Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Debbie and Christine, we are so honored people are on
- 0:02Speaker 1: board with us for our silly conversations.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Yes.
- 0:05Speaker 1: A silly conversation that, you know, it's not a hard,
- 0:09Speaker 1: deep-hitting question.
- 0:10Speaker 2: No, but, you know, it's something we take seriously in life,
- 0:13Speaker 2: and that's our coffee order.
- 0:14Speaker 1: Yeah, and some people are hiding their coffee order. They're basically, like,
- 0:18Speaker 1: whispering it. If they're not doing it on the app,
- 0:20Speaker 1: which you can kind of hide it, but they're going
- 0:22Speaker 1: up to their barista. Yeah. It's so complex that they're
- 0:25Speaker 1: kind of going, they know they're going to be judged.
- 0:27Speaker 2: They feel they're going to be judged.
- 0:29Speaker 1: So we threw it out there about your coffee order
- 0:32Speaker 1: and people like exploded our text messages.
- 0:34Speaker 2: I know. I love it because we are passionate about
- 0:36Speaker 2: our coffee. And Cubby, I'm noticing a little trend here.
- 0:40Speaker 2: There's a lot of ladies who have texted in and
- 0:42Speaker 2: said they take their coffee the way I do, which
- 0:45Speaker 2: is coffee with just a little extra half and half.
- 0:48Speaker 2: And a lot of people are saying, and it's very
- 0:51Speaker 2: hard to get that just perfect.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Right.
- 0:53Speaker 2: Unless you do it yourself.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Because what is a little extra half and half to
- 0:56Speaker 1: the person that you're ordering it with?
- 0:58Speaker 2: Exactly. 201, Christine should ask for a pinch of extra cream.
- 1:03Speaker 1: What do you think of that idea?
- 1:04Speaker 2: I could try that. A pinch. Could see how that goes.
- 1:06Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:07Speaker 2: We have a 201 that says, morning, guys, cubby. I
- 1:09Speaker 2: used to be a simple gal and take black coffee
- 1:12Speaker 2: just like you. And now I've become a little more
- 1:14Speaker 2: complex like you, Christine. So I say a splash of extra,
- 1:19Speaker 2: a splash or two of extra half and half.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:22Speaker 2: That's the fine line. And that's from Katie. Katie says,
- 1:24Speaker 2: have a great weekend. You too, Katie. Thank you, Katie. 917,
- 1:27Speaker 2: good morning. I don't really pay attention when I order
- 1:29Speaker 2: my skinny latte at Starbucks, if anyone's listening, because I
- 1:32Speaker 2: don't care, which is good. Have a great day.
- 1:35Speaker 1: I mean, that's the attitude you have to have.
- 1:38Speaker 2: You have to.
- 1:38Speaker 1: Who cares if you judge me?
- 1:40Speaker 2: I don't know you.
- 1:40Speaker 1: You don't know me. And I'm getting out of here
- 1:42Speaker 1: in five minutes.
- 1:43Speaker 2: And everybody really is in their own.
- 1:46Speaker 2: Like thinking about their own stuff. Looking at their phones.
- 1:48Speaker 2: I have to remind myself of that all the time.
- 1:50Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:50Speaker 2: They don't care.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Don't get self-conscious.
- 1:52Speaker 2: We're okay. But yeah, we got so many cute messages.
- 1:55Speaker 2: I love them. Thank you so much. Last one, 917.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Sugar-free vanilla soy latte. Very hot. No foam.
- 2:01Speaker 1: Okay. You know what? To me, that's not even that complex.
- 2:04Speaker 2: It's not that crazy anymore.
- 2:05Speaker 1: We're used to this. But if you're talking more than
- 2:08Speaker 1: seven seconds. about your coffee order. That's when I think
- 2:11Speaker 1: it's too much.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Only a DJ would know that went longer than seven seconds, right?
- 2:15Speaker 1: You're right. You're right.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Excuse me. You need to wrap that up.
- 2:17Speaker 1: All right. Coming up in five minutes, Christine, we have
- 2:21Speaker 1: the headlines and what are you working on? Okay.
- 2:24Speaker 2: So if you're in dating world and you like this guy,
- 2:26Speaker 2: but he's not really flirting with you, like nothing physical
- 2:30Speaker 2: is happening. This could be a very good sign.
