- 0:42Speaker 1: that I'm sure if you're here listening you've seen or
- 0:44Speaker 1: heard of. If not, get out from under the rock
- 0:47Speaker 1: that you live under. Check out Christmas beard Challenge, check
- 0:50Speaker 1: out TikTok beard Off and you'll see some amazing images.
- 0:52Speaker 1: A couple of us were on the news. It kind
- 0:54Speaker 1: of took TikTok over for a couple of weeks. It
- 0:57Speaker 1: was amazing. It spread so much Holiday cheers. I lost
- 1:00Speaker 1: a lot of hair out of my beard. It was
- 1:02Speaker 1: a great experience. I'm very grateful not only to be
- 1:05Speaker 1: a part of it, but to meet some amazing people
- 1:07Speaker 1: in d Underscore, Lemon, Iron Sanctuary, Fresh Prints of No
- 1:11Speaker 1: Hair and Beer Bong John. Just a great couple of weeks.
- 1:14Speaker 1: Like I said, a lot of Christmas spirit was spread.
- 1:16Speaker 1: So thanks everybody that was a part of it, and
- 1:19Speaker 1: hopefully you guys enjoyed it. Without further ado, Let's get
- 1:21Speaker 1: to the interview. All right, ladies and gentlemen, we are
- 1:29Speaker 1: now speaking with a man who rocks a beard in
- 1:32Speaker 1: a red Sox hat like he's Matt Damon, A man
- 1:34Speaker 1: who goes live on TikTok and plays with his wood working,
- 1:38Speaker 1: A man that knows how to rock one hell of
- 1:41Speaker 1: a festive beard, the one the only d underscore lemons.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Hey, what's up man?
- 1:46Speaker 1: You know, just another wonderful little Taco Tuesday d Lemon.
- 1:50Speaker 1: Things have been a little crazy in the TikTok world.
- 1:52Speaker 1: The beards, everything has been going crazy. You've got one
- 1:56Speaker 1: of the most festive beards, obviously. Me and you go
- 1:58Speaker 1: back and forth busting each other others balls, bells. I
- 2:01Speaker 1: guess we bust each other's bells and those everything else.
- 2:04Speaker 1: What's your take on the old TikTok Christmas beard? Off?
- 2:08Speaker 3: Well, I'm having a lot of fun doing the decoration portion.
- 2:12Speaker 3: But what I'm I'm enjoying the most is the attention
- 2:16Speaker 3: we're getting, and it's kind of it's kind of creating
- 2:19Speaker 3: an atmosphere for TikTok itself. I mean, TikTok's mostly a
- 2:23Speaker 3: random sight. But for us to be able to create
- 2:26Speaker 3: a common theme that everybody's watching all at the same time,
- 2:28Speaker 3: I think that's pretty great all by itself.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Yeah, it's been pretty amazing watching not only the other
- 2:33Speaker 1: guys come up with stuff, but the women. The women
- 2:36Speaker 1: are really stepping their game up.
- 2:37Speaker 3: Oh yeah, who's tinsel titties? That just appeared recently, going
- 2:42Speaker 3: back and forth with holiday melons or what did she
- 2:44Speaker 3: come up with?
- 2:45Speaker 1: And then one of my favorite ones is one that
- 2:46Speaker 1: I do added was the Santa snatch that user she
- 2:52Speaker 1: actually does stuff with Legos. I don't know if you've
- 2:54Speaker 1: seen check out the profile, know this scene where beer
- 2:56Speaker 1: Bong John comes out with the boom box and the
- 2:59Speaker 1: guys come running out. Yeah, she made the whole scene
- 3:01Speaker 1: out of Legos.
- 3:02Speaker 2: That was awesome. Yeah, I did see that the stop motion.
- 3:04Speaker 1: She actually did a post either last night or this morning,
- 3:07Speaker 1: and she said, and it's that song like choose your character.
- 3:10Speaker 1: And then she looked and she was trying all this
- 3:11Speaker 1: spray payton. She's actually making me.
