SPEAKER_01: This is Brendan Stacy with Let's Wind with Brendan Stacy.
• 0:03
SPEAKER_01: We're back for another episode and thought this time we'd talk about dreams because I had a really weird one the other night and I can't get past it.
• 0:10
SPEAKER_00: So you feel like if you put it out there in the universe, it would help you solve it.
• 0:14
  SPEAKER_00: Well, I don't know.
• 0:15
SPEAKER_00: I gotta speak about it.
• 0:16
SPEAKER_01: Well, I asked Camille about it.
• 0:17
SPEAKER_01: I looked a few things up about it, and I don't think it really coincides.
• 0:20
SPEAKER_01: Maybe somebody out there can tell me what was going on because the subject of well, there were a couple subjects, I guess, but Donnie Osman was in the dream, and he's not somebody I think about ever.
• 0:30
SPEAKER_01: I don't know how that came up.
• 0:31
SPEAKER_01: And we're in New York at a hotel at some event, and it's really nice and swanky, and he, you know, he's all dressed up in a leisure suit and the whole bit, but he's aged to like he looks now.
• 0:42
SPEAKER_01: And in the dream, he uh kept talking to me, and I wanted him to leave me alone, and all I knew was I had to go to the bathroom, number one and number two.
• 0:50
SPEAKER_01: And so the bathrooms there were like out in the open, like in the lobby.
• 0:55
SPEAKER_01: There was eight of them, supposedly that were bathrooms, and they had gold hinge doors and only stood about five feet tall.
• 1:02
SPEAKER_01: Well, I'm six feet tall.
• 1:04
SPEAKER_01: Anybody could look over the top.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_01: There was no top, no ceiling, nothing.
• 1:06
SPEAKER_01: They just stopped there, you know, in this circle.
• 1:09
SPEAKER_01: I get in there to use one of them, and he kept yelling at me to come out of there.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_01: I looked down, and all there is is a hole in the floor.
• 1:15
SPEAKER_01: There's like a tile, almost like a shower, almost like a shower in this hole.
• 1:18
SPEAKER_01: And I had a dress on and I'm trying to squat.
• 1:20
SPEAKER_01: He's still talking to me, and I kept thinking, if he looks over that, he's gonna see me, or anybody else in this lobby could come see me.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_01: And I was so worried about shitting on my underwear or dress, trying to hold those two things around.
• 1:31
SPEAKER_01: I had my underwear down around my knees, trying to squat, probably hanging up on the door now, thinking about it, and hold that dress up.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_01: And I don't know what it all means.
• 1:40
SPEAKER_01: And he kept telling me, hurry up and come on, or he was coming in there with me.
• 1:43
SPEAKER_01: And I was like, No, you're not, Donnie Osman.
• 1:47
  SPEAKER_01: I don't understand.
• 1:48
SPEAKER_01: When's the last time you wore a dress?
• 1:50
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 1:52
  SPEAKER_00: Years.
• 1:52
  SPEAKER_00: So you're wearing a dress.
• 1:54
  SPEAKER_00: I don't dress, nothing fancy.
• 1:55
  SPEAKER_00: It doesn't happen.
• 1:56
  SPEAKER_00: You're at a fancy event.
• 1:57
SPEAKER_00: Donnie Osman just wants a PCU.
• 1:59
SPEAKER_00: I don't even know if he gets it.
• 2:01
SPEAKER_00: Maybe one of my pee.
• 2:03
  SPEAKER_00: Huh?
• 2:03
  SPEAKER_01: You never know.
• 2:04
  SPEAKER_01: Everybody's got a thing.
• 2:05
  SPEAKER_01: Everybody's got a thing.
• 2:06
  SPEAKER_01: Dang.
• 2:07
SPEAKER_01: Why would he creep up in my dream?
• 2:08
SPEAKER_01: Couldn't it have been anybody else?
• 2:09
  SPEAKER_01: Billy Idol, Idle.
• 2:10
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Billy Idol.
• 2:12
SPEAKER_01: You'd have invited him in, right?
• 2:13
  SPEAKER_01: I probably.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_01: I probably said, Will you hold me up so I don't fall on my own piss?
• 2:18
  SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
• 2:19
SPEAKER_01: And I looked it up and it says when um it can be an anxiety kind of thing.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_01: And I don't feel like I'm anxious over anything right now.
• 2:25
SPEAKER_01: And it talked about, you know, letting go.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_01: I'm glad I didn't let go into bed, which has never been a picture.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_01: Camille even asked me, she said, Did you really have to go when you woke up?
• 2:36
SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, not any more than I normally do.
• 2:38
SPEAKER_01: There was nothing, there was no urgency.
• 2:40
  SPEAKER_00: Wow.
• 2:41
  SPEAKER_01: Put it that way.
