- 1:58Speaker 2: How you doing, Mac, I'm okay, good morning, Marah Mark.
- 2:03Speaker 2: The first thing I wanted to say before I get
- 2:05Speaker 2: to my main point, Jessica Tish is going down the
- 2:08Speaker 2: wrong road. She apologized on behalf of her brother because
- 2:12Speaker 2: her brother had a Jewish philanthropic meeting, said that Mondami
- 2:18Speaker 2: was the enemy of the Jewish people, and she jumps
- 2:21Speaker 2: in and apologizes on his bef. I would never accept that,
- 2:25Speaker 2: I tell her now, I wouldn't vote for I'd vote
- 2:28Speaker 2: for the brother. Part of the problem with Mondami's plan
- 2:31Speaker 2: is I get calls from the city and from the
- 2:34Speaker 2: federal government to rent to homeless people, to Section eight,
- 2:39Speaker 2: to drug addicts, to this, that and the other. And
- 2:42Speaker 2: the problem is is you rent to those people, and
- 2:46Speaker 2: they even guarantee that they're gonna pay you to rent
- 2:48Speaker 2: and everything. What happens to the other tenants when they're
- 2:52Speaker 2: in the building. What kind of a mess they're gonna make.
- 2:56Speaker 2: My father years ago, almost fifty years ago, in one
- 2:59Speaker 2: of his buildings that he owned, very large apartment building,
- 3:03Speaker 2: he had a person or a woman who was a degenerate.
- 3:06Speaker 2: She was on welfare. She didn't pay her rent for
- 3:10Speaker 2: two years. My father finally got her in court in
- 3:14Speaker 2: housing court, right and the judge order and the city
- 3:17Speaker 2: was going to pay, was going to give her the
- 3:19Speaker 2: money to pay the back rent. To pay the back rent,
- 3:22Speaker 2: she flipped the bird on the judge, told the judge
- 3:27Speaker 2: where to go, and the judge is shoot in order.
- 3:30Speaker 2: She flipped the bird. My father winded up. He actually
- 3:36Speaker 2: died before they could get the tenant out, and the
- 3:39Speaker 2: new landlord who bought the building, he eventually sold it
- 3:43Speaker 2: because of this tenant. That's the problem with these people.
- 3:46Speaker 2: They have to live Mark in a supervised dormitory where
- 3:51Speaker 2: they have to get up at a certain time, where
- 3:54Speaker 2: they have to either go to work or that's.
- 3:56Speaker 1: An excellent point.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Excellent point to the dormitory, mocked it, regular housing.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Excellent call as always, Vincent, thanks for calling. Hey. When
- 4:04Speaker 1: we come back, Miranda Divine will be with us next
- 4:07Speaker 1: lots to talk to her about coming up on seven
- 4:10Speaker 1: ten WR
