- 3:12but anyway, Caribn is Sanah. Good morning, Good afternoon. Welcome to
- 3:15another beautiful conversation of the Pan African BLI show right here on the media of
- 3:21the twenty first century, the Blackout Financial Credit Station. Fourteen minutes past the
- 3:24top of the hour. I'm a little bit late today, but I hope
- 3:28you guys are doing amazing and of course betterly than never, you know,
- 3:31better lyd than never. I'm so glad to be here, of course to
- 3:34be bringing the conversation of the day where we shall be talking about Rwanda and
- 3:38the current one elections that of course took place yesterday. You know, ron,
- 3:44I believe it's one of the countries that are hell holds elections without having
- 3:49any you know, hesitations, and like other countries only see some hesitations like
- 3:53you know, or a week we need to go back to the poll stations
- 3:57a week. Something needs to be done. I don't know the electoral I
- 4:00don't know what they're not working. Sometimes it's just not always working. So
- 4:04most of the times we'll see elections when they have they turn up or other
- 4:09when we have elections held in Africa. It's gonna take some time a week
- 4:13or even sometimes a month for the results to be actually announced. But to
- 4:16Rwanda, you know, Rhonda's one of the countries that seems to be working
- 4:20just okay, you know the system is just now. But that is what
- 4:25we shall be focusing on. Caribunis Sana. Of course, Paul Kagami has
- 4:29one again with ninety nine percent. This time with the ninety nine percent point
- 4:32one five and of course you know, shout out to him and that his
- 4:36opponents got literally close to nothing. It is just super amazing to see that
- 4:41for over the last few years of election it's been the same same oppositions or
- 4:46the same same presidential presidential candidates, two opponents who try to challenge him.
- 4:50The rest to try to actually come and you know, especially women to try
- 4:56and write for a presidential seat. They have all been denied. Know it's
- 5:00not like no, no, no, do you try to get a chance
- 5:03despite me getting eighty nine percent. No, don't you do not stand that
- 5:06chance for people to see you. You know, it is so crazy,
- 5:10But we shall be talking about that. Of course, the results. How
- 5:13did this get to happen? And I will be sharing a video of some
- 5:16facts being actually released on a video that I was watching right here earlier,
- 5:23and that this is a video of four years ago, and that this actually
- 5:26reveals why we have just the same oppositions over the here in Rwanda, in
- 5:30over the years in Rwanda, and why Ruande's actually failed to talk. And
- 5:34I believe it was yesterday actually, and for a few months years I've been
- 5:41talking about what I've not seen, especially once I've been talking about I've not
- 5:44seen Rande's on TikTok live alone TikTok even being bloggers on YouTube, I rarely
- 5:51see bloggers on YouTube from Rwanda. We only see other people from other countries.
- 5:57Like what the maya from Ghana going to want to show us how you
- 6:00know, Kagami has been able to give job people job opportunities, clean the
- 6:05city, maintain the hygiene. But there's so much that actually you'll not see
- 6:11on the mainstream media and the majority of the times you'll see Rhonda actually if
- 6:15it's on the board or on debate from the mainstream media BABCC. And then
- 6:17this news is all about DARC Congo where they're trying to defend themselves being of
- 6:23course innocent or you know how they can try work together with Darc Congo Buttter.
- 6:30You'll never see any reports of a day to day activity of what happens
- 6:34to wander how the run these people feel about Kagame. Instead you really see
- 6:41Kagami himself being the one to talk about it. So will be showing a
- 6:44video that actually reveals a lot of things that actually so personally I didn't know
- 6:47and I don't know how many of you did know. This. On the
- 6:50video that I shall be spoken and of course pitching fact as I get to
- 6:55give my sentiments regarding that, you shall also talk about the richest man in
- 6:59Africa that is an icon Dangotte, and it comes out that today or a
- 7:03few hours ago, he said that he doesn't own any home outside Nigeria.
- 7:10So all I come with fact and that this includes also is dan gotte cement
- 7:15where we can see that actually has extended this business to ten African countries.
- 7:19And the question is he's even paying his people correctly, you know, despite
- 7:24him being the richest man we talk about where and yesterday I was talking about
- 7:28our African business keep on collapsing because of nepotism. Secondly, because these pour
- 7:32also wage payment, because I believe effort is more putting if you're paying me
- 7:38correctly. Trust me, most of the people you are going to be pushed
- 7:41towards their work if they're really paid well. But in a society of majority
- 7:45of the black community, you're still gonna push yourself despite the wages you're getting.
- 7:50Being bad. So he has come out to defend himself, And don't
- 7:56understand why is he defending himself out of just knowing saying that he owned no
- 8:01home outside Nigeria. We know all these billionaires, all these millionaires from African
- 8:07countries. We've seen examples with our very own president. They own islands,
- 8:11they own houses in islands, they own, you know, so many things
- 8:16outside the African continent. They have failed to invest actually in their own homes
- 8:20but rather going to invest outside. So you're not telling me the richest man
- 8:26in Africa is that clever? I mean, he could not even he has
- 8:30not been able even to create what this other, this other billionaire were merged
- 8:35in Nigeria. What he is trying to do. He has not tried to
- 8:37help people actually grow, but staking the same same state of poverty and labor,
- 8:46which is what we're talking about yesterday. But yes, those are our
- 8:48major conversations for today. Rwanda and Nigeria, that is are focusing on.
- 8:54I call dam Gotte the richest man in Africa, and we shouldn't see how
- 8:58he acquired of his wealth, what really really happened. And also we shall
- 9:03talk a little bit when we come back after this short musical break about Gambia.
- 9:05I remember a few months ago at the beginning of this year, the
- 9:09more and that was so much focused on a Gambia Parliament which was actually or
- 9:13rather we had some MPs word suggested or proposed a bill on allowing female genital
- 9:20motivation to be brought back. But far apparently and rather you know which it
- 9:26scomes as a good news. You can see that the parliament has rejected this
- 9:28bill to allow female genital motilation to happen in the country. So those are
- 9:33our top discussions for the day. And I hope you guys get to enjoy
- 9:35the conversation shot occasions William's carib and I hope you're doing amazing. I began
- 9:39with an amazing jam and we shall get back to that and come back with
- 9:43the quote of the day. Say, in case you have anything positive kindly
- 9:46feel freitish. Say you will see a day. You say you will be
- 10:07a day. I got to just say you'll stay anything. If you say
- 10:28you'll be to wait see me say would you be seen the fight time?