• 2:41
SPEAKER_00: So there was nothing wonder what it means when you dream about Donnie Osman when he's not a person you would ever think about.
• 2:48
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_01: And he wasn't singing or anything, and I think he was there as a guest.
• 2:51
SPEAKER_01: And I feel like the dream was in color because I think all the area around those holes in the floor was shiny gold.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_01: What color are you wearing?
• 2:58
  SPEAKER_01: I'm I don't even want to tell you.
• 3:00
  SPEAKER_01: Black.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_01: It had flowers on it.
• 3:02
  SPEAKER_01: Oh stop.
• 3:03
SPEAKER_01: It was a I don't even want to say it.
• 3:05
SPEAKER_01: It was a white dress and it had flowers on it.
• 3:09
  SPEAKER_01: What?
• 3:10
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 3:10
SPEAKER_01: I've never owned a dress on it.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_00: Like little tiny flowers or big tiny.
• 3:13
  SPEAKER_00: Poofy.
• 3:14
  SPEAKER_00: Little tiny flowers.
• 3:15
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, tiny flowers.
• 3:18
SPEAKER_00: Alright, well, now it's not about Donnie Osmond or the number ones or number twos anymore.
• 3:23
  SPEAKER_00: You're wearing a floral white dress.
• 3:25
  SPEAKER_00: Yes.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_00: That's what you gotta look at.
• 3:28
  SPEAKER_00: That's that's the fucked up part.
• 3:30
  SPEAKER_00: You think so?
• 3:31
SPEAKER_00: Out of all of it.
• 3:32
  SPEAKER_00: Because that's not you.
• 3:33
SPEAKER_00: You wouldn't wear anything with flowers on it.
• 3:35
SPEAKER_00: And you wouldn't wear a white dress.
• 3:38
  SPEAKER_00: No, I wouldn't.
• 3:40
  SPEAKER_00: That's funny.
• 3:41
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 3:42
  SPEAKER_01: Was it strapless?
• 3:43
  SPEAKER_01: No.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_01: It um it was low cut and it had three quarter length sleeves on it.
• 3:48
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay.
• 3:50
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 3:51
SPEAKER_00: I know you're gonna draw me this dress.
• 3:53
SPEAKER_00: Now I'm wanna know what it looked like.
• 3:55
SPEAKER_01: It was a maxi dress.
• 3:56
SPEAKER_01: It was long because I know there was a lot that I had to pull up and try and hold up to go in the hole.
• 4:01
SPEAKER_01: To go to the to go in the hole.
• 4:04
SPEAKER_01: Had to go to the bathroom in the hole.
• 4:05
SPEAKER_01: That hole is gonna haunt me.
• 4:07
  SPEAKER_01: I bet.
• 4:08
  SPEAKER_01: That is haunting.
• 4:09
  SPEAKER_00: That's not a dream, that's a nightmare.
• 4:11
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 4:12
  SPEAKER_00: It's a night scare.
• 4:13
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 4:13
SPEAKER_01: I woke up kind of like, oh my God, you know, what am I doing?
• 4:16
  SPEAKER_01: Donnie.
• 4:17
SPEAKER_01: I know I had to call Camille like on my way to work that morning.
• 4:20
SPEAKER_01: I was so like bent over it.
• 4:21
  SPEAKER_01: I could I couldn't understand.
• 4:23
  SPEAKER_01: Wow.
• 4:24
SPEAKER_01: And he had that curling iron like curling iron been through his hair.
• 4:28
  SPEAKER_00: I mean, that's fair.
• 4:30
SPEAKER_00: That's what he kind of looks like.
• 4:32
SPEAKER_00: He looks like somebody rolling his hair, which is not a bad thing.
• 4:36
  SPEAKER_00: It's Donnie Osmond.
• 4:37
SPEAKER_00: He can curling iron his hair if he wants to.
• 4:40
SPEAKER_00: But what in the hell is he doing?
• 4:41
SPEAKER_00: Well, he won't talk to you about that.
• 4:43
SPEAKER_00: He can't wait till you're all done in the bathroom.
• 4:45
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 4:46
  SPEAKER_00: So you woke up.
• 4:47
  SPEAKER_00: I woke up upset.
• 4:49
  SPEAKER_01: Oh for some reason.
• 4:50
  SPEAKER_01: Or nervous.
• 4:52
SPEAKER_01: You know how you wake up nervous from a dream because you know you your clothes are missing, or you know, you're late for that test, or you're late for work, or yeah, I woke up upset.
• 5:01
  SPEAKER_00: That's crazy.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_00: A lot of times I think I have dreams and I wake up feeling like I need to wake up from this dream, but then I don't remember all the details or the whole thing.
• 5:13
SPEAKER_00: But then sometimes something in life or the next day will happen and it kind of reminds me, oh my god, I just had a dream about that.
