Taxpayer victory: Defeating No More Pipelines Law in court

The Alberta Court of Appeal ruled the federal government’s amended Impact Assessment Act or the “No More Pipelines” law unconstitutional.

The court decision is a big win for taxpayers and workers across the country. If Ottawa tries this again, we will be ready to keep fighting.
