- 0:00Speaker 1: Fly from Midtown Manhattan. Here comes the Mark Simone Show
- 0:05Speaker 1: on seven Trday.
- 0:12Speaker 2: It's only Tuesday, but you know, today's the first day
- 0:15Speaker 2: of spring training. That's right. Spring is just a few
- 0:19Speaker 2: weeks away, just a few weeks. Spring training opens today. Hey,
- 0:23Speaker 2: we got a lot to get to. We'll get to
- 0:24Speaker 2: the latest on the Guthree kidnapping. We'll get to Bad Bunny.
- 0:29Speaker 2: There's all sorts of Epstein developments. We'll get to that.
- 0:32Speaker 2: We'll get to Cardinal Dolan, We'll get to Bruce Blakeman.
- 0:35Speaker 2: He's picked a running mate. He'll get the nomination. Actually,
- 0:38Speaker 2: tomorrow morning he'll officially become the candidate. Super Bowl is over,
- 0:44Speaker 2: and now I realized it's gonna be the first weekend
- 0:48Speaker 2: with no football. There's nothing to watch this weekend football wise.
- 0:51Speaker 2: So the Bad Bunny thing, I think was great because
- 0:55Speaker 2: it's first of all, he wasn't that bad. He was
- 0:59Speaker 2: pretty good. One thing he said you couldn't understand him.
- 1:01Speaker 2: It was in Spanish, but it looks good. The moves, well,
- 1:05Speaker 2: scenery was great, it was staging it. It was okay,
- 1:09Speaker 2: probably not the best choice, but but it's it was
- 1:13Speaker 2: worth it just to watch the entire Left wing, all
- 1:17Speaker 2: the Democrats, all the media watched them, have to convince
- 1:20Speaker 2: themselves that pretend that they're big Bad Bunny fans, especially
- 1:24Speaker 2: the older liberals, the older left wing media people. They
- 1:28Speaker 2: have to pretend they're they're really big fans of that
- 1:31Speaker 2: bad Bunny boy. They love that bad Bunny. If you
- 1:35Speaker 2: grab their phone, let me see your playlist. I don't
- 1:37Speaker 2: see any Bad Bunny in there. But they got to
- 1:39Speaker 2: pretend they love bad Bunny because this is the latest
- 1:42Speaker 2: anti Trump thing they can do. It was out protesting ice,
- 1:46Speaker 2: now it's defending bad Bunny. Meantime, Bad Bunny says, cashing
- 1:51Speaker 2: in on this. Now, you gotta remember, there were a
- 1:52Speaker 2: lot of reasons you got to peel away the layers
- 1:55Speaker 2: of this. This Roger Goodell, who you look at that
- 2:00Speaker 2: guy and he's just look a very unpleasant guy. He
- 2:04Speaker 2: looks like the worst high school principle you ever saw,
- 2:07Speaker 2: Just a stern, unpleasant looking guy. He's got no personality,
- 2:11Speaker 2: absolutely humorless. And you wonder, how the hell does this
- 2:15Speaker 2: guy get eighty million a year or whatever he gets
- 2:17Speaker 2: to be the NFL commissioner. How does he last so long?
- 2:20Speaker 2: Because the owners love him, the fans can't stand him.
- 2:25Speaker 2: The owners love Roger Goodell. He makes them a fortune.
- 2:29Speaker 2: He's the best negotiator. He's a ruthless, brutal negotiator with
- 2:34Speaker 2: the networks. You put him in a courtroom and there's
- 2:36Speaker 2: an NFL lawsuit, he's great in a courtroom, very skilled
- 2:40Speaker 2: at all that stuff. And also he's a mastermind, always scheming, scheming, scheming,
- 2:46Speaker 2: scheming to make the NFL more money. So they've been
- 2:50Speaker 2: plotting the last few years. Couple of things. One one
- 2:53Speaker 2: of the reasons for bad Bunny Big Big Big with
- 2:56Speaker 2: a Hispanic community, and the Hispanic community tends to like
- 3:00Speaker 2: soccer and not really football. You got to remember people
- 3:03Speaker 2: that have come from somewhere else, they're big soccer fans.
- 3:06Speaker 2: You know, football is the number one most popular sport
- 3:10Speaker 2: in America. Around the world, it doesn't even make the
- 3:13Speaker 2: top ten. It's not that popular around the world. So
- 3:16Speaker 2: they make a fortune here in the US. But Roger
- 3:19Speaker 2: Goodell knows, and the NFL realizes to make more money.
- 3:23Speaker 2: To grow this thing, they got to go international. That's
- 3:26Speaker 2: why they start playing the games overseas every season. And
- 3:29Speaker 2: now they're going to try to appeal to other countries,
- 3:32Speaker 2: other languages. They want to make this league international, they
- 3:35Speaker 2: want to go worldwide. So that's one reason for a
- 3:37Speaker 2: bad bunny.
- 3:40Speaker 3: But just.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Forcing all these Democrats have to pretend they love bad Bunny,
- 3:46Speaker 2: it was worth it. Now. Glainne Maxwell testified yesterday she
- 3:52Speaker 2: took the fifth on everything because she's appealing her case.
- 3:55Speaker 2: It's going to come up in court pretty soon, so
- 3:57Speaker 2: she used that as a justification for taking the fifth.
- 4:01Speaker 2: She well, here she is.
- 4:02Speaker 4: I would like to answer your question, but on the
- 4:04Speaker 4: Advice and Council, I respectfully declined to answer this question
- 4:09Speaker 4: and any related questions. My habeas petition is pending in
- 4:15Speaker 4: the Sudden District of New York. I therefore invoke my
- 4:19Speaker 4: right silence under the Fifth Amendment to the US Constitution.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Now I knew Ghlaine Maxwell. She sounds quite proper, but
- 4:28Speaker 2: in real life was a raunchy kind of a woman,
- 4:32Speaker 2: rough and tough and raunchy. She has told the committee,
- 4:36Speaker 2: she's implied that she could well, she said it publicly,
- 4:40Speaker 2: that she could clear Donald Trump and Bill Clinton of
- 4:45Speaker 2: all wrongdoing. But she wants clemency. She does not want
- 4:49Speaker 2: to be a charge. She wants the charges dropped. And
- 4:52Speaker 2: now Donald Trump does not need clearing. There was never
- 4:54Speaker 2: a hint of him ever being involved in anything bad
- 4:57Speaker 2: with Epstein. Billy. In fact, he cut off Epstein twenty
- 5:01Speaker 2: something years ago. He just stopped talking to me. First,
- 5:04Speaker 2: got whiff of Epstein hitting on a young woman at
- 5:06Speaker 2: mar Alago, threw him out of the club, immediately distanced him,
- 5:10Speaker 2: warned to everybody, including me, back then, stay away from Epstein.
- 5:14Speaker 2: And the guy that was the police chief, Palm Beach
- 5:20Speaker 2: came out yesterday and revealed he was the police chief
- 5:22Speaker 2: in two thousand and eight when they went after Epstein,
- 5:25Speaker 2: and he said one of the first calls he got
- 5:26Speaker 2: was from Donald Trump back in two thousand and eight,
- 5:29Speaker 2: who said, I'm glad you're going after Epstein. And he
- 5:32Speaker 2: told him about the problem he had with Epstein and
- 5:34Speaker 2: mar A Lago, and he said, everybody knows about this guy.
- 5:36Speaker 2: You got to go after him. And he encouraged him
- 5:39Speaker 2: to take a really good look at Gallayne Maxwell, saying
- 5:42Speaker 2: she's evil, she's the accomplice. Look at her. But he
- 5:44Speaker 2: really encouraged the police to go after him. So she
- 5:50Speaker 2: wants to clemency.
- 5:51Speaker 3: Now.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Bill Clinton has a problem because he continued his relationship
- 5:54Speaker 2: with Epstein right to the very end, and Epstein was
- 5:58Speaker 2: very the only relationship Trump had with Epstein. He was
- 6:01Speaker 2: a wealthy guy. He showed up in Palm Beach, and
- 6:04Speaker 2: when you were a wealthy guy in Palm Beach, you
- 6:05Speaker 2: joined mar A Lago. And he started coming there, spending
- 6:07Speaker 2: a ton of money and going to the parties. And
- 6:10Speaker 2: Trump would stand there in the parties and talk to him,
- 6:14Speaker 2: and that was really about the whole relationship. A couple
- 6:17Speaker 2: of times Trump hitched a ride on Epstein's plane down
- 6:21Speaker 2: to Palm Beach. People used to do that back then.
- 6:24Speaker 2: If you wanted to go to Palm Beach for the weekend,
- 6:26Speaker 2: you'd hit your ride, sometimes on Trump's plane, Epstein's plane.
- 6:28Speaker 2: People would do that very often. But whenever the two
- 6:31Speaker 2: times Trump went on Epstein's plane, it was with his
- 6:33Speaker 2: wife and daughter. But Clinton is different. Clinton had a very,
- 6:39Speaker 2: very very close relationship with Epstein. Look at the White
- 6:42Speaker 2: House visitors logs when Clinton was there. Epstein's a regular visitor,
- 6:48Speaker 2: sleeping over at the White House. He's hundreds and hundreds
- 6:51Speaker 2: of times in the White House. It was Epstein who
- 6:53Speaker 2: helped form the Clinton Foundation Clinton Global Initiative. One of
- 6:57Speaker 2: the reasons Epstein was able to ingratiate himself with so
- 7:01Speaker 2: many people was his check book. He had what they
- 7:03Speaker 2: call check's appeal. He would write massive checks, even the
- 7:06Speaker 2: pom Beach Police Department. I give him credit for going
- 7:09Speaker 2: after him because Epstein was a big donor the Palm Beach.
- 7:13Speaker 2: It was just his weekend house, but he gave the
- 7:16Speaker 2: police department forty thousand to buy some piece of equipment
- 7:19Speaker 2: they needed, then later give him ninety thousand for by
- 7:22Speaker 2: another piece of equipment they needed, donated heavily to their
- 7:25Speaker 2: scholarship foundation. Just a big, big donor. He wrote checks
- 7:29Speaker 2: to everybody, celebrities, colleges, that's where they were all over them.
- 7:34Speaker 2: So here's comer. He's the chairman of the committee.
- 7:36Speaker 5: As expected, Lange Maxwell took the fifth and refused to
- 7:40Speaker 5: answer any questions.
- 7:42Speaker 2: This is obviously is very disappointing.
- 7:44Speaker 5: We had many questions to ask about the crime she
- 7:46Speaker 5: and Epstein committed.
- 7:47Speaker 2: Yeah, she's asked.
- 7:49Speaker 3: For clemency from the president.
- 7:51Speaker 6: So I, personally, for the reasons you just stated, don't
- 7:55Speaker 6: think she should be granted any type of immunity or clemency.
- 7:59Speaker 2: Yeah, and Donald Trump doesn't need his name cleared with Epstein,
- 8:02Speaker 2: so I don't think he's gonna give her any Clemency Comber.