- 10:56Just let me speak yes. And of course Casana once again yes that is
- 11:03a sweet lady. And that song that actually came to my head before me
- 11:07starting the shadows like I'm gonna start my show today with that amazing jam from
- 11:13Terries. I don't know however you get your fri nance's name. Carib Salah
- 11:16was again to Roman Zalez open did amazing today, Caribu Sanae shout also were
- 11:22one opening amazing, nice to see you today and shout occasions Williams one more
- 11:26time, try to Donald no, shout to everyone one cop TikTok shot to
- 11:33my chada quit too Muchava moshavamshava. I think God is moshava. Okay,
- 11:39moshava queto. Welcome to the Blackout Financial Credit Station. This is the media
- 11:43of the twenty first century, and my name is Joby. Twenty two minutes
- 11:46past the top of the hour, and of course, welcome to the Pan
- 11:50African bleash. Like I said, we shall be focusing on the elections that
- 11:54took place yesterday in Rwanda, where we can see Paul Kagami once again.
- 11:58He has of course become the winner. And it's crazy again when you try
- 12:03and look at the current the previous elections over the years, how they have
- 12:07been conducted. It's you're supposed to pose a question and ask yourself, why
- 12:11why does Kagami every time? You know, don't we have other people who
- 12:16can just apart from the two oppositions, who can come and try, you
- 12:20know, Vye for the presidential seats. So we have the answers and I'll
- 12:22be sharing much more of what you know our Rwanda or other people of Randa
- 12:26are being treated, you know, how they are silenced, how we have
- 12:31only two oppositions who have been you know, doing this for over the years.
- 12:35And much more coming also from Nigeria, like I said, from Ko
- 12:37than Gote. But before it gets to start, I'll talk about of course
- 12:41Gambia, which comes in today with some positive news. This comes in months
- 12:46after we debated about this and we said some of the things actually talk about.
- 12:50It's sad to see the African countries still we talk about. But I
- 12:54want to judge because we understanding doctrination, miseducation, how it has actually took
- 13:00place, and how it has been super effective to the African people's and the
- 13:03mindset female genital motivations. It's not something that are actually into day twenty twenty
- 13:09four, something that Africa as a continent should be talking about, not just
- 13:16Gambia. And this is why madridy of the times I've said this, if
- 13:18we really had a true organizations that are working, like the African Union,
- 13:22we should say when one proposal or one bill is brought on the table,
- 13:28the rest of the African countries should be actually included. Is this fair for
- 13:35us to pass this as a continent? It should not just be one country.
- 13:39But because we have this fake borderism thing, I do understand. But
- 13:43if it really had true organizations, that is the first thing you should do
- 13:46when a bill is brought, When a bill is proposed, let the other
- 13:52African countries discussed it, see if this is fair for the people. Let
- 13:56the people actually also be included. That is the type of dialog we wanna
- 14:01have. Let the people be included in decision making. But the only countries
- 14:09I see doing that right now is booking a person Nijah and may the rest
- 14:13is the bullshit type of dialog that we have in But at the same that
- 14:16the Gambe lawmakers have rejected a bill seeking to overturn a twenty fifteen ban on
- 14:22female genital motivation, and the Speaker of the Parliament for Kabari to bong Jatta
- 14:28said a majority of MP's had voted against the bill even before it's that final
- 14:35reading due to late this month. Human rights groups and you M had urged
- 14:39MPAs to block this bill which has introduced was introduced in much sorry after the
- 14:43pressure from some Muslim clerics. It's always the Muslims somehow because this is their
- 14:50culture. I'm sorry to say this Muslims culture, and I'm not supporting and
- 14:56say that it is fair for them to be practicing this. But sadly we
- 15:03also see Christians affected by this, you know Basin who are really pushing it
- 15:09because they really do practice it and Majory. It's it's less percentage of the
- 15:15people of female or women, especially in the Muslim society who are educated to
- 15:20understand this is wrong. To understand this is so backic and it needs to
- 15:24be thought. You'll only see a few videos I've seen a few only on
- 15:31TikTok who come confidently talking about because it's also con considered as a shame.
- 15:39Most of the women could not talk or I don't know if it's still there,
- 15:43but I remember when I was in ice school, most of the women
- 15:46could not talk openly about being mutilated because it's it's it's, it's it is
- 15:56actually it is wrong. These are people view you. There's the type of
- 16:04view you really given. But they're saying that the Gambia is among the ten
- 16:08countries with the highest rates of FGM. And I think you remember I discussing
- 16:14this whole topic and rejected. How many countries I've managed to burn this back
- 16:18ache behavior, How many countries still practice this and resow So many countries Actually
- 16:23a quiet number of percentage of countries have dealt away with it. They're saying
- 16:29that Gambia is among the ten countries with the highest rate of FGM, with
- 16:33seventy three percent of women and girls age fifteen to forty nine having undergone the
- 16:37procedure. The draft tabled a male Gibber was rejected after mp IS voted against
- 16:44all of its proposed classes. Miss Jatter say that the bill had been rejected
- 16:49and the legislative process exhausted and therefore it could not move to the third reading.
- 16:59When it was in produced in March, the bill was approved by majority
- 17:02of the MP's. Of course, I think this majority of the cases happened
- 17:06in every African countries. Again, look at how parliaments are being runned when
- 17:10a bill is proposed. Instead of these people first setting a dialogue with the
- 17:14people, it's a number of the members of parliament are going to be paid.
- 17:19Because this is also something I believe beneficial somehow to the white man because
- 17:26they do con't cover up these stories. So the more the culture is practiced,
- 17:32the more the money, the more the views on YouTube, the more
- 17:34the numbers. And we remember the image being perceived or being given outside there
- 17:41about Africa is there is not supposed to be received positively. There is not
- 17:48a positive image about culture to do with African people. That is not our
- 17:55culture. But anyway, we go back, so they're saying. When it
- 18:07was introduced in March, the bill was approved by majority of the MP's.
- 18:11The MPigs raising the prospect of the Gambia becoming the first country country the overturn
- 18:19that overturn are ban on the practice and in the procedure most of the severe
- 18:25form. After removing the sensitive glitteries, the genitals are cut and stitched close
- 18:30so that the woman cannot have or enjoy sex. And now the twenty fifteen
- 18:36band introduced friends and jail terms up to three years of four perpetrators and the
- 18:41life sentences if a gal dies as a result. FGM is banned in more
- 18:47than seventy countries globally, but continues to be practiced practically in a particularly sorry
- 18:55in mostly majority countries such as Gambia, even here in Kenya, Ethopia,
- 19:00so many and other countries that are not even mentioned here that I know,
- 19:06but I discussed all this. I don't go back to the details and everything.
- 19:11This is not safe and I believe again when we introduce the system of
- 19:18education, this are some of the things we should talk about. Our culture
- 19:22should be part of education. Traditions should be part of our education. Everything
- 19:30to do with US African people should be part of our system of education.
- 19:33That is afrocentric type of education that should be introduced whereby I believe men should
- 19:41be taught. We've talked about period shame where majority of the men will laugh
- 19:48at a woman for messing herself because they're not educated. They're supposed to help
- 19:53a woman. You can help her cover herself up. You can maybe get
- 19:57her a pack of part if you really have the money, because the availability
- 20:02of pads is not really really there. We can see the type of women
- 20:07the senators were supposed to present us and talk about our issues are talking about.