• 5:20
  unknown: Oh yeah.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_00: Like, why does your brain, you know, do that?
• 5:24
SPEAKER_00: And I dream about work a lot, so much that I feel like I should be compensated sometimes, or like I can't come to work today because I worked all night in my sleep kind of dream.
• 5:35
SPEAKER_00: You know, you wake up exhausted from dreaming.
• 5:38
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 5:39
  SPEAKER_01: Just crazy.
• 5:40
  SPEAKER_01: You can.
• 5:41
  SPEAKER_01: I'm just insane.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_01: I remember a dream, another dream that stuck with me.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_01: I know we talked about the Easter bunny thing, but this is what this is more sci-fi.
• 5:50
SPEAKER_01: I was young, and I remember um I don't even know how to describe it, there were four stars in the sky, and only certain times of the year you could go through there into another dimension.
• 6:01
SPEAKER_01: And I don't know if it's something that I saw on television when I was younger.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_01: I mean, that kind of stuff sounds, you know, science fiction-y like people, you know, write stories about that all the time.
• 6:09
SPEAKER_01: But I thought I could do that.
• 6:11
SPEAKER_01: If I had a way to get up in those stars, I could find another dimension.
• 6:14
SPEAKER_01: And I remember in the dream, I was up on my knees on a chair looking at him through the kitchen window at night.
• 6:21
SPEAKER_01: Thinking, how am I gonna get up there?
• 6:22
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 6:23
SPEAKER_01: With that landline foam sitting in front of me.
• 6:26
SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, get me up there on this trip.
• 6:29
SPEAKER_01: Oh, one of the things that came through Facebook the other day, and that was another reason I kind of wanted to talk about dreams, it says, um, these are five dreams you should not ignore.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_01: Okay, if you dream about getting married, it says it may suggest you're committing to someone with hidden or harmful intentions.
• 6:47
SPEAKER_01: And I've never dreamt about getting married.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_01: And there's nobody in the work, so there's no chance of that.
• 6:53
  SPEAKER_01: But I don't know.
• 6:54
SPEAKER_01: I mean I would think a lot of little girls dream about getting married one day, or guys too.
• 6:58
  SPEAKER_00: I think that's normal.
• 6:59
SPEAKER_01: Like you wonder what your future is gonna be like, what your future spouse here's another one.
• 7:04
SPEAKER_01: Dreaming of someone you've never met could be your subconscious warning you that someone is observing you.
• 7:10
SPEAKER_01: Dreaming of someone you've never met.
• 7:11
SPEAKER_01: Now, this goes deeper than that.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_01: Anybody that's in a dream and has a face, you have seen them before somewhere.
• 7:18
SPEAKER_01: That your brain cannot make up a new person.
• 7:21
  SPEAKER_01: Oh wow.
• 7:22
  SPEAKER_01: And there's times I'm I'm like watching myself.
• 7:24
SPEAKER_01: There's times I'm the subject, and other times I'm watching me like watching TV.
• 7:28
  SPEAKER_00: Mm-hmm.
• 7:29
SPEAKER_01: But I'm the one in it.
• 7:30
SPEAKER_01: But I've had faceless people in dreams too, and I wonder if that's why.
• 7:33
SPEAKER_01: Because you've never met them yet.
• 7:34
SPEAKER_01: Don't know who they are.
• 7:36
  SPEAKER_01: Can't put a face on them.
• 7:37
  SPEAKER_01: Wow.
• 7:37
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 7:38
SPEAKER_01: Do you dream in color?
• 7:39
SPEAKER_00: You know, I've never thought about it.
• 7:41
SPEAKER_00: I've never thought about it if it was black and white or color.
• 7:43
SPEAKER_00: I feel like I know the colors.
• 7:45
SPEAKER_01: I don't know if I know them or I'm really seeing them.
• 7:47
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 7:48
SPEAKER_00: I that I mean, I think that sounds fair.
• 7:50
SPEAKER_00: Do I just know this is what color that's supposed to be?
• 7:53
SPEAKER_00: Like that gold wall around that shitter?
• 7:56
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 7:56
SPEAKER_00: Like, did you just think, oh, this is elegant with a whole color?
• 8:01
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 8:02
  SPEAKER_01: All right.
• 8:03
SPEAKER_01: Seeing your old home in a dream may mean you're slipping back into habits or patterns that no longer benefit you.
• 8:10
  SPEAKER_01: I could picture that.
• 8:12
  SPEAKER_01: I think I've had that.
• 8:13
SPEAKER_01: I've dreamt of that home in Spring Lake.
• 8:15
SPEAKER_01: I knew it was it, but it didn't look the same on the inside.
• 8:17
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 8:18
SPEAKER_01: Even the rooms were set up different.
• 8:20
  SPEAKER_00: Isn't that weird?