- 3:14Speaker 3: Next I saw the little shit, the black the black
- 3:18Speaker 3: spray pain, and then she put the beard on and
- 3:19Speaker 3: everything I saw, I saw the Lego fin I think
- 3:22Speaker 3: she should put that back on.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Question that I try to ask everybody that I've done
- 3:26Speaker 1: interviews with on TikTok, what got you into TikTok Originally?
- 3:30Speaker 2: I'm I'm big on what's happening now?
- 3:33Speaker 3: And uh, when I had discovered that TikTok was was making,
- 3:38Speaker 3: you know, lip syncing videos, I used to play around
- 3:40Speaker 3: with dub Smash. I used to play around with that
- 3:45Speaker 3: app called dub Smash and I had so much fun
- 3:47Speaker 3: with that when Vine was around, and I never had
- 3:50Speaker 3: I never got big on Vine using that, but I
- 3:53Speaker 3: mean that was that was the most fun because you know,
- 3:56Speaker 3: using my favorite TV scenes and acting them out and
- 3:58Speaker 3: lip syncing it perfect. I thought that back then, you know,
- 4:01Speaker 3: I was pretty good at lip syncing and I was
- 4:04Speaker 3: able to compare with other people.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Yeah, that was an awesome app. It's really hard to
- 4:08Speaker 1: come up with one, But what is one of your
- 4:11Speaker 1: favorite tiktoks that you've done? We all have the one
- 4:13Speaker 1: mine mine is the first Beard Law one I did,
- 4:16Speaker 1: because it's kind of what got Beard Laws going even
- 4:18Speaker 1: more and it's what kind of you know, got my
- 4:21Speaker 1: name out there on it.
- 4:21Speaker 2: Which one of my tiktoks is my favorite? Or which
- 4:24Speaker 2: one did I have doing yeah, you.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Know, yeah one of your you know, one of your favorites.
- 4:27Speaker 1: It's hard to have one. It's like you can't have
- 4:28Speaker 1: one favorite kid, but there's always that one that you
- 4:32Speaker 1: you kind of like a little more. You just can't
- 4:34Speaker 1: say it.
- 4:36Speaker 3: I mean, I think I think this beard competition has
- 4:39Speaker 3: created a good focus for me to pay more attention,
- 4:43Speaker 3: you know, having having my attention on one type of
- 4:46Speaker 3: video or one style of video. I think the beard
- 4:49Speaker 3: the beard ones are my favorite ones. And I think
- 4:53Speaker 3: my favorite beard is my snow glove one, which I'm
- 4:56Speaker 3: getting too much hate for. I wanted to call me
- 4:59Speaker 3: out say that the snow globe wasn't attached, So I
- 5:02Speaker 3: made a video showing that it was attached.
- 5:04Speaker 2: And then they're like, it's in your mouth. I'm like, na,
- 5:07Speaker 2: that's the hose. I don't.
- 5:08Speaker 3: I don't understand. So I have a I have a
- 5:11Speaker 3: final form beard, my my intrader secret. I have a
- 5:17Speaker 3: final form beard where I'm going to bring the snow
- 5:19Speaker 3: globe back. But I'm gonna way so it doesn't cause
- 5:22Speaker 3: any confusion.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Oh shit, I'll tell you what. I loved it because
- 5:26Speaker 1: a couple of people told me snow globe, snow globe,
- 5:28Speaker 1: and I was like, I don't know, man, If I
- 5:30Speaker 1: take my mom's snow globe and it falls out and
- 5:33Speaker 1: smashes and she's had that before I was born, I'm
- 5:36Speaker 1: out of the will, you know. I was like, I'm
- 5:38Speaker 1: not messing with it.
- 5:39Speaker 2: One other other than the beard competition ones.
- 5:41Speaker 3: I have one video that has got me eight point
- 5:44Speaker 3: or sorry, one point eight million views, and that was
- 5:46Speaker 3: one of my earlier videos where I had my fiance
- 5:51Speaker 3: hold an egg between the door jam uh with her
- 5:55Speaker 3: two index figures.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Yeah, and I think and I think the only reason.