- 8:04Speaker 2: We love Comber. He's a great guy, but he tends
- 8:07Speaker 2: to overpromise and underdeliver. As I always tell you, Republicans
- 8:12Speaker 2: are not good at hearings. They Democrats do hearings. They
- 8:15Speaker 2: wipe people out. Democrats when they have a hearing, they
- 8:18Speaker 2: tear into the person. Twenty of them just rip the
- 8:21Speaker 2: person apart like pitbulls. It's vicious when the Republicans try
- 8:26Speaker 2: to do the same thing to hear Yeah, they never
- 8:27Speaker 2: quite get it done. It's a little harmless. Let's get
- 8:31Speaker 2: to Nancy Guthrie. The deadline has been missed. Well, we
- 8:36Speaker 2: don't know. The deadline was last night five o'clock our time,
- 8:40Speaker 2: but well actually it was five o'clock her time, so
- 8:44Speaker 2: it would be seven o'clock art time. The deadline passed.
- 8:46Speaker 2: We don't know if ransom was paid or not paid.
- 8:49Speaker 2: The Feds are now in charge of the investigation, and
- 8:52Speaker 2: the Feds are very good at keeping a lid on everything.
- 8:54Speaker 2: They keep everything quiet, so we don't know if the
- 8:58Speaker 2: ransom was paid. They asked for six million in bitcoin.
- 9:03Speaker 2: We do know there are new videos. It's Savannah Guthrie
- 9:07Speaker 2: put out, no.
- 9:08Speaker 7: Matter where you are, even if you're far from Tucson,
- 9:11Speaker 7: if you see anything, you hear anything, if there's anything
- 9:15Speaker 7: at all that seems strange to you.
- 9:19Speaker 8: That you report to law enforcement.
- 9:21Speaker 2: Yeah, I guess she's talking about neighbors, anybody in the neighborhood.
- 9:24Speaker 2: You know, people that have been there, the reporters, the
- 9:27Speaker 2: people covering the situation. They've been to Nancy Guthrie's house.
- 9:31Speaker 2: They've been outside there. They tell me it's incredibly dark.
- 9:36Speaker 2: You know, it's out in the desert. There's no street lights.
- 9:38Speaker 2: It's unbelievably dark. You can't see a thing around when
- 9:41Speaker 2: you look around in the streets there.
- 9:42Speaker 8: We believe our mom is still out there. We need
- 9:47Speaker 8: your help.
- 9:51Speaker 7: Law enforcement is working tirelessly around the clock trying to
- 9:55Speaker 7: bring her home, trying to find her.
- 9:58Speaker 8: She was taken and we don't know aware and we
- 10:02Speaker 8: need your help.
- 10:03Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Now, they asked for six million in bitcoin. Now here's
- 10:08Speaker 2: the thing. A lot of people don't know this, but
- 10:11Speaker 2: bitcoin it is traceable. It can be traced. In fact,
- 10:15Speaker 2: if you got the bitcoin stuck, it may take a
- 10:17Speaker 2: little drop pretty soon, because as this case unfolds, if
- 10:21Speaker 2: they're able to track down the criminals. And people realize
- 10:25Speaker 2: you can be tracked through bitcoin, that's going to cause
- 10:27Speaker 2: them a little lack of sales because a lot of criminals,
- 10:31Speaker 2: drug dealers, they love to use bitcoin because they think
- 10:34Speaker 2: it's totally untraceable. But the criminal, if it's the real
- 10:39Speaker 2: criminal in the note, did give an exact Bitcoin address. Now,
- 10:43Speaker 2: what they'll often do in that case is just somebody
- 10:46Speaker 2: will send a little money to that address, just a
- 10:48Speaker 2: little amount to that bitcoin address, and then there's ways
- 10:52Speaker 2: of tracking it as it goes through the blockchain, and
- 10:55Speaker 2: you send a small amount to that crypto wallet and
- 10:58Speaker 2: you can sort of see where it lands. You're closer
- 11:00Speaker 2: and closer, and the local sheriff and the local police
- 11:04Speaker 2: probably can't do this, but the Feds are really good
- 11:08Speaker 2: at tracing this down. Cryptocurrency is not untraceable. There is
- 11:13Speaker 2: data that can be scraped from just a simple transaction
- 11:17Speaker 2: that can yield a lot of information. And there have
- 11:20Speaker 2: been cases where they have tracked somebody through crypto. It
- 11:24Speaker 2: can be done. There's in the Feds, there's a real
- 11:27Speaker 2: experts on blockchain forensic They can trace all the blocks
- 11:32Speaker 2: that generate each and every transaction. They can actually you
- 11:35Speaker 2: see what you send a code to someone one wallet
- 11:37Speaker 2: to another. But when you send a code, you know
- 11:42Speaker 2: things are in that code. There's our ways, there are
- 11:46Speaker 2: ways to track it, so this could be interesting. Now.
- 11:49Speaker 2: Savannah Guthrie, of course, immediately flew out there to Tucson
- 11:54Speaker 2: and stayed with the relatives in their house. But apparently
- 11:57Speaker 2: reporters are all over the house. They're all over the
- 12:00Speaker 2: Nancy Guthrie house, They're all over the daughter's house and
- 12:04Speaker 2: the Guthriees. Savannah and her family were all staying in
- 12:07Speaker 2: this one house, but it was surrounded by reporters. So
- 12:10Speaker 2: they have temporarily rented. Savannah Guthrie rented a one point
- 12:15Speaker 2: two million dollar mansion. This house is in a guarded gatehouse,
- 12:20Speaker 2: a gated community. Nobody can get in there, and it's
- 12:23Speaker 2: located in the community where you can't even see it
- 12:25Speaker 2: from the street. So it gives them some privacy, gives
- 12:29Speaker 2: them some distance from them and the news crews all
- 12:32Speaker 2: over the streets. We'll see what develops later today. What else, Hey,
- 12:37Speaker 2: Bruce Blakeman, who would be the best governor for New York.
- 12:39Speaker 2: Bruce Blakeman would be the perfect governor for New York.
- 12:42Speaker 2: He's a governor. Now, that's what a county executive is
- 12:45Speaker 2: in Nassau County, best run safest county in America. So
- 12:50Speaker 2: he has to pick a running mate, and he just did.
- 12:53Speaker 2: He picked a running mate yesterday. They're having the convention
- 12:56Speaker 2: right now. But he's picked Madison County Sheriff Todd Hood,
- 13:02Speaker 2: twenty two years in the Syracuse Police Department. Blakeman courses
- 13:05Speaker 2: from around here. You want the other half of the
- 13:08Speaker 2: ticket to be an upstate guy. Hood a great resume.
- 13:11Speaker 2: Father of Iie serves as vice president of the New
- 13:15Speaker 2: York State Sheriff's Association, chairman of the National Sheriff's Association.
- 13:20Speaker 2: So now tomorrow's the nomination, the actual nomination. They have
- 13:24Speaker 2: a convention for like three days.
- 13:26Speaker 3: You know.
- 13:27Speaker 2: It's a Republican convention every year. This is like the
- 13:29Speaker 2: state Republican Convention being held in Garden City. They're all
- 13:33Speaker 2: at the Garden City Hotel right now. And Garden City's
- 13:37Speaker 2: a beautiful place, beautiful one of the nicest towns in
- 13:40Speaker 2: Long Island. All kinds of stuff opening there lately. There's
- 13:42Speaker 2: a new ivar Own supermarket, there's a Tony's Tacos, which
- 13:46Speaker 2: is all over Long Island, just open there. But tomorrow
- 13:50Speaker 2: they'll nominate Blakeman at about this time tomorrow, and then
- 13:54Speaker 2: they got some other races. They're going to nominate Joseph Fernandez,
- 13:57Speaker 2: candidate for state Controller. And then oh, the GOP candidate.
- 14:03Speaker 2: There's going to be a Republican candidate to take on
- 14:06Speaker 2: Letitia James, the sleazy, awful Attorney general. So this will
- 14:10Speaker 2: be former federal prosecutor Saritha. Oh good, well, you're gonna
- 14:15Speaker 2: have a little trouble pronouncing this last name. Comma to Reddy.
- 14:18Speaker 2: I think it is all right, I said, But she's
- 14:22Speaker 2: she's trying to get to see there's a little battle
- 14:25Speaker 2: there between two GOP. But you want to get riddle
- 14:28Speaker 2: Letitia James this year, that would be a great, great
- 14:31Speaker 2: thing to do. Hey, Cardinal Dolan has left Saint Patrick's.
- 14:36Speaker 2: But you know he's got an apartment now in New
- 14:38Speaker 2: York City. It's in a parish in murray Hill, but
- 14:42Speaker 2: it's a very nice apartment. He'll be living there. He's
- 14:44Speaker 2: not leaving New York. He'll be living here and he's
- 14:47Speaker 2: gonna take various jobs. One was announced yesterday he will
- 14:51Speaker 2: be the NYPD chaplain. There are a couple of them,
- 14:54Speaker 2: but he'll be I guess the head chaplain. The NYPD
- 14:56Speaker 2: chaplain is a great job taking care of our are
- 15:00Speaker 2: men and women in law enforcement. That's one thing he'll
- 15:03Speaker 2: be doing. He'll be uh in this parish where they
- 15:04Speaker 2: gave him a beautiful apartment. He'll be holding services there
- 15:08Speaker 2: and apparently other parishes. So you'll be able to on
- 15:12Speaker 2: a Sunday go see Cardinal Dolan. That's great news. Ronald Hicks,
- 15:17Speaker 2: who took over, had his installation on Friday, first time ever.
- 15:23Speaker 2: The mayor didn't show up. That's mom, Donnie. He didn't
- 15:27Speaker 2: show up. But you know he's I wouldn't think he's
- 15:29Speaker 2: too religious a guy, I don't know. He's a socialist,
- 15:32Speaker 2: as he loves to say.
- 15:33Speaker 10: I was elected as a democratic socialist, and I will
- 15:36Speaker 10: govern as a democratic socialist. I will not abandon my
- 15:47Speaker 10: principles for fear of being deemed radical.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Well, that's great, you're socialist. Fortunately, got you picked the
- 15:53Speaker 2: wrong city. You get elected. This is the capitalism capital
- 15:56Speaker 2: of the world. It's like, if you hate cars, you
- 16:00Speaker 2: want to ban cars, you can't be the mayor of Detroit.
- 16:03Speaker 2: It doesn't make any sense. So this is the Wall
- 16:05Speaker 2: Street is our main industry, capitalism, finance, and he is
- 16:09Speaker 2: he a socialist? Well, they asked Bill Maher.
- 16:11Speaker 5: Democrats seem to be having this debate whether or not
- 16:14Speaker 5: mayor Mom Donnie is a socialist or a democratic socialist.
- 16:18Speaker 5: Let me settle it. He's a straight up communist.
- 16:22Speaker 2: How do I know this?
- 16:24Speaker 5: Well, I'm reading between the lines when one of his
- 16:27Speaker 5: major advisors says, elect more communists, which is fine, it's fine.
- 16:37Speaker 5: It's a belief system. He's allowed to believe it and
- 16:40Speaker 5: people are allowed to vote for it. But if liberals
- 16:42Speaker 5: deny it, like he's just going through a goth phase,
- 16:47Speaker 5: they're going to lose more elections. This is not a
- 16:50Speaker 5: communist country.