- 20:11They were at some points as if it's a flex, you still you,
- 20:17still you still every month, It's still you're still a lady every month.
- 20:23Doesn't make it different from me, just because using a T point,
- 20:27so it's not supposed to be a flex. Karen Yamo, I really don't
- 20:33like Karen Yamo. Let this message get I really don't like that lady for
- 20:37nothing. And yes she's then she's like the next one. Were supposed to
- 20:41be stepping down, these nominated people, they're supposed to step down. But
- 20:45I believe men should be taught these kind of things. You should be taught
- 20:49the culture because in most of the cases women we are, especially in Africa,
- 20:56women were taught the cultures and traditions. Many just supposed to be a
- 21:00hunter, bring bad food. Of course. Yeah, the masculinity is there.
- 21:10We're not really there. If I try to go back to our really
- 21:14masculine men, it's there. I'm not going to discredit our men, it's
- 21:18there. But these are men who are raised whereby you know, you're just
- 21:25supposed to be a man, and the women were taught the cultures, the
- 21:27traditions were I'm supposed to feed you, I'm supposed to wash your clothes.
- 21:30I'm supposed to serve you. I'm supposed to obey you. And this has
- 21:34led to also domestic abuse, I mean gender based, gender based violence.
- 21:42Literally, it has led to all that in marriages because men want to be
- 21:53more hard and listen less. And in today's society, I don't believe there's
- 22:04a woman who's gonna do that, but some will in such countries like Gambia
- 22:10because people are not tough that well. Like I said, majority of especially
- 22:15the Muslim groups, most of these women do not go to school because again
- 22:19it's the men who are the most prominent. But with nothing. Because again
- 22:25this man either becomes a polygamous man, he cannot take care of these women
- 22:32nor the children. Coverty is created from there because they're spoken about this.
- 22:37When we had our men who could be able to, you know, have
- 22:41two three wives is because the wealth was there. You knew you could actually
- 22:45take care of these people with generational wealth that was there, but today we
- 22:49have none. So it's our own lot to learn if the system of education
- 22:56is just to be changed, because I believe this is some something that our
- 23:00men themselves should know, because this is men doing this for their own selfish
- 23:07reasons. So then first actually should be the ones educated about what this really
- 23:17means to a woman. Our effectivity is because there's so many number of recorded
- 23:21deads because of FGM, so it's something that needs to be dealt away with
- 23:26completely. But those are my remarks forgetting that. You can pay your comments
- 23:30for the social be cutting the show on a replay, and of course welcome
- 23:33to everyone who's just tuning in on Twitter and on YouTube. Carribunisana. Do
- 23:37give me your sentiments to get in the conversation of the day as we move
- 23:40on to the next topic is about Nigeria, and of course this is about
- 23:45Ico Doan got it the richest man in Africa and apparently a few hours ago
- 23:51he said he owns only two homes, only two in Nigeria and he doesn't
- 23:57own any outside Nigeria. And my first question there was reason of the way
- 24:04I understand all these wealthy men in Africa, including the Kenyatas, the Kagames,
- 24:11the Musservanes and bunch, none of them. If you try follow the
- 24:18traces of the businesses. Majority they have, they are not invested in Africa.
- 24:23Majority they have in Africa is just shares, but not even of their
- 24:29own government, not shares of their own government or the system they control.
- 24:37Shares of maybe a few companies also maybe controlled by Indians and all that.
- 24:44So Dangotte has said the saying that the Africa richest man that is a lie
- 24:49cornor Collinaryico. But anyway, Liko Dangotta, let me just call him Dangotte.
- 24:53I shocked many Nigerians after saying that it doesn't own a house outside the
- 24:57country. Mister Damgotta sai he had two houses in his hometown of Carno and
- 25:03Legs and lived in a rented apartment whenever he visits the capital of Abuja.
- 25:08Sounds like a billionaire type of mindset, because I mean, if you have
- 25:12money, you don't have a show of trying to look like a poor man.
- 25:17That is, I'm trying to think like that you know, you're a
- 25:19billionaire and yourna. You know, it's given a movie, it's given this
- 25:27cattel who's a billionaire, but he rents an apartment. You know, only
- 25:33who owns to home that is where the family lives maybe and maybe a home
- 25:38for vacations. Let's assume right, and the apartment is now his own where
- 25:44he runs his businesses. It's funny. I enjoy politics. It's really really
- 25:51amazing. But they also had that he was listed by Forbes magazine that was
- 25:57in January as Africa rich as man and for the thirteenth year in a road
- 26:02despite the country's economic difficulties. How are you rich in a country? You
- 26:07know that questions about I go back to people like a banner boy whiz kid.
- 26:12I believe actually artists, if these people combine and they can help and
- 26:18save their people and their countries. But it's the system, the way it's
- 26:26created. It's not supposed to be done. The situation is supposed to remain
- 26:30the same. And because you're talking about artists who are also bought by the
- 26:33same system. Because if you talk about Bana boy Ayara Asake, these people,
- 26:38all of them, they're already gone. They belong to the white supremacy.
- 26:48But let's go back to the Forbes. So the same that he was
- 26:52listed by Forbes magazine magazine in January as the Africa richest man for the thirteenth
- 26:56year in a road despite the country's economic economic difficulties, is fortune rows by
- 27:03four hundred million dollars over the last year, giving him a networth of thirteen
- 27:07point nine billion dollars. Forb said at the time there is seventy there is
- 27:14ten point seven billion euros for those in England. The sixty six year old
- 27:27business man made is fortunate in cement and sugar and last year opened an oil
- 27:33refinery in Nigeria economic hub in Legos. But why is oil still expensive in
- 27:40Nigeria? There is another question. The richest man in Africa, in a
- 27:47country that is full of oil that it doesn't control, has built a refinery,
- 27:52oil economic hub, but fails to actually make the cost of oil in
- 28:04his country affordable. They want to keep on subsidizing. You're telling me you
- 28:10can't collaborate to the president to try give him actually one to three ways on
- 28:14how you can create employment now in this or create more refinery companies. M
- 28:19let's continue they're saying that the industry, the industrialized made denvers light made that
- 28:26dandosliced and made the disclosure while speaking to journalists at the Dangote Petroleum Refinery on
- 28:33Sunday, and the comments surprise many in the country, where the rich elit
- 28:37have reputation for their opulent, opulent lifestyles. Many out Nigerians own houses in
- 28:45London, Dubai and Atlanta. His comments have elicited insited a wide reaction on
- 28:52social media, with some saying it is a wise business decision as it is
- 28:56cheaper to pay rent than by our Okay, but we do want to continue
- 29:04with the whole lies Cosmos cappin. Let's get into fat straight away, as
- 29:10I said the video which is giving us a few details about how he treats
- 29:15his people, a company, the companies he owns, how he ended up
- 29:21having all these companies, how do they put all these investments where and how
- 29:29a call dang reaches backman on it? What over thirteen point five billion dollars
- 29:33according to folks Why's room band Billionaires Index, it's made about fifteen point seven
- 29:38billion dollars, which about the case. He's still each other an emacy can
- 29:41your waste, Christer Ronaldo, Michael Jordan, do Natal and jess Or combined.