- 5:58Speaker 3: That blew up is because I I I'm not gonna
- 6:01Speaker 3: say it was my idea, because it wasn't. I think
- 6:03Speaker 3: I just got in on the trend early enough to
- 6:06Speaker 3: where it was able to blow up. And I think
- 6:09Speaker 3: it brought me up to somewhere between ten and fifteen
- 6:12Speaker 3: thousand followers right out the gate.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Very nice.
- 6:14Speaker 4: That was.
- 6:15Speaker 3: That was a nice What is it? What's that chemical
- 6:17Speaker 3: that your brain needs? It makes you happy? Dopamine?
- 6:20Speaker 2: That was a good That was a good.
- 6:22Speaker 3: Dose of dopamine, and it kind of I think that's
- 6:25Speaker 3: what got me addicted at that point.
- 6:26Speaker 1: It's a tough addiction, especially when you ride the waves,
- 6:29Speaker 1: even to the Beer Challenge, where you go in those
- 6:31Speaker 1: spurts where you get hundreds of thousands of views and
- 6:34Speaker 1: a couple thousand fans, and then you're posting stuff that
- 6:36Speaker 1: in your mind is even better and it's getting like,
- 6:40Speaker 1: no love. It's just funny how the algorithms and the
- 6:43Speaker 1: trends on this seemed to work.
- 6:45Speaker 2: You know, some people find it funny. I find it
- 6:48Speaker 2: annoying sometimes.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Yeah, there was times early in the app where I
- 6:52Speaker 1: got a little bit frustrated, But now it's I don't care,
- 6:55Speaker 1: you know what I mean, I legit, have fun with it.
- 6:58Speaker 1: I don't get frustrated about it, just just because there's
- 7:01Speaker 1: there's so much other shit in life that's going on
- 7:04Speaker 1: between you know, the business and this and that. It's like,
- 7:06Speaker 1: you know what, this is my It's like kind of
- 7:08Speaker 1: my therapy that I don't have to pay for. I
- 7:10Speaker 1: didn't think until I started this beard stuff and dropped
- 7:13Speaker 1: a couple hundred dollars and stuff.
- 7:14Speaker 2: On the decorations.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Oh yeah, oh god. Yeah. But I wasn't smart enough
- 7:19Speaker 1: like some of the guys in return them after and
- 7:21Speaker 1: save a receipt.
- 7:24Speaker 3: Yeah, I think sure it was was quick on his feet.
- 7:27Speaker 1: Think about that. Yeah, damn.
- 7:30Speaker 2: How many ornaments did you get? Eight? Nine?
- 7:32Speaker 4: Uh?
- 7:33Speaker 1: Yeah, I'd say probably what nine to fifteen?
- 7:36Speaker 3: Maybe you bought those at like nine bucks a piece
- 7:38Speaker 3: after you made the video return.
- 7:41Speaker 1: That's that's classic. I wish I would have thought of it.
- 7:44Speaker 1: I mean I had I bought two hundred and forty
- 7:46Speaker 1: candy canes.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, at least you have a place to
- 7:50Speaker 3: send them afterwards.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Yeah, at least I donated them. But what am I
- 7:52Speaker 1: going to do with two hundred bow's that I got
- 7:54Speaker 1: sitting over here that still haven't made the thankfully hasn't
- 7:56Speaker 1: made my way into the beard yet, so I technically
- 7:58Speaker 1: can return them.
- 7:59Speaker 3: I see a lot of people and decorate their trees
- 8:01Speaker 3: or Christmas trees with like just bows instead of using ornaments.
- 8:04Speaker 1: How much hair have you lost in this competition? Because
- 8:06Speaker 1: I know I've lost quite a bit.
- 8:08Speaker 3: God, you know what the first one I did with
- 8:12Speaker 3: the glitter, the lights, the tensil, the ornaments and the
- 8:17Speaker 3: music box, I didn't lose a lot there. The snow
- 8:21Speaker 3: globe one that one took a little, the bell one,
- 8:26Speaker 3: that one took the most hair out of all of
- 8:28Speaker 3: them because I hot glued three bells to each hairpin,
- 8:34Speaker 3: and the way the hot glue was on it, it
- 8:37Speaker 3: kind of like the shape of a if you look
- 8:40Speaker 3: at the shape of a hairpin, you got the wire
- 8:42Speaker 3: and the glue kind of wrapped itself around it. Just
- 8:45Speaker 3: oh shit, it caught it and just started pulling them out.