- 16:51Speaker 2: No, And how do you get a mom Donnie, Well,
- 16:55Speaker 2: you send a couple of generations to woke, left wing
- 16:59Speaker 2: crazy college. All of our universities, colleges are now in
- 17:02Speaker 2: doctrination centers, and they come out thinking like Mom Donnie.
- 17:06Speaker 2: And after about twenty years of that stuff, you get
- 17:08Speaker 2: enough to vote in a mayor like that. Hey, we'll
- 17:11Speaker 2: take some calls. Next. Eight hundred three two one zero
- 17:15Speaker 2: seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three two one
- 17:19Speaker 2: zero seven ten. If you're listening to Mark on the
- 17:22Speaker 2: ico on woor hey, let's take some calls. Eight hundred
- 17:28Speaker 2: three two one zero seven ten is the number. Let's
- 17:32Speaker 2: go to Jacob in Denver, Colorado. Jacob, how you doing hi?
- 17:37Speaker 11: I think there's a case in front of the Supreme
- 17:39Speaker 11: Court whether or not the states have to clean up
- 17:42Speaker 11: their voter rolls. Yeah, and if the Supreme Court says yes,
- 17:45Speaker 11: you do have to clean up your voter rolls, what
- 17:48Speaker 11: happened to all this gerimandering? Will they have to do
- 17:51Speaker 11: it over again or they just let it go?
- 17:54Speaker 2: No, well, they gotta do it over again anyway. You
- 17:57Speaker 2: you don't have time for the midterms, but you got
- 17:59Speaker 2: to do it before eight and clean up all this.
- 18:01Speaker 11: Okay, but you're gonna lose. You're gonna lose all these votes.
- 18:04Speaker 11: You know, if you clean up your veteroals, you're gonna
- 18:07Speaker 11: lose Democrats, You're gonna lose the Republicans. You will have
- 18:10Speaker 11: to do them.
- 18:10Speaker 2: You only clean up the bad votes, the suspicious ones.
- 18:13Speaker 2: You'll lose more Democrats than Republicans. Hey, Jacob, we've had
- 18:17Speaker 2: snow here for a few days and it's driving us nuts.
- 18:20Speaker 2: You're in Denver, you have snow, Like all went right?
- 18:22Speaker 2: How much snow do you have there?
- 18:24Speaker 11: We have absolutely none. We have had no in two months.
- 18:28Speaker 11: Our average temperature is sixty degrees. What what's happening. What's
- 18:32Speaker 11: happening is is there's a high planted right over Denver,
- 18:35Speaker 11: well right over Colorado. So the jet stream is pushing
- 18:38Speaker 11: all the cold that would normally go over Denver to
- 18:40Speaker 11: New York and Detroit and all that.
- 18:42Speaker 2: Thanks a lot. Yeah, this is all wrong, it's not
- 18:45Speaker 2: not right.
- 18:46Speaker 11: But hey, but you know, I remember, I remember in
- 18:49Speaker 11: twenty ten, was it December twenty ten? There was a
- 18:52Speaker 11: there was a northeaster and the garbage piled up in
- 18:55Speaker 11: Brooklyn ten feet high. Also, so this is really nothing
- 18:58Speaker 11: new to you guys.
- 19:00Speaker 2: All right, well that's good point we got all right,
- 19:02Speaker 2: good call, Jacob, thanks for calling. Isn't that that's just
- 19:05Speaker 2: wrong that we got all this snow? Denver has no snow.
- 19:08Speaker 2: You know, this past weekend it was so unbelievably cold
- 19:11Speaker 2: in New York. It was actually about ten degrees colder
- 19:14Speaker 2: in New York City than Antarctica. That's an actual fact.
- 19:18Speaker 2: Let's go to uh Rocco in Rockland. County, Rocco, How you.
- 19:21Speaker 12: Doing, doing great, Paisano Marco.
- 19:24Speaker 1: The bottom line.
- 19:25Speaker 3: Is he's a mierrodo.
- 19:27Speaker 11: That's what Madamie is.
- 19:28Speaker 12: He's the damn communist and what's he going to do
- 19:30Speaker 12: about the New York City, the richest city in the world,
- 19:33Speaker 12: doesn't have a retirement home for American veterans because he
- 19:36Speaker 12: doesn't care. He didn't show up at the installation of Icagino.
- 19:40Speaker 12: He denounced Christopher Clubs. Christopher Coumbas was not his flavor.
- 19:44Speaker 12: He broke the love of Christ to the New world.
- 19:46Speaker 12: He is an anti Semitic, anti Catholosis. He stinks, and
- 19:50Speaker 12: New York's getting what they deserved. We're putting that rat
- 19:53Speaker 12: in office.
- 19:54Speaker 2: All right, thanks for coding. Hey, we survived eight years
- 19:56Speaker 2: at the Blasio. We'll survive four years of this guy.
- 19:59Speaker 2: Let's go to Joe and Amityville. Joe, how you doing? Yeah?
- 20:03Speaker 1: You doing?
- 20:03Speaker 3: Mark? You gotta love this country. We give a fly
- 20:06Speaker 3: off to the Janiar who couldn't.
- 20:08Speaker 1: Do nothing but Gravisquatch.
- 20:10Speaker 8: Listen to his lyrics.
- 20:11Speaker 2: What are you talking about? Bad Bunny?
- 20:14Speaker 1: Yeah, bad Bunny. Give him a fly.
- 20:17Speaker 2: NIC's okay, that's not bad Bunny's fault. It's just this
- 20:20Speaker 2: is the latest left wing thing. They're pretending that they're
- 20:22Speaker 2: Bad Bunny fans. There, even these sixty two year old
- 20:26Speaker 2: left wing they're defending Bad Bunny. They're convincing themselves they
- 20:30Speaker 2: love Bad Bunny. They've never a million years had him
- 20:33Speaker 2: in their playlist. They never listened to them. Let's go
- 20:36Speaker 2: to Vincent and Brooklyn. Vincent, how you doing.
- 20:38Speaker 9: Good morning, Mark, Mark, I'm okay, Good morning, Mara. What
- 20:41Speaker 9: about that speech Mondamie gave yesterday where he kept on
- 20:46Speaker 9: quoting the Koran and Allah? I mean, what was he
- 20:51Speaker 9: speaking to a microphone into a minaret to, you know,
- 20:55Speaker 9: called the Faithful God the prayer?
- 20:57Speaker 3: Mark?
- 20:58Speaker 9: What if the other average news of corruption that the
- 21:03Speaker 9: government needs to look at. We all heard about Minnesota
- 21:07Speaker 9: the corruption of the daycare centers, and now in California
- 21:14Speaker 9: the hospital centers and the nursing homes. The government has
- 21:17Speaker 9: to look at the Medicaid program where you could hire
- 21:22Speaker 9: anybody you want to be your homemade attendant. Now, how
- 21:28Speaker 9: does the government know if that person is badging and
- 21:32Speaker 9: if they're really working all their hours that they claim
- 21:36Speaker 9: they are. In the past, the homemade attendants and I
- 21:39Speaker 9: know because my aunt when she was old, she had
- 21:42Speaker 9: when we have to go through the city, the city
- 21:44Speaker 9: would screen these people to see if they weren't criminals, this,
- 21:48Speaker 9: that and the other, that they were on the up
- 21:50Speaker 9: and up. I know a woman who's a homemade attendant
- 21:54Speaker 9: for a mother who lives in the east village. You
- 21:57Speaker 9: mean to say, the mother's gonna rat on the door if.
- 22:00Speaker 2: The door that's a good point, Vincent. You're right, that's
- 22:03Speaker 2: the problem. That's how you get all this government fraud, wasting, bloating.
- 22:06Speaker 2: Now you can make anybody your homemade. Just declare him
- 22:08Speaker 2: that and start packing.
- 22:09Speaker 9: I what if is the mother gonna rat the door around?
- 22:12Speaker 6: If she says she.
- 22:14Speaker 9: Built medicaid for forty hours of service and she was
- 22:18Speaker 9: only at a mother's house for five.
- 22:21Speaker 2: Yeah, well, you're absolutely right, good call, Vincent. That's again
- 22:24Speaker 2: this is how this stuff starts. The daycare fraud to
- 22:27Speaker 2: medicaid fraud, all this sudden. They just just send money
- 22:30Speaker 2: flying out to everybody. There's no checks, no system, no balances.
- 22:33Speaker 2: No Hey, when we come back the dean himself, Ed Rollins,
- 22:37Speaker 2: we'll talk to him next. What's going to happen in
- 22:39Speaker 2: the midterms. Can a Republican win the governor's race in
- 22:42Speaker 2: New York State? We'll get to that and a lot
- 22:44Speaker 2: more questions coming up next on seven to ten WR.
- 22:48Speaker 10: It's more of Mark Simone on seven ten WR.
- 22:57Speaker 2: Well, let's talk to the Dean himself. Rollins, the best
- 23:00Speaker 2: political analyst out there. Nobody's run more campaigns, worked in
- 23:03Speaker 2: more white houses, and great to add them with us,
- 23:06Speaker 2: Ed Rollins.
- 23:07Speaker 3: How you doing, good morning, Mark, Are you here?
- 23:10Speaker 2: I'm good? So hey. Bruce Blakeman will be nominated tomorrow
- 23:13Speaker 2: as the Republican candidate for governor. Big endorsement today from
- 23:17Speaker 2: the New York Post. But how easy? How tough is
- 23:20Speaker 2: it for a Republican to win the governor's race in
- 23:22Speaker 2: New York?
- 23:23Speaker 3: Now, well, it's tough. But Bruce is a great candidate,
- 23:26Speaker 3: and in my senses, he comes from the right area
- 23:28Speaker 3: of the state. He's got a great record, He's as
- 23:31Speaker 3: strong candidate as we could have in New York. We
- 23:34Speaker 3: have I think we're a very weak mayor. I mean
- 23:37Speaker 3: we're not mayor big governor. Yeah, So you know, I
- 23:41Speaker 3: don't think at this point in time you can see
- 23:43Speaker 3: to the best history. What's going to happen here. So
- 23:46Speaker 3: he can he raise the money? Can he campaign effectively? Yes?
- 23:49Speaker 3: So I think the ped race is still still to
- 23:52Speaker 3: watch very closely.
- 23:53Speaker 2: Yeah, you've been in this game a while. How did
- 23:55Speaker 2: we get to this world where you could have the
- 23:57Speaker 2: worst record in the world, you absolutely stink like Newsom
- 24:00Speaker 2: or whoever, and you can run again. How does this
- 24:03Speaker 2: happen nowadays?
- 24:06Speaker 3: Well, there's so much clutter in the media today that
- 24:10Speaker 3: it's hard to have people make so many impressions that
- 24:15Speaker 3: are out there. It's like the president. The president's got
- 24:17Speaker 3: so much going on, but it's hard to focus on
- 24:20Speaker 3: two or three things. And in a campaign like this,
- 24:23Speaker 3: you need a campaign on a few things. You've got
- 24:25Speaker 3: to say, here's what she's done that basically have affected
- 24:28Speaker 3: your life badly, and keep hammering on that issue. Don't
- 24:32Speaker 3: talk about thirty five issues. And the same way the democrats.