• 8:20
SPEAKER_00: Like you feel like you know you've been in this place and you've lived there for years and years.
• 8:26
SPEAKER_00: So you know, but then it's different.
• 8:28
SPEAKER_01: So yeah, that's I know your mind wants to take it in a new direction or something.
• 8:32
SPEAKER_01: But when I did that, that's been a while.
• 8:33
SPEAKER_01: So I wonder what I was trying to let go of then.
• 8:36
  SPEAKER_01: No telling.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_01: All right, dreaming of yourself as a bodiless observer can indicate you're experiencing another life perspective or recalling a past life memory.
• 8:47
SPEAKER_00: Do you think that's kind of like where it happens?
• 8:49
SPEAKER_00: I mean, when we're awake, because we have a word for deja vu, where you feel like, oh my gosh, I've been here before, but then you can't remember being there.
• 8:59
  SPEAKER_00: Of course we shonegate.
• 9:02
  SPEAKER_00: But oh my gosh.
• 9:04
SPEAKER_00: But anyway, to where like your dream is, I don't know, showing you something that you forgot that your brain wants you to know.
• 9:11
  SPEAKER_01: Isn't that weird?
• 9:13
  SPEAKER_01: No.
• 9:13
SPEAKER_01: And when you mentioned the deja vu thing, Camille and I were talking about this here recently, too, about how like psychologists will tell you, like, if you go into a room and you know you've never been there before, your brain, if you've even blinked, will mentally take a picture of that room.
• 9:28
SPEAKER_01: So then later you're like, you might remember the chandelier on the ceiling or something.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_01: Like, I've been here before.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_01: This is weird, but that doesn't explain the dreams.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_01: Like I've dreamt, I've done certain things or said certain things, same conversations, and have dreamt about them first.
• 9:43
  SPEAKER_00: Mm-hmm.
• 9:44
SPEAKER_01: So that's more of a premonition kind of thing.
• 9:46
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 9:46
SPEAKER_01: And then it talks about the dreaming about going to the bathroom, you should let it and you've got to let go.
• 9:51
SPEAKER_01: I mean, not to do the act of going to the bathroom.
• 9:54
  SPEAKER_01: Don't do that.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_01: Something in your life needs to be let go.
• 9:57
SPEAKER_01: But it also said on the flip side of that that um if you really dream like you have to go to the bathroom, your body might be telling you you need to wake up and go to the bathroom.
• 10:04
  SPEAKER_01: I agree with that.
• 10:05
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 10:06
SPEAKER_01: I never dream about going to the bathroom when I have to go, it's usually over something stupid.
• 10:10
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 10:11
  SPEAKER_01: Like Donnie Osman.
• 10:13
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 10:13
SPEAKER_01: And the hotel with gold doors in a hole in the floor.
• 10:17
SPEAKER_01: Oh, I've had one that's really I've woke up in a panic.
• 10:20
SPEAKER_01: Have you ever dreamt that the brakes in your car haven't worked?
• 10:23
SPEAKER_01: And you're slamming them on them and you can't stop.
• 10:25
SPEAKER_00: I um honestly I think my mind shuts off um car wreck dreams because I think that's my worst fear, you know, and so I've I've never really dreamt about it.
• 10:35
  SPEAKER_00: Thank God.
• 10:36
SPEAKER_00: Because it is one of my worst fears is being killed in a car wreck or trapped in a car.
• 10:41
SPEAKER_00: That's my like worst fear.
• 10:42
SPEAKER_00: So I feel like my brain is somehow protecting me from having that nightmare.
• 10:47
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_01: It's weird what your brain does when you're not when you're not braining.
• 10:51
SPEAKER_01: I always thought Scott would come to me more in dreams.
• 10:54
SPEAKER_01: And when he does, he doesn't talk to me.
• 10:57
  SPEAKER_01: And I think that's strange.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_01: There was one time he was on the other side of a window and he was pointing at a wing chair that I I'd swear I've never seen this chair.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_01: It was a wing chair sitting there, and it had a stack of papers and books in it.
• 11:07
SPEAKER_01: And he kept pointing at it like it was something I needed to tend to, but I don't know what it was or anything.
• 11:13
SPEAKER_01: But he's on the other side of the window and he just kept telling me, look in that chair.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_01: Get that stuff out of that chair.
• 11:18
SPEAKER_01: I don't even know what room I was in, couldn't describe it.
• 11:20
SPEAKER_01: I mean telling you without telling you.
• 11:22
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 11:22
SPEAKER_01: Like you couldn't hear his voice, but and there's other times he's been in the room with me and doesn't speak to me.
• 11:27
  SPEAKER_01: Not with his mouth.
• 11:28
  SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's weird.
• 11:29
SPEAKER_00: I think sometimes when um, you know, when we're conscious and we're missing someone so much, I think eventually we can almost summon a dream.