- 8:49Speaker 3: So every other pin pulled at least three hairs out.
- 8:53Speaker 3: I'm like, it's my nightmare. So now I'm never doing
- 8:56Speaker 3: that one again.
- 8:57Speaker 1: All right, I'm gonna ask, even if it puts you
- 8:59Speaker 1: or anybody else spot so nobody out there get mad
- 9:02Speaker 1: at him. You guys can get mad at me. But
- 9:04Speaker 1: I'm gonna ask, who is your favorite person on TikTok Oh? No, yep,
- 9:08Speaker 1: I did it. I asked it. I feel like there's
- 9:10Speaker 1: the right answer, and then there's the right answer, right,
- 9:15Speaker 1: especially in your world, you know what I mean.
- 9:17Speaker 3: Okay, So the definition of favorite TikToker would be someone
- 9:22Speaker 3: who's videos you look forward and you enjoy every time.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Yep, Okay.
- 9:27Speaker 3: There is one TikToker who I don't believe is actually
- 9:30Speaker 3: all that famous, but I guarantee you've seen his videos.
- 9:34Speaker 3: If you were to ask me his name, I would
- 9:36Speaker 3: not be able to tell you, but his videos are
- 9:38Speaker 3: my favorite and I look forward to them, even though
- 9:41Speaker 3: I haven't seen a lot of them lately. He has
- 9:43Speaker 3: videos where he's coming out of the shower, he's got
- 9:47Speaker 3: a shower cap on, he's driving himself on and he
- 9:52Speaker 3: hit his double runs into the room and barges in
- 9:55Speaker 3: while he's drying off to give him a random what
- 9:59Speaker 3: would you.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Call it a high? I don't know if I've seen these.
- 10:01Speaker 3: Your fingers have fingertips, but your toes don't have toe
- 10:05Speaker 3: tips yet. You can tip toe, but you can't tip finger.
- 10:11Speaker 3: Every time his video comes out, I instantly like it
- 10:14Speaker 3: and I tell him that I need him to do
- 10:16Speaker 3: more of these.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Next time. You see when you got to send them
- 10:18Speaker 1: to me, I gotta follow up.
- 10:20Speaker 2: I will do that as soon as I know his name.
- 10:21Speaker 2: I think I should probably do it just so, just
- 10:24Speaker 2: so my people can see it.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Also, hell yeah, what is the worst food in your
- 10:28Speaker 1: opinion to eat with your beard?
- 10:30Speaker 2: Oh man?
- 10:31Speaker 3: A really good hamburger, A really good hamburger from like
- 10:35Speaker 3: five guys or smash Burger.
- 10:40Speaker 2: Or have it Burger. I love have Itburger. We used
- 10:42Speaker 2: to live right next to haburger.
- 10:43Speaker 3: But every time you take a bite with that haitburger,
- 10:45Speaker 3: all the mayonnaise and the mustard and the grease and
- 10:47Speaker 3: everything just comes out of my fit and just drips
- 10:49Speaker 3: right down the side. And you've got this bulldog slime
- 10:53Speaker 3: going down your beard that you have to take a
- 10:55Speaker 3: napkin and rub back and forth till the napkin disintegrate
- 10:57Speaker 3: and start over.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Yep, and so many apkins are lost. I decided that
- 11:02Speaker 1: it's just best to just deal with it and just
- 11:04Speaker 1: do one good clean up at the end. And unfortunately,
- 11:07Speaker 1: my daughter's too old to carry baby wipes around. And
- 11:10Speaker 1: if I just carried baby wipes around, now people are
- 11:11Speaker 1: gonna think that I got hemorrhoids or I'm weird or something.