- 24:35Speaker 3: Democrats keep talking about we've got to have all these
- 24:37Speaker 3: policy papers and what have you. At at the end
- 24:39Speaker 3: of the day, policy papers are not going to do
- 24:41Speaker 3: anything for them. What's going to do something that is
- 24:43Speaker 3: they're going to make their case against against the president
- 24:45Speaker 3: of the president's party. Yeah, and as far as the
- 24:48Speaker 3: president too much clutter, too much media.
- 24:51Speaker 2: Yeah, Now, the economy, if you look at the actual numbers,
- 24:54Speaker 2: the math, the economy is doing well, it's headed in
- 24:57Speaker 2: the right direction. Everything's good. But what does the president
- 24:59Speaker 2: do it need to do to get better messaging about that?
- 25:03Speaker 3: Well, he needs he needs to basically focus himself on
- 25:05Speaker 3: the message. You know, he sees the one dragging the message.
- 25:08Speaker 3: And all the foreign policy stuff that he's doing certainly
- 25:12Speaker 3: may be important, but it's not important to the voters
- 25:14Speaker 3: out there that are basically worrying about healthcare and worrying
- 25:17Speaker 3: about food prices and housing prices.
- 25:20Speaker 2: What have you.
- 25:21Speaker 3: So I would argue it, now that we're in the
- 25:23Speaker 3: actual election year, the president needs to spend his time
- 25:27Speaker 3: and energy on these issues at matative voters. He's got
- 25:30Speaker 3: strong polsters, get the posters to give them three or
- 25:33Speaker 3: four things he should be talking about, and talk about
- 25:35Speaker 3: those things. You know. I think the key thing here is,
- 25:39Speaker 3: you know, there's a there's a lot of crisises in
- 25:40Speaker 3: the world, and the president wants to solve those crisises,
- 25:43Speaker 3: and he's done a pretty effective job and all that,
- 25:45Speaker 3: but most people out there aren't worried about Iran as
- 25:48Speaker 3: much as they're worried about, you know, what's happening in
- 25:51Speaker 3: Westchester County or Suffolk County or across the country.
- 25:56Speaker 2: Well, that's interesting what you said about clutter. But as
- 25:59Speaker 2: a present and Trump doing a great job, but he's
- 26:01Speaker 2: the king of clutter. If you watch a press conference
- 26:04Speaker 2: of speech and there's four thousand things he's working on
- 26:06Speaker 2: at once, so and you can't cure him with that,
- 26:09Speaker 2: can you? That's always the way.
- 26:11Speaker 3: You can't cure him that. One of the concerns I
- 26:13Speaker 3: have is having another the White House political director and
- 26:15Speaker 3: having more Congressional Committee. The intent now is to put
- 26:20Speaker 3: him out and have him campaign and try and drive
- 26:22Speaker 3: out about the only votes when he's on the pallet.
- 26:26Speaker 3: I would just argue, the more you move around the country,
- 26:28Speaker 3: the less likely he can stay on message. And you
- 26:33Speaker 3: know he needs to stay in the White House. And
- 26:35Speaker 3: he said go out maybe ten or twenty times he
- 26:37Speaker 3: told him in the campaign. But if they have him
- 26:40Speaker 3: out there three or four days a week, you know
- 26:43Speaker 3: he likes the campaign. But at the end of the day,
- 26:46Speaker 3: you've got priority messages going out. We needs to stay
- 26:48Speaker 3: in that White House, hit the big message places and
- 26:53Speaker 3: be very consistent and quit insulting people. You know, he
- 26:56Speaker 3: needs to quit make cracks about his opponents. You know,
- 27:00Speaker 3: Joe Biden's gone, but we'll die on the beach. Uh.
- 27:04Speaker 3: You know, at the end of the day, you can't
- 27:08Speaker 3: blame everything on him at this point in time, because
- 27:10Speaker 3: always gonna listen, this is Trump's administration. His biggest problems
- 27:14Speaker 3: going a very snarrow majority of the House. Uh. And
- 27:17Speaker 3: it does that the Senate doesn't have anything, so yeah,
- 27:20Speaker 3: you know, to to seat you know, this week, he's
- 27:23Speaker 3: got a two seat margin. He's got to get every
- 27:25Speaker 3: member there voting for him on these issues. And we
- 27:27Speaker 3: now have a big ice debate on on funding and
- 27:31Speaker 3: that's very important. Uh. You know you during this congress
- 27:36Speaker 3: through uh to a budget fight for another two or
- 27:39Speaker 3: three weeks. Here again, people are distracted. People want want order.
- 27:44Speaker 2: But you know there's this whole anti ice feeling of Democrats.
- 27:47Speaker 2: But you know, November is a long way away. Democrats
- 27:51Speaker 2: always overplay their hand. They always go too far. Don't
- 27:54Speaker 2: you think they'll do that this time? By by election time,
- 27:56Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 27:57Speaker 3: We'll see. You know, we don't have we don't have
- 28:01Speaker 3: a full year. You know, the the reality is three
- 28:03Speaker 3: or four months from now. These campaigns got to be
- 28:05Speaker 3: running a hundred hundred degrees forward and the Congress is
- 28:11Speaker 3: not gonna want to go back here. You've got forty
- 28:14Speaker 3: four members Congress that are Democrats have targeted forty four.
- 28:20Speaker 3: Those forty four guys and gals are going to have
- 28:22Speaker 3: to be home worrying about what their constituents are saying.
- 28:26Speaker 3: And if you're dragged here to fight these stupid battles,
- 28:28Speaker 3: we're not going to win. Uh. You know, at the
- 28:31Speaker 3: end of the day, people will get frustrated. Yeah, you
- 28:35Speaker 3: know what I'm saying is my argument is we don't
- 28:38Speaker 3: we don't have a year. Time flies very quickly here,
- 28:41Speaker 3: you know, big expensive races, and you got to you
- 28:44Speaker 3: gotta be focusing on everything that race to your district
- 28:48Speaker 3: right now.
- 28:49Speaker 2: Yeah, look at some of these congress people now, from
- 28:51Speaker 2: King Jeffries to elon Omar to AOC to Jasmine Kracher.
- 28:56Speaker 2: These are some real low IQ people. Did you ever
- 28:59Speaker 2: see that before where we had those people.
- 29:03Speaker 3: No, but they're pretty safe districts though, so they can
- 29:06Speaker 3: they can do and say what they want. You know,
- 29:08Speaker 3: the key thing here is we don't we don't have
- 29:13Speaker 3: there be a lot of seats. They'll talk about being competitive.
- 29:15Speaker 3: It won't be competitive, it's it's really kind of twenty
- 29:18Speaker 3: five seats total that they're going to be competitive on
- 29:20Speaker 3: both sides. They'll argue, forty four Democrats that could be defeated,
- 29:25Speaker 3: thirty five Republicans can to be defeated. And the reality
- 29:28Speaker 3: where we switch those numbers, reality is, you know, this
- 29:32Speaker 3: comes down to ten fifteen seats, and you've got to
- 29:35Speaker 3: make all your efforts there.
- 29:36Speaker 2: Yeah, hey, voter, I d Democrats opposing that blocking that
- 29:42Speaker 2: That looks pretty bad on their part, doesn't it.
- 29:45Speaker 3: It does, But you know, the there's so much confusion
- 29:48Speaker 3: on voting. I mean, the key thing is get your
- 29:51Speaker 3: voter out, whatever it takes to get them out, and
- 29:55Speaker 3: don't argue about the method of voting, argue about who's
- 29:57Speaker 3: going to vote. And the president can do that, but
- 30:00Speaker 3: again I would just argue reading the cabinet ever, the
- 30:03Speaker 3: vice president need to be out there saying the same thing.
- 30:07Speaker 3: The economy is the economy. It's the economy, and that's
- 30:11Speaker 3: that's what the public wants to hear.
- 30:13Speaker 2: Yeah, Hey, in New York City, Mom, Donnie uh, probably
- 30:17Speaker 2: the worst person we could have for mayor, But he
- 30:20Speaker 2: seems very busy with photo ops and press conferences and
- 30:23Speaker 2: the public stuff and not really doing any work. That's
- 30:26Speaker 2: a good thing. But you think we'll get through these
- 30:28Speaker 2: four years of mom Donnie.
- 30:30Speaker 3: Well, they get through it one way or the other.
- 30:32Speaker 3: It's what kind of shape. If his policy is getting implemented,
- 30:37Speaker 3: we'll have a very bad state of affairs in New
- 30:39Speaker 3: York in four years. But so far, I think he's
- 30:42Speaker 3: he's more of a personality than he is effective mayor.
- 30:45Speaker 3: And the people that he's put in are, to Blasio,
- 30:47Speaker 3: people who are not very effective, and I think to
- 30:49Speaker 3: a certain extent and are very dangerous. And you've got
- 30:52Speaker 3: to make this senacious financial capital, communications capital, and you've
- 30:56Speaker 3: got to make the city run and run effectively, don't.
- 30:59Speaker 3: I don't know that he's gonna be do that.
- 31:00Speaker 2: Yeah, all the more reason we need Bruce Blakeman as governor.
- 31:03Speaker 2: Just the counter, no question about Yeah. Well, Ed Rollins,
- 31:07Speaker 2: great stuff, Thanks for being with us. We'll talk again soon, pleasure,
- 31:10Speaker 2: all right, take care. Yeah, Bruce Blakeman will get the
- 31:13Speaker 2: nomination tomorrow at the convention. A big endorsement of him
- 31:18Speaker 2: today New York Post. That's good news. Hey, don't forget
- 31:21Speaker 2: at noon today, every day twelve noon, Buck Sexton, Clay Travis.
- 31:26Speaker 2: You'll learn a lot listening to them every day noon
- 31:28Speaker 2: to three. Then at three o'clock you got the most
- 31:31Speaker 2: listened to radio show in America. Sean Hannity. You got
- 31:35Speaker 2: Jesse Kelly every night at six, and Jimmy Fayala great show,
- 31:38Speaker 2: very funny every night at nine o'clock. Here on seven
- 31:42Speaker 2: to ten, wor.
- 31:44Speaker 10: Mister NewYork Mark Simone, you're the best seven ten.
- 31:48Speaker 2: Wr Well, hey, it's gonna be about I don't know,
- 31:54Speaker 2: thirty five thirty six degrees today. That'll start melting the snow.
- 31:57Speaker 2: Tomorrow it's going to be forty. That'll really melt the snow.
- 32:01Speaker 2: And then it's going to stay in the upper thirties
- 32:02Speaker 2: the rest of the week and then back to forty
- 32:05Speaker 2: on Saturday. So by the end, by this weekend, the
- 32:08Speaker 2: snow will be gone. It will melt. Now. The only
- 32:10Speaker 2: thing is there's a chance of snow or rain Sunday,
- 32:15Speaker 2: but it looks like it's going to be near forty
- 32:17Speaker 2: on Sunday, so that would make it rain. As all
- 32:20Speaker 2: this snow melts, you kind of wants some rain to
- 32:23Speaker 2: wash it all away, So that's good news. You got
- 32:25Speaker 2: a three day weekend coming up this weekend, the President's Day.