- 29:47Yet he will not have heard much about him if he eves had Africa.
- 29:51He lives not like a billionaire just one day, I want to a
- 29:55bank. I don't know if he's really rich than Trump and other about anyway,
- 30:00you know Africa has resources. So let's continue no restrictions of this and
- 30:04not check and cash ten million dollars and I took it home for yourself for
- 30:11myself. Yes, are your cash during millions dollars as less? Yes,
- 30:15yes, I took it. I'm putting in the boot of my vehicle and
- 30:19I worked home. And isn't that illegal? Number one? Okay, let
- 30:25me not ask you it is. I open it and I look at ten
- 30:27minutes I said, I'm working for I am now I believe I have,
- 30:30but it is somewhere with His work in the first ward of twenty twenty two
- 30:36was almost the same as the GDP of SNECA and as Acond country of about
- 30:38eighteen million BIP in twenty twenty three. His work is had and the GDP
- 30:42of the two African countries one of his companies. Then what this meant makes
- 30:45about ten point nine million dollars every day, according to the twenty two two
- 30:49and Our report listening the company makes the film the fifty thousand dollars every hour.
- 30:53Yes, the big piece of his workers for these nobal po wages in
- 30:56twenty five. You're making all that money that day in an in hours,
- 31:02within twenty four hours. But your people are still complaining about the wages,
- 31:06about how you're paying them. HM. Let's continue down goatee and you're only
- 31:11own two houses anyway, the mindset of a billionaire. Let's assume fifteen a
- 31:15group of dangled staff workers the protest demanding a payris. A few days later,
- 31:21four all the protests as we are signed for the daily protests and for
- 31:23speaking to the media. In January twent twenty two, over five from the
- 31:26workers added they were fired and Goodes Cement, Plant and Massieties MBA went on
- 31:32the fourth this strike to demand that the West under abgain conditions. The assument
- 31:36controversy saw in his words in his video you discussing his lives to worlds its
- 31:40ambisious polit c activities that later De Cann of the pt DOS cinent one of
- 31:44his biggest livers. His investment strategy and he strive to have a share in
- 31:47like xia or your words building a Verbec refinery. Born in nineteen fifty seven,
- 31:56Aliko Dangote is the son of Mohammed Dangote and Maria Saluci Datata. In
- 32:00nineteen sixty five, just eight is after his beth, his father died.
- 32:05His father, Mumba Dangote, was a business associate and in law of the
- 32:07Dantata family. To his mother, Aliko is the great girl son of Arrassan
- 32:12Datata, which is personally wasst Aveca at the time of his death in nineteen
- 32:15fifty five. Alhasan Data was a leader in Kulda notes and ganauts, and
- 32:20he was also a distributor of European goods. He supplied large b dis traading
- 32:23companies with Loma trios and also had business in places in Galen which was known
- 32:28then as Good Coast. In nineteen twenty nine, when the Bank of British
- 32:30West Africa which is currently known today as First Bank of Nigeria opened a branch
- 32:36in Ghana, Datata, they posted twenty camelos of silver coins into his accountry
- 32:38with the plan this is just like you're go into a back with eight Boi
- 32:42operas free deal money. Shortly before his deaths. While declating his word to
- 32:45his family, he pointed to Sisty cannot pyramids in Ghando has saved. These
- 32:50are all mine. He cannot. Pyramid is a stack of about fifteen thousand
- 32:54bucks of gand notes packed in the shape of a pyramid. Ahassan dan data
- 32:58at Sisty of those girls plants all these verdy motivations young Aliko Dangote got from
- 33:02his lame the otherther's story. Langute one said, I can remember when I
- 33:07was in primary school. I would go and back a lots of sugar and
- 33:08I would start selling them just to make money. I was so inflested in
- 33:13business even at that time. Johnst I SGEL twenty. In ninety seven seven,
- 33:16after dijecting from Azar University of Egypt, where he studied business, Anika
- 33:21Dangote joined his uncle including commodities in Cana, Nigeria. That same year,
- 33:24Dangote repeated to the Gos to beauty own company. Dangote is chiefly from the
- 33:29thousand and I from his uncle to beg inclading the commodities equod This meant as
- 33:32well as other agricultural I do like rice as sugar with the five thousand and
- 33:37I languagestaday is cement straight in ninety seven to eight. The eventual quickly became
- 33:42successful and turned into a cash cow. The one thing that I'm very,
- 33:47very proud of is that I did not inherit any money from my father.
- 33:52I built everything from scratch to a lies. Your father died when you were
- 33:59proud of the young Yeah, he died when I was eight years old,
- 34:01so he didn't live as well. Large amount of money for you why he
- 34:06left in the world. But you know, I mean, what about that
- 34:10I inherited from him, which means in assets. I gave that one too
- 34:15charity. Since then, if dog did not inherit any money from his father,
- 34:19how did he make so much money in the space of just a few
- 34:22years exactly from just a fish university didty to becoming the richest back man on
- 34:25it. Let's take a look at one of those shit details that happened.
- 34:32A performs business other businesses that would also have some printing, because if it
- 34:37is okay, fine, if he's saying he made everything from scratch to be
- 34:42coming now a man who's network is thirteen points nine billion dollars, then all
- 34:52of us should be somewhere as African people. I mean, why aren't majority
- 34:54of the Nigerians you know, living lavish or being actually not even being millionaires.
- 35:01Why are they not even in a middle class. We're talking about middle
- 35:05class yesterday actually also being wiped out right now because people in a survival mode.
- 35:10So understanding that, oh god, it's the way they play with people's
- 35:17mentality. Understanding that most of the African African families and generations have to struggle
- 35:27to gain their world. I mean, I don't know if you guys I
- 35:36understand. Let me let me post that again, understanding how we have scarcity
- 35:40literally of generational world among its black people, because that is what Dangote is
- 35:46trying to tell us here. Since he didn't inherit anything from his dad,
- 35:51he built anything, everything from scratch, wouldn't all of us be actually billionnaires,
- 35:57would be billionaires all of us But to Kay Williams carributing amazing man the
- 36:02mind us business advantage instantly during the re election bit of president, which in
- 36:07Nobassenger a prominent clue in the fination of the campaign, he gave over four
- 36:13to five million dollars which increased two million dollars in support for the relation big
- 36:16if from the thousand dollars contributions to the National Amost under the name of Friends
- 36:21of Passenger an Artico and under two million dollars contribution. These contributions related into
- 36:28investments. If he is Afican, something that I've observed, most of the
- 36:31African leaders right now are doing all of these puppets. That is what I
- 36:36believe our deputy president in Kenya did. Uh put some money in elections,
- 36:43in politics, political rallies and all that, and then that comes in as
- 36:46an investment and now he can talk whatever he wants to say. And this
- 36:51is what we we had him saying, this country has shareholders, invest stakeholders
- 36:55and whatever, and just people who would just belonged to the country. Contribution
- 37:01Negodessement find ampetition against ibeto Cement, one of its major competitors in adjussement markets.