- 11:14Speaker 1: They're really good to clean the beard, but it's just
- 11:16Speaker 1: really awkward. So that's why I'm kind of like, go
- 11:17Speaker 1: into some of these places that have like chicken wings,
- 11:19Speaker 1: and they hand out the moist towel lets, and I'm like,
- 11:22Speaker 1: you should hand these out to every bearded guy that
- 11:24Speaker 1: comes in here with any meal. And I make this
- 11:26Speaker 1: recommendation at every restaurant I go, but not many ever.
- 11:29Speaker 2: Listen, just line your pockets with WAPs.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Right, all right? So usually I asked a couple of
- 11:35Speaker 1: would you rather questions?
- 11:37Speaker 2: Can I give you would you rather? First?
- 11:38Speaker 1: Yeah? Absolutely?
- 11:39Speaker 2: Would you rather piss a quarter or a frisbee?
- 11:42Speaker 1: Piss a quarter?
- 11:43Speaker 2: Oh?
- 11:43Speaker 1: Really, I don't think a frisbee coming out would be
- 11:47Speaker 1: would be a lot of fun.
- 11:48Speaker 2: I I don't know it have to.
- 11:51Speaker 1: When I'm thinking frisbee, I'm thinking like, can jam frisbee
- 11:54Speaker 1: those fold Maybe if you're thinking like a very easy, felty,
- 12:00Speaker 1: different kind of frisbee. Yeah, I guess I go that.
- 12:03Speaker 2: Maybe you answered that too quickly. I don't trust you anymore.
- 12:07Speaker 1: You shouldn't because I have a lot of weird would
- 12:10Speaker 1: you rather? Questions? And I like it when people ask
- 12:12Speaker 1: them back to me. Yeah, it's just fun, all right? Perfect.
- 12:15Speaker 1: So the first one I will ask is would you
- 12:18Speaker 1: rather come loudly every time you fart? Or fart loudly
- 12:22Speaker 1: every time you come.
- 12:23Speaker 3: I'm gonna say fart loudly because I probably feel relief
- 12:26Speaker 3: from both ends and that would be the ultimate way
- 12:29Speaker 3: to finish.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Would you rather have one million dollars or go back
- 12:33Speaker 1: to eighteen with the knowledge that you have now go
- 12:36Speaker 1: back to.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Eighteen at heartbeat. Oh yeah, ask me why why I
- 12:41Speaker 2: know about bitcoin?
- 12:42Speaker 1: M mm hmm yep, and you'd have many million.
- 12:46Speaker 2: It's going to cap out.
- 12:47Speaker 3: I know when I can cash out, and then I
- 12:49Speaker 3: wasn't gonna be nothing at that point.
- 12:50Speaker 1: I know about bitcoin, I know about Apple, I know
- 12:52Speaker 1: about everything Microsoft. Oh yeah, Would you rather give up
- 12:56Speaker 1: social media for the rest of your life or give
- 12:59Speaker 1: up tea and movies?
- 13:01Speaker 2: If I had to pick one, I would lose social media.
- 13:03Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:04Speaker 1: I need her on my interview questions more than.
- 13:06Speaker 3: Why because I can watch the movie and then call
- 13:09Speaker 3: somebody right out and talk to somebody.
- 13:11Speaker 2: I'll have my movie buddy.
- 13:12Speaker 1: True, but if you gave up TV and movies, know
- 13:15Speaker 1: how much more stuff you could do on social media.
- 13:17Speaker 1: You already answered you can't take it back. You're giving
- 13:18Speaker 1: up social media forever. Yeah, Hey, your stress will probably
- 13:21Speaker 1: go down, you know what.
- 13:22Speaker 3: I think I'd be okay with that, because you know
- 13:24Speaker 3: what movies and TVs. You know, once your show's run
- 13:27Speaker 3: out and your movies are not, you know, coming out anymore,
- 13:29Speaker 3: you're gonna have free time to be able to do
- 13:31Speaker 3: the things that you're supposed to be productively, where social
- 13:33Speaker 3: media kind of buttet.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a black hole.