- 32:30Speaker 2: You have Valentine's Day Saturday night. You got President's Day
- 32:32Speaker 2: on Monday, so you got a three day weekend coming up.
- 32:35Speaker 2: Spring training begins today. That's good news. We're just a
- 32:38Speaker 2: few weeks away from spring, it's not far away. Let's
- 32:42Speaker 2: see Dan Bongino. You know, he left. He was the
- 32:45Speaker 2: assistant director of the FBI. Quit, came back here and
- 32:50Speaker 2: started his podcast again. Just signed a deal to rejoin
- 32:53Speaker 2: Fox News. He'll be a Fox News contributor. You'll see
- 32:56Speaker 2: him all over there. Much better, much better. It's much
- 32:59Speaker 2: more fun to be on Fox News. It's much better
- 33:02Speaker 2: to be on radio TV. It's fun. It's great then
- 33:05Speaker 2: to go sit in a federal building in Washington, d C.
- 33:07Speaker 2: And work in the government. Anyway, we got a lot
- 33:10Speaker 2: to get to in the next hour. Bill O'Reilly will
- 33:13Speaker 2: be here. Hey, who was at the Super Bowl? He
- 33:15Speaker 2: was at all the parties, all the events. He'll give
- 33:17Speaker 2: us the inside scoop on what went on out there,
- 33:21Speaker 2: and we'll get to that in a lot more. Just
- 33:23Speaker 2: to headmarks Simone here every day ten to noon on
- 33:27Speaker 2: seven to ten wo So Mark Simone show on seven
- 33:31Speaker 2: tenor well it's only Tuesday. These weeks are very slow,
- 33:39Speaker 2: waiting for spring to come. But it'll be here in
- 33:42Speaker 2: a couple of weeks. So players reporting today for spring training.
- 33:46Speaker 2: That's good news. Now the Epstein files apparently there's three
- 33:51Speaker 2: million more pages coming, three million more pages coming. What
- 33:56Speaker 2: have we learned so far? Well, now you're gonna watch
- 34:00Speaker 2: the fake news. The media go after people like Howard Lutnik.
- 34:03Speaker 2: They're going after him. No close to Epstein, Well he
- 34:09Speaker 2: is in the Epstein files. He did talk to Epstell.
- 34:13Speaker 2: They never tell you the reason why he was talking
- 34:16Speaker 2: to Epstein. Epstein had a beautiful, enormous mansion on seventy
- 34:20Speaker 2: first Street East seventy first between Fifth and Madison. Now
- 34:25Speaker 2: the reason he Lutnick got to know Epstein. Lutnick had
- 34:28Speaker 2: the house next door. They were literally next door neighbors.
- 34:31Speaker 2: Their houses literally touch each other. You know, the townhouses
- 34:35Speaker 2: in Manhattan, they're attached. So when you're that close to somebody,
- 34:39Speaker 2: you know, if somebody moves into the house next to you,
- 34:41Speaker 2: you probably get to know them. They weren't really friends
- 34:44Speaker 2: or anything, but at one point, and I remember at
- 34:46Speaker 2: the time. Lutnik is a big, big Wall Street guy.
- 34:49Speaker 2: He's the chairman of Canter Fitzgerald. There's a major, major
- 34:53Speaker 2: Wall Street for him. So this is what Epstein basically did.
- 34:56Speaker 2: He networked himself with anybody of any importance in finance
- 35:00Speaker 2: or media or anything. So the guy lived a next
- 35:03Speaker 2: door is the chairman of Canter Fitzgerald. Epstein's all over
- 35:05Speaker 2: the guy, come, come take a tour of my house,
- 35:08Speaker 2: and it's your next door neighbor. So he took a
- 35:10Speaker 2: tour of the house, and then he kept inviting him
- 35:12Speaker 2: to his island, which is in the Bahamas. Epstein was
- 35:15Speaker 2: going to be in the Bahamas on his boat with
- 35:17Speaker 2: his family and everything. So Lutnik is Epstein's emailing stop
- 35:23Speaker 2: in for lunch, stop in for so one day, and
- 35:25Speaker 2: Lutnik has now admitted this. He did stop at the
- 35:27Speaker 2: island for lunch. He was at the island, but he
- 35:30Speaker 2: had with him his wife, his four children, and some nannies,
- 35:34Speaker 2: so he wasn't alone. They simply had lunch and left.
- 35:37Speaker 2: You have to remember this is the part that it's
- 35:41Speaker 2: just going to take a while to sink in, especially
- 35:43Speaker 2: with Democrats. They got themselves all wound up and convinced
- 35:47Speaker 2: that there's a client list. He had a client list.
- 35:49Speaker 2: They remember, they kept demanding this client list, underage women, pedophile.
- 35:53Speaker 2: Well that really didn't happen. Epstein personally, I had this
- 35:58Speaker 2: thing for these young girls, and that was him. And
- 36:01Speaker 2: it looks like one or two of his friends got
- 36:04Speaker 2: involved in that, Prince Andrew and who knows, maybe another
- 36:06Speaker 2: one or two. But all these names involved with Epstein,
- 36:10Speaker 2: and many times it was women, Bill Clinton, Bill Gates,
- 36:13Speaker 2: but it was older women, you know, women in their thirties, forties, fifties.
- 36:17Speaker 2: That's what these guys liked. And there were a couple
- 36:20Speaker 2: that liked the glamorous twenty something fashion models. Epstein had
- 36:25Speaker 2: a bunch of those sprinkled around his parties. But as
- 36:28Speaker 2: far as the underage girls, that was Epstein personally and
- 36:31Speaker 2: maybe one or two friends, and there was no client
- 36:33Speaker 2: list of it. I mean, the only clients he had
- 36:35Speaker 2: were for his wealth management fund. And that's a list
- 36:38Speaker 2: of about six names. But I think there's about five
- 36:43Speaker 2: million pages released, apparently three million more pages coming. And
- 36:49Speaker 2: you can go to it. Just google Epstein files and
- 36:52Speaker 2: it will take you to the Department of Justice website.
- 36:55Speaker 2: Where it's up there. They call it the Epstein Library.
- 36:59Speaker 2: It has a ch bar you can type in whoever
- 37:01Speaker 2: you want. You can read all the stuff, and a
- 37:03Speaker 2: lot of it's fascinating stuff. Apparently Epstein a big, big
- 37:08Speaker 2: Howard Stern fan, and he latched on to Jackie Martling.
- 37:13Speaker 2: They started emailing back and forth, and Jackie apparently came
- 37:18Speaker 2: to the house, came to parties, and then he used
- 37:20Speaker 2: Jackie introduce him to other people, Gilbert Godfried, Nick DePaulo,
- 37:24Speaker 2: a bunch of other comedians. He had become good friends
- 37:28Speaker 2: with Woody Allen. Another reason is Woody Allen always is
- 37:30Speaker 2: looking for financing for his movies. So Woody Allen is
- 37:34Speaker 2: coming to the house, coming to lunches, coming to dinners.
- 37:37Speaker 2: And then at one point Epstein is always trying to
- 37:41Speaker 2: set up these dinners when you got one or two celebrities,
- 37:44Speaker 2: just try to lure in other celebrities. So he writes
- 37:48Speaker 2: to sun Ye, Woody Allen's wife, if he's setting up
- 37:52Speaker 2: a dinner, and apparently Dick caviitalb there, and he writes back,
- 37:58Speaker 2: how about Howard Stern? Why don't I get Howard Stern
- 38:00Speaker 2: to come? And Sony has to write back to him
- 38:03Speaker 2: and explain to him Woody is a huge enemy of
- 38:06Speaker 2: Howard Stern. Howard Stern went on the air and bashed
- 38:09Speaker 2: Woody constantly, really went after him during the scandal. He
- 38:13Speaker 2: will not be in the same room with Howard Stern.
- 38:16Speaker 2: She had explained this to Epstein. Apparently he was really
- 38:20Speaker 2: trying to get Chris Rock in with this group. The
- 38:23Speaker 2: comedian Bobby Slayton, very very good comedian, maybe not that
- 38:26Speaker 2: well known to everybody, but a very very good comedian,
- 38:30Speaker 2: works all over the place, so he really got close
- 38:32Speaker 2: to Bobby Slayton. In fact, Epstein owned a bunch of apartments.
- 38:37Speaker 2: Whenever Bobby Slayton came to New York, Epstein would lend
- 38:39Speaker 2: him an apartment to stay in. So he's using him,
- 38:43Speaker 2: trying to get him to invite Chris Rock, trying to
- 38:46Speaker 2: get him to get Louis c. K to show up
- 38:48Speaker 2: at the house. Apparently they were working on Lewis Black,
- 38:53Speaker 2: and Lewis Black did come to a party there, but
- 38:57Speaker 2: it was with Bobby Slayton, Woody, Allen, Dick Cavett, and
- 39:00Speaker 2: the magician David Blaine, and he said it was a
- 39:05Speaker 2: lot of big names there. It was a big, glamorous
- 39:07Speaker 2: sort of a party, but apparently Slayton was not too
- 39:10Speaker 2: thrilled with the atmosphere. I mean, lewis black and never returned.
- 39:15Speaker 2: But if you want go to the Epstein library, it's
- 39:18Speaker 2: up online.
- 39:19Speaker 3: You can.
- 39:20Speaker 2: I'm typing in all these names. One day, I just said,
- 39:22Speaker 2: let me type in my name. Well, I came up
- 39:25Speaker 2: six times in the Epstein files. All harmless stuff, nothing,
- 39:30Speaker 2: nothing bad. And I'm talking to a friend of mine
- 39:32Speaker 2: last night, the big comedian. I don't want to mention
- 39:35Speaker 2: any names, but he said, hell, you're doing in the
- 39:38Speaker 2: Epstein How could you be in those Epstein I said,
- 39:39Speaker 2: it's just harmless stuff. He was coming to a lunch
- 39:41Speaker 2: I was Empstein. He was emailing with Jackie about being
- 39:46Speaker 2: none of my show. Nothing. But so I said to
- 39:49Speaker 2: this comedian, I said, hey, type your name and you
- 39:51Speaker 2: may come up. He said, I'm not going to come,
- 39:54Speaker 2: and I hear him typing the keyboard and then I
- 39:56Speaker 2: hear him go, oh my god. I said, you're in there. Yeah,
- 40:00Speaker 2: I mean, well, it turned out Epstein was going to
- 40:02Speaker 2: some show where this guy was on the bill, and
- 40:05Speaker 2: his name was just listed as being in the bill,
- 40:07Speaker 2: So you'd be surprised. All of his American Express bills
- 40:11Speaker 2: are up there. And if you look at this stuff,
- 40:15Speaker 2: there's some guys I know who were very involved in
- 40:17Speaker 2: a bad way with Epstein. And if you look at
- 40:20Speaker 2: this stuff, they're all putting it in writing. They're emailing
- 40:22Speaker 2: back and forth about women, they're texting back and forth.