- 37:07In impetition, Negodessement arranged that ibitus Men was enjoying an offair advantage by
- 37:13reducing his task exposure on Boxman imports. The five percent early that godsements in
- 37:17the source and unfair advantage contravert a presential directive that other import has to pay
- 37:22twenty percent in polity and five percent value added a tax in return. Present
- 37:27Abasejo issued a directive that Ibata was not allowed to import cement until ecovided proof
- 37:31of his investment in local production. In December two turn and five, the
- 37:35President showed that Ibator cement plan for allegedly claiming investment task baks On preats.
- 37:39This gave dog with the cment more conclused of an adjustment market and could be
- 37:43seen as a pay per favor of Funey paid them to Dangote for delieration supports.
- 37:47But a few years later, in two thurnde seven, when meet Presidents
- 37:52so sid the Passenger Administration following the two turns and seven n generations, Libetusment
- 37:57applied for important location, claiming to have met is declat conditions the Passenger Adminisation
- 38:00earlier demanded. The company was then granted an avocation of one point five metritos
- 38:05of cement value at five percent import tuty and tax free under the backward integration
- 38:09policy. On account of this, Dangotesement petitional present here that the alleged and
- 38:15affair advantage he pressed then related a cemates import as to operate under the same
- 38:19concessions. Stink that Dangote's petition against the BETA was anti competitive, meaning the
- 38:23one day monopoly in Cements. However, to reduce the economic and political risk
- 38:29with in Nigeria and to stay a bit away from the struggle with hiberit To
- 38:31cement Languides, Cements began looking for opportunities to expand your Nigeria. The company's
- 38:37strategy. The focused on continental expansion with deputy and acquisition of cement plants in
- 38:40other African countries. Tend African countries to be specific, because I was trying
- 38:45to check which countries are those have not seen as specifically where or which countries
- 38:52they are I've not seen because I was trying to even deeper to do that,
- 39:00go to see which countries really really they all but let me see this.
- 39:04I didn't say this, Okay, yeah, but the countries are not
- 39:08really mentioned. We just no, it's in ten African countries, but I'm
- 39:15not sure which one and rich one and rich on but any in case I
- 39:17get the details, I'll share another day as we get to cover the same
- 39:22same story now and subsidiaries operating in ten African countries today. It's one of
- 39:29the largest congoments in after it's crazy y Williams, No, what what is
- 39:31saying? So this man I'm sharing his video for those words just coming in.
- 39:37Uh. He was actually questioned by BBC about his wealth, not even
- 39:45his wealth, but literally how many properties does he own in terms of houses.
- 39:50He said he owns no house outside Nigeria, owns only two houses that
- 39:54is in his hometown, and that he lived in a rented apartment. Okay,
- 40:00that is the richest man in Africa is living in a rented apartment.
- 40:04And maybe I'm tryna say this looks like a movie. Okay, maybe I
- 40:07could be telling the truth. You know, this is the billionaire mindset trying
- 40:12to I'm trying to be I'm trying to reason like him or try to see
- 40:16what he's trying to say. You know, of course you've been a billionaire.
- 40:21You do gonna show people you have money, so you're gonna live in
- 40:23a rented apartment. But the whole world knows you the richest man. You're
- 40:27renting an apartment. Still, so this com comes in when he says,
- 40:31which you can see, of course, being shown the history of his generation
- 40:37where the grandfather was also rich. He used to supply food in Ethiopia and
- 40:43all that you can see the history is being broken down very well. How
- 40:47the father acquired you know the world as well and now to damn got it,
- 40:52but he says he didn't actually inherit anything from the father nothing. All
- 41:00this wealth is from the scratch, from the scratch. So my question again
- 41:06is if all Africans literally could acquire well from the scratch, don't you think
- 41:08all of us could be there if no generation wealth was being passed to us,
- 41:15it would all be well than what it is. Our network would also
- 41:20be very very high. But it doesn't pay its people well. That is
- 41:23what we can also see from these details. It doesn't pay its people.
- 41:29While in twenty fifteen we had the people who did demonstrate about his company,
- 41:32that is the Dangote Cement for not paying people well, and I fired those
- 41:37people immediately. But let's cover up more. We have three minutes of this
- 41:43as it gets to wind up, and then we get to Kagame story.
- 41:46Dangote Group has moved from being a leading complete to becomingny dies in thus group
- 41:51in Nigeria. Dangote is the founder, chairman and CEO of Dangote Group.
- 41:58The Dangotech Group composition atment and with the sugar and with the and with the
- 42:02salt, then got pasta and with the logistics and now than oil girls than
- 42:08for the company in Africa. Why then with the sugar is the largout sugar
- 42:12refinery in West Africa and it is largest in the world. The sugar Dominus
- 42:15the sugar market in Nigeria and its demins a player of about seventy percent of
- 42:20sugar Usbene and Jblish Companies and Braver Race. So one thing I'm trying to
- 42:23connect right here. This sounds like a Billgate type of whole thing again,
- 42:27So I'm not gonna even play the rest of it in case you and and
- 42:30maybe do more research understand that this is all just for sure. That is
- 42:37what I'm picking up right here. Dan Water is not rich anywhere. That
- 42:40is the white man who has given him that name. You know, because
- 42:45you're talking yesterday about understanding terms which came with a white man. The language
- 42:51I'm talking came with a white man, So you got to understand the terms
- 42:54you're using. You need to understand the terms you're using. So Dangotte is
- 43:07not rich, he's rich nowhere. He's a bill Gate of Africa that is
- 43:13being used. All those companies are under his name. Cause I think I'm
- 43:19trying to understand the same thing with Shell. Our shell to cover the Nigeria
- 43:22oil production and now he's in control of it. And then now they have
- 43:31different names. We have Shell, we have Totel, we have so many
- 43:37different types of name. But he's the same person. So it could be
- 43:40Dangott Cement, it could be it could be down Gotta Sugar, it could
- 43:44be down Gott wherever Dan got a diapers. But it's he's not the one
- 43:47who owns it. It's just it's not the names either under him or he
- 43:54has shares there. That is what I'm trying to understand them. But he's
- 43:59not good man because most of the videos we try to check is linked to
- 44:04corruption. You can see his work with politicians, his investments all goes to
- 44:10elections and all that same thing I've seen happening writing Kenya. Like I said,
- 44:15with our deputy president, that is how nobody knew our deputy president even
- 44:20during the campaign. Nobody knew our deputy president trust me, and then boom,
- 44:24we have someone who's talking all the in front of our faces, telling
- 44:30us we can't. We don't. We won't get job opportunities even if we
- 44:32graduate. That's what he was saying. You continue graduating, you get a
- 44:40job opportunities this country. You should know us shareholders, they called us and
- 44:45all that, because this is how they're getting into power. Well, one
- 44:51thing I've said that what is smart Off. He didn't really directly get into
- 44:54politics, but he owns a couple of businesses, but still they're using him.
