MARLIS MONDAY MOTIVATION - JULIO TEXERIA, CO-FOUNDER OF THANDA CHOIR
This week on Marli’s Monday Motivation, we kick the week off with a story that proves just how far passion, talent, and dedication can take you. Marli spoke to 21-year-old Julio Texeria, co-founder of the Thanda Choir from the Khayelitsha township, that was started in 2023. In the space of two years they have gone from their community roots to performing to international audiences, recently in Paris. It’s one of those feel good stories that just makes you so proud to be South African and reminds us that the talent and potential we have in this country really is world class.