- 40:26Speaker 2: All of his texts are up there too. Who the
- 40:28Speaker 2: hell would put this stuff in writing?
- 40:30Speaker 3: Now?
- 40:30Speaker 2: A lot of this is back in two thousand and five,
- 40:33Speaker 2: two thousand and six. People weren't as cautious about what
- 40:35Speaker 2: they did online back then. But so there's more pages,
- 40:39Speaker 2: about three million more pages that should be coming out
- 40:42Speaker 2: pretty soon. Billy Joel took his house off the market,
- 40:47Speaker 2: the Long Island house. They say Oyster Bay. It's actually
- 40:49Speaker 2: on Center Island. You have to go all the way
- 40:51Speaker 2: to the top at Oyster Bay. Then take this. So
- 40:54Speaker 2: what's that road? Shore road? You got to take this
- 40:56Speaker 2: road forever. Center Island is beautiful. It's like a private island.
- 41:00Speaker 2: And with you've got to go over a little bridge.
- 41:03Speaker 2: There's a security guard there. Very secure, very private, but
- 41:08Speaker 2: too far away. You know, you get off the lye,
- 41:10Speaker 2: there's still forty minutes from your house. It's annoying. So
- 41:12Speaker 2: he had it on the market for fifty million, then
- 41:16Speaker 2: it was twenty five million. Then they split it in half.
- 41:20Speaker 2: They divided up the property, try to sell separately. Apparently
- 41:23Speaker 2: it's not selling. Just took it off the market. I
- 41:25Speaker 2: don't know why Long Island real estate booming, but apparently
- 41:29Speaker 2: people don't want to be out on that island. Hey,
- 41:32Speaker 2: those people that take o zempic were not just those empic.
- 41:35Speaker 2: You know, there's a whole bunch of those mumjaro whatever
- 41:38Speaker 2: it is. There's there's like four or five of those,
- 41:40Speaker 2: they call them glp ones. If you're taking that, you
- 41:43Speaker 2: will lose a lot of weight. You see, these people
- 41:45Speaker 2: get so skinny. But every two weeks another side effect
- 41:49Speaker 2: comes out, another disease they're getting as a result, problems
- 41:53Speaker 2: with their teeth, problems with this, their skin starts sagging well.
- 41:56Speaker 2: Doctors are now finding out people on those weight lost
- 42:00Speaker 2: things are getting and this nobody this is old disease
- 42:03Speaker 2: sailors used to get. They're getting scurvy. Scurvy which is
- 42:07Speaker 2: an old old disease that includes extreme fatigue, joint pain,
- 42:12Speaker 2: gum disease, skin hemorrhages. It comes from malnutrition because you're lacking,
- 42:17Speaker 2: you're not eating the right things, and you're getting vitamin deficiencies.
- 42:21Speaker 2: It's actually causing scurvy. Hey, you know, I talked to
- 42:24Speaker 2: all the supermarket owners and apparently this ozempic stuff has
- 42:29Speaker 2: really hurt their business because as people go on these drugs,
- 42:33Speaker 2: they eat a lot less. They might even eat the
- 42:35Speaker 2: same thing, but they're eating one third of what they
- 42:38Speaker 2: used to eat. So they're purchasing like sixty five percent
- 42:42Speaker 2: less groceries. And if you you know, if it's twenty
- 42:44Speaker 2: percent of your customers, thirty percent of your customers on
- 42:47Speaker 2: these weight loss drugs, it's really affected them. They're just
- 42:51Speaker 2: buying less food. And in a lot of restaurants now
- 42:53Speaker 2: they have to make like an ozempic portion because when
- 42:57Speaker 2: you're on this ozempic, you can eat, but you'll take
- 42:59Speaker 2: like three you're full, so you're gonna waste most of
- 43:02Speaker 2: your entrees. So they're actually putting out in some restaurants
- 43:07Speaker 2: ozebic menus where little little small portions of everything. Hey,
- 43:11Speaker 2: President Trump has set a new record. You know, Joe
- 43:15Speaker 2: Biden hardly ever talked to the press press conference once
- 43:19Speaker 2: every two years, and it would be two minutes long.
- 43:21Speaker 2: He'd take two questions and they had to write out
- 43:23Speaker 2: the question ahead of time and write out the answer.
- 43:26Speaker 2: He'd read the answer. Well, President Trump, he's only been
- 43:29Speaker 2: in office. It's actually a year. It's like a year
- 43:33Speaker 2: and a week year. In a couple weeks, he's done
- 43:36Speaker 2: five hundred press interactions, formal press conferences and just times
- 43:41Speaker 2: where he let the press in and ask him questions.
- 43:44Speaker 2: So formal informal press conferences, he's done five hundred of
- 43:48Speaker 2: them in one year. That's like one point eight a day,
- 43:54Speaker 2: five hundred and one year, compared to like three that
- 43:56Speaker 2: Joe Biden did in four years. It's an amazing accomplishment.
- 44:00Speaker 2: Pretty good. Hey, you know people in the super Bowl,
- 44:03Speaker 2: they said, when the player wins the super Bowl, well,
- 44:05Speaker 2: how much money does he win? Well, if you're Sam Darnold,
- 44:10Speaker 2: you won the bonus you get for playing in the
- 44:14Speaker 2: super Bowl one hundred and seventy eight thousand. It's one
- 44:17Speaker 2: hundred and seventy eight thousand for one game. But you know,
- 44:21Speaker 2: most of these states have these crazy tax things where
- 44:24Speaker 2: they tax players. If you come into a city or
- 44:28Speaker 2: a state to play a game, your earnings for that
- 44:31Speaker 2: day get taxed. And in California they got a huge
- 44:34Speaker 2: tax on players. So he made one hundred and seventy
- 44:39Speaker 2: eight thousand that day, but the tax bill is two
- 44:43Speaker 2: hundred and fifty thousand, so he actually lost about seventy
- 44:47Speaker 2: five thousand that day. It's absolutely insane. But it's California,
- 44:51Speaker 2: it's Democrat, it's blue. The taxes are ridiculous. They call
- 44:54Speaker 2: it the jock tax. So if you come into a
- 44:57Speaker 2: state to play, you're getting taxed. A bunch of states
- 44:59Speaker 2: have this. Seattle is in Washington, they're trying to start this.
- 45:04Speaker 2: Some teams have actually moved away to get away from this.
- 45:07Speaker 2: But can imagine that the tax bill for him coming
- 45:09Speaker 2: into play that one day, two hundred and fifty thousand bucks,
- 45:14Speaker 2: absolutely ridiculous. And Tom Brady at the Super Bowl, Yeah,
- 45:19Speaker 2: he's got this thing about watches, now, I mean crazy watches.
- 45:23Speaker 2: You know, you could buy a Rolex for forty thousand
- 45:25Speaker 2: and sixty thousand, you can buy a Protect Philip for
- 45:28Speaker 2: one hundred thousand. But he's got these seven hundred thousand
- 45:33Speaker 2: dollar watches, eight hundred thousand dollars watches, different one for
- 45:36Speaker 2: each game. And I don't know why that is He's
- 45:38Speaker 2: usually a you know, more of a laidback, quiet sort
- 45:43Speaker 2: of guy. You know, he dresses kind of business like.
- 45:45Speaker 2: But the watches, so at the Super Bowl he was
- 45:47Speaker 2: showing off an eye popping ceramic rare ceramic blue automor
- 45:52Speaker 2: Piquet Royal Oak five hundred thousand dollars. One of his
- 45:55Speaker 2: cheaper watches only five hundred thousand. Hey, JP Morgan Chase,
- 46:00Speaker 2: you know, if you work there, and they got thousands
- 46:03Speaker 2: and thousands and thousands of employees there, you have to
- 46:06Speaker 2: come to the office five days a week. Now, most
- 46:09Speaker 2: companies want you back in the office, but like here,
- 46:12Speaker 2: a lot of places, you know, Monday's remote, maybe Friday's remote,
- 46:15Speaker 2: you come in three days a week, but not JP
- 46:18Speaker 2: Morgan Chase. You got to be there every day. Some
- 46:22Speaker 2: employees want to work from home. They said they can't.
- 46:25Speaker 2: They're afraid. They said it would be career suicide. The chairman,
- 46:29Speaker 2: Jamie Diamond, is very tough about this. They think it'd
- 46:31Speaker 2: be total suicide not to come in five days a week.
- 46:35Speaker 2: You know, Jamie Diamond is like like Pauli and Goodfellows.
- 46:39Speaker 2: You know, by coming back to work, I'm not saying
- 46:41Speaker 2: you got to go back this minute, but you got
- 46:43Speaker 2: to go back. You know, he's now it's not just
- 46:45Speaker 2: a JP Morgan. Other companies, just finance companies start to
- 46:48Speaker 2: do this. Goldman Sachs now demands everybody come in five
- 46:51Speaker 2: days a week. PNC plans to have all its staffers
- 46:56Speaker 2: back in the office full time beginning this man, all right,
- 47:02Speaker 2: it's eventually I think everybody will be back at work
- 47:05Speaker 2: all the time. Hey, if you live in New York City,
- 47:08Speaker 2: you got to send your kid to a private school.
- 47:10Speaker 2: You got some of the supposedly, I don't really think so,
- 47:13Speaker 2: but supposedly the finest private schools in Manhattan, Spence, Dalton,
- 47:17Speaker 2: these kind of schools, and there's you know what it
- 47:20Speaker 2: costs to go there. Now, this is a high school,
- 47:22Speaker 2: it's a grade school, high school. Seventy thousand a year.
- 47:26Speaker 2: That's more than many colleges, seventy thousand a year for
- 47:29Speaker 2: private school. Those two and then maybe five others are
- 47:33Speaker 2: more than seventy thousand a year. And again, you know,
- 47:38Speaker 2: you send your kid there and they come back like
- 47:40Speaker 2: a total socialist communist when they get out of there. Anyway,
- 47:43Speaker 2: we'll take some calls next eight hundred three to two
- 47:46Speaker 2: one zero seven ten is the number eight hundred three
- 47:50Speaker 2: two one zero seven ten. Kid mark on demand by
- 47:55Speaker 2: setting a preset for his podcast on the iHeartRadio app.
- 47:59Speaker 2: Now back to on wor Well, Hey, President Trump a
- 48:05Speaker 2: big interview today. He'll be on Cudlow Fox Business Network,
- 48:08Speaker 2: I think the whole hour. So that should be pretty
- 48:10Speaker 2: interesting because Larry Cudler usually gets the best out of
- 48:13Speaker 2: him financially, economy, all that kind of stuff. Let's go
- 48:16Speaker 2: to uh Kathy in North Carolina. Kathy, how you doing.
- 48:20Speaker 13: Okay, we are digging, digging out from an inch of snow.
- 48:24Speaker 2: Still, well, we're digging that from about eight inches of snow,
- 48:29Speaker 2: so thank you.
- 48:31Speaker 13: I wanted to talk about the GUS three case and
- 48:36Speaker 13: that the.
- 48:38Speaker 2: Well you put your seatbelt down so we don't hear
- 48:40Speaker 2: that being.