- 45:04Is a bill gate in Africa. I believe that's what it's all,
- 45:07our whole bill gates in Africa. But as we get to move to the
- 45:09main conversation is about, of course Paul Kagami. Where yesterday we did,
- 45:14of course witness the country undergoing election and where we saw the presidential candidates included
- 45:23Paul Kagami and the other two whose names actually have not been able to capture.
- 45:28But we'll be sharing much more as we get to move on. Now.
- 45:30This video right here actually explains why for the past few and over the
- 45:36years, over the election past elections in Rwanda, why Kagami has only allowed
- 45:43two oppositions to challenge him, Because if you try actually checking the previous elections,
- 45:47it's the same same to opponents or other presidential candidates who are trying to
- 45:53challenge him. Yesterday, are trying to check on what is happening during the
- 45:59day, and I saw a video writer I was talking about this lady who
- 46:02was one among the presidential candidates want to also wanted to, you know,
- 46:07challenge her gamme, but as she was told you would not do this,
- 46:13she was actually not even given the chance. It's no a matter of even
- 46:16if you're gonna get zero point one percent, No you're not eligible and you
- 46:22won't try to come challenge me. So talks a lot about the dictatorship in
- 46:28Rwanda, and personally, I do believe this is where all eyes from Africa
- 46:34need to focus on countries that where we have dictators I'm talking about not Congo,
- 46:38bats Uganda, Rwanda, Equatorial Guinea, wherever these puppet leaders have been
- 46:45serving over the years and don't let let go of that presidential seat. Their
- 46:52age gap does not allow them to resonate with the young people, and it's
- 46:58a high time they understand if Kenya is actually doing it. I believe the
- 47:02whole Africa we can also focus our direction and save others from this dictatorship.
- 47:13So I'm gonna share this video. It explains even much more. I think
- 47:15it was last year I did talk about again Kagame and journalists. Well,
- 47:21we know it is in Rwanda, and if you check most of the videos
- 47:23from Kagam is a very keen president when he's taking actually questions from journalists.
- 47:30We've seen most of his videos. Is gonna actually call out on journalists for
- 47:36trying to question anything to do with twenty three rebels, anything to do with
- 47:40Darca Congo, or anything to do with this leadership. We've seen Kagame calling
- 47:49out on all this white journalists no matter where he is, he's never afraid
- 47:53to talk about it. His criticized actually the mainstream media for you for not
- 48:00talking fasts all the time about the African continent and the images they use for
- 48:05their own benefit. But what about him? Are people in this country allowed
- 48:09to talk? That is the question. It was yesterday again I did speak
- 48:14about where I've not seen and I mentioned that before at the beginning of the
- 48:16show. I rarely see bloggers live alone TikTokers on YouTube from Rwanda, and
- 48:23if they're there, I bet they're talking about none of the majority of what
- 48:28African people right now talking about day to day basic are you know activities,
- 48:32what is happening in the country and focus on the mainstream media. Rare will
- 48:37you hear daily activities being reported from Randa again unless from what is happening in
- 48:43Darc Congo and the conflict they have, So who is can garming? So
- 48:49this video I'm gonna share till where I can. I'm gonna share this video
- 48:53till where I can, and then from there we shall actually conclude a couple
- 48:59of things regarding Hliya silenced people from Ruanda. That says Jacqueline Lukemann with the
- 49:09Real News Network, the past that we refuse to acknowledge or in this case
- 49:15that's been covered up so expertly by by the US propaganda machine will always resurface
- 49:22to haunt us in the president, such is the case of President Paul Kagame
- 49:27of Rwanda. In a previous segment, I talked with author Judy Reaper,
- 49:31whose book in Praise of Blood, the Crimes of the Rwandan Patriotic Front highlights
- 49:37the role of Kadame and his Rwandan Patriotic Front Army that they played as not
- 49:45the heroes who ended the genocide in nineteen ninety four, but who committed their
- 49:51own acts of mass violence in the conflict. In this segment, we turn
- 49:55our attention to current and ongoing conflicts surrounding Kadame, as those who challenge his
- 50:02administration and question his past face brutal repression and worse. Joining me for this
- 50:09discussion is Claude dot A b Uk, who is a survivor of the Rwandan
- 50:15genocide and is executive director of the African Great Lakes Action Network. Claude,
- 50:21thank you so much for joining. Thank you for having me, jacquin So
- 50:27Claude. Since Paul Kagame was elected president of Rwanda, has there always been
- 50:32opposition within the country to him or is that a new phenomenon, the opposition
- 50:39to to the gomic. I think to call it an election, you have
- 50:45to put quad marks right, because Paul Kagama basically runs against himself, which
- 50:52is why he wins, why he wins ninety three percent in two three if
- 51:00I'm not mistaken, and in twenty seventeen exactly, even to anyone who does
- 51:06not understand politics, because I was listening to the radio today in the morning
- 51:09and I was hearing this guy was talking about the election of Rwanda, and
- 51:14he was like there's no way nowhere in the world. Ninety nine percent you
- 51:19as an individual where you have competitors, that all goes to you. Okay,
- 51:24you can't tell me. The rest of the people do not really have
- 51:27people who love them or you know, trying to give them a chance.
- 51:31So it tells a lot about again what he just said. Cogne runs against
- 51:37himself. These opponents or these other presidential candidates are here for a show,
- 51:45and this for the mainstream media show, which I've explained before breaking down how
- 51:51you should understand politics and the election day, especially what you should observe.
- 52:00By the way his terms were supposed to end in twenty seventeen, he forced
- 52:04a change in the constitution to allow him to run to be president until twenty
- 52:13thirty four, that is fourteen years from now. And that is you have
- 52:17that Let me be that. I don't know if you guys had that run.