• 11:38
  SPEAKER_00: Do you think that's a dream?
• 11:39
  SPEAKER_00: That could be it.
• 11:40
SPEAKER_01: And maybe I'm not able to make up a new conversation.
• 11:42
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 11:43
SPEAKER_01: You know, to have with him or life is weird.
• 11:45
  SPEAKER_01: It is weird.
• 11:46
  SPEAKER_01: Brains are weird.
• 11:47
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 11:48
SPEAKER_00: Some weirder than my others.
• 11:53
SPEAKER_00: Some are weirder than other brains, but um, yeah, dreaming is crazy.
• 11:59
SPEAKER_00: And it's crazy how sometimes it's so vivid that you feel like you lived it.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_00: And then sometimes it just happened in passing.
• 12:06
SPEAKER_00: It's almost a story that happened to somebody else.
• 12:09
SPEAKER_00: Have you ever had a sex dream?
• 12:11
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 12:12
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: Where was that gonna go?
• 12:13
SPEAKER_00: What do you want to know about that?
• 12:14
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 12:15
SPEAKER_00: Well, I thought maybe you had something juicy to tell us.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_00: Oh no, I'm not saying nothing juicy about no sex.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_01: Have you ever had a sex dream with somebody weird in it?
• 12:22
  SPEAKER_00: Mm-mm.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_00: I mean, what do you mean by weird?
• 12:24
  SPEAKER_00: Like a gorilla?
• 12:25
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 12:26
  SPEAKER_00: No, nothing like that.
• 12:27
SPEAKER_00: Just somebody like out of the out of the I'm not dreaming about screwing Billy Idol, if that's what you're asking.
• 12:33
SPEAKER_00: It's not even Billy Idol.
• 12:34
  SPEAKER_00: Oh.
• 12:34
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 12:36
  SPEAKER_00: Who did you drink?
• 12:38
SPEAKER_00: Sounds like you want to answer questions.
• 12:41
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: I've never told anybody this one.
• 12:44
SPEAKER_00: And now this is the day, and we're on a podcast.
• 12:48
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 12:48
  SPEAKER_00: Here you go.
• 12:49
SPEAKER_00: The dad off of Family Matters.
• 12:52
  SPEAKER_00: Who Carl Winslow.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_00: You gotta show me a picture of him.
• 12:56
SPEAKER_01: It was that show with Steve Urkel in it.
• 12:59
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 13:02
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 13:02
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 13:04
SPEAKER_00: So you were having sex we you your sex dream included him and you were having sex with him.
• 13:10
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 13:10
SPEAKER_00: And it was like he's in a new show called Neighbors Now.
• 13:17
SPEAKER_00: Oh no, that's um Cedric the Entertainer that you're thinking of.
• 13:22
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay.
• 13:23
SPEAKER_01: Let me see how we have here's the thing.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_01: It was in a park on a picnic table, which you know being outside in daylight.
• 13:31
SPEAKER_01: But went in the daylight.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_01: I think it was there was a lake there too.
• 13:35
  SPEAKER_01: That's all I can remember.
• 13:37
  SPEAKER_01: Well, how was it?
• 13:38
SPEAKER_01: Well, I didn't wake up upset from that one.
• 13:42
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 13:43
  SPEAKER_01: Carl Winslow.
• 13:46
  SPEAKER_00: Really?
• 13:46
SPEAKER_00: Yes, I'm gonna hear from my children.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_00: I don't I understand why you wouldn't have ever told anybody that.
• 13:53
  SPEAKER_01: Well, it's not, I don't know.
• 13:54
SPEAKER_01: It just kind of got forgotten for a long time.
• 13:57
  SPEAKER_00: Wow.
• 13:58
  SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's a whole cop thing.
• 14:00
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 14:00
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 14:01
SPEAKER_00: Maybe you just want somebody to control you and pin you down and beat the snot out of you.
• 14:06
SPEAKER_00: Speaking of that, let's find you a man.
• 14:09
  SPEAKER_00: Oh god.
• 14:11
  SPEAKER_00: Here we go.
• 14:12
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 14:13
SPEAKER_00: Y'all dressed up and pretty and ready to go somewhere.
• 14:15
SPEAKER_00: It might have us a little eye heavy, but I know.
• 14:19
  SPEAKER_00: Not underneath on top.
• 14:21
SPEAKER_00: Well maybe pretty when it's less.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_00: I was feeling feeling it.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_00: Just put you a little light, something right there and right there.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_01: That's why I'm gonna just rub it a little bit.
• 14:30
  SPEAKER_01: There you go.
• 14:31
  SPEAKER_00: Blend it.
• 14:33
SPEAKER_00: I was feeling whorish tonight.
• 14:37
  SPEAKER_00: So well.