- 48:40Speaker 13: Sorry I pulled over. I'm doing meals on wheels, so
- 48:43Speaker 13: I'm doing a good thing. But uh, you know, I
- 48:46Speaker 13: was very frustrated with the sheriff a week ago who said,
- 48:49Speaker 13: you know, mind your own business, don't try to be uh,
- 48:52Speaker 13: you know, an armchair sleuth.
- 48:53Speaker 1: Blah blah blah.
- 48:54Speaker 13: Because the public has been very helpful in the past,
- 48:58Speaker 13: especially with online so people solve crimes you wouldn't believe
- 49:02Speaker 13: it because no one talks about it. But anyway, I
- 49:04Speaker 13: thought you'd like this movie thing. I think we should do.
- 49:07Speaker 2: One thing about that sheriff is pretty dopey, that local sheriff.
- 49:10Speaker 2: In fact, they've told me they told him to stay
- 49:12Speaker 2: off stay off TV and stopped talking.
- 49:15Speaker 7: Uh.
- 49:15Speaker 2: And the Fed.
- 49:15Speaker 13: I think we could do a hail Mary.
- 49:17Speaker 2: Yeah, it's hard to get a word in with her.
- 49:19Speaker 2: The Feds have taken over, gotten rid of that sheriff
- 49:23Speaker 2: who was holding these terrible press conferences saying all kinds
- 49:26Speaker 2: of awful things, and Feds like quiet. They don't make
- 49:30Speaker 2: any public statements, although Savannah Guthrie has asked the public
- 49:35Speaker 2: to help. That's very, very important.
- 49:37Speaker 7: No matter where you are, even if you're far from Tucson,
- 49:41Speaker 7: if you see anything, you hear anything, if there's anything
- 49:44Speaker 7: at all that seems strange to you.
- 49:48Speaker 8: That you report to law enforcement.
- 49:50Speaker 2: Yeah, they've got It's not like New York. In the
- 49:54Speaker 2: middle of Manhattan, there's a surveillance camera everywhere, on every
- 49:56Speaker 2: inch of Manhattan, everywhere. You know that terrible Luigi Mangione
- 50:00Speaker 2: shooting that captured on video, Because there's security cameras everywhere
- 50:05Speaker 2: now in a place like two Sons, it's only at
- 50:07Speaker 2: maybe a major intersection or something, but they have some
- 50:10Speaker 2: of that. They've been looking at those videos. And you
- 50:13Speaker 2: know the problem with these a ring cameras, doorbell cameras.
- 50:16Speaker 2: Maybe the neighbors have one. As it was explaining before,
- 50:19Speaker 2: it is so dark there. It's out in the desert
- 50:22Speaker 2: and Tucson, it's so dark. The cameras really don't see
- 50:25Speaker 2: anything at night. Let's go to Mike in Bayside. Mike,
- 50:29Speaker 2: how you doing.
- 50:31Speaker 1: Hey, I got to comment about Tom Brady. But about
- 50:33Speaker 1: the Gumphery case. My guess is like maybe she had
- 50:37Speaker 1: like some psychopath landscape or that she like yelled at
- 50:42Speaker 1: and then he's got some cousins in Mexico. They grabbed her,
- 50:44Speaker 1: they brought her to Mexico.
- 50:45Speaker 2: Well, you're not wrong. They do believe it was somebody
- 50:48Speaker 2: familiar with the house or the situation. They have been
- 50:50Speaker 2: looking at every worker that had anything to do with
- 50:53Speaker 2: that house. They are looking at them. What's the Tom
- 50:55Speaker 2: Brady thing?
- 50:56Speaker 1: Yeah, Tom Brady two things. Number One, if he's wearing
- 50:59Speaker 1: those watch, I think he's probably getting money out of it.
- 51:02Speaker 1: I mean he got like fifty million. I se him
- 51:05Speaker 1: Bacon Freed and about he's dating that girl, Alex Earl.
- 51:09Speaker 1: If he marries her, his step mother in law will
- 51:12Speaker 1: be asking dupre Elliott Spitcher's prostitute. I'm sure Elliott Spitcher
- 51:16Speaker 1: right now is rooting against that because if he marries
- 51:19Speaker 1: alex Earl, Elliott S. Pitcher will be in the news
- 51:21Speaker 1: thousands and thousands of times.
- 51:23Speaker 2: Is linked to Tom Brady. You see, you see all
- 51:26Speaker 2: these women time bringers with. I don't think you have
- 51:28Speaker 2: to worry about him getting married anytime soon. I don't
- 51:31Speaker 2: think that's something he's looking at. He seems to be
- 51:33Speaker 2: having fun. Why spoil it all? Well, let's go to
- 51:37Speaker 2: Miguel and Elizabeth. Migul How you doing?
- 51:40Speaker 3: How you doing? Mark?
- 51:41Speaker 14: It's great to talk to you, first time caller, but
- 51:44Speaker 14: I listened to you a long time ago when you
- 51:47Speaker 14: were on w ABC, I think, and I found you
- 51:51Speaker 14: here the week that Curtis was covering.
- 51:54Speaker 3: Oh yeah, so I wanted to talk.
- 51:58Speaker 14: About Damie and this.
- 52:00Speaker 3: This snow that he was. He failed tremendously.
- 52:03Speaker 14: In this snowstorm. You know what can they can be
- 52:08Speaker 14: done to get rid of this mayor because he's terrible?
- 52:12Speaker 14: Well with him is social media and all this stuff.
- 52:16Speaker 14: Nothing is getting done, and he's making believe he didn't
- 52:19Speaker 14: know about the twelve billion dollars. I mean, Adams mentioned
- 52:23Speaker 14: this like two years ago.
- 52:25Speaker 2: Yeah, these are all very good.
- 52:26Speaker 14: We're going to be in a deficit.
- 52:27Speaker 2: Excellent points, Miguel, good first call. You did very well there, Miguel,
- 52:31Speaker 2: thanks for calling call us again. Yeah, I'm a mom Donnie.
- 52:33Speaker 2: There's a twelve billion dollar budget deficit. And he said,
- 52:37Speaker 2: this is outrageous. I can't believe this. We're going to
- 52:39Speaker 2: have to do well. It was well known. Adams used
- 52:41Speaker 2: to talk about it in his speeches. It was very
- 52:43Speaker 2: very public knowledge. So imagine taking the job. You never
- 52:47Speaker 2: even bothered to look at the books before you took
- 52:49Speaker 2: the job knowing about this. But again, he's thirty two
- 52:53Speaker 2: years old or whatever he is. He's never had a
- 52:54Speaker 2: job before. The snow removal was terrible. That turns out
- 52:58Speaker 2: one of the problems was, well, leading up to a
- 53:01Speaker 2: big snowstorm, you got to go out and hire shovelers
- 53:05Speaker 2: day laborers. You hire them and usually try to get
- 53:07Speaker 2: about five six thousand of them for a major snowstorm.
- 53:11Speaker 2: He only got fifteen hundred. You have to go out
- 53:13Speaker 2: and advertise for them, and you do a search for them.
- 53:17Speaker 2: He did such a half hearted attempt he didn't get
- 53:20Speaker 2: any Now there's a guy who's the director of emergency management.
- 53:24Speaker 2: You could blame him too, but he's been in the
- 53:26Speaker 2: job for about three and a half years. He was
- 53:31Speaker 2: Eric Adams guy. He was still there through this storm.
- 53:35Speaker 2: Maybe he's not paying as much attention as he was before.
- 53:39Speaker 2: But he leaves tomorrow. Today's last day, so his number
- 53:43Speaker 2: two takes over. And now this guy says, don't worry,
- 53:46Speaker 2: the number two is very competent. Well, see, hey, Bill
- 53:50Speaker 2: O'Reilly will be with us next. He was at the
- 53:52Speaker 2: Super Bowl. He went to every event, every party, everything.
- 53:55Speaker 2: He can give us the all the behind the scenes
- 53:57Speaker 2: scoop on what really happened out there in California at
- 54:01Speaker 2: the Super Bowl. We'll talk to him next on seven
- 54:03Speaker 2: to ten wor Mark Simone senarm Well. Bill O'Reilly the
- 54:11Speaker 2: number one TV anchor for decades. He's now the number
- 54:13Speaker 2: one best selling nonfiction author on Earth. Make sure you
- 54:16Speaker 2: get his latest book, Confronting Evil. You'll love it. Now
- 54:19Speaker 2: you can watch his TV show every night. You just
- 54:22Speaker 2: go to billoreilly dot com. Billoreilly dot com. Also make
- 54:25Speaker 2: sure you watch his YouTube channel. Excellent stuff there, Bill O'Reilly.
- 54:29Speaker 2: How you doing.
- 54:31Speaker 6: I'm just back from California, so I'm okay, but still
- 54:35Speaker 6: a little chilly out here on Long Island. I know
- 54:37Speaker 6: I'm whining, but that is the fact.
- 54:40Speaker 2: Well, now you covered every inch of the super Bowl.
- 54:42Speaker 2: Tell us about the first the A lot of great
- 54:44Speaker 2: parties for that the week.
- 54:47Speaker 6: You know, I'm not a party guys, mon, you know me,
- 54:50Speaker 6: not a schmooze arama guy. I did tend a few
- 54:56Speaker 6: of them in the sense of business. That's what it
- 55:00Speaker 6: was primarily about for me, not fun. The highlight was
- 55:05Speaker 6: in a long conversation with Governor Newsom, and I watched him.
- 55:12Speaker 6: He's really a good retail politician. This guy a couple
- 55:17Speaker 6: of things about it. He doesn't he doesn't travel with
- 55:20Speaker 6: his security guard, which I was very surprised in this
- 55:25Speaker 6: day and age. You know, he kind of flounces around
- 55:28Speaker 6: on his own. I didn't see any state police with him.
- 55:32Speaker 6: There was one guy that I guess was his aid,
- 55:36Speaker 6: and I talked to him. I said, where's the stake cops?
- 55:38Speaker 6: And he goes, well, in this kind of a situation,
- 55:41Speaker 6: we don't really need them. I'd be careful, and I
- 55:44Speaker 6: told him, said I'd.
- 55:45Speaker 2: Be careful, but as you know, really.
- 55:48Speaker 6: Invited me on his podcast, and if that happens, that
- 55:52Speaker 6: will be a major event. Of course, I said, sure,
- 55:57Speaker 6: now would be something he did, but you know I
- 56:00Speaker 6: didn't suggest it. He just did it well. And you
- 56:07Speaker 6: know they were the wealthiest people on earth there at
- 56:11Speaker 6: the parties. And this is the apex of capitalism. The
- 56:17Speaker 6: super Bowl, a lot of excess thirty six dollars, cheeseburgers,
- 56:23Speaker 6: two scrambled legs, simon twenty two dollars.
- 56:26Speaker 2: That's a lot of scrambling.
- 56:29Speaker 6: So I didn't I can't do that. Even though I
- 56:32Speaker 6: wasn't paying on news Nation was picking up to tab
- 56:34Speaker 6: because we're doing a big documentary the collapse of social
- 56:38Speaker 6: order in San Francisco, and the same thing will happen
- 56:41Speaker 6: in New York City one year from today.