- 13:35Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Would you rather let someone unsupervise look through your phone
- 13:40Speaker 1: or walk down the street naked?
- 13:41Speaker 3: I'm totally comfortable with my body, so walking down the
- 13:43Speaker 3: street naked some the time. Now if my fiance were involved,
- 13:47Speaker 3: I would probably have to do the own thing.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Yeah, smart answer. Last one I got for you. Would
- 13:51Speaker 1: you rather be able to only have sex in one
- 13:53Speaker 1: position for the rest of your life or only be
- 13:56Speaker 1: able to watch one porn for the rest of your life?
- 13:59Speaker 4: One porn?
- 14:00Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a no brainer. It would get a very
- 14:02Speaker 1: boring watching the same one forever, though, as.
- 14:04Speaker 2: Long as a good one. At that point you'll probably
- 14:07Speaker 2: be able to reenact it.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Nice. Yeah. So do you have anything that you want
- 14:11Speaker 1: to plug, that you want to talk about, thing that
- 14:13Speaker 1: you want anybody on the podcast to know, you know,
- 14:16Speaker 1: something you have upcoming, something you're excited about, something you
- 14:19Speaker 1: want to talk about.
- 14:20Speaker 3: Yeah. I have a crafting business, if anybody wanted to
- 14:23Speaker 3: pop by. My favorite thing for my crafting business is
- 14:27Speaker 3: the random odds and ends, like I'm waiting for somebody
- 14:30Speaker 3: to order for me a minecraft block made of different
- 14:33Speaker 3: species of wood, or for somebody to order a bar
- 14:36Speaker 3: from me that has a TV inside of it that
- 14:39Speaker 3: you can play Super Mario from, or maybe has a
- 14:42Speaker 3: tap on the top with different touch pads. I have
- 14:45Speaker 3: the ability to do these things, but I haven't had
- 14:47Speaker 3: somebody to order them, and I kind of want that
- 14:49Speaker 3: opportunity to be able to make the.
- 14:51Speaker 2: More extravagant, the more rare.
- 14:54Speaker 3: I mean, even if it's like a fortnight hammer or
- 14:57Speaker 3: pickaxe or something. I would love to make stuff like that.
- 15:00Speaker 3: So the website is Facebook dot com, Forward Slash Beauty
- 15:04Speaker 3: and the Beard Custom craps nice.
- 15:06Speaker 1: So anybody there check out the Facebook page, give it
- 15:09Speaker 1: a like. I'm challenging any listener out there to come
- 15:12Speaker 1: up with something very unique that you think that he
- 15:14Speaker 1: can't do, so he will do it, and then we
- 15:17Speaker 1: can just blast that all over any social media because
- 15:20Speaker 1: he's in fact not giving up social media. It was
- 15:23Speaker 1: just a would you rather question?
- 15:25Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I guess that's what I didn't think about
- 15:27Speaker 3: that aspect of giving up the social media.
- 15:29Speaker 2: There goes the business.

- 17:34Speaker 1: All right, everybody, it's now time for one of our
- 17:36Speaker 1: new segments on the Beard Loss podcast called What's in
- 17:39Speaker 1: My Beard? This is the segment where I go and
- 17:42Speaker 1: try different restaurants. Pick a meal, give it an honest review,
- 17:45Speaker 1: talk to the staff, talk to the people, see how
- 17:48Speaker 1: they feel about beards. And also, you know, see if
- 17:51Speaker 1: they want to be a sponsor, see if they want
- 17:54Speaker 1: to tell their side of things, because just like in
- 17:56Speaker 1: many other professions, behind the scenes in the kitchen, you
- 18:01Speaker 1: can't really come out and tell a customer how you
- 18:03Speaker 1: really feel. You're always public facing. So I give them
- 18:06Speaker 1: an opportunity. If there's any negative feedback, if there's any
- 18:10Speaker 1: stuff that they want to clear the air, this is
- 18:12Speaker 1: their time. Spoke with these guys. I've known these guys
- 18:14Speaker 1: for a long time. Nobody says anything bad about them.