• 14:38
SPEAKER_00: Are we going to party and get you a mail?
• 14:41
  SPEAKER_00: I guess we're gonna try.
• 14:43
  SPEAKER_01: Why not?
• 14:44
SPEAKER_00: Even though you know when we get there, you're gonna be like, no, no.
• 14:47
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 14:47
SPEAKER_01: Usually I look around, I'm like, nope.
• 14:49
  SPEAKER_01: No.
• 14:50
  SPEAKER_01: No.
• 14:50
SPEAKER_01: I know finding somebody my own age these days is rough.
• 14:54
  SPEAKER_00: I couldn't do it.
• 14:55
  SPEAKER_00: I wouldn't do it.
• 14:56
SPEAKER_00: I would probably be like you.
• 14:57
  SPEAKER_01: I just Yeah, I don't I don't care.
• 14:59
SPEAKER_01: It's like if it happens, yay, but I'm not actively looking for it.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_01: I'm not on any dating sites.
• 15:03
SPEAKER_01: I'm not, I want it if it happens, I want it to be organic.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_01: I just want it, you know, that person across the crowd from the.
• 15:09
  SPEAKER_00: That is so funny.
• 15:10
SPEAKER_00: That's how I want a new uh a dog for me to happen.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_00: I want it to be organically happened.
• 15:15
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 15:15
SPEAKER_01: I want a little kitten to run up to me.
• 15:17
SPEAKER_01: It doesn't have to be a kitten, I'd rather have an older cat actually run up to me in a parking lot.
• 15:20
  SPEAKER_01: Like I need help.
• 15:21
  SPEAKER_01: It's like help me.
• 15:23
  SPEAKER_00: I know, I'm your person.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_01: We're gonna have to go to Walmart first and get you a litter box.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_01: I'll have to start from scratch.
• 15:27
SPEAKER_01: I got rid of everything.
• 15:28
  SPEAKER_01: Everything.
• 15:28
SPEAKER_01: I either gave it to Career or I'm not getting a cat.
• 15:31
  SPEAKER_00: You're getting a cat.
• 15:31
SPEAKER_01: I'm the cat person, you're the dog person.
• 15:33
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_01: Or somebody surprised me out of the blue.
• 15:38
SPEAKER_01: You're the one that's a little bit country, I'm a little bit rock and roll.
• 15:41
SPEAKER_01: We always talk about we are exactly different.
• 15:43
SPEAKER_01: You know that's a Donnie Osman song, right?
• 15:45
  SPEAKER_00: It works for us.
• 15:48
SPEAKER_01: Donnie Osman wrote a song describing us and he didn't even know.
• 15:52
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 15:52
SPEAKER_01: He didn't sing in the dream at all, didn't sing that song to me.
• 15:55
SPEAKER_01: He just kept bitching at me to come on because he had stuff to talk to me.
• 16:00
SPEAKER_01: No, I didn't see any of the siblings or I don't know.
• 16:03
SPEAKER_01: I know there's a lot of nieces and nephews rolling around in that family.
• 16:06
  SPEAKER_01: I think.
• 16:07
  SPEAKER_01: Gosh.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_01: I wouldn't be able to stand it.
• 16:09
  SPEAKER_01: It's too much.
• 16:10
  SPEAKER_01: It is.
• 16:10
SPEAKER_00: So now we don't know what Donnie Osman was trying to say.
• 16:13
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 16:14
SPEAKER_00: We don't know why you were trying to, number one and number two, in a hole with no toilet.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_00: And what the I I might never get over that you wore a white dress with toes on it.
• 16:25
SPEAKER_01: And that hole in the floor is probably only about what is that, two, three inches in diameter, if that.
• 16:30
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it'd be a straight shot.
• 16:32
  SPEAKER_01: Straight.
• 16:33
SPEAKER_01: Nobody need a lot that day.
• 16:36
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 16:37
  SPEAKER_00: That's awful.
• 16:38
  SPEAKER_00: This is insane.
• 16:40
  SPEAKER_00: It is insane.
• 16:41
SPEAKER_00: But it also shows that we really have no filter and we will absolutely talk about anything on a podcast.
• 16:46
  SPEAKER_00: Oh yeah.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_00: Especially something if I wake up and it's like affected me for days.
• 16:50
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 16:51
  SPEAKER_00: I can't get over it.
• 16:52
SPEAKER_00: Happen so this has been affecting you for days.
• 16:55
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 16:56
  SPEAKER_00: Oh my God.
• 16:57
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 16:57
SPEAKER_01: I might have to try and look up Donnie Osman's email or something and say, you need to listen to this podcast and then tell me what the hell.
• 17:03
SPEAKER_01: Why does this mean something to us?
• 17:06
SPEAKER_00: I'm sure Donnie Osman would love to listen to this podcast.