- 56:43Speaker 2: I predict, oh, got Hey, Newsome not having a lot
- 56:46Speaker 2: of security run. As you know, usually a politician that
- 56:49Speaker 2: doesn't have a security round is up to something, playing around,
- 56:53Speaker 2: doing something.
- 56:54Speaker 6: I wouldn't say that. I don't know. It's a more
- 56:57Speaker 6: casual thing out there than it is here on the
- 56:59Speaker 6: East Coast. I don't know what he's up to. I
- 57:02Speaker 6: don't think he's run the state of California very well.
- 57:05Speaker 6: I wouldn't live there in a million years. I'm never
- 57:09Speaker 6: going to go back to San Francisco unless I have to.
- 57:12Speaker 6: I mean that city, I've been going there forty five years.
- 57:15Speaker 6: Was once the jewel of American cities. It is a dingy, dirty,
- 57:21Speaker 6: dangerous place.
- 57:22Speaker 2: Now, hey tell me about Roger Goodell. I've been met
- 57:25Speaker 2: him a couple of times. Seems like a real dull,
- 57:28Speaker 2: sort of a stern sort of a guy. What's the
- 57:30Speaker 2: real Roger Goodell?
- 57:31Speaker 3: Like?
- 57:33Speaker 6: He's gregarious, making about one hundred million a year. It's
- 57:38Speaker 6: not bad, right, little known fact. I worked with his
- 57:43Speaker 6: wife at Fox News, Jane Skinner, a very nice woman.
- 57:47Speaker 6: Always look forward to talking to Jane. Goodell is a businessman.
- 57:54Speaker 6: And that's why bad Bunny was at the halftime show.
- 57:58Speaker 6: I have a message to day on Bill o'reiley dot
- 58:00Speaker 6: com explaining it wasn't about being socially correct or woke,
- 58:07Speaker 6: or wasn't about any of that. It's about Apple. Ah No,
- 58:10Speaker 6: that's interesting, Yeah, you read the message. So Apple's invested
- 58:16Speaker 6: an enormous amount of money in the NFL through advertising
- 58:20Speaker 6: and other ways. And Tim Cook, the CEO, was there.
- 58:25Speaker 6: I did not talk to him. I don't. I could have,
- 58:31Speaker 6: but I don't know. Really, I didn't even have a
- 58:33Speaker 6: lot to say to him. We were still compiling information
- 58:37Speaker 6: about Bad Bunny. I didn't have it all when I
- 58:40Speaker 6: ran into him. So here's what happened. So Apple set
- 58:46Speaker 6: up in this season, not only funding the entire halftime show,
- 58:51Speaker 6: and Bad Bunny did not get paid.
- 58:54Speaker 9: Did you know that?
- 58:56Speaker 3: No?
- 58:56Speaker 2: I didn't.
- 58:57Speaker 6: He didn't get a dime expenses for him in his
- 59:01Speaker 6: little entourage. And Apple wanted Bad Bunny at the halftime
- 59:09Speaker 6: show to sell downloads for Apple Music. That's what it
- 59:15Speaker 6: was all about. So a deal was made and they
- 59:19Speaker 6: put up all this money for the NFL, and then
- 59:22Speaker 6: the Bunny Man shows up, and that's what happened.
- 59:26Speaker 2: Now, it is kind of funny watching all the Democrats,
- 59:29Speaker 2: the left wing, the media, especially the older ones, have
- 59:32Speaker 2: to pretend that they're big Bad Bunny fans just because
- 59:35Speaker 2: it's the latest anti Trump thing to do. It is
- 59:37Speaker 2: comical to watch, isn't it.
- 59:40Speaker 6: Yeah? I guess so. I mean I was at the
- 59:42Speaker 6: stadium and I couldn't really hear the malevolent rabbit, but
- 59:47Speaker 6: I saw him jumping up and down and grabbing his crotch.
- 59:51Speaker 6: You know it's still there, Bad Bunny. I don't know
- 59:53Speaker 6: why you have to check it every three minutes, but
- 59:58Speaker 6: I don't care. I don't care for me, Earth Wind
- 1:00:02Speaker 6: and Fire would do the halftime show. But if Bad
- 1:00:06Speaker 6: Bunny wants to hop around on the stage with a
- 1:00:08Speaker 6: bunch of tattooed people arriving around, that doesn't matter to me.
- 1:00:14Speaker 6: And I'm different than a lot of people because they
- 1:00:16Speaker 6: get angry. I'm not angry at Bad Bunny. I mean,
- 1:00:20Speaker 6: Bad Bunny's a shrewd ombre. He has a low level
- 1:00:25Speaker 6: of talent in my opinion. But again, I'm not out whirl.
- 1:00:29Speaker 6: I don't listen to this rap stuff. What do I
- 1:00:31Speaker 6: get into that. I speak a little bit of Spanish,
- 1:00:34Speaker 6: but you know, all he's ranting and raven about is
- 1:00:38Speaker 6: I can't even say it on the radio, but it's like, okay.
- 1:00:45Speaker 6: But a lot of younger people like Bad Bunny, and
- 1:00:47Speaker 6: when I asked them why they like him, they can't
- 1:00:50Speaker 6: explain it. So I think he's a manufactured celebrity. But
- 1:00:57Speaker 6: I mean, it's not like Michael Jackson. He made with him,
- 1:01:02Speaker 6: but he was very talented. I don't see that in
- 1:01:06Speaker 6: Bad Bunny.
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: No.
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: But he hates Trump and that's enough reason for young
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: people to lash on to him and he.
- 1:01:11Speaker 6: I guess that might be part of it.
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: Hey, just all those people we saw sitting in the stands,
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: what do they pay to go to the Super Bowl?
- 1:01:21Speaker 11: Well?
- 1:01:21Speaker 6: Top secondary ticket was thirty grand wo thirty thousand, and
- 1:01:27Speaker 6: the cheapest ticket that I saw was four thousand, So
- 1:01:33Speaker 6: that lets out any families or you know, this is
- 1:01:36Speaker 6: a capitalist event, That's what it is. And then you
- 1:01:41Speaker 6: go into the stadium and they're hawk in the nachos
- 1:01:45Speaker 6: for fifteen dollars. You know you're going all right. But
- 1:01:48Speaker 6: everybody knows when they go to a spectacle like that
- 1:01:54Speaker 6: that it's just part of the mosaic. You're going to
- 1:01:59Speaker 6: be goug. If you wanted to park close to the stadium,
- 1:02:03Speaker 6: it's two hundred and fifty bucks.
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: What what?
- 1:02:07Speaker 6: Yep?
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: Okay? Well, if you want to read more about the
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: Super Bowl week what really goes on there, check out
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: bill O'Reilly dot com. A lot of stuff there Bill
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: O'Reilly dot com. Hey, the Epstein hearings, the Clintons, do
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: they have anything to worry about?
- 1:02:21Speaker 6: Glad the head of the Oversight Committee, on my No
- 1:02:26Speaker 6: Spin News podcast last night, And that'll be pretty interesting
- 1:02:31Speaker 6: because they can't take the Fifth Amendment like Maxwell did yesterday.
- 1:02:36Speaker 6: And if we're up to me, Maxwell would never get
- 1:02:40Speaker 6: out of prison ever. Yeah, in fact, I think I
- 1:02:44Speaker 6: would send her some more Devil's Island or something. She's
- 1:02:47Speaker 6: a horrendous human being. But the Clinton's with Bill Clinton,
- 1:02:56Speaker 6: they want to focus in on what the duce he
- 1:03:00Speaker 6: was doing with Epstein? What were you doing?
- 1:03:07Speaker 9: Now?
- 1:03:07Speaker 6: He's not going to tell you what he was doing, Clinton,
- 1:03:12Speaker 6: But apparently the Oversight Committee has done a lot of investigating.
- 1:03:16Speaker 6: They have a lot of stuff that has not been
- 1:03:18Speaker 6: put out for Really, it's about the Clinton Foundation for
- 1:03:23Speaker 6: the charital arm that they had, and Epstein provided his
- 1:03:28Speaker 6: claim and resources to that charitable organization and nobody, of
- 1:03:33Speaker 6: course knew it. But this is not good for the Clintons.
- 1:03:37Speaker 6: There's no positive that comes out of this for either
- 1:03:40Speaker 6: of them.
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: Yeah, and apparently Epstein was very much a part of
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: putting together the Clinton Global Initiative, original funding, all that
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: sort of stuff.
- 1:03:48Speaker 6: So he was deeply involved in it. Epstein was a
- 1:03:52Speaker 6: sociopath who delivered two things. His pro cline and to
- 1:04:02Speaker 6: curry to hang around with people who were powerful. That
- 1:04:07Speaker 6: was it. That was his life. And when you were
- 1:04:11Speaker 6: in New York you and you were at that level,
- 1:04:14Speaker 6: you knew him. He was around and he spread around
- 1:04:17Speaker 6: a lot of money and invite people here, there and everywhere.
- 1:04:23Speaker 6: And then when Trump got in the beef with him, uh,
- 1:04:27Speaker 6: you know, Trump, I think knew that this guy was
- 1:04:32Speaker 6: committing a lot of rhymes and you know, pretty much
- 1:04:37Speaker 6: distanced himself. You know, we traced it and it wasn't
- 1:04:43Speaker 6: a lot of interaction. But in the nineties, you know,
- 1:04:47Speaker 6: they ran in the same circles of the New York
- 1:04:50Speaker 6: City upper echelon.
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: Yeah, well, it's an amazing story. Bill O'Reilly great stuff
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: on the you can go to Bill O'Reilly dot com.
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: You can you can get his column and get the
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: TV show dot com and great stuff on YouTube. I
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: love the YouTube channel.
- 1:05:07Speaker 6: That's a thank you. Tonight we have whether the Republicans
- 1:05:12Speaker 6: can hold on in November. And if I had to
- 1:05:15Speaker 6: bet today, I would.
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: Say, no, Well you can watch that to me, then we're.
- 1:05:19Speaker 6: Going to back it. We're going to back it up.
- 1:05:21Speaker 6: But if it's all about Donald Trump. It's not about
- 1:05:26Speaker 6: the two parties. And if Trump does a few adjustments
- 1:05:30Speaker 6: and these taxie funds help, which they should, the economy,
- 1:05:36Speaker 6: then the the odds will swing back. But if the
- 1:05:41Speaker 6: vote were held today, the Republicans would lose the House
- 1:05:46Speaker 6: for sure, and maybe even a Senate. People are you know,
- 1:05:51Speaker 6: they're they're confused. That's the best sport, So we'll do that.
- 1:05:54Speaker 6: On YouTube. I ran into the head of YouTube, the
- 1:05:58Speaker 6: guy runs it, and he said, boy, your YouTube channel
- 1:06:02Speaker 6: is on fire. I say thank you, and thanks for
- 1:06:07Speaker 6: providing it. It's a great service.
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: Well, everybody take a look at Bill O'Reilly's YouTube channel.
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: It's great stuff, and make sure you go to billoreilly
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: dot com. Bill O'Reilly, thanks for being with us.
- 1:06:17Speaker 6: Thanks for having me.