- 52:21I don't know if you guys had that run. It's taken in ninety
- 52:23nine percent in twenty seventeen. After by the way his terms were supposed to
- 52:30end in twenty seventeen, he forced a change in the constitution to allow him
- 52:36to run to be president until twenty thirty four. That is fourteen years from
- 52:44now, and that is eighteen years, sorry, seventeen years in addition to
- 52:52the seventeen years he had served as president officially. But he's really been in
- 52:58charge since nineteen ninety four years because he's really doing the white of the white
- 53:01man. You know, he's really doing the work of the white man very
- 53:06well. He's really like, you know, really, I was saying yesterday,
- 53:10this guy deserves an Oscar, Old Oscar, because it's three days to
- 53:16the competition. But you pull up in the like I'm the winner. What
- 53:21you're talking about. You deserve an Oscar for that, for recognizing your courage,
- 53:25you know, and now you can beat the results. You deserve an
- 53:30Oscar for not just acting, but for believing in yourself. It's the courage,
- 53:37you know, almost three weeks to the election, and you decide,
- 53:39you know, I had like three six months prior to go for political rules,
- 53:45but I don't have time. He's mine generation and more, and so
- 53:52he has not had any real opposition when he nursed the opposition exactly, if
- 53:57you look back at every one of those elections, for example, if he
- 54:00just used the election every one of the elections that he ran. Those who
- 54:05opposed him went to prison. In two thousand and three there was Charles Nakir
- 54:08Temana. In twenty ten, a woman, Victoire in Gabde, was in
- 54:15prison. She served eight years, and then in twenty seventeen Diandre Gotta,
- 54:23another woman ran against tried or ran against him. He never actually allowed any
- 54:29of them to run, and she served a whole year in prison. And
- 54:35it's important to mention that these were women, especially the last two of Victoria
- 54:39and Gavide and Dian Regtta, because the propaganda ran by paul Ka Gamme talks
- 54:45about a majority women in parliament and Randa priding itself as having the largest percentage
- 54:53of women in parliament. But these are the same women who rob us stamped
- 55:00Okagamy to run again. Basically, what we have in wander is appointed people
- 55:06by Ecodamy to allow him to do as he pleases exactly. And that is
- 55:10the same thing I think we had seen with the same thing I've just said
- 55:15about the observed parliaments out they work in Africa, because we've just seen the
- 55:20same thing in Gambia. We have the MPigs who are voted yes on the
- 55:23bill of the female genital motivation, and we had some p's MP's who had
- 55:30voted no. So systematically is where we are people who are bought out to
- 55:36work according to the way the system is supposed to not work, you know,
- 55:43forgetting me, we have pigs who are bought out to work according to
- 55:47our the system should not work if I've understood what I'm trying to say and
- 55:55party. So to your question, there is no position when it comes to
- 56:02the way the RPF runs the country in Rwanda. Every one of the opponents
- 56:07has been sidelined and their supporters have been arrested, tortured, many of them
- 56:15killed, including sometimes pursuing them in exile. And as we have it now,
- 56:22Victoria and Galide is basically although she was quote unquote pardoned in two thousand
- 56:29and eighteen, she's still under arrest because she still has to report every month
- 56:34to the police dessitation or to some officials to make sure that she's still there.
- 56:38She does not have permission to travel outside of the country, so she's
- 56:43she just went from the small house to the big house. You know,
- 56:46she's basically imprisoned in an open air prison, which is basically the living conditions
- 56:52of r London's take to that when I say it's an open air prison in
- 56:58Rwanda. The border of Wanda are closed around the whole country, especially the
- 57:04Ganda and in the in the Brundi borders. But the Ganda border has been
- 57:08a big source of controversy. And so Rwandan's even when they're starving, cannot
- 57:17even leave the country to go and shut across the border. And the ones
- 57:22who obviously live near the Uganda, they actually have relatives, they can't even
- 57:27go visit their relatives on the other side of the border. You see you
- 57:30won't see on the mainstream media because nowhere have I ever reported of Randi's are
- 57:35suffering from hangar. Actually Randa is seeking asylum sickert because it has too much
- 57:39space to give an offer to some people from the UK. So this is
- 57:46this is literally what you want. Here you'll see the positive side of Kagami,
- 57:52the positive side of him talking about and Africanism, how recesses have been
- 57:57snatched from African people, how we need to take control of what but we
- 58:00don't see this. I was even quite shocked to see this. This has
- 58:06survival from the genocide, and it's very confident talking about what he's talking about.
- 58:14So I was quite shocked. I'm like, this is outside because if
- 58:15you try to come most of the videos about ka Gamy is positive, nothing
- 58:19but just positive remarks of how he built, cleaned the city and all that.
- 58:25But what about him going all the way down to South Africa to just
- 58:29kill journalists because of talking about him. A woman, a pregnant woman was
- 58:35killed, a pregnant woman imagine a few months ago as a shot by the
- 58:42London police. Multiple people have been shocked, including Ugandan citizens. And of
- 58:50course there's the recent story of famous Rwandan singer Gods singer, loved figure in
- 59:00the country. He's a single of peace, reconciliation and especially justice because you
- 59:06can't have anyone any of those without justice, was arrested near the border of
- 59:12Urundi. He was actually still insight of Rwanda and four days later he turned
- 59:17up dead and the government of Rwanda claimed that he committed suicide, which is
- 59:23absolutely a big line because now now let me let me let me pause you
- 59:30for a second there, because we're talking about uh singer, because he told
- 59:35me he Goo who as you said, very beloved in Rwanda, not an
- 59:39obscure name, you know, and not to say that, you know,
- 59:44people who are not famous uh uh deserved to be forgotten in uh the the
- 59:50repression campaigns of Paul Pagamine. But this was a death that was not going
- 59:54to go unnoticed in Rwanda. And can you tell us a little bit about
- 1:00:00how the response to uh Mihigo's death has been in Rwanda and what people are
- 1:00:07saying in the country about uh his death and the circumstances surrounding his death and
- 1:00:13people's response to the Kagabe uh administration. Now, the the death of Cazito,
- 1:00:22and I I just I can't call it a death with a in good
- 1:00:25faith and anybody that does that is not operating in good faith. The assassination
- 1:00:31of Quzito Mihego by the government of Rwanda devastated Rwandans, MM, the general
- 1:00:39population, every person, every generation was But apparently Kagami says it my people
- 1:00:45love me, people love me, people love me like people want me for
- 1:00:51uh. Come on, it's the lies touched by Cazito through his music and
- 1:00:59his message of peace and reconciliation and just acknowledging the fact. So here's his
- 1:01:06crime. Why the government of Wanda started going after him? Yes, because
- 1:01:14Itamhios sang a song in twenty fourteen called and he Saw Truthful, which means
- 1:01:22the meaning of death. Yeah. In that song he was comforting victims and
- 1:01:28survivors of the genocide. I mean, what I'm saying drama's creature is we've
- 1:01:35seen Kagame even before. You don't know. When he said he's going to
- 1:01:38vote for this presidential election for this seat again, he said the people love