• 17:09
SPEAKER_01: I'm sure his security would listen to it first if it ever came to that and think, nope, we're not passing that along to Donnie.
• 17:15
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 17:16
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 17:18
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 17:18
SPEAKER_00: I've heard him on a podcast so far, and he sounds like he's got his shit together, so he probably won't.
• 17:26
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you probably wouldn't be interested, and that's an all.
• 17:29
  SPEAKER_00: Hence the word shit.
• 17:32
SPEAKER_00: I know that is crazy.
• 17:34
SPEAKER_00: And having stuff together, because you know we're all not.
• 17:38
  SPEAKER_00: No, we're not together.
• 17:40
  SPEAKER_00: Not together.
• 17:40
SPEAKER_00: So this has nothing to do with nothing about this, but well, we can just run off the rails because it's our podcast.
• 17:46
  SPEAKER_00: Yes.
• 17:46
SPEAKER_00: So I went and got my hair did today.
• 17:48
  SPEAKER_00: Hey CJ, love you.
• 17:49
SPEAKER_00: Thanks for listening, because she always does.
• 17:51
SPEAKER_00: Um, and I'm thinking about going gray.
• 17:55
SPEAKER_00: I'm thinking about coloring my hair like this gray silver color.
• 18:01
SPEAKER_00: So it'll match your neck.
• 18:04
  SPEAKER_00: I'm just kidding.
• 18:06
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so my neck doesn't like it.
• 18:07
SPEAKER_00: No, we were just talking about that the other day, our necks.
• 18:09
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 18:10
  SPEAKER_00: What's going on?
• 18:11
SPEAKER_00: Something bad's happening over there.
• 18:13
SPEAKER_00: But do I go drink gray or do I stay blonde?
• 18:16
SPEAKER_01: I think if you do it, you better do that shiny silver color first.
• 18:21
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 18:21
  SPEAKER_01: I mean, I can I can't imagine you with gray hair.
• 18:23
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 18:24
SPEAKER_00: It's so funny because this is how, and the reason why one of the reasons I love CJ so much, and it's one of the reasons it's called herapy, is because it is like therapy in there.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_00: Because she was explaining to me, she was like, I don't feel like you want to change your hair to gray at this age and point in your life, but I feel like there's something that you're is out of control, and the thing you can control is changing your hair color.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_00: See, you're trying to do something drastic because you're like, I'm in control of this.
• 18:54
SPEAKER_00: But the things that I really want to control are out of control, and I need to do some research, find out some more information, you know.
• 19:03
SPEAKER_00: Maybe you'll dream about it.
• 19:04
SPEAKER_01: Maybe I will dream about it.
• 19:05
SPEAKER_01: Today when Stacy left to go get her hair done, of course, I'm sending her little pictures of punk rockers with the pink and black spiky hair and stuff, and said, Do this one.
• 19:13
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I want you to do it.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_00: You could pull it off much more than I could.
• 19:17
  SPEAKER_00: I could, couldn't I?
• 19:18
SPEAKER_00: You could have pulled that off.
• 19:20
SPEAKER_00: But no, we just did more blonde and it's summer, so I like it extra bright in the summer, but I can't imagine you with gray hair.
• 19:29
  SPEAKER_01: Should Stacy go gray?
• 19:31
  SPEAKER_01: That's our new question.
• 19:32
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 19:33
  SPEAKER_01: Gray or nay.
• 19:34
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's a good one.
• 19:36
  SPEAKER_01: Gray or nay.
• 19:36
  SPEAKER_01: Gray or nay.
• 19:37
  SPEAKER_01: I s I vote nay.
• 19:39
  SPEAKER_01: You vote nay.
• 19:39
SPEAKER_01: And I'm sure your mother's gonna chime in, and everybody else, and all the kids, and then our friends and co-workers and Jeff better.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_01: What do you think he'd say?
• 19:48
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_00: He's so salt and pepper right now.
• 19:51
  SPEAKER_00: He's a lot of salt.
• 19:53
  SPEAKER_00: He's everyone.
• 19:57
SPEAKER_00: Does he have a choice?
• 20:01
SPEAKER_00: Listen, he married into this oldness, so everyone.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_01: No, but he's never seen you with gray hair.
• 20:07
SPEAKER_01: No, nobody's ever seen me with gray hair.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_01: What's making you want to do that is because you're starting to see little grays come through your roots.
• 20:14
SPEAKER_00: Because I can see, yeah, my roots are not as rooty as they used to be.
• 20:19
  SPEAKER_00: They're more gray.
• 20:21
SPEAKER_00: And I don't know, should I be embracing this?
• 20:24
  SPEAKER_00: Should I not?
• 20:25
  SPEAKER_00: It's too soon, right?
• 20:26
  SPEAKER_00: Shall we talk 55?
• 20:28
  SPEAKER_00: 60.
