get very interesting.
- 56:15And the Democrats have caused all of it.
- 56:15And the Democrats have caused all of it.
- 56:18They've done it to themselves.
- 56:18They've done it to themselves.
- 56:20So it'll be very fascinating to see what happens.
- 56:20So it'll be very fascinating to see what happens.