- 1:01:45him genuinely because the question that I posed he was actually went to an interview
- 1:01:50and he was questioned and Richard, I'm saying again, if you checked most
- 1:01:52of his videos with journalists, Kagami is very harsh. Kagomi is very strict
- 1:01:59to questions. Kagami is very attentive with the question opposed to him as a
- 1:02:06journalist, and you'll always see and if you observed most of his videos which
- 1:02:09I've shared here, he'll come again ast the journalist and the mainstream media even
- 1:02:14as a whole because of the images they are put outside there about the African
- 1:02:19continent. And he went ahead and defended himself why he's coming back for another
- 1:02:23presidential term. He said, people genuinely love him. Genuinely. People love
- 1:02:29him, but I just want you to if you listen to the story of
- 1:02:31this young man. What is this young man is saying. We had a
- 1:02:34singer in Rwanda Whusama song question about the leadership of Kagami. The same thing
- 1:02:42I've been reading about since last week, Samya Sulu arresting a twenty four years
- 1:02:46old because of banning his picture e critorial Guinea. A pastor called him a
- 1:02:50demon in Uganda. He was just assaulted. So he just tells a lot
- 1:03:01about the hidden facts about Rwanda that people don't know because sadly, and which
- 1:03:07I see every single day even when I bump into post of the people is
- 1:03:09the positive side of Kagami. But people don't know what this guy is doing
- 1:03:15in Rwanda. So that is what I That is what he said. People
- 1:03:20love him, you know, people love him who suffered a genocide in nineteen
- 1:03:25ninety four. It was also comforting people who died in other circumstances, including
- 1:03:31those who were killed in crimes not recognized as genocide, which basically that indicts
- 1:03:38the RPF, the government in power in Wanda. And soon after that he
- 1:03:45was disappeared. He went missing for over a week. Then they produced him
- 1:03:52and they paraded him in front of the media with handcuffs. That's the first
- 1:03:55time I actually personally heard of him, and then started I didn't actually know
- 1:04:00a lot about him. Then I just started looking into the case because it
- 1:04:05was really weird to have somebody in handcuffs paraded in front of media to make
- 1:04:10a statement without a lawyer, and then having four case after that, they
- 1:04:15made him apologize, and we have secret audios where he talks about what they
- 1:04:20did to him. They tortured him, they beat him. He was in
- 1:04:24the office of the when they did him. He was in the office of
- 1:04:29and it's in the secret audio the cabinet, the president's cabinet. Then they
- 1:04:38made him confess to a crime that he didn't commit. They sentenced him to
- 1:04:42ten years in prison, then pardoned him in twenty eighteen after four years.
- 1:04:47And they kept him basically imprisoned because just last week they arrested him and claimed
- 1:04:56that he was attempting to leave Rwanda, when in fact, the people who
- 1:05:00had him arrested said it was ten minutes away from the border and he was
- 1:05:03laying down or sleeping, so he wasn't even anywhere crossing the border. This
- 1:05:10was before any crossing happened. It was inside of Ruanda, which is allowed
- 1:05:15to do and there was no crime being committed. And then you know,
- 1:05:19of course they paraded the short pictures of him. He looked like he was
- 1:05:23touring like a tourist. Then they arrested him. He died four days later
- 1:05:29in custody killed. Then they claimed it was suicide. The people were devastated.
- 1:05:33That's what I wanted to get to. Everybody is mourning in wonder For
- 1:05:38the last two weeks, there's been mourning all over the world. There's been
- 1:05:42church services everywhere for his Ito Mihigo. And that is the most protesting you
- 1:05:49will ever see from London's which is a sign of repression, by the way,
- 1:05:54and which you never saw on the mainstream media, by the way.
- 1:05:57You know, the simplify that people even went to the funeral. Normally,
- 1:06:00when somebody like that dies that the government doesn't like, people don't show up
- 1:06:04to the funeral. There is a handful of people. This time, thousands
- 1:06:10of people showed up. That's the biggest protest we've ever seen in Randon.
- 1:06:15Some of the people interviewed. One journalist said that he noticed there was cuts
- 1:06:19on his face and Bruce is on his forehead. There was other people who
- 1:06:26were interviewed that said, do you know what, he got killed just like
- 1:06:30everybody else, basically like killing somebody is business as usual. The Cazito is
- 1:06:34no ordinary person. That's why the whole world, at least Rwandan's all over
- 1:06:39the world are mourning. Like I said, every continent has had a service
- 1:06:44something to acknowledge and pay tribute to him, and so those are the really
- 1:06:53this is the first time Rwandans have united to protest against an injustice. A
- 1:06:59lot of them are doing it in a timid way by just holding church services.
- 1:07:02A lot of people have spoken out, which is why a lot of
- 1:07:04the media reports now are saying, you know what, this story of suicide
- 1:07:13is cannot be believed. It's under dispute. And even when you look at
- 1:07:15the conditions, you know, they say that he hung himself with a bed
- 1:07:19sheet break give me right in preasons even they're not bad. These people believe
- 1:07:28in have any You know a lot of things going on. You speak to
- 1:07:31the just the beloved nature of uh this man and the fact that the international
- 1:07:40community rwindants throughout the diaspora are protesting in their own way. Uh against his
- 1:07:48death. But then there is the issue of the secret recordings which we have,
- 1:07:54uh yes, which I won't finish the whole video, so I'm gonna
- 1:07:57share the rest of it right here for those whold love to continue. But
- 1:08:00it is crazy. You know, that is just half of it. Half
- 1:08:04of the video which you can see, half of the story. Kagame is
- 1:08:10secretly silencing and there's silence actually random people because you can even hear the guy
- 1:08:18saying that majority of the people when they're killed, people in not enough for
- 1:08:24their burial. Anyone was against you know, the president, you contern up
- 1:08:29on the burial because you don't know what's gonna actually occur. You don't know
- 1:08:31what's gonna happen. So who is controlling the Africa politics? That is what
- 1:08:41Africans should questions, right you should question right now if as much as we
- 1:08:45are as you heard, towards revolution as a continent, as a people,
- 1:08:53understand where again or who is holding the microscope? That is what I said.
- 1:09:00Our presidents do not hold the microscope. Someone who's holding a microscope checking
- 1:09:05on them and checking on our matters, checking on every movement we make.
- 1:09:13So that is where we need to go. Back to but I'm saying it's
- 1:09:16pure madness. It is crazy, and you're saying that this guy must not
- 1:09:20leave over the talking freely like this. I mean it's crazy, man,
- 1:09:26cause that is a four year video. There is twenty twenty. So I
- 1:09:33was surprised you to see that. I know it's surprising to see that you
- 1:09:38can bump into you can bump into a video talking facts about Rwanda Kagame and
- 1:09:43his leadership, which is very evil and pathetic. But anyway, that is
- 1:09:47why we wrap it up today. There is the link to the video which
- 1:09:50part of our whatever is remaining. You can catch it up right there in
- 1:09:55case you're not able to grab the link and litext on not top or so
- 1:09:58I'll be able to shad it right there and that you'll be able to continue
- 1:10:00with the rest of the video over there where this lady show to her for
- 1:10:08bringing this young guy who's talking nothing but just first but much love for me.