• 20:28
SPEAKER_00: If you're 55, you don't want to go gray.
• 20:30
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 20:31
  SPEAKER_00: Not everyone go gray.
• 20:32
  SPEAKER_00: Never.
• 20:32
SPEAKER_00: As long as they keep making my color.
• 20:34
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 20:34
SPEAKER_00: I've always said all my life, like, I'll as long as there's L'Oreal, I'll never be gray.
• 20:38
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_00: And now I'm like this age, I'm like, well, maybe you don't care.
• 20:44
SPEAKER_01: I was surprised all the people during COVID that went gray posting things online that they're gonna do.
• 20:48
SPEAKER_01: They can get their hair did.
• 20:50
  SPEAKER_01: Do it themselves.
• 20:53
SPEAKER_01: I mean, especially during that time.
• 20:55
SPEAKER_01: Even if you're, you know, one to actually go to the salon all the time.
• 20:58
SPEAKER_01: I would think during that time you could do your own.
• 21:00
SPEAKER_00: Well, desperate times do call for desperate measures.
• 21:04
  SPEAKER_00: They do.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_00: And that was pretty desperate times.
• 21:07
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 21:09
SPEAKER_00: Think about it before you jump in.
• 21:10
  SPEAKER_00: I'm thinking.
• 21:11
SPEAKER_00: I'm thinking, and and I'm gonna do CJ's due diligence.
• 21:14
SPEAKER_00: I'm going to do some research.
• 21:16
SPEAKER_00: Because one time I went in there talking about, oh, I want my haircut, and she just went walked it all off, and then I started crying, and then we were stuck with that.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_00: But I'm the one who said I wanted it, and she was doing what I said, but I wasn't obviously 100% convinced.
• 21:30
SPEAKER_00: So now we have to be on the same page.
• 21:33
SPEAKER_00: Now we have to deliberate, we have to go away, we have to meet again in six to eight weeks.
• 21:40
SPEAKER_00: I have to talk to Jeff.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: But also I think he knows me well enough to go, I think you'd hate it.
• 21:47
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 21:47
SPEAKER_00: You know, I think you'd be upset or whatever.
• 21:50
  SPEAKER_00: Who knows?
• 21:52
  SPEAKER_01: Anywho.
• 21:53
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 21:54
SPEAKER_01: Well, you have to not tell me when you do it.
• 21:56
  SPEAKER_01: To surprise you.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_01: Just I'll come home from work one night and think, oh.
• 22:00
  SPEAKER_01: My best friend's whole.
• 22:02
SPEAKER_01: You know I'd love you to look older than me.
• 22:05
  SPEAKER_01: Do it, do it.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_01: You know how women are.
• 22:09
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_01: I think you should do it.
• 22:13
  SPEAKER_01: No, I d I really don't.
• 22:14
SPEAKER_01: I don't think you'd be happy with it yet, but you never know.
• 22:18
SPEAKER_01: Like you said, there's like little apps out there.
• 22:20
SPEAKER_01: You just take a picture of yourself and throw it in there or throw different hairstyles and colors on you.
• 22:24
SPEAKER_01: Just do that and see what happens.
• 22:26
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 22:26
  SPEAKER_01: I'll do my research.
• 22:28
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you gotta do your research.
• 22:29
  SPEAKER_01: So let's get ready.
• 22:31
  SPEAKER_01: Go out.
• 22:32
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 22:32
SPEAKER_01: Well, maybe tonight you'll dream about the perfect hair color now that you're manifesting it and putting it out in the universe.
• 22:37
SPEAKER_00: And we're manifesting it, finding you a man.
• 22:40
  SPEAKER_00: All right.
• 22:40
SPEAKER_00: Well if it's meant to be, it's meant to be.
• 22:42
SPEAKER_01: We want to hear about your dreams.
• 22:44
SPEAKER_01: If you have something weird, I want to do a whole nother show about dreams, but I want other people's stories.
• 22:48
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna start logging mine because you know you remember them initially and then they kind of float away if they haven't affected you.
• 22:54
  SPEAKER_01: Donnie affected me.
• 22:55
SPEAKER_01: So I'm gonna put a notebook by my head and start, you know, trying to write down our dreams.
• 22:59
  SPEAKER_01: I want you to.
• 23:00
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 23:00
SPEAKER_01: And everybody out there, um, send us your dreams at BS Studios at myyahoo.com, and you can find us on Facebook, Instagram, all the places.
• 23:08
  SPEAKER_01: We're there.
• 23:09
  SPEAKER_01: We're all out there.
• 23:10
  SPEAKER_01: I know.
• 23:11
  SPEAKER_01: Everywhere.
• 23:12
SPEAKER_01: That's a wrap on Let's Wind with Brendan and Stacey.
• 23:15
  SPEAKER_01: Bye.