- 18:17Speaker 1: What's in my beard featured segment is Dirty Gringo. They're
- 18:21Speaker 1: Dirty Gringo is located at one oh nine Main Street
- 18:24Speaker 1: in Haungsburg, New York. It's just a wonderful little Mexican place.
- 18:28Speaker 1: You can't go wrong with just about anything you try there.
- 18:30Speaker 1: One of my go tos is the street Tacos. So
- 18:34Speaker 1: if you go there, say Beard Law sent me, I
- 18:36Speaker 1: want the street Tacos, They're gonna hook you up. Eight
- 18:39Speaker 1: ninety nine three huge tacos Today they're special on this
- 18:45Speaker 1: lovely Taco Tuesday when this was recorded, was a balsamic
- 18:48Speaker 1: chicken bowl. Absolutely amazing, balsamic wok, chicken, rice, beans, lettuce, onions, tomatoes,
- 18:55Speaker 1: you name it. They had it stellar. And as far
- 18:58Speaker 1: as what was in my beard before I left ahead,
- 19:00Speaker 1: a little bit of chicken. But the actual chicken bowl
- 19:03Speaker 1: is very beard friendly. It's a very easy meal to
- 19:06Speaker 1: eat with a beard. Tacos not so much. Tacos are
- 19:10Speaker 1: kind of a nightmare, especially the street tacos are fully loaded,
- 19:14Speaker 1: so many toppings just barely wrapped around that gets all
- 19:18Speaker 1: over the beard, the sauces, the corn, salsa, the guac.
- 19:24Speaker 1: But it's perfect because at the end of the night,
- 19:27Speaker 1: not only you're getting the burps, not only you're praying
- 19:29Speaker 1: that your wet fart Wednesday remains dry, but you're also
- 19:34Speaker 1: able to pull a little bit of that flavor out
- 19:36Speaker 1: of your beard. For a little bit of snack. I'd
- 19:37Speaker 1: recommend maybe having some lighter tacos for dinner. Then you
- 19:41Speaker 1: can just kind of take some of the leftover quaks,
- 19:43Speaker 1: some of the leftover stuff, pairrot with whatever you had
- 19:45Speaker 1: for your dinner, and be on your way. You guys
- 19:48Speaker 1: can check the dirty Gringo out there on Facebook or
- 19:51Speaker 1: you can check out their website Dirty Gringo ny dot com.
- 19:55Speaker 1: There's a couple of pictures, they're up to date, menu
- 19:58Speaker 1: is on there, they have merchandise, they have a great
- 20:00Speaker 1: thing going. Guys, if you are in the area, highly
- 20:03Speaker 1: recommend checking out the Dirty Gringo. Tell them that beard
- 20:05Speaker 1: Law Senya. They actually came up with an amazing idea
- 20:09Speaker 1: that I'm really going to try to run with. They
- 20:11Speaker 1: said that beard Laws needs a beard calendar. So I'm
- 20:15Speaker 1: working with a couple of other people to get some headshots.
- 20:17Speaker 1: Hopefully I can get a great photographer. I'm trying to
- 20:20Speaker 1: find somebody that'll actually put together a calendar at a
- 20:22Speaker 1: decent price so I can sell and raise some money
- 20:24Speaker 1: for a good cause. So I'm still working on that.
- 20:26Speaker 1: So if you or if you know anybody that has
- 20:29Speaker 1: the ability to make calendars, please hit me up Matt
- 20:31Speaker 1: at beard laws dot com or any social media. I
- 20:33Speaker 1: want to get this going. That concludes what's in my beard?
- 20:37Speaker 1: All right, now, what's time for beard news. So I
- 20:40Speaker 1: saw an article from the Independent dot co dot uk
- 20:43Speaker 1: about a man with a beard. So that's what we're
- 20:46Speaker 1: going to talk about. In Beard News, a man with
- 20:48Speaker 1: a white beard robbed a bank and immediately threw all
- 20:50Speaker 1: the money in the air and then wish to every
- 20:52Speaker 1: bystander a Merry Christmas. David Wayne Oliver reportedly wanted to
- 20:56Speaker 1: be arrested in a Starbucks coffee shop after the robbery
- 20:59Speaker 1: of the Academy Bank in Colorado Springs just two days
- 21:02Speaker 1: before Christmas. He robbed the bank, came out, threw the
- 21:05Speaker 1: money all over the place. Witnessed Diane Pascal told Colorado
- 21:08Speaker 1: eleven News he started throwing money out of the bank
- 21:10Speaker 1: and then said Mary Christmas. Passers by are reported to
- 21:13Speaker 1: have picked up the money from the street and taken
- 21:15Speaker 1: it back to the bank. Colorado Springs police said the
- 21:18Speaker 1: sixty five year old had been booked into the l
- 21:20Speaker 1: Passo County Criminal Justice Center following a bank robbery. According
- 21:23Speaker 1: to police, an older white male threatened to use a
- 21:25Speaker 1: weapon and left the bank with an undisclosed amount of
- 21:27Speaker 1: cash around lunchtime on Monday. The suspect was found sitting
- 21:30Speaker 1: in front of a nearby coffee shop and was taken
- 21:32Speaker 1: into custody. If you want to donate and you have
- 21:35Speaker 1: a white beard and you're pretending to be Santa. Please,
- 21:38Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, do not rob a bank, throw the
- 21:40Speaker 1: money in the air, say Merry Christmas, and then just
- 21:43Speaker 1: chill out a Starbucks and wait to be arrested. You
- 21:45Speaker 1: don't want to spend Christmas in jail. I don't think
- 21:47Speaker 1: you want to spend any time in jail. I feel
- 21:48Speaker 1: like if I was this guy that robbed the bank,
- 21:51Speaker 1: had a handful of money and I wanted to be
- 21:53Speaker 1: arrested and just throw my money in the air, I
- 21:55Speaker 1: feel like I would have went to a strip club,
- 21:57Speaker 1: just made it rain, let them come in, take you
- 22:00Speaker 1: in style. That's just my personal opinion. Again, we at
- 22:03Speaker 1: beard Laws do not, I repeat, we do not prove
- 22:07Speaker 1: of robbing banks and throwing money in the air making
- 22:10Speaker 1: it rain. But can we talk about the fact that
- 22:13Speaker 1: how the people in Colorado were nice enough after this
- 22:16Speaker 1: guy just robbed a bank was throwing the money in
- 22:18Speaker 1: the air, they all picked up the money and then
- 22:20Speaker 1: gave it back to the bank. If that's not a
- 22:22Speaker 1: sign that all the marijuana and everything that got going
- 22:25Speaker 1: on in Colorado isn't working, this proves that it is.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Everybody is just so high apparently and so nice that
- 22:31Speaker 1: they're just picking up the money and giving it right
- 22:33Speaker 1: back to the bank. Kudos to you by standards of
- 22:35Speaker 1: Colorado for doing the right thing. White bearded man, I
- 22:38Speaker 1: hope you had a good Christmas in jail. As for
- 22:40Speaker 1: everybody else, I hope you guys had an amazing Christmas,
- 22:43Speaker 1: amazing holiday, and I hope you guys had a great
- 22:45Speaker 1: twenty nineteen. But twenty twenty, not only is it cool
- 22:48Speaker 1: to say, not only does it look cool, I'm very
- 22:50Speaker 1: excited for twenty twenty. Twenty nineteen is great. We got
- 22:52Speaker 1: eleven episodes at a podcast. We have some great episodes coming
- 22:56Speaker 1: up with some amazing people, some amazing interviews, We have
- 22:59Speaker 1: some great space answers. If you think the podcast is
- 23:02Speaker 1: good now you guys, wait until twenty twenty. I'm very excited.
- 23:05Speaker 1: So happy holidays, Happy New Year's and as always, Beard.
- 23:07Speaker 4: On now sides ever said, so.
- 24:02Speaker 5: Point out your man in so writing, Rooks, Fine, you'll
- 24:12Speaker 5: show me out.
- 24:13Speaker 4: The ways a bye. I'm how long when you want
- 24:21Speaker 4: to fly to walk away for America? America
